Another conservative crosses the aisle in the House of Commons, which is bad news for Pierre Polyev and his chances of getting re-elected as Prime Minister. Also, another liberal has crossed the aisle and the Liberals are one seat away from a majority government. Canada is broken.

00:00:00.000 Hi, it's John, and welcome to the channel. Hope you're having a great day today. What
00:00:06.620 time is it? It is 5.25, and it is December the 11th. I was just sitting down here in
00:00:12.880 my basement, grabbed my phone to do this. You can see, this is where I normally record
00:00:16.600 my videos. And I was just watching some YouTube videos, and I went over to the National Post
00:00:20.840 website, and I see we've got another floor crosser. Another conservative has walked across 0.99
00:00:25.600 the floor. This is not looking good for Pierre Polyev. He's got a leadership review in a
00:00:30.380 month, and he's lost two seats, and the liberals are one seat away from a majority government.
00:00:36.320 This is not good for Pierre Polyev. And I think, I think there's going to be one more. Because
00:00:43.160 if one more walks across the aisle, that means they haven't got any chance of being tossed 0.99
00:00:47.760 out on their ass in an upcoming election in the next several months, which is possible 0.99
00:00:51.480 right now with a minority liberal government. If it's a majority government, they'll be 0.99
00:00:56.400 around for four years. They can go back to their ridings and feel safe that they can't
00:00:59.640 be tossed out, even though they just got elected as a conservative back in April.
00:01:04.820 Now, when Chris Dotrimon went, I thought that there might be some more going at that point.
00:01:09.120 This is kind of an interesting time, because apparently, I think it was just last night, Ma was
00:01:14.580 at a Christmas party with the conservatives taking pictures with Pierre Polyev. And a couple
00:01:19.380 of days ago, he voted in favor of the motion Polyev and the conservatives put forward on
00:01:23.760 the memorandum of understanding. And he was just recently doing speeches, critical of the
00:01:28.840 liberal government. So he must have been offered something here. He must have been given some
00:01:34.300 kind of assurance that he's going to get some kind of a deal now that he's a liberal. And
00:01:39.120 expect another one to go soon. I just can see it coming. And then the knives will be up
00:01:44.840 for Polyev. Merry Christmas, everybody. Now, from a standpoint of Alberta independence,
00:01:51.400 I mean, is it four elections in a row that the liberals have won now? I think so. I think it's
00:01:58.120 four. It's at least three. It could be four. People out in Alberta are just disgusted that liberals keep
00:02:03.960 getting elected in Ottawa, and it's not good for our province. But a majority liberal government
00:02:09.840 might push more people towards the independent side. I feel real sorry for you if you're in Canada.
00:02:15.300 If you're part of the rest of the country, I feel real sorry for you. I told you in a video not long 0.99
00:02:19.720 ago, you're going to have to have a lot more pain before you'll finally get some relief.
00:02:24.260 Unfortunately, if the liberals get to that majority, you're going to go through at least more
00:02:28.240 than four years, I think, of pain before you might get some relief from another conservative
00:02:34.660 government with another leader. But from an Alberta standpoint, more people
00:02:38.020 will probably come over to the independence movement, and we're looking at a referendum
00:02:42.300 in the new year. So bad news for Canada. I'm trying to turn lemons into lemonade here in Alberta.
00:02:50.000 It's not a good thing to have a majority liberal government. But I think it's probably coming. I think
00:02:56.340 somebody else will walk. I think there's safety in numbers here. You've got two now, and the third one
00:03:02.180 will keep them very safe because of that liberal majority that is just around the corner. It's a sad,
00:03:07.620 sad thing. Canada's broken. Canada is broken. Pierre Polyev will likely be the greatest prime minister
00:03:15.040 that Canada never had. Thank you very much for watching. I'll have a video for you tomorrow morning.
00:03:22.480 All the best to you. If you liked the video, give it a thumbs up, subscribe to the channel,
00:03:26.200 ring the bell for notifications. I'll see you in the next one.
