Hi, it's John and welcome to the channel 7-11, Friday, October the 17th. I hope you're having
00:00:08.560
a great start to your Friday morning. My second video today, I felt inspired this morning. I've
00:00:12.920
got some other ideas I'm working on as well, but I wanted to do this one today. I do have
00:00:17.360
my big blue mug of coffee just recently refreshed, nice and hot. And I can guarantee you that
00:00:25.160
no one else on the internet today will say what I'm saying. And I'm going to be speaking
00:00:32.400
directly to people in Ontario, but this is of national interest. A little background on
00:00:39.140
me. I live in Alberta, obviously. I want to see Alberta independence. Big rally coming
00:00:44.360
up October 25th at the legislature. You want to be there. But I was born in Ontario. I
00:00:49.500
was born in southwestern Ontario. And it's fascinating. I ended up in Alberta where we pump a lot of
00:00:53.940
oil. But I was born in a small town at the Charlotte Eleanor Englehart Hospital in Petrolia,
00:01:01.040
Ontario. Sounds a lot like petroleum, doesn't it? Right down the road from Oil Springs. There's
00:01:06.040
Oil City. There's Wyoming. But I was born in Petrolia, Ontario. And then I spent most of
00:01:11.740
my early years just down the road in Sarnia. Now, Sarnia is right at the base of Lake Huron.
00:01:17.740
I spent a lot of time, anybody who's been there or grew up in Sarnia, spent their teenage
00:01:22.180
years at Canaterra Park on the beach on Lake Huron. And it's right on the St. Clair River.
00:01:27.340
And that's where we pump a lot of our oil from Alberta. Fascinating that I ended up here in
00:01:31.100
Alberta. Now, I do want to talk to people from Ontario right now. And here's the question I'm
00:01:38.360
going to ask that I don't think it's going to be asked by anybody else on the internet today.
00:01:41.400
Ontario, why aren't you talking about independence from Canada right now?
00:01:46.420
Hmm? Why aren't you talking about independence from Canada right now? Because, folks, if you're
00:01:54.980
living in Ontario, you're in deep trouble. I want to give credit for this video to Derek
00:02:00.700
from Unacceptable Fringe because he talked about Ontario and Doug Ford yesterday, which gave me
00:02:05.520
some inspiration today. But Ontario is in deep, deep trouble right now.
00:02:11.980
And you've got a leader right now in your province that's not changing directions when it comes to
00:02:17.300
a strategy to make things better for your province. You know, I went on ChatGPT this morning and asked
00:02:23.340
a question. Can you tell me how many jobs have been lost in the automotive sector in Ontario since
00:02:31.120
Trump put tariffs in place? And it couldn't answer the question. It did come back with an answer
00:02:35.900
saying that tens of thousands of jobs have been lost in steel, aluminum and automobiles since that
00:02:42.180
happened. And most of that's been in Ontario. I'm surprised we haven't got a number. But we know just
00:02:46.740
over the last couple of days, a lot of jobs left in Ontario from Stellantis. Stellantis says it will
00:02:53.200
shift production from its Brampton, Ontario plant to Illinois. It's part of the automaker's new promise
00:02:59.580
to invest more than $18 billion in the U.S., boosting production in that country by 50 percent
00:03:05.740
and creating thousands of jobs for Americans. News of the production shift from Canada south of the
00:03:11.560
border is hitting just over a week after Prime Minister Mark Carney's visit to the White House.
00:03:16.960
That visit had U.S. President Donald Trump tell Carney that the U.S. and Canada were natural competitors
00:03:23.200
for industries like the auto sector. And the next day, his trade czar Howard Lutnik reportedly
00:03:29.360
warned a Toronto audience that Canada would always come second to the U.S. when it comes to the car
00:03:35.520
industry. How many jobs have been lost in the automotive sector in Ontario? Just a few thousand
00:03:42.760
like this are too many. I've heard it could be tens of thousands of jobs. It's catastrophic.
