00:03:07.000let's see what sense we can make of this captain picard picard picard splendid we honor this is the end fire we honor and captains control do do do it control commander right birth captains
00:03:37.000control honor and energize and and and captain's control do do do it no commander right both captains control the honor and make it so and get that and captain because come energize
00:04:44.000Shall we honor, energize, show, do it, show, on the side, come on, the right, the captains, shall we honor, honor, and, tractor beam, this is This is Picard, this is Picard
00:10:04.000About a Texas rep who claims he's in the middle And all day and all night And everything he says is just blue Like him inside and outside Blue is his house and his overton window And a blue EV And every vote is blue for him And himself and everybody around Cause he don't want nobody to listen
00:13:09.000You stay in reality, and I show you exactly what it is, how much, the benefits of each clinical ingredient with a certificate of analysis so you can confirm it yourself.
00:19:03.000You can go to ladderwithcrowder.com slash election 2026.
00:19:07.000And we've actually debuted a whole map and a predictive model exactly.
00:19:12.000We see what you see, but you can also play around with it more.
00:19:14.000Here's the map here today, and we're going to show you exactly how this is going to work.
00:19:17.000Showed you Monday, but I know some people can't be bothered to tune in Monday morning because they're busy working.
00:19:21.000Also, they're looking for the election live stream.
00:19:23.000So, first thing, our model versus the Decision Desk HQ model, to be clear.
00:19:28.000What they have done is they have weighted quite a bit the prediction markets, the polling, and they've discounted the fundamentals, meaning voters as you're seeing, turnout, historical precedent on a lot of toss up races.
00:19:40.000So, let's look at an example there the Texas Senate, Kansas Senate.
00:19:43.000If you look at their model, they give the polls 45% weight, they give fundamentals 30% weight, and the prediction markets 25% weight.
00:19:52.000Ours, we weigh polling fundamentals and we weigh the prediction markets 0%, just to be clear.
00:19:58.000The reason for that is because there have been a lot of big whales who've stepped in to deliberately try and manipulate the models out there.
00:20:08.000But that's a really good investment because that then becomes a story and all the airtime you would have bought, you get it for that.
00:20:13.000Well, and we'll have Matt bring up because we had different odds right before we went live and then Lane the Brain and Bobby, they're like, oh, we have to get rid of all the prep because the odds just switched in like five of the states.
00:20:23.000They went, I was like, well, you meant the other way was like 57?
00:22:02.000That's a newer trend that we're seeing this year that we haven't seen in the past where there Prediction markets seem to be a little bit closer to what the actual outcomes were, but what we've seen lately is like completely different than that, especially with the last couple of months, right?
00:22:13.000So, and by the way, I do have to break in really quickly.
00:22:15.000We do have a race call already in the night that we're right here.
00:22:19.000So, that means is that part of the drinking game?
00:22:31.000They put the information in there if you would like to do the honors of breaking the seal on the first race call of the evening.
00:22:38.000We have right here, we are calling it, and this one is not necessarily a surprise, but the Virginia Senate seat is going to Mark Warner, the Democrat.
00:22:48.000So that one, I don't believe we have George W. Bush because that one kind of knew it.
00:23:09.000When people talk about the blue wave, this is important to note.
00:23:11.000Since 1934, when you have a president that controls the White House, House, Senate, going into a midterm, okay, and this includes about 14 elections.
00:23:20.000If you look at the losses, there's a median of about 35 House seats, five Senate seats.
00:23:25.000So that would be in line with history, which is what we're really looking at tonight, typically speaking.
00:23:31.000In other words, when people say it's a wave, it's a tsunami, well, you kind of expect to lose the House.
00:23:35.000It's very rare that you don't lose the House.
00:23:38.000But right now, if you look at the Senate, it's 53 as far as Republicans, 47 Democrats.
00:23:42.000So, you'd have to look at flipping all that.
00:23:44.000So, no one's really predicting that we're going to be looking at a swap of six, seven points as far as the Senate right now.
00:23:51.000And that's not what we're seeing, according to the PSP.
00:26:09.000But the thing is, if you want to talk about someone who's going to win over Texas, someone who's going to turn Texas blue, we've been told that Texas is going purple for a very, very long time.
00:26:16.000Probably not the guy who makes it his, and people say, you're turning this into a culture war issue.
00:26:22.000No, no, the guy who makes it the centerpiece until he has to move away.
00:29:16.000If you were to sit in, I'm not saying you vote for the platform, but Ramaswamy versus Acton, it's an H 1B, pro flood you with immigration, browbeat Americans, you know, pump and dump versus a drunk.
00:29:31.000You really do have a battle of the assholes.
00:31:14.000And before you get to everything else, where the slurring of the words in Jeep over the state, you could tell she was drunk by how enthusiastic she was to be in Toledo.
00:32:38.000People living in poverty are just not very.
00:32:40.000They're not very experienced at navigating the real world, right?
00:32:46.000I remember talking to one young lady who said, Well, I don't really know how money works at a grocery store because she grew up and has lived all of her adult life using Snap cards to buy groceries.
00:32:59.000And so you literally have to teach people how to budget.
00:34:12.000Again, remember, Iowa is where they had that poll that was 14 points off, or I think it was 14 points in one direction, it was at 16 points off.
00:34:20.000You'd have to believe that people right now are saying, hey, the woke thing is over.
00:34:23.000And so this is really just about the economy.
00:34:25.000Even that, if someone is voting on the economy with recent memory saying that the left is going to do better, I will tell you look, people can say that's an uninformed vote.
00:34:35.000If you think that inflation is worse under President Trump than under Biden, if you think that the economy is accelerating in the wrong direction at the wrong pace, in contrast to Obama, then Trump, then Biden, then Trump again.
00:34:47.000But I understand that people may vote on that.
00:34:49.000And this also, by the way, is an ad that was run by Turek last week, trying to distance himself from the trans issue.
00:34:56.000The left, they have to try and show you.
00:35:25.000It's time to stop the nonsense from both extremes.
00:35:28.000And start to focus on lowering costs for Iowans.
00:35:33.000The fact that anyone should have to tell you, like, hey, I'm a Democrat, but I'm not pro, like, sex changes paid for by you for prison inmates.
00:35:44.000Yeah, the Democrats saying, I believe all the same things my Republican opponent believes.
00:37:55.000And we don't like to hear that, especially white folks don't like to hear that.
00:37:58.000Some of the people who claim to be literalists, who are inerrantists, I look at their lives and I go and what they advocate for, and I think that doesn't line up with.
00:38:57.000Some of the things that we grow because we like to eat them, like cattle, end up producing more carbon dioxide than other crops that we could grow or other forms of food that we could have.
00:39:04.000I'm calling us to repentance to say, I realize that this has impact, even if it seems small.
00:40:15.000Another one, and we'll bring Lane, I guess, or we have some updates on Florida, but the Alaska Senate is another one where there's quite a big difference between what we have in our model and what you see the Calci prediction nods.
00:40:24.000They have Peltola at 70% chance of winning.
00:41:09.000And say, all right, that one's on us, we'll take him off.
00:41:12.000But instead, they say that you're a threat to democracy because you don't want a name on a ballot who can't be found and clearly isn't running.
00:41:19.000So we have Sullivan actually winning by, or we have a 53% chance of Sullivan winning, just to be clear.
00:41:25.000And let's just do really quickly again the distance that you see from the left and where they have to change their positions, then and now from Peltola.
00:41:32.000It should be a criminal offense to lie or mislead the electorate.
00:41:39.000The Justice Department is issuing a new wave of subpoenas.
00:41:42.000They stem from an ongoing criminal investigation into alleged efforts by Democrats to recruit a candidate with the same name as an official photo.
00:41:51.000It looks like they got that photo from Getty Images.
00:43:19.000Hey, you got the Burger King Kids Club here, parted down the middle.
00:43:21.000Devin Sawa, what's going on in Florida?
00:43:23.000Yeah, so if anybody's on X, you're going to see people freaking out about Florida right now because there's about 68% of the vote and about 78 reporting total.
00:43:31.000And the Republicans are losing currently.
00:43:34.000Byron Donaldson, the governor, is losing 52 to 47, and Ashley Moody is losing 51 to 48.
00:43:40.000So you're seeing a lot of people freaking out.
00:43:42.000And if we were to lose Florida, we could probably just pack it up and go home.
00:43:49.000But what I would caution here is none of the panhandle is reported yet, so that's strong Republican territory.
00:43:54.000And Republicans are dominating the early, not the early, the day of voting.
00:44:00.000For example, the last dump that came in, Byron Donalds won 57 and Ashley Moody won 58% of it.
00:44:06.000So hold the freak out, but Florida is something to watch because, you know, as Florida goes, if it goes for the Democrats, we could be in trouble, but I'm not predicting that.
00:44:15.000So just be careful what you're looking at on Twitter right now.
00:44:17.000Yeah, I was going to say because also, if you were to read it this morning, they'd be like, ah, Florida is unprecedented.
00:44:21.000It's going to be a red tsunami, a blue mirage.
00:44:38.000And we will be able to see each subsequent vote dump, and we'll be able to tell very quickly as soon as the panhandle comes in what the actual indicators are here.
00:45:41.000The person he replaced was both of these things Graham Platner.
00:45:44.000Today, we begin the work of defeating Susan Collins in November.
00:45:49.000Former Maine Senate President Troy Jackson won the state Democratic Party's U.S. Senate nomination on Saturday, ending a two week scramble to replace Graham Platner on the November ballot.
00:46:00.000Jackson will face long standing incumbent Republican Senator Susan Collins with affordability, President Trump's leadership, And immigration among the key issues.
00:46:11.000Now, he may not be a serial pedophile or neo Nazi, allegedly, but I will say Jackson is still kind of a weird guy.
00:46:21.000And I'm sure that if we move out of Iran, things will stabilize and prices will probably go down.
00:46:28.000I mean, you think if the United States just leaves, Iran will say, okay, fine, we're going to pull out of the Strait of Hormuz?
00:46:34.000Well, it's a lot better than what we're doing right now.
00:46:36.000This is obviously one of Troy's supporters.
00:47:44.000Look, I don't care if he's got a Tickin' Henley shirt, Al Said, so long as he brings back the jobs to the factory that is no longer relevant.
00:48:01.000So, actually, a Democrat who was, by the way, a primary opponent, Haley Stevens, did endorse Mike Rogers.
00:48:09.000And we can roll that, but you guys have probably seen it.
00:48:10.000I do want to be clear about this, though.
00:48:12.000El Sayed, who, by the way, has been whitewashed by a lot of people on the right, he has absolutely tried to step away from some of his positions.
00:48:21.000And, of course, he's also tried to speak some of his truths.
00:49:28.000What happens with transgender kids on sports teams and so on, right?
00:49:32.000Like, these are places where rights are in conflict, right?
00:49:36.000Do you, what do you think happens there?
00:49:37.000I don't know that that's actually true.
00:49:39.000I think we manufacture these social issues.
00:49:41.000Because here's the thing about it Ross, you have an iPhone in your pocket probably, or is it an iPhone or a Samsung?
