00:00:00.000 Louder with Crowder Studios.
00:00:01.000 Protected exclusively by Walther.
00:00:04.000 and Harper.
00:00:06.000 I'm going to be playing a little bit of this song.
00:02:09.000 You know, I was doing the Mr. Olympia most muscular pose and I hit my finger on the mute button and then I remembered that I had a mute button!
00:02:20.000 You forgot about it.
00:02:20.000 I completely forgot about it.
00:02:22.000 Look, you can hear me and now you can't hear me.
00:02:24.000 Good job.
00:02:25.000 But it's not so bad because we don't have Gerald today with us.
00:02:27.000 Okay, we have Tim Pool on the show today.
00:02:30.000 And for those who are not members of Mug Club, then we have an extended like 30 minutes behind the paywall because we can't talk about the stuff on YouTube.
00:02:35.000 Question of the day before I introduce everyone else.
00:02:37.000 I used to dig Taylor Swift, was a fan.
00:02:39.000 I'm done.
00:02:40.000 Anyone else feel that way?
00:02:41.000 Also, be honest, how much do you really know about the Equality Act, and do you support it?
00:02:45.000 Because it's something that's been talked about quite a bit.
00:02:47.000 Seems most people don't know their thumb from their wiener.
00:02:51.000 Before we get to news of the day, my half-Asian lawyer, Bill Richman, is here.
00:02:53.000 How are you, sir?
00:02:54.000 Wonderful.
00:02:55.000 Glad to be here.
00:02:55.000 A lot of good feedback.
00:02:56.000 Let him know you love him, because a lot of people are like, hey, I'm glad that he's in third chair there.
00:03:00.000 Not my mother.
00:03:01.000 And we have quarter black chariots.
00:03:02.000 Aww.
00:03:03.000 She's also disappointed that you're not a doctor.
00:03:04.000 You're only a lawyer.
00:03:05.000 Hood pass?
00:03:06.000 Got it.
00:03:06.000 Good.
00:03:06.000 Dog.
00:03:07.000 And replacing Gerald, because his back surgery went successfully, is Gerald B. today.
00:03:11.000 So, good.
00:03:12.000 Thank you.
00:03:12.000 Yeah, there we go.
00:03:13.000 He's got the wine of the day.
00:03:14.000 Spitting image.
00:03:14.000 Good job.
00:03:15.000 Bogle.
00:03:15.000 Spitting image.
00:03:16.000 That shows up on our accounting sheet as Brittany.
00:03:19.000 Yeah.
00:03:19.000 That doll.
00:03:20.000 It's not a joke.
00:03:20.000 I have a receipt.
00:03:22.000 There's more words on there, but we can't say them.
00:03:24.000 Yes, there are more words on there.
00:03:26.000 It's very uncomfortable sending your mother to purchase those.
00:03:28.000 All right, we're going to be talking about the Equality Act.
00:03:30.000 Taylor Swift, of course, Tim Pool.
00:03:31.000 But top story before any of that, Bernie Sanders this week praised China, you know them, China's leadership in a recent interview.
00:03:39.000 Bernie, this comes from Washington Examiner, Bernie said that China and its leadership have made more progress in addressing extreme poverty than any country in the history of civilization and have done a lot of things for their people.
00:03:51.000 Obviously a lot of outrage.
00:03:52.000 The Manhattan Institute think tank issued the following rebuttal.
00:03:55.000 Donald Trump don't trust China!
00:03:56.000 China is an a**hole!
00:04:01.000 You know, it's pretty easy when you go from, well, we're just going to murder 100,000 less people here of the poorest citizens, and oh, look at the progress!
00:04:09.000 You know what?
00:04:10.000 Okay, this is important.
00:04:10.000 The definition of extreme poverty here, what we're talking about, is less than $2 a day.
00:04:14.000 Okay, so when he's talking about China bringing them out of that, it's about, I think it was 88%, and now it's .7%.
00:04:21.000 So the reduction, by the way, this was in 81.
00:04:23.000 I don't have the exact numbers now.
00:04:25.000 I think this is 2015.
00:04:26.000 I think we have the overlay from Forbes.
00:04:28.000 So the reduction in poverty in China, it directly correlates to them opening up their markets, even though it's not really a free market economy anymore.
00:04:35.000 Still not free, but freer?
00:04:37.000 Now they're at .7 for extreme poverty, in the U.S.
00:04:42.000 it's about .1.
00:04:43.000 But keep in mind, the average salary in China, the average income is $12,000, not even close to half that of the United States.
00:04:50.000 Well, and this is the same government that is now persecuting Christians and locking up pastors for just undermining the government.
00:04:56.000 Yeah, they've done a ton for their people.
00:04:58.000 Yes, exactly.
00:04:59.000 Well, I mean, it made sense, right?
00:05:00.000 So they gave more jobs to the poor and said, hey, as a condition of coming out of extreme poverty, You must crush all civil liberties.
00:05:08.000 Here's a baton.
00:05:08.000 Good luck.
00:05:09.000 So, new rule book!
