00:04:51.900 A judge will hear it in emergency chambers this Monday, meaning tomorrow at two o'clock at the
00:04:57.360 Calgary Courts Center. Why we're in court. On July 24th, a lawyer, Chad Williamson, filed a formal
00:05:03.240 complaint with Elections Alberta about Thomas Lukasik's Forever Canadian group, the Remain
00:05:08.160 campaign on Question 10 in the October 19th referendum, a five-page demand letter, a 10-page
00:05:13.900 legal complaint, and 226 pages of evidence. 241 pages in all. The Forever Canadian registered with
00:05:21.480 Elections Alberta on June 8th as a referendum third-party advertiser. Once you register, the
00:05:27.360 rules are simple. You file a contribution report every week, every donation, every donor. If someone
00:05:33.220 gives you goods or services instead of money, a bus, an office, a stage, a truckload of lawn signs,
00:05:39.400 you report that too at fair market value. And as you know, I won't read the whole thing.

00:13:22.660 first first and foremost is I wanted something that represents Alberta the graphics on this bus
