00:10:08.000 Yet to all of us paying attention, this should not come as a shock.

00:10:11.000 We knew well before Iowa and New Hampshire that Trump was going to be the nominee, and that he was going to dominate in the Iowa caucus and the New Hampshire primary.

00:10:19.000 All of the polls indicated that he had a large commanding lead, and a quick glance at the GOP base revealed that all the energy has been behind him.

00:10:27.000 For all intents and purposes, this primary was, and continues to be, a complete waste of time and money.

00:10:33.000 Yet we all had to go through the motions anyway.

00:10:37.000 Because the donor class and the establishment GOP were not satisfied with Donald Trump.

00:10:42.000 They never have been and they never will be so who really gives a shit about what these elitists think at the end of the day?

00:10:49.000 They want to replace Trump and foolishly they believe that they can actually do it and in doing so they have ultimately wasted hundreds of billions of Republican donor dollars that could have gone towards defeating the left and Joe Biden in a general election and also securing our elections.

00:11:04.000 They also nearly sunk the political career of Florida's absentee governor, Ron DeSantis, whose disastrous campaign came crashing to earth just after leaving the launching pad.

00:11:20.000 Even now, the GOP establishment and the donor class still refuse to fully concede that this is the party of MAGA, America First, as they are still propping up Nikki Haley, the last remaining opponent to Trump.

00:11:38.000 Wouldn't it be nice if we could already put the primary behind us and focus on getting our nominee, Donald J. Trump, back into the White House?

00:12:44.000 As I'm going to show you tonight with the receipts, many of Joe Biden's mega donors are pumping tons of cash into Haley's campaign.

00:14:31.000 In fact, when President Trump had a unity rally in New Hampshire last week with all of the other GOP presidential candidates who dropped out and endorsed him, Ron DeSantis was visibly missing from the rally.

00:14:42.000 Team DeSantis will forever go down in history as a perfect example of what not to do if you ever run for president.

00:14:49.000 It has been clear for months now that DeSantis was never going to come close to beating Donald Trump.

00:14:58.000 He wasn't even going to win the state he governs.

00:15:01.000 In fact, his campaign should have thrown in the towel a long time ago, and honestly, he never should have even entered the race in the first place.

00:15:09.000 When it became clear that President Trump was running again, and when he was being persecuted by the Biden administration and corrupt communist officials across the nation who even raided his home at Mar-a-Lago, located in Florida, the state that Ron DeSantis is the governor of, DeSantis should have backed President Trump back then, right then and there.

00:48:53.000 I mean, God, we've only been talking about him on this show every episode since I launched it.

00:49:01.000 But now that Ron DeSantis is officially out of the presidential race,

00:49:12.000 We're going to have to focus all of our time and effort on Nikki Haley because Nikki Haley, as we have seen for voters, were Democrats, you know, and you're maybe asking, how is this possible for them to be voting in the primary?

00:49:23.000 Well, in Iowa, right, you see that Donald Trump won 99 of 99 counties.

00:49:29.000 And then all of a sudden, right, we were told that, oh, one county flipped for Nikki Haley.

00:49:33.000 And it was because Democrats were allowed in Iowa to change their voter registration the day of.

00:49:39.000 Uh, to, uh, to vote, uh, to vote for Nikki Haley if they wanted to.

00:49:44.000 And so you had Democrats pushing out this campaign of be a Republican for a day.

00:49:48.000 That's what they called it, right?

00:49:49.000 They said be a Republican for a day.

00:49:52.000 And then in New Hampshire, uh, in New Hampshire, uh, we had, uh, well, let's just pull it up.

00:50:06.000 Let's get the graphic, please, that shows the exit polls of Nikki Haley receiving 70% of her voters from Democrats in New Hampshire.

00:50:27.000 70% of Haley voters in New Hampshire were not registered Republicans and that's according to a CNN exit poll.

00:50:34.000 7 in 10 voters supporting Nikki Haley in the New Hampshire GOP primary were not registered Republicans according to a CNN exit poll.

00:50:43.000 The poll found that 70% of voters who backed Haley in the primary on Tuesday were undeclared or independent, while only 27% were Republicans.

00:50:52.000 So, Nikki Haley likes to say that she is the most conservative or the most Republican candidate in the race, but the reality is that less than 30% of her voters were actually Republicans.

00:51:03.000 They're Democrats.

00:51:04.000 The remaining 3% were unregistered as voters before participating in the primary.

00:51:09.000 The breakdown for President Trump's support in the primary was the exact opposite according to the poll.

00:51:14.000 Yeah, because Donald Trump actually is a conservative unlike Nikki Haley who's a Democrat and we're going to show you tonight.

00:51:21.000 It found that 70% of Trump voters were registered Republicans while 27% were undeclared and 3% were previously unregistered as voters.

00:51:31.000 Now some of you may be wondering how this is possible the day of the primary.

00:51:35.000 Well, voters in New Hampshire do not need to register as Republican to vote in the GOP primary, but they cannot be registered Democrats.

00:51:42.000 So, essentially, right, you have Nikki Haley, who was unable to really get support from Republicans.

00:51:49.000 We saw this in Iowa, where she was only able to win one of Iowa's 99 counties, and it was determined, and we can probably get that graphic up as well, that shows that it was Johnson County in Iowa, they call it Johnson County, that flipped from being a Trump county to a Nikki Haley county after Democrats voted.

