00:00:11.620 We are in the midst of a trade war with the United States of America and China,

00:00:15.800 the two largest economies in the world and our two largest export markets and trading partners.

00:00:20.480 To choose to go to the European Union is beyond what I could understand

00:00:27.100 as being in any way impactful or representing Canadians.

00:00:30.360 And so I would ask Mr. Carney to reconsider that,

00:00:33.520 engage immediately with the Chinese government,

00:00:38.760 with respect to how he is going to engage with the United States of America.

00:00:49.400 that has been identified by Saskatchewan industry

00:00:51.560 as being one of the five tariff-related threats

00:00:54.500 that are going to end jobs for a period of time in this country

00:00:59.360 and ultimately are not in any way finding our way

00:01:03.200 towards that North American energy and food security goal

00:01:06.580 that Saskatchewan really plays a part in.
