00:12:14.000 We're good to go.

00:13:33.000 We're good.

00:14:35.000 I don't know.

00:16:24.000 We're good.

00:18:23.000 I don't know.

00:20:45.000 We're good.

00:22:03.000 We're good.

00:23:41.000 We're good.

00:25:28.000 We're good.

00:28:26.000 Evening and welcome to episode 32 of Lumer Unleashed.

00:28:30.000 I'm your host, Laura Lumer.

00:28:32.000 Tonight, Joe Biden will be delivering the State of the Union speech before a joint session in Congress.

00:28:37.000 America is just getting ready now, in anticipation, about to see just how far Joe Biden has declined mentally and rhetorically this evening.

00:28:48.000 Behind his slurred and confused speech will be the countless lies that his administration regularly trots out.

00:28:54.000 If he makes it, that is, because it's my understanding right now that there's actually a blockade of his motorcade by the rabid, pro-Hamas, free Palestine crowd.

00:29:05.000 So who knows if we're even going to see the State of the Union tonight because these people are rabid and they're blocking traffic.

00:29:13.000 Joe Biden will claim tonight that the economy is roaring and healthy, that life in America is better than ever, and that he's restored so-called decency to the White House, even though every American personally knows that that isn't true at all.

00:29:26.000 And while Biden flounders in front of the entire country tonight, Donald Trump plans to do a live play-by-play rebuttal, which will highlight and stark contrast just how superior Trump is as a candidate to Joe Biden.

00:29:40.000 Each year, the State of the Union is normally a chance

00:29:43.000 for a president to give an update on his agenda and set the tone for the coming year.

00:29:48.000 It's an opportunity to speak directly to the American people as millions of people tune in.

00:29:54.000 For someone like Joe Biden, though, the State of the Union is a potential disaster.

00:29:58.000 Despite his team's best effort, it has become increasingly clear that Joe Biden is deteriorating.

00:30:03.000 He's probably beyond the point of being competent to hold any job, let alone the most important position in the world.

00:30:09.000 And that, of course, is President of the United States.

00:30:13.000 Yet Biden isn't just on his way out the door.

00:30:16.000 He's running for another four years.

00:30:18.000 And every single time he steps near a camera or a microphone, his campaign and the Democrats broadly have to be holding their breath.

00:30:26.000 Because at any moment, as we all know, Joe Biden may totally malfunction and embarrass the entire Democrat Party as well as our country, which is something he manages to do on a daily basis as it is.

00:30:40.000 Besides his mental ineptness, what record is Joe Biden even running on?

00:30:44.000 Let's be honest.

00:30:45.000 What is his big accomplishment these past three and a half years?

00:30:49.000 The economy has stagnated and inflation has totally eroded the purchasing power of American families.

00:30:55.000 For the middle class in particular, it has become increasingly challenging to afford a good life.

00:31:00.000 Even a simple trip to the grocery store is now a painful financial burden for many people.

00:31:05.000 Yet wages have continued to stagnate.

00:31:07.000 People are not being paid more for their time and labor.

00:31:10.000 But they are paying more to survive.

00:31:14.000 The economy is totally broken and Biden isn't even trying to mend it.

00:31:18.000 Instead, what is he doing?

00:31:19.000 Well, he's sending all of our money to Ukraine and giving it to millions of illegal aliens who are now being treated better than United States citizens. 0.91

00:31:28.000 We have illegal aliens that are getting free services and they're being put up at the Ritz Carlton and meanwhile American veterans are sleeping on the sidewalk homeless. 0.86

00:31:36.000 22 a day killing themselves.

00:31:38.000 But I guess if you're an illegal alien, you're going to get everything you want. 0.97

00:31:42.000 And what about the border?

00:31:44.000 Let's talk about that.

00:31:46.000 Well, that's a disaster that I've covered thoroughly here on Loomer Unleashed.

00:31:51.000 The border is an issue that is not simply being caused by mismanagement or apathy, but is actively being encouraged by Joe Biden.

00:31:58.000 In fact, news broke earlier this week that the Biden administration has intentionally flown over 320,000 inadmissible, I don't know what that even is supposed to mean, inadmissible illegal aliens, that's what they want to call these people, to the United States airports.

00:32:14.000 Dozens of airports straight from Latin America.

00:32:18.000 They did this, secretly of course, to circumvent border security and to artificially pad the stats on the number of migrant encounters occurring at the southern border.

00:32:28.000 This alone amounts to treason, and it perfectly portrays the depths that the Democrats are willing to go to.

00:32:36.000 Instead of actually addressing the crisis, the Democrats would rather encourage it, because those poor immigrants, right, according to the Democrats, well, oh those poor immigrants, they're so poor, we gotta help these people.

00:32:49.000 So sad, so poor.

00:32:50.000 Well, those people, they're going to keep the economy moving and, of course, they're going to vote blue this November, according to the Democrats.

00:32:56.000 So that's why they're letting all of them in.

00:33:00.000 Instead of admitting how bad things are at the border, though, the Democrats would rather fork out millions of dollars to fly these invaders to your backyard to hide the truth.

00:33:08.000 Internationally, America's reputation with the world, something Trump worked tirelessly to rebuild, has been trashed once again.

00:33:15.000 We're a laughingstock all over the world.

00:33:17.000 Many of the flashpoints across the globe, from Ukraine to Gaza to the Red Sea, have all deteriorated to the point of armed conflict since Joe Biden took office.

00:33:27.000 Or since, you know, he stole the election.

00:33:29.000 Because let's be honest, stolen elections have consequences.

00:33:32.000 Stolen elections are lethal and we're watching the death of our country as we know it.

00:33:39.000 America's ability to influence our allies and contain our adversaries has plummeted to perhaps the worst point since World War II.

00:33:45.000 We are a joke of a nation.

00:33:47.000 A nation in decline, as President Trump likes to say.

00:33:50.000 One that is bogged down with our own crises and ineffective leadership.

00:33:54.000 We can't even keep cargo ships safe from Houthi rebels, who just yesterday sank another vessel with a ballistic missile, likely killing most of the crew in the process.

00:34:05.000 It is fairly obvious that nobody respects us anymore.

00:34:08.000 And hey, why would they?

00:34:09.000 Why would they?

00:34:10.000 Why should they?

00:34:11.000 We are on course to become a third world nation and the person in charge doesn't even know what year it is or which state he's in half the time.

00:34:19.000 I don't even think Joe Biden knows who Joe Biden is, if we're being honest. 0.86

00:34:24.000 So while our bumbling, geriatric, illegitimate occupant of the White House gives his ridiculous speech in front of Congress and the nation tonight, we'll be watching a far better man and Donald Trump give his play-by-play retort. 0.91

00:34:36.000 I have no doubt that the contrast between these two men will be clearer than ever 0.94

00:34:40.000 Donald Trump remains the best chance our country has to solve the deep issues we are dealing with.

00:34:45.000 He has already built a booming economy once and he will do it again.

00:34:48.000 He worked tirelessly to secure the border and build the wall in spite of constant opposition, even from his own party at times.

00:34:54.000 And also, Trump managed not just to contain our adversaries, but let's be honest, he also worked tirelessly to improve relations and rebuild trust with them.

00:35:07.000 Now that Nikki Haley has finally thrown in the towel on her failed primary campaign, thank God, the path is clear for Donald Trump.

00:35:15.000 He is now officially the GOP nominee for president.

00:35:19.000 And tomorrow, right, we're going to get another present in the form of Ronna Romney officially resigning as RNC chairwoman.

00:35:25.000 So it's going to be quite a day tomorrow.

00:35:28.000 Very exciting.

00:35:30.000 The journey to defeating Joe Biden and reclaiming the White House has now officially begun.

00:35:35.000 We can now focus on a general election, and tonight, it will likely get a massive boost at Sleepy Joe's expense.

00:35:43.000 There is a young female journalist, conservative journalist, by the name of Laura Loomer.

00:35:52.000 If America's men acted like Laura Loomer, 0.72

00:35:56.000 Our problems will be fixed in about five minutes.

00:35:59.000 Is she chained or something? 0.80

00:36:50.000 Well, thank you so much to all of you who have decided to join me tonight for this coverage of what is probably going to be a disaster comedy show.

00:36:59.000 I don't know.

00:37:00.000 Perhaps we're going to be crying.

00:37:02.000 We might be laughing.

00:37:03.000 I don't know what's going to happen tonight, but I'm really grateful.

00:37:06.000 We have about 5,000 live viewers right now, so thank you to everybody who has decided to watch the State of the Union Address and President Trump's play-by-play with me.

00:37:16.000 Unfortunately, as you saw, and I want to thank all of you who decided to be patient and wait, Rumble appears to be having some technical issues tonight.

00:37:25.000 It's not unique to me and my show.

00:37:29.000 It's not on my end.

00:37:30.000 I've been told by the Rumble team that there are some issues right now.

00:37:34.000 We are in communication via text right now, and they're working to address it.

00:37:38.000 But as you can imagine, there are many streams tonight.

00:37:42.000 My stream, there's I guess a lot of very high-profile conservatives, as you can imagine, are doing their State of the Union coverage streams tonight.

00:37:50.000 And so I don't know if it's a bandwidth issue with Rumble, but

00:37:55.000 I apologize if it looks like the screen may freeze or if it doesn't appear to be in sync.

00:38:01.000 I just want to let you know that that's not on my end.

00:38:05.000 That is unfortunately on Rumble's end, and I know that they are working hard to try to address that.

00:38:10.000 And so I apologize if some of you experience technical difficulties tonight while you're watching this stream, but we are going to be recording it as well.

00:38:21.000 So that even if there are technical issues, we are going to have a version available for replay after the fact that hopefully we'll be free of any technical issues on Rumble's end.

00:38:33.000 But we have an exciting night with the coverage of the State of the Union.

00:38:38.000 As I said before, President Trump announced that he will be doing a play-by-play, and I want to go ahead and play that clip.

00:38:44.000 President Donald Trump earlier today posted a video on True Social announcing that he plans to do a live

00:38:50.000 We're good.

00:39:19.000 And lying like crazy to try and escape accountability for the horrific devastation he and his party have created, all the while they continue the very policies that are causing this horror show to go.

00:39:34.000 We cannot take it any longer as a country.

00:39:37.000 Joe Biden's sad excuse for a State of the Union address aside,

00:39:42.000 Here are the facts.

00:39:43.000 When I left office, we gave Joe Biden the most secure border in U.S.

00:39:46.000 history.

00:39:47.000 We gave him Remain in Mexico — very tough to get, but I got it — safe third agreements, the asylum ban, Title 42, 571 miles of border wall, rapid deportations, and much more.

00:40:02.000 We had the safest border in the history of our country.

00:40:06.000 As soon as he got in, Crooked Joe and his radical left lunatics deliberately dismantled each and every one of those policies that were so good that gave us this best border.

00:40:17.000 According to Tom Holman, according to Brandon Judd, the top people, they said it was the single best border we've ever had in recorded history.

00:40:26.000 What's happened now is a horror show.

00:40:30.000 The country, our country, is being laughed at all over the world.

00:40:34.000 Over the past three years, Biden has actively aided and abetted the importation of millions and millions of illegal alien migrants and resettled them into your communities. 0.92

00:40:46.000 At any time during the past three years, crooked Joe Biden, and he is crooked as you can be and the most incompetent president we've ever had,

00:40:55.000 Could have called off the invasion, but to this day he is keeping the hordes of illegal migrants and illegal aliens pouring into the country. 0.99

00:41:05.000 By the time his term is up we could have close to 20 million people

00:41:10.000 In

00:41:28.000 The very first bill Joe Biden sent to Congress was a plan to turn illegal aliens into voting citizens. 0.57

00:41:34.000 That's just what we need.

00:41:36.000 No matter what crooked Joe says, his actions prove his priority is to import a colossal new illegal alien population and let them all stay. 0.99

00:41:45.000 My priority is securing our border.

00:41:48.000 And sending Crooked Joe's illegals back home. 1.00

00:41:51.000 Likewise, the sight of a feeble Joe Biden talking about shrinkflation, the term he uses, is one of the most ridiculous things this country has ever seen.

00:42:01.000 Shrinkflation is just another way of saying inflation.

00:42:04.000 It means that you're losing a lot of money because these people don't know what they're doing.

00:42:09.000 It was all caused by Crooked Joe Biden and the people that surround him.

00:42:14.000 And they are radical left Marxists,

00:42:16.000 I don't know.

00:42:36.000 If your packages are getting smaller, that's the reason why, under my leadership, there was no inflation.

00:42:43.000 We had the greatest economy in the history of the world.

00:42:46.000 It's time to tell crooked Joe Biden, you're fired!

00:42:58.000 So breaking news right now, Joe Biden, as I just said, is running about 20 minutes late to his own State of the Union address.

00:43:05.000 So I guess I don't have anything to worry about because I was like, oh my God, oh my God, oh my God, what are we going to do?

00:43:11.000 What are we going to do?

00:43:11.000 All these delays on the Rumble End and, you know, all these delays.

00:43:14.000 What am I going to do for my show tonight?

00:43:16.000 I can't deal with all the, you know, the technical issues and we're going to miss, you know, we're going to miss the opening and we're going to miss all the pre-coverage.

00:43:24.000 It looks like the pro-Palestinian, pro-Hamas crowd blocked traffic so severely that Joe Biden is now officially 20 minutes late.

00:43:34.000 We have a clip actually.

00:43:35.000 Let's go ahead and play that clip because we have a clip of how they actually block traffic and shut it down just so you can see how severe this traffic blockade has been.

00:43:47.000 But before we show that clip,

00:43:50.000 I don't know.

00:44:05.000 This ad of course was strategically released today ahead of the State of the Union address and I just think it's really great.

00:44:12.000 It highlights, it draws a comparison between Joe Biden's declining health and whether or not he's going to survive and whether our country is going to survive if we give Joe Biden another four years.

00:44:23.000 So let's go ahead and play this new ad from President Trump's campaign.

00:44:39.000 I guess I should clear my mind here a little bit.

00:44:43.000 We can all see Joe Biden's weakness.

00:44:46.000 If Biden wins, can he even survive till 2029?

00:44:51.000 The real question is, can we make America Great Again Inc.

00:44:56.000 as responsible for the country?

00:44:57.000 We can all see Joe Biden's weakness.

00:45:00.000 If Biden wins,

00:45:02.000 Can he even survive till 2029?

00:45:04.000 The real question is, can we make America Great Again Inc.

00:45:10.000 responsible for the content of this advertising?

00:45:26.000 I guess I should clear my mind here a little bit.

00:45:30.000 We can all see Joe Biden's weakness.

00:45:33.000 If Biden wins, can he even survive till 2029?

00:45:37.000 The real question is, can we?

00:45:42.000 Make America Great Again, Inc.

00:45:43.000 is responsible for the content of this advertising.

