JustPearlyThings - Modern Woman Gets TRIGGERED By The Truth

00:00:00.000 we were just talking about um about your experience on the show yeah a little miss

00:00:05.520 hate video yeah yeah you yeah no um but i should write you a check for all the money i made off

00:00:16.240 don't give her any ideas and then my yeah my question sorry sorry so i said i should i didn't

00:00:23.280 my question to you was what part of the hate comments resonated with you to where you were

00:00:28.400 like okay why does this hurt me i think it hurt me because i love men and obviously what those men

00:00:38.000 were taking from the episode was that i don't like men i'm misandrist and they were saying oh this is

00:00:44.400 why she'll be single forever and i'm like i have men you know and i love them so it's like why are

00:00:51.440 you coming from me in that way like making me feel like i'm i have no value just because i'm talking

00:00:56.800 about my opinions and stuff so i think that's what really got me because i don't want to be seen

00:01:02.720 like i'm anti-men do you know what i mean i'm that's not what i'm about like i'm just about um

00:01:08.560 women having their rights women having their autonomy that's it but men do your thing you're

00:01:14.240 kings we love you you know that's kind of what i want to be known for and i think i didn't like that

00:01:20.640 i was seen in that light and it made me think is it the stuff i said are they misconstruing what i

00:01:27.680 said do you know what i mean right it's definitely what you said and how you said it yeah what do

00:01:32.240 you think i said though and i'll tell you why because i watched the interview as well and i'll

00:01:36.480 compare myself to you because me and you i've listened but you get hate too though listen all the

00:01:42.560 time exactly i'm the troublemaker for a reason because i come here and every single time i'm one of

00:01:48.000 on one of the episodes as people saying papa papa papa i've had people approach me in in life

00:01:52.960 in real life to say to me you're you're basically 30 now you ain't got a man i need to take you to

00:01:58.320 my church and they were actually quite intentionally hate terrific in my face but guess what this is

00:02:06.480 the thing i really don't care because what i believe is my truth and whatever people are telling

00:02:11.920 me doesn't stick to me because their hate towards me is more sometimes a reflection of themselves

00:02:17.200 because they cannot understand how denial they can say all these things i still feel good about

00:02:21.280 herself i don't really care if somebody's telling me i'm 30 i'm going to be on my own and i don't

00:02:25.120 have a man because my truth is that if i want to be with somebody i can work for it and the thing

00:02:30.800 about me is i reflect on myself a lot i feel like everyone should and if you feel like you're doing

00:02:36.800 something wrong and if a lot of people are saying the same thing i have to think wait am i doing the

00:02:43.760 right thing is what they're saying right so i think obviously i have self-confidence in myself

00:02:49.440 yeah but i also need to reflect and actually think okay i know what i believe in am i being delusional

00:02:56.080 you know but that's why would you take the fence you why would you take offense to it if someone's

00:03:00.000 like telling you something you can either if you know yourself you can be like okay they don't know

00:03:04.080 what they're talking about or you can take it assess it take what they said um and then leave the

00:03:08.960 pieces that you're like yeah no that's not me why would you get offended by something because

00:03:15.120 when i first came on the show they didn't like me at all and i was just like well i don't know why

00:03:20.160 they don't like me or i would listen to what they were saying i was like okay well maybe i should

00:03:24.320 listen more take what they say and say and do things differently or say things differently and

00:03:31.120 understand from them and if they're speaking a little rubbish i'm like okay y'all don't know what

00:03:35.280 you're talking about go on with your life but i don't think they're you should get offended first

00:03:40.480 of all it's the internet they everybody gonna say whatever they want to say people always say it's

00:03:44.880 the internet it's life bump the internet it's life people are killing themselves because of the

00:03:49.680 internet like we need to start people are killing themselves outside of the internet you know

00:03:54.000 talking to your mic a little we need to have a bit of censorship because people just keep saying

00:03:58.880 it's the internet it's the internet when like when i came on the show it was so overwhelming like

00:04:03.520 so much like but why are you coming on but it's it but but you also remember you also you also

00:04:09.920 you also made the choice like like you were talking most of the show and there's people that

00:04:14.000 come on they don't really know what type of show it is and they're just they just keep quiet

00:04:17.440 they're there i can see the shock in their face and they're and they're no i i know but i'm

00:04:22.400 saying like if you see the type of environment you don't like it you can always just opt out and

00:04:26.400 not say like that's what i was gonna leave as soon as like i was like okay this is that type of

00:04:30.720 but then you're just walking out and it's like you're walking out of a situation exactly and i

00:04:35.280 look back because i'm like oh she can't hold her but then you but you also but you also but you

00:04:39.440 could have you could have just been you could have just been quiet and said okay like whatever maybe

00:04:44.000 been offended silently and then just when they're a camera moved just walked out like there's girls 0.99

00:04:49.440 that have done that it's not like i don't force anyone to be here yeah i i'm not gonna lie i didn't

00:04:54.480 know the type of environment was i didn't even know i was coming on the show eddie i'm gonna call you out

00:04:59.680 eddie reached out to me and i thought i was going on his podcast and then obviously i was here so i

00:05:04.640 didn't know this was gonna happen i didn't know obviously now that i know that's when when you

00:05:08.880 invited me for this episode i understood what it's about and it's like okay don't take anything personal

00:05:14.800 and obviously i have a podcast when i have guests come on my on my show i'm very like i care about how

00:05:21.120 they feel because i i i'm i'm a massive believer in protecting people's mental health because i've