00:49:45.000You have a phone in your pocket, right?
00:49:47.000You can get access to everything and anything in the whole world, all the world's information in your pocket.
00:49:52.000The notion somehow that you are going to prevent your child from being exposed to something that You may find it disagreeable, and that that is going to be because of school is so profoundly outdated.
00:50:06.000Just to be clear, I think he was saying there, Hey, your daughter's gonna see a wiener on her iPhone or Samsung anyway.
00:50:12.000So might as well be in her locker room.
00:52:07.000And posted the exact same wrong quote attributed to the video.
00:52:10.000Here is the actual video that both of them ran.
00:52:13.000We have two young women in the University of Michigan that my wife and I were talking to, have to hide their high star of David's to walk across the campus.0.77
00:52:24.000I didn't wear the uniform so that people can't freely identify themselves as they walk across the campus here.
00:52:30.000That's his language, and he ties it to Israel.
00:52:34.000Now, again, remember the quote from both of these accounts was I joined the military to serve Israel.
00:52:37.000Now I want to join the U.S. Senate to serve Israel.
00:52:39.000Mike Rogers, in quotes, With his name and an M dash.
00:52:44.000And you look at the responses, and a lot of people are going, This man is guilty of treason, meaning they want to hang a candidate for something that he has never said.
00:52:52.000And this is being millions of plays, by the way, being re uploaded.
00:52:55.000People just read the quote, go, Why would someone lie?
00:52:58.000It's clearly right there in the video in this post.
00:53:01.000This is the problem with our country and our social media landscape today.
00:53:17.000I think our views are aligned sometimes, our interests are aligned sometimes, sometimes they're not, and we should let them fight their own wars.
00:53:22.000I also think that Jews in the United States should not be afraid to walk to their class.
00:53:28.000They should not be afraid to actually be targeted violently, as we see from some people on the left, not only on campus, but we also see in states like Michigan.
00:54:18.000And that is, if we start seeing that in elections and people just buy it, it's worse than seeing a headline and not doing your research on it.
00:54:24.000It's way worse because you assume there's evidence for it.
00:55:57.000And before we go to Mr. Rocker, what are they talking about on CNN?
00:55:59.000I just saw John King and Jake Tapper, the guy who, by the way, would hang up on callers, hang up on guests, kick them off if they suggested that perhaps Biden didn't have all of his mental faculties in order.
00:56:10.000Then wrote a book and was like, Can you believe that it was hidden from us that Biden didn't have all his mental faculties?
01:00:11.000It starts with a city council, then it goes to a chamber of a state government.
01:00:17.000And then, hell, you know, and we won't be alive, but in 150, 200 years, maybe it's the House of Representatives is majority, you know, Muslim.
01:00:25.000I don't know if it'll be a majority, but the tipping point is about 10% of your population.
01:00:29.000Once that happens, you have to kowtow to them.
01:00:30.000It doesn't even need to be a majority.
01:01:03.000You look at the pictures of women in their bathing suits enjoying the beach, and now they're on the beach with their eye slits, and that's all you got.
01:01:16.000Although, that being said, I would like to trade the swimwear, just go with me for a second, here in the United States with those from those Gulf states, because here in the United States, I would prefer only seeing slits with the advent of fat pride.
01:01:29.000Whereas over there, I'd like to see a couple of Persians perhaps in a one piece.
01:01:34.000I manage a baseball team at the Braves Spring Training Complex in Ross, South, Sarasota, Florida.
01:01:44.000Some of my guys, some of my players this year, took pictures of people in their full hijab in the ocean.
01:04:41.000I don't want to keep him waiting, but I just want the people out there to understand right now on CNN, a couple of minutes ago, they broke that they project the winner of Georgia.
01:04:49.000We beat them by at least four minutes, letting you guys know who the winner of that was going to be.
01:04:53.000Now, look, that doesn't make a whole lot of difference in a state maybe where we think that the outcome is kind of given.
01:04:59.000But it is going to matter as we go on.
01:05:15.000Anytime betting odds are wrong, anytime the term blue wave is used, anytime a punter has a dumbass take, drink anytime a Senate race is called or anytime we call something first, you have to finish your drink.
01:05:40.000I can't believe that we got them to do this tonight, but we have Senator Maisie Hirono here to talk about the current state of the country, and she will be debating none other than Mr. James Carville.
01:10:53.000But I kind of do, and by the way, tonight is, of course, you can join Rumble Premium, but tonight also is a rollout of a new product that we've been working on for a long time.
01:11:01.000I only run one other company outside of this show that you see, and that's Foundation, right?
01:11:12.000You get certificate of analysis, clinically dosed ingredients at their clinically studied dosage.
01:11:16.000Same thing, the best creatine on the market.
01:11:18.000Everyone should be taking it at the best price.
01:11:20.000But we've been working on this for a while because we actually want to provide some services or products that help people.
01:11:26.000And a lot of folks, especially when you look at the skyrocketing premiums right now, when you look how difficult healthcare has become, the bureaucracy, you have to wade through it.
01:11:33.000Tonight, we're actually launching Foundation Rx.
01:11:35.000And you can go to foundationdailyrx.com.
01:11:39.000It's actually a telehealth website where you can go in, you can get urgent care.
01:11:43.000If you need, for example, right now, we're going to be expanding this.
01:11:45.000You need antibiotics, you need ivermectin and antiviral, something like that, or ongoing care, all in one portal.
01:11:51.000So if you're taking something like a weight loss drug, if you have some supplements that you're taking, or perhaps peptides that are approved, pretty soon we'll be having hormone replacement therapy.
01:11:58.000Things like Tadalafil, things like Daily Cialis, Viagra, hair loss treatments, things that you have to go to different portals to deal with, things where you have to go to different pharmacies and you have to fill out a sheet.
01:12:08.000You can get all of that in one spot at foundationdailyrx.com.
01:12:13.000You can either speak with a doctor, you'll be able to talk with someone and consult with them, or you can do it all through a form and it's auto shipped to your door to simplify everything as much as you can.
01:12:22.000And ultimately, this will cut down on, for a lot of you, if you're in decent health, 80% of you going to the urgent care, going to a doctor.
01:12:28.000Of course, you still have doctors right now, we'll be able to transfer your prescriptions over.
01:12:32.000I have had to deal with this headache going through all this for a very long time.
01:12:36.000And we have, by the way, the best cash price guaranteed on any of these.
01:12:39.000We don't deal with insurance, so we give you a better price, rock bottom price.
01:12:43.000If you find it better anywhere else, we will beat it by 10%.
01:12:46.000FoundationDailyRx.com, real healthcare without all of the headaches.
01:12:49.000And this is something that we wanted people to have access to so you can take control of your health because that's 90% of it being proactive and not waiting until something goes wrong.
01:12:58.000And nobody really told me to do that growing up.
01:13:01.000Nobody said, they said maybe watch your diet, maybe exercise, do those kinds of things, but nobody said, hey, maybe.
01:13:06.000Be proactive on some of the drugs, for lack of a better word, prescription drugs you take, or even supplements like this.
01:13:12.000Hey, make sure you go take these great supplements.
01:13:14.000But the problem is, so many people don't want to go to the doctor even when they're sick, much less to do something preventative or proactive.
01:13:29.000We tried to make it as simple as possible.
01:13:30.000You go in, you click if you're a returning customer, new customer.
01:13:33.000It's like a two step process that you go through to create an account.
01:13:37.000You can list, you can actually click if you have urgent needs right now or if you want to take part in preventative care, ongoing care, a prescription that needs to be renewed every month.
01:13:56.000But then I have to go to your local pharmacy, then I have to go to a compounding pharmacy, all in one spot, a one stop shop so that you can make it simple and just simplify your life.
01:14:04.000That's really what we're trying to do.
01:14:51.000Hey, if you want to do this, if you actually take care of yourself and you actually want to get some of these products or you actually are in need of some health care, FoundationDailyRx.com, along with supplements, that's a great way to support us and do something that you already need to do or you are doing and get a better price.
01:17:46.000You can see it on our website right now.
01:17:48.000You'll start to see more of these pop in.
01:17:49.000So, right now we've got two Oklahoma and West Virginia both going for the Republicans, and that was expected, but those have officially been called.
01:22:57.000Yeah, it would usually be two boots knocking.
01:23:00.000But they were knocking so later in life that, you know, his own Doniger could shine his shoes.
01:23:05.000Yeah, see, the idea is that when you knock boots, you're in bed, but you're so enthralled in the sex that you don't take your boots off and you leave your boots on, and then they're knocking in the bed.
01:23:16.000What Stephen was saying, he was comparing the boots to a penis.
01:24:16.000All right, time for another emergency joke, I guess, that we have here tonight because things aren't being called, even though, of course, it's filling in, as they said.
01:27:16.000Well, I tell you what, I know you're not religious, but if ever you do come over, you give it to God, it'll be like, hey, you know, there's a man over there.
01:28:01.000And look, obviously, None of us have the right to tell anybody else how to vote, but when you lay out what's at stake and you're willing to risk it all, I just don't.
01:28:14.000That's where I'm like, Jesus, if you exist, take the wheel because this is what you voted for.
01:28:21.000Or you, I hope you guys, I really hope so.
01:28:24.000Because if this is what you voted for or what you didn't intentionally vote for, you're gonna get it and you're gonna live with the consequences of those choices big time.
01:28:35.000I also, I really do love that song because it's a woman asking the man to drive, which is undoubtedly safer and I'm more comfortable with the situation.
01:28:44.000But I will say, present company on Cleveland, I'm sure you're probably a pretty good driver.
01:28:58.000No, he literally actually, Stephen, he literally actually in one clip, not necessarily about you per se, but for those of us that you did, you do come up in it though.
01:29:07.000Where he talks about that conversation.
01:29:57.000I'm not voting because I wasn't, at that point, I'm not voting for the platform, Republican, Democrat.
01:30:02.000And then there was one where it was two ladies and I was like, oh my gosh, catfight.
01:30:05.000And it doesn't say Republican or Democrat.
01:30:06.000So I left a couple blank because, hey, that's one you can sit out.
01:30:09.000I asked Nick, I said, hey, there's an, if, for example, the Democrats historically, if they were to take control of the Senate and the House, there's an 80% chance that they win in 2028.
01:30:20.000The Republican who is going to be run against a Democrat in 2028, if they have an actual blue tsunami, which I don't think we're necessarily seeing, it's going to be a Mitt Romney.
01:30:54.000I can even grant people not wanting to vote for the party.
01:30:57.000I understand it, but he didn't have an answer.
01:31:00.000And the other thing with Nick, and by the way, we have good conversations, and he was actually invited to be on the show here tonight.
01:31:06.000He did this with French, right, in Texas.
01:31:09.000He was talking about French, where he was really gung ho on French because of what he did.
01:31:13.000And then French endorsed the Republican Party in Texas, and Nick is like, oh, screw him.
01:31:16.000So he put someone in a must lose scenario where he will only support someone if they are guaranteed to do nothing and lose, like a fishback.
