00:00:00.000 Thank you.
00:00:30.000 Female journalist, conservative journalist by the name of Laura Loomer.
00:00:36.000 If America's men acted like Laura Loomer, our problems would be fixed in about five minutes.
00:00:42.000 Chained herself to Twitter.
00:00:43.000 She chained us.
00:00:44.000 Chained herself to Twitter.
00:01:14.000 Chained herself to Twitter.
00:01:39.000 I'm your host, Laura Lumer.
00:01:41.000 On today's episode, we have a lot of exciting updates about all the amazing speeches from the RNC convention this week.
00:01:48.000 Joining me for this episode of Lumer Unleashed is Congressman Lee Zeldin and Myron Gaines from the Fresh and Fit podcast.
00:01:56.000 So stay tuned.
00:01:57.000 We're going to have a great episode.
00:01:59.000 We're going to have a great episode.
00:02:28.000 We have some very sad news to report in the beginning of today's show.
00:02:37.000 My friend and legendary political commentator and American journalist Lou Dobbs has passed away.
00:02:43.000 I don't know how he passed away.
00:02:45.000 There's still limited information about the cause of his death, but it was just reported about 15 minutes or so ago.
00:02:52.000 Just truly shocking information and President Trump actually made a true social post about it.
00:02:58.000 We have that true social post.
00:02:59.000 We could pull that up.
00:03:01.000 But very tragic news.
00:03:03.000 I just spoke to Lou Dobbs about three weeks ago and he was planning on having me on his show again.
00:03:07.000 Lou Dobbs, of course, is somebody that I greatly admired.
00:03:10.000 He was a big supporter of mine, somebody who always inspired me to keep on going and to never give up despite all of the censorship and the deplatforming and the attacks I received from the mainstream media.
00:03:21.000 We are very sad here at Lumer Unleashed to learn about the passing of Lou Dobbs, and hopefully more information comes out soon.
00:03:28.000 I mean, from my understanding, I always thought he was very healthy.
00:03:32.000 I understand that he's been out from his show for about three weeks because he had to have some type of surgery.
00:03:37.000 I don't know what type of surgery that is, but perhaps, like I said, we'll receive some more information in the coming hours or days about the cause of Lou Dobbs' death.
00:03:49.000 Tonight at the RNC convention, President Trump is going to be speaking.
00:03:52.000 It's the moment that we have all been waiting for here over the last four days here in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
00:03:58.000 And he's set to deliver a speech that's going to be about 55 minutes long.
00:04:03.000 Joining him tonight here at the RNC Convention will be his wife, First Lady Melania Trump.
00:04:09.000 I'm told that Ivanka Trump, President Trump's daughter, will also be in attendance tonight.
00:04:13.000 And President Trump will be introduced by his friend, UFC President Dana White.
00:04:18.000 Also on the speaker list tonight here in Milwaukee for the final night of the RNC Convention is Eric Trump, the son of President Donald Trump, and Tucker Carlson.
00:04:28.000 There are some speculations swirling this morning that Elon Musk may be speaking at the RNC Convention, but Elon Musk has confirmed on X that he will not be speaking.
00:04:38.000 But there are some special announcements that the campaign and also just the RNC convention in general has not announced because if you look at the speaker list today, there's a lot of gaps in between which suggests that there are going to be some special guest speakers that have not yet been announced along with perhaps some special musical guests.
00:04:56.000 There's been rumors swirling around the RNC these last few days that we're possibly going to see Kid Rock or perhaps even 50 Cent.
00:05:04.000 So we shall see what happens, but either way it's going to be a really Great evening, watching President Donald Trump accept the nomination to be the 47th President of the United States of America.
00:05:16.000 I'm sure that we're going to hear a lot more emotional, touching, heartfelt stories.
00:05:21.000 Just like we saw last night, J.D.
00:05:23.000 Vance, the vice presidential pick on the Trump-Vance ticket, gave his speech last night and it was very touching, very emotional as he spoke about his rough childhood.
00:05:31.000 Growing up in Middletown, Ohio, with a family and a mother who struggled with addiction and poverty, being raised by his grandmother and his mother, who is actually 10 years sober next January.
00:05:42.000 A lot more emotional, touching, heartfelt stories.
00:05:46.000 When JD Vance gave his speech.
00:05:49.000 We also heard from the family members of American hostages who are being held in Gaza, who spoke out about Joe Biden's failed leadership.
00:05:58.000 We heard from Gold Star family members.
00:06:01.000 We heard from a lot of people who, like we saw last night, including emotional touching.
00:06:07.000 It was probably one of the sweetest speeches that was delivered last night, hearing from his 17 year old granddaughter, Kai, who spoke about how her grandfather is demonized in the media.
00:06:18.000 But to her, she'll always he'll always just be her grandfather who gives her soda and candy when her parents aren't looking and asks her about her golf game.
00:06:27.000 So that was a really sweet moment.
00:06:30.000 And of course, President Trump, we have I think we have some video of these speeches that we can pull up.
00:06:35.000 President Trump was, you know, looking like an adoring grandfather, staring at his granddaughter who looked beautiful up on stage.
00:06:41.000 And so, very nice touching moment last night that really showed you that President Trump isn't this monster that the media makes him out to be.
00:06:50.000 He's a husband.
00:06:52.000 He's a father.
00:06:53.000 He's a grandfather.
00:06:53.000 He's a brother.
00:06:54.000 He's a son.
00:06:55.000 And he has a family that cares about him very much.
00:06:59.000 Another thing that happened last night prior to the speeches being delivered was Charles Downs, as you know, he's here in Milwaukee with me, my DC contributor, and when we were going back to the hotel that I'm staying at because I had to drop some of my stuff off and get ready to go to the evening speeches, He actually encountered Kim Cheadle, the director of Secret Service, walking into the hotel.
00:07:24.000 So it's really interesting because she happens to be staying at the same hotel as me.
00:07:28.000 And we have that video clip.
00:07:30.000 Let's go ahead and play the clip because Charles confronted her in the hotel lobby here in Milwaukee.
00:07:36.000 And again, we know that yesterday congressional Republicans have subpoenaed her and said that she better reply to the subpoena and she better show up on July 22nd this coming week to testify before Congress and answer questions.
00:07:51.000 Yes.
00:07:52.000 How's it going?
00:07:53.000 Good and you?
00:07:54.000 Do you agree with Congressional Republicans' assessment that you should resign?
00:07:58.000 Are you not going to answer?
00:08:00.000 The Speaker of the House is calling you to resign.
00:08:01.000 Do you have a comment?
00:08:05.000 You got a comment?
00:08:05.000 I don't know.
00:08:08.000 I just went home to party.
00:08:10.000 Not here.
00:08:12.000 Additionally, after we confronted Kim Cheadle at the hotel, we walked over to the RNC convention.
00:08:26.000 And upon arriving, we found out that several United States senators, including Senator Marsha Blackburn from Tennessee, chased Kim Cheadle out of the RNC convention because apparently she showed up.
00:08:39.000 Very weird and bizarre.
00:08:41.000 I don't know why the Director of Secret Service decided to show up to the RNC convention, but she was actually walking around the arena and there's video clips that have since gone viral of Senator Marsha Blackburn and other United States senators screaming.
00:08:55.000 Literally screaming at the Director of Secret Service and asking her why she's there and telling her to leave if she's not going to be providing answers.
00:09:04.000 So let's go ahead and play this clip of Senator, well, several clips, actually, back-to-back clips of Senator Marsha Blackburn confronting Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheadle.
00:09:15.000 This is exactly what we were doing today.
00:09:17.000 This was a assassination attempt.
00:09:19.000 You owe the painful answer.
00:09:22.000 You owe President Trump answer.
00:09:24.000 I wish Donald Trump would have this good of a security.
00:09:41.000 The Secret Service is running away from the United States Senate, refuses to answer questions for the American people about the threat on the life of Donald Trump and what they knew, when they knew it, and why they ignored it.
00:09:54.000 She can run, she cannot hide.
00:09:56.000 We will get some answers, Barbara.
00:09:59.000 So it's now come out yesterday that members of the Senate and Congress actually had a private briefing with the director of Secret Service and the FBI and individuals at the center of this investigation.
00:10:18.000 And what was revealed on that phone call is that Secret Service actually knew about the shooter and his location before President Trump took stage, which means that the United States Secret Service allowed for Donald Trump to get on stage When a shooter had been identified.
00:10:33.000 And so, of course, as I've been discussing extensively over this last week and yesterday on yesterday's show as well about the attempted assassination of President Trump, this really begs the question of whether or not this was an inside job.
00:10:46.000 And I released an extensive report on X today, and I'm going to be having it up soon on Lumared.com as well, highlighting some very strange ties, deep state ties and connections.
00:10:58.000 Regarding the ownership of this building that the shooter actually used and the private equity firm that it's tied to and the various individuals who have worked for different administrations who are tied to different organizations that are in line with and frequently associated with the deep state and also members of organizations who have ties to the Obama-Biden administration as well.
00:11:26.000 You'll have to read that post to understand and digest the information because I think it's a little too complex to just explain without you seeing the images and the graphics.
00:11:38.000 But we will be making it the subject of a later show, probably next week on Loomer Unleashed, because I want to make some more digestible graphics for all of you so that you can understand the information better.
00:11:48.000 But it is my most recent post on X.
00:11:51.000 We can actually pull it up right now if you want from earlier today.
00:11:54.000 Let's see.
00:12:03.000 I don't know.
00:12:06.000 I can just go ahead and read it as well.
00:12:09.000 I don't mind doing that.
00:12:15.000 Alrighty.
00:12:16.000 New Report.
00:12:17.000 Alarming new details around the building used by the shooter to almost assassinate President Trump.
00:12:22.000 Why is the company that owns the building not talking and why have they not released a statement?
00:12:26.000 AGR International, the building Thomas Matthew Crook shot from, was just sold in March to Clayton, Dubliner & Rice, otherwise known as CDR, a subsidiary called Indiker.
00:12:36.000 It is worth noting that Joseph L. Rice III is the founder of Clayton, Dubliner & Rice.
00:12:41.000 Rice is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and he also is a member of the Brookings Institution, the same Brookings Institute that has perpetuated lawfare campaigns against President Trump in an effort to keep him off the ballot for the 2024 presidential election.
00:12:57.000 It's important for people to understand how the deep state has a history of using proprietary companies as cutouts.
00:13:03.000 As we know, too, the Brookings Institute is tied to Norm Eisen, who we have discussed extensively here on my show.
00:13:12.000 According to the filings and their own press releases, Indicor was officially formed in January 2023 by CDNR, who just partnered with John Celeb.
00:13:21.000 Prior to joining CDNR, John Celeb was the senior vice president of global policy and public affairs for Pfizer.
00:13:28.000 Celeb was a max donor to the Biden campaign when he ran against President Trump.
00:13:34.000 The current CEO of Indicor is Doug Wright, who was previously deployed with defense contractor Raytheon Technologies.
00:13:41.000 Doug Wright, CEO of Indicor, oops, popped up, uh, Confirmed.
00:13:49.000 Where did it go?
00:13:52.000 To law enforcement.
00:13:54.000 That law enforcement was on the premises of the building before the shooting took place, since it was deemed to be a high security risk location by the Secret Service.
00:14:03.000 It keeps on popping down.
00:14:06.000 Anyway, you can go ahead and read this whole post because it's very long and convoluted and you'll need to go look at the screenshots to see all of the information for yourself.
00:14:16.000 But before I bring on my first guest tonight, I want to take a moment to thank the sponsor of tonight's episode of Loomer Unleashed, Colonial Metals Group.
00:14:24.000 Colonial Metals Group has helped me with my goal of protecting my financial future.
00:14:29.000 Being at the whim of the stock market or the current administration does not make me feel safe or secure.

00:15:38.000 So coming up shortly after I show you this next clip, we're going to bring on Myron Gaines, who many of you know from the Fresh and Fit podcast.
00:15:52.000 But what you may not know about Myron is he is also a former agent with the Department of Homeland Security.