00:05:28.720 seen what people go through like people want to kill themselves because of this stuff and i don't 0.92

00:05:32.720 want to contribute towards it and i don't care if it's an entertainment i do not fucking care 0.98

00:05:37.600 we need to protect people's mental health and that's how i run my show and a lot of shows that

00:05:42.160 i've been on stand-up tv i got a lot of hate wait how are you wait wait harry was like guys please just

00:05:48.480 checking is everyone okay obviously i didn't get that from you and it was just very like

00:05:52.400 well actually but do you realize do you realize you no one forced you to say anything no one

00:05:59.440 forced you to put yourself out that you were saying the thing so how is because pearl didn't reach out

00:06:05.200 to you to see if you were okay because everything happened no no i know no no i know you're not a bit

00:06:11.520 toxic but you you were saying things like pearl said if you if you didn't want people to come after

00:06:18.160 you you could have just sat back but you can't no no it doesn't it doesn't matter it doesn't matter if

00:06:22.800 you don't know the followers it's life people are gonna come at you no matter what internet off the

00:06:27.440 internet so if you don't want people coming at you it's just like okay sit back not say anything

00:06:32.880 it's just it's just an accountability thing like i just feel like like when andrew was talking about how

00:06:37.440 everything in life is your fault i literally believe that yeah because it's like like you know

00:06:41.840 when that when that girl came on and she like got a couple points on me and and honestly like i felt

00:06:46.240 like she was just arguing like i just felt she came in like heated right and like ready to say all this

00:06:51.360 stuff and i just wasn't prepared but like instead of saying oh like she click baited me she did this

00:06:55.520 this and this i'll be like you know what i wasn't prepared i'll take my l i'll let her get her tick

00:07:00.400 tock cloud off of it but it's like take accountability is i should have asked more

00:07:05.360 questions daddy so when eddie was like oh you want to come on a youtube channel and that's

00:07:09.680 literally what he said a youtube channel about relationships i should have asked which youtube

00:07:14.480 channel i asked because he's a podcast that he has a podcast i just assumed sister what was what was

00:07:19.840 stopping you when you got here from like no i i know that was a show okay okay but like what was

00:07:25.680 stopping you when you got here and you realized it wasn't the his podcast from like googling the

00:07:30.240 podcast you were on i didn't google it because we're already here but it started i know i know

00:07:35.680 but i'm saying i'm saying you you could you usually get like a half hour before the show starts people

00:07:41.360 like we'll chill out hang out whatever so you could look up the podcast you could see the titles within

00:07:46.880 five minutes of research and i've had people do that and leave leave yeah you live and you learn and

00:07:52.560 this is why i will never accept any invitation to any show any podcast until i know exactly what i'm

00:07:59.760 walking really oh but here's the thing like i would i would i just i'm sorry no but i don't

00:08:04.480 try to get this it no no i just i just tell you something i just feel like walk into anything be

00:08:10.080 brave like i just it's an opportunity if you if you would have never came on you wouldn't be sitting

00:08:15.920 here if you would have left you wouldn't be sitting here it's an opportunity and that's the truth

00:08:20.080 every single time especially when it comes to the internet you know one thing there'll be people that

00:08:24.480 like it there'll be people that don't like it especially if you now have an opinion that is strong

00:08:28.560 whatever that opinion is be ready to face the backlash when because i met you through castillo

00:08:33.200 when i went on his show i knew that there was a possibility that people go against me because i

00:08:38.080 come with a different personality and i'm always ready the moment the camera is on i know the

00:08:42.080 consequences of my actions so there is no excuse to go somewhere and be like the camera is on and now

00:08:47.360 your haters are your followers are haters and now you are this and you are that you go on that you be

00:08:51.920 ready for anything it's showbiz that's how it is i have to keep bringing it back you're sagittarius

00:08:57.280 you guys are thick no i'll tell you the difference it doesn't matter it doesn't matter what sign you

00:09:04.640 are okay no no no wait wait wait wait actually wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait

00:09:09.920 you she said she said you're a pisces she's a pisces so so why is she okay because you didn't come for

00:09:15.200 her that was nothing like if anything if anything britney has more of a reason to hate me than anyone here

00:09:21.040 her supposedly both felt attacked no i mean no i didn't feel attacked i felt like because pearl is

00:09:29.600 not in my situation i feel like it's easy to be like oh well you you know you made a mistake because

00:09:34.000 let's go back to what she said during the podcast which was we were talking about the the kid stuff

00:09:37.760 she's like well you made a a poor choice these are the repercussions i can see how you feel that way

00:09:43.040 but like let me try to break it down for you so you can understand so i i get it it's like if you're not

00:09:47.840 it's it's all fun and games until it's you so that's where for me like it's it's not even like

00:09:53.280 oh she's coming for me i'm just trying to explain to her this is my perspective it takes two to tango

00:09:58.960 don't put all that on me you know what i mean because it at the end of the day i open my legs

00:10:03.200 and i can have a baby or not but i can't have a baby without cement you know so yeah i didn't i

00:10:08.880 didn't feel like i i feel like pearls in like her her style too like i've told her um before i actually

00:10:15.760 like really like the past few days did like a deep dive watching all of you guys like really

00:10:20.480 getting into it like i felt like there was this unlikable quality to her because she wasn't she

00:10:26.960 was not going to say her personal experience but she's going to ask a question that you're like

00:10:32.160 girl you're a woman why are you trying to go against us but like i feel like it still poses for good

00:10:37.120 conversation and when i watched her wife's school when i really like was talking to her outside of it i'm

00:10:41.280 like i could