00:45:48.000 So, of course, that's a new ad that just came out today, released by President Trump's PAC, Make America Great Again, Inc.

00:45:56.000 So, MAGA Inc., as we call it.

00:45:57.000 I think it's a really effective ad.

00:45:59.000 You know, you see Joe Biden in his own words, fumbling, forgetting what he's saying.

00:46:04.000 And then, you know, that's what everybody wants to know. 0.74

00:46:07.000 Is this guy going to drop dead and die?

00:46:08.000 I mean, is Joe Biden going to be able to make it? 0.70

00:46:10.000 Or are we going to wake up one day and be told that, oh, I regret to inform you that Kamala Harris is now president because Joe Biden had a terrible fall last night and he hit his head and now he's dead.

00:46:22.000 Or, Ope, we regret to inform you that Joe Biden fell asleep and he never woke up.

00:46:26.000 I mean, I feel like it's going to come one of these days, you know?

00:46:30.000 And I just, I think it's only a matter of time before we hear, you know, some news reports about Joe Biden because I can't believe, honestly, that they're actually allowing this man in his current mental capacity to speak in front of the nation tonight.

00:46:44.000 I'm honestly shocked.

00:46:47.000 We now have that clip.

00:46:48.000 I'm going to play this clip showing you why before we bring in Charles Downs, the Lumer Unleashed DC correspondent who's going to be joining me tonight on this live stream for State of the Union commentary and analysis and also we're going to be monitoring Trump's true social.

00:47:06.000 So don't worry we're going to have Trump's true social pulled up on the big screen here so you're going to be able to watch it so you won't have to necessarily do it on your phone unless you want to.

00:47:16.000 Let's go ahead and play this clip that shows all of these pro-Hamas. 0.93

00:47:19.000 Ceasefire now, people!

00:47:22.000 These pro-Palestinian, pro-Hamas sympathizers shutting down traffic ahead of the State of the Union on Capitol Hill.

00:47:30.000 Go ahead and play the clip.

00:47:45.000 No!

00:47:46.000 No!

00:47:47.000 No!

00:48:15.000 No more money for Israel's crime! 1.00

00:48:17.000 No more money for Israel's crime! 1.00

00:48:44.000 B!

00:48:45.000 B!

00:49:04.000 We want permanent ceasefire!

00:49:05.000 When do we want it?

00:49:07.000 Now!

00:49:08.000 When do we want it?

00:49:09.000 Now!

00:49:09.000 When do we want it?

00:49:13.000 Now!

00:49:26.000 I mean, look, I don't agree with these people, right?

00:49:29.000 I'm pro-Israel.

00:49:29.000 I'm a Zionist.

00:49:30.000 I am not in favor of a ceasefire because, you know, actions have consequences and, you know, you kind of get what you deserve if you're going to be attacking innocent people in Israel.

00:49:43.000 And let's be honest, look, I'm not in favor of innocent children and innocent women being killed and bombed, but the reality is, is that

00:49:50.000 You want to cease fire, right? 0.61

00:49:51.000 You've got to eradicate Hamas. 0.96

00:49:53.000 You have to eradicate Hamas. 0.87

00:49:54.000 And the people of Gaza, they voted.

00:49:56.000 They voted for Hamas to be their representatives. 0.67

00:50:00.000 And so, it's really interesting how, you know, they want to protest so-called genocide in Gaza, but these same people have nothing to say about the brutal killing and the brutal murder of innocent

00:50:14.000 Uh, Israelis and Americans as well.

00:50:16.000 There are still hostages.

00:50:17.000 There are still hostages to this day who have not been released.

00:50:20.000 So, um, you know, we have, uh, we have a live feed right now, uh, from Fox News so we can see the Supreme Court justices just got seated.

00:50:30.000 We're gonna, we're gonna go live.

00:50:31.000 But before that, before, uh, before we do our live coverage and before I bring on Charles, uh, who's going to be joining me tonight, I want to thank the sponsor of tonight's episode of Loomer Unleashed.

00:50:44.000 1775 Coffee.

00:50:46.000 I'm drinking my 1775 Coffee right now, but I put some ice in it because, well, I'm gonna need a lot of coffee if I'm gonna get through the State of the Union with Joe Biden tonight, okay?

00:51:25.000 I drink like, I don't know, probably like three cups of coffee a day.

00:51:29.000 And I don't know.

00:51:31.000 I just think that I think it's really great when you have a coffee sponsor so you don't have to support woke coffee.

00:51:37.000 We're good to go.

00:52:13.000 I believe we now have Charles, but let's get the live feed up.

00:52:19.000 Let's get Charles up.

00:52:20.000 Charles, can you hear me?

00:52:22.000 I can hear you, Laura.

00:52:23.000 Thanks for having me.

00:52:24.000 It's never a dull moment here in D.C., but that's what happens.

00:52:27.000 It's never a dull moment.

00:52:28.000 Today, you had a pretty interesting day.

00:52:30.000 You confronted Maxine Waters.

00:52:32.000 All the representatives were running around today ahead of the State of the Union.

00:52:35.000 You got Maxine Waters, you got Jerry Nadler, who's, I guess, auditioning to be the next Penguin in the next Batman movie, so quite an eventful day for you.

00:52:47.000 We can go ahead and actually play these two clips because, as I said,

00:52:50.000 The State of the Union is 20 minutes delayed right now.

00:52:53.000 But ahead of the State of the Union tonight, it's really interesting.

00:52:56.000 You know, we can't seem to get members of Congress or Joe Biden to support a standalone border bill so that we can keep these illegal alien invaders out of our country. 1.00

00:53:05.000 But in eight hours from the late hours of last night to this morning, Congress managed to erect a massive fence and wall barricading themselves outside from the public.

00:53:20.000 We can't get protection from all these illegals coming into our country, but members of Congress want you to know that they're gonna build a giant wall, a big beautiful wall to keep you out from the State of the Union, but we're not allowed to keep the illegals out. 0.98

00:53:33.000 Let's go ahead and play that clip that you filmed today.

00:53:35.000 Yeah, let's go ahead and play this clip.

00:53:38.000 As you can see, members of Congress think they deserve a wall, but you do not. 0.95

00:54:22.000 It's just hypocrisy. 0.99

00:54:24.000 It's total hypocrisy. 0.87

00:54:25.000 What happened today when you went to Congress, when you tried getting past the wall, Charles? 0.59

00:54:31.000 Did you try hopping the fence?

00:54:32.000 Did you self-identify as an illegal alien invader today?

00:54:37.000 Luckily, there's some people with a heart and they let me in past the wall so I could see firsthand what it really looked like.

00:54:42.000 But it was a, like you said, big, beautiful wall.

00:54:46.000 And what was remarkable about it is if you put some concrete down, I don't even think you need to expand it.

00:54:51.000 Just put some concrete down, put some barbed wire on top, and it could secure our border.

00:54:56.000 And for people who don't know, the United States Capitol Complex is very large.

00:55:00.000 So that's at least five miles of nicely built wall that they put up in eight hours.

00:55:06.000 So imagine

00:55:08.000 What they could do if they applied the same effort to the southern border.

00:55:12.000 But they don't want to do that because, as you've exposed Laura, the illegal immigrants coming in are yelling, we love Joe Biden. 0.56

00:55:18.000 We love Joe Biden.

00:55:19.000 So why would they stop people?

00:55:22.000 By the way, the only people who support Joe Biden from coming into our country, like no one else supports them.

00:55:27.000 So I guess they got to import them.

00:55:28.000 I don't know.

00:55:29.000 Is that, is that sketchy to say? 0.65

00:55:30.000 That's sketchy to say because Democrats don't like hearing the truth, but it's really more insane.

00:55:35.000 When we wrote the article about the wall today,

00:55:38.000 Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, all the people who are getting protected by the wall right now, all said Donald Trump's wall was ineffective.

00:55:50.000 So I don't get it.

00:55:51.000 Walls are effective if you're a part of the global elite, but they're ineffective if you're a normal American citizen.

00:55:57.000 It's pretty disgusting how members of Congress, especially on the left, view the American citizens.

00:56:05.000 They think of us as literal cattle and it's terrible.

00:56:09.000 Yeah, I know that you also caught up with Maxine Waters, too.

00:56:13.000 Let's go ahead and play that clip because, you know, Maxine Waters is probably one of the most radical Democrats. 1.00

00:56:18.000 And then after this clip, we'll go to the Fox feed so that we can get an inside feed and see what's going on ahead of Joe Biden's arrival.

00:56:25.000 So let's go ahead and play this clip of you confronting Maxine Waters today.

00:56:32.000 Congresswoman, will you apologize to supporters of President Trump?

00:56:35.000 We gotta keep going, guys.

00:56:48.000 Congresswoman, will you apologize for calling on Democrats to harass Trump supporters?

00:56:53.000 Well, 74 million Americans are wondering why a Congresswoman wanted Democrats to harass Trump supporters, so it's a pretty important question.

00:57:11.000 See if we can get some audio on this.

00:57:17.000 So they're still arriving right now.

00:57:19.000 You can see who all is there.

00:57:22.000 I know that there's a couple representatives.

00:57:24.000 Let's lower the audio feed right now.

00:57:27.000 Oh, there's Jerry Nadler!

00:57:29.000 Woo! 0.99

00:57:33.000 There he is.

00:57:34.000 We just got him.

00:57:35.000 Oh, we got Kevin McCarthy. 1.00

00:57:36.000 Let's hear what this shithead has to say. 1.00

00:57:38.000 Turn it up. 1.00

00:57:38.000 ...remarks and how you react to things. 1.00

00:57:42.000 Your thoughts on this night?

00:57:43.000 Do you miss this moment?

00:57:46.000 Yeah, I'd miss any opportunity to be there.

00:57:49.000 It's a unique moment, because for members themselves, it's such a great privilege, but very seldom do you get the House and Senate, you get the Cabinet members, you got the Joint Chiefs, you got the Supreme Court, so it's a time to interact with one another.

00:58:03.000 The part that the listeners and the viewers really don't know is,

00:58:07.000 Whatever somebody says in that chambers, you can hear, but you don't get a pickup on television.

00:58:12.000 When you sit behind the president, it's actually hard to hear him when he speaks there.

00:58:18.000 And it is a moment in time for whoever's president... I think it's just hard to hear Joe Biden in general.

00:58:23.000 ...to lay out and speak to the American public.

00:58:25.000 Now, if I'm going to talk to my former members of the Republican conference, I would say, don't take the bait if he wants to say something negative to you to get you to react.

00:58:36.000 Be polite, listen to it, and go through, because that never plays well on television.

00:58:42.000 And what's interesting, before this night starts, there'll be a whole group of Republican Democrats who don't agree with the President, and they're going to decide to escort him in.

00:58:53.000 Yeah, poor Kevin.

00:58:55.000 I think he's the only one.

00:58:56.000 Oh, look at that, Mike Johnson getting chummy with Kamala. 0.61

00:58:58.000 This is an election year, so I know this is going to be an election speech, with election guests.

00:59:04.000 I do not like him.

00:59:05.000 Remember that time when Jill Biden and Kamala's husband like kissed before they even met?

00:59:10.000 Yeah, let's listen in.

00:59:12.000 Let's listen in really quick though.

00:59:14.000 I want to hear what McCarthy has to say.

00:59:23.000 Oh, there's Jill!

00:59:24.000 Is she gonna make out with Kamala's husband again? 0.99

00:59:26.000 No, they're not allowed to sit next to each other anymore.

00:59:54.000 Let's listen in.

00:59:56.000 Mr. Speaker, the President's Cabinet.

01:00:07.000 Oh, here comes the news.

01:00:29.000 Janet Yellen, Antony Blinken, so, uh, yeah, just the usual characters, Charles, you know, walking in.

01:00:35.000 This, you know, Biden will walk in momentarily now, but, you know, they have to have this whole ceremony here, so that's, uh, we can pretend like we have a functioning country.

01:00:44.000 You know, it's really awkward, because, like, y'all remember Secretary of Defense Austin?

01:00:51.000 Hold on.

01:00:52.000 Let's finish with McCarthy.

01:00:53.000 Hold on.

01:00:53.000 Let's see what he says.

01:01:07.000 Uh, in the process.

01:01:08.000 And what have you achieved?

01:01:09.000 You know, this election's different.

01:01:11.000 When he ran for the office, it was open.

01:01:14.000 Now it's a report card on the job that he has done.

01:01:17.000 So he's gonna try to check off and say, I kept this promise, this promise, this promise.

01:01:21.000 And if he elects me again, this is further where I'll be able to go.

01:01:25.000 Speaker McCarthy, Pete Buttigieg entering the room.

01:01:28.000 We just saw Dennis Sullivan, Veterans Affairs.

01:01:30.000 He had a difficult week over the famous World War II kiss photograph, which some underling had hoped to cancel from all of the VA hospitals and get rid of that photo.

01:01:41.000 There's Mayorkas, obviously the man who is in charge of the Department of Homeland Security.

01:01:46.000 And here's the next message from former President Donald Trump.

01:01:49.000 There's nothing he can say tonight that can absolve him from letting 15 million people into our country illegally. 1.00

01:01:55.000 He'll probably blame me, but I have the safest border in the history of our country, so that won't go very far, he says.

01:02:01.000 All kinds of different numbers.

01:02:03.000 Very high number.

01:02:05.000 One of the cabinet members is always the designated survivor.

01:02:09.000 It's not Kiefer Sutherland and that show.

01:02:12.000 It is the Education Secretary Cardona tonight who is not in the chamber in case of continuity of government someplace else.

01:02:22.000 Look at the women. 1.00

01:02:23.000 Look at those women wearing white again. 1.00

01:02:24.000 Do you see that?

01:02:25.000 I think they're doing their whole thing again for abortion.

01:02:28.000 Are all the Democrat women going to be wearing white again tonight? 1.00

01:02:31.000 Remember when they did that last time, Charles?

01:02:34.000 They were all wearing white today.

01:02:35.000 A lot of them were.

01:02:37.000 They are, yeah.

01:02:37.000 A lot of them are wearing white.

01:02:39.000 See that?

01:02:39.000 They're all wearing white.

01:02:40.000 Oh, Lois Frankel.

01:02:41.000 I ran against Lois Frankel.

01:02:43.000 That woman right there with the gray hair. 1.00

01:02:44.000 I ran against her in 2020 in District 21. 0.91

01:02:49.000 She's an awful woman. 1.00

01:02:50.000 I bet that district wishes you were there. 0.99

01:02:53.000 That is lazy Lois. 1.00

01:02:54.000 Yeah, you know, they all wish I was there.

01:02:56.000 I was actually in Palm Beach yesterday.

01:02:58.000 I was at Mar-a-Lago, I got to see President Trump, and I was in Palm Beach today, and I was leaving, and literally everywhere I went, I was recognized.

01:03:07.000 I went to the gas station, I got tacos for lunch.

