John Bolton - The LIES and Deception of Mark CARNEY - Pants on Fire

00:00:00.000 Today, the lies and deception of Prime Minister Mark Carney. You're going to love this.

00:00:08.940 Hi, it's John and welcome to the channel. Great to have you here today, Tuesday, March the 3rd,

00:00:13.500 427 a.m. I tip my big blue mug of coffee to you today. Thanks so much for being here. I appreciate

00:00:20.080 it. Today, I want to focus on Prime Minister Mark Carney. Now, before you click away,

00:00:28.080 because you don't want to hear about Mark Carney, stay with me. There will be very little

00:00:32.080 Mark Carney content in this video other than the fact we're talking about him. And if you like

00:00:37.500 Pierre Polyev, there is some really good Polyev video coming up. Very short clips and it's gold.

00:00:43.400 You're going to like this a lot. So, I want to focus in on Mark Carney and his problems with

00:00:50.340 honesty, which we've heard about over the last year. As a matter of fact, we're coming up on his

00:00:54.580 one-year anniversary of winning the Liberal leadership and him becoming Prime Minister.

00:00:58.900 I think that's on March the 9th. So, only six days away. We're going to talk about his problem

00:01:02.700 with honesty and how he likes to take credit for other people's work. And why am I talking about

00:01:08.820 this today? Because this story is big news right now. It has been overshadowed somewhat by the attack

00:01:14.640 in Iran the other day. But this is big news right now. This in the Toronto Sun.

00:01:19.780 Canada and India strike agreements on rare earth uranium. There is something wrong with this story.

00:01:27.580 When I read about this, I thought something was a little bit hinky here. And it plays into today's

00:01:34.580 theme in this video. I'm going to come back around to that in just a moment. Let's go over a couple of

00:01:39.360 things that have happened in the last year that you may remember. So, we'll go over to this story

00:01:43.540 right here. This is kind of both of the topics I'm talking about today wrapped up in one story.

00:01:51.000 His dishonesty and how he likes to take credit for other people's work. Stephen Harper says Carney

00:01:55.640 is taking credit for things he had little or nothing to do with. Harper said he has been listening with

00:01:59.800 disbelief as Carney describes his role in the 2008 financial crisis. Carney bragged about how he helped

00:02:05.820 solve the 2008 financial crisis when it was Jim Flaherty, the finance minister, a dead man,

00:02:11.240 I might add, that actually was responsible for that along with the prime minister at the time.

00:02:17.240 Then there was this story here. Conservatives say Carney is lying about his role moving investments

00:02:22.640 firm office to the U.S. Formal decision to move Brookfield's head office made after he resigned,

00:02:28.500 Carney says that was a lie. It happened while he was at Brookfield. And then you'll remember this.

00:02:36.320 The U.S. president says it's not appropriate to get involved in Canada's election. Still,

00:02:41.760 Donald Trump is back on the campaign radar. The president threatening even higher auto tariffs.

00:02:47.260 And again, floating the 51st state idea. An idea he also raised in last month's phone call with Mark

00:02:53.740 Carney. Now at the time, Carney said Trump respected Canadian sovereignty. Here's what the Liberal leader

00:02:59.540 is saying today. Yes or no, did Mr. Trump bring up the 51st state in his call with you?

00:03:05.980 I said that he did. Carney lied about his discussion with Donald Trump. So there are more lies out there.

00:03:11.820 We could go through them. I'm not going to spend the time. And I'm coming back around to the India 1.00

00:03:15.620 story in just a moment. How he's taking credit for somebody else's work. And the left is just loving

00:03:20.460 this. Mark Carney, the great master negotiator. Look at all the deals he's signing overseas. We're coming

00:03:25.280 back around to that, folks. Then there was this story here. You remember this. Mark Carney faces

00:03:30.360 plagiarism accusations for 1995 Oxford doctoral thesis. And then there's this one that I went

00:03:38.060 on about a couple of times 11 months ago. How he liked to take credit for somebody else's work.

00:03:44.000 I did this story back last April, I think it was. Mr. Polyev, you got the win. Carney is taking the

00:03:51.020 victory lap. And this was regarding Carney taking credit for getting rid of the carbon tax. And I

00:03:56.640 said, Polyev should have taken all the credit for that. He talked about it for more than a year,

00:04:01.840 scrapping the tax, or as you can see on the podium in front of him, axing the tax. And then Carney did

00:04:07.980 this. We will be eliminating the Canada fuel charge, the consumer fuel charge immediately. So it's my

00:04:18.000 honor on behalf of my colleagues to sign this order. Carney took credit for Polyev's signature plan

00:04:28.560 to ax the tax. That along with defund the CBC were two of the big things he talked about for more than

00:04:34.800 a year. But Polyev missed a golden opportunity. And I mean, Carney and the liberals stole many other

00:04:40.880 things and took credit for a lot of other things during the election campaign. There are plans on

00:04:46.040 housing, crime, cost of living, bail reform, all promises that they haven't followed through on. But

00:04:50.860 we'll leave that for another video. See, there's other places that Carney and the liberals take credit

00:04:55.360 where it is not due. But then you have to remember that the industrial carbon tax, by the way, is going up

00:05:01.060 by six times because a memorandum of understanding between the federal government and Alberta proposes

00:05:06.300 increasing the industrial carbon tax. We might come back to those memorandums of understanding

00:05:11.720 in just a moment. But I want to get back to the story regarding this deal with India that the left

00:05:18.160 just loves right now because Mark Carney is the great negotiator. Here's the story from the National

00:05:24.140 Post. Let's go over to this right now. Carney invites Modi to Canada touting new $2.6 billion

00:05:29.940 uranium deal while facing security pressures at home. So my spidey senses are tingling now.

