00:02:57.360 nonsensical issue of climate change is this Prime Minister's priority. This is
00:03:04.660 going to be very expensive. Justin Trudeau is talking about programs to pay for
00:03:09.820 things like retrofeeding office buildings with green technology, a new
00:03:14.200 carbon-based tax and eliminating fossil fuels. He has already done as much damage
00:03:19.000 to the oil and gas sector in Western Canada and fomented a long-dormant
00:03:24.160 Western separation movement that threatens to rip the country apart. Some estimates are
00:03:31.360 that the Liberals will commit north of $100 billion for these initiatives. That is on
00:03:37.480 top of the $380 billion deficit. Spending ourselves into prosperity on this
00:03:43.820 nonsense will not work. Dalton McGuinty proved that when he was Premier of Ontario and
00:03:49.060 now Justin Trudeau wants to repeat that insanity on a national level. This is
00:03:55.480 reckless and foolish. The throne speech and reacting to it will be the first
00:04:01.120 significant test for newly minted Conservative leader Erin O'Toole and will
00:04:06.220 give the country a good indicator if he is truly a Prime Minister-in-waiting or

00:04:19.960 government, triggering an election as the Liberals try to outflank the NDP on their
00:04:25.920 left. Make no mistake about it, with this huge proposed shift to the left the
00:04:33.400 leadership of this Prime Minister should be placed before the electorate and the
00:04:38.180 choice in the election if triggered will be clear. Dramatic socialist policies or
