00:00:00.000 think you're I think you're right that if we didn't there's like dozens and dozens of hours
00:00:04.740 of live footage coming out of the House of Commons in Parliament every day so it's like very difficult
00:00:10.040 to watch it all and distill it down to the the important moments but that was that was one of 0.99
00:00:15.240 these things where we were able to showcase to the world some of like the really stupid ideas coming 0.99
00:00:21.220 out of the NDP caucus and the people that were propping up Justin Trudeau's government for the 0.98
00:00:25.180 last 10 years like the the if you if you take apart the mmiwg like i don't know why she even
00:00:32.780 added that to like a lineup of sexual identifiers but the 2s in the middle there that's like also a
00:00:39.640 uniquely canadian term two-spirited it's like it's this thing that was invented pretty recently
00:00:45.700 like in the late 1900s um that didn't exist before the white man showed up in in canada
00:00:51.960 uh and it doesn't exist for some reason in aboriginal communities in the united states
00:00:57.780 like it's just canadian indian it's like a uniquely canadian indian experience to be
00:01:04.400 two-spirited or whatever that means but once you cross the border you you are not two-spirit
00:01:08.380 anymore uh it's each one of those letters represents something more and more frustrating 0.99
00:01:16.320 to like average lgb people like like actual sexual minorities who are not out to get like
00:01:24.080 oppression clout like people who are normal and regular and like fought for the last
00:01:30.500 couple decades to have the same rights as heterosexual people and now they're being
00:01:34.780 lumped in with transgender people whatever two-spirited is people uh and then just people 0.74
00:01:40.720 who were murdered. I don't know. You're going to laugh. I mean, it's so absurd, right? And even 0.99
00:01:46.120 like just to bring it back to the Indigenous issue, right? Like we have this idea that you
00:01:50.880 can't even question the Unmarked Graves narrative. Prior to that Unmarked Graves narrative,
00:01:55.260 the thing that they focused and obsessed on was this idea of missing and murdered Indigenous
00:02:00.900 women. They did a whole inquiry on what happened, right? Justin Trudeau, the Prime Minister in 2017
00:02:05.900 said it was genocide and it was an ongoing genocide so that's that this idea that there
00:02:11.100 were like white i don't know white men out there just murdering indigenous women for kicks i mean
00:02:17.080 if it's a genocide usually it's like the government that's leading it and they say that the residential 0.82
00:02:21.160 schools were genocide he said it was a genocide i'm sorry the inquiry and when the rcmp came in
00:02:26.060 and looked at it upwards of 85 percent of these murders are at the hands of indigenous men so
00:02:32.100 So it's domestic violence. It's inter-community violence that's happening. It's sad. It's horrible. It's tragic. But I'm sorry, that's not genocide. It's not genocide when that happens. There's cultural problems in the community.