00:15:57.000 And so he has a lot of background and experience in investigations, especially investigations as it relates to the federal government.
00:16:05.000 And so Myron is going to break down his thoughts and his commentary about the attempted assassination of President Donald Trump and just this obvious security blunder, which many are now calling an inside job by the Secret Service and law enforcement on the ground.
00:16:26.000 Let's play the side by side clip again that shows the footage of Trump supporters running frantically out of the rally just so that you guys can see the footage.
00:16:38.000 In case you missed yesterday's episode of Loomer Unleashed, that shows.
00:16:41.000 Frantic Trump supporters fleeing the rally over a minute and a half before shots were actually fired in Butler, Pennsylvania.
00:16:49.000 Because the question now is, how did these people know that something was going to happen?
00:16:52.000 What prompted them to frantically start running?
00:16:55.000 And why didn't law enforcement do anything to evacuate the rally and evacuate President Trump from the stage once they saw dozens of people frantically running for their life before the gunman, Thomas Matthew Crooks, opened fire, almost assassinating President Donald Trump nearly one week ago?
00:17:11.000 Look, they're all pointing.
00:17:13.000 Yeah, someone's on top of the roof, look.
00:17:15.000 There he is, right there.
00:17:15.000 Right there, you see him?
00:17:16.000 He's laying down, you see him?
00:17:18.000 Yeah, he's laying down.
00:17:19.000 the Pacific.
00:17:20.000 Yeah, someone's on top of the roof.
00:17:22.000 Look, there he is right there.
00:17:24.000 Right there.
00:17:26.000 You see him?
00:17:27.000 He's laying down.
00:17:27.000 You see him?
00:17:28.000 Yeah, he's laying down.
00:17:29.000 And still I'm here with you fighting like hell to get his sentence.
00:17:34.000 What's happening?
00:17:41.000 We're going to make it.
00:17:43.000 And it's crazy, because we have millions and millions of people in our country that shouldn't be here.
00:17:49.000 Dangerous people.
00:17:50.000 Criminals.
00:17:52.000 We have criminals.
00:17:53.000 We have drug dealers.
00:17:56.000 We have people that should not be here.
00:17:58.000 And it's much tougher than it is.
00:18:01.000 It happens to the strongest people ever.
00:18:04.000 In recorded history, we had the best border.
00:18:07.000 In fact, if they could ever put up a chart, I don't know if they can do it.
00:18:09.000 Do you guys have access to that chart that I love so much?
00:18:13.000 You don't mind if I go off teleprompter, do you?
00:18:16.000 Because these teleprompters are so damn boring, I try and explain that.
00:18:20.000 Oh, it is?
00:18:21.000 Wow!
00:18:22.000 You guys are doing it.
00:18:23.000 They're getting better with time.
00:18:25.000 My guys.
00:18:26.000 Take a look at that chart.
00:18:27.000 Take a look at the arrow on the bottom.
00:18:29.000 See the big red arrow?
00:18:31.000 Right?
00:18:32.000 So that's when I left office.
00:18:33.000 That was the lowest point and that comes right from the government services.
00:18:39.000 Comes right out of Border Patrol.
00:18:41.000 Take a look at that.
00:18:42.000 So that arrow is the lowest amount of illegal immigration ever in recorded history into our country.
00:18:51.000 And then And then the worst president in the history of our country took over, and look what happened to our country!
00:19:01.000 Probably 20 million people.
00:19:05.000 And you know, that's a little bit over that chart.
00:19:06.000 I'm not sure if you're a kid, you're not going to be a kid.
00:19:08.000 If you were a kid, you'd be a kid.
00:19:10.000 I'm not going to be a kid.
00:19:32.000 I'm not going to be a kid. - We got breaks.
00:19:38.000 Be careful, guys.
00:19:38.000 We've got breaking news.
00:19:40.000 We've got breaking news coming in.
00:19:42.000 Sean Spicer seems to be Sean Spicer at the Coke Rally.
00:19:52.000 Are you okay?
00:19:56.000 We don't know if President Trump has been shot.
00:20:07.000 We know he hit the ground.
00:20:10.000 We do not know if President Trump has been shot.
00:20:15.000 He's up.
00:20:16.000 He's up, he's up.
00:20:18.000 Shots are still continuing to be fired.
00:20:26.000 He's giving a thumbs up everybody!
00:20:29.000 He's giving a thumbs up.
00:20:54.000 What's up?
00:20:58.000 We love you, George.
00:21:08.000 Breaking news right now, this is Vanessa Broussard.
00:21:10.000 According to Aaron Butler, Pennsylvania, we hear shots fired at the rally not 10 to 15 minutes after President Trump arrived.
00:21:19.000 He hit the ground.
00:21:21.000 Unheard of yet if he has been hit by gunfire.
00:21:26.000 Let's go.
00:21:27.000 We can see the guy down.
00:21:27.000 - Quickly erupted.
00:21:29.000 - You can see the guy down.
00:21:30.000 - You can see the snipers on the building behind the-- - He might be a little-- - Behind the co-wheel? - I think they hit him 'cause the guy is, he looks dead. - So as you can see, very disturbing video footage very disturbing video footage that proves that people in the audience identified the shooter before the Secret Service reacted and before shots were fired.
00:21:54.000 And now we found out yesterday after the Senate briefing with the director of Secret Service and members of the United States Senate that members of the Senate were told that Secret Service actually identified the shooter before President Trump got on stage.
00:22:09.000 So the question remains, why did they allow for President Trump to get on stage at that rally if, well, if they knew that there was a shooter?
00:22:17.000 It's really looking like an inside job.
00:22:19.000 And especially when you see that the shooter was able to get through Secret Service twice with a rangefinder scope.
00:22:27.000 And he was able to get on top of that roof and have a car full of explosives, a van rather, and also have explosive devices on his body.
00:22:36.000 How did this happen?
00:22:38.000 Why did Secret Service allow for President Trump to get on stage?
00:22:43.000 You saw last night that members of the United States Senate could not contain their frustration and their anger with the director of Secret Service literally screaming at her, chasing her up the escalators at the RNC convention.
00:22:55.000 Telling her you can run, but you can't hide you better.
00:22:58.000 Give us some answers so joining me now to break down how this happened and You know his thoughts and his commentary as a former law enforcement official how this investigation is going how this investigation is No, I'm glad.
00:23:14.000 is faulty, and whether or not he thinks that this was an inside job by the federal government and the Secret Service is Myron Gaines, the host of the Fresh and Fit podcast and former Homeland Security agent.
00:23:26.000 Hey, how are you, Laura?
00:23:27.000 Thank you for having me.
00:23:27.000 Thanks so much for coming on my show.
00:23:29.000 It's great to have you.
00:23:30.000 No, I'm glad.
00:23:30.000 We've been talking about this for a while.
00:23:31.000 So, I mean, this is a topic that's right up my alley, so I'm happy to be here.
00:23:35.000 Yeah, so I know you and I have talked about this over the last few days, and I've seen your posts on X, and you, along with having the Fresh and Fit podcast, you all say, I also have another podcast that's more focused on breaking down criminal investigations from your perspective, I also have another podcast that's more focused on breaking down criminal investigations from your perspective, because really, prior to getting into podcasting, you were working for the Department of Homeland Security.
00:23:57.000 Yeah, so just to give a little bit of background so the audience is familiar, I was a special agent with Homeland Security from 2013 to 2020.
00:24:04.000 I started my career in Laredo, Texas where I investigated everything from drug trafficking to kidnapping, violent crime.
00:24:10.000 arms exportations of weapons going south into Mexico, money laundering, pretty much anything that you could think of, whether it's customs violations, immigration violations, all of it, child pornography, child exploitation.
00:24:23.000 So I've done it all pretty much, national security, espionage, everything.
00:24:27.000 So Homeland Security investigations kind of filled a lot of the void that the FBI used to have prior to 9-11.
00:24:34.000 Prior to 9-11, the FBI used to do a lot more criminal cases, but after 9-11, they've taken on more of an intelligence agency angle, counterterrorism, counterespionage, etc.
00:24:43.000 So obviously that leaves a lot of criminal cases open with organized crime that they used to historically do.
00:24:47.000 So HSI has kind of filled that void and come in after 2003, where they combined the U.S. Customs Service and they combined Immigration Naturalization Service to create ICE.
00:24:56.000 Under ICE, you have two components, Homeland Security investigations, HSI, and then Enforcement Removal Operations, ERO, who are responsible for actually deporting the illegal aliens.
00:25:06.000 But HSI does the criminal investigation side where we do both immigration and customs, if that makes sense.
00:25:11.000 But it's very confusing and a lot of people don't know, so I wanted to really clarify.
00:25:15.000 And then HSI is the largest investigative agency in DHS, and Secret Service is the sister agency to HSI within DHS.
00:25:23.000 Used to be under the Department of Treasury, if I'm not mistaken, but after the Homeland Security Act, they were merged into Homeland Security.
00:25:29.000 Okay.
00:25:30.000 So just as a former law enforcement official, what are your thoughts about what happened last Saturday?
00:25:35.000 Are you thinking now that this was just a massive security blunder, a lack of resources, or is it looking too devious and looking more like an inside job by the United States Secret Service and thus Alejandro Mayorkas at DHS since DHS controls the Secret Service?
00:25:53.000 Yeah.
00:25:55.000 So, just to give more background here, I have done Secret Service details in the past.
00:25:59.000 I know how Secret Service works.
00:26:01.000 We go to the Academy with them, so I'm very familiar with their agency structure and what they do.
00:26:05.000 I think it's very important to note that Secret Service is an agency that has a dual mission.
00:26:11.000 Obviously, their first mission is to protect the president and other protectees of high political stature, and also to investigate counterfeit currency, financial crimes, and they're also dabbled a little bit in national security and child exploitation.
00:26:27.000 But their main mission is counterfeit currency and protecting the president, and some financial crime.
00:26:32.000 So, with that said, they've had Manning issues for a very long time.
00:26:36.000 They've had staffing issues.
00:26:38.000 It's very difficult to keep them.
00:26:40.000 They suffer a lot from attrition, and the reason why is because they have the highest divorce rates in the federal government.
00:26:44.000 It's very difficult to be a Secret Service agent because you're traveling all the time.
00:26:48.000 You work very long hours.
00:26:49.000 You can be home one day and then they call you and say we need you here.
00:26:52.000 And in election years it's even more wild.
00:26:55.000 And it's so wild during election years that they rely on other agencies heavily to augment their security details.
00:27:01.000 When I was on with HSI they would rely on us heavily to help them since we're the biggest agency within DHS.
00:27:06.000 During election years they would have us come in and augment their security details.
00:27:11.000 Though I guess it's a way to save money, the problem is that you're bringing on HSI Special Agents who our mission is to investigate crime more along and their mission is more protective services.
00:27:22.000 So it's two different missions.
00:27:24.000 Though we're all Special Agents, all 1811s, In the job series code, we have vastly different missions.
00:27:30.000 So I think that's important to note first, that they bring on a lot of people that aren't necessarily aligned with the same mission.
00:27:37.000 So with that said, now we can go into the assassination.
00:27:39.000 And the way Secret Service works with their security detail is typically, the Secret Service agents and sometimes the HCI agents are the closest to the President.
00:27:47.000 And then as you go outer into the perimeter, you have state, local, you know, tribe, whatever agency, local law enforcement agencies are there to help augment the security detail.
00:27:56.000 And obviously we had a security lapse further out at that.
00:28:00.000 At that building, where the roof wasn't secured.
00:28:03.000 I know that Cheadle has come out and tried to blame the locals for it, and I think that's preposterous, because at the end of the day, protection is a Secret Service's mission, and they are the lead.
00:28:14.000 In law enforcement, whether you're doing an operation that's, you know, raiding a house, doing an investigation into someone, etc., there's always a lead agency.
00:28:21.000 There's always an agency that calls the shots, and all the other agencies are in a supportive mission, a supportive role.
00:28:27.000 So in this case, The state and locals are going to do whatever Secret Service tells them to do.
