Like that's, this is something that he is focused on and he's really serious about. When I interviewed him, he actually mentioned the same phenomenon that you were talking about, that sometimes it's like a small handful of criminals who are committing all the crime. And so he had an example of a guy he called, he said a guy named Levi. And whenever he's in prison, the crime rate goes down. And whenever he's out of prison, the crime rate goes up.
