00:23:51.000 I'll highlight the most significance of these executive orders.

00:23:54.000 While there's much to celebrate if you're a MAGA patriot or a staunch conservative, we must remain vigilant.

00:24:00.000 These victories are just the beginning, and there are troubling developments lurking in the shadows.

00:24:05.000 Let's start with the most pivotal orders released so far.

00:24:09.000 Immigration policy.

00:24:10.000 President Trump wasted no time addressing the crisis at the southern border.

00:24:14.000 Declaring a state of emergency moments after his inauguration, he has reinstated the Remain in Mexico policy requiring anyone seeking residency to await approval outside the United States.

00:24:25.000 He also directed contractors to resume construction of the border wall, a cornerstone of his first administration.

00:24:32.000 To bolster border security, Trump deployed the National Guard, the Coast Guard, and active duty military units to the southern border.

00:24:39.000 Additionally, this order pays the way for ICE to conduct large-scale raids and deportations across the country.

00:24:46.000 And just hours ago, it was announced that these raids have started to begin in Los Angeles, California, where President Trump was just speaking yesterday, reading the Riot Act to Democrat politicians about their failed policies and the wildfires that are ravaging the state of California.

00:25:03.000 This decisive immigration action was long overdue, and the American people overwhelmingly support it.

00:25:10.000 Polls consistently show that the majority of citizens want all illegal immigrants deported, and they also want massive reform to so-called legal immigration.

00:25:21.000 President Trump's swift action demonstrates his commitment to delivering on his campaign promises.

00:25:26.000 Ending birthright citizenship?

00:25:27.000 Well, that's another groundbreaking order that targets the controversial practice of Birthright citizenship.

00:25:33.000 Last week, while previewing what the first week of his administration would look like, I mentioned that the United States is one of the few nations in the world that has such a policy.

00:25:43.000 It is antiquated, dating all the way back to the Reconstruction as a means to force the South to treat Blacks as citizens.

00:25:51.000 Now, in 2025, it is used for the practice of birth tourism.

00:25:55.000 There are literally thousands of pregnant women each year who pay big bucks to get to America. 1.00

00:26:00.000 These are immigrants, of course, just to give birth to their child. 0.99

00:26:04.000 Again, under the current reading of the 14th Amendment, anyone born here, regardless of who their parents are, immediately becomes citizens.

00:26:13.000 As expected, the ACLU and a handful of states have already sued over this change.

00:26:19.000 Another policy key point that has been the discussion of executive orders is, of course, the much anticipated January 6 pardons.

00:26:29.000 Among the most critical and controversial orders signed on Monday was one that officially pardoned and commuted the sentences of all of the January 6 prisoners.

00:26:38.000 For the past four years, hundreds of American patriots have been political prisoners in their own nation.

00:26:43.000 During this time, they were subjected to incessant government investigation.

00:26:48.000 Harsh sentences, FBI raids, and mistreatments by D.C. prison guards.

00:26:52.000 The Biden administration was effectively operating a gulag in our nation's capital.

00:26:58.000 For the past several weeks, it was unclear just how many of the J6ers would be freed, if any at all. 1.00

00:27:04.000 Fortunately, though, President Trump delivered beyond what anyone expected on this.

00:27:08.000 Perhaps Joe Biden's unprecedented preemptive pardons of his family members and government goons like Anthony Fauci gave President Trump the room to politically maneuver on this.

00:27:17.000 And while we'll hear whining and moaning from rhinos and the Democrats over freeing the protesters, then how are they going to complain about freeing protesters when Joe Biden gave a blanket pardon to his entire family?

00:27:30.000 It was absolutely the right thing for President Trump to do.

00:27:35.000 These people, these prisoners, these hostages, they have had their lives destroyed by the Biden regime.

00:27:42.000 They were the victims of a political witch hunt, much in the same way that Trump has been.

00:27:47.000 Ending DEI and gender theory initiatives.

00:27:50.000 Well, this is one of the most transformative orders directed that directed federal agencies to eliminate all diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, gender theory, and affirmative action programs effective immediately.