01:03:10.000 Oh, Laura Loomer, Laura Loomer!

01:03:12.000 And I think a lot of people are now starting to wish that they would have had a Republican representative, right?

01:03:17.000 So, we'll see.

01:03:18.000 I'm not running right now, so I'm helping President Trump get elected, but anytime I go out in Palm Beach, I get recognized immediately.

01:03:28.000 Speaking of President Trump, he just talked about Maxine Waters beating people up and threatening his supporters on Truth Social.

01:03:35.000 Oh, he did?

01:03:35.000 He just posted about it?

01:03:36.000 Yeah, he just sent it to you.

01:03:38.000 Yep.

01:03:39.000 So it looks like our video kind of kicked off his State of the Union rebuttal coverage because it's a hypocrisy that Joe Biden is saying that MAGA is full of extremists when it's the Democrats who literally promote people who tell their supporters to harass Trump supporters.

01:03:55.000 Y'all remember Maxine Waters was made ranking member of the House Finance Committee, meaning she is literally number one when it comes to setting forth policy on America's financial institutions.

01:04:09.000 Hence why all these great financial scandals have broken during her tenureship.

01:04:15.000 It's pretty crazy.

01:04:15.000 If y'all remember, she literally blew Sam Brinkman Fried a kiss.

01:04:19.000 So that's just the state of our country and it's great President Trump brought it up.

01:04:23.000 I'm looking at it right now.

01:04:24.000 Maybe he saw our video.

01:04:26.000 He probably did.

01:04:27.000 He said, uh, Maxine Waters, very nice woman, even though she's constantly saying she wants to beat up or kill people on the opposite side. 1.00

01:04:36.000 If I ever said that they would call me an insurrectionist and all hell would break out.

01:04:41.000 There's nothing he can say tonight that can absolve him from letting 15 million people into our country. 1.00

01:04:45.000 He'll probably blame me.

01:04:47.000 But I had the safest border.

01:04:48.000 Yeah, so President Trump is going to be doing a live play-by-play.

01:04:52.000 For those of you wondering what that means, he's going to be live posting on Truth Social, so we're gonna have... just refresh if you can.

01:05:01.000 Let's refresh up on the screen here.

01:05:03.000 We'll have to pan back and forth, obviously, between the feed and then the giant TV screen here where we have the Truth Social up, but we do

01:05:12.000 Oh, I think True Social's now crashing too.

01:05:14.000 So Rumble's crashing and True Social's crashing, probably because so many people are rushing to True Social to go watch what President Trump has to say.

01:05:23.000 There seems to be a lot of technical difficulties tonight on Rumble and True Social.

01:05:27.000 Let's tune back into the Fox feed and see what these rhinos have to say. 1.00

01:05:30.000 I don't think it'll go down well with the audience if any Republican does that, or anybody does that, and it will probably be of help to him.

01:05:40.000 Yeah, last time he felt that he parried quite well with Marjorie Taylor Greene.

01:05:46.000 She was bringing up, he basically accused Republicans of wanting to get rid of Social Security and Medicare.

01:05:51.000 She called him a liar in that moment.

01:05:53.000 And here we go.

01:05:54.000 Oh, here we go.

01:05:57.000 Joe Biden is about to enter.

01:05:59.000 President of the United States.

01:06:04.000 Let's see if he knows where he is and turns around.

01:06:12.000 So as you guys know, I'm sober.

01:06:14.000 I don't drink alcohol.

01:06:15.000 So I don't know if all of you are doing your own drinking games tonight, but...

01:06:20.000 Just keep 9-1-1 on speed dial because some of you might get alcohol poisoning tonight, okay?

01:06:25.000 If anybody knows President Biden, he likes to work the room.

01:06:28.000 In fact, last State of the Union, getting out of the chamber, it took more than 20 minutes.

01:06:35.000 Usually they give him 10 minutes from the speech to the door, and it took him a lot.

01:06:40.000 But you know all these lawmakers, they post up

01:06:42.000 And they try to get FaceTime with President Biden or the President at hand.

01:06:48.000 Both parties trying to get a word in and a moment.

01:06:54.000 Let's see if we can listen in for a second.

01:07:39.000 Okay, looks like Truth Social is down right now.

01:07:47.000 So many people are anticipating President Trump's live play-by-play that I'm looking right now at the screen and Truth Social appears to be down.

01:07:56.000 We tried pulling up the Truth Social live feed for people to watch

01:08:00.000 Because that's where President Trump was supposed to be doing his live posting tonight, but Truth Social is down.

01:08:05.000 So...

01:08:07.000 We'll be monitoring that, posting that now.

01:08:09.000 Truth Social is down.

01:08:11.000 The shirt says, say her name for Lakin Riley in Georgia.

01:08:19.000 She's trying to hand him a button.

01:08:21.000 Let's see if he pays any attention to her.

01:08:23.000 I think that's the button about Biden's border crisis, I believe, is what those buttons say that a number of the Republicans are wearing.

01:08:32.000 Not surprisingly, went right by MTG.

01:08:33.000 He may be hugging the left side of the aisle on that part of the walk down.

01:08:40.000 You can see her with the Say Her Name, Lake and Riley shirt.

01:08:43.000 There's an empty chair in the chamber tonight to represent Lake and Riley.

01:08:48.000 Her family was invited by Congressman Michael Collins.

01:08:51.000 Understandably, they are not ready to attend anything at this point.

01:08:55.000 They're deeply grieving.

01:08:57.000 And this president has not reached out to her family at all.

01:09:00.000 She, no doubt, is becoming a symbol of so many individuals who have been

01:09:06.000 ...violently attacked and in her case murdered by someone who is in the country illegally.

01:09:10.000 This is an outraged issue for many many people across this country.

01:09:15.000 The president's polling is dismal on this.

01:09:18.000 That's Tom Suozzi, the new congressman who took George Santos' seat in Long Island.

01:09:32.000 So Britt, uh, you know, we've covered so many of these, and usually it's Sheila Jackson Lee, uh, who was, who was... There she is! 0.99

01:09:40.000 Look!

01:09:41.000 Even as I called her name out!

01:09:42.000 Right on cue.

01:09:43.000 Right there, posted up.

01:09:44.000 You've seen her there many times, Britt.

01:09:48.000 So, uh, I just tweeted... Be sure that you're following me on X, you guys, and also, we are live right now, so be sure that you, uh, repost the live feed of this so that more people can watch it.

01:09:59.000 We're on the front page of Rumble.

01:10:01.000 But yeah, breaking news.

01:10:03.000 TruthSocial literally just went down and it went down as soon as Joe Biden walked into Congress just now to give his speech.

01:10:10.000 So I'm wondering, is this intentional sabotage or perhaps it's a server overload due to the anticipation of President Trump's live play-by-play rebuttal of Joe Biden's remarks?

01:10:21.000 Either way, I find it to be really weird how Rumble, you know, is having server issues and now TruthSocial's down right before the State of the Union.

01:10:30.000 Rumble, of course, is a free speech platform, and that's where, you know, everybody's going to be doing their, uh, their remarks tonight, um, you know, in anticipation of the State of the Union.

01:10:40.000 And, uh, True Social now just went down, so, uh, I don't know how we're supposed to watch, uh, President Trump's, uh, President Trump's, uh, play-by-play tonight.

01:10:49.000 Let's see, can we refresh truth?

01:10:50.000 Try refreshing truth.

01:10:56.000 But it's down.

01:10:56.000 How are they going to send it?

01:10:59.000 Okay, so it may be down for some people, but it's down on my end, but we'll see what happens.

01:11:05.000 Let's go back to the feed.

01:11:21.000 You know, it's five minutes since he entered the chamber so far.

01:11:24.000 Usually the walk-in is not the long time with the selfies and the conversation, but this one's taken a little while.

01:11:32.000 He's got a speech that's going to be, we're told, roughly about an hour, but maybe with applause.

01:11:37.000 You know, you're talking about a long time here.

01:11:40.000 To be a true social machine tonight.

01:11:42.000 Let's get these up.

01:11:44.000 Getting those up on the screen right there.

01:11:47.000 Alrighty.

01:11:48.000 He said they are really late.

01:11:49.000 Very disrespectful to our country.

01:11:51.000 Yes, President Trump speaking about how Joe Biden is now over 30 minutes late to the State of the Union.

01:11:59.000 Who kissed him on the cheek with lipstick?

01:12:01.000 Now he's got lipstick on his face. 1.00

01:12:03.000 How stupid of her. 1.00

01:12:04.000 Wow. 0.99

01:12:10.000 Put those in the chat, too, because I'm going to post those on X for everybody that can't see.

01:12:14.000 Two more.

01:12:15.000 Crooked Joe is making his way to the chamber.

01:12:17.000 Very disrespectful to some, not good.

01:12:19.000 Joe Manchin had it made, was one of the most popular politicians in America, but then he usually does blew it.

01:12:24.000 He approved the Inflation Reduction Act.

01:12:26.000 And he was toast, not recoverable.

01:12:28.000 All right, let's go back to the live feed.

01:12:30.000 But we're going to be back and forth between State of the Union and Trump's live postings.

01:12:34.000 So this is one of the only places tonight where you're going to be able to watch both.

01:12:39.000 So we're going to do our best.

01:12:40.000 Let's cut back to the feed and turn the volume up.

01:12:43.000 You have Joe Biden shaking Speaker Mike Johnson's hand.

01:12:46.000 Getting ready.

01:12:47.000 And to Vice President Harris.

01:12:51.000 So, uh, thank you to everyone who's tuning in.

01:12:53.000 Wow, we have 5,000 live viewers right now.

01:12:56.000 Please be sure that you repost this link everywhere so that, uh, let's see if we can get to 10,000 live viewers tonight, you guys. 0.75

01:13:04.000 Oh, look at all those liberal women in their white outfits, because they just love killing babies, you know? 1.00

01:13:10.000 They love murdering babies. 1.00

01:13:12.000 They love their abortion, so they're going to wear their white outfits tonight. 1.00

01:13:15.000 Yeah, they think they're so holy, like a Virgin Mary, that they're disgusting. 1.00

01:13:21.000 They want to kill their babies. 1.00

01:13:24.000 They were literally talking about that all day today on Capitol Hill. 0.97

01:13:27.000 Most of the events we've got these questions at are pro-abortion.

01:13:31.000 Oh, here we go!

01:13:32.000 Here we go!

01:13:33.000 Here we go!

01:13:35.000 The dementia patient is ready!

01:13:38.000 Good evening!

01:13:39.000 There's Jill. 0.99

01:13:41.000 Alright guys, let the shit show begin! 0.99

01:13:43.000 Good evening! 0.99

01:13:46.000 If I were smart, I'd go home now.

01:13:49.000 Yes, you would.

01:13:58.000 Mr. Speaker, Madam Vice President, members of Congress, my fellow Americans.

01:14:05.000 In January 1941, Franklin Roosevelt came to this chamber to speak to the nation.

01:14:12.000 And he said, I address you at a moment unprecedented in the history of the Union.

01:14:20.000 Hitler was on the march. 0.87

01:14:22.000 War was raging in Europe.

01:14:24.000 President Roosevelt's purpose was to wake up Congress and alert the American people that this was no ordinary time.

01:14:31.000 Freedom and democracy were under assault in the world.

01:14:35.000 Tonight, I come to this same chamber to address the nation.

01:14:40.000 Now, it's we who face an unprecedented moment in the history of the Union.

01:14:46.000 And yes, my purpose tonight is to wake up the Congress and alert the American people that this is no ordinary moment either.

01:14:54.000 Not since President Lincoln and the Civil War have freedom and democracy been under assault at home as they are today.

01:15:01.000 What makes our moment rare is that freedom and democracy are under attack both at home and overseas.

01:15:09.000 At the very same time.

01:15:11.000 Overseas, Putin of Russia is on the march, invading Ukraine and sowing chaos throughout Europe and beyond.

01:15:20.000 If anybody in this room thinks Putin will stop at Ukraine, I assure you he will not.

01:15:32.000 But Ukraine, Ukraine can stop Putin.

01:15:41.000 Ukraine can stop Putin if we stand with Ukraine.

01:15:47.000 Unbelievable. 0.99

01:15:48.000 It's the United States of America and he's talking about fucking Ukraine. 1.00

01:15:52.000 Unreal. 0.99

01:15:59.000 That is all.

01:16:01.000 That is all Ukraine is asking.

01:16:03.000 They're not asking for American soldiers.

01:16:06.000 In fact, there are no American soldiers who are in Ukraine and not in Germany.

01:16:10.000 To keep it that way.

01:16:12.000 But now, the system in Ukraine is being blocked by those who want to walk away from our world leadership.

01:16:20.000 It wasn't long ago when a Republican president named Ronald Reagan thundered, Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall.

01:16:39.000 Now, my predecessor,

01:16:42.000 A former Republican president tells Putin, quote, do whatever the hell you want.

01:16:49.000 That's a quote.

01:16:50.000 Point down to a Russian leader.

01:16:52.000 I think it's outrageous, it's dangerous, and it's unacceptable.

01:16:58.000 Why is Mike Johnson nodding in agreement?

01:17:07.000 America is a founding member of NATO.

01:17:12.000 The military alliance of democratic nations created after World War Two to prevent war and keep the peace.

01:17:19.000 And today, we've made NATO stronger than ever.

01:17:22.000 We welcomed Finland to the alliance last year.

01:17:25.000 And just this morning, Sweden officially joined, and their minister is here tonight.

01:17:34.000 Come here, stand up. 1.00

01:17:44.000 Honestly, you know, fuck Mike Johnson. 1.00

01:17:46.000 I'm so sick of this guy. 1.00

01:17:48.000 What the hell? 0.99

01:17:49.000 Like, this is the kind of stuff that pisses me off, makes me livid. 0.98

01:17:53.000 Nodding in agreement?

01:17:59.000 I say this to Congress, we have to stand up to Putin.

01:18:04.000 Send me a bipartisan national security bill.

01:18:08.000 History is literally watching.

01:18:10.000 History is watching.

01:18:11.000 If the United States walks away, it will put Ukraine at risk, Europe is at risk, the free world will be at risk, and bullying others to do what they wish to do is harm.

01:18:24.000 My message to President Putin, who I've known for a long time, is simple.

01:18:27.000 We will not walk away.

01:18:38.000 We will not bow down.

01:18:45.000 I will not bow down.

01:18:52.000 In a literal sense, history is watching.

01:18:55.000 History is watching.

01:18:58.000 Just like history watched three years ago on January 6th, when insurrections stormed this very Capitol and placed a dagger to the throat of American democracy.

01:19:07.000 Many of you were here on that darkest of days.

01:19:11.000 We all saw with our own eyes the insurrectionists were not patriots.

01:19:16.000 They'd come to stop the peaceful transfer of power, to overstern the will of the people.