01:31:25.000Or French was fine until politically he made a more savvy decision.
01:31:29.000That's the problem, where it just seems like being dead set on losing long term with no plan.
01:33:15.000Stephen, he goes, We're going to have a national billionaire tax, which, by the way, in California, that billionaire tax has a clause in it that says, without going back to a vote with the people, we can vote to make this a millionaire tax.
01:33:31.000Oh, we can take your bicycle if we want to.
01:34:41.000They are telling you, and they have already tried blacklists, purity purges, taking away the First Amendment, taking away the Second Amendment.
01:35:04.000And my concern is that there's not going to be anywhere else to run.
01:35:07.000Last thought on this I don't know if you saw this, it went viral.
01:35:11.000It was a tweet of Kevin Sorbo reposting a person on the left who had moved to Florida and was like, I'm so excited to cast my first vote here.
01:36:20.000But first off, when you said that, first off, when you were saying they're going to vote to steal your bike, I'm like, enough about the black vote.
01:36:24.000But the other thing I was thinking was do you, though, watch like I do as a lesbian and who's more conservative and go, look, not everything has to be gay all the time?
01:36:32.000Because you just named Anderson Cooper, Pete Buttigieg, every time you two name it.
01:36:35.000Like, do you also look and go, like, there's a little bit of over representation?
01:36:39.000Like, do you get why people are like, does it have to be all the time?
01:36:45.000You know, of course, I see what you're talking about.
01:36:48.000But that is a progressive leftist thing.
01:36:52.000And then you have the normal case that don't see the world that way and don't believe in these kinds of crazy labels and don't want to bring this ideology into our school.
01:43:08.000Protests continue across the country this evening, and we want you to know, of course, that though there are some individual protesters who are agitated, It is not the norm.
01:51:55.000Let's check in actually with people at work.
01:51:57.000Let's check in with Lane the Brain if we can.
01:51:59.000And there's some, I will tell you this, not good data coming out of Texas, but we're going to be explaining it to you so you kind of know what to expect.
01:52:14.000And so I want people to understand there was a lot of consternation about Florida early on, and then we've been able to call that in some positive ways, right?
01:52:22.000You may see that happen with some of these other states, but for some reason, things in Texas don't seem to be going the way that a lot of people hoped.
01:52:29.000And from some of the data that you and I had seen early on, we're like, okay, we think Paxton is still going to be able to win this, even though he's probably an unlikable candidate for a lot of people.
01:52:36.000For some reason, they're not going to want to go for Tallarico.
01:52:47.000To get in there, but we can drill down.
01:52:49.000And by the way, if you guys haven't gone over to the website yet, make sure you go to ladderwithcryder.comslash election 2026.
01:52:54.000You can check every single race as these results come in.
01:52:57.000You can drill down as much as you want, go to the calciodds, hour projections, the stuff that's kind of live coming in from Decision Desk HQ, where the data is coming from.
01:53:29.000You take a drink anytime the betting odds are wrong, anytime the term blue wave is used, anytime a pundit has a dumbass take, Gerald not included, anytime a Senate race is called, and you finish your drink anytime we call a race first, which has been quite a few times this evening.
01:53:52.000To obviously experience this with you and to make it entertaining, and obviously, a streamer you can watch because you want to be up to the minute, you want to be informed.
01:53:59.000Our job is not to affect the election, certainly not right now.
01:54:02.000So, if you're expecting people to just be rage filled and freak out, that's this is not the place for that.0.97
01:54:08.000Whose job is it to keep Nancy Mace out of the studio?
01:54:10.000That was Applejack's job, and Applejack didn't do it very well.
01:54:14.000I was just wanting that to happen, really.
01:54:16.000And Josh, it's because you've said a lot of very hurtful things.
01:56:00.000And that's sort of to be expected, kind of margins right now with the early votes being counted first.
01:56:04.000And a lot of this is derivative of this huge Dallas County dump, which massively favored the Democrats.
01:56:12.000Tallarico 75 and Paxton 25 and remember Trump won close to 40 percent of Dallas County just two years ago I know it's a midterm, but still that's sort of a barometer to look at and some other stuff that's not necessarily great news in Texas would be that there's no votes reporting from Travis County,
01:56:28.000which is Austin or Harris County Houston So you can expect those two skew heavily Democrat as well now of course we're not ready to call anything or say that you know we're completely out of it But I wouldn't say these early trends are good and I just want to say Gerald on the Florida thing.
01:56:45.000Yes, we did avoid disaster, but it's not good.
01:56:49.000Donald's and Moody are both going to win by about 2%, it looks like.
01:56:53.000So it looks like a lot more like Florida when Ron DeSantis ran against Andrew Gillum and won that governor race as opposed to what it looked like last cycle when we were having double-digit wins.
01:57:02.000So the idea that Republicans can just sort of do whatever they want and it's going to be rewarded by voters in perpetuity in places like Florida and Texas clearly is coming under large suspicion this evening.
01:57:18.000Of course, I still wouldn't vote for communists.
01:57:20.000But I think, yeah, no, I know we all agree here.
01:57:22.000But then some of it, of course, is people not pulling the lever because of things that aren't necessarily true, as we covered earlier with Rogers, who not a fan of.
01:57:31.000You were telling me Ohio is not looking very good for Vivek.
01:57:34.000Is that across the board, or is it just Vivek, the H 1B guy?
01:57:38.000Well, we're just kind of focusing on Vivek right now, and it looks pretty brutal for him.
01:57:42.000He's behind in strong Republican strongholds already in some suburban counties, as our HR manager has pointed out.
01:57:50.000But, yeah, we're going to be watching that closely, and we can probably expect a call on that fairly soon, just the way things are trending.
01:58:10.000It's not going to affect us at the national level.
01:58:12.000And, you know, if you do not want, if you kind of want to send a message to the Republican Party there, that's a good place to do it.
01:58:18.000Nationally, putting people in the Senate, that's not.
01:58:21.000In my opinion, a very good place to send that kind of message.
01:58:23.000And kind of one note on that, what I'd watch is these calciods because when we saw the first dumps in Texas come in, we saw Tallarico and Inahosa skyrocket to like 90% chance to win, 90 plus percent chance to win.
01:58:34.000So if that flips around really quick based on other dumps, it kind of gives you a lens of which to view the prediction markets moving forward.
01:58:43.000That is one that I will say that does defy reason when you look at it.
01:58:45.000I guess Abbott has done some things that people don't like.
01:58:48.000If Republicans are staying back because of H1Bs, and I understand that that's been a real problem in Texas and people, but I don't necessarily know that that's what's going on.
01:59:02.000I mean, you're just tired and pissed off at Republicans, or maybe we've imported too many people from California.
01:59:07.000Well, it also seems like a lot of people are voting pretty much just on economic terms.
01:59:11.000And a lot of the stuff that maybe we put a lot of weight behind doesn't seem to be really resonating with kind of your, I guess you want to call them normie voter.
01:59:19.000Well, even then, I would still put weight.
01:59:20.000Again, if you're looking at the polling from the economy, you'd think that people go, well, okay, it was so abysmal under Biden.
01:59:25.000But I also understand that it's been overpromised from this administration.
01:59:30.000And the biggest thing that I will say is, honestly, in this last lead up that I've seen is even just the last couple of days where we weren't doing a stream, President Trump wasn't addressing the real concerns.
01:59:39.000He pulled the same mistake that Biden did, where he was talking about the reflecting pool.
01:59:42.000And it's like, hey, you can't just not acknowledge this to people.
01:59:46.000And so that feels as though people have no corrective mechanism.
01:59:48.000And I remember watching him just yesterday or two days ago.
01:59:50.000He was like, and look, there's so much grass, and now the grass is gone.
01:59:53.000And look at this, where they said nothing happened, but we caught him green handed, the culprit.
01:59:57.000And you're like, what are you doing, man?
02:00:00.000I mean, between going to Kansas and telling people that it's boring to watch football and then saying he might move to Israel to be the prime minister, I don't think that's super great messaging.
02:04:06.000You guys were shellacked, and then it took two years.
02:04:08.000Do you think, too, there's also this thing now, and maybe this is what we can expect for politics just moving forward is, you know, we had President Trump.
02:04:15.000And that was something where everyone obviously knew the way that they rated our economy, how it was performing.
02:04:18.000This was including independents, said, yeah, it's definitely doing a lot better, where people certainly viewed their individual economic situation as going along quite a bit better.
02:04:26.000Okay, Biden at that point, let's just.
02:04:28.000I think that election was obviously stolen, to be clear.
02:04:38.000And within two years, it's like a switch.
02:04:42.000This is sort of the social media back and forth swing, but we're seeing it in voting.
02:04:46.000Do we think that we just kind of can expect that with elections moving forward now, where people, if they don't get it immediately, everything that they want, there's definitely some missteps from the Republican Party.
02:04:54.000But in comparison to Biden, It's not like there's an unknown entity.
02:04:59.000And the known entity is from two years ago that people soundly rejected.
02:05:03.000Yeah, I mean, I think they bought into the narrative that President Trump was taking us in a direction that was going to lead to economic ruin.
02:05:10.000Really, that's what it really does come down to.
02:05:12.000Of course, you can be pissed off about the war in Iran.
02:05:14.000Neither of us was like gung ho about going into Iran.
02:05:58.000And I think that is that instant gratification.
02:06:01.000But there's only one party that guarantees you that.
02:06:03.000The one party that guarantees you instant gratification is the Democrats because they're going to take other people's money and give it to you.
02:07:40.000Look, typically speaking, when George W. Bush wasn't very popular, he didn't get out there in the midterm trail because they didn't want him.
02:07:56.000And he pulled the same mistake, I will say, not talking policies, but he's pulled the same mistake with the messaging and some policies, saying people are, you know, and people don't realize how much better it is.
02:08:05.000We have the best economy ever, and inflation is gone.
02:08:08.000It's gone, and that doesn't resonate with people.
02:08:10.000And we know that that's a losing playbook, and they played it anyway.
02:08:14.000So hopefully, the Republican Party, hopefully, people, you know, if tonight ends up being a shellacking, they can glean something good from it, and we can separate, okay.
02:08:22.000Here are the legitimate issues versus the ones that were ginned up.
02:08:26.000Because I think both of those are at play here tonight.
02:08:28.000And I also understand why people right now, I understand why people could feel betrayed on some issues, certainly not on immigration, certainly not on the social issues, certainly not on our approach to the economy.
02:08:39.000But I understand why people can feel that way, and I understand why people can think that way.
02:08:42.000And so I just hope that after this, it's not everything tossed into one message that clearly this is a rejection of Trumpism, and so we need to go back to Mitt Romney and McCain.
02:08:50.000That's what I expect the Republican Party to think.
02:08:53.000That's what you can expect the media pundits to try and deliver.
02:08:55.000And that is definitely, if anything else, what we're seeing is President Trump, second term, not Trump enough.
02:11:15.000Well, we have some data, too, unfortunately, coming in from Texas, and that's not good.