00:52:14.000 Donald Trump got over 51% of the vote.

00:52:21.000 Let's get an article up on the screen so people can see about Johnson County.

00:54:11.000 And there was ultimately a verdict and a ruling, and they ordered President Trump to pay E. Jean Carroll $83.3 million.

00:54:25.000 And let's see, we also have the showdown on the border where you have Governor Greg Abbott saying that they're going to defy federal orders from the Biden administration that is encouraging.

00:55:06.000 They were also going to send in members of their National Guard and so we have some clips to show you from from that.

00:55:24.000 And Greg Abbott was asked by Tucker Carlson what they're going to do, right, in the state of Texas if Joe Biden ends up sending in the military.

00:55:38.000 On Monday, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled that the Biden administration is legally allowed to open the border by force to cut down razor wire along the Rio Grande sector of the US-Mexico border in Texas.

00:55:50.000 The usual suspects voted for this, Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, Kintagi Brown-Jackson, but they were joined by so-called conservative justices John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett.

00:56:00.000 So in response to this ruling, which shocked many, the governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, drafted a letter.

00:56:07.000 Not simply to the administration, but to the world.

00:56:08.000 And here's part of what it says.

00:56:28.000 Ebbett goes on to say the state of Texas has the authority under the Constitution to, quote, protect itself.

00:56:33.000 That authority is the supreme law of the land, and it supersedes any federal statutes to the contrary.

00:56:40.000 And then, following very quickly, 25 other states with Republican governors signed a letter pledging their support to Texas and its constitutional right to defend itself and this country.

00:56:50.000 Those states include Ohio, Florida, Utah, Nevada, and many others.

00:56:53.000 And then the Biden administration responded.

00:56:55.000 The administration threatened

00:56:58.000 These states, and particularly Texas, with a quote, 24-hour deadline to allow Border Patrol to reopen the border and to take down the barbed wire.

00:57:06.000 Clearly a collision course.

00:57:07.000 What happens next?

00:57:17.000 If the administration declares that it plans to federalize the National Guard of the state of Texas, your National Guard, what will be your response?

00:57:28.000 Well, first, I'll be shocked.

00:57:30.000 That would be a boneheaded move on his part, a total disaster.

00:57:34.000 But for one, as you might imagine, we are prepared in the event that that unlikely event does occur to make sure that we will be able to continue exactly what we've been doing over the past month.

00:57:44.000 And that is building these barriers, whether it be the Constitutional Wire or other anti-climate border barriers, whatever we've been building, the Biden administration is now trying to attack us because of it.

00:57:58.000 And we will continue to do exactly what we're doing to expand our denial of illegal entry into the state of Texas.

00:58:06.000 With state employees, I assume, not with National Guard.

00:58:09.000 But can you envision a scenario in which you would put armed state employees on the border instead of the National Guard of Texas?

00:58:16.000 We do have other armed state employees on the border as we speak right this minute.

00:58:21.000 And that's the Texas Department of Public Safety, as well as other law enforcement officers, as well as National Guard from other states.

00:58:28.000 And you can be assured there will be more National Guard from other states and more law enforcement officers within the state of Texas and other states.

00:58:34.000 And, Tucker, I just signed a law, a new law in the state of Texas that will go into effect on March the 5th that authorizes any law enforcement officer in the state of Texas to be able to arrest anybody coming across the border illegally.

00:58:49.000 Have you spoken to the President or anyone from the Biden White House about what appears to be an imminent collision?

00:58:56.000 I have not to be clear.

00:58:58.000 I have spoken to the president about the border.

00:59:01.000 I met him on a tarmac in El Paso and talked to him directly about what was going on.

00:59:05.000 I handed him a letter that had in it immediate solutions he could take that would immediately secure the border without the need of any new law to be passed.

00:59:14.000 Despite the fact that I handed him on altogether eight different letters, he has refused to ever respond.

00:59:21.000 My point in telling you that we have laid down the precursor.

00:59:24.000 of what's called Article 4, Section 4 of the United States Constitution to show that we have been invaded and we have demanded support from the President to safeguard our state, and they have refused to do so eight times, and that authorized me to declare an invasion under Article 1, Section 10 of the Constitution to make sure that Texas is going to be able to use every tool in our arsenal to defend our state.

00:59:54.000 Of the couple of dozen Republican-led states who've pledged support for you, how many do you think would send National Guard to Texas?

01:00:03.000 I'll be shocked and disappointed if almost all of them do not send.

01:00:08.000 There have been about 10 so far that have sent National Guard or other law enforcement.

01:00:13.000 They now are joined together with us, and this is a fight for the future of America, and they all know it.

01:00:18.000 And so I believe that they will all be in on December.

01:00:22.000 It's just a remarkable moment, and I know you're heading out, but my final question is, how do you see this resolving?

01:00:32.000 Well, Texas is going to continue to expand the border barriers that we are erecting, the razor wire that we're putting up, and to continue to gain control of more land over the coming months.

01:00:47.000 I believe, however, that this will all come to an end on January the 20th,

01:01:06.000 And we will have safe and secure borders once again because we will have a president who actually will enforce the laws of the United States of America.

01:01:14.000 But in the next year, are you concerned about any kind of conflict between state forces, whether state employees or National Guard and federal forces?

01:01:23.000 So, Tucker, all we can do is be as prepared as possible, deploy as many people as possible, do as much as possible to put up more border barriers and deny illegal entry.
