00:00:21.540 Well, I have been at this desk this morning and away from the desk having coffee,
00:00:26.340 and I've come back and I've been back and forth a number of times trying to do this video. In fact,
00:00:31.460 I've recorded this video in its entirety. It's in my computer. I watched it. I didn't like it.
00:00:37.340 It was too long, but I'm mad this morning. I'm infuriated. A couple of things are making me mad.
00:00:42.520 A lot of people have lost their jobs. It's not getting a lot of coverage in the mainstream media
00:00:47.040 and it should be. And I'm infuriated with the premier who continues to back up a government
00:00:52.800 that caused this problem and these people to lose their jobs.
00:00:57.160 She's also stabbing the people that support her in the back 0.98
00:01:02.000 while supporting people who hate her guts. 0.87
00:01:06.080 So I guess this is a message to Danielle Smith.
00:01:10.520 So let's get to the story that's making me mad
00:01:12.980 and that isn't getting the coverage it deserves.
00:01:15.320 This one here, this is from Canadian Mining Report.
00:01:19.840 Imperial Oil's Calgary exit how decades of anti-growth policies
00:01:23.420 turned a Canadian energy icon into a Texas outpost.
00:01:27.460 On a Monday afternoon in Calgary, Imperial Oil's CEO informed 900 employees their jobs were gone
00:01:34.480 and the company's historic headquarters was for sale.
00:01:37.640 The real story wasn't the layoffs.
00:01:40.160 It was a profitable, century-old Canadian energy giant
00:01:43.480 quietly deciding its future no longer needed to be in Canada.
00:01:47.560 This is the human cost of policies that have systematically punished resource development
00:01:53.240 in the name of ecology, equity, and centralized control.
00:01:59.060 We have a problem in Alberta.
00:02:03.340 Even Danielle Smith knows we have this problem.
00:02:07.340 Alberta's biggest threat to our prosperity and growth has come from our own nation's capital.
00:02:12.320 Alberta has an Ottawa problem.
00:02:14.680 Ottawa problem.
00:02:16.020 Ottawa problem.
00:02:17.560 We have an Ottawa problem. Danielle Smith knows this. Meanwhile, she's palling around with the
00:02:24.760 people who are causing these problems, propping up the government. And at the same time, most of
00:02:30.260 the people that she's palling around with hate her freaking guts. But we get this from Danielle 0.98
00:02:37.720 Smith. Now, before I get to this story, Danielle Smith has managed to piss everybody off. Nobody's 0.97
00:02:44.680 happy with her. And the ones that she's pissed off the most are the people that have supported
00:02:50.120 her, her base. And a lot of people have talked about this. This article came out the other day,
00:02:56.180 as I've told other people on the phone within the last couple of days, this is a shot across 0.95
00:03:00.960 the bow of the Alberta independence movement in its total freaking nonsense. But she put it out 0.82
00:03:07.020 there. So now it's in the public domain. It's like a judge saying to the jury, just disregard what
00:03:13.520 the defense attorney said, just don't pay any attention to it. He's already said it. So it's
00:03:19.060 in their consciousness. This is the message that people are getting. And I've had very smart people
00:03:23.960 saying, the premier is an absolute nut for saying that. So I've shown you this before.
00:03:32.640 How many people in this graphic right here actually like Danielle Smith and would support her?
00:03:38.540 let me get my face out of the way here but there's pure poly of right down here do you think he
00:03:43.800 supports danielle smith probably he's probably the only one who does on the screen here does 0.98
00:03:49.920 mark carney support danielle smith well she's been a pain in the ass to him a thorn in his side 0.97
00:03:55.140 but she's propped up his government and she continues to do that right now 0.97
00:03:59.440 the government that is responsible for the 900 jobs that were lost here at imperial oil in
00:04:05.980 Calgary, the liberals. Here she is signing the memorandum of understanding with Carney.
00:04:12.780 And just think at the time that she was signing that back in November, Carney was actively trying
00:04:18.100 to recruit conservatives to go across the aisle to give him a majority. And now he's managed to
00:04:23.520 do that and she's propped up his government. Well done, Premier Smith. What about Jason
00:04:31.080 Kenny. Do you think Jason Kenny likes Daniel Smith? He probably says he does, but you have to
00:04:36.700 wonder. Daniel Smith and her team probably worked pretty hard to get rid of Kenny. She replaced him
00:04:42.160 after all. Kenny probably says he likes Premier Smith, but calls her a bitch behind her back. 1.00
00:04:48.280 Just saying. What about Nhat Nenshi, head of the NDP? Hates Daniel Smith. Would never support her. 0.99
00:04:54.740 And then there's Thomas Lukasik, head of Forever Canadian.
00:04:59.700 A lot of people who support Thomas Lukasik, part of the Forever Canadian people,
00:05:04.060 will never support Daniel Smith.
00:05:06.220 Lukasik referred to Premier Smith as one of those fine people that headed up Germany from 1939 to 1945.
00:05:13.980 Remember that?
00:05:16.140 Oh, and by the way, so did Rachel Notley, former Premier of the province.
00:05:20.300 These are the people that Daniel Smith is supporting right now.
00:05:24.740 that are on her team, fighting back against Alberta independence.
00:05:28.380 A lot of the people in her party support Alberta independence,
00:05:32.120 yet she's stabbing people in the back.
00:05:35.780 She's betraying the people who have supported her, her base. 0.87
00:05:40.460 Nice person, huh?
00:05:45.980 I want to bring this to your attention.

00:05:56.620 to november 29th in calgary you can buy tickets to go to it right now as a matter of fact