00:28:31.000 So if there's a security lapse or a failure, even though it might have been attributed to maybe a deputy here or a uniformed officer here or maybe a trooper, I don't know who the... I think it was Butler Police Department or maybe the County Sheriff's Office.
00:28:44.000 But regardless, it falls back on the Secret Service because they're responsible.
00:28:47.000 They're the ones that tell them what to do.
00:28:49.000 Yeah, but now it seems like Secret Service is trying to throw local law enforcement under the bus.
00:28:53.000 Yeah, they are.
00:28:53.000 They are.
00:28:54.000 And that's ridiculous.
00:28:55.000 And you've seen the district attorney in Butler County also come out and say that Secret Service needs to take responsibility.
00:29:01.000 Yeah.
00:29:01.000 But Secret Service is blaming local law enforcement.
00:29:04.000 And now, I actually interviewed yesterday the mayor of Slippery Rock in Butler County, Pennsylvania, who told me that, you know, it's outrageous that the Secret Service doesn't want to take responsibility for this, since it is the job of Secret Service ultimately to secure a perimeter whenever the president They ran the operation.
00:29:20.000 I mean, to give a functional equivalent, because we don't run into assassinations often, but to give the audience kind of a functional equivalent, if a terrorist attack occurred, right?
00:29:27.000 They're going to blame the FBI.
00:29:28.000 They always blame the FBI.
00:29:29.000 Why?
00:29:29.000 Because the FBI is the lead agency with counterterrorism.
00:29:33.000 Though they do have something called the Joint Terrorism Task Force with a bunch of different agencies, that's run under the FBI.
00:29:40.000 So if there's a terrorist attack, they're not going to blame the other agencies that are partners under JTTF.
00:29:44.000 They're going to blame the FBI.
00:29:45.000 And that's just kind of how it goes.
00:29:46.000 If you're the lead agency and you have the main authority and you're calling the shots, you also have the responsibility that comes along with it.
00:29:51.000 Absolutely.
00:29:52.000 So do you think then that this was an inside job given the information and the videos that you've seen?
00:29:56.000 Yeah.
00:29:57.000 So it's funny because as days go by, you just see more and more of like the ineptitude of the Secret Service where it's like it's making it almost rife with potential conspiracy theories.
00:30:08.000 At this moment now, I don't even think it's a, like, conspiracy theory is the right word to use, because right now, there's so much evidence that suggests that this was intentional, that the burden of proof is on the Secret Service.
00:30:20.000 If they want to prove that this wasn't an inside job, there's so much evidence right now that suggests that it was, that it's their responsibility now to prove that it wasn't.
00:30:27.000 And that's what Chito's going to have to do.
00:30:29.000 And it makes people think, oh wow, it's a conspiracy, because you don't want to think that the United States government would ever actually allow for the assassination of a president.
00:30:37.000 But as we know, with the assassination of JFK and other events in our country, our government is that evil.
00:30:43.000 And these agencies will, if they want to and need to, kill a United States president.
00:30:48.000 And so I think it's important for people to realize that, yeah, maybe they're worried about being called a conspiracy theorist, or they're being They're being cautious because they don't want to be called conspiratorial.
00:31:02.000 But right now, I don't know how anybody could not think that this was an inside job given the fact that you see the videos, I'm sure you've seen these videos of people running.
00:31:12.000 Now we find out that the Secret Service yesterday, they actually told members of the United States Senate that they identified the shooter before Trump took the stage.
00:31:21.000 Yeah, they said they had eyes on him.
00:31:24.000 They said they knew about him at least having a gun for 30 minutes.
00:31:28.000 And Trump had only been on stage for 20.
00:31:31.000 And then there were other reports that said that law enforcement had identified him three hours prior.
00:31:36.000 Yeah, they climbed on the roof, he pointed the rifle at them.
00:31:38.000 Yeah, there was definitely prior knowledge.
00:31:41.000 Like I said, I think, because with that said, you know, with the whole JFK, Oswald wasn't the sole shooter.
00:31:46.000 I do believe that the government lied about that.
00:31:49.000 The Warren Commission, I think, is bullshit.
00:31:51.000 But as far as going to this situation, I'm just waiting until more facts come out before I say that.
00:31:57.000 I do think at this point, with what we have present, I think it was a gross lack of error.
00:32:02.000 Security failure, incompetence, and just stupidity.
00:32:05.000 Communication breakdowns, you know, I did some research and saw that they had issues with radios, which is very common in law enforcement operations.
00:32:11.000 We have multiple agencies working together, because different agencies use different radios to communicate.
00:32:15.000 From what I understand, the officer tried to get on the roof, a rifle was pointed at him.
00:32:19.000 When that happened, he tried to radio to Secret Service, hey, we got this guy here, etc.
00:32:23.000 There's a communication breakdown, maybe he didn't have the proper channel, etc.
00:32:27.000 It happens all the time when I've been on operations.
00:32:29.000 For me, just from my professional experience, looking at it, like, a lot of the blunders are explainable.
00:32:35.000 However, is it acceptable?
00:32:36.000 No.
00:32:37.000 So, what I will say is as more facts come out, I'm obviously open to having my mind changed, but just from what I see right now, it looks like gross incompetence.
00:32:44.000 But, you know, new developments are coming out every day, and it just makes things look worse and worse, and I think Cheadle is going to have to really answer this, and her job, when she goes and testifies under oath, is she's going to have to pretty much dispel any type of theories, alternative theories that are coming out right now because of their gross incompetence.
00:33:03.000 Do you think that she should resign?
00:33:05.000 Yes.
00:33:06.000 I think she's proven to be incompetent.
00:33:12.000 I mean, this is a woman that was, I mean, you know, people would say that she was, you know, she's from the, like she was doing PepsiCo, blah, blah, blah.
00:33:18.000 She was a Secret Service agent, you know, for those that are wondering.
00:33:21.000 She does have a 20-plus year career with the Secret Service.
00:33:23.000 I think she started in 1995.
00:33:25.000 She was on the job.
00:33:26.000 I don't know how to do that.
00:33:28.000 How good of an agent she was, because a lot of people are able to kind of climb up the ranks in law enforcement just if they know the right people.
00:33:37.000 But she went into the private sector, which is very common.
00:33:39.000 You do your time, you go into the private sector, make a bunch of money, and then if you got the right political connections over in D.C., they'll come and appoint you for a director position like she did.
00:33:48.000 So I think with her, I don't see why she would Yeah, she should probably resign.
00:33:55.000 I mean, she'll be fine financially.
00:33:57.000 She should definitely resign.
00:33:59.000 Yeah, when you get to that level, she can go back into the private sector and be fine.
00:34:03.000 I want to get your thoughts on this clip.
00:34:05.000 Yesterday at the RNC convention around 6 p.m., members of the United States Senate actually spotted Kimberley Chiu.
00:34:13.000 They spotted her inside the RNC convention where President Trump was at the time and they chased her.
00:34:19.000 I don't think I've ever seen members of the United States Senate actually.
00:34:22.000 They were like loomering her.
00:34:24.000 Yeah, they were.
00:34:24.000 They were.
00:34:25.000 When you have something as crazy as that, where you have an attempted presidential assassination, I think the fact that he was so close, literally millimeters, if he had not turned his head at that split second, we might not be having this conversation.
00:34:40.000 I'm shocked that she's even here.
00:34:41.000 Yeah, literally John F. Kennedy Part 2.
00:34:43.000 So I think just the gross errors, the incompetence, the blaming of another agency when you're the lead in this situation, it calls a lot of questions, and Chiyo is going to have her hands full.
00:34:57.000 I'm shocked if she's even here.
00:34:58.000 I would think she'd be preparing with her lawyers.
00:35:00.000 Well, yeah, that's what everybody wants to know.
00:35:03.000 I mean, yeah, I saw last night Congresswoman Elise Stefanik retweeted the video after, you know, Loomer Unleashed correspondent Charles Downs confronted Kim Cheadle inside our hotel.
00:35:12.000 And the questions when I was talking to members of Congress last night were, why is she here?
00:35:17.000 Why is she not in Washington, D.C., preparing to come testify?
00:35:22.000 Because they ordered her to come testify on July 22nd, which is what, Monday?
00:35:27.000 I think that's Monday.
00:35:27.000 Yeah, I think that's Monday.
00:35:29.000 That's like crazy to me that she's even here.
00:35:31.000 I wouldn't say I would I wouldn't say anything I'd give like maybe a short statement that hey look I'm all your questions are gonna be answered when I testify right now I'm gathering as much information as I can and I will be able to answer the questions you know as much as I can on Monday that's what I would say I wouldn't be and the crazy part is like Biden appointed you why are you here at the RNC where it's like Clearly you had a security blunder.
00:35:57.000 You've been put in by the Democratic Party.
00:36:01.000 I don't know why she's here.
00:36:02.000 You should be preparing with your lawyers and getting as much information from your agents on the ground as possible so you'll be fully equipped to answer the questions because you're going to be under oath.
00:36:12.000 You are literally going to be, and they're probably going to televise it live.
00:36:15.000 So it's like, what are you doing?
00:36:17.000 What do you think about her claims that the reason why they didn't have a sniper up on the roof was because it was slow?
00:36:23.000 Uh, ridiculous.
00:36:24.000 I mean... Have you ever climbed a sloped roof as a... Yeah, I mean, it's nothing.
00:36:29.000 It's nothing.
00:36:30.000 And the crazy part why... It shocks me that she would use that excuse because the Secret Service sniper team was on an even more sloped roof.
00:36:37.000 The guys that actually shot the shot that killed the dude, you can see them in the back as Trump is speaking, like, the guys that shot the shots, they're on an even more sloped roof.
00:36:45.000 So I'm like, what are you talking about?
00:36:47.000 Like, what do you mean you can't put ages there?
00:36:49.000 And what do you think about video footage and also photographs that have surfaced that show FBI agents standing on that same slumped roof that she said Secret Service agents couldn't get onto using a hose?
00:37:01.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:37:02.000 Do you think that it's too early in this point in time for FBI agents to be destroying a crime scene?
00:37:08.000 Or do you think that enough time has passed?
00:37:09.000 Because a lot of people were outraged over less than three days after the shooting took place, FBI agents using water hoses to contaminate the crime scene.
00:37:19.000 From your perspective, working with DHS in the past, is it ample time or do you think that they should be leaving this crime scene untouched?
00:37:27.000 It's ample time.
00:37:28.000 Because keep in mind for the audience that this is a business.
00:37:31.000 They had to probably shut down.
00:37:32.000 They couldn't do business for a few days.
00:37:34.000 So there's going to be an enormous amount of pressure from the business owner telling them, hey, get your evidence and get the hell out of here because we've got to operate.
00:37:41.000 Because they shut down that business for those days.
00:37:43.000 The business is very sketchy too.
00:37:44.000 I'm sure.
00:37:44.000 Did you see my report that I released today?
00:37:46.000 No.
00:37:46.000 What happened?
00:37:47.000 It's like a glass business, right?
00:37:48.000 If I'm not mistaken.
00:37:49.000 Yeah.
00:37:52.000 the building it's called Indicor but it's a subsidiary of a private equity for equity firm called CDNR and when you look at the management of CDNR and you look at the partners you have people who are tied to the Obama administration oh really the Council on Foreign Relations and yeah you should definitely check that out okay well I mean there had been reports earlier in the week that the building had been the ownership they looked at it a month prior Yeah.
00:38:20.000 The building ownership had changed hands four months prior.
00:38:24.000 Four months prior.
00:38:25.000 Okay.
00:38:25.000 And Secret Service, I know, was there a month prior.
00:38:27.000 Right.
00:38:28.000 So, AGR was the building and now it's Indicor, but Indicor is a subsidiary of CD&R.
00:38:33.000 Interesting.
00:38:34.000 And so, if you take a look at this private equity firm, just look at the post that I posted earlier because... Okay.
00:38:39.000 Because when you look at all the key players involved, it's pretty sinister.
00:38:43.000 Yeah.
00:38:43.000 It's pretty sinister.
