Transcript

00:00:00.000 In June of 2021, the Florida Supervisors of Elections, a nonprofit organization made up of the 67 elected supervisors of elections from the state of Florida, held a conference in Tampa.
00:00:11.000 This conference was in direct violation of Florida's sunshine laws, which state that meetings with public officials must be open to the public and announced.
00:00:20.000 At this conference, Mr. Alan Hayes was in attendance.
00:00:23.000 Alan Hayes is the supervisor of elections for Lake County, Florida.
00:00:28.000 Hey everybody, Laura Loomer here.
00:00:29.000 I am currently standing outside at the Lake County Supervisor of Elections office.
00:00:34.000 I am standing in front of supervisor of elections, Alan Hayes' car.
00:00:39.000 We're waiting for him.
00:00:40.000 The supervisor of elections office closes at 5 p.m.
00:00:43.000 And it looks like we're having a bit of a standoff right now.
00:00:45.000 It's a bit of a hideout.
00:00:46.000 He's, you know, still inside.
00:00:48.000 We were supposed to have a protest today on the one-year anniversary of the crime of the century, the stolen election, of course, the theft of the 2020 presidential election.
00:00:58.000 And, you know, ultimately the rally was canceled for some reason.
00:01:03.000 But I still decided to show up because today, right, today Alan Hayes had an op-ed in the Orlando Sentinel.
00:01:11.000 And the title was Lake Elections Chief, Put Up or Shut Up About Fraud Claims, in which he essentially, you know, accused the voters and the residents, the constituents here in District 11 in Florida, which is a majority Republican red district.
00:01:29.000 Of course, these are people who proudly voted for Donald Trump.
00:01:33.000 And from calculations that have already been made, over 75% of this constituency here believes that the 2020 election was fraudulent in some manner.
00:01:43.000 And they support an audit of the 2020 election.
00:01:46.000 And so he is the supervisor of election for Lake County.
00:01:49.000 And he is telling the people who he works for, right?
00:01:53.000 We don't work for him.
00:01:54.000 He's an elected official.
00:01:55.000 He works for us.
00:01:56.000 He's telling them to put up or shut up, right?
00:01:58.000 And that's just really disrespectful, right?
00:02:00.000 For an elected official who's in charge of our elections and preserving the integrity and the sanctity of our elections.
00:02:07.000 His job is to ensure that, you know, he conducts our elections and carries out our elections with the utmost professionalism and honesty.
00:02:15.000 And he's telling people to shut up and accusing them of being conspiracy theorists and accusing them of trying to undermine democracy, right?
00:02:22.000 The same thing that the Democrats and the FBI called people on January 6th, right?
00:02:26.000 Undermining democracy, right?
00:02:27.000 Insurrectionists, people who are, they're accusing us of promoting baseless facts about the election.
00:02:35.000 But the reality is that voter fraud is real, voter fraud exists.
00:02:39.000 And, you know, majority of the country believes that the election was stolen.
00:02:44.000 So far, in the data collected in Lake County, and we're still canvassing every single day, right?
00:02:49.000 Gathering more data, so far, at least 35 people have been identified as having their voter registration at 1898 Burley Boulevard in Taveris.
00:03:00.000 Well, what is that address?
00:03:01.000 That address happens to be the headquarter office for the Lake County Supervisor of Elections, Alan Hayes' office.
00:03:08.000 So, you know, last time I checked, I don't think they have 35 individual apartments inside the supervisor of elections office here.
00:03:17.000 So why are 35 people, right?
00:03:19.000 Maybe there's even more.
00:03:20.000 But why are at least 35 people registered to vote in the place where they count the votes, right?
00:03:25.000 Something doesn't sound right, and we're here to find out.
00:03:27.000 Three hours later.
00:03:32.000 Supervisor Hayes, can you come out and speak for a minute, please?
00:03:36.000 We just wanted to ask you a couple of questions.
00:03:40.000 We'd like to ask you a couple of questions if you have a moment.
00:03:45.000 Okay, well, I'll let them know.
00:03:47.000 Thank you.
00:03:47.000 Hi, Supervisor Hayes.
00:03:50.000 Supervisor Hayes.
00:03:54.000 You brought a copy of your op-ed in the paper today.
00:03:56.000 We have a couple questions for you.
00:03:59.000 We've been waiting outside for almost three hours.
00:04:02.000 The office closed at five.
00:04:03.000 Can you just come outside, please?
00:04:09.000 He just walked away.
00:04:10.000 Yeah, he said he's too busy.
00:04:12.000 Absolutely unbelievable, shameful behavior from Lake County supervisor of election, Alan Hayes.
00:04:19.000 We have literally been waiting outside this office for three hours to talk to him about a disgraceful op-ed he put in the Orlando Sentinel today in which he was disrespecting and trashing the voters of Lake County, telling them to shut up, basically calling them a bunch of conspiracy theorists who were trying to undermine democracy by presenting legitimate and valid concerns and questions about the 2020 election.
00:04:39.000 And so you'll see on previous video that we walked up to the window of his office right there to talk to him, right?
00:04:44.000 And he, of course, said that he was too busy.
00:04:46.000 Well, we caught him with his feet on his desk watching TV.
00:04:48.000 So he can't be that busy.
00:04:50.000 He's just hiding because this is his car and we are waiting for him to come outside.
00:04:53.000 The parking lot is empty and he doesn't want to come and talk to us.
00:04:56.000 And so now he has actually put his window screen down so that we can no longer film him.
00:05:01.000 So this is shameful behavior.
00:05:04.000 You have a supervisor of election.
00:05:06.000 He was elected.
00:05:07.000 He works for us and he is now putting his window screen down and refusing to come outside.
00:05:11.000 Well, if he really believes what he says, right, is he a keyboard warrior?
00:05:15.000 Does he just want to talk a bunch of crap online and tell reporters all these mean things about voters, but he's too scared to actually talk to people face to face?
00:05:22.000 Right.
00:05:23.000 You can see his little feet there, too.
00:05:24.000 He's in there.
00:05:27.000 Shameful behavior.
00:05:30.000 Lake Elections Chief, put up or shut up about fraud claims.
00:05:35.000 Disgraceful behavior, telling the voters of Lake County to shut up.
00:05:40.000 I think we ought to find someone to primary Alan Hayes.
00:05:44.000 What do you say about that?
00:05:46.000 That just happened.
00:05:48.000 The Lake County Supervisor of Elections office closes at 5 p.m.
00:05:52.000 Laura and her team waited for over five hours.
00:05:55.000 And at 10 p.m. that night, Alan Hayes was still waiting in his office, clearly hiding from Laura and her cameraman.
00:06:01.000 Alan Hayes refused to come out of his office and discuss with Laura about his comment where he told voters of Lake County to shut up about voter fraud, ban Dominion machines, clean out the phantom voter rolls, and audit 2020.
00:06:15.000 Help Laura get to Congress where she will fight for election integrity.
