00:35:27.000 And these photos were taken, they say, right, because there was a whole scandal that erupted this weekend, they say that this story and these photos were taken on February 15th, the day after Valentine's Day.

00:35:40.000 So there's a bunch of New York Post articles because you're going to see tonight how the New York Post has really been serving as Ashley Sinclair's personal PR company.

00:39:46.000 So the initials of the baby is R.

00:39:51.000 And personally, I feel like if she really wanted it to be a secret, she wouldn't have revealed in the legal documents when she sued Elon Musk this last weekend that the first initial was R.

00:40:01.000 But knowing the eccentric names that many of Elon's children have and the fact that Ashley herself, and we're going to bring on our guest tonight soon, Isabella Moody, who is a friend of mine and also a former friend and colleague of Ashley Sinclair's.

00:40:17.000 And she's going to be able to testify to this herself and go through.

00:40:21.000 We're going to get her framed up right now.

00:40:25.000 But Isabella is going to be able to give you a first-hand account of how Ashley plotted for many years now to, I would say, entrap Elon Musk, become pregnant with his child, and that this was all very calculated from the beginning.

00:42:08.000 However, we have reason to believe and screenshots and metadata from photos that leads us to believe that the photographs and the photo shoot with Ashley Sinclair likely took place on February 2nd inside her condo and not February 2nd.

00:42:27.000 Because from sources that I've spoken to who know Ashley, and I know Ashley as well, and I know John Levine, and John Levine was following me around like a stalker at CPAC, begging me to give him Elon Musk's phone number, begging to get in contact with Elon Musk, trying to snoop around and see what I was doing my entire time while I was at CPAC. And the reality is...

00:44:04.000 with people who attended Turning Point galas, people who attended the New York Young Republican events with Ashley, and they all told me that Ashley had private security guards with her everywhere she went, and she would arrive in motorcades that often were accompanied by Tesla vehicles and black SUVs.

02:47:35.000 Democrat Judge Jeffrey Perlman of the New York County Supreme Court has just been assigned as the judge overseeing the custody case filed by Ashley Sinclair against Elon Musk.

02:47:45.000 Judge Jeffrey Perlman recently served as special counsel to Trump-hating New York Governor Kathy Hochul and as a special counsel to the transition following the resignation of the Democrat New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.

02:47:56.000 Records show that Judge Perlman is a Democrat.

02:47:58.000 Perlman once served as chief of staff to the New York State Senate Democratic Conference.

02:48:02.000 He was formerly counsel to Greenberg Targ, a private law firm where his field of practice included government affairs and litigation specializing in ethics, freedom and information law, election law and other client related matters.

02:48:16.000 So, Ashley Sinclair has hired George Bikel, an anti-Trump Democrat, Israeli lawyer to represent her against Elon Musk.

02:48:25.000 It's looking like the Democrat lawfare machine is being mobilized in New York to engage in a lawfare attack against Elon Musk.

02:48:31.000 And then, of course, CCP Skip Tracer, who you should all be following if you're not already following him.

02:48:37.000 So it clearly says, assigned judge Jeffrey Perlman, and you can clearly see that he's a Democrat.

02:48:45.000 And that he's been appointed special counsel by the governor, Kathy Hochul.

02:48:52.000 And Kathy Hochul is anti-Trump.

02:48:54.000 And as we saw, Kathy Hochul supported the lawfare against Trump during the campaign season.

02:48:59.000 She wanted Donald Trump to go to jail.

02:49:03.000 Her client is Lauren Mershon, or Lauren Mershon, which is the judge's daughter, has her as a client.

02:49:10.000 She has sent over $800,000 to the personal home residence of Lauren Mershon.

02:49:15.000 So that's another story that we exclusively reported here on Loomer Unleashed.

02:49:21.000 And how is this not a conflict of interest when Elon Musk is currently working with President Trump and his administration to defund?

02:49:28.000 And defund all of these organizations and cut waste, fraud, and abuse.

02:49:33.000 And New York State is leading the charge as it relates to this lawsuit against Doge and all of the state's attorneys generals.

02:49:42.000 This judge has a major conflict of interest, especially as a Democrat, given the fact that he also, according to FEC records that we pulled up, donated to Democrats in 2020, which was a presidential election year with Donald Trump on the ballot.