01:19:21.000 January 6th lies about the 2020 election and the plots to steal the election posed a great, gravest threat to US democracy since the Civil War.

01:19:33.000 How is this a State of the Union?

01:19:35.000 This is a campaign speech.

01:19:37.000 I texted you like five minutes ago, let me know, are you going to say MAGA or Trump's attack on democracy?

01:19:45.000 America stood strong and democracy prevailed.

01:19:51.000 We must be honest.

01:19:53.000 The threat to democracy must be defended.

01:19:57.000 My predecessor and some of you here seek to bury the truth about January 6th.

01:20:02.000 I will not do that.

01:20:04.000 This is the moment to speak the truth and to bury the lies.

01:20:07.000 Here's the simple truth.

01:20:09.000 You can't love your country only when you win. 0.93

01:20:24.000 Is it just so hypocritical he's talking about how Trump's a threat to democracy? 0.77

01:20:31.000 Let's get back to truth. 0.94

01:20:32.000 Back to truth social.

01:20:34.000 Hold on, let's uh, we have to, it's hard to hear Charles.

01:20:37.000 Let's tune into this.

01:20:44.000 Respect, respect free and fair elections, restore trust in our institutions, and make clear political violence has absolutely no place, no place in America, zero place.

01:21:01.000 Again, it's not, it's not hyperbole to suggest history is watching.

01:21:11.000 We're watching.

01:21:13.000 Your children and grandchildren will read about this day and what we do.

01:21:17.000 History is watching another assault on freedom.

01:21:20.000 Joining us to the light is Latoya Beasley, a social worker from Birmingham, Alabama.

01:21:25.000 Fourteen months ago, she and her husband welcomed a baby girl thanks to the miracle of IVF.

01:21:32.000 She scheduled treatments to have that second child. 1.00

01:21:35.000 The Alabama Supreme Court shut down IVF treatments across the state.

01:21:39.000 Unleashed by a Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade.

01:21:43.000 She was told her dream would have to wait.

01:21:44.000 How is this a State of the Union speech?

01:21:47.000 How is this a State of the Union speech?

01:21:48.000 This is not.

01:21:49.000 Are we in Ukraine?

01:21:50.000 Are we in Ukraine?

01:22:01.000 Maybe Joe Biden thinks he's in Ukraine to be fair.

01:22:03.000 He probably does.

01:22:04.000 Yeah, why is he in Ukraine?

01:22:18.000 Uh, calling for more aid to Ukraine.

01:22:21.000 Every Republican needs to get up and boycott this circus.

01:22:24.000 I mean, how can Joe Biden say with a straight face that Trump and his supporters are a threat to democracy?

01:22:33.000 And it is Jamie Raskin who's trying to remove Joe Biden's leading opponent from the ballot.

01:22:39.000 I agree.

01:22:40.000 Let's cut back.

01:22:42.000 I agree.

01:22:43.000 Let's cut back.

01:22:44.000 Yes, absolutely.

01:22:45.000 Look at the chaos that has resulted.

01:22:48.000 You're right, Charles.

01:22:49.000 Joining us tonight is Kate Cox, a wife and mother from Dallas. 0.99

01:22:53.000 She's become pregnant again and had a fetus of a fatal condition.

01:22:57.000 Her doctor told Kate that her own life and her ability to have children in the future were at risk.

01:23:05.000 Oh, he's fumbling.

01:23:05.000 He's having an Alzheimer's moment.

01:23:07.000 Did you hear that, Charles?

01:23:08.000 Because of Texas law, she had her ability to act.

01:23:11.000 Kate and her husband had to leave the state to get what she needed. 0.91

01:23:14.000 What her family got through should have never happened as well, but it's happening to too many others.

01:23:20.000 There are state laws banning the freedom to choose, criminalizing doctors, forcing survivors of rape and incest to leave their states to get the treatment they need.

01:23:31.000 Many of you in this chamber and my predecessor are promising to pass a national ban on reproductive freedom.

01:23:37.000 My God, what freedom else would you take away?

01:23:39.000 That's false.

01:23:42.000 It's a decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.

01:23:44.000 The Supreme Court majority wrote the following, and with all due respect, Justices, women are not without electoral power. 1.00

01:23:53.000 Excuse me, electoral or political power.

01:23:56.000 You're about to realize just how much she's right.

01:23:58.000 Clearly.

01:24:10.000 I can't get these two social posts to load, it's still down.

01:24:14.000 Clearly.

01:24:15.000 Do we have it up?

01:24:20.000 Those bragging about overturning Roe v. Wade have no clue about the power of women. 1.00

01:24:25.000 But they found out when Reproductive Freedom was on the ballot, we won in 2022 and 2020, and we'll win again in 2024.

01:24:45.000 If you, if you the American people, send me a Congress that supports the right to choose, I promise you, I'll restore Roe v. Wade as the law of the land again.

01:24:55.000 It's up now?

01:25:02.000 Okay, refresh it.

01:25:08.000 America cannot go back.

01:25:10.000 I'm here tonight to show what I believe in the way forward, because I know how far we've come.

01:25:16.000 Four years ago, next week, before I came to office, the country was hit.

01:25:21.000 All right, guys.

01:25:23.000 We have some new Truth Social posts.

01:25:25.000 Let's go over to the screen. 0.99

01:25:27.000 This is all bullshit, what Biden's saying. 0.99

01:25:29.000 Let's get to the real spicy stuff. 1.00

01:25:31.000 The real stuff that matters.

01:25:33.000 Let's lower the audio on Biden.

01:25:37.000 President Trump just posted on True Social, this is the longest walk in presidential history. 0.95

01:25:41.000 It's ridiculous. 0.70

01:25:41.000 Now he's actually taking selfies at their request. 0.70

01:25:49.000 He's not a photographer.

01:25:51.000 He's got to get moving.

01:25:52.000 Woo! 0.99

01:25:53.000 Yeah, that's right Trump.

01:25:55.000 You call him out.

01:25:56.000 And then he goes, his hair is much better in the front than on the back.

01:25:59.000 Wow, so we're getting some fashion and some hair tips tonight from Donald Trump.

01:26:05.000 Okay, let's see.

01:26:06.000 Refresh some more.

01:26:07.000 Let's go back to Biden while we refresh.

01:26:15.000 So let's tell the story here.

01:26:18.000 Tell it here and now.

01:26:19.000 America's comeback is building the future of American possibilities.

01:26:24.000 Building an economy from the middle out and the bottom up, not the top down.

01:26:28.000 Investing in oil.

01:26:30.000 The landing is and will be soft.

01:26:35.000 And now, instead of importing foreign products and exporting American jobs, we're exporting American products and creating American jobs.

01:26:44.000 Right here in America, where they belong. 0.86

01:26:53.000 And it takes time, but the American people are beginning to feel it.

01:26:57.000 Consumer studies show consumer confidence is soaring.

01:27:01.000 Buy America has been the law of the land since the 1930s.

01:27:06.000 Past administrations, including my predecessor, including some Democrats as well in the past, failed to buy America.

01:27:14.000 Not anymore.

01:27:16.000 On my watch, federal projects that you fund, like helping build American roads, bridges and highways, will be made with American products and built by American workers.

01:27:27.000 Gary Nadler, like you said, walks like a penguin.

01:27:30.000 And for Maxine Waters, if she wasn't such a bully, I would actually feel bad for her. 0.94

01:27:35.000 But, you know, she told people to go harass Trump supporters and Sarah Sanders got thrown out of her restaurant for no reason after she said that. 1.00

01:27:42.000 Let's get back to her. 1.00

01:27:45.000 She's just, they're all, they're all hypocrites, they're all frauds. 0.91

01:28:22.000 In fact, my policies have attracted $650 billion in private sector investment in clean energy, advanced manufacturing, creating tens of thousands of jobs here in America. 0.95

01:28:42.000 Thanks.

01:28:45.000 And thanks to our bipartisan infrastructure law, 46,000 new projects have been announced all across your communities.

01:28:52.000 And by the way, I noticed some of you who strongly voted against it are there cheering on that money coming in.

01:28:56.000 I like it.

01:29:00.000 I'm with you.

01:29:02.000 I'm with you.

01:29:02.000 And if any of you don't want that money in your district, just let me know.

01:29:12.000 Modernizing our roads and bridges, ports and airports, public transit systems.

01:29:16.000 Removing poisonous lead pipes so every child can drink clean water without risk of brain damage.

01:29:28.000 Providing affordable high-speed internet for every American, no matter where you live, urban, suburban, or rural communities in red states and blue states.

01:29:38.000 Record investments in tribal communities.

01:29:41.000 Because of my investment in family farms, led by my Secretary of Agriculture, who knows more about this than anybody I know, we're better able to stay in the family for those farms and their children and grandchildren won't have to leave home to make a living.

01:30:01.000 It's transformative.

01:30:03.000 The great comeback story is Belvedere, Illinois.

01:30:07.000 Home to an auto plant for nearly 60 years.

01:30:10.000 Before I came to office, the plant was on its way to shutting down.

01:30:14.000 Thousands of workers feared for their livelihoods.

01:30:17.000 Hope was fading.

01:30:20.000 Then I was elected to office and we raised the Belvedere repeatedly with auto companies, knowing unions would make all the difference.

01:30:26.000 The UAW worked like hell to keep the plant open. 0.98

01:30:29.000 Get these jobs back, and together we succeeded.

01:30:32.000 Instead of auto factories shutting down, auto factories are reopening, and a new state-of-the-art battery factory is being built to power those cars.

01:30:52.000 The folks at Belvedere, I say, instead of your town being left behind, your community is moving forward again.

01:30:59.000 Because instead of watching auto jobs in the future go overseas, 4,000 union jobs with higher wages are building the future in Belvedere right here in America.

01:31:19.000 Here tonight,

01:31:21.000 I don't even know what he's saying.

01:31:23.000 What is he saying?

01:31:24.000 What is he saying, you guys?

01:31:41.000 A third-generation worker, UAW worker at Belvedere.

01:31:45.000 Sean, I was proud to be the first president to stand on the picket line.

01:31:49.000 And today, Dawn has a good job in her hometown, providing stability for her family and pride and dignity as well.

01:31:57.000 Showing once again, Wall Street didn't build America.

01:32:00.000 They're not bad guys.

01:32:01.000 They didn't build it, though.

01:32:02.000 The middle class built the country, and unions built the middle class.

01:32:19.000 I say to the American people, when America gets knocked down, we get back up.

01:32:26.000 We keep going.

01:32:28.000 That's America.

01:32:34.000 That's you, the American people.

01:32:37.000 It's because of you, America's coming back. 0.54

01:32:39.000 It's because of you, our future is brighter.

01:32:41.000 It's because of you that tonight we can proudly say the state of our union is strong and getting stronger.

01:33:08.000 Tonight, I want to talk about the future of possibilities.

01:33:14.000 That we can build together a future where the days of trickle-down economics are over and the wealthy and the biggest corporations no longer get to allow the tax breaks.

01:33:24.000 And by the way, I understand corporations.

01:33:25.000 I come from a state that has more corporations invested than every one of your states in the United States combined.

01:33:32.000 And I've represented for 36 years.

01:33:34.000 I'm not anti-corporation.

01:33:36.000 But I grew up in a home where trickle-down economics didn't put much on my dad's kitchen table.

01:33:42.000 That's why I determined to turn things around so middle class does well.

01:33:46.000 When they do well, the poor go way up and the wealthy still do very well.

01:33:50.000 We all do well.

01:33:52.000 And there's more to do to make sure you're feeling the benefits of all we're doing.

01:33:56.000 Americans pay more for prescription drugs than anywhere in the world.

01:34:00.000 It's wrong and I'm ending it.

01:34:15.000 With a law that I proposed and signed, not one of you Republican buddies worked a billion dollars.

01:34:27.000 Because Medicare will no longer have to pay those exorbitant prices to Big Pharma.

01:34:34.000 This year, Medicare is negotiating lower prices for some of the costliest drugs on the market that treat everything from heart disease to arthritis.

01:34:42.000 It's now time to go further and give Medicare the power to negotiate lower prices for 500 different drugs over the next decade.

01:34:52.000 We're making a lot of money, guys.

01:34:56.000 And they'll still be extremely profitable.

01:35:00.000 Well, not only save lives, it will save taxpayers another $200 billion.

01:35:05.000 Starting next year, the same law caps total prescription drug costs for seniors on Medicare at $2,000 a year, even for expensive cancer drugs that cost $10,000, $12,000, $15,000.

01:35:16.000 Now I want to cap prescription drug costs at $2,000 a year for everyone.

01:35:18.000 Folks,

01:35:34.000 I'm going to get in trouble for saying that, but if you want to get in Air Force One with me and fly to Toronto, Berlin, Moscow, I mean, excuse me, and, well, even Moscow, probably.

01:35:46.000 And bring your prescription with you, and I promise you I'll get it for you for 40% the cost you're paying now.

01:35:51.000 Same company, same drug, same place.

01:35:54.000 Folks, the Affordable Care Act, the old Obamacare, it's still a very big deal.

01:36:17.000 Over 100 million of you can no longer be denied health insurance because of pre-existing condition.

01:36:25.000 Well, my predecessor and many in this chamber want to take this prescription drug away by repealing Affordable Care Act.

01:36:36.000 I'm not going to let that happen.

01:36:40.000 All right, so President Trump just said, interesting that Romney and Manchin are sitting next to each other and nobody wants to talk to them.

01:36:47.000 I think they'd make a great no labels team.

01:36:49.000 So that's pretty funny.

01:36:53.000 So we're going to be cutting back and forth between Joe Biden's remix of these issues live on air.

01:36:59.000 So I apologize if there's any technical difficulties tonight.

01:37:03.000 But again, it's not on my end, it's on their end.

01:37:05.000 So it's kind of out of my control.

01:37:06.000 Thank you to Rumble.

01:37:18.000 Well, pass my plan for $12 billion to transfer women's health research and benefit millions of lives all across America. 1.00

01:37:27.000 I know the cost of housing is so important to you.

01:37:29.000 If inflation keeps coming down, mortgage rates will come down as well, and the Fed acknowledges that.

01:37:36.000 But I'm not waiting.

01:37:38.000 I want to provide an annual tax credit that will give Americans $400 a month for the next two years as mortgage rates come down to put toward their mortgages when they buy their first home or trade up for a little more space.

01:37:53.000 Just for two years.

01:38:04.000 And my administration

01:38:06.000 There's also eliminating title insurance on federally backed mortgages.

01:38:11.000 When you refinance your home, you can save $1,000 or more as a consequence.

01:38:18.000 For millions of renters, we're cracking down on big landlords who break antitrust laws by price fixing and driving up rents.

01:38:31.000 We've cut red tape so builders can get federally financing, which is already helping build a record 1.7 million new housing units nationwide.

01:38:41.000 Now pass and build and renovate 2 million affordable homes and bring those rents down.