00:28:04.000 Over the past two decades, these policies have undermined core American values promoting division instead of unity.

00:28:10.000 This began in earnest during the Obama years, slowed under Trump's first term, and it returned full strength under the Biden regime.

00:28:17.000 Now, it would seem that Trump is adamant about ridding it out permanently.

00:28:22.000 DEI rests on the idea that if something is too white or masculine, it is inherently bad.

00:28:27.000 Anytime the leftist uses the term diversity, what they really mean is non-white.

00:28:32.000 Not only is any such policy racist towards whites, but it flies against the idea of a meritocracy that America has functioned on for a century.

00:28:41.000 Even more insidious is the spread of gender theory ideology, which claims that gender is a fluid spectrum.

00:28:47.000 This radical agenda has led to the normalization of extreme measures, including irreversible gender reassignment surgeries for children.

00:28:55.000 Such policies, often forced upon the public by the Obama and Biden administrations, have infiltrated nearly every corner of government, from the State Department to the military.

00:29:04.000 Trump's decisive action to dismantle these programs is a long-overdue correction.

00:29:08.000 These are only a handful of 200-some executive orders signed in the past 100 hours.

00:29:13.000 Any conservative should be absolutely ecstatic about what they are seeing.

00:29:17.000 President Trump has already delivered on many of his key campaign promises and it appears his second administration has already found its footing.

00:29:24.000 These orders and the personnel enforcing them appear serious, which was sometimes lacking during his first administration.

00:29:32.000 If Trump can't maintain a focused, loyal staff around him, then he will transform this nation for the better.

00:29:38.000 But there is cause for concern.

00:29:39.000 There is a specter now haunting 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

00:29:43.000 Its presence can be felt behind many of these executive orders and staffing of many of the agencies and in the advice that is being given to President Trump.

00:29:52.000 I'm, of course, talking about the new so-called tech right click that has manifested itself, unfortunately, over the past few months.

00:29:59.000 Now, Elon Musk is perhaps the most prominent face of this.

00:30:03.000 On one hand, his support was instrumental in getting Trump elected.

00:30:07.000 And we're grateful for the fact that he wrote a check for over $270 million.

00:30:12.000 However, on the other hand, he advocates for, I guess you could say, mass legal immigration through abusing the H-1B visa system, even though he's reluctant to admit that the system is abused, and he's also banning people from X who disagree with him.

00:30:29.000 I still remain completely demonetized and completely throttled with my reach being impacted over 70%, and it is now officially one month since I have been censored and demonetized by X. Furthermore, nobody from X has replied.

00:30:44.000 I have personally emailed the CEO of X, Linda Yaccarino, and I have contacted support and verified, and I have reached out to all X employees that I know of on X, and I have not received a single answer or any assistance whatsoever from the premium account regarding this issue that is impacting my account.

00:31:04.000 But Elon Musk isn't the only technocrat in the White House.

00:31:07.000 There are, of course, other characters in this clique as well.

00:31:10.000 Take Larry Ellison, the billionaire owner of Oracle, who's also a very good friend of Elon Musk.

00:31:16.000 Oracle is a tech company, and Larry Ellison, who's another tech billionaire, has carefully embedded himself near the president.

00:31:24.000 Now, given the fact that Larry Ellison is one of Elon Musk's closest friends, he's also going to be a leading member of President Trump's new $500 billion AI collaboration project, Dub Stargate.

00:31:36.000 Ellison has previously advocated for using AI to create a mass surveillance state that would make China's President Xi or Foucault both blush.

00:31:45.000 The influence of this big tech rebrand would not be so concerning had they always been MAGA supporters.

00:31:50.000 However, that is not the case.

00:31:52.000 The vast majority of these tech billionaires, including Elon Musk, only hitched their wagons to the Trump train a few months ago.

00:31:59.000 None of these people supported Trump when he ran in 2016 when he was president or in the wake of the 2020 stolen election.

00:32:06.000 They are here now, though, because, well, let's be honest, it's financially and also politically expedient.

00:32:12.000 They cannot and should not fully be trusted.

