00:01:02.040 this is happening is because of Pierre Polyev. And for God's sakes, I've mentioned this a number of

00:01:06.260 times, Polyev should be taking credit for the price drop tomorrow. It's because of his Axe the Tax

00:01:11.940 campaign that this is happening. Now, the thing you need to understand about this, and you probably know

00:01:22.420 most important greenhouse gas emission reduction policies in the government's comprehensive

00:01:26.760 emissions reduction plan. Carney is going to continue to use the industrial carbon tax against

00:01:35.920 you. Hide the consumer carbon pricing, but jack up the industrial carbon pricing so that you're going

00:01:42.460 to be paying for it even more if he becomes the prime minister on the 28th of April. I know he's the

00:01:49.420 prime minister now. Not my prime minister, but you know what I mean. But the thing is you're going to

00:01:53.400 understand, need to understand, is the climate change thing is probably going to be ramped up

00:01:56.840 over the next 28 days. It hasn't been an issue. I've said that Polyev needs to make it an issue. He

00:02:01.320 needs to denounce net zero, make Carney defend net zero. It's what he's all about. Make him live up to

00:02:24.420 pricing rules face political headwinds. It's because Polyev has said he's getting rid of

00:02:29.480 industrial carbon pricing and Carney says he's keeping it on. So watch for that as well. Now the

00:02:35.320 thing about this is Carney can't even explain what his plan is. If you've heard him and he's tried to

00:02:42.480 explain it a couple of times, you'd think he'd be ready for it. It's so convoluted it doesn't make

00:02:46.440 any sense. Here's Mark Carney explaining his industrial carbon pricing plan.

00:02:52.020 So our plan and in fact the regime that's in place in Canada and a variant of this regime

00:03:00.140 is in place. There are some variances, you know, Tonda between the provinces, but a variant of this

00:03:06.180 linked to California is in place with Quebec and British Columbia is to have a form of price for the

00:03:14.160 largest on carbon for the largest emitters, said differently, the largest polluters. Now what we

00:03:21.660 are doing is changing that system or improving that system so that the price that's paid can

00:03:32.160 and the price that's paid can be reduced by so-called carbon credits that are allocated. We are adding

00:03:38.380 additional ones. We will be adding additional ones that ensure that the polluters are paying

00:03:45.020 to so that Canadians can receive support to reduce their own emissions. So it's a more efficient system.

00:03:51.960 It works better for the large polluters. It works better for Canadians. Carney's had a couple of

00:03:57.860 opportunities to explain this plan of his and each time he muffs it. I have no idea what he's talking

00:04:03.100 about. I have a saying, if in doubt, leave it out. I think we're better off going with pure poly of

00:04:08.380 with no industrial carbon tax. Now something I've really noticed over the last week, maybe you felt

00:04:14.020 it as well if you've been following politics, the fear factor is down a little bit right now. Have you

00:04:19.480 noticed that? I really have. Donald Trump hasn't been floating out the 51st state thing so much over the

00:04:27.360 last couple of days. I think that's because there was a talk the other day with Mark Carney. Now I'm not

00:04:32.200 giving Carney too much credit for this. I'm not sure what they have on Donald Trump. It's possible.

00:04:40.460 Musa on the Loose had a great video on this yesterday. Not going to get into it, but it's

00:04:43.720 possible Carney's got something on Trump dealing with his son-in-law, Jared Kushner. But Trump has

00:04:50.240 been very quiet. And if he doesn't say a lot about 51st state over the next, what, 28 days or so before

00:04:56.420 the election, that fear factor is going to continue to go down. And the liberals have been running on fear.

00:05:01.280 It's the only thing they've got. Everything they've got, they've stolen from Pierre Polyev.

00:05:30.200 because of fear of Donald Trump, you need to start thinking about what's happened over the last 10

00:05:35.520 years. The other thing that's coming up over the next month, if we go back to the Government of

00:05:39.600 Canada website right here, right here, yes. With the removal of the federal fuel charge on April 1st,

00:05:47.060 eligible Canadians will receive a final Canada carbon rebate payment just before the election on April

00:05:52.340 the 22nd. So good timing on that. I think Google handed out $100 million just prior to the election as

00:05:58.360 well to journalists in this country, which is great timing as well. I think that's election

00:06:02.920 interference. But tomorrow, if you wait to buy your gas tomorrow and the prices are down, what I want

00:06:08.920 you to do, after you take the handle out of the gas tank and you're done filling up your car, thank
