00:01:06.000 I love you.

00:01:35.000 I love you.

00:18:28.000 I'm sorry.

00:30:43.000 Let's go.

00:32:38.000 I'm your host, Laura Loomer.

00:32:40.000 Over the weekend, while many Americans were traveling home from Thanksgiving or eating leftover turkey, Joe Biden announced that he would be granting his son a full pardon.

00:32:50.000 As you may recall, Hunter Biden had recently been found guilty on multiple gun and drug-related offenses.

00:32:56.000 Hunter has routinely been in and out of the news cycle for his antics and degeneracy.

00:33:01.000 The infamous laptop from hell that Biden and the deep state intentionally buried was chock full of lewd images of Hunter smoking meth, sleeping with prostitutes and sending creepy text messages about his nieces.

00:33:14.000 As such, Hunter has been a lightning rod, attracting unwanted media attention and endless Republican scrutiny over the last several years.

00:33:24.000 After the guilty convictions this year, it seemed that Hunter was destined to be the black sheep of his family.

00:33:30.000 He had become too controversial and toxic to even be considered for a pardon.

00:33:35.000 Even the Biden administration itself was claiming that a pardon was totally out of the question.

00:33:41.000 Through the shocked horror of much of the Democrat Party, Joe Biden has issued a full pardon of his son Hunter, totally absolving him of all and any wrongdoing for all of his crimes over the last 10 years.

00:33:54.000 Now, for us here at Loomer Unleashed and for Republicans who, you know, have actually been paying attention, this move should come as no surprise whatsoever.

00:34:03.000 We know that all of the moral grandstanding that the Democrats put on is totally fabricated.

00:34:08.000 And we heard for years about the importance and the sanctity of democracy, about how Trump would abuse the pardon power to get himself off the hook, and about how this election was about normalcy and decency.

00:34:20.000 And of course, well, all of that was just talking points and nonsense and platitudes issued by a party that is really the furthest thing from them.

00:34:28.000 But now with this part and that facade that the Democrats have carefully crafted has totally collapsed like a house of cards around them.

00:34:35.000 Hunter's case was really not one of moral ambiguity or unfair political persecution. 0.99

00:34:41.000 In fact, on the contrary, it is plainly obvious that, well, he's a total scumbag. 1.00

00:34:47.000 He's a pervert! 1.00

00:34:48.000 He's a loser! 1.00

00:34:49.000 He's a drug addict who utilizes his family's clout to fuel and permit his drug abuse. 1.00

00:34:54.000 He's really just the rich kid that never grew up because, well, daddy put a silver spoon in his mouth his entire life. 0.99

00:35:01.000 He's an adult child.

00:35:03.000 This is the kind of person that deserves to be put behind bars and taught a lesson.

00:35:07.000 Not someone deserving of a blanket pardon.

00:35:09.000 But instead, well, we see that the shameless Biden family will always protect their own over the interests of the common good.

00:35:17.000 Moreover, we see that America really does have a two-tier justice system.

00:35:21.000 Average Americans would have the book thrown at them over the same crimes Hunter committed.

00:35:26.000 Yet, if you're rich and famous or have a protected minority class or your daddy's the president of the United States, you're going to get off scot-free. 0.77

00:35:34.000 That's the standard that the Democrats just established.

00:35:38.000 Let's just contrast the Hunter Biden saga with that of the January 6th protesters.

00:35:43.000 The people who entered the Capitol that day were hardworking, earnest patriots who were there to protest what they believed was a rigged election.

00:35:50.000 For the crime of entering the very building which supposedly represents them, the home of the people, many people have been languishing in federal prison for the past four years.

00:36:01.000 They were intentionally and unfairly targeted by Biden's Department of Justice.

00:36:06.000 They were made examples of for the purpose of showing the rest of the MAGA movement not to mess with the power and legitimacy of the deep state.

00:36:13.000 For months, the DOJ systematically hunted down almost every single person who entered the building that day.

00:36:19.000 It didn't matter whether those people had been violent or had damaged anything.

00:36:23.000 It didn't matter if they were young or old.

00:36:25.000 It didn't matter if they had been literally left in the door by security or not.

00:36:30.000 Each of these people had their lives ruined and had the book thrown at them by the deep state.

00:36:37.000 They have been among the most politically persecuted and unfairly punished people in the modern history of our country.

00:36:43.000 In seven weeks, just 47 days from now, when Trump enters the White House and becomes, well, the 47th President of the United States, 47 in 47, it is imperative that he use his pardon power to free these J6 political prisoners. 1.00

00:36:59.000 If the left can bemoan the sanctity of democracy and decency in this nation, yet turn around and pardon human filth like Hunter Biden, then freeing the January 6th protesters should be a no-brainer for Donald Trump.

00:37:11.000 Trump has repeatedly shed light on this clear double standard and has hinted that he will move forward with a pardon once he takes office.

00:37:18.000 On Sunday night, he actually posted the following message on True Social, quote, Does the pardon given by Joe to Hunter include the J6 hostages who have now been in prison for years?

00:37:28.000 Such an abuse and miscarriage of justice, end quote.

00:37:31.000 But mark my words, even though it is plainly obvious to much of the MAGA movement that these people deserve pardons, there will be significant pushback from Democrats and even many Republicans on Capitol Hill.

00:37:43.000 We're going to hear all sorts of excuses from them about, oh, a miscarriage of justice and freeing threats of democracy and supporting terrorism and taking the moral high road, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

00:37:56.000 Nauseating, isn't it?

00:37:58.000 Most of these platitudes will emanate from Donald Trump's own party, the very same party which purports to represent MAGA, yet only does so when it's fashionable.

00:38:07.000 Only does so when, well, they just want to go to Mar-a-Lago and take selfies and pretend like they're all Trump supporters, even though they all campaigned with Nikki Haley and Ron DeSantis.

00:38:17.000 Right?

00:38:17.000 That's how it works.

00:38:19.000 This attitude is exactly why Republicans as a party fail time and time again.

00:38:24.000 There's just no loyalty and there's no extreme accountability to hold these people accountable for their dubious and deceitful activities and behavior.

00:38:31.000 It is now blatantly obvious that the Democrats will do whatever it takes to protect their own and to protect power when possible. 0.99

00:38:40.000 If Joe Biden can pardon his despicable drug addict son just so he can go and bang more hookers and do more cocaine... 0.55

00:38:47.000 Then I think Donald Trump can free his most loyal supporters who have actually been persecuted by our federal government and who have actually been victimized by a two-tiered justice system. 0.97

00:38:57.000 There is a young female journalist, conservative journalist, by the name of Laura Loomer.

00:39:06.000 If America's men acted like Laura Loomer, our problems would be fixed in about five minutes. 0.95

00:39:13.000 Chained herself to Square.

00:39:13.000 She chained herself to Square.

00:39:14.000 Chained herself to Square.

00:39:44.000 Chained herself to Square.

00:40:09.000 I'm your host, Laura Loomer.

00:40:10.000 We are live right now on Rumble and X, so please be sure that you're following me on X at Laura Loomer and also on RumbleRumble.com slash Laura Loomer.

00:40:20.000 It is great to be back.

00:40:22.000 I hope you all had a lovely Thanksgiving.

00:40:23.000 I took about two weeks off so I could just really regroup and refresh because, well, this was a very busy election season.

00:40:32.000 So I know that we haven't had a show in a while, but I definitely needed a bit of a break.

00:40:37.000 And we're going to be readjusting and restructuring the studio.

00:40:40.000 And so we're going to have episodes periodically, but there's going to be a little bit of a hiatus.

00:40:47.000 There's going to be about one show per week as opposed to two shows per week for the next month or so.

00:40:52.000 So we're able to get the new studio established because we're doing a new design and a new setup.

00:40:58.000 It's going to take some time.

00:40:59.000 And so we are doing a full restructuring of the show.

00:41:04.000 That's going to require us disassembling things.

00:41:07.000 So we're not going to do two episodes per week for the next month.

00:41:12.000 And then after this next month in January, we will resume to doing two episodes per week.

00:41:18.000 So I just wanted to let you all know that because I've received a lot of messages from you asking, oh, what's going on with the show?

00:41:24.000 Have you done the show?

00:41:25.000 We are doing the show.

00:41:26.000 We are just in the process of restructuring and also now that it's not an election year anymore.

00:41:33.000 Of course, my schedule is changing.

00:41:35.000 And so stay tuned for updates.

00:41:37.000 You can go to my website, lumered.com.

00:41:40.000 Every single day we post articles and news reports.

00:41:43.000 So be sure that you're subscribed there so that you can always get the news and see my up-to-date reports.

00:41:50.000 And again, be sure that you're following me on Twitter.

00:41:53.000 But don't despair.

00:41:54.000 Don't worry.

00:41:56.000 We are going to be resuming at...

00:41:59.000 Full speed in about a month.

00:42:01.000 These things just take a lot of time, especially since I'm an independent journalist.

00:42:05.000 And as an independent journalist, you have to seek out the funding to do these things yourself.