00:32:15.000 I'm not saying that Elon Musk is a terrible person who hasn't done anything for President Trump, but you can't go around saying that you're the savior of free speech and that X is going to be the everything app when you're literally demonetizing people who are going to be working alongside the administration to help implement President Trump's agenda.

00:32:34.000 This is state-sanctioned censorship and it has to stop.

00:32:39.000 Aside from the technocratic infiltration of the Trump administration and the mass censorship by President Trump's own political appointee, I think it's safe to say that the second administration is off to a fantastic start.

00:32:51.000 The real test is going to come in the next few weeks as the left begins to push back against many of the executive orders and plans that Trump has put into movement.

00:33:00.000 Will this administration be able to overcome the hurdles that caused the first administration to stumble?

00:33:05.000 Will Trump be able to truly bring About mass deportations?

00:33:09.000 Will he be able to end the conflict in Russia and Ukraine and bring lasting peace to the Middle East?

00:42:20.000 And we have an extraordinary team of people who are overseeing hands-on keyboards, monitoring all day every day to make sure that that 99.99% of impressions remain at that number.

00:42:45.000 We want to make it a healthy debate and discourse.

00:42:48.000 But free expression at its core will really, really only survive when someone you don't agree with says something you don't agree with.

00:43:00.000 And what a great place we would live in if we were able to return to a healthy, constructive discourse amongst people that we don't agree with.

00:43:47.000 My subscribers have emailed X. I know for a fact that Elon Musk is aware of this.

00:44:08.000 I also know for a fact that Linda Yaccarino is aware of this.

00:44:12.000 And so it really kind of begs the question, you know, why is X doing this?

00:44:16.000 They know that I'm an ally to President Trump.

00:44:19.000 The question that needs to be asked is, what is lawful and awful?

00:44:22.000 I mean, they allow for Hamas to have a presence online.

00:44:26.000 I see countless accounts that are pro-Hamas, that are pro-Hezbollah.

00:44:30.000 They allow for people to incite violence against President Trump.

00:44:33.000 I've seen accounts that received millions of views and likes and comments on posts after they celebrated the cyber truck being blown up outside of Trump Tower.

00:44:43.000 I've seen people celebrate the death of conservatives and they get verified accounts.

00:44:49.000 I've seen people deny the atrocities of October 7th and they're able to monetize their account.

00:44:55.000 I've seen people call for political violence.

00:44:58.000 They're able to monetize their account and they're not restricted.

00:45:00.000 So I don't really understand what Linda Yaccarina or even Elon Musk himself are talking about with this whole lawful but awful policy.

00:45:08.000 And it appears that that's what is being said.

00:45:11.000 ...being done to my account, what it's being subjected to, because they're saying that it makes it very hard.

00:45:17.000 Like, they're going to say, you have freedom of speech.

00:45:19.000 Yeah, freedom of speech, except we're going to hide 90% of what you say and make it really hard for people to see your content.

00:45:26.000 So I want to understand, like, how is what I'm doing lawful or awful?

00:45:32.000 She's at the Starlight Ball, you know, taking selfies with all the Trump people, acting like she's such a Trump supporter.

00:45:38.000 And, you know, Elon's at the inauguration, too.

00:45:41.000 Everybody's at the inauguration, and yet they're silencing somebody who helped expose the lawfare against President Trump.

00:45:46.000 Nobody would know how deep the lawfare went against President Trump if it wasn't for me and my investigations.

00:45:52.000 The president was so grateful to me and my reporting.

00:45:55.000 He invited me to the debate as his special guest.

00:45:57.000 He's given me shout-outs at multiple events.

00:46:00.000 So I don't understand how they can act like they're such advocates of the president and how they're such big supporters of President Trump and free speech when they're silencing somebody who was working alongside him.

00:46:11.000 They're literally silencing somebody who works alongside Trump administration officials.

00:46:16.000 And so I have reached out.

00:46:18.000 I don't understand what else I can do.

00:46:27.000 There's something very off-putting about a platform, a multi-billion dollar platform, trying to destroy the livelihood of a citizen journalist while they're branding themselves as the so-called everything app.

