00:02:49.900 To make Canada more sovereign, I guess to help with the cost of living, to make your life easier, according to our dear leader, Mark Carney, the great economist, is to add an extra level of government on top of government.

00:06:57.980 coast, we won't know about that for a year. None of this helps you. And that's the thing I'm always
