00:31:38.000He chose to oversay his welcome in violation of our nation's laws.
00:31:42.000Yiannopoulos was issued a final order of removal by an immigration judge on July 22nd after failing to show up for his immigration hearing.
00:31:50.000He will remain in ICE custody pending removal.

02:39:56.000If you eat bacon or if you eat pork, you've probably purchased or you've probably Eaten Smithfield's products here in the United States of America.
02:40:06.000Now, China bought Smithfield Foods, which is America's largest pork producer, in 2013.
02:40:15.000A lot of people have no idea that China and a CCP controlled entity or affiliated entity owns the largest producer of pork in America.
02:40:27.000But what these people are getting away with, right?
02:40:31.000And if you didn't know that, I'm glad that you'll be learning something new on this program because my goal is to always educate people and my goal is to always leave you with new information every single time you watch a new episode of Loomer Unleashed.

02:40:51.000And there was a lot of opposition to this when it first happened.
02:40:57.000And a lot of Republicans warned about the dangers of giving China. So much control over America's food supply and over our pork production, agricultural infrastructure and farmland.
02:41:11.000Because of course, if you're producing pork, you're going to need to have pig farms, right?
02:41:15.000Because, well, where does pork come from?
02:41:17.000It comes from pigs and you need to have farms in order to produce these pork products.
02:41:24.000You hear a lot about how Republicans oppose foreign ownership of our farmland in Florida.
02:41:33.000Received a lot of press coverage a couple years ago when he said that the Florida legislature was going to make it illegal for China to buy farmland when it was revealed to the public.
02:41:45.000And you can look this up online and you can see there's been tons of stories about this written about how China owns so much U.S. farmland, right?
02:41:52.000We can pull this up right now Chinese ownership of U.S. farmland.
02:41:57.000There's, you know, Chinese ownership of farms that are just outside of military bases.
02:42:02.000This isn't just an issue as it pertains to foreign ownership of American land.
02:42:07.000And American farms and the impacts that that has on our food supply.

02:42:19.000Chinese interests own a fraction of the roughly 3.5% of U.S. agricultural land.
02:42:25.000It's owned by foreign investors, right?
02:43:10.000Well, obviously, that hurts American farmers because American farmers are not going to be able to compete with a multi billion dollar Chinese corporation.

02:43:27.000Because if this is happening with Smithfield Foods and their lobbyists, imagine by the time you're done reading this article and hearing how outrageous this is, right?

02:43:48.000We need to, you know, update the FARA legislation because, as I've talked about extensively on this show, one of the first things that Pam Bondi did upon being sworn in as attorney general is she revised FARA and really reduced a lot of the enforcement, kind of got rid of FARA enforcement altogether within the DOJ.
02:44:08.000And so we see a lot of just unchecked foreign influence, unchecked, undisclosed.
02:44:15.000And so I was first to report this week that following a federal complaint, Smithfield Foods lobbyist Greenberg Tarig, which is a very large lobbying firm, probably one of the largest, violated federal lobbying rules and has just been forced to disclose that their lobbying of U.S. Congress and the U.S. Treasury benefits the Chinese company's owner.
02:44:38.000WH Group, of course, Smithfield Foods is Chinese owned.
02:44:43.000And you can see these documents if you haven't seen these documents.
02:44:47.000Uh, lobby forms before we can go through these and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about.
02:44:54.000Now, uh, when you, you can scroll up and you can see what the top of these documents is what all of the lobbyists who lobby members of Congress have to fill out.
02:45:02.000Clerk of the House of Representatives, Secretary of the Senate, it gets registered with our Office of Public Records.
02:45:08.000And if you're a lobbyist, doesn't matter if you're lobbying for a foreign interest or if you're lobbying for an American company, you have to provide your information.
02:45:19.000And you have to report the income that you're receiving per the lobby period for your lobby activities.
02:45:27.000You have to say which entity you're lobbying on behalf of, what the purpose of the lobbying is for.
02:45:33.000And then at the bottom, you'll notice I circled it in red.

02:46:01.000You're supposed to disclose whether or not a foreign entity has any interest in your lobby activities.

02:46:19.000The lobbyist, right, individual by the name of Christopher DeLacy, who works at Greenberg, clicked none.
02:46:30.000And then if you scroll down, here's another lobby form filled out by the same lobbyist.
02:46:57.000So the complaint was filed with the House and the Senate in early August, and it detailed how this lobbyist for Smithfield, working for Greenberg, uh, Tor Torrig, violated federal lobbying rules when it checked none on the required disclosure form, asking whether or not any foreign entity had any interest in its $120,000.
02:47:20.000Worth of 2026 second quarter lobbying for China owned Smithfield on animal welfare standards, farm bill reauthorization, and issues related to foreign ownership of agricultural land.
02:47:35.000Because, of course, in this legislation, there's a lot of debate, especially a lot of animal groups are very concerned.
02:47:45.000I'm concerned about the treatment of some of these farm animals, especially the very abusive and Just very cruel and inhumane ways that they keep these pigs, you know, constrained in these China like, right?0.89