02:11:20.000But, you know, look, I always think there's, you know, I'm, I guess, the eternal optimist from like, hey, you know what?
02:11:24.000The good news I think that we're seeing here tonight, tell me if you guys think this is the case.
02:11:28.000We just covered, for example, Mike Rogers, horrible candidate, by the way.
02:11:31.000But several different conservative accounts posted a quote with one of those clips, right, where Mike Rogers said, I joined the military to serve Israel, and I will join the Senate to serve Israel, something like that.
02:11:41.000And it was natively re uploaded, millions of plays overall.
02:11:47.000Do we think that there's been some election interference where there are people who are voting against this administration for valid reasons where they feel disappointed?
02:11:53.000And then there are some that are manufactured where there's a lot of misinformation.
02:11:56.000Can we just expect, do you think, elections to swing back and forth this dramatically every two years because of social media?
02:12:03.000Yeah, but I think it's going to be dramatic.
02:12:07.000The way to describe it is as you build up your tower, meaning as more and more issues are layered upon it and it starts tilting left and then tilting right and then tilting left, eventually it's going to snap under the pressure.
02:12:19.000So going into 2028, I heard what you were saying before, where maybe it'll just swing back hard Republican.
02:12:26.000I think we just saw the data coming in that futures are already collapsing.
02:12:30.000The market's going to get blown out first thing in the morning because everyone knows anybody who runs any business, who manages any money, knows the Democrats are going to intentionally break the market so they can blame it on Trump for 2028.
02:12:44.000Then, when everyone's suffering, they're going to say, You need a new president.
02:12:49.000Yeah, I think that'll be the playbook.
02:12:50.000But I'm wondering if the economy is going badly enough, if there will be some messaging, which I, God forbid, by the way, again, selfishly, Obviously, this is the problem too, right?
02:12:58.000You have a lot of people on the right or who claim to be on the right who realize there's value in always being opposition as opposed to providing solutions.
02:13:04.000I do think that the messaging could be like, hey, look, look who's been in charge of if it happens.
02:14:15.000Yeah, I know, but people are like, oh, it's not socialist, but I'm like, I'll just shut up.
02:14:19.000What do you think are the biggest factors playing out tonight, right now, for what we're seeing?
02:14:23.000You talk about dirty pool, and I think the Dan Sullivan thing shows that they are willing to go to unlimitable low heights to destroy the credibility of elections.
02:15:58.000We need a system of corporate governance.
02:16:02.000The World Economic Forum is trying to push it on us.
02:16:05.000If we can build a better corporation government first, embody the Bill of Rights with your freedom of code, your access to personal AGI, prevention of enforcature, you can't make people make you use software.
02:16:18.000We need to step into the 21st century.
02:16:20.000Forget the left, right, American nationalist.
02:16:24.000I mean, someone's got to control the military, but these damn corporations are going to have standing armies.
02:16:28.000We need to be on the pulse of this now and prevent a catastrophe in 32.
02:17:01.000Is it, uh, is it, is it, is look, if these elections keep going the way that you're saying they're swinging ridiculously left and right, yeah, I think it's a fair assessment that eventually the system just snaps, right?
02:17:11.000It can only swing back and forth until you break it like an iPhone Duo.
02:17:59.000I mean, you can see no, but it's coming, and it's better to build a better one before it's foisted upon you in the guise of communist Chinese.
02:18:27.000Okay, you have an app that's the corporation app, and on that app, you have all these different projects, and those Projects are your corporations that you own, but they're so on each of these corporate, on each of your projects, you could allocate 17% of this corporation.
02:18:40.000I'm going to sell it to the U.S. government.
02:18:42.000I'm going to, I'm going to lease 4% of this corporation to the U.S. government.
02:18:45.000And so it's a way to blend the Chinese system where they own 51% with the American system where they own nothing and the corporations become governments.
02:19:27.000That's why I simplified it by saying we got to crush them with the boot before they crush it.
02:19:30.000And basically, you just make the best corporate governance, and the rest of the world will be like, well, I'm using that one.
02:19:34.000And then when the Chinese try and do it, or when the World Economic Forum tries to make it so you can't say fuck online or get your bank account taken away, fuck that.
02:20:28.000I told us, like, look, we know this night could go either way, where I didn't think it was going to be going as badly as the Democrats were predicting.
02:23:21.000Yeah, technically, in our current technology, but there are systems of communism that could be valuable in a system where it functions like smart contracts.
02:23:30.000You don't have to rely on the guy at the electric company to push the button and cash your check to get your power.
02:23:35.000But it's a way for us to govern our system collectively.
02:26:35.000Oh, Take a drink anytime the betting odds are wrong, anytime the term blue wave is used, which that's too, because Tim, anytime a punter has a dumbass take, drink every time a Senate race is called, and of course, anytime we call a race first.
02:26:45.000Would we consider the Chinese, the AI corporatism, would we consider that a dumbass take?
02:33:52.000And there were a lot of people that wondered, like, okay, that's fine in the interim, but when we get to the election time, let's put somebody else in there who.
02:33:59.000You know, and then nothing against Arlene, but like has some kind of political career, has some kind of understanding of how to get this thing done and make them be the candidate.
02:35:47.000No, no, the mechanism was there before.
02:35:49.000And the problem is, you have people, what it should be is leading up, this is my view, leading up into an election, those in between years, and certainly the primaries, that's where it's not effectively a team sport.
02:36:03.000And then when you are facing the other, and I do mean this, the other team, because they are outright communists, when you're facing this in a national election, That's where you need to coalesce.
02:36:57.000There should be, you guys should take more active roles.
02:36:59.000And then when it comes time to you versus communists, I do think that matters and I do think that you have a choice to make.
02:37:04.000So I've done it the exact opposite way to sometimes our detriment, where, hey, you know, Vivek, I'm like, he's not running for office at that point in time.
02:37:12.000He's just a guy who's talking and I don't like what he's saying.
02:37:16.000But now, if I had to, I'd probably hold my nose and vote for the platform.
02:37:19.000Whereas people then going, he's still, come on, you can't go after him.
02:37:21.000So it's just one thing that I've seen and I've noticed.
02:37:23.000And I just wonder why that is the case.
02:37:25.000And it seems like it should be the opposite of the way you're practicing this.
02:37:29.000And literally, I think it does come down.
02:37:31.000I don't want to understand that I get the issues.
02:37:47.000And my problem with that is that a lot of times these Republicans, the people that maybe stayed home and didn't go out and vote, I don't think a lot of Republicans went out and voted Democrat, though some obviously did.
02:37:57.000I think they don't understand that the Democrats won't do anything different on those problems.
02:38:06.000You're telling me that they're going to be better on the economy when you had Barack Obama, then you had Donald Trump, and then you had former Vice President Joe Biden, and then Trump again?
02:38:13.000Like, it's just, there's no comparison.
02:38:15.000I just don't want us to see the absolute wrong takeaways.
02:38:18.000And by that, so, I mean, there was someone who posted this on X yesterday going, oh, look, there's been this huge swing with Indian voters in Texas, and this is the problem if you don't build a large enough coalition.
02:38:26.000It's like, so they were very, very, very pro Democrat, and now they are radically pro Democrat.
02:38:31.000The takeaway is not we need to appeal to H 1Bs and Indian families.
02:38:34.000The takeaway is we need to stop importing them.
02:38:37.000And very often you will see the wrong takeaway from this.
02:38:39.000If the takeaway is you need more moderate candidates, no.
02:38:43.000It's you need candidates to deliver on their promises.
02:38:46.000It's you need candidates who are more authentic.
02:38:48.000It's not, well, you know what, we need to build up this wider base.
02:38:51.000We've been doing this for a very, very long time.
02:38:52.000And by the way, yep, there was a huge.
02:38:54.000Remember, I said this at the last national election.
02:39:11.000That's looking at these shifts that people say we need to race for the Gen Z vote.
02:39:16.000We need to race for the Indian vote in Texas.
02:39:19.000We need to race for whatever it is, the Mexican American vote.
02:39:23.000Hey, how about actually fulfilling your promises to the only demographic in this country that elects Republican leaders, and that's largely white men?
02:39:31.000But the thing is, they're becoming a smaller and smaller percentage.
02:39:33.000And the good news is, what you actually deliver on.
02:39:37.000And what you promise to white Christian men in this country is better for everyone.
02:39:41.000Those will be the promises that we saw in term one of Donald Trump.
02:39:44.000The pandering is something that is going to be, if that's the takeaway, is going to be to the detriment not only of the country, but the Republican Party.
02:39:52.000And I tell you what, you can't outpander the left.
02:42:26.000These generally have 10 year terms.0.97
02:42:28.000Now, on the state side, we've got as many variations for selection as there are genders named in AOC's campaign donation list.
02:42:35.000But the general ingredients are either assistant appointment, merit selection, governor appointments, very few, legislative appointment, like in Virginia and South Carolina, and partisan elections, like you have in Texas and Illinois, or nonpartisan elections, like you have in Michigan, Ohio, and Washington.
02:42:51.000But none of that really matters, Dan, because you're an idiot who wouldn't understand it anyways.
02:42:56.000Because you've decided to be a white guy who chooses to live in East St. Louis.
02:43:00.000You really shouldn't concern yourself with all of this, as it's complicated, and with your life being the hopeless mess that it is, you'd probably be better off starving yourself to death in an alley somewhere rather than burdening the taxpayers through the gross abuse of our court systems.
02:43:15.000This has been Barely Legal with Bill Richmond, sponsored by Mug Club.
02:46:28.000And that whole, I forgot that whole music video was just because when we were moving into the new space, I was like, hey, we have an empty warehouse.
02:48:42.000I mean, I'm just sitting here thinking.
02:48:45.000I don't know if you've ever had this experience, but it's a formative one in life.
02:48:49.000When you absolutely get your ass kicked and you completely deserve it.
02:48:54.000And that is, I think, where the GOP is tonight.
02:48:57.000I think the Republican Party is mid thrashing.
02:49:01.000It's like we got a little too drunk and a little too mouthy, and we thought Big Donald was going to have our back outside the bar, and we poked somebody who wasn't taking it.
02:49:23.000You cannot run super schmucks in Senate races in an off year and expect a better outcome than we are going to get tonight, which is a pretty much worst case scenario other than Florida, I think is where we're heading right now.
02:50:35.000Like he's like, I know, which I mean, I respect the rule.
02:50:38.000We're like, guys, just like really think this, like it was one of these, you know, I'm not telling you door number one, door number two, but like door number two looks like it might open like the fires of hell, but like maybe door number, you know.
02:52:46.000Now, I think before the general election, that's scrimmage, right?
02:52:50.000That's the time to figure out the pecking order.
02:52:52.000And then when you're going against communists, that's where you unify.
02:52:55.000People do the opposite where they're like, yeah, well, you shouldn't say that because this person has an R next, whether it's Vivek, whether it's, I mean, insert whoever it is here.
02:53:39.000But no matter who you are, I mean, you go back to the emperors of ancient Rome, and, you know, Rome has had kind of like ancient Rome has had a resurgence among, you know, the like online alpha male set in recent years.
