00:01:59.600 it sounded like in my head. But more often than not, people were responding like this. This woman

00:03:59.720 about five o'clock this morning, 58.3%, it's perfectly fine to do this to the Prime Minister

00:04:05.760 of Canada. So where do I stand on this issue? Well, I think it's perfectly fine to do something

00:04:13.740 like this to the Prime Minister, but for a different reason. I have a saying. If you have

00:04:21.160 to use profanity to make a point, it's not worth listening to. Now, I don't always follow

00:04:26.800 that rule, and perhaps I should. I did a video last week calling Jagmeet Singh the biggest

00:04:32.180 piece of blank in Canadian political history. I did do that. But sometimes I think it's easier

00:04:40.620 to make a point when you do things like that. But the reason why I think it's okay to do

00:04:45.160 this to Justin Trudeau is for the following reasons. We have a Charter of Rights and Freedoms

00:04:51.720 in this country. Here it is on the screen right now if you want to take a look at it. And the

00:04:55.700 Charter of Rights and Freedoms gives you specific rights that I think are very, very important.

00:05:02.000 And let's look at Section 2 of the Charter right now. And if you look at B there, you're given

00:05:06.780 freedom of thought, belief, opinion, and expression, including freedom of the press and other media

00:05:12.760 of communication. Now, unfortunately, Section 1 of the Charter can nullify most of your rights

00:05:18.320 in this country. That's why I think it should be repealed, and we should remove it from the

00:05:22.340 Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Freedoms and your rights are absolute as far as I'm concerned. But

00:05:27.100 the reason why I think it's important to be able to say things like this to the Prime Minister,

00:05:31.620 and it was within the realm of what Emily Duggan wanted to say to the Prime Minister,

00:05:37.080 is because of Trudeau and the way he wants to attack your free speech rights. There's a number

00:05:42.180 of different bills out there. I wrote them down, just a quick line on each one, because there's

00:05:46.660 about four of them that want to limit what you can say as a Canadian citizen, despite Section 2

00:05:52.980 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. I'm going to just read them off the screen now and give you

00:05:57.060 a little brief synopsis. Bill C-11, CRTC regulation of the internet, making Canadian content more

00:06:05.820 prevalent, government control of information with Bill C-11, and they will boost government-friendly

00:06:11.460 sources. So you will have the government being able to tell you what you can and cannot see on

00:06:17.280 the internet. Then there's Bill C-18, forcing search engines and social media to pay for links they

00:06:22.860 provide to news organizations. Now what is considered a news organization? That would be

00:06:27.760 considered by the government. They would determine who is a news organization. So people like Rebel

00:06:34.740 News, True North are people who report online who consider themselves journalists. Are they news

00:06:39.940 organizations? Probably not in Justin Trudeau's world. C-36, an act to amend the Criminal Code and the

00:06:46.620 Canadian Human Rights Act and to make related amendments to another act, including hate propaganda,

00:06:52.500 hate crimes and hate speech. Well, what is hate speech? What is a hate crime? Government would

00:06:57.460 determine what is hate speech. I did a video the other day asking Trudeau to fire a woman who is a 0.96

00:07:02.820 Muslim woman. Would that be considered hate speech? Could I go to jail for doing that or be fined because

00:07:08.700 of hate speech for my personal opinion, my free speech? And then there's Bill C-63, online content

00:07:16.040 moderation by the government of anything that is harmful and pointing out specific groups that are

00:07:22.700 considered, if you said something against them, would be considered a hate crime. And some of these

00:07:28.300 things have huge fines and jail terms involved with them. So Trudeau is trying to clamp down on your

00:07:36.200 freedom of speech. And I think it's important that you have it and are willing to or act on your freedom

00:07:43.400 of speech when it comes to people like Justin Trudeau. And people are rightfully pissed off

00:07:49.800 about what Justin Trudeau has done over the last nine years. I mean, increased cost of living, the

00:07:56.480 cost of food, the cost of rent, the cost of housing. We've had the We Scandal, SNC-Lavalin, the Green

00:08:01.480 Slush Fund, AgaCon, Chinese interference in our elections, traders in government, the Arrive Can app,

00:08:09.400 which cost millions of dollars. He's doubled the debt, massive deficits, carbon tax on everything,

00:08:15.180 freezing bank accounts, things like that got people pissed off. And I think they have a right

00:08:21.140 to let the government and Trudeau know how pissed off they are and they want him to leave. So good
