00:01:45.980 on Saturday. Any thought that Canada could simply wait out Mr. Trump's term in the White House

00:02:00.000 more than a year is action commensurate to the national emergency in which Canada finds itself.

00:02:25.640 diversifying exports is to ensure a new bitumen pipeline to the West Coast is constructed. The
00:02:31.460 economic logic was unassailable before the U.S. seized Venezuela's Nicolas Maduro. Now the United States
00:02:37.660 is vowing to ramp up Venezuelan crude production, which would swell supplies of heavy oil for U.S.
00:02:43.080 refiners, driving down prices for Alberta producers. The immediate response must be to
00:02:47.940 green-like additional capacity for the Ottawa-owned Trans Mountain pipeline. The company has said it
00:02:54.720 intends to boost capacity over the next five years. That timeline needs to be accelerated to start this
00:03:00.460 year. Where have these freaking people been? Where have you been for the last 10 years?