00:46:41.000 I'm a multimillionaire.

00:46:42.000 People have delusions of how much money I have, and I'm not a multimillionaire.

00:46:47.000 I'm not extremely wealthy.

00:46:49.000 I happen to be very good at what I do, and I've been recognized by very powerful and wealthy people, and I have wealthy friends and know a lot of people, but I myself am not wealthy.

00:47:01.000 I do independent journalism.

00:47:02.000 It's very hard to raise money to do this type of work.

00:47:06.000 It's a very saturated industry, and I rely on the small grassroots.

00:47:10.000 So that we can have a D.C. correspondent to be holding people accountable during the confirmation hearings.

00:47:26.000 And there's something very distasteful about the fact that The world's richest man is trying to take thousands of dollars a month of income, which is not even personal income.

00:47:38.000 It's going towards the expenses of my production away, trying to take that away from me, literally trying to destroy my business and my livelihood because he can't handle the fact that I criticized his friend who's going into the Trump administration who also wants to promote more H-1B visas.

00:47:57.000 And they're acting like I did something terrible.

00:48:00.000 They're acting like I did something absolutely horrible when, in reality, I'm trying to raise awareness about the political ideologies of the people that are going into the Trump administration.

00:48:10.000 So I would challenge people that say that X is the free speech platform, that it's the best, excuse me, still getting over being sick, the best platform for citizen journalists when they are just taking...

00:48:23.000 If you're a journalist, that happens to have a difference of opinion.

00:48:27.000 I mean, what's going to happen now that he's in the Eisenhower building and now he has access to all this government information and access to federal agencies?

00:48:35.000 Is he going to use his power and his contracts to retaliate against individual citizens from the executive branch if he disagrees with you?

00:48:43.000 Is he going to try to carry out vendettas against private citizens and try to ruin their life?

00:48:50.000 They're talking about making X a payment processor and making X open for X payments in banking?

00:48:56.000 Are they just going to shut you down if you have a difference of opinion with Elon Musk?

00:49:57.000 That's not how free speech is supposed to work.

00:49:59.000 So, you know, they say that posting an FEC record is doxing.

00:50:06.000 I posted a million FEC records throughout the campaign, got millions of likes and views on those.

00:50:12.000 Never once did I get told that it was doxing when I was working to help get President Trump elected.

01:53:04.000 A woman by the name of Teresa Youngblood, 21 years old.

01:53:10.000 Who shot and killed a U.S. Border Patrol agent.

01:53:14.000 And her boyfriend, or her partner, I guess at the time, was an H-1B visa overstay from Germany by the name of Felix Bockholt.

01:53:23.000 And according to the FBI affidavit, a border agent pulled over Jungblatt and Felix Bockholt on Interstate 91 to conduct an immigration inspection.

01:53:32.000 And mind you, they had been monitored by the Department of Homeland Security.

01:53:42.000 At the time, it says, Buckhold appeared to have an expired visa, according to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

01:53:54.000 At least one border agent fired on Youngba and Buckhold, but authorities have not specified whose bullets hit whom.

01:54:00.000 So both of them were involved in the shooting.

01:54:03.000 The visa overstay was shot and killed, and the woman is now in custody.

01:54:09.000 Investigators, they say, had been performing periodic surveillance of Youngblood and Buchholz since January 14th after an employee at a hotel where they were staying reported concerns.

01:54:19.000 So they reported concerns after they saw Youngblood carrying a gun and she and Buchholz were wearing black tactical gear.

01:54:27.000 So why were they wearing black tactical gear and why were they carrying a gun?

01:54:33.000 You can see, if you scroll down, they were carrying cell phones that were wrapped in foil.

01:54:38.000 They had a ballistic helmet, night vision goggles.

01:54:45.000 And the FBI said that they found a package of shooting range targets, including something that had been used.

01:54:51.000 Two-way radios, about a dozen electronic devices, and also travel and lodging information for multiple states.

01:55:02.000 We don't know, but the reality is that this was an H-1B visa holder.