02:53:54.000Some of us were ancient Rome nerds before it was cool.
02:53:58.000But, you know, they would have a slave on the chariot when the triumph would happen, and he would say, you know, Memento Moria, remember that you will die.
02:54:15.000Now, a lot of things Trump's impulses have led to have been great.
02:54:18.000You know, the border stuff, there's a lot of great stuff.
02:54:20.000I'm not anti Trump, but he has surrounded himself with people who, and by the way, with a party who will never say, if you can't stand up to him and say, big guy, we love you, Darlene Graham ain't it.
02:54:34.000If you can't do that, you can't tell him anything in politics.
02:54:37.000There's nothing you can say to the guy.
02:54:39.000And I don't know if you felt the same frustration because, by the way, I basically, I did say this interview.
02:54:43.000I did, I was like, guys, I don't think this is a person, all these calls, you know, I think she's going to.
02:54:50.000I'm like, what about the other guy who's built like a $50 million business from scratch and has been in the state, has been like a congressman for 10 years, and is like a doctor or whatever?
02:55:23.000I think that's an outlier in that he, because Trump wanted his bargaining chip, he allowed Paxton to accumulate more damage because of him not stepping in, honestly.
02:55:33.000Paxton was infinitely better than Cornyn.
02:55:35.000And I mean, could there be someone better than Paxton?
02:57:32.000I mean, just to put this out there, am I supposed to be impressed by a guy who made his first really big financial score going on TV saying that a failed Alzheimer's drug wasn't going to fail because his mom was now head of research and he bought the company out of a defunct status?
02:58:22.000And then this guy is kind of like airdropped in and he's going to be the guy from Ohio.
02:58:26.000I mean, Vivek reminds a lot of Ohioans of the smarmy private equity guy.
02:58:31.000Who sends in minions to be like, we have a great package for you, and like slides a folder with a sailboat at a sunset to them and goes, you know, six weeks, really generous, you know?
02:59:03.000And we actually have some calls to make ones that are, by the way, not toss ups or anything, things that are very predictable.
02:59:07.000But I think it's a very good takeaway.
02:59:08.000What I said before you came on, I said, I hope people don't get, I hope they don't take away the wrong thing and say, we need more moderates.
03:00:32.000And I would just say that it's also a weird thing that we've seen, particularly with the second time around in this White House, where Trump has two people that can really get his time and be around him people who are slavishly devoted to just absolute ass kissery at every moment of every day, like Kim Jong Un, North Korea stuff.
03:00:53.000And like the meetings, the cabinet meetings where you have, and I like some of the people a lot in those cabinet meetings.
03:00:58.000I'm not, you know, some of them are personal friends of mine.
03:01:01.000I'm not denigrating them because I know this is what is expected in this administration, but I don't like it.
03:01:07.000And then there's the people that hate Trump that then say a nice thing about him, you know, some podcaster.
03:01:12.000I mean, I was honestly, it was gross in 2024.
03:01:17.000I was pro Trump in 2016, like before the primary was over.
03:01:21.000I mean, this is, you know, a lot of people have rewritten all this history now.
03:01:24.000But if you're some like Silicon Valley guy who just figured out that like rabid communists are going to come for your family too, and like the pitchforks aren't going to pass your door just because you donated to Act Blue, now I have to like listen to you on your podcast, tell me about MAGA?
03:01:38.000Like that's really what we're going to, that's where we've gone.
03:01:40.000I mean, you know, there's a whole other set here.
03:01:43.000Or if you're a sort of weirdly famous like C list celebrity who now has some platform somewhere who's decided they're somewhat vaguely pro Trump, like you're going to the Oval Office and you're getting all this attention from the president.
03:01:55.000And it's like these people have turned on him, of course, as they always were going to.
03:02:04.000But the Iran war thing, by the way, if you knew, and I really don't want to get into it because of why I know, if you knew who the president was talking to for advice about Iran war stuff, your head would explode like an Iranian Navy boat.
03:02:20.000I mean, you would just be like, oh, come on.
03:02:22.000That's just a couple guys in a rowboat with some sex slaves.0.96
03:02:24.000But yeah, well, like we said, give it three months.
03:02:26.000And then after three months, you're like, this isn't great.
03:02:29.000Because short wars are incredibly popular historically.
03:02:31.000Long drown out wars are incredibly unpopular.
03:03:49.000Because you can see him just getting so pissed off.
03:03:53.000By the way, he's a rageful little hateful Jew.
03:03:56.000I want to give you so this was probably about 10 or 15 minutes ago, so we may have some more up to date information coming in fairly soon, but I'm going to give you this right now.
03:04:04.000Texas, I want to go to Senate first and just tell you, like, you know, we've got Tala Rico at 56, Ken Paxton at 42, and we're waiting on Travis County.
03:04:28.000Unfortunately, when you have those kinds of opportunities, it brings in a lot of people who think a lot differently than maybe a bunch of other Texans would think.
03:04:34.000So Texas is definitely changing right now.
03:04:36.000Yeah, they're not keeping it weird, by the way.
03:05:39.000And look how he grew the Texas economy, attracting these businesses now.
03:05:42.000Unfortunately, the side effect is we have a lot of Indians and also we have a lot of people that are going to vote blue that came to this state.
03:06:13.000What I'm saying is people saying, like, I agree with you, but that is a problem where I'm telling you, as a Republican, but I'm like, yeah, you could do something with that.
03:06:19.000You know, the housing market has been artificially manipulated because of all of the H1Bs.
03:06:22.000In other words, with me, I've always said stop at some good and some bad.
03:06:26.000I don't think that that's the reason for the swing.
03:06:28.000I think the reason for a lot of swing is a lot of free stuff.
03:06:31.000I don't think that people are going from Abbott to Hinojosa because, hey, we want stronger borders, you know, inflation's at a, and we think Hinojosa is going to do a better job.
03:06:40.000I think that this is a voting base who has been more turned off than turned on by one side.
03:07:07.000But then it could be, you know, he, but his spirit could live on.
03:07:11.000In a family member, and people are like, No, yeah, but we didn't, yeah, no, we don't want Graham Purgatory.
03:07:16.000I like how uh, Buck Saxton was like, Yeah, these people are saying that you know they like her, and you know, she's gonna follow and continue the legacy that Graham legacy.
03:07:25.000I was like, She's also gonna have sex with some 22 year old twink, what allegedly, allegedly, allegedly.
03:07:33.000So, really quickly, too, we do, whenever you want to do this, we have Lane in the chair to give us some updates.
03:07:37.000There's a lot going on in Kansas, he can give us some very specific updates there, but he said he has a couple of others as well.
03:07:45.000By the way, this is a good time for me to probably give you some codes because it is a good time to get ready to fill your hands, you son of a bitch, and prepare for the fight.
03:07:53.000So, Crowder, obviously, right now, sorry, the promo code is Crowder Midterm.
03:09:26.000But that actually speaks to my point because a majority of these counties in place, red states like Texas or Kansas or Iowa, so to come in, they are red, but there's such a small population that it's going to be very hard, looking like impossible in a lot of these states for the Republicans to overcome their early vote deficits.
03:09:44.000So for instance, right now in Kansas, there's, I think, 58% in, and Hamilton, the Democrat, is ahead of Marshall 58 to 39.
03:09:53.000And if we look at Sedgwick County, which is the second biggest county in the state right now, Hamilton is up 13.
03:10:01.000So that's a 27-point swing that we're seeing right now.
03:10:04.000And what I think this shows you is it's really reflective of what's happening in Texas, what's happening in Iowa, what's happening in places like Ohio.
03:10:13.000So I think when we look at Abbott or if we look at a Paxton and say there's specific policies that are maybe turning the tides here, I don't know.
03:10:21.000I think it's more of, and I know Trump's not on the ballot, but it seems like people are voting like Trump is on the ballot.
03:11:04.000And then people see that and go, you know what?
03:11:06.000That's where they feel betrayed by seeing a Graham, by seeing a Ramaswamy.
03:11:10.000Not so much as like Paxton Kay, flawed, but someone that I can vote for, but they look at it in totality and go, oh, okay, this isn't really a club that I'm a part of because of the standout bad candidates.
03:11:32.000And when diesel prices are, you know, 4Xing or whatever they are, it's impossible for.
03:11:37.000Republicans to generate any sort of enthusiasm.
03:11:39.000So it'll be interesting to look at voter turnout because I don't know if Democrats are necessarily super excited.
03:11:44.000They are because they hate Trump, but it just doesn't seem like Republicans across the country had a lot of motivation to show up to vote for a party that they feel is responsible for their current financial woes.
03:11:56.000So, you know, unfortunately, this is where we find ourselves.
03:11:58.000Well, Lane, while we've got you on here, we've talked about Graham being one of the weaker candidates.0.95
03:12:03.000She obviously is now being projected to be the loser in South Carolina.
03:12:07.000And also, I know you've seen it on here, Stephen.
03:12:10.000According to CNN's projections, the House has gone over to the Democrats.
03:12:43.000From Kalshi to polling to kind of sentiment, everyone really thought he was going to sort of run away with it, as did I, because he is a quality candidate.
03:12:51.000But he is down currently with 63% of the vote, and he's down by 10.
03:13:21.000And I do think we are going to see more, I should say, more turbulent fluctuations going left and right in a what have you done for me lately voting base.
03:13:32.000I mean, we saw that, like, you know, if you just look at the coalition of Trump, Gen Z, which we talked about, we caught flack saying, like, don't expect them to be there long term.
03:13:38.000People go, well, you got to be a negative Nancy.
03:13:41.000I just said, like, look, that's just reality.
03:13:43.000The Democrats screwed up so badly that they'll take their chances with anyone else.
03:14:00.000Well, mostly Tallarico, like his wokeness and the trans stuff, which we all agree is not something anybody wants to vote for.
03:14:06.000But it just seems like that really wasn't a motivating factor.
03:14:09.000And Republicans put a lot of their advertising dollars behind that when they probably should have focused a little bit more on other issues that are having a strong impact on the daily lives of these voters.
03:14:19.000I think that's well, thank you, and keep us abreast as it all unfolds.
03:15:15.000Pausing data center development, pausing power generation development, that's really the key.
03:15:20.000It's not the data center build out necessarily, it's pausing the power to be able to power these things.
03:15:25.000Texas has become a very Technology driven state, mostly due to Elon Musk and everything that kind of orbits around him.
03:15:32.000And sensing this a little bit, Abbott paused because we had like an 18 month lag in being able to keep up with power generation for bringing data centers online, meaning we didn't have the power even if you built them.
03:17:01.000And people talk about that from their phone.
03:17:02.000Now, I think there's a right way to do it and a wrong way to do it.
03:17:04.000But it's become a political sort of hot potato where no one wants to address it.
03:17:08.000And it's like the communication from those on the right has not been very good.
03:17:12.000And by the way, even people on the left, that does cross both political parties where it's like, hey, there's an approach here where we don't fall behind that doesn't negatively impact your life.