00:42:09.000 And so the entire operation here is completely grassroots and it's funded by you, the American people and my loyal supporters.

00:42:17.000 And so these things are very expensive, as you know.

00:42:20.000 But now that we've gotten that out of the way, I want to jump right into the Hunter Biden saga.

00:42:27.000 And of course, we all saw that Hunter Biden pardoned his son and we all saw it coming, whether it was a commutation of his sentence or just a full blown pardon.

00:42:36.000 And it happened and everybody's mad at Joe Biden and they're talking about how Joe Biden is carrying out a two tier justice system.

00:42:43.000 And yeah, I mean, it's rational for people to be upset with Joe Biden, right?

00:42:49.000 Here we have it on Loomer.com.

00:42:51.000 Hunter Biden pardoned by his father. 0.88

00:42:54.000 It's completely rational for people to be upset with Hunter Biden and to be upset with Joe Biden, and really this double standard that we've seen for years now in the Republican Party, or the Democrat Party and the Republican Party, where everybody says accountability is coming, you have the Republicans talking about how they're going to hold the Biden crime family accountable, raising money, having their stupid hearings, going on Fox News with their silly little talking points, and yet at the end of the day, the American people lose and, well... 0.90

00:43:23.000 The people who carried out this treasonous attack against President Trump, they're getting away with it.

00:43:28.000 And the people that got rich in Ukraine and...

00:43:32.000 You know, got rich off of shady business deals by abusing their power like the Biden crime family did.

00:43:37.000 Well, they're getting away with it because everybody wants to focus on the fact that, oh, well, Hunter Biden's getting off for gun offenses and we're conservatives and you have Republicans that are making these arguments that we should be in support of people and their Second Amendment rights.

00:43:51.000 And so who cares if you got a pardon?

00:43:52.000 But if you actually look at the scope of the pardon here, OK, it's a 10 year long pardon and it's really quite unprecedented.

00:43:59.000 It's generally when you get a pardon.

00:44:02.000 You are pardoned for a crime that you have committed.

00:44:04.000 And we know that Biden and his son have committed crimes.

00:44:08.000 But the crime that he had been charged with, right, is not necessarily all encapsulating of the crime that he has now been pardoned for.

00:44:16.000 And so what we have here is a president pardoning his son with a blanket pardon for all of his activities.

00:44:24.000 So any crime that he committed over these last 10 years.

00:44:28.000 So we were told that what the Biden family did in Ukraine with Burisma was not illegal, right?

00:44:33.000 We were constantly gaslit by the Democrats that said, oh, this is just Republicans trying to work against the Biden family.

00:44:42.000 It's all political in nature.

00:44:43.000 But if it was all political in nature and there was no crime, then why does Joe Biden find the need to pardon his son for things outside of the scope of the gun charges and the drug charges that he's facing?

00:44:55.000 Well, we know the answer.

00:44:56.000 And everybody knew that the Biden crime family was guilty and that they were engaged in unethical and illegal activity.

00:45:03.000 But what did the Republicans do?

00:45:05.000 And so I say, if you're going to get mad at anybody for the Hunter Biden part, and you should be mad at people like James Comer, and you should be mad at people like Jim Jordan and Marjorie Taylor Greene, and These Republicans that talked a big talk for years and pretended like they were going to hold the Biden crime family accountable.

00:45:22.000 How many times did these people lie and say, oh my God, we're going to impeach Joe Biden.

00:45:26.000 We're going to hold Hunter Biden accountable.

00:45:27.000 We're going to subpoena him.

00:45:29.000 And they took videos of themselves signing the subpoena.

00:45:31.000 I think we even have the video here of James Comer signing Hunter Biden subpoena.

00:45:35.000 Let's go ahead and play this clip.

00:45:36.000 Let's go ahead and play this clip.

00:46:06.000 Let's go ahead and play this clip.

00:46:18.000 I mean, how many times did we see the House Judiciary Committee tweeting, accountability is coming?

00:46:24.000 Yeah, we've heard that a million times, right?

00:46:26.000 They love tweeting that accountability is coming.

00:46:30.000 Right, they go on their little Twitter or they have their interns tweet out, accountability is coming, quick, you know, just tweet out, accountability is coming and the GOP base is going to eat it up and they're going to think that accountability is actually coming.

00:46:42.000 You have James Comer and Jim Jordan saying that the Biden family will be held accountable and yet what happened?

00:46:48.000 Well, what happened is that they never actually carried out the investigations that they said they were going to carry out and Joe Biden and Hunter Biden just got away with it.

00:46:56.000 Let's go ahead and play this clip from earlier this year of Hunter Biden supposedly being held accountable by James Comer and Jim Jordan.

00:47:05.000 That's all they like to do.

00:47:06.000 See, here we go.

00:47:07.000 Accountability is coming.

00:47:08.000 That's for Fauci, but it doesn't matter if it's Fauci or Biden or Hunter Biden or Kamala.

00:47:14.000 I mean, you name it.

00:47:16.000 Anybody who they say they're going to hold accountable, they just tweet out the same little tweezy phrase.

00:47:21.000 Accountability is coming.

00:47:22.000 Well, look, we haven't seen any accountability.

00:47:24.000 Nobody's in jail.

00:47:25.000 Nobody's in jail.

00:47:26.000 Nobody has been held accountable.

00:47:28.000 All we see are these strongly worded letters.

00:47:31.000 Here we go.

00:47:32.000 Accountability's here.

00:47:33.000 Comer uncovers pattern in Biden family business probe.

00:47:36.000 2024, February.

00:47:38.000 Accountability's here, you guys, but Biden just got away with it.

00:47:41.000 But don't worry because, you know, accountability's coming.

00:47:45.000 And, well, James Comer just wrote a book. 0.95

00:47:47.000 This is how much of a douchebag this guy is, okay? 0.95

00:47:51.000 And I'm just saying this, I know that there's a lot of Republicans that get mad and they say, Laura, Trump just won. 0.97

00:47:55.000 Come on, be positive, be positive.

00:47:57.000 No attacks.

00:47:58.000 But I just have to say it because, you know, what are we going to have in the Trump administration if Republicans are weak and they're not going to support Donald Trump?

00:48:06.000 Are we going to become, is he going to become a lame duck presidency if Democrats get control of the House again in 2026?

00:48:14.000 Okay, I want to be positive.

00:48:15.000 I really want to be positive.

00:48:17.000 But honestly, they're setting Donald Trump up for failure.

00:48:20.000 They're not even fighting to protect their majority.

00:48:22.000 We have such a slim majority right now in the House.

00:48:24.000 And of course, well, we took back the Senate.

00:48:26.000 We have the House, we have the Senate, we have the White House.

00:48:28.000 But this is the same thing we saw in 2018. And then, well, What happened in 2016, right?

00:48:33.000 We got the House, we got the Senate, we got the White House, and then 2018 they took control.

00:48:36.000 So I'm just very concerned.

00:48:39.000 I'm very concerned that we're not holding enough of these Republicans accountable and they're just getting used to getting away with it, right?

00:48:46.000 They get away with it because everybody votes for them and then they go to Mar-a-Lago and they take their selfies and, you know, they're with Trump and they get their little shout-outs at the rallies and yet they never actually hold anybody accountable.

00:49:00.000 And then if you call them out, you're attacked and you're called a divider and you're called divisive and they say that you're being confrontational, but...

00:49:09.000 Pull up James Comer's book.

00:49:10.000 You just have to see this.

00:49:11.000 This is a guy who couldn't even enforce his own investigations, his own subpoenas, okay?

00:49:17.000 And now he actually has a book.

00:49:19.000 Just type it in.

00:49:20.000 Something about Hunter Biden. 0.98

00:49:22.000 It's just so ridiculous. 1.00

00:49:23.000 It's such a slap in the face. 0.96

00:49:24.000 The fact that this guy wrote a book about Hunter Biden, James Comer book, I think it's, type it in, James Comer book, Biden family.

00:49:36.000 He wrote a book.

00:49:40.000 He wrote a book.

00:49:44.000 No, it's another book recently that he came out with.

00:49:50.000 No.

00:49:52.000 Here we go.

00:49:54.000 Scroll up.

00:49:55.000 There we go.

00:49:55.000 Scroll up.

00:49:57.000 Comer discusses book deal amid Biden probe.

00:50:00.000 So here he goes.

00:50:01.000 He gets a book deal to talk about his fake investigations, accountability's coming, gets a book deal to gaslight the American people and make them think that Biden is being held accountable and yet Biden just got off and so did his son.

00:50:15.000 And yet James Comer's laughing all the way to the bank because he just gets to gaslight all of you and he gets to lie and get away with his claims that the Bidens are being held accountable.

00:50:25.000 House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer is in discussions with at least one publisher about a book deal at the same time that he's leading the Biden impeachment probe Axios learned.

00:50:36.000 Comer's impeachment investigation of Biden is looking like a dud.

00:50:39.000 But Republicans insist they plan to keep pressuring Biden over family ties.

00:50:44.000 There's another book as well.

00:50:46.000 You'll see.

