you heard that right. They're taking us to court. They are appealing the victory that we received

during the election campaign. They are appealing that decision. They're taking us back to court

because they believe the judge made the wrong decision when that judge enabled True North to

cover the election campaign to go to that debate after the Trudeau government had stopped us. So

we have a government in one of its very first moves after being re-elected choosing to take an

independent media company, a crowd-funded small digital media startup. They're taking us back to

court. We took them to court the first time because the decision that they made was unfair. A judge

agreed with us. The judge ordered an injunction that demanded that our journalist, Andrew Lawton,

be permitted to go to the debates and cover the debates alongside his colleagues in the media.

That was a huge victory for freedom of speech, a huge victory for press freedom and for constitutional

liberties in Canada. But the Trudeau government doesn't want that to stand. So they're taking us

back to court. I honestly can't believe it. I thought this was behind us. Our lawyers had just

settled with their lawyers on the costs. If you remember, the judge in that trial determined that