03:17:21.000It's turned into another form of identity.
03:17:22.000Well, you don't have to live next to one.
03:17:50.000And so I think that's why data centers now, they're actually saying, We're going to pay for the community is going to have lower electricity prices.
03:22:44.000If all they do is pursue Trump, like the great white whale, the great orange whale, if all they do is that, Then they will be in the same position he is in because he got elected because he said he was going to help the American people, and instead he spent his time on retribution and on building monuments to himself.
03:23:09.000Well, I mean, have we seen much evidence that this president really learns from his mistakes and evolves and changes, or is he still the same?
03:23:15.000Is it the lighting, or is her hair green like she just dyed her hair and got in a pool?
03:23:30.000So, this is the mood out of the White House right now.
03:23:32.000We're following a reporter, a number of people on X.
03:23:36.000So, this is a White House official telling Fox the White House mood is defiant.
03:23:41.000President Trump was not on the ballot, and it's proven that Trump voters show up when he is on the ballot.
03:23:46.000Also, candidate quality matters, and President Trump did a better job promoting many of the candidates on the ballot than they did themselves.
03:25:48.000Not the Jew thing, not whatever data centers, not insert whatever other issue here that has been ginned up, not, hey, you know what, the culture issues are fake.
03:26:18.000It's like, oh, well, this Corning guy, you know, he's all Corning, and then all of a sudden he's not when Ken Paxton does well in the primary.
03:26:24.000Then he's, oh, I'm all Paxton, he's the greatest guy and best attorney general in the history of Texas and the history of United States.
03:26:29.000And it's like, dude, nobody's buying this shit.
03:26:31.000Well, by the way, I also have to, so we have some calls that we have to make.
03:26:33.000Are any of them, are we first to make them?
03:26:35.000No, these are not first calls, but there's some interesting ones.
03:26:38.000The South Carolina one is interesting.
03:26:39.000We already called Annie Andrews, the Democrat that won that, right?0.64
03:26:55.000And here's the thing the fact that it's bad for the state, the fact that it's bad for the country requires some self reflection, requires some analysis.
03:27:05.000Because the Texas Senate, we are not thrilled to call it, but unfortunately, hey, you also have to take your comeuppance if that's what you have coming to.
03:27:14.000Texas Senate is being called for Tallarico.
03:27:26.000My fellow Texans, James Tallarico wins Texas.
03:27:30.000I guess it's time for Ken to paxt it in and take the loss like a gentleman and hold the door open for the lady, James Tallarico.
03:27:59.000There have been absolutely some missteps, but you have to resign yourself for the rest of your life.
03:28:03.000For the rest of your life, I've always said this no matter what, even if you're in a position that's much better than where you found yourself two years ago, life is suffering.
03:28:15.000And I've said that for a very long time.
03:28:16.000If you think the person who's in the White House is in power, you are out of your mind.
03:28:20.000The media, entertainment, educational, industrial complex that has been working for Over half a century in this country.
03:28:28.000And then you look at a bunch of, I don't think we'll hear a lot of people talking about getting money out of politics when you're talking about Tallerico.
03:28:35.000You cannot, for any period of time, take your eye off of the ball.
03:28:41.000And I've said that for a very, and that doesn't change.
03:28:43.000It hasn't changed when Donald Trump has been president, it didn't change when Barack Obama was president, it didn't change when Joe Biden was president.
03:31:02.000Like, if they maintain a defiant attitude, and that has been the hallmark for Donald Trump forever.
03:31:08.000Things will not get better, and people will start having to distance themselves from the administration, including JD Vance, if he wants a serious shot at the ticket.
03:31:15.000There's no way he can stay lockstep with President Trump and have any kind of serious chance at all with this electorate.
03:31:21.000The problem is, we've said it before, it usually gets more moderate, not more, I guess, radical for lack of a better word.
03:31:29.000So let's try to get more radical than Democrats.
03:31:31.000What I don't want to see is people in the Republicans saying, like, hey, let's let the Democrats, this is part of the plan, and them go, well, our plan, you guys didn't go along with it, so it doesn't count.
03:32:29.000All right, so quick bathroom break, and we'll be right back with you while Gerald opines on, you know, look, hey, it's a rough night, but how many nights have you had that were rough nights that end up being some of the best nights of your lives?
03:33:53.000I'm just kidding on my vacation for the next two weeks.
03:34:00.000Late 90s, early odd hip hop artist Brillo Pad Rape is no laughing matter.
03:34:04.000And it's unfortunately more common than most realize.
03:34:07.000As a matter of fact, early odd rapper Brillo Pad Rape is likely to affect each and every one of us in our lifetime.
03:34:13.000Startling statistics show that at least one in four late 90s or early odd hip hop artists have, at some point in their life, experienced Brillo Pad Rape.
03:34:21.000Even more disturbing, more than 90% of these instances of Brillo Pad Rape go completely unreported.
03:34:26.000That would mean that at 2017's Fire Festival, hip hop artist Ja Rule was raped.
03:34:31.000With a Brillo Pad upwards of 72 times.
03:34:39.000Let us be the generation that says enough of late 90s through early aut hip hop artists, Brillo Pad Rape.
03:34:44.000Please go to BrilloPadRape.org and give generously to put an end to Brillo Pad Rape today.
03:34:51.000With benefits such as increased flexibility, added muscle tone, and improved energy and vitality, yoga is a great way to start your day.
03:34:59.000Yoga can help you maintain a balanced metabolism, reduce your weight, And attain mystical union with Hanuman the Monkey King.
03:35:07.000Tired of worrying about poor heart health, subpar athletic performance, and whether you and Hanuman the Monkey King are really, you know, okay?
03:35:16.000Since earning his path to deification by performing feats of strength, devotion, and courage while helping Rama, the avatar of Vishnu, in countless exciting incidents, Hanuman the Monkey King has been quite the popular fellow, and you and he can attain true oneness with yoga.
03:36:04.000As president of the Space Alien Chase of America and one who's worked tirelessly for intergalactic Z's rights, I feel it's imperative to note that Jareth is not representative of our community.
03:37:36.000Vitamins are an essential part of living a full and healthy life.
03:37:40.000Failing to get the necessary amounts of specific vitamins can cause deficiency states that are unhealthy and even dangerous.
03:37:47.000And let's be honest, people who don't take vitamins are probably a little gay.
03:37:51.000Vitamins are essential for virtually all chemical processes within the body that create and use energy, such as digestion of food and nutrients, elimination of waste, growth and development, and regulation of cell function.
03:38:04.000Also, do you really want to risk looking like a little fancy boy?
03:38:08.000Vitamins work together with proteins that regulate biochemical processes or enzymes, substances that assist proteins known as cofactors, and other substances necessary for good health.
03:38:18.000And as an added bonus, no one will doubt your sexuality again.
03:39:13.000Anna Kasparian, Candace Owens, and Tucker Carlson walk into a bar.
03:39:17.000Anna says, Bartender, I'll have the Ogi, or Oji, I don't know how it's pronounced, for it is the national drink of my native country of Armenia.
03:39:23.000Bartender says, Absolutely, coming right up.
03:46:20.000Yeah, well, I mean, you know, I'll give you that one, but not the fact that you let your number one draft pick get away in the United States.
03:46:26.000We're still a country, we're having elections.
03:46:27.000But what do you think the takeaway is?
03:46:31.000Here's the thing I'm not surprised because Smart Money said what you were saying, but I hope that people don't take away.
03:47:06.000You know, Trump campaigned, let's be clear, in 2024 on being fully transparent with the Epstein files.
03:47:13.000Not engaging in any more pointless foreign wars and getting inflation and the cost of living down.
03:47:19.000And, you know, what happened with the Epstein files?
03:47:21.000They revealed half of them and then hid the other half in very mysterious circumstances, which have never been properly explained.
03:47:30.000Then we have this ridiculous, in my opinion, ridiculous decision, having promised not to launch any big foreign wars, to launch a massive foreign war against the most powerful country he could have possibly chosen in the Middle East, Iran.
03:48:17.000To America's door at the gas pump, food prices, and so on.
03:48:21.000If you compound that with the tariff war, which was going on at the same time, which might have worked on its own, we'll now never know.
03:48:28.000But the combined effect is you've got farmers all over America who were big Trump supporters who feel completely betrayed.
03:48:35.000This was the guy who wasn't going to go into foreign wars, who was going to get the cost of living down, take care of the farmers, and he was going to reveal the Epstein files.
03:48:46.000A lot of these wounds are self inflicted.
03:48:49.000Well, I think there's definitely a lot of self inflicted wounds.
03:48:51.000I don't think people are voting tonight on the Epstein files.
03:48:53.000I think Iran, yes, because of the diesel prices, because of the costs of everything, I still think it's substantially better than the performance we saw of the previous administration.
03:49:00.000So it's hard to imagine going back to that.
03:49:22.000And the direct line of the economic problems that people are having is the Iran war, for the reasons I stated.
03:49:29.000But I do think the Epstein Files scandal, which is what it is, really dented trust in the Trump administration quite early on because they repeatedly took us up the hill of we are going to reveal everything.
03:49:42.000And the truth is, they revealed half of the files and have kept the other three million secret.
03:49:47.000And if you do that, having promised to reveal them, trust and confidence in you as an administration is dented.
03:49:55.000And then if you go against your own vow not to wage foreign wars, By waging a massive foreign war in the Middle East, and it directly impacts on the average American's cost of living and makes it harder for them to pay for fuel, to pay for their kids' food, and so on, you're going to come a cropper at the ballot box.
03:50:15.000And tonight is, I don't think it's necessarily an endorsement of the Democratic Party because they're all over the place.
03:50:22.000They've got the progressive hard left putting them way to the left.
03:50:25.000You've got the moderate Democrats freaking out about that.
03:50:29.000That's going to be a whole new battle now.
03:51:24.000We called it out, and it was only the people who were kissing ass, who were willing to go in and shine him on anything.
03:51:30.000I don't necessarily know if it's the Epstein files themselves, but the way that was rolled out was so abysmal that I think people now feel, hey, MAGA was for us.
03:51:38.000As opposed to now, MAGA seems to serve the brand.
03:51:41.000I think that's the rejection that you're seeing.
03:52:23.000He certainly didn't have to roll out or have Pam Bondi roll out at that point saying, we're giving you new files, and they were literally less than were publicly available.
03:52:29.000And here's the thing with Iran: like we said, give it three months because historically, short wars that are effective, immensely popular.
03:53:09.000So it's no surprise to me that he's now saying if he'd been on the ballot, they'd have won and so on.
03:53:14.000I think he needs to quietly look at himself.
03:53:17.000In the mirror, which he probably does quite a lot anyway.
03:53:19.000And he needs to say to himself, Donald, you screwed up here.
03:53:24.000And if he is serious about having a legacy, the absolute worst thing he could now do is go and attack Iran again on a bigger scale, as some people are urging him to do.
03:53:34.000Because I can tell you that's not the case.
03:55:00.000And actually, When you make a bad decision and it's had really disastrous impact on the people that you're serving, the smart thing to do is get out of it as fast as he possibly can.