00:38:44.000 I would say you only need approximately, depending on the scene, right, you got the body there, you got the, you know, obviously you photograph everything in place as it was, right, where obviously they found the phone, they had, he had like some kind of, um...
00:38:57.000 not a detonator, I forget the term, but he had some kind of like remote control device, a transmitter, thank you.
00:39:03.000 He had a transmitter, you're gonna search his pockets, what's on him and everything else like that.
00:39:08.000 Take your pictures, et cetera, look at the blood patterns, all that stuff.
00:39:11.000 Once you're done with that, 24, 48 hours, you can get that done, take the body out of there, seize the weapon, et cetera.
00:39:17.000 And photograph everything, videotape everything, and then you're good and you can use that for court.
00:39:21.000 So 24-48 hours is more than enough time.
00:39:23.000 And then I guarantee they probably got a bunch of pressure from the business owners like, hey dude, we gotta get back to work here.
00:39:28.000 So that's enough time.
00:39:30.000 So what's next in your opinion?
00:39:32.000 How do you think or foresee this investigation playing out?
00:39:36.000 Well, um, I think it's important to note that there's multiple investigations going on right now.
00:39:40.000 So, you have the FBI doing the criminal investigation into the shooter.
00:39:44.000 Figuring out who he is, motives, identifying other co-conspirators if there are any, etc.
00:39:50.000 Diving into his life.
00:39:51.000 FBI's running that investigation.
00:39:52.000 What do you think about their claims that they can't get into the shooter's phone?
00:39:56.000 They got in.
00:39:57.000 They finally got in.
00:39:58.000 And I can explain that as well with phones.
00:40:02.000 I'll do that next.
00:40:02.000 So you got the FBI running that investigation, right?
00:40:05.000 Then you have the state and locals running an investigation with the district attorney's office because a murder occurred.
00:40:11.000 And the state typically does murder cases.
00:40:13.000 Feds rarely do murder cases unless it's tied to some other federal crime.
00:40:16.000 It needs a federal nexus like a RICO or something like that.
00:40:19.000 So the state and locals are conducting a murder investigation because obviously Corey Comptor recipes to him.
00:40:24.000 He lost his life.
00:40:25.000 And then you had two other people that were injured, who I think they're stabilized now.
00:40:28.000 They were critically injured at one point.
00:40:29.000 So you have that.
00:40:30.000 You got the federal investigation on crooks.
00:40:32.000 You got the state investigation on the murders and the injuries.
00:40:34.000 Then you have an internal investigation that I guarantee is being done right now, probably by Secret Service's functional equivalent to an internal affairs, which would be something called the Office of Professional Responsibility, OPR.
00:40:45.000 Then, since this thing is such high magnitude, Office of Inspector General from Department of Homeland Security is probably also involved.
00:40:51.000 What are they doing?
00:40:52.000 They're probably making sure that there wasn't any negligence or any type of nefarious activity done by agents that might have facilitated this or whatever.
00:41:00.000 So I guarantee they're doing that investigation on the side.
00:41:02.000 But isn't that nefarious activity allowing for the president to take the stage while identifying a shooter?
00:41:07.000 I mean, yeah, I mean, we should move past the investigation phase and actually start filing criminal charges.
00:41:13.000 I mean, in my opinion, I think that this is so bad that you could actually potentially charge Kim Cheadle and maybe some of these Secret Service agents on the ground and Alejandro Mayorkas with being accessories to attempted murder.
00:41:26.000 Well, that's why you start looking at criminal charges for these people, because if they were aware of an assassination attempt or aware that there was an active shooter who was planning to kill, mind you, we're not just talking about attempted murder.
00:41:38.000 It's actually a murder, not the intended target, but Corey Comparata, as you said, has passed away.
00:41:44.000 And so I think that we need to start having a conversation about criminal charges for Kim Cheadle and some of the secret service agents on the ground.
00:41:52.000 And that's where the OPR and the OIG is going to come in.
00:41:55.000 And for those that are wondering, so like OPR is kind of like the internal affairs.
00:41:58.000 They're more focused on doing administrative investigations.
00:42:00.000 You get a DUI, you do some dumb shit, right?
00:42:03.000 They're going to be involved in like kind of doing the admin side, right?
00:42:06.000 You get like a couple days on the beach, whatever.
00:42:08.000 Then OIG does the Criminal Investigations Office of Inspector General.
00:42:12.000 I guarantee they're both probably working together and investigating the Secret Service side.
00:42:15.000 They're going to be looking at the operations plans.
00:42:16.000 They're going to see who was on the floor, who was there.
00:42:19.000 They're all going to be interviewed by OPR and OIG.
00:42:21.000 So three multiple investigations.
00:42:23.000 And then on top of that, you've got Congress doing their investigation where they're bringing her in and asking questions as well.
00:42:27.000 So there's going to be four different types, you know, that I just named right there.
00:42:32.000 One criminal by FBI, criminal by the state.
00:42:35.000 Do you think that Kim Cheadle and some of these Secret Service agents on the ground who were aware of the shooter before he opened fire and even Alejandro Mayorkas should face criminal charges?
00:42:51.000 At this point we'll have to see because it's one thing to charge, it's another thing to prove guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
00:43:00.000 So if you're going to indict someone like a Secret Service agent or a director, you're going to need a lot of evidence.
00:43:07.000 You're going to want to make sure that you have your case ironed shut.
00:43:09.000 because United States Attorney's offices, federal prosecutors, really don't like to take cases unless they feel like they can win.
00:43:16.000 That's why they have such high win rates compared to district attorney's offices who typically lose about 50%.
00:43:21.000 Now, but to go back to the phone, so-- - Yeah, explain that because-- - Sure. - We saw a report earlier this week and people were mocking it because it's like, oh, the government can hack into anything, but they can't hack into a 20-year-old shooter's phone.
00:43:36.000 There were reports that the FBI couldn't get into his phone because he had some type of an encrypted password, yet they had no problem getting into Roger Stone's phone or any of the conservative operatives when they were trying to go after President Trump.
00:43:49.000 Yeah.
00:43:49.000 during the Russia collusion hoax and also after January 6th.
00:43:53.000 So people said, how is it the United States government can't get into a 20-year-old shooter's phone?
00:43:58.000 And a lot of people found that to be kind of unbelievable.
00:44:00.000 But I guess now a report came out saying that they finally, right, they finally accessed his phone.
00:44:05.000 So explain that to people and just whether or not it's believable that the federal government could potentially have a hard time getting into jailbreaking, I guess is the correct term.
00:44:14.000 Jailbreaking somebody's phone, even if it has an encrypted or non-encrypted password.
00:44:19.000 So I think it's very important for the audience to understand that.
00:44:23.000 How law enforcement exploits telephones.
00:44:25.000 There's multiple ways to exploit telephones.
00:44:27.000 We're talking about Title III intercepts and listening to someone speak.
00:44:30.000 We're talking about search warrants to actually go into the device and look through it.
00:44:35.000 Pen registers to see who they're calling.
00:44:37.000 Phone toll analysis, subpoenas to get subscriber information.
00:44:41.000 There's multiple ways and different routes.
00:44:42.000 Pings where you're knowing where their location is.
00:44:45.000 All of these are different types of law enforcement techniques to get information through a phone.
00:44:51.000 Now, in this case with Crooks, their objective was to get into the phone to actually look at the data within the phone.
00:44:58.000 Now, I've taken, I've seized literally hundreds if not thousands of phones, and I've looked at all different types of kinds.
00:45:05.000 And some, as an HCI agent, right, you don't have, when someone comes into the country through the border, they don't have the Fourth Amendment right.
00:45:13.000 We're able to search their phones at the border.
00:45:15.000 So in this case, though, since it's in the United States, you need something, you need a search warrant, right?
00:45:19.000 So, and that's probably easy to get.
00:45:21.000 This guy tried to kill the president.
00:45:22.000 We need to identify other co-conspirators.
00:45:23.000 Simple, get a probable cause, get in there.
00:45:25.000 Now, getting the phone unlocked is another thing.
00:45:28.000 Now, what law enforcement does when they have a phone and they want to get into it is if they don't have a passcode, this is where the games begin.
00:45:34.000 And the reason why is because a lot of phones have...
00:45:37.000 encryption software, et cetera.
00:45:39.000 And a lot of the times there's protections in there where if you put the passcode in too many times, it's going to either lock forever or wipe the phone.
00:45:48.000 So law enforcement has to be very careful as to how they're going to get into the phone.
00:45:52.000 I probably wonder, well, how the hell do they do it?
00:45:54.000 There's a device called Cellbrite.
00:45:55.000 What is it called?
00:45:56.000 Cellbrite.
00:45:57.000 Cellbrite?
00:45:58.000 Yeah, Cellbrite.
00:45:59.000 Oh, Cellbrite.
00:46:00.000 Cellbrite.
00:46:01.000 It's a technology that law enforcement uses, intelligence agencies, etc., where you hook the phone up to this device, and if you have the passcode, you get in there and you can get everything from it, text messages, emails, etc., easy.
00:46:14.000 If you don't have a passcode, then you need to crack it.
00:46:17.000 Cellbrite, what it does is, it slowly decodes the password, and obviously the longer the password, the make of the phone, the model of the phone, the year of the phone, etc.
00:46:27.000 Every phone has a different timeline on how long it takes to break, depending on a multitude of different factors.
00:46:33.000 iPhones are pretty difficult.
00:46:34.000 But with that said, with this phone, since they didn't have a passcode, 'cause he was dead, they had to go ahead and break it.
00:46:41.000 I knew right away that they couldn't get in the phone when I heard that they sent the phone to Quantico.
00:46:45.000 And for those that are wondering, that's where their FBI lab is.
00:46:47.000 And if their CFAs, their certified forensic agents, weren't able to crack it there from the Pittsburgh field office, I knew that he probably had a very tough code that they couldn't get in, so they had to send it over there.
00:46:57.000 So they sent it over there overnight, and they're able to get in to a couple days later, which is pretty impressive.
00:47:01.000 But the reason why it takes a while is because the way the Cellbrite works is that, or whatever device they use, Cellbrite's just the most popular one, the way it works is it slowly decodes the code without really alerting the phone because their goal is to not get the phone wiped.
00:47:18.000 So that's why it could take a while depending on the make, model, device, etc.
00:47:22.000 So that's why it took a while.
00:47:23.000 They did it pretty quickly, but I've seen phones take a day or two, all the way to months, depending on how complex the code is and what type of phone it is.
00:47:31.000 So the fact that they already get in there so quickly is actually pretty impressive.
00:47:35.000 And along with, well, along with this active investigation and the attempted assassination of President Trump, we have now seen reports yesterday that after this phone call, just almost immediately after the Senate briefing with the Director of Secret Service, the FBI, and members of the United States Senate, Joe Biden issued a statement saying, if he was diagnosed with a medical condition, Perfect timing.
00:48:01.000 By his doctors that he would consider stepping down and then moments later his doctors announced that he had been diagnosed with COVID.
00:48:09.000 You know, if we are looking at a potential assassination attempt by, well an inside job, planned assassination attempt inside job by the Biden administration, you have to remember that these are all Biden administration officials.
00:48:23.000 Kim Cheadle, Alejandro Mayorkas.
00:48:24.000 That's why I'm shocked she's here.
00:48:25.000 Exactly.
00:48:26.000 What are you doing here?
00:48:27.000 Then the question is, wouldn't then the sitting United States President who appointed these officials have to also resign?
00:48:35.000 And so I made the arguments yesterday, boldly, on X saying that it's a lot.
00:48:41.000 easier and simpler to resign over a medical condition or, you know, making up a medical condition as an excuse, as opposed to having an investigation play out.
00:48:52.000 The American people learning that this was in fact an inside job by the Biden administration to assassinate his top political opponents after this disastrous debate and resigning for trying to murder Donald Trump and actually.
00:49:06.000 So you think full on that his his people were behind it?
00:49:12.000 Well, I do believe this was an inside job.
00:49:14.000 Okay.
00:49:14.000 I do believe that this was an inside job and that Biden administration... It's scary that that's not really a far-fetched theory nowadays.
00:49:19.000 I do.