01:39:06.000 To remain the strongest economy in the world, we need to have the best education system in the world.

01:39:15.000 And I, like I suspect all of you, want to give a child, every child, a good start by providing access to preschool for three and four years old.

01:39:26.000 You know, I think I pointed out last year

01:39:32.000 50% more likely to finish high school, go on to earn a two and four year degree, no matter what their background is.

01:39:49.000 I met a year and a half ago with the leaders of the business roundtable.

01:39:53.000 They were mad that I, they were angry.

01:39:55.000 I said, well, they were discussing why I wanted to spend money on education.

01:40:01.000 I pointed out to them as vice president, I met with over eight, I think it was 182 of those folks.

01:40:09.000 Don't hold me to the exact number.

01:40:11.000 And I asked them what they need most, the CEOs.

01:40:16.000 And you've had the same experience on both sides now.

01:40:17.000 They say a better educated workforce, right?

01:40:20.000 So I looked at them and I say, I come from Delaware.

01:40:24.000 DuPont used to be the eighth largest corporation in the world.

01:40:29.000 And every new enterprise they bought, they educated the workforce to that enterprise.

01:40:35.000 But none of you do that anymore.

01:40:37.000 Why are you angry with me providing you the opportunity for the best educated workforce in the world?

01:40:42.000 And they all looked at me and said, I think you're right.

01:40:47.000 I want to expand high-quality tutoring and summer learning to see that every child learns to read by third grade.

01:41:03.000 I'm also connecting local businesses and high schools so students get hands-on experience and a path to a good-paying job, whether or not they go to college.

01:41:14.000 And I want to make sure that college is more affordable.

01:41:18.000 Let's continue increasing the Pell Grants to working and middle-class families and increase record investments in HBCUs and minority-serving institutions, including Hispanic institutions.

01:41:36.000 When I was told I couldn't universally just change the way in which we dealt with student loans, I fixed two student loan programs that already existed to reduce the burden of student debt for nearly 4 million Americans, including nurses, firefighters, and others in public service.

01:41:56.000 Like Keenan Jones, a public educator from Minnesota, who's here with us tonight.

01:42:01.000 Keenan, where are you?

01:42:03.000 Thank you.

01:42:04.000 He's educated.

01:42:06.000 Start a business.

01:42:07.000 Start a family.

01:42:09.000 While we're at it, I want the public school teachers a raise.

01:42:29.000 By the way, the first couple years we cut the deficit.

01:42:33.000 Now, let me speak to the question of fundamental fairness for all Americans.

01:42:38.000 I've been delivering real results in fiscally responsible ways.

01:42:41.000 We've already cut the federal deficit.

01:42:43.000 We've already cut the federal deficit by over a trillion dollars.

01:42:47.000 I signed the bipartisan deal to cut another trillion dollars in the next decade.

01:42:54.000 It's my goal to cut the federal deficit another three trillion by making big corporations very wealthy, finally beginning to pay their fair share.

01:43:08.000 Look, I'm a capitalist.

01:43:12.000 You want to make or can make a million or millions of bucks, that's great.

01:43:15.000 Just pay your fair share in taxes.

01:43:21.000 A fair tax code is how we invest in things that make this country great.

01:43:27.000 Healthcare, education, defense, and so much more.

01:43:29.000 But here's the deal.

01:43:31.000 The last administration enacted a $2 trillion tax cut.

01:43:34.000 Overwhelmingly benefit the top 1%, the very wealthy, the biggest corporation, and exploded the federal deficit.

01:43:46.000 They added more to the national debt than any presidential term in American history.

01:43:52.000 Check the numbers.

01:43:54.000 Folks at home, does anybody really think the tax code is fair?

01:43:57.000 Do you really think the wealthy and big corporations need another $2 trillion tax break?

01:44:05.000 I sure don't.

01:44:07.000 I'm going to keep fighting like hell to make it fair.

01:44:09.000 Under my plan, nobody earning less than $400,000 a year will pay an additional penny in federal taxes.

01:44:16.000 Nobody, not one penny.

01:44:19.000 And they haven't yet.

01:44:23.000 In fact, the child tax credit I passed during the pandemic cut taxes for millions of working families and cut child poverty in half.

01:44:35.000 Restore that child tax credit! 0.92

01:44:40.000 Not anymore.

01:44:41.000 Thanks to the law I wrote when we signed, big companies have to pay a minimum of 15%.

01:44:46.000 But that's still less than working people paying federal taxes.

01:44:51.000 It's time to raise corporate minimum tax to at least 21%.

01:45:00.000 So every big corporation finally begins to pay their fair share.

01:45:05.000 I also want to end tax breaks for big pharma, big oil, private checks, massive executive pay, when it's only supposed to be a million dollars that could be deducted.

01:45:15.000 They can pay them 20 million if they want, but deduct a million.

01:45:18.000 End it now.

01:45:20.000 You know, there are 1,000 billionaires in America.

01:45:24.000 You know what the average federal tax is for those billionaires?

01:45:28.000 No.

01:45:30.000 They're making great sacrifices, 8.2%.

01:45:32.000 That's far less than the vast majority of Americans pay.

01:45:38.000 No billionaire should pay a lower federal tax rate than a teacher, a sanitation worker, or a nurse.

01:45:54.000 I propose

01:45:56.000 Minimum tax for billionaires at 25%, just 25%.

01:46:01.000 You know what that would raise?

01:46:02.000 That would raise $500 billion over the next 10 years.

01:46:07.000 And imagine what that could do for America.

01:46:10.000 Imagine a future with affordable childcare.

01:46:13.000 Millions of families can get the need to go to work to help grow the economy.

01:46:17.000 Imagine a future with paid leave, because no one should have to choose between working and taking care of their sick family member.

01:46:25.000 Imagine, imagine the future of home care and elder care and people living with disabilities so they can stay in their homes and family caregivers can finally get the pay they deserve. 1.00

01:46:39.000 Tonight, let's all agree once again to stand up for seniors.

01:46:45.000 Many of my friends on the other side of Iowa want to put Social Security on the chopping block.

01:46:51.000 If anyone here tries to cut Social Security or Medicare or raise the retirement age, I will stop you.

01:47:07.000 The working people who built this country pay more into Social Security than millionaires and billionaires do.

01:47:14.000 Sounds about right.

01:47:18.000 I'll protect and strengthen Social Security and make the wealthy pay their fair share.

01:47:28.000 Look.

01:47:34.000 Too many corporations

01:47:37.000 Raised prices to pad the profits.

01:47:40.000 Charging more and more for less and less.

01:47:43.000 That's our cracking down on corporations engaging in price gouging and deceptive pricing.

01:47:47.000 From food to healthcare to housing.

01:47:50.000 In fact, the snack companies think you won't notice.

01:47:54.000 Yeah, President Trump is so funny, you guys.

01:47:57.000 He just posted right now, he said, the drugs are wearing off, the drugs are wearing off.

01:48:02.000 So yeah, I mean, President Trump's basically saying that, you know,

01:48:05.000 Joe Biden's on drugs.

01:48:07.000 Joe Biden's on drugs.

01:48:22.000 You probably all saw that commercial on Snickers bars.

01:48:27.000 You get to charge the same amount and you got about, I don't know, 10% fewer Snickers in it.

01:48:34.000 Look, I'm also getting rid of junk fees.

01:48:38.000 Those hidden fees at the end of your bill that are there without your knowledge.

01:48:43.000 My administration announced we're cutting credit card late fees from $32 to $8.

01:48:47.000 Banks and credit card companies are allowed to charge what it costs them to instigate the collection.

01:49:03.000 And that's more a hell of a lot like $8 and 30-some dollars.

01:49:07.000 They don't like it.

01:49:09.000 Credit card companies don't like it.

01:49:11.000 But I'm saving American families $20 billion a year with all the junk fees I'm eliminating.

01:49:20.000 Folks at home, that's why the banks are so mad. 0.92

01:49:24.000 It's $20 billion in profit.

01:49:28.000 I'm not stopping there.

01:49:30.000 My administration has proposed rules to make cable, travel, utilities, and online ticket sellers tell you the total price up front so there are no surprises.

01:49:40.000 It matters.

01:49:44.000 It matters.

01:49:46.000 And so does this.

01:49:49.000 In November? 0.97

01:49:50.000 I'll be darned. 0.92

01:49:51.000 That's amazing. 0.91

01:49:52.000 That bipartisan bill would hire 1,500 more security agents and officers, 100 more immigration judges to help tackle the backload of two million cases, 4,300 more asylum officers, and new policies so they can resolve cases in six months instead of six years now.

01:50:16.000 What do you guess?

01:50:21.000 100 more high-tech drug detection machines to significantly increase the ability to screen and stop vehicles.

01:50:28.000 So breaking news.

01:50:30.000 Breaking news right now, you guys.

01:50:32.000 Let's turn Biden down really quick.

01:50:35.000 I don't know if you guys are seeing this right now, but along with, you know, the issues with Rumble and TruSocial, it seems to be some kind of attack because there's a lot of sites that are down right now.

01:50:46.000 Multi-government websites including DHS, ICE, FEMA, and the Secret Service are all down.

01:50:51.000 They're all down.

01:50:53.000 They don't know, but apparently all of these websites are down.

01:50:58.000 So meanwhile, the entire Congress, the illegitimate occupant of the White House, his entire cabinet, and the SCOTUS justices are all currently inside one location, and the Secret Service website is down?

01:51:09.000 I mean, we are just so vulnerable and unsafe as a country right now.

01:51:13.000 If somebody wanted to attack that building right now, that would be it.

01:51:16.000 There would be no communication because the Secret Service website is down.

01:51:20.000 But, uh, quick guys, you know, don't tell any of our enemies.

01:51:25.000 Don't tell any of you.

01:51:25.000 Don't tell any of our enemies right now that the website for the Secret Service is down while everybody in our government is in the same room right now, right?

01:51:33.000 Don't tell any of our enemies who are currently walking across Joe Biden's open border.

01:51:38.000 Let's get back to what this Alzheimer's patient has to say.

01:51:42.000 Turn it up.

01:51:51.000 Lincoln Riley, an innocent young woman who was killed by an illegal.

01:51:58.000 That's right.

01:51:59.000 But how many of thousands of people being killed by illegals? 1.00

01:52:03.000 To her parents, I say, my heart goes out to you, having lost children myself.

01:52:08.000 I understand.

01:52:10.000 But look, if we change the dynamic at the border,

01:52:14.000 People pay these smugglers $8,000 to get across the border because they know if they get by, if they get by... Did you guys hear that?

01:52:23.000 Joe Biden actually... I would respectfully suggest to my Republican friends, to the American people, get this bill done.

01:52:32.000 We need to act now.

01:52:47.000 And if my predecessor is watching, instead of paying politics and pressuring members of Congress to block the bill, join me in telling the Congress to pass it.

01:52:58.000 We can do it together.

01:52:59.000 But that's what he apparently hears what he will not do.

01:53:04.000 I will not keep my immigrants safe. 0.99

01:53:06.000 They are poison in the blood of our country. 0.98

01:53:10.000 I will not separate families. 0.52

01:53:17.000 I will not ban people because of their faith.

01:53:22.000 Unlike my predecessor on my first day in office, I introduced a comprehensive bill to fix our immigration system. 0.99

01:53:27.000 Take a look at it.

01:53:28.000 It has all these and more.

01:53:30.000 Secure the border, provide a pathway to citizenship for DREAMers, and so much more.

01:53:34.000 But unlike my predecessor, I know who we are as Americans.

01:53:41.000 We're the only nation in the world with a hardened soul that draws from old and new.

01:53:47.000 Home to Native Americans whose ancestors have been here for thousands of years.

01:53:51.000 Home to people from every place on earth.

01:53:55.000 They came freely.

01:53:56.000 Some came in chains.

01:53:58.000 Some came when famine struck like my ancestral family in Ireland.

01:54:01.000 Some to flee persecution.

01:54:03.000 To chase dreams that are impossible anywhere but here in America.

01:54:08.000 That's America, and we all come from somewhere, but we're all American.

01:54:16.000 Look, folks, we have a simple choice.

01:54:27.000 We can fight about fixing the border, or we can fix it.

01:54:32.000 You don't want to fix it.

01:54:33.000 Nobody in Congress seems to want to fix it.

01:54:36.000 Send me the border bill now!

01:54:46.000 A transformational moment in history happened 58, 59 years ago today in Selma, Alabama.

01:54:55.000 Hundreds of foot soldiers for justice marched across the

01:55:03.000 Joining us tonight are other marchers, both in the gallery and on the floor, including Betty Mae Fikes, known as the voice of Selma, the daughter of gospel singers and preachers.

01:55:20.000 She sang songs of prayer and protest on that bloody Sunday to help shake the nation's conscience.

01:55:27.000 Five months later, the Voting Rights Act passed and was signed into law.

01:55:37.000 Thank you, thank you, thank you.

01:55:37.000 Thank you.

01:55:54.000 But 59 years later, the force has taken us back in time.

01:56:00.000 Voter suppression, election subversion, unlimited dark money, extreme gerrymandering.

01:56:08.000 John Lewis is a great friend to many of us here.

01:56:11.000 But if you truly want to honor him and all the heroes that marched with him, then it's time to do more than talk.

01:56:19.000 Pass the Freedom to Vote Act.

01:56:22.000 The John Lewis Voting Rights Act.

01:56:34.000 And stop, stop denying another core value of America, our diversity across American life.

01:56:43.000 Banning books, it's wrong.

01:56:46.000 Instead of erasing history, let's make history.

01:56:49.000 I want to protect fundamental rights.

01:56:51.000 Pass the Equality Act.

01:56:55.000 And my message to transgender Americans, I have your back.

01:57:03.000 Pass the PRO Act for workers' rights.

01:57:09.000 Raise the federal minimum wage because every worker has a right to a decent living more than seven bucks an hour.

01:57:20.000 We're also making history by confronting the climate crisis, not denying it.

01:57:25.000 I don't think any of you think there's no longer a climate crisis.

01:57:28.000 At least I hope you don't.

01:57:31.000 I'm taking the most significant action ever on climate change.

01:57:34.000 I'm taking action on environmental justice, fenceline communities smothered by the legacy of pollution. 0.95

01:57:44.000 In pattern after the Peace Corps and America Corps, I launched the Climate Corps to put 20,000 young people to work in the forefront of our clean energy future.

01:57:55.000 I'll triple that number in a decade.

01:58:08.000 All right, we got you on screen now, Charles.

01:58:10.000 Oh, real quick, I just want to fact check Joe Biden.

01:58:16.000 Yes, definitely.

01:58:17.000 What are you, what are you gonna, let's turn the, uh, let's turn it down.

01:58:19.000 So what are you, what are you, oh, someone's shouting something.

01:58:25.000 What are they saying?

01:58:27.000 The biggest increase in history.

01:58:30.000 It was then.