00:50:47.000 There's another book.

00:50:48.000 Let me pull it up right now.

00:50:49.000 Because I just saw this the other day.

00:50:53.000 And I just thought it was so disgusting, honestly.

00:50:56.000 I saw this book.

00:50:57.000 Here we go.

00:50:59.000 Called All the President's Money.

00:51:01.000 And he announced it.

00:51:03.000 It's coming out in January of 2025. So here we go.

00:51:07.000 All the President's Money.

00:51:09.000 James Comer.

00:51:10.000 There we go.

00:51:11.000 I have the tweet.

00:51:12.000 Let me send it to you.

00:51:12.000 We get this pulled up.

00:51:14.000 But I mean, how are you gonna say that you're holding Biden accountable and then actually go through with your book?

00:51:20.000 It's kind of embarrassing, don't you think?

00:51:22.000 I think it's embarrassing.

00:51:24.000 I mean, he's done nothing to hold them accountable, and yet he wants you to buy his book about how, oh, I held Biden and Hunter Biden accountable.

00:51:34.000 It's really shameless, you know, the activities that these members of Congress engage in.

00:51:38.000 Quite brazen, don't you think?

00:51:40.000 Investigating, go back to the title of that book.

00:51:43.000 Investigating the secret foreign schemes that made the Biden family rich.

00:51:47.000 Oh yeah, I investigated so well that they got away with it.

00:51:52.000 They got a pardon.

00:51:53.000 Wow, what an amazing investigation.

00:51:56.000 But buy my book!

00:51:57.000 Buy my book for your wife or your mother or your kid for Christmas.

00:52:01.000 It's a great stuffing stalker. 0.98

00:52:05.000 It's going to be a great stuffing stalker. 0.98

00:52:07.000 I want to get rich, just like the Bidens.

00:52:12.000 It's really shameless behavior.

00:52:14.000 I mean, what do you guys think about it in the chat before I play this clip? 0.99

00:52:17.000 It's a bit laughable, don't you think, to be hawking a book about accountability and holding the Bidens accountable, and then you didn't really do shit, did you? 0.97

00:52:27.000 I mean, it's really quite unbelievable. 0.98

00:52:29.000 It's a racket, honestly.

00:52:30.000 It's really sickening.

00:52:31.000 So I just, I don't see anybody going after the Republicans.

00:52:35.000 They're like, oh my God, Biden, how can he say that he's being a good father?

00:52:39.000 Okay, yeah, be mad at Biden all you want. 1.00

00:52:40.000 We all knew this shit was happening, okay? 1.00

00:52:42.000 We all knew that this was going to happen. 1.00

00:52:45.000 We all knew that a pardon was coming.

00:52:47.000 We all knew that it was going to be a commutation of the sentence or a pardon.

00:52:52.000 Pardon.

00:52:53.000 But why are people not mad at the Republicans?

00:52:55.000 If you're gonna be mad at anybody, you should be mad at the Republicans.

00:53:00.000 You should be pissed off with Comer and Jim Jordan and Marjorie.

00:53:04.000 Honestly, I said on Twitter the other day, I said, James Comer and Jim Jordan should resign from Congress.

00:53:10.000 They should consider making this their last term because their entire time has been defined by failed investigations, okay?

00:53:17.000 Benghazi, crossfire hurricane, the Biden crime family, okay?

00:53:22.000 Hillary's email scandal.

00:53:24.000 I mean, how many failed investigations are these guys going to be a part of before they just say, okay, you know, this is shameless behavior.

00:53:31.000 I think I have a problem and I need to stop lying to the American people.

00:53:36.000 How many more shameless investigations to nowhere are we going to tolerate?

00:53:41.000 How many more?

00:53:46.000 Really shameless behavior.

00:53:47.000 Let's go ahead and play this clip just so that, you know, it can really drive home the point, you know, in case you really haven't.

00:53:54.000 Really conceptualize just how much of a griff this really is.

00:54:00.000 Look at this four-minute clip I'm about to play for you of James Comer, Jim Jordan, House Republicans pretending like they just got Hunter Biden so good.

00:54:11.000 This is from a couple months ago.

00:54:13.000 And then... 0.92

00:54:15.000 We're going to go back to the book so that you can see how ridiculous it is. 0.70

00:54:19.000 And you'll see Marjorie Trader-Greens in the corner of this clip, too.

00:54:23.000 So as I said before, who are the worst offenders?

00:54:25.000 And look, I know that some people watching, you know, you may have mixed feelings about these people, but everything I'm saying is true.

00:54:32.000 How many times have they lied and said, accountability is coming.

00:54:35.000 We're going to impeach Joe Biden.

00:54:36.000 We're going to impeach Mayorkas. 1.00

00:54:37.000 Hunter Biden's going to go to jail.

00:54:40.000 Nobody's going to jail, you guys.

00:54:41.000 Nobody is going to go to jail.

00:54:43.000 I mean, look, you have Mark Zuckerberg now who is literally talking about having a position perhaps to influence tech policy after he helped steal the election.

00:54:52.000 So I don't really see anybody being held accountable.

00:54:55.000 My only hope for accountability is Kash Patel becoming FBI director because I do believe that he'll do it.

00:55:02.000 But you can't just depend on Trump for everything.

00:55:04.000 Like, obviously, you know, you have to have people in the DOJ and the FBI and Congress who actually have the balls to push for accountability.

00:55:12.000 We can't just expect Donald Trump to do everything.

00:55:14.000 And legally, Donald Trump can't do everything, right?

00:55:17.000 I mean, he's not the Justice Department.

00:55:18.000 Like, we actually have a separation of powers in this country for a reason.

00:55:23.000 So I'm just wondering, like, what is everybody hoping is going to happen?

00:55:26.000 That Elon Musk and Donald Trump are going to ride in on their matching horses?

00:55:30.000 You know, like...

00:55:31.000 Night in shining armor and save the day.

00:55:33.000 I mean, no, we need to have people in our DOJ and the FBI and we need to have people who are in Congress actually exercising oversight like they're supposed to do.

00:55:43.000 So, we just don't see it.

00:55:45.000 And I'm not going to get my hopes up.

00:55:47.000 I really honestly don't have any hope for it right now because the only way we're going to get it is if somebody like Kash Patel gets confirmed as FBI director and then maybe we'll see some justice.

00:55:58.000 Let's go ahead and play this clip.

00:56:00.000 The text messages that we've worked very hard on in this committee over the last eight or nine months.

00:56:07.000 We expect to depose the president's son and then we will be more than happy to have a public period with him.

00:56:14.000 With that, I'll turn it over to Chairman Jordan.

00:56:16.000 Well, I would just echo what the chairman said.

00:56:18.000 You know, we're disappointed that he didn't show up.

00:56:20.000 I mean, he was just across the way at the Capitol.

00:56:22.000 You'd think he could have come here and sat for questions.

00:56:24.000 If you do it in an open format now, you're going to get filibusters, you're going to get speeches, you're going to get all kinds of things.

00:56:31.000 What we want is the facts.

00:56:33.000 And the way you get the facts in every single investigation I've been involved in, Is you bring people in for an interview behind closed doors where you can get those facts.

00:56:42.000 And then, as the chairman said, we'd love for him to come public.

00:56:45.000 Finally, I would say this.

00:56:46.000 Mr. Biden's counsel and the White House have both argued that the reason he couldn't come for a deposition was because there wasn't a formal vote for an impeachment inquiry.

00:56:56.000 Well, that's going to happen in a few hours.

00:56:57.000 We think it's going to pass.

00:56:59.000 We think the House of Representatives will go on record with a power that solely resides in the House to say we are in an official impeachment inquiry phase of our oversight.

00:57:07.000 And when that happens, we'll see what their excuse is then.

00:57:10.000 They should have been here today, but once we take that vote, we expect him to come in for his interview, for his deposition.

00:57:17.000 And frankly, we'll also, I think, look at contempt proceedings as we move forward.

00:57:22.000 With that, we'll take your question.

00:57:23.000 Why not just call this bluff?

00:57:24.000 I mean...

00:57:25.000 He's here.

00:57:26.000 He's obviously not wanting to sit for a deposition.

00:57:28.000 This could be one chance to get to hear from him.

00:57:30.000 Why not just call his bluff and see if he's willing to sit?

00:57:32.000 Because there's a way you do investigations, there's a way you're not.

00:57:34.000 Everyone I've been involved with, from clear back to the IRS targeting conservatives, to Benghazi, to the impeachment people, everyone, you do it in a way where they come in for private.

00:57:45.000 This is what the Democrats did.

00:57:46.000 Don Jr. had to testify twice.

00:57:48.000 In a deposition setting, two different committees, but somehow that doesn't apply to the Biden family?

00:57:54.000 That's not how it works in our country.

00:57:55.000 It's supposed to be equal treatment, the same treatment under the law.

00:57:58.000 Mr. Biden said that his father had no involvement in his business dealings, period.

00:58:05.000 How do you respond?

00:58:06.000 That's not what Devin Archer said.

