00:05:08.640 instructed police to investigate the Academy of Learning for alleged OSAP fraud. Over 14,000

00:05:15.340 students were enrolled at Academy of Learning locations in Brampton, North York, and Toronto.

00:05:20.120 Together, those students accumulated over $200 million in OSAP grants.

00:05:27.280 But now back to Gurwinder Bhatti, a multi-millionaire Indian real estate developer and entrepreneur.