00:49:19.000 As more information comes out, like, I can't even get mad at you.
00:49:22.000 You know, I'm reserving my judgment for the moment, but I'm not really... If someone tells me I think it was an inside job, I'm not going to look at them like they're crazy.
00:49:28.000 I'm not saying that Biden said go kill Donald Trump, but what I'm saying is that Clearly people at the Secret Service were aware of this and they were willing to let it happen.
00:49:36.000 Okay.
00:49:37.000 Which means that it's an inside job.
00:49:38.000 If you have law enforcement officials or agents or any type of official in our government that was aware of a plot to kill the president and You don't do anything to stop it, then yeah, you are complicit in an inside job to kill the President of the United States.
00:49:53.000 And so, that's why I think we need to start talking about criminal investigations.
00:49:57.000 And I think that Biden would rather resign for a perceived medical condition.
00:50:02.000 Yeah.
00:50:02.000 Because everybody was kind of expecting that.
00:50:04.000 And we're now seeing that top Democrats, including Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and Adam Schiff are calling on him to step down.
00:50:10.000 Yeah.
00:50:11.000 Because, you know, the DNC convention.
00:50:12.000 Donors are withholding money.
00:50:13.000 Yes.
00:50:14.000 It's yeah.
00:50:15.000 - He doesn't have money and the Democrats are saying that he's gonna be dragging them down, down ballot.
00:50:20.000 So if that's the case, I just think that it'd be a lot easier for him to resign for a medical condition than to resign when ultimately the truth-- - When do you think it announced if he were to do it? - When the truth comes out that it was Biden administration officials or government officials within his control who were aware of a plan to kill Donald Trump.
00:50:41.000 I believe that Joe Biden will be stepping down in the next five days.
00:50:45.000 Oh, you think that?
00:50:45.000 Yes, I believe that sometime within the next five days, it could actually be this weekend.
00:50:49.000 We might actually see a weekend resignation as well.
00:50:53.000 It might be on Sunday, you never know.
00:50:55.000 But I do believe that we're going to see a resignation, not necessarily a full-blown resignation.
00:51:00.000 I don't know if he's going to resign completely from his duties as president and have Kamala take over.
00:51:07.000 But I do predict that within the next five days we will see Joe Biden step down.
00:51:11.000 And say I'm not running anymore?
00:51:13.000 From running for president and his re-election campaign, yes.
00:51:16.000 Yeah, I mean, it is a little too convenient that he put, you know, he put this doctor thing and my health and all that, so it is a little convenient.
00:51:25.000 But yeah, I mean, I can't, with everything coming out, I can't really, it's not far-fetched to say I think it's an inside job.
00:51:32.000 I think that's a plausible explanation.
00:51:34.000 I just, for me right now, knowing what I know, I can't make that conclusion yet, but I obviously have an open mind to it.
00:51:41.000 Yeah, I mean, what do you think is going to happen?
00:51:43.000 What if it ultimately comes out that this was an inside job by the federal government?
00:51:47.000 I mean, what do you think that means for agencies like the DHS and Secret Service?
00:51:51.000 What do you think that will do to people that aspire to work for these agencies?
00:51:56.000 Do you think that it would dissuade people from joining, or do you think that it would ultimately destroy any credibility of our law enforcement agencies going forward?
00:52:06.000 Public trust in the government has diminished, you know, significantly over the past, you know, few decades.
00:52:11.000 Yeah, and that leads me to my other question, too.
00:52:14.000 Do you think that it's ridiculous that the FBI is overseeing the investigation given the weaponization of the FBI?
00:52:21.000 That's a good question.
00:52:21.000 I mean, we saw today that the House Judiciary Committee ordered Christopher Wray, the director of the FBI, to come and testify the next week.
00:52:29.000 Hmm.
00:52:29.000 I believe on Wednesday about the weaponization of the bureau and the attempted assassination of President Trump.
00:52:36.000 So my question is, is if they falsified evidence during the raid on Mar-a-Lago, which we know they did, and Judge Cannon just dismissed the case, the documents case to President Trump and found it, found that Jack Smith was unqualified to be a special counsel because he was not confirmed by the United States Senate, then how can we trust the FBI,
00:52:54.000 the same FBI that has been raiding the homes of January 6th protesters and helped facilitate the coup against Donald Trump the same FBI that has been raiding the homes of January 6th protesters and helped facilitate the coup against Donald Trump with Crossfire Hurricane and also signed off with agents from within the bureau falsely stating that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation?
00:53:11.000 How can we trust them in an election year, especially in an election year, to carry out a proper investigation into the attempted murder assassination of Donald Trump?
00:53:25.000 Yeah, I mean, it's a very, it's a black eye for the FBI.
00:53:29.000 You know, the FBI doesn't have a good credit, doesn't have a good image right now.
00:53:33.000 They're not really credible to the American people.
00:53:35.000 I would say government trust is probably at the lowest it's ever been.
00:53:39.000 It's been dropping off precipitously the past few decades.
00:53:42.000 And, you know, I mean, it's kind of showing, right?
00:53:45.000 Like they just gave Julian Assange a plea and let him walk.
00:53:50.000 The J6ers, you know, they're starting to overturn some stuff with that.
00:53:54.000 Trump's case just got dismissed.
00:53:56.000 I think people are kind of waking up that the lawfare isn't going to work when you try to silence people.
00:54:02.000 People want the truth.
00:54:03.000 And I think that's something that they're starting to realize now.
00:54:06.000 As far as the FBI running this situation, it kind of sucks because They're the only agency that really has the resources to do an investigation like this, to interview hundreds of people, to do the backdrops, to do the stuff that goes into an investigation, to have a lab and be able to break into the phone so quickly.
00:54:25.000 The only other agency that could probably do this is actually my former agency, Homeland Security Investigations, but political assassination attempts or attacking political figures doesn't really fall under Homeland Security's purview.
00:54:37.000 So, I mean, I'm sure they could probably make an exception and have another agency kind of come in because the FBI is the lead agency on all the prosecutions against Donald Trump, right?
00:54:46.000 Whether we're going to talk about the insurrection case out of Washington, D.C. or the document case in Florida that just got dismissed, they are the lead agency.
00:54:52.000 So, it's just not a good look.
00:54:55.000 I mean, yes, you can make the argument it's a different field office, it's a different United States Attorney's Office that's running this investigation.
00:55:00.000 They're all different, that's true.
00:55:02.000 But I think in general, from an optics standpoint, it's not good.
00:55:06.000 I think them bringing in another agency to do the investigation might look a little bit better optically.
00:55:10.000 I think there just needs to be an internal investigation as well by private security firms.
00:55:14.000 I don't even know if we can trust the federal government, especially given how politicized this was, because these agencies ultimately respond and report to the Biden administration.
00:55:23.000 Yeah.
00:55:24.000 They do.
00:55:24.000 They respond to the Biden administration.
00:55:26.000 Private firms would never be able to do it though.
00:55:28.000 If this was an inside job by the Biden administration or Biden administration officials, I feel like that just kind of taints the entire investigation.
00:55:38.000 Maybe there does need to be some kind of independent review.
00:55:41.000 Yeah.
00:55:42.000 The Department of Justice in itself is just, I mean, it's been a shamble under Merrick Garland.
00:55:47.000 That's something that, you know, the whole structure itself, because if you're going to blame the FBI, right, which I definitely see why, right?
00:55:55.000 I mean, I didn't work for them, so I don't care.
00:55:57.000 They have a bad reputation, the law enforcement agencies anyway.
00:56:00.000 You gotta also blame the Department of Justice because they're the ones that put, Merrick Garland is the one that pretty much was involved in getting Jack Smith, and like obviously he tried to diss himself, but at the end of the day, you're the Attorney General, you're the Chief Law Enforcement Officer in the United States, because over law enforcement agencies like the FBI and ATF and the Marshals, etc., and also over the United States Attorney's Offices, which are responsible for all federal prosecutions.
00:56:22.000 Yeah.
00:56:23.000 Well, I understand, too, that this is your first time at an RNC convention.
00:56:26.000 How's your time been so far?
00:56:28.000 It's good.
00:56:29.000 From looking at your content on X, it looks like you have a lot of fans and supporters who recognize you.
00:56:35.000 Yeah, I was actually surprised.
00:56:37.000 It's great, man.
00:56:37.000 Do you get recognized a lot?
00:56:39.000 Yeah, yeah, I got stopped a bunch of times.
00:56:41.000 I mean, it's cool because this isn't really my niche, but I guess, you know, the stuff that I talk about when it comes to dating and feminism, etc., you know, people that are more conservative tend to agree with my viewpoints anyway.
00:56:51.000 I mean, me and you have had discussions on this.
00:56:52.000 We agree on most things.
00:56:57.000 It is what it is, but I'm just happy to be here.
00:56:59.000 It's a different experience, different audience.
00:57:02.000 It's really cool.
00:57:02.000 Did you like the speeches?
00:57:03.000 Did you stay for the speeches last night?
00:57:05.000 Yeah, I caught a couple of them.
00:57:06.000 I caught a couple of them.
00:57:07.000 Are you going to go to President Trump's speech tonight?
00:57:09.000 Oh yeah, of course, of course.
00:57:10.000 It's going to be great.
00:57:11.000 I'm excited.
00:57:12.000 It's going to be his first formal speech since he's been here.
00:57:14.000 I know he said some words yesterday.
00:57:17.000 Yeah, briefly to a private group.
00:57:20.000 It's his first big speech though.
00:57:22.000 I know that he rewrote his entire speech and he's going to be talking about unity.
00:57:27.000 I think it's going to be really interesting to see what he has to say.
00:57:31.000 He definitely looks like a changed man, just his demeanor and his facial expressions.
00:57:35.000 There's just something about him that doesn't look the same.
00:57:37.000 I've been making the argument since this happened that, you know, former President Trump needs sitting president levels of security.
00:57:46.000 Oh, they are giving it to him now.
00:57:47.000 It was announced yesterday that he's actually going back to receiving presidential level security.
00:57:52.000 Good, good.
00:57:52.000 He should have had that from the beginning.
00:57:54.000 They're doubling his secret service protection.
00:57:56.000 Yeah, they should have done that from the beginning.
00:57:58.000 When you have someone like him, because here's the problem, and I could talk to this a little bit, so former presidents don't get the same security detail, obviously, as a sitting president.
00:58:09.000 However, What they need to do, and actually Bongino made a tweet about this and I had said it in the space as well, we both agree, he's a former Secret Service agent, is that former presidents need to be assessed from a threat level perspective versus you're just a former president so we're just going to give you the standard boilerplate presidential detail.
00:58:27.000 No.
00:58:27.000 If the president is someone who is divisive like a Donald Trump, they need more security and protection because there's a lot of loonies out there that want to hurt him.
00:58:37.000 And that's not good.
00:58:38.000 Well, our own government, too.
00:58:39.000 I mean, and also how do you protect the presidents of the United States?
00:58:42.000 Like if this turns out to be an inside job, which I do believe it is, what does that mean for the agency of the Secret Service going forward and the protection of United States presidents?
00:58:52.000 I mean, how can any president or anybody who receives Secret Service protection trust in the protection that they're receiving or they're told that they're going to be receiving if it is found that this was an inside job?
00:59:05.000 And not only was the director aware of it, but agents on the ground were aware of it and DHS was aware of it.
00:59:10.000 I mean, I do think it's more sinister than what people are thinking.
00:59:14.000 Of course, of course it is.
00:59:14.000 They've done it before.
00:59:15.000 They did it to Kennedy.
00:59:16.000 I mean, the Warren Commission is bullshit.
00:59:18.000 Like, I'm not one of these guys that's like, oh, I don't believe in conspiracy theories.
00:59:21.000 No, like, Oswald was not the sole shooter.
00:59:23.000 But they've done it before.
00:59:24.000 They did it to Kennedy.
00:59:25.000 I mean, the one commission is bullshit.
00:59:27.000 Like, I'm not one of these guys that's like, I don't believe it.
00:59:30.000 No, like, Oswald was not the sole shooter.