00:03:52.220
Why are they leaving? Because it's a better business environment. It's better to do business in the
00:03:56.540
United States of America. Donald Trump has made it that way. That means it's not a good business
00:04:01.780
environment here in Canada. And the liberals and Mark Carney have made it that way. You could blame
00:04:07.100
Donald Trump all you want, but it's not his job to prop up Canada's economy. It's his job to work
00:04:12.660
for his economy. And that's what he's doing. Do you blame him for that? I mean, there's lots of blame
00:04:20.160
to be thrown around here right now. And Donald Trump realizes that Mark Carney needs him not to
00:04:26.920
come up with a deal. Mark Carney needs Donald Trump to keep his poll numbers high. And that's why we
00:04:32.220
haven't got a deal on tariffs right now. And Donald Trump realizes he can pick Canada clean as long as
00:04:38.420
he's around and Mark Carney and the liberals are in power because they run on Donald Trump hate.
00:04:45.820
So does Doug Ford. Shame on Doug Ford. Doug Ford isn't switching directions. He's not trying to make
00:04:52.380
things better for his province. He continues to rant and rave about Donald Trump this and Donald Trump
00:04:59.740
that instead of pointing his finger at the disease in the country, which is the liberal party. And as I say,
00:05:05.740
Donald Trump is just a symptom. Here's Doug Ford. I will do everything, including cut off their energy
00:05:12.040
with a smile on my face. I can assure you one thing. We're going to make sure that we inflict as much pain
00:05:18.540
as possible to the American people without inflicting pain on the Canadian population. Sorry, I'm getting a
00:05:27.920
little passionate today about this because that guy drives me crazy down south. I'll tell you. And 41 million
00:05:33.960
other Canadians. That guy, President Trump, he's a real piece of work. You know something? What my
00:05:39.080
message to the prime minister when I meet him on Thursday is if you can't get a deal, let's start
00:05:42.560
hitting him back. Let's start hitting the U.S. back hard. So this is what I think about Crown Royal.
00:05:48.500
That's what they could do. And I think everyone else should do the same thing. And Doug Ford's no
00:05:53.180
conservative. He's a liberal. Instead of supporting the guy he should have in the election,
00:05:58.080
Pierre Polyev and the conservative party, like a good conservative. He ran against Donald Trump in
00:06:05.080
his election to get elected again. And he just absolutely loves Mark Carney. Okay, so full
00:06:11.200
disclosure, the prime minister stayed at my place. We had dinner. We were up till 1230 at night chatting
00:06:16.000
in front of the fireplace, solving all the world's problems. And he's got a very nice small chalet.
00:06:21.460
Yeah, yeah. I have a little, I have a little, I have a little shock up down the street there.
00:06:28.080
And do you know what it is? Yeah, I'm telling you, I just, and I haven't known him for long,
00:06:33.200
but the prime minister is the most humble person you'd ever want to meet.
00:06:38.300
Doug, you've chosen the wrong team here. You need to change the game plan.
00:06:43.100
This isn't working right now. You're going to go down with the ship. Your province is in deep
00:06:47.860
trouble right now. And what are you doing? You're running ads against Donald Trump in the United
00:06:52.080
States, as if that's going to help. It hasn't helped all along. He doesn't care about you.
00:06:56.520
I don't think Mark Carney does. He thinks you're a pawn. He can use you as well, because you support
00:07:02.560
him. So to the people of Ontario, why don't you join the independence movement, like Alberta,
00:07:09.480
like Quebec, and probably Saskatchewan as well. And if you're in Ontario, you might want to get out.
00:07:15.920
But if you're a liberal, don't move to Alberta and vote liberal, okay? Because liberals don't
00:07:21.300
integrate, they infiltrate, and we don't want you here. But Ontario, you better start thinking about
00:07:26.360
your future, because Canada is a dumpster fire. And like Derek at the Unacceptable Fringe yesterday
00:07:33.440
said, you're going bankrupt. What do you think? Again, you're probably not going to see this on
00:07:39.200
the internet anywhere else. Ontario, join us in the independence movement. Thanks for watching.
