00:00:00.000 Hi, it's John, and welcome to the channel just up in my kitchen right now, getting another
00:00:11.680 big blue mug of coffee.
00:00:13.180 I wanted to do a quick video on this, just a short one.
00:00:16.320 It is 7.40 Tuesday morning.
00:00:18.720 On Thursday, Mark Carney is supposed to be in Alberta, I think here in Calgary, with
00:00:22.440 Danielle Smith to announce a pipeline.
00:00:25.660 And the story was announced again this morning, National Post, other news organizations saying
00:00:30.500 this was going to happen. Now, I did a story on this last week saying I don't think the pipeline
00:00:34.960 will go through. I still don't think it will. I think the first thing that would happen on Thursday
00:00:39.680 if Carney announces this, along with Danielle Smith, is you'd start to see Aboriginal groups in
00:00:43.760 BC get together with their backers to set up blockades to block a pipeline. David Eby, the
00:00:49.660 Beta Male, Premier of BC. Can't really do much about it at all. But the thing that's really in
00:00:55.760 the way here are the laws. Nine bad laws, and two in particular, 48 and 69. Anti-tanker,
00:01:02.560 anti-pipeline laws. They're still on the books. And Mark Carney can't just write them off like he
00:01:08.040 did with the consumer carbon tax. It's still on the books, folks. It has to be passed in Parliament.
00:01:13.320 Those are laws. It has to go through the same process to get rid of the laws that it took to
00:01:18.440 put them in place in the first place. Now, let me ask you, do you think a majority of liberals would
00:01:23.320 vote to get rid of those laws? They're all part of the same cult that Mark Carney's in. He's all
00:01:28.800 for net zero. The bloc probably wouldn't support it. The NDP wouldn't support it. I think pure
00:01:33.700 Polyev, I think this can be done. Generally, non-confidence or confidence votes in the
00:01:37.800 government deal with money bills or budgets. I think Polyev could say, make this vote to get rid
00:01:45.620 of C-69 and 48, a confidence vote in the government. That would be fantastic. And Daniel
00:01:50.940 Smith better, better beyond this. Because unless those laws are gone, there will never be a pipeline
00:01:57.180 put through, along with all the other things she talked about, nine bad laws. She's going to look
00:02:00.960 real stupid, real quick, if she hasn't got assurances that those laws will be removed
00:02:06.360 by government and soon. The other thing is, the devil's in the details here, folks. In order to
00:02:14.440 put a pipeline to the coast, there's going to be all kinds of things that we're going to have
00:02:17.460 hoops to jump through. Burying carbon dioxide, probably an additional cost on your gasoline,
00:02:23.280 because he wants to decarbonize oil in this country. He's doing it with AI. I did a story
00:02:27.760 on that earlier this week. He wants carbon-neutral AI, and Alberta wants to invest heavily in AI.
00:02:34.500 So, Daniel Smith, you better be on this, but those laws have to go through government.
00:02:38.460 You need assurances that there will be a vote soon to get rid of them, if you're told there'll
00:02:43.160 be a pipeline going through on Thursday. Thank you very much for watching. I do appreciate it.
00:02:47.660 If you like the video, please give it a thumbs up. Subscribe to the channel. Ring the bell for
00:02:51.760 notifications. I'll see you in the next one.