03:55:10.000The problem he's got is I don't think he knows how to get America out of this without it looking like an abject surrender to a regime that we all agree is despicable.
03:55:21.000So he's dug himself into a very difficult position, and there's no easy way to resolve this.
03:55:26.000The Iranians know they've got him literally over a barrel.
03:55:36.000We don't want the United States to look like Europe because we look at it right now as a disaster, especially if you look at places like France and the riots and you look at what's going on as far as mass importation of third world people from the third world.
03:55:50.000But Americans who are still concerned about that, immigration is still a primary issue.
03:55:54.000What do you think the takeaway is from this election and going into 2028 as, you know, I don't want to say outside observer because I know you're also in the States, but just don't take it personally.
03:56:06.000I think the immigration issue, interestingly, is not at the top of the agenda in the exit polls here because people recognize that Trump did shut the southern border.
03:56:15.000He stopped the massive influx of illegal immigrants just waltzing into America.
03:56:19.000They should never be allowed to do that.
03:56:20.000When I have to apply for my visa every three years or so to come to America, I file a lot of paperwork and employ a lawyer and spend a few thousand dollars, and that's the way it should be, right?
03:56:31.000America should be a place that everyone should be able to come to, but legally.
03:57:11.000The breakdown of social cohesion because people who live in England suddenly see these people coming in on these boats on the southern coast of England illegally and being put up in three, four star hotels and then using the health service, the education system, and so on.
03:57:26.000And they're thinking, well, why are they getting all these benefits when I'm paying my taxes and they should be for me and my family?
03:58:17.000Get a teapot, put four Yorkshire Gold bags in, and then here's the key put a little bit of milk in the mug first, not late, because that way you can tell the texture, the tone, and the quality and the color of the tea as it goes into the mug.
03:58:32.000That's the recipe for a perfect mug of tea.
03:58:34.000Well, the problem is, I was going to roast you over your tea preferences, but then you invoked Patrick Stewart, so it actually stole my thing.
03:59:25.000So, we had some information that was, I'm just going to, without saying don't give details, we had some information that we just needed to kind of pull back for a second.
03:59:33.000Sorry to interrupt with the wrong thing.
03:59:56.000Look, if you want to take control of your health, best cash prices on these products, period, anywhere, or we'll beat it.
04:00:02.000If you find a better price, whether it's emergency care, or sorry, I should say urgent care, or proactive health care, foundationdailyrx.com.
04:00:08.000You can get connected with a doctor, you can get connected with the network, and everything gets shipped to your door.
04:00:12.000You know, think of Amazon, as much as you probably hate Jeff Bezos, how easy it is.
04:00:16.000Do that with your health care, take control of it.
04:00:18.000And in the spirit of that, we actually do, we have a game right now for you to play.
04:00:23.000And if you play, you actually can win a year's supply of Foundation Daily.
04:00:28.000So it's time to play the Foundation guessing game.
04:10:14.000Is Texas going to become California because CNN is telling you that the governor of Texas, the next governor, is a lady whose name I can't pronounce all that well.0.99
04:12:30.000Haven't you noticed, like, when people talk about, like, being henpecked, that I have noticed, like, Mexican dudes, it's like black dudes, they just don't care.
04:12:37.000Like, you're putting in the frame the wrong way.
04:12:40.000And they just go on, they just don't acknowledge it.
04:12:42.000They're like, oh, well, the homeowner doesn't like the way I'm doing this.
04:14:41.000And the quote with a clip, we do this segment called Clickbait, you know, This Week in Clickbait.
04:14:45.000It said, I joined the U.S. military to serve Israel, and if I join the Senate, I will join the Senate to serve Israel.
04:14:51.000And it was uploaded natively three or four times with the exact same quote, but the clip, he doesn't say anything like that at all, whatsoever.
04:14:58.000And we see a lot of fake news out there, so I think we need to separate real, legitimate grievances and where this party has failed, the wake up call, versus the manufactured issues, versus the fake issues.
04:15:08.000And my big concern is there's going to be the wrong takeaway.
04:15:10.000Because statistically, historically, we've talked about this.
04:15:13.000With this kind of a flip, there's an 80% chance that Democrats win in 2028.
04:15:17.000But the more concerning thing is, almost invariably, without exceptions, so if you talk about the Tuckers, the Nick Fuentes's, the Marjorie Taylor Greens, and people saying, sit out or vote Democrat because we'll get someone better, you're going to get a Romney or a McCain.
04:15:30.000My concern is people look at this and they don't go, hey, this was a referendum on MAGA, on Trumpism, no longer serving the movement, but serving this sort of insular, almost a new swamp.
04:15:41.000But they think the Republican Party needs to moderate because that would be the wrong takeaway.
04:30:03.000It also has the clinically studied dose of turmeric curcumin for inflammation, for heart health, brain health, organ health, and garlic, which is unbelievably helpful for maintaining healthy cholesterol, but more importantly, blood pressure.
04:30:16.000These are actual superfoods that have a lot of clinical backing.
04:30:19.000They're in there, it'll help with your aches and pains.
04:30:35.000Look, if you're getting creatine anywhere, this is better and it's going to be more affordable.
04:30:39.000If you're getting a multivitamin, guarantee you this is better and it's more affordable and you'd have to probably spend about three times the amount.
04:37:43.000You get the really authentic conservative candidate who you said you would campaign for, who you will make sure becomes president because it'll be a cakewalk.
04:38:51.000So when Byron Donalds won by, I think, two points in Florida, Lane the Brain looked at me and he said, that tells you everything you need to know about this night.
04:39:29.000Do we have the resolve to do that again?
04:39:31.000It's a short clock, it's not a four year presidency.
04:39:34.000It's a two year, well, really about a year until people start trying to kind of position themselves to be in the primary and to be the winner and the nominee.
04:39:57.000You can point back to Barack Obama's presidency, you can point back to Biden's presidency.
04:40:02.000When there's a Democrat in office and when Democrats are definitely holding the reins of power, The infighting, even if it continues to happen on the right, becomes largely irrelevant.
04:40:13.000And I will say, and I said this too on the show a couple of times, in this election cycle, it felt like a lot of people were playing defense, going, yeah, but this isn't that bad.
04:40:44.000And hopefully you will see other people, people who claim to be conservative, Galvanize and join you in that fight.
04:40:50.000You don't need to worry about defense at this point in time because I tell you what, the left is going to be all offense and you should be all offense as well.
04:40:57.000I've been here long enough to tell you that that is the case.
04:41:00.000And those who work in media, they favor being the opposition as far as a media landscape.
04:41:06.000Because they know it's easier for them.
04:41:07.000It's easier to bitch than it is to provide solutions.0.99
04:41:10.000Now, I wish that people actually, when they were in a winning position, provided solutions.
04:41:14.000That's why I've said when people say who's the best fighter of all time, you look at a guy like Joe Lewis, George St. Pierre, who had no unavenged losses.
04:43:51.000And even further, hold them accountable, hold their feet to the fire, ask them to tell you exactly who they are, not when they're in a campaign mode.
04:44:00.000But when they're in a governorship mode or they're in a legislative mode, when they have the power, what will they do on immigration?
04:44:07.000What will they do as it relates to the nuclear family?
04:44:09.000What will they do as it relates to Americans, the economy, H 1Bs, the housing market, all of it?
04:44:15.000Because if you think for a second that they have changed from the party of Kamala Harris, who wants to pay through taxpayer dollars for transgender sex reassignment surgeries for inmates, you are out of your mind because Tallarico would do the same thing.
04:44:38.000They just haven't had to answer for it because everyone's.
04:44:40.000The media, the leftist media, entertainment, educational establishment has been running interference from the government, actually pretty moderate.
04:44:46.000And then people on the Marxist right going, they're both the same.
04:44:49.000Well, now is the chance because they're in a position of authority.
04:44:53.000It's easier to get them to answer some questions.
04:44:55.000Ask them from their position of authority, not just what they will do legislatively, what they believe.
04:46:20.000That's the same reason that Biden campaigned from his basement.
04:46:23.000And Kamala Harris gave one interview that had to be chopped up to the degree that President Trump won a legal case, I believe, against CNN.
04:46:53.000Anyone who tells you that there's no contrast between their answer and my answer, or a DeSantis answer, or a Trump answer, or a Vant or a Rubio answer, is lying to you.
04:47:06.000And you know, when people talk about the two party system, this is another thing.
04:47:08.000I was going in and voting today, and there was a whole mix up because they've changed some rules in Texas, and you can't vote straight ticket.
04:47:36.000Name me a country where you can have a better rep for you than people in Texas and that rep. Name me one with the parliamentary system.
04:47:46.000The point is, you're always going to be the enemy, you're always going to be the lesser of two evils to someone.
04:47:51.000That to me is nowhere near the lesser of two evils in comparison to people who believe in doing away with American businesses, mass importing H1Bs, opening the border, abolishing ICE, transitioning children, taking them away from their parents if they don't transition them, no limitations on abortion, abolishing the Electoral College, statehood for D.C., Puerto Rico, all of it.
04:48:38.000They shouldn't take your vote for granted.
04:48:39.000But I see a lot of people saying there's no difference.
04:48:42.000Name me any country ever where you would get someone like a Brandon Gill, someone as bold as that, someone who would be as closely aligned with your values as that.
04:48:51.000This is the last place where you get anything even close.
04:51:22.000Everyone going, oh, well, I didn't do that, so it's not my fault.
04:51:27.000And there's nothing that, as far as a personal pet peeve, there's nothing that bothers me more than someone going, they did it, they did it, they did it, when you're trying to come to a solution.
04:51:41.000It doesn't work that way in any company.
04:51:42.000Doesn't work that way in any team, doesn't work that way in any military unit.
04:51:45.000At a certain point, someone has the final say and they hold themselves accountable.
04:51:48.000That's what pisses me off about President Trump in the same way that it pisses me off about the Tuckers, the Megyn Kellys, the Nick Fuentes, all the Marjorie Taylor Greens, who, by the way, who quit her post when she didn't have to.
04:52:23.000You're taken for granted because you're going to show up to work anyway.
04:52:27.000It's very easy to take the person for granted who has responsibilities that you know will dictate their day to day behavior regardless of what you do.
04:54:19.000He's going to do it anyway because he has responsibilities.
04:54:21.000If you are an American and you pay taxes, you are a net contributor, you have responsibilities that those pursuing votes know constrain your behavior already.
04:56:20.000It's a new veto hat that he's putting out.
04:56:22.000And Eric Doherty, sorry, if we're going to start changing things, we got to start calling people out who just kind of carry the water and do whatever they're supposed to do to kind of curry favor.
04:56:31.000Veto is great, but it's a six year term for the senators.
04:56:34.000What he said Donald Trump just dropped veto.
04:56:37.000Time for a firewall of common sense for the next two years.
04:56:40.000Actually, it would have been great if we had a firewall of common sense when it came to messaging and the war in Iran and the Epstein files and the economy.