00:59:32.000 Even RFK Jr., who's currently running for president, has said...
00:59:37.000 They got him detailed, right?
00:59:38.000 No, President Trump advocated for him to receive a detail.
00:59:43.000 He still doesn't have a detail, no.
00:59:45.000 Someone mentioned yesterday that he was getting it, so it's not confirmed yet.
00:59:48.000 I don't know if he's receiving it or not yet, I haven't heard that.
00:59:51.000 I just know that President Trump said it's outrageous that he doesn't have a protective detail.
00:59:55.000 His uncle and his father got killed, like, come on.
00:59:57.000 Even RFK Jr.
00:59:59.000 says that his family believes the CIA killed JFK.
01:00:04.000 And they killed his father, too.
01:00:07.000 They killed... Okay, going back real quick.
01:00:09.000 RFK was shot and killed from the back.
01:00:12.000 Back of the ear and in the back.
01:00:14.000 Serhan Serhan was in front of him.
01:00:16.000 And the weapon that he had didn't have enough bullets to substantiate all the bullet holes that were in the murder location.
01:00:23.000 So, everyone knows that Serhan Serhan was not the murderer or the sole shooter.
01:00:28.000 There was others, but... Yeah, I mean... They killed his uncle and his father.
01:00:32.000 We know that was... Those are 100% inside jobs.
01:00:35.000 Both of those.
01:00:36.000 Well, I really strongly believe that the attempted assassination of President Trump was also an inside job.
01:00:41.000 But, uh, any last words, Myron?
01:00:44.000 I really appreciate you coming on the show.
01:00:46.000 We've said that we've wanted to collaborate here on Luma Unleashed for a while.
01:00:50.000 Where do people follow you, and where do people watch your show, your content?
01:00:54.000 You have more of a late-night show, but any last words, and then also, where do people follow you?
01:00:58.000 Yeah, yeah.
01:00:58.000 Fresh to Fit on YouTube and Rumble.
01:01:00.000 Fed Reacts is my more criminal case breakdown stuff.
01:01:03.000 If you guys enjoy what I gave as far as like insights as to, you know, law enforcement, investigation, etc.
01:01:08.000 That's more on Fed Reacts.
01:01:09.000 If you guys want to see me debate feminists or make money or get girls or whatever, check me out on Fresh Fit.
01:01:14.000 Any last words about the attempted assassination or the RNC convention?
01:01:19.000 Uh, it's a great time.
01:01:20.000 I'm really just happy that Trump is okay and I'm glad that they got on the presidential, uh, like a presidential level detail.
01:01:26.000 They should have given it to him before.
01:01:27.000 It's ridiculous that it took him almost getting shot, uh, to get him the security that he needs, but I'm just glad that he's here with us still and I'm glad that they gave him the security he needs.
01:01:36.000 Well, I agree.
01:01:36.000 Well, thank you so much for coming on.
01:01:38.000 I really appreciate it.
01:01:39.000 Thank you for having me.
01:01:40.000 Before we get to our next guest, we're going to talk to Congressman Lee Zeldin shortly about the Democrats' efforts to push Joe Biden out of the presidential race.
01:01:52.000 Yesterday, following this Senate briefing with Secret Service and members of the United States Senate, It was coincidentally, right?
01:01:59.000 Just imagine this timing.
01:02:00.000 Coincidentally reported that Joe Biden released a statement saying that, well, if I was diagnosed with a medical disorder, then I would consider dropping out.
01:02:11.000 And right after that, right after that, he was diagnosed with COVID.
01:02:16.000 And then he was shortly thereafter seen Boarding Air Force One, struggling to get up the stairs, barely looking alive.
01:02:23.000 So go ahead and watch this clip of Joe Biden because, you know, they're trying to force the imagery, force the messaging.
01:02:31.000 He even tweeted, I'm sick.
01:02:32.000 I mean, I don't know who on his team thought that was a good idea to tweet, I'm sick.
01:02:37.000 But go ahead and watch this clip and see for yourself the way that the messaging to accelerate the dumping of Joe Biden is being pushed out, not only by his own campaign, but by top Democrats in our country.
01:02:48.000 Take a look. Take a look.
01:03:19.000 Take a look.
01:03:49.000 Take a look.
01:03:55.000 I think that's it.
01:03:55.000 This is the same that you have been on the last few weeks.
01:04:25.000 We played that on loop for you just so that you can see how severe it is.
01:04:32.000 Not only does he have, you know, severe cognitive deficiencies, but he can barely walk up the stairs.
01:04:38.000 And yesterday it was reported that Chuck Schumer, as we reported over a week ago, has called on Joe Biden to step aside.
01:04:46.000 It was also reported yesterday that former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi is now calling on Joe Biden to step aside and drop out of the presidential race because he's going to be a drag on down-ballot Democrat candidates.
01:04:58.000 And yesterday, it was also reported that California Congressman Adam Schiff, one of the biggest Trump haters in our country, is also calling on Joe Biden to step aside as the Democrat nominee for president.
01:05:09.000 So, this is just the domino effect, folks, okay?
01:05:12.000 You are going to have...
01:05:14.000 All the top Democrats, as we just saw this last week.
01:05:16.000 I mean, Loomer Unleashed was on the ground in Washington, D.C., confronting every single top Democrat.
01:05:21.000 We were stationed outside of the DNC headquarters when they had their emergency meeting.
01:05:25.000 We were stationed outside of the Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee headquarter office, where all the Democrat senators were having an emergency meeting with Mike Donilon and Steve Ruscetti, the campaign senior advisors for the Biden administration.
01:05:37.000 And they all were running in hiding, you know?
01:05:39.000 They had Capitol Police literally blocking off the street with barricades.
01:05:42.000 To prevent and keep members of the press from reporting the truth or having any contact whatsoever with Democrat senators and with Joe Biden, senior advisors.
01:05:53.000 It just goes to show you how ahead of the curve Loomer Unleashed is, right?
01:05:56.000 They love hating on us.
01:05:57.000 They love saying that we're conspiracy theorists or that we take it a bit too far.
01:06:02.000 But here at the RNC this week, I spoke with members of the United States Senate last night, their chiefs of staff.
01:06:06.000 I spoke with members of Congress last night, and they all said that our videos are, without a doubt, forcing the hands of these Democrat officials to further expedite Uh, Joe Biden stepping down.
01:06:18.000 So just to refresh your memory, let's go ahead and play the clips back to back of Loomer Unleashed confronting Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer this last week up on Capitol Hill, asking them whether or not Joe Biden should step aside as the Democrat nominee and whether or not they believe that he has dementia and is fit to remain as commander in chief of our country.
01:06:38.000 Congressman Schiff, should Joe Biden remain in a race?
01:06:40.000 Senator Schumer, do you stand by your comments yesterday that you're ready to replace Joe Biden?
01:07:00.000 Do you support Kamala Harris as Joe Biden's replacement, Senator Schumer?
01:07:08.000 Senator Schumer driving away.
01:07:18.000 President's upside.
01:07:30.000 Speaker Pelosi, do you still support Joe Biden after that awful debate performance?
01:07:34.000 Should Joe Biden drop out?
01:07:36.000 What are you hoping to hear this morning, Speaker Pelosi?
01:07:41.000 What are you hoping to hear?
01:07:43.000 Harmony.
01:07:43.000 So neither Pelosi, Adam Schiff, or Chuck Schumer had any answers to give Loomer Unleashed news.
01:07:54.000 No surprise because Democrats, they hate accountability and they just really, they don't know how to answer tough questions because the media has been giving them a pass for the longest time.
01:08:04.000 Let's go ahead and show this report.
01:08:06.000 Pelosi behind Schiff call for Biden to step aside.
01:08:09.000 Doesn't think he can win, White House source says.
01:08:11.000 This is a Reuters report.
01:08:13.000 And you can see that really just everybody is now turning on Joe Biden.
01:08:18.000 Some of his biggest supporters, Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, Chuck Schumer.
01:08:22.000 You've had over 20 Democrat reps in Congress call for him to step aside as the Democrat nominee for president.
01:08:28.000 And obviously, the Democrats need to make a decision sooner rather than later because the DNC convention is quickly approaching rapidly.
01:08:36.000 Actually, in Chicago in the next few weeks, and they don't even have anybody confirmed on the ballot for the state of Ohio.
01:08:43.000 So that's a big deal, especially now that President Trump has just announced that J.D. Vance is going to be his vice presidential pick, Senator from Ohio.
01:08:51.000 They're going to have an open Senate seat there.
01:08:53.000 I also spoke with Vivek Ramaswamy, who was being discussed as a potential VP pick.
01:09:02.000 But he's also a strong surrogate for President Trump and will undoubtedly have a position in the next Trump administration.
01:09:08.000 But he is a longtime friend and associate of J.D.
01:09:11.000 Vance.
01:09:12.000 They went to law school together.
01:09:14.000 And I caught up with Vivek Ramaswamy outside of the RNC convention and I asked him about this because Ohio now is really at the center of this election.
01:09:22.000 It's obviously a key state, the 17th state in the nation with 17 electoral votes and now that it's receiving a lot of attention because the senator from the state of Ohio is now Trump's VP pick.
01:09:34.000 The Democrats need to move fast if they want to actually have a candidate on the ballot because as of now they do not have a candidate who has been certified to be on the ballot in the state of Ohio.
01:09:43.000 So take a look at this clip of me talking to Vivek Ramaswamy about his future plans to potentially fill that vacant Senate seat by JD Vance.
01:09:52.000 Woo!
01:09:53.000 Today's 2028!
01:09:53.000 Let's go!
01:09:54.000 Good to see you, Laura.
01:09:56.000 How've you been?
01:09:57.000 I just loomered Jake Tapper.
01:09:58.000 Oh, you did?
01:09:59.000 Yeah, it was so epic.
01:09:59.000 Really?
01:09:59.000 Didn't you have a field day?
01:10:01.000 I just chased Jake Tapper, and I was like, do you condemn Joe Biden calling for Donald Trump to be put in a bullseye?
01:10:07.000 And he refused to answer.
01:10:08.000 Does that surprise you?
01:10:11.000 It doesn't, but it's just disgusting, isn't it?
01:10:12.000 I've got to get up.
01:10:13.000 I'm speaking tonight at, what, 830 Eastern.
01:10:15.000 Yeah.
01:10:16.000 Any words you want to say?
01:10:17.000 Anything you want to tell people?
01:10:19.000 I actually think that people miss our side.
01:10:23.000 We do want to unite this country in some fake way.
01:10:26.000 Like in a true way.
01:10:27.000 But we're never going to agree on everything.
01:10:29.000 But I want to disagree like hell and still recognize that everybody has the right to say it, and that we still respect each other as citizens.
01:10:35.000 And so I don't like the astroturf, fake Kofi Ann.
01:10:38.000 I like the real thing.
01:10:39.000 I agree.
01:10:40.000 Hey, I was just going to ask you.
01:10:42.000 Now that Senator J.D.
01:10:44.000 Vance has been selected to be VP, there's rumors that you're potentially going to run for his Senate seat.
01:10:48.000 Confirm or deny?
01:10:50.000 I mean, it's not like a confirm-deny thing.
01:10:51.000 It just came up yesterday.
01:10:52.000 I hadn't thought about it.
01:10:54.000 But at the same time, you've got to ask yourself how you're going to serve the country.
01:10:56.000 So I want to talk to President Trump.
01:10:58.000 See what I'm going to be able to do to have the biggest impact.
01:11:01.000 Is it through the executive branch?
01:11:03.000 Or, now in light of yesterday's announcement, is it through the legislative branch?
01:11:06.000 Well, if it's through the Senate, if it's through the Senate, you have my support.
01:11:10.000 You have the support of Loomer Unleashed and the Loomer Unleashed oppo machine, so it'll be great.
01:11:15.000 We hope to see you either in the Trump admin or Senator Vivek Ramaswamy.
01:11:19.000 That'd be great.
01:11:19.000 We'll talk to President Trump and figure out where the right path is.
01:11:22.000 All right.
01:11:23.000 See you soon.
