00:10:27.000 And this Monday we saw the first day of this trial, and the very first thing that he did upon jury selection beginning was he, you know, tried to talk down to President Trump in the courtroom and said, you know, this is all speculative.

00:10:44.000 Recuse myself, but I'm not going to recuse myself because your motion is completely speculative.

00:10:50.000 Mind you, we provided so much evidence in the form of his own donations, his political contributions to Joe Biden, right?

00:13:58.000 For those of you watching who have not been in New York to watch this clown show, on the first day of jury selection,

00:14:07.000 Judge Marshawn was telling President Trump and his legal team, no, you're not going to be able to get a day off if you do not show up for trial every single day.

00:14:14.000 And the trial is expected to last six to eight weeks.

00:14:17.000 I will have you arrested and you will be found in contempt of court and I will jail you.

00:14:21.000 And he said, well, can I have an exception?

00:14:23.000 Because my son Barron is 18 years old and he's set to graduate from high school soon.

00:14:27.000 And he said, no, you're not allowed to go to your son's graduation.

00:14:30.000 I mean, what a heartless ghoul.

00:14:32.000 It really, honestly, is something that is going to backfire, in my opinion, because if there's one thing that people can relate to, whether you're Republican, Democrat, or Independent, whatever you may be, apolitical, it's love for your child.

00:14:45.000 And every single parent in this country is going to think that's horrendous.

00:14:48.000 That's such an evil thing to do to somebody, telling them that you can't go to your own child's graduation.

00:14:53.000 People are let out of jail for one day sometimes, as exceptions, to go to a funeral, to go to a graduation of their loved one.

00:15:03.000 Well, remember, Judge Angoran, the previous judge, he didn't even want Donald Trump going to his mother-in-law's funeral.

00:15:12.000 But this is how evil these people are, whether it's a funeral or the graduation.

00:15:17.000 And just like Judge Marchand's daughter, right, had the ex-profile photo of Donald Trump behind jail bars, you also had Judge Ngoron's wife, Dawn Marie, as I exposed as well, tweeting photos of Donald Trump in a jail cell.

00:15:33.000 Look, I'll tell you this much, President Trump's legal team would benefit a whole lot of having you on their investigative side, because it's amazing how you're able to pull these rabbits out of these hats.

00:15:42.000 And then, what really infuriates me, and I'll say this on the record, not because I'm on your show, but I've said it to you on the phone, Fox News, Newsmax, and all the conservative-leaning, conservative-ish, right, leaning networks out there, I think it's such a disgrace that they run with Laura's work, but give her no credit.

00:18:42.000 They're the people that were pushing for all the bail reform in New York City so all these criminals that commit violent crimes get to be released the next day because it's racist to hold people on bail.

00:22:53.000 You know, my investigative reporting was brought up and people said, hey, you know, Mazi Palipa is being accused of being a Democrat.

00:22:59.000 Ronna Romney actually had the audacity to tell President Trump and his team, no, she's a registered Republican, all while knowing very well that she was a registered Democrat.

00:23:08.000 And then, of course, she loses and President Trump issues a statement the night of the election saying, well, you know, I hear she wasn't much of a Trump lover and she... She was a very foolish woman.

00:23:36.000 And I really do believe that the Republican Party hates the base.

00:24:38.000 And she's calling him out for not keeping his promises, even though I would say that she's, you know, partly to blame because of her support of McCarthy.

00:24:45.000 And if we never would have had Kevin McCarthy as speaker, we probably could have avoided Kevin McCarthy and Mike Johnson, right?

00:24:55.000 But I would say at least she's calling Mike Johnson out.

00:24:59.000 But then you had President Trump that had to kind of run cover for Mike Johnson during the press conference.

00:25:03.000 And you can tell, right, that even so-called Trump allies or people that self-identify as Trump allies who are supposed to be on the same team are now fighting with each other and Donald Trump is having to play mediator.

00:26:27.000 The way that the Supreme Court ruling was recently constructed as it relates to Colorado trying to remove President Trump from the ballot, the interpretation of it was, well, some lawyers are interpreting it as they allowed for congressional action to be taken to remove President Trump from the ballot even though the Supreme Court reiterated that President Trump can be on the ballot in Colorado.

00:29:40.000 I was outside of the jail the day that President Trump was arrested on August 24th in Fulton County.

00:29:45.000 And I'll tell you right now, I have never seen so many first-time voters, unregistered black individuals who came out to the court and they said, my father is in that jail, my uncle is in that jail, my cousin, my brother.

00:29:59.000 Okay, father figures, brothers, husbands, uncles.

00:30:04.000 And they said, I'm going to vote for Donald Trump because Fannie Willis locked my family member up too, and it's unjust.

01:19:34.000 That aside, you know, there are Republicans here in New York State who claim to support him, who have endorsed him, but I didn't see any of them arrive outside of the courthouse.