00:58:07.000 There was telephone calls, meetings, dinners, you name it.

00:58:10.000 We know what happened with Burisma in Ukraine in that December 4th through December 9th timeframe where Joe Biden goes and leverages conditions that the American tax money on the firing of the prosecutor who was looking in to the executives of the very company Hunter Biden was on the board of.

00:58:24.000 We know those facts.

00:58:25.000 Remember, Joe Biden said he never met with any of these people or talked to any of these people.

00:58:30.000 That was the narrative before we began this investigation.

00:58:33.000 Now we know he met with and talked to every single one of them.

00:58:36.000 So the president hasn't been honest about his associations with these people who have been wiring millions and millions of dollars to Hunter Biden and the Biden family.

00:58:46.000 Look, I think every American has a simple question.

00:58:48.000 What did the Bidens do to receive the tens of millions of dollars from our enemies around the world?

00:58:53.000 That's a simple question.

00:58:55.000 But, Jeremy Colmer, do you acknowledge that you haven't answered that question and that you found no evidence of wrongdoing or criminal conduct?

00:59:00.000 We found some very serious evidence that you look at- No, no, no, no.

00:59:06.000 The checks.

00:59:07.000 There's two checks to Joe Biden from his brother that the money to give Joe Biden was through influence peddling.

00:59:14.000 One was through the American- Those checks that you shared with all reporters for loan repayments that we- Where are the loan documents?

00:59:20.000 We showed you the loan documents.

00:59:23.000 You don't understand loan documents.

00:59:25.000 I do, okay?

00:59:26.000 If I wrote you, if you pay me back $240,000 for a loan repayment, I should have a check going to you for $240,000.

00:59:35.000 So you're accusing Joe Biden's attorneys of inventing...

00:59:37.000 The law firm that represented all the shell companies.

00:59:39.000 Of laundering money.

00:59:40.000 That represented all the shell companies.

00:59:41.000 You think those lawyers have laundering money?

00:59:43.000 What do you think?

00:59:44.000 You're defending them.

00:59:45.000 I mean, you're acting as an attorney.

00:59:46.000 That's just a very serious crime.

00:59:47.000 Are you positive that that money came from Joe Biden?

00:59:54.000 We have a lot of questions.

00:59:56.000 Next question.

00:59:59.000 There's a process you have to follow.

01:00:00.000 You have to file a report.

01:00:02.000 So we will begin looking at that.

01:00:04.000 Both the Lawyers for the Oversight Committee and the Lawyers for the Judiciary Committee will move in that direction.

01:00:08.000 But look, when Congress asks you to come, you're supposed to come and testify.

01:00:12.000 Last thing, we also found checks from one of Hunter Biden's shell companies that were going into an account for Joe Biden monthly.

01:00:21.000 They said that was a loan requirement.

01:00:23.000 Everything's a loan requirement.

01:00:24.000 Well, Hunter Biden will have an opportunity in deposition to come in and explain it.

01:00:28.000 But, Chairman, that was memorialized in emails that you guys leaked from Hunter Biden's laptop.

01:00:34.000 Thank you.

01:00:34.000 I would like to have asked Hunter Biden about man act violations, sex trafficking women across state lines.

01:00:41.000 Thank you.

01:00:41.000 That's my favorite part of the clip is Marjorie just being like, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah in the corner.

01:00:49.000 And then just James Comer, like elbowing her out of the way, like move, bitch, get out the way. 1.00

01:00:54.000 She's so stupid. 1.00

01:00:59.000 I'm sure you saw yesterday, we have that tweet of hers where she goes, oh well if Hunter Biden can be pardoned by Joe Biden then I think that Donald Trump should pardon all of us. 1.00

01:01:11.000 It's like, hey Marge, what are you admitting to?

01:01:14.000 Why would you need a pardon unless you committed a crime?

01:01:17.000 People that need pardons are people who have committed crimes or people who have been charged with crimes. 0.97

01:01:22.000 It was just the dumbest tweet ever I've ever seen in my life, but I'm glad that she's admitting she's a criminal. 0.96

01:01:28.000 So, maybe it was a Freudian slip. 1.00

01:01:30.000 The media covered it.

01:01:31.000 I know that there was an article in Daily Beast about it, and we got one of the other publications, too.

01:01:38.000 Maybe, like, The Independent.

01:01:40.000 Type it in.

01:01:42.000 But, I mean, it's just so tiring, dealing with low IQ members of Congress.

01:01:48.000 Oh, yeah, Donald Trump should pardon us.

01:01:50.000 Pardon you for what?

01:01:52.000 Are you a criminal?

01:01:53.000 Maybe she is. 0.99

01:01:55.000 Maybe she is. 0.93

01:01:59.000 That's not what's gonna show up.

01:02:00.000 You have to type in Laura Loomer and go to news.

01:02:05.000 It's just so tiring dealing with these members of Congress.

01:02:08.000 Here you go.

01:02:09.000 Let's pull it up.

01:02:11.000 Of course I have to use a photo of me yelling at a radical leftist outside.

01:02:16.000 That was in Fulton County, Georgia.

01:02:18.000 That was in Fulton County, Georgia outside of the courthouse when Marjorie said, don't show up.

01:02:24.000 Remember, she didn't want anyone to be there to support President Trump because she wanted it to look like nobody was there to support him.

01:02:29.000 Wow, what a winner.

01:02:31.000 Laura Loomer mocks Marjorie Taylor Greene over Trump pardon comments. 1.00

01:02:34.000 So you can scroll down and you can see the tweet for yourself just so you can see how stupid she is. 1.00

01:02:42.000 If Democrats are going to play the pardon game, then we should do the same thing. 1.00

01:02:45.000 Trump can just blanket pardon all of us, too.

01:02:47.000 Well, I'm not a criminal, so why would I need a pardon, Marjorie?

01:02:50.000 I don't know about you.

01:02:51.000 I don't know what kind of activities you're engaged in, but we're not all like you, engaging in insider trading in Congress, you know?

01:02:58.000 I don't know.

01:02:59.000 What kind of activities is she engaged in with Kevin McCarthy that she needs a pardon for? 1.00

01:03:04.000 I don't know.

01:03:05.000 Maybe we're going to find out someday.

01:03:07.000 Her stock trades are a little bit shady.

01:03:12.000 Right?

01:03:13.000 And started trading.

01:03:15.000 Why do you guys think she needs a pardon?

01:03:17.000 Put your thoughts and your comments in the chat.

01:03:21.000 I want to know.

01:03:22.000 I want to know what you guys think.

01:03:25.000 I want to know what you guys think.

01:03:26.000 Why does MTG, or as I like to call her, Marjorie Trader Green, why does she need a pardon? 1.00

01:03:35.000 It was just so funny.

01:03:38.000 I'm forgetting which clip it was.

01:03:40.000 Someone said, that was the best when you said, take my pillow and use it for your knees. 0.63

01:03:43.000 My pillow.

01:03:44.000 That's right.

01:03:49.000 Out of control.

01:03:51.000 These people are out of control. 1.00

01:03:54.000 But it just goes to show you, there's stupid people on the left and the right. 1.00

01:03:57.000 I mean, we have a lot of stupid people in the Republican Party. 1.00

01:04:01.000 Speaking of stupid people, here's a compilation of Karine Jean-Pierre, the lesbian Haitian immigrant DEI black press secretary. 1.00

01:04:11.000 What a shame. 1.00

01:04:12.000 We're not going to have a lesbian Haitian as our press secretary anymore, you guys. 1.00

01:04:17.000 Who's happy? 0.96

01:04:18.000 Who's happy?

01:04:19.000 Are you sad?

01:04:20.000 Are you happy?

01:04:21.000 What do you think?

01:04:22.000 You think we got an upgrade with Caroline Levitt? 0.90

01:04:23.000 I think so.

01:04:24.000 I think we have an upgrade.

01:04:25.000 I think we have a major upgrade going from a... 0.89

01:04:30.000 A Haitian lesbian to a blonde bombshell. 0.99

01:04:33.000 What do you guys think? 0.84

01:04:35.000 I'm not going to miss KGP so much.

01:04:37.000 But anyway, enjoy this compilation of KGP saying that Hunter Biden won't be pardoned.

01:04:43.000 I'm surprised she hasn't resigned in disgrace after lying to the American people.

01:04:46.000 Let's go ahead and play the clip.

01:04:50.000 Second one, would the president pardon or commute his son if he's convicted?

01:04:54.000 So I've answered this question before.

01:04:56.000 It was asked of me not too long ago, a couple of weeks ago, and I was very clear and I said no.

01:05:02.000 Let me go back to the first question of the briefing.

01:05:03.000 I know you said not a lot has changed since yesterday and that it's a personal matter, but from a presidential perspective, is there any possibility that the president would end up pardoning his son?

01:05:13.000 No.

01:05:14.000 You've also said several times that the president would not pardon or commute sentences for his son, Hunter.

01:05:20.000 I just want to make sure that that is not going to change over the next six months.

01:05:23.000 The president's saying he would not...

01:05:25.000 It's still a no.