04:56:48.000And inflation and candidates being handpicked by a president and access to a president so that he could be told this is a bad idea and the American people are not going along with you.
04:56:59.000If you don't look at this as anything other than a complete rebuke to your policies and handling of all the controversial issues, take some of the other things and put them aside.
04:57:11.000Take the stuff you've done well on and put it aside.
04:57:14.000Everything else that the American people just voted in every state, in every county, in every What we had some city councils that are voted on, like in every single election, they voted on these things and said, Listen, we don't like the direction you're going.
04:57:29.000At the very least, we don't like how you're talking about it because it doesn't resonate with us.
04:57:32.000It doesn't hit us where we need you to focus.
04:57:36.000And instead, we'll put in, let me just tell you this the DSA checklist or check in that we did, all the DSA candidates, all the races, they have nine wins, four losses, and 13 undecided.
04:58:06.000That's one of those things that we brought because we thought, one, we wanted you to be informed about what was going on with the DSA candidates.
04:58:11.000We were like, oh, gosh, these socialists are coming in and they're taking over the Democrat Party.
04:58:15.000Hopefully, what we see is a repudiation of them on election night.
04:58:35.000Like, right away, we were like, That's a horrible idea.
04:58:38.000And I've been warning against that since 2016.
04:58:41.000There is an economic populist movement that can happen on the right that is demanding less government screwing of you.
04:58:47.000And this is the only place where that exists.
04:58:49.000This is the only place where that exists.
04:58:51.000I talked about it with trigonometry, and that'll go up tomorrow, where I said, In Brazil, it's really hard for Bolsonaro, even though I think the election obviously was fraudulent.
04:58:59.000You still have close to half the country in Brazil who are willing to vote for a socialist.
04:59:03.000Because outside of Bolsonaro, I believe that Lula won to like 12, 14 points.
04:59:07.000Here's why there's no class mobility in these countries.
04:59:15.000This is the only place where 70% of Americans will find themselves in the top 20% of earners.
04:59:19.000It's the only place where that's the case at some point in their lifetime.
04:59:21.000It's really hard for Bolsonaro, when you're talking about economic populism in Brazil, to go to a Brazilian shopkeeper and say, hey, freedom, free speech.
04:59:29.000The ability to make your own decisions.
04:59:31.000And that's going to give me more money.
04:59:37.000But it will save you the indignities of your shop being ransacked unless you say, unless you put up a sign that says, Vive la Revolution or Workers Unite.
04:59:45.000In the United States, you can have someone ask that question and go, okay, and how is that going to be better for me?
04:59:52.000Though you shouldn't only vote out of your own self interest.
04:59:55.000And you can say, well, here's how the government is raping you.0.99
05:00:20.000It's not free snappy BT for life, including sodas and treats, which, by the way, a lot of these charlatans also promoted on the right who were part of the Epstein binder gate.
05:00:29.000Was anyone more disgusted with that than us initially right away?
05:00:31.000We lost friends over that, by the way.
05:02:00.000And that's when the parasite destroys its host.
05:02:03.000The host is the American taxpayer, the American dad.
05:02:07.000There aren't enough H 1Bs in the world.0.93
05:02:09.000There aren't enough girl bosses in the world.
05:02:11.000There aren't enough art students in the liberal art students in the world to, once that Once that host has been destroyed, you are left with nothing but parasites, and it's just a descent like Brazil.
05:02:24.000Like insert any other South America, insert Europe here.
05:02:47.000The Christian, God fearing, net tax paying fathers of Europe were replaced by third worlders, who, by the way, are all in cahoots together to let's keep it hush hush, and people trying to curry favor for their votes.
05:03:01.000Once that goes away, you get rape gangs.
05:03:03.000Once that goes away, you get the riots in France that spread across the rest of it.
05:03:31.000All right, we're going to take a break because I have to pee, and then we're going to come back and see if you can stump a Jewish HR manager because at this point, let's have a little bit of fun.
05:11:35.000you see time because you know it sets me off that's just a lot on this month something why can't you understand that in case they Viewer discretion is advised.
05:14:04.000Whatever tough, however tough your night is, trust me, he's having a rougher one.
05:14:09.000As I understand it, we actually do have Lane the Brain in the chair because he said that he had some insight as to what is going on right now, something interesting.
05:14:17.000Probably our final check in of the night.
05:14:24.000All right, Lane the Brain, what do you have for us, sir?
05:14:27.000Yeah, I just have some information that came across my desk looking at North Carolina, and I wanted to read you these numbers and kind of see what you think about it because I think it says a lot about.
05:14:38.000Because if you saw Roy Cooper, the Democrat won the Senate seat in North Carolina, something almost 20 points, right?
05:14:44.000But then there were a series of constitutional amendments on the ballot.
05:14:48.000And in every case, North Carolinians, forgive me for not knowing how to say this, they voted the conservative direction by about 20 points.
05:14:57.000So, for instance, capping income tax plus 20, capping property tax plus 20, voter ID plus 20.
05:15:04.000So, you see a state like North Carolina that's been a swing state where they're happy to vote for a Democrat by 20.
05:15:10.000But then, on all of the actual policies that ostensibly Trump would support or the Republican would support, they vote in that direction.
05:15:19.000So, again, it just seems like a miss on messaging.
05:15:21.000I just wanted to put that in front of you and see kind of what you're.
05:15:23.000No, I think, well, if nothing else, instead of like everyone else trying to draw definitive conclusions, I will say what cannot be drawn from that is, well, clearly this is a rejection of MAGA, America First, conservatism.
05:15:34.000It's clearly not that because that's supported.
05:15:52.000That would also go across racial lines.
05:15:54.000That would probably go across gender lines.
05:15:56.000And I would say this, too like, two things.
05:15:58.000That obviously tells us that conservative people are more informed voting populace, right?
05:16:02.000Because those are issues down the ballot where people are proactively taking an approach.
05:16:06.000You see a consistency and patterns there, whereas a lot of other people might just go, ah, I don't know.
05:16:10.000Let me just vote whatever the default is.
05:16:12.000And I think, you know, for the same reason that Donald Trump, you know, he had a cult of personality around him.
05:16:17.000Which I've always warned against, going back to the primaries, but I also think that the guy obviously has been the most effective president of her lifetime.
05:16:23.000That has turned because the cult of personality, when people feel as though it is not the person, it is not to, just to use the term cult of personality, this is not the leader who they were going to support rank and file.
05:16:37.000I think it tells you that there's been a rejection, a betrayal, not of policies, and this is what I've been saying all night, but a rejection of the person who claimed to be the torchbearer and the group of people.
05:16:51.000That's my interpretation of a lot tonight.
05:16:53.000Yeah, well, I mean, it's quite interesting because also, if you look at the border on a lot of this exit polling, it seems to still be a winning issue for the president.
05:17:01.000And Republicans were not upset at all.
05:17:04.000And people that voted for him were highly motivated by the border.
05:17:07.000But then also, in all of these local amendments, things like data centers were overwhelmingly rejected, like to the tune of three quarters.
05:17:14.000And for some reason, in the last two weeks, he was, you know, stuck on super intelligence as opposed to touting his border effectiveness.
05:17:20.000And I don't know, there's just a lot of questions that have come up by the results tonight.
05:17:24.000I think it's definitely someone who can't take the advice of wise counsel.
05:17:27.000If you are wise counsel who happens to, if you offer counsel that happens to conflict with what he already wants to do, I think you're probably eliminated.
05:17:36.000That's been a legitimate criticism of Donald Trump.
05:17:38.000It's been a legitimate criticism since his first term.
05:17:40.000And I just think that now you're seeing that come to fruition because if people go, hey, we want these right leaning policies to the tune of 20 points, but we're not going to show up and vote for the people who we feel you thrust down our throat.
05:17:56.000It's very similar to the rejection of Hillary Clinton.
05:17:59.000If you look at the Democrats who didn't vote in the numbers that surprised everybody who didn't vote for Hillary Clinton, it's not that they didn't vote for the Democrat Party, they don't believe in those policies.
05:18:09.000They felt like this was predetermined.
05:18:11.000And I think there's a lot of that tonight, certainly with places like Ohio, certainly with people like Graham.
05:18:17.000I think that's a big component of tonight that cannot be underestimated.
05:18:21.000And so people could easily draw from this just looking at the top level numbers the wrong thing, like, oh, well, conservatism is dead.
05:18:28.000Not if you look at The issues that actually matter on an individual issue basis or on a constitutional amendment or, sorry, a state amendment basis.
05:18:35.000So I think that's a very important takeaway, which means that there is a path forward.
05:18:39.000There is a path forward for whether it's someone like a DeSantis, whether it's Rubio, whether it's Vance.
05:18:44.000I'm not saying that I support one over the other.
05:21:54.000Are you guys misled at me because you talked about Trump?
05:21:56.000It wouldn't be to me because I saw, again, in 2016, so many people switch from Bernie over to Trump.
05:22:02.000We watched that because we had so much data on the website, Google Analytics, YouTube, and we saw so many people who were, you know, Key interested in Bernie Sanders going, I just want to burn the whole system down.
05:22:13.000There's not that much of a difference between those people and some of the people who are in the cult of personality on the right.
05:22:28.000So, really quickly, too, just want to thank, again, some of the stuff didn't go our way tonight, but we do want to thank our sponsor, cowsheet.com overslash Crowder.
05:22:47.000You can admonish me, whatever you want.
05:22:49.000I thought, man, it looks like some whales are kind of going in and placing bets or people are doing it and spreading it out because it looks like this is manipulated.
05:27:14.000I was going to say that we're going to talk, obviously, a little bit about Tallarico here in just a second, but Paxton, literally, what happened is Tallarico got the same number of votes as Kamala Harris, and Paxton couldn't get anybody to come out.
05:27:27.0002.7 million less fewer than Donald Trump.
05:27:38.000What is Trump going to say about that one when he was out campaigning and supporting PACS?
05:27:41.000Now, he did it too little too late, and he helped Bunny get put in too little too late, and he did a bunch of damage to him by saying, I don't know about Cornyn, and that's where he was trying to curry favor.
05:27:49.000He was, who's going to kiss my ass the most?
05:29:44.000If you do that, if you take a multivitamin, take the best in the world.
05:29:46.000If you take creatine, take the best creatine in the world.
05:29:48.000It's actually everything is certified.
05:29:50.000You can get a certificate analysis, lab tested, available upon request, and $100 off foundationdailyrx.com for your new healthcare portal on medical kits.
05:30:00.000Outside of that, we do actually have the 7 Plus One.
05:30:04.000We're going to go to Rumble Premium and take some of your chats tonight because, let's be honest, we kind of know where this is going to go.
05:30:09.000There'll be more information, but it was a wrap it up a while ago.
05:30:13.000And we're always going to be here with you so that you can face some music and hopefully it be a little less painful because, guess what, this doesn't change what we do.
05:31:13.000And I realized after going through this, it almost could also be like a Scott Besant watch party sort of theme list because it's very prom night themed.
05:31:24.000Yeah, it's weird that they chose like.
