00:00:14.000 They never ever imbibed in any liquor.
00:00:21.000 Their behavior was conservative, private, understated in every way.
00:00:36.000 You never ever would stop a man like this coming in the building.
00:00:43.000 Nobody in this company's history knows no public person has ever walked in the service elevator unless they were accompanied by security, security, security, security, security, security.
00:01:23.000 32.
00:01:24.000 Thank you, ma'am.
00:01:25.000 It's okay.
00:01:30.000 No problem.
00:01:32.000 Housekeeping employee literally just saw us get into this elevator and smiled at us.
00:01:36.000 Nothing.
00:01:37.000 We're going up to the 32nd floor.
00:01:39.000 We just walked in right past security.
00:01:42.000 Which there basically wasn't any.
00:01:45.000 There's a camera in here, too, right behind us.
00:01:47.000 Which is why I'm kind of hoping it's down a little bit.
00:01:49.000 That's just fine.
00:01:50.000 So as you can see, you guys live on the 32nd floor.
00:01:53.000 And we can go to any floor.
00:01:54.000 You can go to any floor, really.
00:01:55.000 That's the thing about it.
00:01:56.000 We can go to the four seasons.
00:01:57.000 Right.
00:01:57.000 And what we'll do later is we'll go by the regular elevators and you'll see security there.
00:02:01.000 Yeah.
00:02:02.000 So and all they do is check old room keys.
00:02:07.000 So what we're doing right now is we had we just went down to the service elevator from the 32nd floor and now we're going back up through the service elevator to the 32nd floor to show you that you can go down and go up.
00:02:19.000 So 32.
00:02:20.000 32.
00:02:22.000 very zoom you can see the you can see the carpet This is clearly Mandalay Bay.
00:02:32.000 Now we're just walking.
00:02:34.000 32227.
00:02:38.000 Bucking down the hallway.
00:02:40.000 So the service elevators are located in the 200 wing and the doors, actually let's film the doors because there's no sign on the door.
00:02:48.000 Nothing.
00:02:49.000 So there's no indicator, number one.
00:02:52.000 I ought to flip this around the selfie move.
00:02:57.000 There is no indicator on these doors that tell you that the doors are for service elevators, for housekeeping only, nothing as you can see.
00:03:08.000 Nothing at all.
00:03:11.000 So basically, if you think that might be a vending area or something, you could stumble on in there and there's no lock on the door.
00:03:19.000 It's open.
00:03:22.000 24-7, folks.
00:03:24.000 No locks.
00:03:25.000 What's over?
00:03:25.000 And you recall, you saw Steve Wynn went on TV and was talking about how service elevators, usually guests can't use service elevators and how, oh, in Las Vegas casinos and hotels, you know, you can't go in there.
00:03:39.000 The only people who are allowed are housekeeping and security.
00:03:42.000 Well, clearly, we just demonstrated that not only is the door not even protected without, you know, there's no key code, there's no password, there's no lock.
00:03:49.000 Anybody can go upstairs through the service elevator and downstairs, and you can literally walk past a security guard, as we just did, and walk past the house cleaning lady and smile at them, and they won't say anything.
00:04:02.000 And we literally said in front of her, oh, we're hitting the 32nd floor, and she didn't do anything.
00:04:06.000 So it really makes you wonder: what are they doing to secure their guests, especially if you think of the possibility of copycats?
00:04:13.000 know there's not going to be somebody else who wants to get a room on one of these top floors and carry out some type of attack again the mandalay bay service elevators
00:04:43.000 Are they secure?