01:05:26.000 It's still a no.

01:05:27.000 It will always be a no.

01:05:28.000 It's still a no.

01:05:29.000 It will be a no.

01:05:30.000 It is a no.

01:05:31.000 And I don't have anything else to add.

01:05:33.000 Will he pardon his son?

01:05:34.000 No.

01:05:38.000 Just for the sake of highlighting that hypocrisy and also letting it sink in, let's play it one last time. 0.98

01:05:45.000 We only have 47 more days with this woman, so we might as well spend this time remembering how much of a liar she is and how much she's lied to the American people. 1.00

01:05:54.000 Let's play this compilation one last time.

01:05:57.000 So I've answered this question before.

01:06:03.000 It was asked of me not too long ago, a couple of weeks ago, and I was very clear and I said no.

01:06:08.000 Let me go back to the first question of the briefing.

01:06:10.000 I know you said not a lot has changed since yesterday and that it's a personal matter, but from a presidential perspective, is there any possibility that the president would end up pardoning his son?

01:06:20.000 No.

01:06:21.000 You've also said several times that the president would not pardon or commute sentences for his son, Hunter.

01:06:27.000 I just want to make sure that that is not going to change over the next six months.

01:06:30.000 The president's saying he would not...

01:06:32.000 It's still a no.

01:06:33.000 It's still a no.

01:06:34.000 It will always be a no.

01:06:35.000 It's still a no.

01:06:36.000 It will be a no.

01:06:37.000 It is a no.

01:06:38.000 And I don't have anything else to add.

01:06:40.000 Will he pardon his son?

01:06:41.000 No.

01:06:44.000 The J6ers now obviously need a full pardon, as I discussed extensively in my monologue. 1.00

01:06:49.000 Let's go ahead and play this clip of President Trump on the campaign trail talking about the unfair treatment of the J6ers. 1.00

01:06:56.000 We know that President Trump has said that he plans on pardoning these J6ers, but of course, you know, now there's a debate of, oh, well, how many J6ers should be pardoned? 1.00

01:07:05.000 Is it just the violent ones or the non-violent ones?

01:07:08.000 Well, I mean, when they say they were violent, they say they were violent for walking inside the Capitol.

01:07:13.000 So what does it mean to actually be a violent J6-er? 1.00

01:07:16.000 Personally, I think that they all should just get pardons.

01:07:19.000 I think they all should get pardons.

01:07:21.000 I think that the prosecution and the persecution of every J6-er during every trial has been incredibly unfair. 1.00

01:07:27.000 And I just think that there should be a blanket pardon, no exceptions for the J6-ers. 1.00

01:07:32.000 Let's go ahead and play the clip.

01:07:35.000 The partisan and often corrupt intelligence agencies, the George Soros money machine that spends a lot of money on the prosecutors, by the way.

01:07:44.000 The Antifa thugs who are allowed to roam the streets while we have people that in many cases are great patriots, great, great patriots, sing prayers every night, playing our national anthem every day, and they're sitting In a jail nearby, rotting away, and being treated so unfairly like nobody's probably ever been treated in this country before, except maybe me.

01:08:15.000 And Marjorie, you've been so fantastic.

01:08:20.000 I had to cut that last part of the clip off because I just can't take it.

01:08:24.000 Maybe it's petty and maybe it's catty. 0.99

01:08:27.000 I don't really give a shit. 0.99

01:08:28.000 But I just don't want to hear it. 0.99

01:08:30.000 Cut! 1.00

01:08:31.000 Edit!

01:08:34.000 I just don't want to hear it.

01:08:37.000 Can't really blame me, can you?

01:08:49.000 And with President Trump's historic victory, I need to ask parents to please listen up.

01:08:54.000 Now that Donald Trump is finally heading back to the White House, he said he wants to teach our kids to love our country.

01:09:00.000 And the best place for them to start is to learn all about President Trump and his vision for America in his second term.

01:09:07.000 That's why Mike Huckabee's team, and congratulations to Mike Huckabee for being nominated as the ambassador to Israel, put together the Kids Guide to President Trump.

01:09:47.000 Again, that's kidstrumpguide.com.

01:09:53.000 The holidays are coming up.

01:09:55.000 It's free.

01:09:55.000 Sounds like a great gift, right?

01:09:57.000 That's amazing.

01:09:58.000 You can teach your kids and, you know, we want to combat all the woke indoctrination that's going on in the schools right now.

01:10:04.000 So what a great gift.

01:10:05.000 And like I said, it's free, courtesy of the great Mike Huckabee, who, of course, is a great friend of the show.

01:10:16.000 We have some other headlines.

01:10:17.000 I mean, the Hunter Biden saga has just really continued all week long, and it's kind of interesting how people have different perspectives over this.

01:10:25.000 But what's funny also is just watching the hypocrisy in the Democrat Party.

01:10:30.000 You have Jon Tester dodging questions about Hunter Biden.

01:10:33.000 Let's go ahead and play or show this clip, actually.

01:10:36.000 It's actually a tweet.

01:10:38.000 CNN said that they caught up with Jon Tester, and apparently he said, well, I don't really care because, well, I'm about to get the F out of here.

01:10:47.000 Senator Jon Tester living his best life does not care to answer questions about Joe Biden pardoning his son.

01:10:52.000 Quote, I'm about to get the F out of here.

01:10:54.000 Ask somebody else, he tells reporters with a wide smile.

01:10:58.000 So if you recall...

01:10:59.000 John Tester was one of the Senators that we have really extensively investigated and confronted here at Loomer Unleashed, and he ended up losing his election.

01:11:09.000 So we helped Tim Sheehy take back the Senate, and we did a lot of video confrontations of Senator John Tester, so congratulations to Tim Sheehy, the new United States Senator from the state of Montana.

01:11:27.000 Here you have the Hunter Biden New York Post cover.

01:11:35.000 Hunter gets away with it.

01:11:38.000 Two-tiered justice system.

01:11:40.000 And this was also a really funny tweet.

01:11:43.000 There's a guy by the name of Sean McGuire who claimed that Hunter Biden owes him and his family $300,000 in background.

01:11:50.000 And he said that Hunter tried offering to pay for it by artwork with his feces.

01:11:55.000 So this was actually reported in the Daily Mail.

01:11:59.000 Quite shocking, actually.

01:12:02.000 Hunter was our tenant in Venice.

01:12:04.000 Didn't pay rent for over a year.

01:12:05.000 Tried to pay with art made from his own feces. 0.98

01:12:08.000 Pretty disgusting. 0.98

01:12:10.000 He owes him $300,000 and he wanted to pay for it with his own feces. 0.99

01:12:14.000 That's really disgusting. 1.00

01:12:15.000 The guy is totally degenerate. 0.95

01:12:21.000 Moving on now, another thing occupying the media frenzy this week, and I'm sure that we're going to hear more of this, the confirmation hearings that are quickly approaching and President Trump's nominations.

01:12:32.000 And if you want my opinion on the picks that I think are going to have the hardest time getting confirmed, not because they're bad picks, but just because I think that the Democrats and some RINOs are going to actively work against them, I think it's going to be Kash Patel.

01:12:47.000 I think that we're going to see issues for...

01:12:50.000 Pete Hegseth, even though he's a great guy, Robert Kennedy, and Tulsi Gabbard.

01:12:55.000 Again, I'm not saying that these people should not be confirmed.

01:12:58.000 In fact, I think that they all should be confirmed.

01:13:01.000 But the issue is that you have deep state actors and you have obstructionists on both sides of the aisle who are working hard to try to sabotage these individuals from being confirmed and having their nominations confirmed in the Senate.

01:13:17.000 I think Cash Patel is fabulous.

01:13:18.000 In fact, if you're not too familiar with Cash, and hopefully all of you are, he's great.

01:13:24.000 Trump loyalist, great guy who really has his pulse on the base and just a complete patriot.

01:13:30.000 And when you talk about a reformer and reform at the FBI, I am so excited for Cash Patel.

01:13:37.000 I really hope that Cash Patel gets confirmed.

01:13:40.000 Let's go ahead and play some clips of Cash Patel.

01:13:42.000 Here's the first clip of him flaming Mark Zuckerberg on the Alec Lace Show.

01:13:48.000 Zuckerberg is a fraud pretending to care about American democracy and the election.

01:13:55.000 This guy spent $400 million last election cycle, and I don't care what he says, he is going to spend money somehow, someway in this election cycle.

01:14:04.000 And let's put that aside.

01:14:06.000 He owns one of the largest social media companies on earth in Facebook, Meta, and Instagram.

01:14:10.000 I didn't hear the CEO and owner Mark Zuckerberg come out and say, I guarantee you, my companies will not participate in censorship at the behest of the FBI or anyone else in the federal government, like we did in the last two elections, like we did with Hunter Biden's laptop, like we did with the 51 Intel letter.

01:14:27.000 He could have said that.

01:14:28.000 But he didn't because he wants it to happen.

01:14:31.000 And as a sort of proactive, preemptive move to say, well, I told you so.