01:58:32.000 That's interesting.

01:58:33.000 You can't get in here if you're invited.

01:58:36.000 What do you mean, invited?

01:58:37.000 Are we talking about violent crime?

01:58:39.000 Really?

01:58:39.000 Please.

01:59:00.000 I can't believe he just said that.

01:59:02.000 I can't believe he actually just said that violent crime has fallen.

01:59:07.000 Unbelievable.

01:59:09.000 What do you think about this, Charles?

01:59:10.000 Well, for the immigration bill, that was so disturbing.

01:59:15.000 One, he tried to blame Donald Trump for Lincoln Riley's death because the little thing he's leaving out from the immigration bill was it limited Donald Trump's future executive power.

01:59:27.000 He's just lying.

01:59:28.000 He's saying that violent crime has decreased and

01:59:51.000 You know, he's blaming the Republicans for Lincoln Riley's death and saying it's the Republicans that don't want to pass a border bill.

01:59:58.000 Let's let's turn it back up and see what he's saying.

02:00:00.000 Teachers in elementary school in Uvalde, Texas.

02:00:04.000 Very soon after that happened, Jill and I went to Uvalde for a couple of days.

02:00:08.000 We spent hours and hours with each of the families.

02:00:11.000 We heard their message.

02:00:13.000 So everyone in this room in this chamber could hear the same message.

02:00:18.000 The constant refrain, and I was there for hours meeting with every family.

02:00:28.000 Meanwhile, my predecessor told the NRA he's proud he did nothing on guns when he was president.

02:00:39.000 After another shooting in Iowa recently, he said, when asked what to do about it, he said, just get over it.

02:00:46.000 There is his quote, just get over it.

02:00:49.000 I say, stop it.

02:00:51.000 Stop it.

02:00:52.000 Stop it.

02:01:00.000 I'm proud we beat the NRA when I signed the most significant gun safety law in nearly 30 years because of this Congress.

02:01:07.000 We now must beat the NRA again.

02:01:09.000 I'm demanding a ban on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.

02:01:14.000 You know what's funny? 0.98

02:01:17.000 Biden's leaving out that little detail that most of these mass shootings this year have happened by trans students on crazy drugs. 0.97

02:01:25.000 Leaves that little detail out of it. 0.86

02:01:26.000 Let's turn it up.

02:01:27.000 He's talking about the Second Amendment.

02:01:30.000 Or vilifies responsible gun owners.

02:01:34.000 You know, as we manage challenges at home, we're also managing crises abroad.

02:01:38.000 I know the last five months have been gut-wrenching for so many people, for the Israeli people, for the Palestinian people, and so many here in America.

02:01:50.000 This crisis began on October 7th with a massacre by a terrorist group called Hamas, as you all know.

02:01:57.000 1,200 innocent people, women and girls, men and boys, slaughtered after enduring sexual violence.

02:02:06.000 The deadliest day for the Jewish people since the Holocaust.

02:02:10.000 And 250 hostages taken.

02:02:14.000 Here in this chamber tonight are families whose loved ones are still being held by Hamas.

02:02:20.000 I pledge to all the families that we will not rest until we bring every one of your loved ones home.

02:02:26.000 We will also work around the clock to bring home Evan and Paul, Americans being unjustly detained by the Russians and others around the world.

02:02:53.000 Israel has the right to go after Hamas. 0.89

02:02:56.000 Hamas ended this conflict by releasing hostages.

02:02:59.000 Laying down arms could end it.

02:03:02.000 By releasing the hostages later.

02:03:04.000 Yeah, I know, right?

02:03:06.000 It's like, oh, it's been a real hard drive for Palestinians. 0.98

02:03:09.000 Meanwhile, I gave $16 billion to the Iranians, and they trained all of those Hamas and Hezbollah terrorists that slaughtered a bunch of Jews, but let's go cry. 1.00

02:03:19.000 Let's go cry! 0.70

02:03:20.000 Let's go cry about the Palestinians in Gaza! 1.00

02:03:24.000 Boo-hoo! 1.00

02:03:25.000 Yeah, okay, Joe. 1.00

02:03:26.000 Fuck off, you know? 1.00

02:03:28.000 I'm really honestly sick of this. 1.00

02:03:30.000 Talking about how it's such a hard time for the people in Gaza, the Palestinian people.

02:03:36.000 Meanwhile, it's Joe Biden and the Democrat Party that is the party of Jew haters and Israel haters that has created an atmosphere in which anti-Semitism in this country and around the world is at a record high level.

02:03:48.000 Higher than the time of the Holocaust, really, honestly. 0.89

02:03:52.000 I mean, we are at that level right now.

02:03:54.000 The attack on October 7th was the most brutal and vicious attack on Jews, which includes Israelis and Americans, by the way.

02:04:02.000 Americans were killed on October 7th, too, and that was funded. 0.99

02:04:06.000 That was funded by the United States, because Joe Biden decided to give $10 billion to Iran, and then he gave another $6 billion to Iran.

02:04:14.000 So, I really just don't want to hear about the Palestinians anymore, okay? 1.00

02:04:17.000 They're not the victims here.

02:04:19.000 Let's turn this back up.

02:04:21.000 I don't want more aid to Gaza.

02:04:23.000 Turn it up.

02:04:48.000 Israel must allow more aid into Gaza and ensure humanitarian workers aren't caught in the crossfire.

02:04:53.000 They're announcing they're going to have a crossing in northern Gaza.

02:04:59.000 For the leadership of Israel, I say this.

02:05:03.000 Humanitarian assistance cannot be a secondary consideration or a bargaining chip.

02:05:08.000 Protecting and saving innocent lives has to be a priority.

02:05:12.000 As we look to the future, the only real solution to the situation is a two-state solution over time.

02:05:18.000 And I say this as a lifelong supporter of Israel.

02:05:32.000 My entire career, no one has a stronger record with Israel than I do.

02:05:36.000 I challenge any of you here.

02:05:38.000 I'm the only American President to visit the Middle East, which also means containing the threat posed by Iran. 1.00

02:05:44.000 That's why I built a coalition of more than a dozen countries to defend international shipping and freedom of navigation in the Red Sea.

02:05:52.000 I've ordered strikes to degrade the Houthi capability and defend U.S. 1.00

02:05:56.000 forces in the region.

02:05:57.000 As Commander-in-Chief, I will not hesitate to direct further measures to protect our people and our military personnel.

02:06:12.000 For years, I've heard many of my Republican and Democratic friends say that China is on the rise and America is falling behind.

02:06:22.000 They've got it backwards.

02:06:26.000 I've been saying it for over four years, even when I wasn't president.

02:06:30.000 America is rising.

02:06:32.000 We have the best economy in the world.

02:06:34.000 And since I've come to office, RGTB is up, our trade deficit with China is down to the lowest point in over a decade.

02:06:40.000 And we're standing up against China's unfair economic practices.

02:06:45.000 We're standing up for peace and stability across the Taiwan Straits.

02:06:50.000 I've revitalized our partnership and alliance in the Pacific.

02:06:54.000 India, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Pacific Islands.

02:07:00.000 I've made sure that the most advanced American technologies can't be used in China, not allowing to trade them there.

02:07:09.000 Frankly, for all this tough talk on China, it never occurred to my predecessor to do any of that.

02:07:16.000 I want competition with China, not conflict.

02:07:20.000 And we're in a stronger position to win the conflict of the 21st century against China than anyone else for that matter, than any time as well.

02:07:29.000 Here at home, I've signed over 400 bipartisan bills.

02:07:34.000 There's more to pass my unity agenda.

02:07:38.000 Strengthen penalties on fentanyl trafficking.

02:07:40.000 You don't want to do that, huh?

02:07:44.000 Pass bipartisan privacy legislation to protect our children online.

02:07:49.000 Harness the promise of AI to protect us from peril.

02:08:00.000 All right, so we have some new posts from President Trump.

02:08:05.000 President Trump has continued his play-by-play rebuttal of Joe Biden's State of the Union.

02:08:12.000 He says that he wants to take away everyone's gun.

02:08:14.000 Remember that when you go to the voting booth.

02:08:16.000 Be true social, back up.

02:08:17.000 So let's get that back up on the full screen here.

02:08:20.000 We have

02:08:22.000 Truth Social now.

02:08:23.000 It wasn't working before.

02:08:25.000 It looked like it had crashed, but you can now see President Trump is posting a storm.

02:08:30.000 He's doing his play-by-play rebuttal tonight.

02:08:33.000 So if you want, you can go over to Truth Social.

02:08:36.000 Let's scroll up and read some of the most recent ones.

02:08:38.000 Scroll down.

02:08:39.000 He's done nothing for Israel compared to what I have done.

02:08:42.000 It's only words he speaks, not truth.

02:08:45.000 He made Iran rich, just like I was saying earlier, right?

02:08:47.000 This is why we have the problems in the Middle East. 0.92

02:08:49.000 With me, Iran was broke.

02:08:51.000 He's the reason why the Middle East is blowing up. 1.00

02:08:53.000 Absolute truth.

02:08:54.000 And that's what I was just saying, too, as I mentioned that, you know, look, Joe Biden is the one that gave Iran $16 billion, OK?

02:09:02.000 He gave them $10 billion the day before 9-11.

02:09:06.000 And then you see this attack, this attack.

02:09:08.000 The Iranians admitted to training Hamas and Hezbollah operatives that carried out that vicious attack, that barbaric attack on October 7th.

02:09:16.000 And now all those people are coming across our open border.

02:09:19.000 Hamas and Hezbollah making their way through the Darien Gap, coming across our southern border.

02:09:23.000 So get ready, get ready.

02:09:24.000 We have active Hamas and Hezbollah terror cells and they're going to attack.

02:09:28.000 They are going to attack ahead of the 2024 election.

02:09:30.000 Mark my word.

02:09:32.000 Let's turn it back up. 1.00

02:09:37.000 Holy shit, man. 0.99

02:09:38.000 If you were to, like, literally take a shot every single time he said democracy, you would have to call 9-1-1 for alcohol poisoning tonight. 1.00

02:09:45.000 I don't drink.

02:09:46.000 I'm drinking my coffee, but honestly, that should have been the game.

02:09:50.000 Take a shot every single time Joe Biden says democracy.

02:09:54.000 You'd be dead on the floor. 1.00

02:09:55.000 Dead on the floor. 0.67

02:09:57.000 Turn it up.

02:10:01.000 I was born amid World War II, when America stood for the freedom of the world.

02:10:06.000 I grew up in Scranton, Pennsylvania, in Claremont, Delaware, among working-class people who built this country.

02:10:12.000 I watched in horror as two of my heroes, like many of you did, Dr. King and Bobby Kennedy, were assassinated, and their legacies inspired me to pursue a career in service.

02:10:26.000 I left the law firm and became a public defender because my city of Wilmington was the only city in America occupied by the National Guard after Dr. King was assassinated because of the riots.

02:10:37.000 I became a county councilman almost by accident.

02:10:41.000 I got elected to the United States Senate when I had no intention of running at age 29. 0.99

02:10:44.000 Then vice president of our first- I mean honestly, nobody gives a shit. 0.97

02:10:53.000 By the way, they didn't let me on ascended elevators for votes sometimes. 0.98

02:10:57.000 Not a joke.

02:11:00.000 And I've been told I'm too old.

02:11:04.000 Whether young or old, I've always known what endures.

02:11:09.000 I've known our North Star.

02:11:11.000 The very idea of America is that we're all created equal.

02:11:15.000 It deserves to be treated equally throughout our lives.

02:11:17.000 We've never fully lived up to that idea, but we've never walked away from it either.

02:11:23.000 And I won't walk away from it now.

02:11:27.000 I'm optimistic.

02:11:31.000 I really am.

02:11:31.000 I'm optimistic, Nancy.

02:11:40.000 My fellow Americans,

02:11:43.000 The issue facing our nation isn't how old we are, it's how old are our ideas.

02:11:52.000 Hate, anger, revenge, retribution are the oldest of ideas.

02:11:55.000 But you can't lead America with ancient ideas and only take us back.

02:12:01.000 You need America, the land of possibilities.

02:12:04.000 You need a vision for the future and what can and should be done.

02:12:09.000 Tonight you've heard mine.

02:12:12.000 I see a future where defending democracy, you don't diminish it.

02:12:17.000 I see a future where we restore the right to choose and protect our freedoms, not take them away.

02:12:22.000 I see a future where the middle class finally has a fair shot and the wealthy have to pay their fair share in taxes.

02:12:38.000 I see a future where we save the planet from the climate crisis and our country from gun violence.

02:12:47.000 Above all, I see a future for all Americans.

02:12:54.000 I see a country for all Americans.

02:12:57.000 And I will always be president for all Americans.

02:13:00.000 Because I believe in America.

02:13:01.000 Except Trump supporters, right?

02:13:02.000 Except Trump supporters.

02:13:03.000 I believe in you, the American people.

02:13:06.000 You're the reason we've never been more optimistic about our future than I am now.

02:13:10.000 So let's build the future together.

02:13:12.000 Let's remember who we are.

02:13:14.000 We are the United States of America.

02:13:18.000 And there is nothing, nothing beyond our capacity when we act together.

02:13:26.000 I'm just, you know, I'm kind of shocked that Speaker Johnson didn't just get up and walk out.

02:13:35.000 You know, I mean, to sit there and listen to that, it's like a campaign speech.

02:13:39.000 You know, this is a campaign speech.

02:13:41.000 This is nothing more than a campaign speech.

02:13:43.000 Laura, I'll say this.

02:13:44.000 I think we are on top of it.

02:13:51.000 I think?

02:14:21.000 Yeah, and it's like a shouting match, as President Trump said.

02:14:41.000 Let's go back to President Trump's true social now.

02:14:45.000 And you can see President Trump is saying it's like a shouting match.

02:14:48.000 Every line is being shouted.

02:14:50.000 He said under Trump, Iran was weak and broke.

02:14:53.000 Under Biden, Iran is rich and funding terror. 0.78

02:14:55.000 It's absolutely right.

02:14:57.000 I mean, it's just out of control.

02:14:59.000 It's so out of control what Joe Biden has done to our country.

02:15:04.000 It's just a major gaslighting session.

02:15:05.000 That's all we just witnessed right now.

02:15:08.000 Was major gaslighting and it's just this continued appeasement to these terrorists, right?

02:15:17.000 These terrorists in Gaza and Joe Biden using the podium and using this platform of the State of the Union to call for support for the people in Gaza when we know that all of the aid that is sent to Gaza is controlled by Hamas. 0.76

02:15:34.000 It's so sickening. 0.92

02:15:36.000 It is so sickening to see this. 0.93

02:15:38.000 It's like a war cry in support of jihadists, okay? 0.70

02:15:42.000 We are being invaded and taken over, and we don't even have a commander-in-chief who exemplifies strength.

02:15:49.000 So, you know.