00:05:39.180 This rings a bell. And Carney is taking credit here for other people's work. And it didn't happen

00:05:46.240 very long ago. Let's just read a little bit of this story. Emerging from a set of meetings with India

00:05:54.000 Prime Minister Narendra Modi earlier in the day, Carney announced that a new $2.6 billion

00:05:59.420 agreement had been struck between India and Saskatchewan that will see the Prairie province

00:06:04.000 supply it with uranium, which India needs for nuclear power generation. I'm going to come back 0.89

00:06:08.380 to this story in just a moment. But who's responsible for the groundwork here? It's Scott

00:06:14.040 Moe, Premier of Saskatchewan, who is with Carney right now and is very, very complimentary of Carney

00:06:21.660 getting this deal with India. But it's his deal. This from November 12, 2025, just a few months ago.

00:06:28.980 Scott Moe returns to Saskatchewan after meeting with the Indian government. Yesterday, Premier Scott

00:06:33.820 Moe traveled to the G7 foreign ministers meeting in Niagara region of Ontario, remember that,

00:06:38.820 to meet with Minister Subramanyam Jayshankar, India's Minister of External Affairs and officials of the

00:06:45.060 Indian delegation. The bilateral meeting focused on steps to remove tariffs on yellow peas and areas

00:06:50.820 of mutual interest, including potash, uranium, and agri-food products. Saskatchewan and India continue

00:06:58.660 to have a strong relationship, Moe said. The province has worked hard to maintain its relationship with

00:07:04.060 India, which is one of the province's largest and most important trading partners.

00:07:09.640 So, Scott Moe did the groundwork on this and Carney is taking the credit. But he's also taking credit

00:07:18.120 for other things. Okay? So, let's go back to the National Post story.

00:07:25.200 Here it is right here. The uranium contract with Saskatoon-based Cameco, by the way, I think they're

00:07:30.480 linked with Brookfield, but I'll leave that up to Moose on the Loose to go over. The uranium contract

00:07:35.900 with Saskatoon-based Cameco was one of the 10 commercial deals, some of which were years and

00:07:42.740 months old that Carney's office said totaled around $5.5 billion that he touted as signs of a deepened

00:07:49.520 relationship. So, read this again. One of 10 commercial deals, some of which were years and

00:07:57.220 months old. Well, if they're a few months old, Carney might have something to do with them, but anything a

00:08:01.940 few years old, he's got nothing to do with. So, he's taking credit for these things as well. Now,

00:08:07.120 there's a phrase that has popped up recently that I have not heard very much in the past.

00:08:13.200 Maybe I'm being naive and it's been out there all along, but the words are memorandum of

00:08:18.600 understanding. And it really came to the forefront recently when Mark Carney and the Premier of Alberta,

00:08:26.200 Danielle Smith, signed a memorandum of understanding regarding a pipeline to the West Coast.

00:08:31.940 Going back over to the National Post story, let me bring myself on screen here. To that end,

00:08:39.480 Carney's office outlined how Canada and India signed five memorandums of understanding to commit

00:08:45.060 to working towards deeper collaboration. Memorandums of understanding. What does that mean? Well,

00:08:52.160 if you look at the memorandum of understanding Alberta has with Canada, it means absolutely nothing.

00:08:58.540 We have no deal for a pipeline. A memorandum of understanding means nothing. No deal.

00:09:07.680 Pierre Polyev has talked about all the great deals Carney has made over the last year, which amount to

00:09:13.880 nothing. What do you say to Canadians who say, well, you know, Mark Carney is already looking at

00:09:20.700 these priorities. He's talking about growth. He's talking about diversification. He's talking about

00:09:25.360 industrial strategy. So what's different in your approach? Well, you use the right verbs. He's

00:09:31.640 looking at, he's talking about. And he has been looking and talking quite a lot over the last year.

00:09:37.680 But here are the realities. He has not signed a single new free trade agreement anywhere on earth.

00:09:44.080 Not one. And then there's this from Pierre Polyev. And yet again today,

00:09:48.540 instead of getting things done, Mark Carney was standing up doing photo ops, announcing that he's

00:09:56.620 going to approve a bunch of projects that were already going to happen. One of them, this is in mine

00:10:04.220 in the East Coast. This mine, there was a liberal minister, Dominic LeBlanc, who said that his government

00:10:12.860 was going to make sure this project got underway within a year. And that was back in 2017. Now

00:10:19.260 today, Mark Carney is re-announcing that same liberal promise. To sum things up, there are no deals.

00:10:28.140 The deals he announces are other people's work. And then he lies to the Canadian people about

00:10:33.900 actually getting things done when he's really accomplished nothing. The worst part of this is

00:10:41.020 Canadian people believe him. He has a serious character flaw or flaws. Let me know what you

00:10:47.820 think in the comments. If you liked the video, please give me a thumbs up, subscribe to the channel,

00:10:52.540 ring the bell for notifications. I'll see you in the next one.