01:14:37.000 He came out to the media and said, oh, you know, my bad.

01:14:40.000 I'm sorry.

01:14:41.000 But it doesn't matter to these guys because they're going to go past November 5th.

01:14:45.000 And if they get their way and Harris is awarded the victory, they're just going to be like nothing to see here.

01:14:51.000 And if Donald Trump wins, they'll come back and say, see, our company's tried to comply.

01:14:55.000 But it's BS. And Zuckerberg is the biggest fraud in big business.

01:15:04.000 So that's somebody that I want to see as the FBI director.

01:15:06.000 I mean, could you imagine?

01:15:08.000 Could you imagine? 1.00

01:15:09.000 Speaking of Mark Zuckerberg, if you missed it, he was at Mar-a-Lago the other day, the day before Thanksgiving, trying to kiss Donald Trump's ass. 0.99

01:15:16.000 And word is that he's actually looking for a position. 0.97

01:15:20.000 I, of course, spoke out about this extensively because, well, it's very disturbing, especially as somebody who's been banned and deplatformed by Mark Zuckerberg.

01:15:28.000 It's incredibly disturbing to know that Mark Zuckerberg, the man who funneled $450 million into drop boxes in 2020 in an effort to steal the election, a man who censored images of the Trump assassination attempt, Is now hanging out at Mar-a-Lago trying to get on President Trump's tech advisory board.

01:15:48.000 I find this to be very, very disturbing.

01:15:52.000 Very, very unsettling.

01:15:55.000 If I was a robot, I think that it would be making me short circuit just because it really honestly is just so deeply troubling.

01:16:05.000 I mean, look, just in July of 2024, Donald Trump slammed Facebook and Google for censoring the assassination photo of when he was almost assassinated in Butler, Pennsylvania.

01:16:16.000 So how did that guy manage to get wined and dined inside Mar-a-Lago?

01:16:22.000 Just very disturbing.

01:16:24.000 And so I'm very glad that Kash Patel, who could very well be Our next FBI director understands what a criminal Mark Zuckerberg is and is committed to holding him accountable.

01:16:36.000 I think that we definitely need accountability, especially for the big tech executives who have worked so hard to undermine the integrity of our elections and have worked so hard over the last several years to censor and silence Donald Trump and his biggest supporters.

01:16:53.000 Very, very disturbing.

01:16:56.000 Here's some more clips of Kash Patel.

01:16:58.000 If you recall, we had him as a guest on Loomer Unleashed earlier last year.

01:17:03.000 And let's play this clip of Kash on Loomer Unleashed talking about how President Trump is the only person who can crush the deep state. 0.98

01:17:11.000 I think that people are finally realizing that the Republican Party has nothing but, and I'll just say it, but a load of bullshit that they're selling the American people on a daily basis. 0.97

01:17:21.000 I mean, look what they just did today. 0.98

01:17:23.000 How many times do we need to talk about the danger of weaponized government?

01:17:26.000 You wrote an entire book about it.

01:17:28.000 I mean, I've read your book.

01:17:29.000 You gave me a signed copy, Government Gangsters, and it's all about You know, the threat of these FISA courts and the deep state, and yet Republicans have not learned their lesson.

01:17:40.000 We had a president get arrested, his home raided by the FBI, J6ers, Trump supporters, Trump administration officials targeted. 1.00

01:17:47.000 And it's like, you see today, these Republicans then voting on the National Defense Authorization Act without removing the expansion of I mean, what do you think about what just happened today?

01:18:11.000 Look, it reinforces my firm belief that the deep state can only be crushed by one individual, and that's Donald Trump.

01:18:17.000 And when he launched my book, Government Gangsters, and called it the blueprint for 2024, I was extremely humbled.

01:18:22.000 But he was my inspiration to write it.

01:18:24.000 He said, look, don't just write your story.

01:18:26.000 Tell us how to fix government.

01:18:28.000 And having this issue today, I mean, it couldn't be more perfect for government gangsters.

01:18:33.000 Having been the Chief of Staff at DOD, and like you and many other strong conservatives, I want our DOD fully funded.

01:18:39.000 I don't want our defense industrial complex to own Washington D.C. like they do currently.

01:18:44.000 That's another conversation.

01:18:45.000 But then we have the swamp monsters in D.C. in Congress, including Republicans, come in and say, oh, we're just going to jam this 702 FISA provision into the NDAA. And just, you know, for those of you that don't know, It has nothing to do with DOD. It has everything to do with law enforcement.

01:19:01.000 And what they want to do is say, oh, if you voted against the NDA, you voted against funding the Department of Defense.

01:19:07.000 And too many RINOs and Uniparty Republicans on the Hill fell for it because they're owned by the Defense Industrial Complex and other lobbyists out there.

01:19:16.000 But just to break down 702, this isn't complex.

01:19:19.000 Look, I was chief investigator for Russiagate.

01:19:21.000 Devin Nunes and I exposed the FBI corruption, and we outlined a plan five years ago for Congress to say, hey, when this expires in five years, here's how to fix it.

01:19:32.000 Here's 15 things you can do.

01:19:35.000 And they waited until the last second.

01:19:37.000 And what did we find out just last year?

01:19:39.000 Chris Wray at the FBI used FISA. Remember the F stands from FISA? Foreign.

01:19:46.000 Foreign intelligence.

01:19:47.000 Chris Wray used it 274,000 times illegally to surveil domestic Americans.

01:19:56.000 24,000 of which had an affiliation to January 6, 19,000 of which were donors to a congressional candidacy for the U.S. representatives.

01:20:06.000 I'll let you guess which Republican or Democratic Party they're a part of.

01:20:09.000 The point is, we could have walled all this off and we just rewarded Chris Wray and the government gangsters that broke the law with what they call a clean authorization that will allow them to rig future elections and unlawfully surveil us, America first Americans.

01:20:26.000 He's fabulous.

01:20:27.000 I love him.

01:20:28.000 I just think that he's so amazing.

01:20:30.000 So we're big fans of Kash Patel here over at Loomer Unleashed, and you need to call your senators and tell them that you want them to vote to confirm Kash Patel as our next FBI director.

01:20:44.000 We also, if you recall, Charles Downs and I, we questioned and confronted Robert Herr over the His interview with Joe Biden.

01:20:57.000 And Kash Patel is actually on the record criticizing Robert Herr.

01:21:01.000 And his predictions really prove to be true.

01:21:04.000 And I just want to I want to show you guys all of these clips and kind of go back on memory lane to remind you of some of these moments that Kash Patel has had just to show you how on the money he's been.

01:21:16.000 This is a guy who has served his country honorably.

01:21:19.000 He's a Trump loyalist, but he also gets it.

01:21:21.000 And not only is he extremely in tune with the MAGA base, but everything that he said, he has such a deep understanding of the way that the deep state operates, deep state actors work and all of their different tactics and all of the different ways that they try to, you know, subvert Donald Trump and undermine the will of the American people.

01:21:42.000 So I just wanna play some of these clips.

01:21:43.000 I find Cash to be extremely impressive and it just shows what a dynamic pick he is for FBI directors.

01:21:50.000 So we're just going to go ahead and play some clips.

01:21:53.000 Here's Cash Patel speaking to Steve Bannon on his show about Robert Hur.

01:22:01.000 And it would have been back in November, but the problem is we've seen the corrupt government gangsters go out there and cover up the corrupt activities, namely the likes of Rod Rosenstein, Chris Ray, and Merrick Garland.

01:22:11.000 So when these guys are responsible, remember, Rod Rosenstein appointed Mueller, Comey's best friend, to be special counsel.

01:22:18.000 And now you have a situation where Merrick Garland appoints her special counsel, H-U-R. Do you know who her is? 0.91

01:22:24.000 Rod Rosenstein's number one lawyer, when Rod Rosenstein was the attorney general in charge of the Russiagate investigation, where Devin Nunes and I sent him a dozen subpoenas, and Rosenstein and her blockaded the response to those subpoenas because they wanted to cover up the corruption at the FBI and DOJ.

01:22:41.000 They were in on it then, and they're in on it now, which is why I disagree with the appointment of this guy as special counsel.

01:22:46.000 And here's the most important thing I'm going to say tonight.

01:22:49.000 This guy, her, needs to be the first one subpoenaed by the new special select committee under Jim Jordan's authority on the weaponization of government.

01:22:59.000 And do you want to know why?

01:23:01.000 Because her, we have the receipts, Steve, and we're going to release them later, was sending communications to the Justice Department and Rod Rosenstein's crew arguing against the release of the Nunes memo, saying that it would bastardize and destroy the United States national security apparatus. 0.83

01:23:18.000 This guy is a swamp monster of the Tier 1 level. 0.90

01:23:22.000 He's a government gangster.

01:23:23.000 He's now in charge of the continued crime scene cover-up, which is why the first congressional subpoena that has to go out for the Weaponization of Government Subcommittee is against her.

01:23:33.000 He's been in on this since day one.

01:23:35.000 And let's not forget, Rod Rosenstein and he, her, are the two top lawyers at DOJ that subpoenaed my records in 2017 when I was the chief investigator for Devin Nunes on the House Intel Committee in Russiagate.

