John Bolton - Immigration Is A Symptom - The LIBERALS Are The Disease

00:00:00.000 A year ago, I did a video with this title, Trump is the symptom, the liberals are the disease. 0.97

00:00:08.320 The left in Canada has a new symptom, the disease remains the same.

00:00:16.920 Hi, it's John and welcome to the channel, 436 a.m. Friday, February 27th. I hope you're having a

00:00:22.840 great start to your Friday as we get set for the weekend with the big blue mug of coffee.

00:00:27.540 I don't want to talk about the weather, but we're getting snow here in Calgary today.

00:00:32.480 Remember the old saying, maybe those of you who are more seasoned like myself will remember this.

00:00:38.020 Remember the saying, out like a lion, in like a lamb, when you were talking about months?

00:00:42.860 Yeah, February's going out like a lion, March coming in like a lion.

00:00:47.720 Yeah, do they teach that to kids anymore? I wonder.

00:00:51.040 They probably know their pronouns, but they don't know sayings like that,

00:00:54.260 which I've remembered for the last 60 years. So it's great to have you a lot here today.

00:00:59.500 Let's move on to today's topic. So where do I start with this? There's a word that isn't used

00:01:06.740 very much anymore. It's statist. I used to listen to Mark Levin a lot on American radio,

00:01:11.980 and he used to use the word statist a lot. A statist is somebody who believes in the supremacy,

00:01:18.300 the power, the control of the state. If you're a conservative, you don't believe that. You believe

00:01:23.280 in the power of the individual. When people ask me what I want as a conservative, I say I want to

00:01:27.320 be left alone. Reagan said, the government that is best governs least. I believe that. But statist,

00:01:33.840 leftists believe in government supremacy. Frederick Bastiat said this, the state is the great fiction

00:01:40.380 by which everybody seeks to live at the expense of everybody else. And we're getting further and

00:01:46.520 further into that here in Canada. You know, we've got high food prices in the country right now.

00:01:50.700 The answer isn't to try to do something about the problem. The answer is to give more money to

00:01:56.240 people and more tax dollars to people. So you're basically, you know, robbing Peter to pay Paul

00:02:02.100 in this situation. Now, George Bernard Shaw, again, the politician that robs Peter to pay Paul will

00:02:07.280 always have a friend in Paul, right? Boy, lots and lots of quotes here for you today. But that's where

00:02:14.280 we are right now. You know, I started off this video right off the top talking about, you know,

00:02:21.000 Trump is the symptom. The liberals are the disease. And I believe the liberals federally, and I believe 0.99

00:02:27.780 that leftists across the country are going to have a new Donald Trump. They've got a new symptom,

00:02:33.960 but the disease remains the same. And that's the liberal party. What am I talking about? Well,

00:02:39.900 let's listen to Pierre Paulia for a moment. He lays it out quite succinctly in this short video.

00:02:45.720 Fact. Six million Canadians can't get access to a family doctor. Fact. It takes 30 weeks for the

00:02:52.400 average Canadian to see a specialist. Fact. While you can't get health care, liberals force you to pay

00:02:57.420 higher taxes to fund deluxe supplementary health care benefits for asylum claimants who've been

00:03:04.880 rejected, who are non-Canadians, non-permanent residents, and have never paid taxes in this

00:03:10.080 country. Fact. The reality is that these services include many things that are not covered by your

00:03:16.980 public plan. Things like physiotherapy. Fact. The cost of providing these deluxe supplementary

00:03:24.740 benefits to asylum claimants has gone up by a thousand percent under the liberals to over a billion

00:03:32.080 dollars. Money diverted away from our health care, jamming up our system and increasing our

00:03:37.020 weight lines. Paulia just pointing out a problem here that needs to be resolved. I don't think any

00:03:43.960 of you are happy with the headline you're seeing on the screen right now from the National Post,

00:03:47.820 which I've shown you a couple of times before. We're now spending a billion dollars per year to

00:03:51.660 cover health care costs of refugee claimants. And the devil's in the details. These are claimants. 1.00

00:03:57.000 We don't know that these are refugees at all. And as Paulia points out, some of these people have had

00:04:02.960 their claims rejected and they are still getting Canadian taxpayers' dollars. I think this is a

00:04:08.000 problem that needs to be resolved. I think that's common sense. But of course, this is what happened

00:04:14.620 just the other day. Conservative push to re-evaluate asylum seekers' access to Canadian health care was

00:04:20.980 defeated. Of course it was. A conservative-led push to crack down on asylum seekers' ability to receive

00:04:26.240 health care services that some Canadians struggle to access was rejected by a majority of MPs on

00:04:31.760 Wednesday. And I don't want to blame refugee claimants or immigrants for this. They are the

00:04:39.620 symptom. The liberals are the disease here. Much like Donald Trump is. Listen, I have said here before, 1.00

00:04:48.380 if you're coming to this country legally, you have a reason for being here, you're chosen on merit,

00:04:53.920 I have no problem with that at all. You're welcome here. There are a lot of people in this country who

00:04:59.740 come from other places who are good Albertans. And for those of you who live in Canada, they're good

00:05:05.020 Canadians. So I'm not picking on immigrants. I'm picking on the ones who come here illegally, 1.00

00:05:09.080 who are using our resources, meaning tax dollars. And it costs a lot of money. I mean, are you happy

00:05:16.660 that this kind of thing is happening in your country while this is happening at the same time?