01:11:24.000 So he didn't deny it, and he said that he plans on speaking with President Trump soon to get his opinion on whether or not he's best served as serving in the Trump administration or whether or not he should run for the United States Senate.
01:11:40.000 And I do believe that Vivek Ramaswamy would win that Senate seat if he were to run for it because Well, he's very popular and he's very well known in Ohio and obviously being a friend and supporter of J.D.
01:11:52.000 Vance, I'm sure J.D.
01:11:53.000 Vance would probably endorse him as well.
01:11:55.000 So we will see what happens.
01:11:58.000 We will see what happens.
01:11:59.000 But it's exciting nonetheless because it really does look like the Republicans surely have Momentum on their side, especially now that the Democrats are in chaos and disarray.
01:12:10.000 We've just seen nothing but love and positivity out of this RNC convention.
01:12:13.000 So many people were worried that it was going to be a contested election or that rhinos were going to try to disrupt the convention.
01:12:21.000 But there was uncontested support for President Trump.
01:12:24.000 He is our nominee.
01:12:25.000 And tonight we're going to make history and watch President Donald Trump accept the nomination around 9.30 p.m.
01:12:29.000 Central Time.
01:12:32.000 And that's really going to make history.
01:12:34.000 It's his first speech since nearly dying from an attempted assassination attempt.
01:12:39.000 In the next five minutes, we're going to be joined by Congressman, well, former Congressman Lee Zeldin.
01:12:45.000 He actually spoke last night at the RNC convention.
01:12:48.000 If you missed his speech, we'll go ahead and we'll play his speech for you.
01:12:53.000 We're gonna get that loaded.
01:12:54.000 We have it up on, I reposted it on my Twitter.
01:12:57.000 You can watch these speeches.
01:12:58.000 I posted a lot of the different speeches online, but we have his speech here.
01:13:03.000 We'll play it for you before he speaks.
01:13:08.000 In the meantime, we'll go to the chat while we are waiting for his speech to load.
01:13:12.000 Let's see.
01:13:21.000 You have any questions in the chat?
01:13:23.000 Let's see.
01:13:24.000 People say the convention has been great.
01:13:26.000 W Myron.
01:13:29.000 You got fans, Myron.
01:13:35.000 Let's see.
01:13:37.000 Charles Downs catching all of their tongues.
01:13:39.000 Not working.
01:13:40.000 I love it.
01:13:40.000 Yep.
01:13:41.000 Why is Joe Biden running for president when he can barely walk?
01:13:49.000 Let's see.
01:13:51.000 What else?
01:13:51.000 Rest in peace, Lou Dobbs.
01:13:53.000 Yeah, if you're just joining right now, unfortunately, as I reported in the beginning of the show, Lou Dobbs has passed away.
01:14:00.000 So, very tragic and sad news.
01:14:02.000 If you're watching live right now, also, please be sure that you download the Rumble app.
01:14:06.000 It's free.
01:14:07.000 And also, subscribe to my channel, Rumble.com slash Laura Loomer.
01:14:10.000 It's really important that you download the app and subscribe so that you never miss an episode and you always get notifications.
01:14:16.000 I'll also be sure that you're following me on X. I just hit a million followers yesterday, so very exciting news.
01:14:22.000 I'm just thrilled, super happy to hit a million followers because, as you know, I was permanently banned in 2018 from Twitter.
01:14:30.000 Got my account back in December of 2022.
01:14:33.000 And I was given, what, like my followers that I had in 2018, I got all of those back.
01:14:39.000 That was about 265,000.
01:14:40.000 So in about a year and a half, I've gained Nearly, you know, 750,000 followers.
01:14:48.000 That's pretty impressive, I think, especially being an independent journalist with no major backing.
01:14:53.000 But we have Lee Zeldin's speech from last night at the RNC convention pulled up, so I'm going to play that for you, and then we will be joined momentarily, directly after the speech, by the Congressman himself.
01:15:06.000 Hello, Wisconsin!
01:15:09.000 I'm Lee Zeldin from New York.
01:15:25.000 A nation led by President Trump is a nation stronger, safer, and more secure.
01:15:36.000 As a former 82nd Airborne paratrooper, I want a military focused on being the world's greatest fighting force, not its biggest social experiment.
01:15:53.000 We need a president treating our friends as friends and our adversaries as our adversaries, understanding they only respect strength, not weakness.
01:16:11.000 Thank you.
01:16:17.000 I was on the House Foreign Affairs Committee under three presidents.
01:16:22.000 But only one ended wars without starting new ones.
01:16:29.000 President Donald Trump.
01:16:36.000 As one of two Jewish Republicans in Congress, it was amazing to witness history-making progress.
01:16:51.000 Strengthening the U.S.-Israel relationship under President Trump.
01:16:57.000 Moving our embassy in Israel to Jerusalem.
01:17:04.000 Recognizing Israel's sovereignty over the Golan Heights.
01:17:10.000 and launching the Abraham Accords, which no one said was possible.
01:17:17.000 Soleimani and the ISIS Caliphate were eliminated.
01:17:29.000 President Trump withdrew from the Iran deal, stopped those insane ransom payments, and crippled Iran with and crippled Iran with maximum pressure.
01:17:50.000 Everything went downhill under Biden.
01:17:54.000 Yes, the guy who advised Obama not to take out Osama.
01:18:02.000 Joe Biden advised against the mission that killed Osama Bin Laden.
01:18:14.000 As an American, and especially as a New Yorker, That's unforgivable.
01:18:23.000 Even in his prime, he had bad judgment.
01:18:27.000 And it's only gotten worse with age.
01:18:31.000 We cannot count on Biden to make this kind of crucial 3 a.m.
01:18:36.000 decision.
01:18:37.000 Heck, we can't rely on him at 3 in the afternoon.
01:18:50.000 He has refilled Iran's coffers.
01:18:55.000 Since October 7th, Biden has pandered to anti-Semites who cheer Hamas's attack.
01:19:06.000 All while Americans are still being held hostage in Gaza.
01:19:14.000 Biden turned 13 blue star families into gold star families with his fatal withdrawal from Afghanistan.
01:19:24.000 And then he lied about it during last month's debate, claiming that no service members had died under his watch.
01:19:33.000 We must elect President Trump.
01:19:42.000 Thank you.
01:19:44.000 Whether building an Iron Dome defense shield at home, countering China and other bad actors abroad, or securing our borders, he will make America strong and respected again.
01:20:01.000 President Trump risks everything for us.
01:20:11.000 We need him back in the White House now more than ever before.
01:20:23.000 To make America great again, we must first, and God willing we will, expand the Republican majority in the United States House of Representatives.
01:20:39.000 We will flip the United States Senate.
01:20:47.000 We are going to elect J.D.
01:20:50.000 Benz our next vice president.
01:20:56.000 And we will make Donald J. Trump the 47th President of these United States.
01:21:04.000 Thank you.
01:21:04.000 God bless you.
01:21:06.000 God bless President Trump and his family.
01:21:08.000 And God bless America.
01:21:13.000 So of course that was a very inspiring and energetic speech there by Congressman Lee Zeldin from the state of New York, where I used to live.
01:21:21.000 Congressman Lee Zeldin also ran for governor of New York, nearly beating the crooked Governor Kathy Hochul, so perhaps he'll run again because he was very close.
01:21:31.000 He was very close and of course he campaigned against all of the rampant crime He campaigned to make New York safe again, to make America safe again, to make New York great again.
01:21:41.000 But now we're seeing that New York and New Jersey are in play this election season.
01:21:45.000 So perhaps President Trump will win New York and he'll win New Jersey.
01:21:48.000 And then perhaps we'll see Congressman Lee Zeldin run for governor again.
01:21:53.000 And we'll have Governor Lee Zeldin.
01:21:55.000 So joining me now on Loomer Unleashed, live from the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is Congressman Lee Zeldin.
01:22:03.000 Congressman, great to have you here with me today.
01:22:05.000 It's good to be on.
01:22:06.000 Thanks, Laura.
01:22:08.000 Yep, thanks so much for coming on.
01:22:09.000 So we just played your speech.
01:22:11.000 What was it like speaking at the RNC convention last night?
01:22:14.000 Was that your first time speaking at a Republican National Convention?
01:22:18.000 When I spoke in the 2020 convention, that was a pre-tape because of COVID.
01:22:25.000 And this is obviously very different.
01:22:27.000 Live in an arena that was electrified with the story of 13 Blue Star families that became Gold Star families.
01:22:35.000 Electrified as the UNC frat bros came out to the convention hall.
01:22:40.000 The Nutra parents were out and others.
01:22:43.000 Real life Americans talking about their story, their experience.
01:22:48.000 their pain, but also their courage.
01:22:51.000 And in different ways, their stories impact those undecided voters across the country listening.
01:22:58.000 And there are people who are actually Biden and Clinton voters from 16 and 20, who maybe in 2024 realize that if they actually want to make America great again, if they want to make their streets safer, life more affordable, life more affordable, they want to secure our border, they want to be energy independent, Well, they need to vote for the president who's actually going to accomplish that to make our country strong again, but to elect Donald Trump president.
01:23:28.000 All right, we are back.
01:23:29.000 We had a bit of a technical issue right there with the computer crashing.
01:23:33.000 Just some of the dilemmas with live production when you're traveling out in the field.
01:23:37.000 So we're going to reconnect with Congressman Lee Zeldin right now momentarily.
01:23:41.000 Do we have him back?
01:23:46.000 We should have him back.
01:23:47.000 All right.
01:23:48.000 Sorry about that, Congressman.
01:23:50.000 The computer seems to have had a bit of an issue and the software crashed.
01:23:54.000 So we've reconnected you.
01:23:56.000 Can you hear me now?
01:23:58.000 Uh, for sure.
01:23:58.000 Oh, he can hear me.
01:24:00.000 Great.
01:24:01.000 So, uh, I was in the middle of asking you, uh, what do you think we can anticipate tonight ahead of the RNC Convention's final night?
01:24:07.000 President Trump is going to be speaking.
01:24:09.000 I know that we're going to be hearing from Tucker Carlson, Dana White, uh, Ivanka Trump is going to be there, Melania Trump.
01:24:16.000 Still no word on whether or not Melania Trump will be speaking, uh, but, uh, I know that there's going to be a lot of messages around unity.
01:24:24.000 So what are you expecting to see tonight?
01:24:27.000 I think there will be messages for unity and, substantively, talking to those gettable Democrat and independent voters across this country to talk about why they don't have to let those Democrats take their votes for granted.
01:24:43.000 There are all sorts of Americans in these swing states and beyond who have been voting Democrat their whole life.
01:24:51.000 But now is an opportunity for them to take control of the destiny for their family, their community, and this country.
01:24:57.000 So let's talk to them about how we are going to secure our border.
01:25:00.000 We are the party who will make our nation prosperous again.
01:25:05.000 We will have a strong, effective foreign policy.
01:25:07.000 Again, we will make our nation energy independent.
01:25:12.000 We want our streets to be safe.
01:25:14.000 We want families to be strong.
01:25:17.000 I feel like this substantive delivery of what's really so important to us as Americans, what's so important to us as America First messengers, I think is now resonating with more people than ever before.
01:25:33.000 And while we're watching dysfunction and civil war over on the Democratic side as they try to take down their party's leader and president and standard bearer, here on the Republican side at the RNC, we've never been more united.
01:25:48.000 Absolutely, and we can contrast this, of course, right now with the absolute chaos and disarray within the Democrat Party, Congressman.
01:25:56.000 Just today and yesterday, there were reports that top Democrats, including Senator Schumer, Congressman Adam Schiff, your former colleague, and...
01:26:04.000 Nancy Pelosi, the former Speaker of the House, are now all calling on Joe Biden to step aside.
01:26:09.000 What do you think we can expect to see in the next few days?
01:26:12.000 There's reports that Joe Biden may be exiting the presidential election as early as this Saturday, although other reports say that we could see it happen over the next five days.
01:26:22.000 What are you hearing?
01:26:23.000 Because obviously you're not in Congress anymore, but you still have maintained those relationships and you, you know, are very politically connected and plugged in.