01:23:49.000 We only just found that out and broke that news on your show just a couple of weeks ago.

01:23:53.000 This guy, her, authorized that subpoena and advised Rod Rosenstein to do so.

01:23:58.000 What other people were they trying to get blackmail information on?

01:24:02.000 And just to jog your memory down memory lane, let's go ahead and play this clip of Bloomer Unleashed DC correspondent Charles Downs confronting Robert Herr outside of his meeting with members of Congress as it relates to his interview with Joe Biden.

01:24:23.000 Okay.

01:24:25.000 Okay.

01:24:52.000 Mr. Hurd, do you believe Joe Biden is mentally confident enough to be president of the United Would you report fair, sir?

01:25:00.000 Does Joe Biden have the mental capability necessary to serve as POTUS? Here's a clip of Kash Patel on Fox calling for the deep state to be subpoenaed.

01:25:15.000 Clip number 29....is our only hope.

01:25:20.000 They have to remind the world that the intelligence agencies and the law enforcement agencies work to them.

01:25:25.000 That's per our Constitution.

01:25:27.000 What they have to do is get not just the personal communications.

01:25:30.000 Look, I think it's great that Hunter Biden is going over there and testifying, but, Maria, you and I both know the American public need the documentation themselves.

01:25:37.000 We know that corrupt government actors are so conceited with ego that they will actually write down their malfeasance because they think they'll get away with it.

01:25:45.000 Just look at Russiagate.

01:25:46.000 And so what Congress has to do is go and subpoena the documents at Treasury, subpoena the documents in the intelligence community, at the FBI and DOJ. And I bet you that there's been an ongoing investigation that has allowed the government agencies to thwart Congress from even knowing about this.

01:26:02.000 I think they are misleading Congress and the American people, so they are using it as a blockade and a shield to prevent the disclosure of this information.

01:26:09.000 And the Republicans must pierce it.

01:26:13.000 Let's play clip number 22, Kash Patel on Fox calling out the FBI and the DOJ for knowing about Hunter Biden's laptop.

01:26:20.000 ...highlights everything that's gone wrong in this country with the judicial system and the two-tier system of justice.

01:26:25.000 In 2019, the FBI and DOJ knew the laptop was real and possessed it, as testified to by the FBI agent in the courtroom.

01:26:33.000 So the question is, why didn't Bill Barr as the Attorney General back then, before the election, admit to the American public that that was the case?

01:26:41.000 Why did he allow 51 intel officials to lie to the world about the contents and Depths of Hunter Biden's laptop.

01:26:48.000 And then why did the censorship regime at Twitter, Facebook, and elsewhere shut down the New York Post and call their factually accurate reporting?

01:26:56.000 I find it ironic that Merrick Garland, the Attorney General for Joe Biden, was forced to admit what we've known all along in court just last week.

01:27:04.000 Hunter Biden's laptop is real.

01:27:05.000 And as Pam said, the evidence is damning.

01:27:08.000 And now he's putting on the defense that he's blaming his dead brother's wife that he later bedded.

01:27:14.000 You can put as much lipstick as you want on this crack pipe, but it's always going to belong to Hunter Biden.

01:27:18.000 As a guy who is a federal prosecutor at the National Security Division at the Department of Justice, those jobs are prestigious.

01:27:23.000 It's an honor to serve him.

01:27:25.000 When you are the number three DOJ official, you don't go downstream to the district attorney's office in New York for the most political case in U.S. history, and the attorney general doesn't know about it.

01:27:34.000 I think Congress needs to subpoena Merrick Garland.

01:27:39.000 Along with having extensive knowledge about the deep state, Kash Patel also has extensive knowledge and experience working in counterterrorism.

01:27:47.000 And so, just to show you how dynamic he is, here he is on Fox News calling out the Biden administration, the Biden regime, for giving money to Iran when their Iranian proxies murdered three American soldiers.

01:27:59.000 Go ahead and play clip number 21. Look, you're absolutely right.

01:28:02.000 And tragically, it shouldn't be a surprise.

01:28:04.000 Remember, Obama and Biden are the ones that gave us the JCPOA. They're the ones that gave Iran a pathway to a nuclear weapon.

01:28:12.000 They're the ones that said, we'll trust Iran when they say their nuclear weapons-grade material isn't for nuclear bombs. 0.97

01:28:17.000 Now they've gotten $6 billion from Joe Biden to go buy material from China and Iran.

01:28:22.000 And remember what Donald Trump did.

01:28:23.000 It was a multifaceted approach.

01:28:25.000 Not just enforce military operations to the maximum and allow kinetic offensive operations to take out terrorists, but also prioritize intelligence to collect against these targets.

01:28:36.000 Not prioritize intelligence for diversity, equity, inclusion, and white rage.

01:28:40.000 And when you talk about oil, it brings up the third key piece to this sanctions node.

01:28:45.000 We suffocated under the Trump administration the ability of them to trade oil.

01:28:49.000 And like you just highlighted, the CCP, another adversary of ours, is aligned with Iran, selling them weapons and munitions, and now buying the most oil from Iran through criminal schemes around the world that they have ever done in their history.

01:29:03.000 They got money, they got weapons, and they are ahead of us in terms of kinetic offensive operations because they are dictating to America for the first time in the world.

01:29:12.000 And that all falls on Joe Biden.

01:29:17.000 And here we have Kash Patel on Steve Bannon's show talking about the Democrats' amnesty bill, which they falsely said was a border security bill.

01:29:27.000 And so what I really like about Kash Patel is he's not just a partisan hack, right?

01:29:33.000 This isn't the guy who is just going to do the bidding of really any political party.

01:29:37.000 And we're not really supposed to have an FBI director that is hyper-partisan.

01:29:40.000 Yes, he's a Trump loyalist, but he's not going to be vindictive or, you know, completely unethical towards Democrats the way we saw the Biden regime and the Biden FBI completely weaponized against Donald Trump and his supporters.

01:29:54.000 But Cash Patel is willing to call out rhinos and Democrats for deceiving the American people.

01:30:01.000 And if you recall, not too long ago, several months ago, they had their border security bill and then they said, oh, well, Donald Trump killed the bill.

01:30:09.000 You know, Donald Trump killed the bill.

01:30:10.000 No, Donald Trump didn't kill the bill.

01:30:12.000 Donald Trump was wise enough to know that this was just an amnesty bill, which was falsely labeled as a border security bill.

01:30:19.000 So he's very analytical.

01:30:20.000 He's not a yes man.

01:30:22.000 He thinks for himself.

01:30:23.000 He's not afraid to be controversial.

01:30:24.000 He's not afraid to push back.

01:30:26.000 And he really has an extensive knowledge and understanding of the worst actors within the swamp and the deep state.

01:30:32.000 So I think he's going to be pivotal to making America great again and making America safe again.

01:30:38.000 And also, given his extensive background with national security and the Department of Defense and counterterrorism, I think that we could also potentially see Tom Homan, who has now, of course, been appointed border czar by Donald Trump, Work hand in hand with Kash Patel to perhaps, you know, share counterterrorism information for the sake of securing our border.

01:31:03.000 And well, what did we see this last four years?

01:31:06.000 We saw that tons of Islamic terrorists and jihadis were allowed to come into our country thanks to a lack of coordination between Border Patrol, ICE, the FBI. And yeah, tons of people that are on the terror watch list just walk right into the United States of America.

01:31:23.000 Let's go ahead and play clip number 20. One day, President Trump hammering us, the war room, saying that the border's a national security issue and we had to immediately get on top of this bill and pass it and not wait for President Trump to return.

01:31:38.000 You're one of President Trump's senior national security advisors.

01:31:43.000 Did this bill, as constructed, support her point that it would close down the border and make everything great from a national security perspective, given what you know about what's happening at the southern border?

01:31:56.000 No.

01:31:57.000 You need a commander-in-chief to go and secure the southern border.

01:32:01.000 Joe Biden has refused to do that.

01:32:03.000 He doesn't need a bill that's 350 pages long that gives more money to Ukraine than it does our Marine Corps and United States military officers.

01:32:10.000 This is a farce that only Nikki Haley, who is owned by the Defense Industrial Complex, had this bill passed, her companies would have been flush with hundreds of billions of dollars in subsequent financing from Congress to print money for war and the only person that can fix the southern border is the president of the United States and Joe Biden simply refuses to do so and has rescinded at least nine Donald Trump era policies,

01:32:37.000 executive policies that he could use immediately to secure the border because he wants the media to carry his headline that somehow this And of course he's been called a conspiracy theorist for trying to uncover corruption or for trying to uncover things that have been hidden from the American people like the JFK assassination files.

01:32:58.000 So here he is talking about those files.

01:33:01.000 Clip number 18. I never believed that the CIA killed Kennedy.

01:33:07.000 No.

01:33:08.000 You're talking to a guy that's read the entire JFK file.

01:33:11.000 You've seen all the secret stuff?

