00:30:14.000Because there are so many Somalis in the state of Ohio.
00:30:17.000And you see these people standing outside of the early voting locations in Ohio in full Islamic garb, in full burqa, in full hijab, and broadcasting, presenting themselves as so called journalists, not speaking a lick of English, literally.

00:30:54.000I mean, each state, it's different, but there are laws in every single state in America that govern how somebody can electioneer outside of a voting location.
00:31:05.000And generally speaking, here in Florida, at least, you have to be 150 feet away from the polling site entrance.
00:31:13.000And that means you're not allowed to engage in partisan electioneering, encourage people to vote for certain candidates, or try to influence people's votes one way or another unless you are at least 100 feet away from the entrance.
00:31:26.000And you see in Ohio, the rule is actually a hundred feet.
00:31:30.000So we can pull this up because this week I actually had to report these people to the Ohio Secretary of State's office.
00:31:37.000But we have Ohio's code section 3501.35, which prohibits campaigning near polling places under Ohio code section 3501.35.
00:31:52.000No person is allowed to loiter, congregate, or attempt to influence voters within the neutral zone.
00:31:58.000Marked by American flags 100 feet away from the entrance or within 100 feet of any voter standing in an extended line.
00:32:07.000Yet, Loomer Unleash, and you can see this here on the Ohio, the website for the Ohio elections, the Ohio Secretary of State's website.
00:32:16.000This has been verified by the Ohio Secretary of State, Frank LaRose.
00:32:21.000But we're going to go ahead and play some of these videos for you.
00:32:24.000And you can be the judge of it, but to me, it doesn't look like these people from Ohio Somali TV.
00:32:55.000And we see that, uh, after my report to the Ohio secretary of state, Frank LaRose, he actually issued a press release, uh, Referencing this, saying that people are presenting themselves as journalists and they appear to be electioneering in a foreign language.

00:33:15.000You know, I had a phone call with the Secretary of State of Ohio.
00:33:18.000He was very generous with his time and he took this matter very seriously.
00:33:22.000And you can see here, he says Ohio law requires small American flags or other marking methods to identify the restricted area approximately 100 feet from a polling place entrance.
00:33:34.000The restriction also extends within 10 feet of voters waiting in line beyond the flags.
00:33:39.000This means campaigning may be prohibited even more than 100 feet from the entrance when voting lines are long.
00:33:44.000And the lines in these videos are, as you can see, and you will see when I play these videos tonight, they are long lines.
00:33:50.000And so I believe that Ohio Somali TV is in violation.
00:33:55.000And the Ohio Secretary of State's office told me that they would be conducting an investigation.
00:34:01.000And you can see here that he pointed to numerous social media reports.
00:34:05.000Of course, that's my reporting alleging illegal campaign activity within this restricted zone surrounding a polling location.
00:34:12.000One report raised concerns about an individual claiming to be a journalist, again from Somali TV.
00:34:16.000Like, why do these people even have their own TV stations in Ohio, right?0.93

02:03:41.000So even under the nose of the President of the United States, you have Republican lawmakers and Republican Senate candidates trying to deceive And deceive even the president of the United States and their Senate colleagues into supporting a bill called Save Our Bacon Act.
02:04:01.000This is not a pro American or pro American farmer bill.
02:04:05.000This is an anti American bill that's being pushed by Smithfield with the help of Rhino Republicans, including Ashley Henson and Joni Ernst, who have both taken campaign contributions from Smithfield and its pork industry lobby group.
02:04:18.000And I wouldn't be surprised when Joni Ernst retires from the Senate after this year if we find her working and accepting a position, like a six or seven figure position, working for the National Pork Association or some type of CCP affiliated.
02:04:34.000Uh, pork industry that supports Smithfield.
02:04:43.000So, what do you need to do as a Republican voter, or if you're watching, maybe you're a Democrat?
02:04:48.000You need to get your senators to remove this radioactive Save Our Bacon Act from the farm bill.
02:04:54.000They need to remove it from the farm bill, or else they're going to completely jeopardize this bill passing in its entirety.
02:05:01.000And it's a very important piece of legislation because President Trump promised that it would be signed into law and it would be on his desk.
02:05:08.000By the end of the year, this is a promise that he made to the American people.
02:05:12.000And you have very selfish senators and Senate candidates right now who are trying to sabotage this entire piece of legislation so that they can do a favor for Smithfield, which of course is 87% controlled by China, specifically CCP affiliated entity.
02:05:31.000So I would encourage everybody to go read my report exclusive Smithfield Foods lobbyist hides foreign Chinese ties for 30th straight quarter in violation of federal law.
02:05:39.000This is a continuation of the Two previous articles that I wrote about Smithfield lobbyists violating federal lobbying disclosure laws by not disclosing the fact that they have a Chinese owner on their quarterly lobbying report.

02:06:45.000So, again, for the 30th straight disclosure form, Smithfield's lobbyists at Greenberg Torg have been in violation, and it's time for people to start facing some accountability.
02:06:56.000The lobbyists checked in on the box, asking for interest of each foreign entity in the specific issues listed, instead of listing Smithfield's Chinese owner, which clearly has a significant stake in this lobbying.
02:07:08.000This is intentional and deliberate deception.
02:07:14.000Now, if you want to go back and you want to review my original report in September, I reported that Smithfield lobbyists amended its 2026 second quarter disclosure filing to finally list its Chinese owner after I called them out.
02:07:29.000So, one day after my story broke, they amended it to list the Chinese owner and then they took it out.
02:07:37.000One day after my story, Greenberg Targ submitted another amendment and then suspiciously deleted the Chinese owner's name again.
02:07:45.000So, they get caught, they change it to add China, and then they decide that they're going to go back and they're going to remove it.
02:07:55.000So, once again, they have been caught red handed, lying about their China ties.
02:07:59.000And it makes you wonder how many other companies are like this, like Smithfield, lying about their Chinese ownership ties?
02:08:06.000How many more companies out there are doing this?
02:08:08.000You have Smithfield, you have Ferretti, you have so many of these companies that are being deceptive about the Chinese ownership or the Chinese affiliations with the CCP.
02:08:23.000And people are buying these products and they have no idea.
02:08:27.000So, not only do we need The Save Our Bacon Act, Save China's Bacon Act, really is what it should actually be called to be removed from the Farm Bill.
02:08:37.000But I'm calling on Smithfield's lobbyists to be immediately investigated by the U.S. Attorney in D.C., Judge Jeanine Pirro.
02:08:45.000And I also think that they should be referred to the Department of Justice's National Security Division for clear and apparent violations of federal disclosure laws related to lobbying as it pertains to foreign influence and foreign governments having an interest or having some type of.
02:09:05.000You know, some type of ownership, right?
02:09:11.000And if you're going to deceive the American people and you're going to deceive senators after the company donates thousands of dollars, well, millions of dollars, really, when you add up all the money and you look at all these companies that are doing this, it's millions of dollars of donations.
02:09:30.000There actually needs to be some accountability for once.
02:09:34.000I know that that might be a foreign concept to people in Washington, D.C., but.0.50
02:09:39.000There needs to be accountability to people who are undermining American democracy to benefit foreign governments and not just any foreign government, but communist governments, Islamic governments.