02:15:51.000 Right now, let's cut back over to the feed, because Joe Biden is currently speaking to a Ukrainian... He mentioned bringing home Evan and Paul.

02:15:59.000 Evan Gershkovits' family is in the house tonight.

02:16:02.000 His mom and dad didn't say where they were being held, didn't say that they're being held by Putin or Russia.

02:16:08.000 So, with that issue, obviously, they've heated up a lot.

02:16:11.000 Minnesota, Michigan, places where he has lost votes to uncommitted.

02:16:15.000 There was a big message for those places... Posting all of Trump's posts right now...

02:16:20.000 Yep, there's Nadler. 0.78

02:16:22.000 We just saw him today.

02:16:24.000 There's your buddy, Charles.

02:16:25.000 They're probably like, yo, me and Jamie Raskin got your back.

02:16:31.000 We're gonna get this, be able to kick Trump off the ballot on the floor via discharge petition.

02:16:36.000 We'll find five crummy House Republicans. 1.00

02:16:39.000 Don't worry, Joe, we got you.

02:16:40.000 Probably what they're talking about right now.

02:16:43.000 Joe Biden's probably like, what are they saying?

02:16:45.000 Oh, there he goes, walking away.

02:16:47.000 That's weird.

02:16:48.000 He did tell them something briefly and walked away.

02:16:51.000 Of course.

02:16:52.000 Let's go to the chat really quick and see what people in the chat are saying.

02:16:57.000 What do you all think in the chat about this?

02:17:02.000 What's your opinion about Joe Biden's speech tonight?

02:17:08.000 Let's see what everybody's saying. 0.98

02:17:12.000 You know, it's too bad, you know, it's too bad that Speaker Johnson doesn't have the balls, he doesn't have the balls to rip up the speech like Nancy Pelosi did. 0.96

02:17:21.000 Remember when Nancy Pelosi ripped it up and she was like standing behind Trump and then she goes... Remember? 0.97

02:17:29.000 And she goes... Remember that?

02:17:33.000 Because she's such a raging bitch. 1.00

02:17:35.000 And then she just, like, tossed it up like that. 1.00

02:17:37.000 Why can't Mike Johnson do that?

02:17:39.000 Why can't Mike Johnson or any of these Republicans, you know, make a statement behind Joe Biden?

02:17:43.000 I don't know.

02:17:45.000 You know, the only... Just don't even get me started on Marjorie, but... Shouting from across the room and trying to get President Trump in trouble with, you know, a campaign violation by wearing a MAGA hat on the floor of the House so that then the media is going to use that against President Trump and say,

02:18:02.000 Oh, look at these Trump supporters not respecting the rules, right?

02:18:06.000 She's a liability. 0.98

02:18:07.000 She's a liability.

02:18:08.000 And ultimately, the Speaker of the House is the one that's sitting directly behind Joe Biden.

02:18:12.000 And he should have done more.

02:18:14.000 He should have done more.

02:18:15.000 He shouldn't have nodded in agreement with Joe Biden when Joe Biden was attacking Trump over Ukraine.

02:18:21.000 And he should have gotten up and actually left or ripped up the speech.

02:18:26.000 So, look, I'm not going to apologize.

02:18:28.000 Picked up on Charles.

02:18:30.000 We'll get you full screen here while we will have the screen.

02:18:35.000 Well, we're going to mute the Fox feed, but we'll keep it up on a split screen so that we can see who Joe Biden is talking to while we're talking.

02:18:42.000 So as everybody's leaving the Hall of Congress, they're following this speech.

02:18:49.000 So go ahead, Charles.

02:18:50.000 What were some of the things that you noticed during the speech?

02:18:53.000 What stood out to you about Joe Biden's remarks?

02:18:58.000 Joe Biden said something horrifying.

02:19:00.000 And it shouldn't be surprising considering we know Democrats love rigging elections.

02:19:04.000 But when he said pass the Right to Vote Act, that is called H.R.1.

02:19:09.000 And Democrats have been trying to pass H.R.1 for a while.

02:19:12.000 And what it does is it federalizes elections, meaning that it gives Joe Biden the power to write the election rules for his own reelection campaign.

02:19:23.000 So let's say for the sake of argument, a conservative state doesn't want drop boxes, but if H.R.

02:19:30.000 1 was intact, which is also called the Voting Rights Act, because, you know, they always have to say the most communist things are racist if you don't support it.

02:19:38.000 No, no, no, no, no.

02:19:39.000 It's not.

02:19:40.000 It's not the Voting Rights Act.

02:19:41.000 It's the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, because it can't just be a Voting Rights Act.

02:19:46.000 It has to have some black person's name attached to it because we can't just have regular legislation. 0.98

02:19:52.000 We have to be guilt-tripped into everything because, you know, we have to, we can't do anything in this country anymore unless it's black, gay, and transgender. 1.00

02:20:00.000 Those are the rules of the Democrat Party. 0.95

02:20:02.000 So it's the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, you know, one of the most corrupt members of Congress, you know.

02:20:07.000 We have to, we have to supposedly honor, honor him in this phony voting rights. 0.89

02:20:12.000 It's more like a voter fraud bill of anything because, oh, he's black, right? 1.00

02:20:16.000 Just like, just like we have to 0.99

02:20:19.000 We have to tolerate all of this lack of talent in positions like the Defense Secretary and the Press Secretary position because these people are black. 1.00

02:20:29.000 Not that they have talent, but just because they're black and they were appointed because they're black. 1.00

02:20:33.000 Black and gay. 0.99

02:20:34.000 I don't know. 1.00

02:20:35.000 Black with cancer. 0.99

02:20:36.000 I don't know. 0.99

02:20:37.000 Just take your pick, right?

02:20:38.000 It's just, you see that this is starting to have an actual impact on our country and the way that our country functions because

02:20:46.000 Um, instead of actually focusing on merit and instead of focusing on policies and who's most competent, uh, everything has just become race obsessed within the Biden administration, which, you know, it makes sense because what we're witnessing right now, we are really witnessing Barack Hussein Obama's third term.

02:21:04.000 That's what we're watching right now.

02:21:06.000 We're watching that.

02:21:06.000 He definitely wrote that speech.

02:21:09.000 The way votes are counted, which will just give the Democrats a way to just rig elections going forward.

02:21:16.000 And also in this act, it's debated, but a lot of people think this, it could totally cancel the electoral college completely and allow the president to be chosen by a national popular vote.

02:21:29.000 So Democrats are just really going for it to rig elections going forward because they know nobody likes globalism.

02:21:37.000 They know it.

02:21:38.000 That's why they're getting so, so.

02:21:41.000 It's about rigged elections.

02:21:42.000 It's about rigged elections and more federal control over our elections.

02:21:45.000 That's what they want.

02:21:46.000 They want to have federal control over our elections so that they can

02:22:08.000 So that they can undermine the way that the states handle our elections because that's what they want. 0.96

02:22:13.000 They want to import a new voter class full of third world invaders who don't even speak English who are going to vote Democrat because those are the people that are letting them come to this country and they want to federalize our elections. 1.00

02:22:25.000 That's what they want to do.

02:22:26.000 They want to completely federalize.

02:22:28.000 Federalize our elections here in the United States of America under the guise of civil rights.

02:22:34.000 Civil rights and voting rights, okay?

02:22:36.000 Last time I checked, okay, the vote of a black person had the same value as the vote of a white person. 0.64

02:22:43.000 There's no voting civil rights issue here. 0.93

02:22:45.000 You want to talk about civil rights?

02:22:47.000 Let's talk about the way that Trump supporters are being jailed right now for peacefully protesting on January 6th, okay?

02:22:53.000 You want to talk about voting rights?

02:22:55.000 Let's talk about how Trump supporters are being called

02:22:59.000 It's back up, it's back up.

02:23:28.000 You can go check that out and you can watch.

02:23:32.000 Let's go to President Trump's feed right now.

02:23:34.000 Let's see what he's saying.

02:23:35.000 Oh, there we go.

02:23:38.000 That's funny.

02:23:39.000 Let's play that.

02:23:41.000 What is that?

02:23:43.000 Play that clip.

02:23:44.000 Play that clip from True Social right there.

02:23:46.000 Click.

02:23:48.000 Absolutely right.

02:23:49.000 You know, he said, I bow down to the Russian leader.

02:23:52.000 He gave them everything, including Ukraine.

02:23:54.000 I took away Nord's dream, too.

02:23:55.000 He gave it to them.

02:23:56.000 He was a puppet for Putin and Xi and virtually every other leader.

02:24:00.000 Yep.

02:24:00.000 It's over.

02:24:01.000 Thank God, right?

02:24:02.000 This is like a shouting match.

02:24:03.000 Scroll down.

02:24:06.000 Every line is being shouted.

02:24:07.000 All right.

02:24:08.000 And we already read those other ones.

02:24:09.000 What else is he saying now?

02:24:10.000 Don't shake his hand.

02:24:12.000 He said he's been coughing into it the entire night.

02:24:16.000 And then he goes, that may be the angriest, least compassionate and worst State of the Union speech ever made.

02:24:22.000 It was an embarrassment to our country.

02:24:24.000 Absolutely.

02:24:25.000 Absolutely.

02:24:26.000 This is why we got to get Biden out.

02:24:28.000 I mean, he's so decrepit.

02:24:29.000 We got to get

02:24:30.000 We got to get President Trump back into the White House.

02:24:32.000 Our country depends on it.

02:24:33.000 I just, I don't even want to live in this country and live to see what this country is going to be like if Donald Trump doesn't get reelected. 0.99

02:24:40.000 It's just going to be, it's literally going to be fucking hell on earth. 0.99

02:24:43.000 Okay? 0.99

02:24:44.000 Honestly, that's what it's going to be. 0.99

02:24:45.000 It's going to be fucking hell on earth if Donald Trump doesn't get back into the White House. 0.98

02:24:49.000 I don't even want to imagine what life is going to be like. 0.99

02:24:52.000 It's going to be awful.

02:24:57.000 It's going to be awful.

02:24:58.000 Go make a full circle too.

02:25:00.000 About all this January 6th stuff we were talking about and rigged elections.

02:25:05.000 So the left, like what we were saying, trying to pass H.R.1, the John Lewis Voting Rights Act.

02:25:11.000 People knew that.

02:25:12.000 People knew the left had been trying to rig elections.

02:25:15.000 People knew the 2020 election was rigged.

02:25:17.000 And they went to Washington, D.C.

02:25:19.000 on January 6th to peacefully protest.

02:25:22.000 Peacefully protest things that the Democrats outright said they were doing.

02:25:26.000 Think about it.

02:25:27.000 The Democrats didn't call the John Lewis Rig the Vote Act H.R.

02:25:32.000 1 a reason.

02:25:33.000 They called it H.R.

02:25:34.000 1 because it's their literal top priority because they know if they pass it, they'll be able to rig every single election going forward and elections will become meaningless and they'll take total power.

02:25:45.000 So of course they're going to call it H.R.

02:25:47.000 1 because it's their top priority.

02:25:49.000 And how dare Biden's DOJ arrest people for standing for election integrity?

02:25:55.000 It shows, one, they really want to get Donald Trump and his supporters, but it also shows they really want to grab ultimate power.

02:26:02.000 And they know the only way to do that is by BS legislation like H.R.

02:26:07.000 1, aka the John Lewis Rigged to Vote Act.

02:26:09.000 It just was, we're going to save democracy from Trump, aka knock him out, and then we're going to pass H.R.

02:26:15.000 1 to ensure that we have power forever and there'll never, ever be Trump or another Trump again.

02:26:20.000 Right.

02:26:21.000 Like, literally, that was the most anti-democratic speech I think I've ever seen.

02:26:25.000 Yeah, and that's what President Trump just said too.

02:26:28.000 Let's see if we can get President Trump's true social back up on the screen here.

02:26:31.000 Let's see, uh, let's refresh it.

02:26:33.000 See what else he said.

02:26:36.000 Let's say, okay, he said, uh, that may be the angriest, least compassionate, worst State of the Union speech ever made.

02:26:41.000 It was an embarrassment to our country.

02:26:43.000 He didn't stand up to Putin.

02:26:45.000 He gave Putin Ukraine.

02:26:46.000 Yeah.

02:26:47.000 You know, I felt like we were in Ukraine in the middle of that speech.

02:26:51.000 Within the first two minutes, all he's talking about is Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine.

02:26:55.000 It's like, he might as well just go learn the language, because are we in America?

02:27:00.000 Are we going to talk about the state of America or the state of Ukraine?

02:27:03.000 It's just kind of crazy to me that within the first two minutes, he didn't want to talk about immigration for 40 minutes, but within 40 seconds, he's yapping on about Ukraine. 0.99

02:27:13.000 I just don't give a shit about Ukraine anymore. 0.99

02:27:15.000 I really don't. 0.99

02:27:17.000 I don't care.

02:27:18.000 At this point in time, I don't even care if Russia takes Ukraine.

02:27:22.000 I don't.

02:27:22.000 Okay?

02:27:23.000 It's not our problem.

02:27:24.000 I'm at that point right now where, you know, maybe it happens.

02:27:28.000 If it does, like, what are we going to do?

02:27:30.000 Are we going to keep on giving Ukraine another $400 billion?

02:27:34.000 Really?

02:27:35.000 Are we supposed to just suffer?

02:27:36.000 Are American people supposed to just suffer for eternity because of Ukraine? 0.75

02:27:43.000 I'm so tired of this pro-European BS.

02:27:45.000 Like Europe doesn't affect my life.

02:27:48.000 It doesn't affect anyone else's life.

02:27:50.000 Europe needs us way more than we need Europe.

02:27:52.000 And for some reason, this is an offensive thing to say to Joe Biden and the globalists.

02:27:58.000 So it really makes you wonder like, how's Biden getting paid off to literally make policy that goes against America's

02:28:05.000 Best interest.

02:28:06.000 And I also thought it was interesting, too, since we're talking about Russia, when Joe Biden said, oh, I could go to Moscow and get you way cheaper prescription drugs.

02:28:14.000 Well, duh, Joe, you could go to Moscow and get people way cheaper prescription drugs.

02:28:18.000 If you all remember, Hunter Biden got 10% from the mayor of Moscow's wife.

02:28:23.000 So we know Hunter has good drug connections.

02:28:26.000 So I would have saved to assume that Hunter could go to Moscow and

02:28:31.000 We're good to go.

02:28:54.000 He wants to take away everyone's gun.

02:28:54.000 We went over this.

02:28:57.000 Remember that when you go to the voting booth.

02:28:59.000 Because if I'm not elected, your guns are gone, along with your freedom.

02:29:01.000 He's talking about violence, but migrant violence is leading to the worst crime wave in history. 1.00

02:29:06.000 Other countries are laughing at our stupidity on climate. 1.00

02:29:08.000 The Green New Scam is destroying our economy and our country. 1.00

02:29:13.000 Pass the Freedom to Cheat in Voting Act, which is really what he wants.

