00:00:16.640 the flying he does while he's jetting around the world trying to get everyone else to reduce

00:00:20.720 their carbon emissions. What has been the most challenging aspect of your role as special

00:00:35.600 But all of these discussions that take place about climate change failed to address the elephant in

00:00:40.240 the room, which is that people in Canada, the United Kingdom, even to some extent the United States,

00:00:45.760 certainly European countries, they could drop their emissions radically. Some countries could

00:00:51.040 eliminate every single emission and is not going to amount to any substantial difference in the

00:00:56.080 world without China doing the same. China, which as recently as November, was increasing its coal

00:01:02.640 production. How does that align with all of these net zero goals that John Kerry was talking about?

00:01:07.440 But John Kerry doesn't want to answer questions about the elephant in the room. Take a look.

00:01:11.200 Why should anyone else in the world have to deal with emissions reductions when China is not?

00:01:15.360 You can't speak about China's impact, sir? Why should we have to deal with carbon prices when China

00:01:41.840 keeping his distance from us. But how can you have a meaningful discussion about climate

00:01:54.320 sit down yet, but he would be happy to do so. Well, whether or not that meeting takes place,

00:01:58.640 I have no idea. But people around the world still need to realize that it is not fair for

00:02:03.440 Westerners, for Canadians, for Brits, for Americans to have to deal with carbon taxes,

00:02:08.080 to have to deal with these draconian emissions reduction schemes, these very punitive measures,

00:02:12.880 these assaults on industry, when the actual emitters in the world are not doing the same.

00:02:18.000 And people like John Kerry know that and refuse to talk about it.