01:26:31.000 When do you think we can expect to see Joe Biden step aside?
01:26:34.000 I mean, there's certainly a possibility that he succumbs to this pressure, which is coming from the leaders of his party.
01:26:43.000 You mentioned the names of many Americans.
01:26:47.000 I mean, I remember George Clooney coming out a few days ago and all sorts of different members of Congress coming out against him.
01:26:55.000 Polls that are showing him even further behind.
01:26:59.000 But it really, in a way, vindicates Dean Phillips, who said before this primary process, we can't nominate Joe Biden.
01:27:07.000 He's not up for the job.
01:27:09.000 It's time for us to have The other problem, though, for the Democrats is that they can't pass up Kamala Harris, who's their DI pick.
01:27:22.000 It doesn't matter about merit.
01:27:24.000 Kamala Harris is the one person Joe Biden could have picked from that short list who was least capable of upstaging Joe Biden.
01:27:33.000 And there are a lot of people are saying we shouldn't have Joe Biden, but we should have Kamala Harris, who has all sorts of flaws herself, and in many respects is much further to the left than Joe Biden.
01:27:46.000 President Trump will do well against either of them.
01:27:48.000 If the Secret Service did, in fact, yesterday, tell Marsha Blackburn and other United States senators that they identified this shooter over 30 minutes prior to President Trump taking the stage and he had only been speaking for 20 minutes, then that then that means that they allowed him to get on stage with knowledge of a shooter in the audience.
01:28:08.000 So then that would lead me to to say that this was an inside job, because how could you say that this wasn't an inside job if the agency responsible for protecting the life of the president knew of a potential lethal threat to the president's life and allowed him to take the stage?
01:28:10.000 to say that this was an inside job, because how could you say that this wasn't an inside job if the agency responsible for protecting the life of the president knew of a potential lethal threat to the president's life and allowed him to take the stage?
01:28:23.000 And I know that's an inflammatory thing to say, and people don't want to imagine our government ordering the assassination of a United States president, but it's happened before.
01:28:32.000 So, again, do you think that we need to start having more pointed conversations about whether this was, in fact, an inside job by law enforcement agencies in the Biden administration?
01:28:43.000 Right.
01:28:45.000 These are the questions that are that are being asked right now is how the heck did this possibly happen?
01:28:51.000 Who knew what and when and why weren't certain actions taken because there's only one conclusion to reach.
01:28:59.000 When there's a law enforcement officer on the ground, when there are law enforcement officers that are on the ground, Who knew, and they didn't do their job, they didn't do what they were trained to do, and they didn't protect the President of the United States.
01:29:10.000 There are questions that need to be asked and answered, and I hope that they're answered this week, so that we can all have comfort in knowing truth, that we don't have to make any assumptions, we don't have to speculate, we can just say, this is exactly what happened, we don't have to wait months in order to find out what it is, and anyone who is responsible for these failures are held accountable.
01:29:31.000 Do you think that people who knew and didn't take action when they say that they identified a shooter before President Trump took stage, do you think that these people should possibly face criminal charges?
01:29:42.000 People like Kim Cheadle, some of the agents on the ground, and Alejandro Mayorkas, if in fact, you know, it is further reiterated that they knew that President Trump could have been shot the moment they allowed him to get on stage?
01:29:54.000 Depending on what they knew, there's a possibility that the facts may lead to criminal charges.
01:30:01.000 I mean, I'm a former prosecutor.
01:30:03.000 You take a crime, you see whether or not the elements of that crime are there and that it can be proven in court, and you go.
01:30:12.000 And it doesn't matter who's responsible for it.
01:30:14.000 We're not looking for a particular person and then trying to find a crime.
01:30:19.000 You ask the questions, you do your investigation.
01:30:22.000 If the facts are there to support the elements of a criminal statute on the books, no one should get immunity from that just because they were somebody who was in law enforcement.
01:30:35.000 Listen, there's a possibility that the facts here may end up leading to even people in law enforcement being held responsible.
01:30:43.000 And so what kind of charges are we potentially talking about?
01:30:46.000 Accessory to attempted murder of the United States President or accessories to murder given the fact that Corey Camparate, the firefighter who tragically lost his life, was a victim of one of those bullets that struck him in the head and killed him.
01:31:01.000 Do you think that they could potentially be charged as accessories to murder and attempted murder?
01:31:07.000 Depending on what the answers are to the questions that are out there, what the facts are, if it can be proven, then yes, there's a possibility that there will be law enforcement officers who should be prosecuted for their role.
01:31:24.000 But it really requires an investigation.
01:31:27.000 And I don't want to start speculating or making assumptions.
01:31:31.000 I want to be able to have a conversation with you within days Not months or not years.
01:31:37.000 I want to have a conversation within days where you and I are armed with all sorts of new black and white facts as to who the names are of the people who knew what and when.
01:31:48.000 And listen, there might be people in law enforcement who had information and they were on comms pleading For some type of a response.
01:31:58.000 There might have been a sharpshooter on a roof who was looking for a green light and not getting one.
01:32:04.000 And you have to figure out who in that chain of command was not making sure that the president was protected.
01:32:11.000 I'm not going to assume that every single person who came into contact with this information, you know, did something criminal.
01:32:17.000 Quite frankly, there might be all sorts of law enforcement officers who are handling things by the books.
01:32:23.000 And we saw it with our own eyes as far as Some members of the President's detail who jumped on stage to protect him.
01:32:30.000 But listen, I would love to have a conversation with you within days with far more answers as opposed to just questions.
01:32:37.000 You mentioned that there needs to be an investigation.
01:32:39.000 How can the American people and President Trump himself trust the investigation into the attempted assassination of his physical being given the fact that this investigation is being carried out and also controlled by the FBI?
01:32:53.000 The same FBI that manufactured and distorted evidence in the documents case that was recently dismissed by Judge Eileen Cannon in Fort Pierce, Florida.
01:33:03.000 The same FBI that has raided Mar-a-Lago.
01:33:07.000 The same FBI that is demonizing Trump supporters as the biggest terrorist threat in the country under Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray.
01:33:14.000 While ignoring groups like Antifa and ISIS and Hamas and all of these other radical Islamic factions in our country that are terrorizing Americans, especially Jewish students on college campuses.
01:33:25.000 How can we actually trust this investigation given the massive credibility crisis at the FBI?
01:33:32.000 Well, no, really quickly, you can't stonewall this investigation in the days to come.
01:33:38.000 There should be no... Christopher Wray, I'm not sure if you saw this, Congressman, he actually just denied a request that was sent to him by the House Judiciary Committee to appear before Congress this week to answer about the attempted assassination.
01:33:54.000 So they are actually dodging this investigation.
01:33:57.000 Right, yeah, so that's not good to hear.
01:33:59.000 That's an update.
01:34:02.000 Same thing with the Secret Service Director.
01:34:05.000 Questions directed, clearly, to Secret Service, to local law enforcement, to anybody who is on the ground or part of that chain of command.
01:34:14.000 If the questions are not answered within days, We will know very quickly whether or not this is a stonewalling.
01:34:23.000 But the fastest thing is for Congress, when they come into session next week, to be pushing all in for answers.
01:34:32.000 And quite frankly, this is just way too high profile for anyone to wish this investigation to just go away.
01:34:39.000 The American public is demanding it.
01:34:42.000 Uh, and I just really hope that come, you know, next Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, that you're able to be on air and actually start assessing Breaking down, analyzing actual facts that are coming in.
01:34:57.000 Listen, if you get to next Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and it's all more responses like you just mentioned from Christopher Wray, then we're talking about something really different.
01:35:08.000 And folks need to be fired with more urgency.
01:35:12.000 And whoever replaces these people need to be pledging to come in, not trying to cover anything up, but coming in to make sure that they're providing transparency and answers.
01:35:24.000 Absolutely, Congressman.
01:35:25.000 Well, any last words you have for the viewers?
01:35:30.000 Listen, I just want to save our country.
01:35:32.000 Your viewers are out there who know you're fighting a good fight.
01:35:36.000 You travel around the entire uh, country.
01:35:38.000 You're, you're looking to get truth out.
01:35:41.000 Uh, and the fact is we all need to do our part.
01:35:45.000 November 5th is coming up fast.
01:35:47.000 It's not the only day to vote.
01:35:48.000 It's the last day to vote.
01:35:50.000 Uh, and we need to make sure that in swing States and an expanded map beyond that, we don't just put this entire battle on president Trump to fight all by himself.
01:36:01.000 Uh, We are standing on his shoulders.
01:36:03.000 But if we're strong enough and we're doing our part, he can also stand on ours.
01:36:07.000 And God willing, January 2025, President Trump is getting sworn in as the 47th president.
01:36:14.000 I want nothing less.
01:36:15.000 We should be settling for nothing less.
01:36:17.000 But we need to bust our asses in order to make it happen.
01:36:20.000 Absolutely.
01:36:21.000 I completely agree with you.
01:36:22.000 And I want to thank you, Congressman, for all you do to fight for our country and also all you do to stand by and support President Trump.
01:36:31.000 So thank you so much for coming on Luma Unleashed.
01:36:33.000 I really appreciate it.
01:36:34.000 Of course.
01:36:36.000 Look forward to next time.
01:36:37.000 See ya.
01:36:38.000 Thank you.
01:36:40.000 So that was Congressman Lee Zeldin from the state of New York.
01:36:43.000 Great interview there.
01:36:44.000 And look, I think that's really damning.
01:36:46.000 Even the Congressman, who is a former prosecutor, said that if it comes out that members of law enforcement did in fact have information about the attempted assassination before it happened, and they failed to take action, they could potentially be facing criminal charges, as I've been suggesting these last few days.
01:37:07.000 I hope to see Kimberly Cheadle and Alejandro Mayorkas and some of these officers on the ground face criminal charges for their actions of withholding information.
01:37:16.000 Excuse me, that was what was relayed yesterday to these senators on that briefing call, which is why Marsha Blackburn went ballistic on Kimberly Cheadle last night when she saw her at the RNC convention.
01:37:31.000 Before we close out, I want to take a moment to thank the last sponsor of today's episode of Lumer Unleashed, 1775 Coffee.

01:38:57.000 With that, I'll take a couple questions in the chat before I head over back over to the arena to watch this evening's speeches.
01:39:05.000 The RNC convention is going to be reconvening in about one hour.
01:39:10.000 Programming officially starts at 545.
01:39:12.000 So tune into that tonight.
01:39:14.000 President Trump will be giving his nomination speech, formally accepting the nomination.
01:39:20.000 As the Republican Party's nominee for president in the 2024 presidential election.
01:39:24.000 So be sure that you tune into that.
01:39:27.000 I will be live tweeting from the floor of the convention tonight, which is why I have to race over there momentarily.
01:39:36.000 You sent it where?
01:39:39.000 Production chat.
01:39:40.000 Oh, let's see.
01:39:41.000 There's some breaking news.
01:39:42.000 Let's see what's going on.
01:39:45.000 Put your questions in the chat, by the way.
01:39:47.000 I'm going to be taking your questions right now.
01:39:50.000 Oh wow, so Joe Biden is going to be dropping out of the race and he's not going to be endorsing Kamala Harris.
01:40:00.000 So we'll see.
01:40:02.000 Let's see.
01:40:03.000 We'll see what happens, whether or not this is going to happen tonight.
01:40:06.000 It would be quite the distraction if Joe Biden decides to announce tonight that he's dropping out the moment that President Trump is supposed to be giving his nomination speech.
01:40:15.000 The media is going to have to decide to juggle that.
01:40:17.000 So we are getting reports that Biden may, in fact, be dropping out tonight, the same time that President Trump is going to be giving his nomination speech, which is in bad taste given the fact that this is President Trump's first speech since surviving an assassination attempt.
01:40:32.000 So we'll be there to report it all live for you.
01:40:35.000 I'm going to be on the floor of the convention with my DC correspondent Charles Downs.
01:40:39.000 We'll be bringing you all live coverage tonight from the RNC convention.
01:40:42.000 So stay tuned.