00:05:22.380 The report is warning child poverty in Canada is on the rise, reversing years of progress.

00:05:29.320 A recent report found nearly 30,000 children fell into poverty last year. Researchers say the

00:05:34.960 country is approaching poverty levels not seen since 2017, suggesting that at the current pace,

00:05:40.800 it would take nearly 400 years to eliminate child poverty completely. The report makes several

00:05:46.480 recommendations, including strengthening the national poverty reduction plan, boosting the Canada

00:05:51.480 child care benefit and investing more in child care and housing.

00:05:56.380 How do you feel about that? You've got more children living in poverty in this country. Meanwhile,

00:06:00.920 we're spending all this money on people who shouldn't be here in the first place. The conservatives put a

00:06:05.240 motion forward to stop it. And the people on the left, the liberal government in Ottawa votes against

00:06:10.980 the motion. So the money will continue to be spent because this is a great opportunity for them to start

00:06:16.720 throwing around the isms. You're starting to see articles like this. Andrew Coyne, who desperately

00:06:21.620 wants to be a senator. The Globe and Mail. Smith and Polly find someone to blame for their problems.

00:06:26.760 Immigrants, if you go online. Racist, racism being thrown around. Here in Alberta, I mean, Danielle Smith got 1.00

00:06:32.780 out in front of this last week when she started talking about questions on a referendum. And I've talked

00:06:39.680 about this over the last couple of days. I did a video on this regarding her being called a Nazi. Here's

00:06:45.760 Thomas Lukasik, former deputy premier here in the province. And Rachel Notley, the former premier, referring

00:06:50.820 to the Third Reich when it comes to this issue. And this is going to be used, folks. The immigrants will be the 0.99

00:06:57.340 new Trump. But again, the immigrants are simply a symptom. The liberals are the disease. What's the common thread 0.55

00:07:08.660 with all the problems you've got in the country right now? Housing. Food prices. Too much immigration. Too much 1.00

00:07:17.440 illegal immigration. Crime. Cost of living. The common thread is the liberals. They seem to get off

00:07:26.380 scot-free. You know, Kearney even had to rub it in the other day in the House of Commons when being asked

00:07:34.580 about this immigration issue, it being a problem. And of course, he has to stand up and boast and try 0.89

00:07:40.860 to rub it in when it comes to Pierre Pagliot because Kearney's approaching an anniversary, folks.

00:07:46.360 Mr. Speaker, I'm looking forward to coming up to my one-year anniversary as Prime Minister.

00:07:51.740 You know, watching that clip, I'm thinking about my mom who used to talk about Pierre Trudeau. He's so

00:08:02.740 arrogant. Liberals are arrogant. Look at that. A little dig at Pagliot. I'm the Prime Minister. Yeah, 1.00

00:08:07.900 he's coming up on his year anniversary, I believe March 9th. Has anything gotten better? No. But they

00:08:13.640 got another thing to use against the conservatives. So immigrants will be the new Trump. Now, don't get

00:08:18.460 me wrong. Donald Trump will still be used. He's their number one weapon against the conservative

00:08:23.500 party. And to influence the minds of weak-minded Canadians who vote liberal. I mean, he even

00:08:31.180 brought it up during this discussion about immigration the other day. A little dig. A little

00:08:36.380 dig at the Americans. Here it is. Mr. Speaker, yes, Canada is not America. Yes, Canada provides

00:08:43.900 essential health care to everyone in this country. Got to get a little dig in at the Americans there

00:08:52.860 to rile up the base, right? You know, there was an article I read the other day about this new

00:08:57.100 Canadian nationalism. And I call it faux Canadian patriotism. I've mentioned this a couple of times.

00:09:03.060 It's been a while, but it's not about love of country. It's about hatred of America and Donald Trump

00:09:08.620 right now. And these people vote against their best interests here in Canada because they've been

00:09:13.820 indoctrinated into this fear. Donald Trump is a symptom. The liberals are the disease. Immigrants 1.00

00:09:20.460 now another symptom. The liberals are the disease. They're the common thread through all these things, 1.00

00:09:24.940 but the liberals use these things to great effect. The conservatives will be labeled as racist or even

00:09:29.980 worse, as I mentioned earlier about Daniel Smith and that video I did yesterday.

00:09:33.660 But look at immigrants being the new Trump here because it's already getting played up online

00:09:40.540 and it's spreading everywhere. Let me know what you think in the comments. If you liked the video,

00:09:44.940 please give it a thumbs up, subscribe to the channel, ring the bell for notifications.

00:09:48.620 I'll see you in the next one.