01:33:13.000 I've seen all of that, and I've seen the seven pages of the 9-11 report.

01:33:17.000 I've seen it all.

01:33:21.000 You don't say that to people that you can't tell what you saw.

01:33:27.000 He's so great.

01:33:28.000 I just think he's so amazing.

01:33:30.000 I really am hoping and praying that he's able to get confirmed because, oh boy, he is going to bring the fire to Washington, D.C. I think that Cash Patel is probably the most important nomination thus far.

01:33:45.000 I mean, in terms of those that need to be confirmed.

01:33:47.000 Obviously, Tom Homan is the number one most important nomination.

01:33:50.000 But Tom Homan doesn't need to be confirmed.

01:33:51.000 I mean, the title of border czar is not, you know, one of those positions that needs to be confirmed.

01:33:57.000 I think that he's incredible.

01:33:59.000 And so I think after Tom Homan, because obviously mass deportations is the most important thing, so Tom Homan is the most important person, in my opinion, in the Trump administration thus far, right after that is Kash Patel.

01:34:12.000 And so in terms of confirmable positions, Kash Patel's position is the most important.

01:34:20.000 Here we have a lot of people are wondering whether or not, you know, we're going to see some of these more rhino Mitch McConnell type senators confirm or support Kash Patel.

01:34:35.000 And to everybody's surprise, John Cornyn, who everybody thought was going to be the Senate GOP leader, ran for Senate GOP leader.

01:34:43.000 Bit of a rhino.

01:34:46.000 He actually put a tweet out the other day expressing support or consideration for his support for Kash Patel's FBI Director.

01:34:56.000 He at least acknowledges the fact that there have been abuses of the FBI under James Comey.

01:35:01.000 And it was laughable, you know, it was laughable seeing the Democrats the other day say, oh, you know, well, the FBI shouldn't be weaponized and, you know, it's not supposed to be partisan.

01:35:11.000 And yet you have these photos of James Comey wearing a Biden-Harris shirt and holding a Biden-Harris mug and a resistance mug.

01:35:20.000 And it's just so laughable.

01:35:24.000 Another one of President Trump's nominations that is under attack, Pete Hegseth.

01:35:29.000 Pete Hegseth is a great guy.

01:35:30.000 He's a friend of mine.

01:35:32.000 And you probably saw in the news that there have been a lot of allegations against him.

01:35:36.000 You know, he went through a rough divorce and, you know, emotions are high. 0.64

01:35:41.000 Obviously, when somebody gets divorced, he was accused of being a predator, somebody like a sexual abuser, a drunk.

01:35:49.000 They are just so determined.

01:35:50.000 You know, the media is so determined to attack and smear every masculine man who is appointed by President Trump. 1.00

01:35:58.000 And so this morning, actually, Pete Hegseth's mom went on Fox News and had quite an emotional interview in which she called her son a patriot and actually said that she takes back what she said in an email.

01:36:11.000 that somehow got leaked to the New York Times.

01:36:14.000 Really, it was just quite an amazing interview this morning.

01:36:16.000 If you didn't get to see it, I highly recommend it.

01:36:19.000 But she was defending her son and talking about how she is calling senators to tell them that they should be confirming her son.

01:36:26.000 So let's go ahead and play clip number 27. What's one thing about Pete people don't realize?

01:36:31.000 That he's got a big heart.

01:36:34.000 That he's very smart.

01:36:36.000 He is the most faithful patriot of this country.

01:36:42.000 He loves his country.

01:36:45.000 Loves his country.

01:36:46.000 He's fought and almost died for his country.

01:36:49.000 He's a good dad.

01:36:52.000 He's an amazing son and father.

01:36:54.000 and that's the Pete I want people to know.

01:36:58.000 Here though, we've seen that Fox News in the last week, it looks like they've been conspiring against Pete Hegseth Let's go ahead and check out this tweet.

01:37:10.000 They've been having people on to talk about Pete Hegseth, and it just makes you wonder, like, why on earth would Fox News have people on?

01:37:18.000 Here we go.

01:37:19.000 Pete Hegseth drinking worried colleagues at Fox News sources tell NBC News.

01:37:23.000 So who's leaking?

01:37:24.000 Who at Fox News is leaking to enemy media to try to torpedo Pete Hegseth?

01:37:28.000 Pete Hegseth, one of the hosts of Fox and Friends, right?

01:37:31.000 It's just really shady behavior.

01:37:33.000 So, shame on the fake news media.

01:37:36.000 We gotta stand with Pete Hegseth.

01:37:37.000 There were all these rumors today about how, oh, Trump's gonna replace Pete Hegseth with Ron DeSantis.

01:37:43.000 Ugh, God.

01:37:44.000 Not true.

01:37:45.000 Fake news.

01:37:46.000 There was a story out today in a statement President Trump criticizing actually the Wall Street Journal for their article which they were floating this wild idea and then President Trump's campaign issued another statement in support of Pete Hegseth and they actually put out the interview themselves with his mother.

01:38:01.000 So President Trump is standing by his nominee, Pete Hegseth, which is great because Pete's an amazing man and he deserves the position and he's going to be a great Secretary of Defense.

01:38:10.000 So, look, if Lloyd Austin, who just went absent and didn't even tell anybody that, you know, he was having an emergency operation while we were on the brink of having war with Iran, could be Secretary of Defense?

01:38:24.000 Just because he's black?

01:38:25.000 Then why can't Pete Hegseth be Secretary of Defense, right?

01:38:28.000 So, I don't know.

01:38:29.000 The Democrats have all these weird standards.

01:38:32.000 And look, Joni Ernst, she confirmed Lloyd Austin.

01:38:36.000 So, I know in the news today there was a lot of talk about whether or not Joni Ernst was going to vote to confirm Pete Hegseth.

01:38:43.000 But if Joni Ernst can vote to confirm Lloyd Austin, why can't she vote to confirm Pete Hegseth, right?

01:38:49.000 I mean, clearly Pete Hegseth is just as qualified, if not more qualified.

01:38:53.000 Here you go, President Trump's post.

01:38:57.000 The Wall Street Journal is becoming more and more obnoxious and unreadable.

01:39:01.000 Today's main headline is out.

01:39:02.000 Trump's DEA pick pulls out and lead a setback.

01:39:06.000 With all that's happening in the world, this is their number one story of the day.

01:39:10.000 Besides, he didn't pull out.

01:39:12.000 I pulled him out because I didn't like what he said to my pastors and other supporters.

01:39:16.000 But more importantly, what's my latest setback?

01:39:19.000 I just won the presidency of the United States.

01:39:21.000 They haven't written a good story about me in years.

01:39:24.000 Somebody over there ought to look at what they're doing. 1.00

01:39:28.000 The only one worse than them is stupid China-centric Forbes magazine. 0.96

01:39:32.000 So, you know, President Trump calling out the fake news media, standing by his nominee, Pete Hegseth, and calling out this fake story that this guy that he had nominated for DEA withdrew. 0.99

01:39:45.000 Well, President Trump was the one who asked him to withdraw.

01:42:14.000 Let's go to the chat.

01:42:15.000 Thank you, Laura, for your donation and kindness to dogs in need.

01:42:25.000 Absolutely.

01:42:26.000 When I was just in Belize, actually, for vacation, celebrating Thanksgiving, I actually encountered a dog shelter there and so there's this man who is so sweet his name is Kenny and he has this dog shelter in Kay Cocker and I was able to actually help save his animals because he was completely out of food and so here you have incredible poverty and this man fixes bicycles and uses half the

01:42:56.000 money that he makes from fixing bicycles he lives in a little shack To take care of animals.

01:43:03.000 And so I thought it was really beautiful.

01:43:04.000 And he had told me he was out of food.

01:43:06.000 And so I went to the local store and bought $400 worth of food.

01:43:09.000 And I was able to give him a month's worth of supply of food for the dogs and the cats there.

01:43:16.000 About 50 animals.

01:43:17.000 I think we have, let's pull that up, Kenny.

01:43:20.000 Type in Kenny Belize in the keyword search there.

01:43:25.000 But I love animals so much.

01:43:27.000 There's my bow that I rescued.

01:43:29.000 You can probably hear my dogs barking in the background right now.

01:43:32.000 But animal rescue is very near and dear to my heart.

01:43:36.000 So here's some of the photos there.

01:43:39.000 That's the animal shelter.

01:43:41.000 Kind of, you know, just out there in the middle of nowhere.

01:43:45.000 On the island, right?

01:43:46.000 You wouldn't think that they would actually have an animal shelter there.

01:43:51.000 There's the local grocery store in Kay Cocker.

01:43:55.000 There's me hugging Kenny.

01:44:02.000 And there's the animal shelter.

01:44:07.000 Haycock or animal shelter.

01:44:11.000 Go to the chat, take a few questions.

01:44:17.000 Somebody said they feed feral cats.

01:44:20.000 Yeah, well it's always important to take care of animals.

01:44:22.000 You know I love animals very much.

01:44:24.000 Again, we are live right now on rumblerumble.com slash Laura Loomer and on X.