02:29:16.000 Scroll up really quick.

02:29:19.000 Yeah, Biden-Harris, endorsed by Vladimir Putin.

02:29:22.000 Yeah, scroll down.

02:29:24.000 Don't shake people's hands going out.

02:29:26.000 He keeps coughing into his right hand.

02:29:28.000 See, as he's getting ready to cough yet again into his right hand, the fake news media rushes him off the screen. 0.65

02:29:35.000 Yeah, you know, I don't know, a lot of people know this, but Donald Trump's a germaphobe.

02:29:39.000 Prior to, you know, becoming president, Trump would never shake people's hands.

02:29:44.000 It was like a well-known thing.

02:29:46.000 He doesn't really like touching people, but now, you know, he's kind of had to because he was president of the United States.

02:29:52.000 But Donald Trump has always, I mean, openly, too, talked about how he's a germaphobe.

02:29:56.000 So it's always funny.

02:29:59.000 President Trump is always, you know, very quick to pick up on people coughing and all that stuff.

02:30:04.000 Prices are up big under Joe Biden.

02:30:04.000 Let's see.

02:30:07.000 Food costs up 21%.

02:30:08.000 Rent costs up 19%.

02:30:10.000 Power costs up 29%.

02:30:11.000 Yep.

02:30:14.000 Scroll up.

02:30:16.000 Nope.

02:30:16.000 Scroll down to that graphic right there.

02:30:18.000 Scroll up.

02:30:19.000 The truth about Biden's border bill.

02:30:20.000 It's actually an amnesty bill.

02:30:22.000 Here's a nice little graphic put together by Trump.

02:30:24.000 Enshrines catch-and-release into federal law.

02:30:27.000 Allows at least 5,000 illegal entries per day.

02:30:30.000 Over 1.8 million per year.

02:30:33.000 New authority for Biden to grant asylum to unlimited numbers of illegals.

02:30:36.000 Path to making Biden migrants into voting citizens. 0.97

02:30:39.000 Grants millions of work permits for Biden illegals stealing jobs and wages from American workers. 0.93

02:30:44.000 ...provides taxpayer funds to fly and house illegal aliens, replaces immigration judges with asylum officers to rubber stamp fake asylum claims, and also provides taxpayer-funded attorneys

02:30:57.000 Yeah, so you're right.

02:30:57.000 To illegal aliens.

02:30:59.000 That's why when he says, oh, Trump, join me, join me in passing this border bill.

02:31:04.000 It's not a border bill.

02:31:05.000 This is not a border bill.

02:31:06.000 This is an amnesty bill.

02:31:08.000 This is a welcome every single illegal alien invader into our country bill. 1.00

02:31:12.000 That's why over these last three years, since he's been in the White House, 12 million illegal aliens have come into our country.

02:31:18.000 They say it's 7.2 million, but those are the numbers.

02:31:22.000 Those are the numbers that the Biden administration is giving you.

02:31:26.000 But you know what?

02:31:27.000 We can't trust those numbers.

02:31:30.000 7.2 million, think about all the getaways, okay?

02:31:32.000 There's at least five million people that have gotten away.

02:31:35.000 At least five million people.

02:31:37.000 It's 12 million people that have come in over the last three and a half years.

02:31:40.000 I mean, that's a larger population than most states in this country.

02:31:44.000 So we are being replaced.

02:31:45.000 This is a great replacement.

02:31:49.000 After three years of Bidenomics, the 30-year mortgage rate has hit a 23-year high, yeah?

02:31:56.000 Better off with Trump.

02:31:57.000 So yeah, he says Trump derangement syndrome.

02:32:02.000 Let's see.

02:32:06.000 Biden talked about Snickers bars before he talked about the border.

02:32:09.000 It's just unbelievable.

02:32:11.000 All 50 states have set new record high gas prices under Biden.

02:32:15.000 Yeah.

02:32:19.000 Yeah.

02:32:20.000 So there you have it.

02:32:21.000 You can scroll down and you can look at all of President Trump's posts tonight.

02:32:25.000 The only show the Democrats clapping, they rarely show the other side of the room.

02:32:28.000 It's called the Republican side.

02:32:30.000 Yeah, you know, and then he goes, oh, the coughing, the coughing, always the coughing.

02:32:34.000 Yeah, he's always coughing.

02:32:36.000 And then, yeah, he's right about that.

02:32:38.000 You know, they never want to show the other side.

02:32:40.000 So, yeah.

02:32:42.000 It's unfortunate, right?

02:32:43.000 But you'll notice that they never want to show the other side.

02:32:46.000 Let's go to the chat and take some questions, because now that it's over, you know, we'll sign off soon.

02:32:52.000 Again, be sure that you check out 1775 Coffee.

02:32:56.000 1775Coffee.com slash Loomer.

02:32:59.000 They are the sponsor of tonight's episode of Loomer Unleashed, so be sure that you show them some love.

02:33:05.000 Go to their site, order some coffee.

02:33:06.000 1775Coffee.com slash Loomer.

02:33:10.000 Let's go to the chat.

02:33:11.000 Let's go to the chat and see what's going on.

02:33:18.000 Let's see what people are saying.

02:33:27.000 Republicans needed to make their presence known.

02:33:29.000 They failed tonight.

02:33:30.000 Yeah, well, when do the Republicans not fail?

02:33:36.000 Well, Charles.

02:33:40.000 Charles, I want to thank you for coming on tonight.

02:33:43.000 Great work confronting Maxine Waters today.

02:33:46.000 I'm going forward.

02:33:48.000 First, they want to save democracy, which is knocking out Trump.

02:33:51.000 Then they want to stop mass shootings, which is take the guns. 0.91

02:33:55.000 And then they want to give black people the right to vote, which has nothing to do with black people, which is rig elections. 0.98

02:34:01.000 So take out Trump. 0.99

02:34:04.000 Rig elections, take the guns. 0.96

02:34:06.000 That literally leads to ultimate power.

02:34:08.000 So this speech tonight was literally the left laying out their goal for America's future.

02:34:14.000 And this should make you even more fired up to vote for President Trump if you haven't had your state's primary yet, and to vote for President Trump again in November.

02:34:25.000 Because like we've been saying, if we lose this election,

02:34:30.000 The left has just said what they're gonna do.

02:34:31.000 They're gonna take the guns, and they're gonna rig the elections. 0.91

02:34:35.000 And sadly, when that happens, there'll never be another free and fair election again.

02:34:40.000 November 5th is our last chance, and tonight's speech literally proved that.

02:34:47.000 I agree.

02:34:48.000 Look, President Trump clearly has a vision for America, while all Joe Biden has is shouting matches and just really disturbing rants about democracy and, you know, he really is weaponizing government.

02:35:02.000 This seemed more like a tirade, a tirade against half the country tonight.

02:35:06.000 I don't know how Joe Biden's campaigning on decency and unity.

02:35:10.000 We hear all about unity, but compared to what President Trump says, you know,

02:35:15.000 President Trump is the one that's coming across as a unifier right now.

02:35:18.000 I mean, I know that Nikki Haley and Ron DeSantis, right?

02:35:21.000 And even Stuart Varney on Fox News today was having a meltdown, saying that President Trump isn't unifying people.

02:35:27.000 But clearly, right, the divider-in-chief here is Joe Biden, and it's pretty clear, you know, you don't need analysis from me, you, or anyone else for the American people, who are smart enough, by the way, to see this for themselves.

02:35:39.000 They saw what happened tonight, and they saw a very angry man up there using the State of the Union to demonize Donald Trump and to continue his attack on Trump, his demonization of half the country as ultra-MAGA extremists, as he likes to call us,

02:35:53.000 And, uh, you know, the American people are over it.

02:35:56.000 The American people are over it.

02:35:57.000 They don't want, you know, any more division.

02:36:00.000 They're sick and tired of Joe Biden destroying the country.

02:36:04.000 They're not able to pay for food for their kids.

02:36:06.000 They're not able to afford gas for their cars.

02:36:09.000 They're not able to have any expendable income.

02:36:12.000 Because instead of fixing our country, 0.77

02:36:14.000 You know, instead of fixing the crisis at the border, all Joe Biden wants to do is bitch and moan about who? 0.94

02:36:21.000 Is it going to be the MAGA, ultra MAGA domestic violence extremist? 0.93

02:36:26.000 Or is he actually going to call out the real terrorists who he's welcoming into our country every day?

02:36:32.000 People are on edge, man.

02:36:34.000 You know, I saw that Stuart Varney wanted to wanted to call out Caroline Leavitt today because, oh yeah, oh, 0.97

02:36:40.000 It's just so offensive, you know, Donald Trump calls Gavin Newsom Gavin News-scum. 0.97

02:36:45.000 Nobody cares, okay? 0.94

02:36:47.000 He's like trying to check Trump and the Trump campaign on the language.

02:36:52.000 Yeah, you're about to hear some real language, okay? 0.95

02:36:54.000 You think that that's bad language, calling somebody News-scum?

02:36:57.000 Wait till you see what people are going to start saying publicly and the way people are going to be using some real language if a terrorist walks across our border and carries out another 9-11-style attack, okay?

02:37:10.000 Watch.

02:37:11.000 Watch what kind of language people are going to be using when our economy continues to crash and people continue to not be able to afford their homes, their rent, or gas or food.

02:37:21.000 Okay? 0.98

02:37:23.000 Nobody gives a shit about profanity. 0.99

02:37:25.000 Nobody gives a shit. 0.99

02:37:26.000 Nobody cares anymore about optics. 0.98

02:37:29.000 Nobody cares anymore about how you say things.

02:37:32.000 Because once people start starving,

02:37:34.000 Right?

02:37:35.000 Once people have to look their children in the eyes and their kids are hungry and they say, Mommy, I'm hungry.

02:37:40.000 And they say, I'm sorry, baby, I don't have any money for food.

02:37:43.000 That's when things are about to get real in this country.

02:37:45.000 OK?

02:37:46.000 That's when things are going to get real.

02:37:47.000 And you're going to see massive amounts of people switch from voting Democrat to voting Republican.

02:37:52.000 And you're already seeing it. 0.89

02:37:54.000 Because there's people that are sitting there, they're busting their ass, working two to three jobs a week, working 80 to 90 hours a week, not even able to meet their 0.89

02:38:04.000 Expenses. 0.99

02:38:05.000 Okay, their kids are starving.

02:38:06.000 They're starving.

02:38:07.000 Their marriages are struggling because they and their husband or they and their wife are struggling to just get by.

02:38:12.000 Okay? 0.98

02:38:14.000 And meanwhile, every damn day we see another story about illegal aliens going to the Ritz-Carlton. 0.99

02:38:19.000 Illegal aliens getting free flights. 1.00

02:38:22.000 Illegal aliens getting free clothes and free cell phones. 1.00

02:38:24.000 And someone's gonna snap.

02:38:26.000 Someone's gonna snap, it's gonna happen, and you know what?

02:38:29.000 I'm not gonna care when it happens.

02:38:30.000 You know why?

02:38:31.000 Because there's only so much people can take.

02:38:34.000 I'm not inciting violence when I say that, but they're pushing people to a point of no return, okay?

02:38:40.000 They're pushing people

02:38:41.000 To the point where people are going to start feeling mentally unstable because of their own despair in this country and people are going to start to go actually crazy.

02:38:50.000 Okay, they're pushing people to the brink.

02:38:52.000 We have a mental health crisis in this country.

02:38:54.000 You start to see people losing their minds and having

02:38:58.000 I don't

02:39:28.000 And, and things are just getting so crazy in this country, I expect more people are probably gonna be snapping.

02:39:34.000 So, you know, we gotta, we gotta give people a sense of hope.

02:39:38.000 We have to restore hope in America.

02:39:40.000 We have to give people hope in our American dream again, and the only way that's gonna happen is if we get Donald Trump back into the White House.

02:39:48.000 Oh, I agree 100% and let me say this too.

02:39:51.000 I think we killed it.

02:39:53.000 Like we had an idea what the State of the Union was going to be, fight for democracy.

02:39:57.000 That's why we were asking Omar and Raskin and Nadler and all these high ranking congressional Democrats.

02:40:03.000 Hey, how dare you guys call MAGA extremist and MAGA threat to democracy when you guys are literally trying to kick Trump off the ballot.

02:40:12.000 You guys literally have the borders wide open.

02:40:15.000 You guys support him on us.

02:40:16.000 Yeah.

02:40:17.000 Laura, I don't see any other media outlets asking these top congressional Democrats.

02:40:21.000 They're not.

02:40:22.000 They don't ask the questions.

02:40:23.000 These videos that we have now are going to be able to literally take kind of like a buzzsaw right through what Joe Biden said tonight because it's literally on video. 1.00

02:40:31.000 It proves that the Democrats are full of shit. 1.00

02:40:35.000 They're the actual, like Donald Trump says, they're the insurrectionists. 1.00

02:40:38.000 They're the threat to democracy.

02:40:40.000 They're the threat to free speech.

02:40:42.000 And I think a lot of swing voters are starting to wake up to this fact, hence why Trump is really starting to win by a lot as polling shows.

02:40:50.000 Absolutely.

02:40:51.000 Well, Charles, great work as always.

02:40:53.000 Great work today confronting the congressional penguin Jerry Nadler and Maxine Waters.

02:40:58.000 Where do people follow you, Charles?

02:41:01.000 Oh, hey, thank you, Lori.

02:41:02.000 And yeah, give me a follow.

02:41:04.000 I'm on Instagram now, too.

02:41:05.000 Truth Twitter at the Charles Downs.

02:41:08.000 That's what it is for all three.

02:41:09.000 So go ahead and give me a follow.

02:41:11.000 We'll have a lot more videos coming out.

02:41:13.000 And like I just said, we're leading the way in exposing the Democrats.

02:41:17.000 Trump is a threat to democracy lie in ways that no one else is.

02:41:22.000 At the Charles Downs.

02:41:23.000 Well, Charles, great.

02:41:24.000 Thanks so much for coming on tonight.

02:41:26.000 Great work, as always.

02:42:23.000 And then we have a video, too.

02:42:24.000 There's a video of me.

02:42:27.000 Here we go.

02:42:40.000 So, uh, that was last night, of course.

02:42:44.000 And President Trump, I said, was spilling the beans.

02:42:46.000 He was saying there, oh, she's actually, uh, she's a lot softer than you would think, right?

02:42:50.000 He's spilling the beans.

02:42:51.000 He's telling everybody that I'm actually a softie.

02:42:53.000 But look, President Trump is so great.

02:43:06.000 I like being a fighter for America First and a truth teller for MAGA and I had a really great time last night at this fundraiser for Dr. Jeff Gunter at Mar-a-Lago and President Trump was kind enough to stop by so I figured that I would show you guys some of these behind the scenes
