00:22:49.000 You know, Hunter Biden tried to say that his laptop was hacked and that the images of him in all types of weird sexual positions, all types of compromising positions, doing drugs, all types of weird and what some would say illegal situations.

00:23:07.000 He's trying to say that this is all Photoshop and fake information, when in reality, everything on Hunter Biden's laptop.

00:23:20.000 But long story short, before we get to the video that was released by Garrett Ziegler today, I was able to track Hunter Biden down and prove that he was out of the country at the time that he submitted a signed declaration with the court saying that he was broke.

00:23:35.000 So Hunter Biden doesn't want to have to pay his attorney's fees.

00:23:38.000 The case has been dismissed with...

00:23:39.000 Which means that Hunter Biden is no longer allowed to actually file this lawsuit ever again.

00:23:48.000 And now Garrett Ziegler is trying to petition the court to grant him attorney's fees and make Hunter Biden pay his attorney's fees.

00:23:55.000 And what's really interesting is that Hunter Biden claimed in this declaration that he signed under oath and submitted to the court on March 5th.

00:24:02.000 That he is 100% broke, that he has no money, that his artwork in his home was destroyed in the recent fires in Malibu.

00:24:09.000 But then I caught him in South Africa on a five-star vacation, a luxury vacation, staying at an Oceanside Villa.

00:24:16.000 And what I also proved, and I said this over a week ago, and people mocked me and they said that I wasn't telling the truth or that it couldn't be confirmed.

00:24:23.000 I said that Hunter Biden was still receiving Secret Service protection and that he was...

00:24:28.000 Fleeing the country to South Africa.

00:24:30.000 And what do you know?

00:24:31.000 Through my tracking operation on the ground in South Africa, I was able to exclusively confirm that Hunter Biden fled the country to avoid his deposition.

00:24:39.000 And he has a 12 Secret Service agent per day detail on the ground in South Africa.

00:24:46.000 His father is no longer president of the United States of America.

00:24:49.000 And yet we, the taxpayers, are paying for Hunter Biden to have Secret Service protection.

00:24:55.000 And if you read the Former President Protection Act, and it's called the Former President's Protection Act.

00:25:01.000 I believe it was revised in 2012. The Former President's Protection Act says that children of presidents or former presidents can only continue receiving Secret Service protection if they are under the age of 16 years old.

00:25:15.000 And we know that Hunter Biden, I believe he's like 55 years old.

00:25:18.000 He certainly acts like a child.

00:25:20.000 He is indeed a man-child.

00:25:22.000 But by the books and if you look at his ID and you look at his date of birth, he's not actually a child.

00:25:28.000 He's a grown-ass man who just happens to So, why the hell are we paying for Hunter Biden's Secret Service protection when Joe Biden can be paying for it?

00:26:04.000 So hopefully the Trump administration does the right thing, and I hope that Donald Trump revokes Hunter Biden's Secret Service protection because it's kind of outrageous, really, if you think about it.

00:26:14.000 I mean, this trip is going to cost anywhere from half a million to a million dollars just covering his expenses and the expenses for all of these Secret Service agents who get their travel expenses covered.

00:26:27.000 It's just totally ridiculous to know that we have 18 Secret Service agents currently in South Africa.

00:26:33.000 I'm told that six on standby and 12 who are part of the full-time detail every single day.

00:26:39.000 Four Secret Service agents in every shift.

00:26:42.000 Three shifts every eight hours.

00:26:43.000 So you do the math, that's 12 Secret Service agents per day that have to protect Hunter Biden and his wife, Melissa Cohen, and their small child, Beau, the entire time he's there.

00:27:52.000 And if you scroll down, Loomer respects local sources who claim that Hunter is traveling with 18 agents, three shifts of four agents plus six backup agents who are staying at a nearby four-star result, collecting per diem payments for meals and renting two cars.

00:28:08.000 You know, it makes you wonder how come the mainstream media isn't doing this type of reporting, but busted.

00:28:12.000 And look, I will say that the pardon that Joe Biden signed for his son, that includes crimes committed from January, I believe it's January 1st of 2014, all the way till December 4th of 2024. Doesn't include alleged perjury.

00:28:27.000 And so if Hunter Biden did sign this declaration while he was out of the country and he said he was broke but he's going on a five-star vacation in South Africa, that would be considered perjury, which is not protected in this blanket pardon that his father Joe Biden signed off on him for.

00:33:27.000 So he dismissed our lawsuit, or really Hunter's lawsuit against us, on Thursday evening with prejudice.

00:33:35.000 What this means is that the flying gnat around yours truly, known as Hunter Biden, cannot bring these claims against me.

00:33:45.000 In federal or state court, ever again.

00:33:48.000 This was a total lie from the beginning.

00:33:51.000 And Vera, the judge, on Thursday night did exactly what I had predicted he was going to do.

00:33:58.000 He's going to grant Hunter's ridiculous ex parte motion, for which there was no exigency, and we'll get into that a little bit.

00:34:07.000 So Marco Polo is now going to be filing a motion for our attorney's fees, which as of this Saturday, March 15th, the Ides of March.

00:34:34.000 But right before this dismissal came onto the docket, we sent a subpoena to the Secret Service, the LA Secret Service office, LA field office, the LA Secret Service office, LA field office, for, quote, any and all documents related to the location of R. Hunter Biden from February 27th.

00:35:00.000 2025 to March 13, 2025, or a sworn declaration and a log of any and all withheld documents.

00:35:09.000 Why do we ask for that?

00:35:10.000 Why are we subpoenaing for this in preparation for a motion for attorney fee reimbursement?

00:35:16.000 Because Hunter might have not been in Los Angeles on March 4th when he signed that declaration.

00:35:22.000 He signed it under the penalties of perjury.

00:35:25.000 And he, which goes to the main purpose of the video, he had already fled to South Africa before the judge ruled.

00:35:37.000 Hunter is now in a $500 per night, and that's a conservative estimate, Oceanside Villa in Cape Town, and he went there before the judge ruled.

00:35:49.000 He was so sure that his dad's appointee was going to rubber stamp what he wanted, and he did, to a degree.

00:35:56.000 He did grant the dismissal, but he did it in such a way that is going to allow us an easier argument to get reimbursed on our attorney's fees, which is good.