00:05:10.000 You can make sneaker, yeah?
00:05:13.000 But have no Bible.
00:05:15.000 Was that Asian Bill Maher?
00:05:16.000 That was Asian Bill Maher.
00:05:18.000 So tired of the Bible.
00:05:19.000 Go make your Nikes.
00:05:21.000 I always feel like Asians would make the worst spies.
00:05:23.000 Chinese, as well.
00:05:24.000 Really?
00:05:25.000 Baloney.
00:05:25.000 Well, they're easy to spot and they're bad actors.
00:05:27.000 I call no.
00:05:28.000 No one would hire an Asian to be a spy, which is why we would be great at it.
00:05:33.000 Literally, you'd be like, what is that guy doing?
00:05:36.000 Go get some low-main.
00:05:37.000 I mean, come on.
00:05:39.000 Yeah, Mr. Zuckerberg, you store all your personal photos in the cloud?
00:05:43.000 Yeah, just curious.
00:05:46.000 Look, no Bible.
00:05:47.000 I don't know why he had a trench coat.
00:05:50.000 Apparently people keep Bibles in their trench coats.
00:05:52.000 Sticking with political news, a Washington, D.C.
00:05:54.000 woman is now claiming that Ilhan Omar stole her husband.
00:05:58.000 This comes from the New York Post.
00:05:59.000 According to divorce papers, the cheating spouse told her he was having an affair with the congresswoman, then made a shocking declaration of love for Omar before he ditched his current wife.
00:06:08.000 This was trending everywhere.
00:06:09.000 When reached for comment, the congresswoman responded, hey, he was my brother first.
00:06:17.000 Little on the nose, but warranted.
00:06:20.000 How unlikable must his wife have been?
00:06:22.000 I want to know who lost out to Ilhan Omar.
00:06:25.000 Real ice cream.
00:06:26.000 I think there's a misinterpretation.
00:06:28.000 Those weren't tears of sadness, they were tears of joy.
00:06:31.000 Yes.
00:06:32.000 By the way, did you know she has like 22 traffic violations?
00:06:37.000 Parking tickets at 22, I think since 2009.
00:06:40.000 Amateur.
00:06:41.000 And she still has a license?
00:06:42.000 Do you have more than that as far as parking?
00:06:44.000 I don't know anyone.
00:06:44.000 I mean, he is Asian.
00:06:45.000 Oh, traffic violations?
00:06:46.000 Probably not.
00:06:47.000 Depends.
00:06:48.000 Well, no respect for the law.
00:06:49.000 Actual versus caught.
00:06:51.000 I was very surprised when I saw it.
00:06:52.000 Listen, if people come to our country, they should respect our laws or go back to the shitholes.
00:06:57.000 Hey, this is a great story.
00:06:58.000 I will not go back to Chicago.
00:07:03.000 Toy company Hasbro, they now own Death Row Records.
00:07:08.000 Awesome.
00:07:08.000 So the corporation known for, you know, Mr. Potato Head, the Power Rangers toy line announced that they will join forces with the label most known for West Coast, very important to note, West Coast Gangsta Rap.
00:07:18.000 The company is attempting a brand rollout actually by Christmas now with the new Suge Knight Ruxpin.
00:07:23.000 What's wrong with little Quarter Black?
00:07:25.000 He had a rough day at school.
00:07:26.000 He said none of the kids would talk to him.
00:07:29.000 I have an idea.
00:07:31.000 Oh boy!
00:07:32.000 Suge Knight Ruxpin!
00:07:33.000 I swear to y'all, it's like this.
00:07:35.000 I'm gonna beat the dog s*** out of you.
00:07:38.000 If a n***a tellin' you that the police didn't do it, they a punk-ass n***a. So if you ask me if I know who killed Tupac, I'm the n***a that said, hey, absolutely not.
00:07:51.000 I'm gonna f*** you up, man.
00:07:52.000 That light is f***ing me up.
00:07:55.000 Good night, Suge Knight Ruxpin.
00:07:57.000 You'll be my best friend forever.
00:08:01.000 It is remarkable how much Gordon Black Garrett made that bear look like Suge Knight.
00:08:19.000 I know my people.
00:08:20.000 I had no idea that we had that kind of production.
00:08:23.000 Excellent.
00:08:23.000 You could be Chinese with that kind of tailoring and sewing work.
00:08:27.000 Thank you.
00:08:28.000 We also bound its feet.
00:08:31.000 I've always said this, like, when I retire, when I don't do this show anymore, I want to be the Suge Knight without the felonies of conservative media.
00:08:37.000 I want to be the guy who can help support other conservatives, you know, if you have good shows that you want to pitch, you know, eventually we'll end up producing that and maybe I'll hang vanilla ice over a balcony.
00:08:47.000 We all aspire to that level of success.
00:08:50.000 Oh, Suge Knight.
00:08:52.000 Continuing with music-related news, the MTV Music Video Awards were this week, which we'll get to, obviously, because Taylor Swift a little later in the Equality Act, but former NSYNC member Lance Bass showed up in a pink tuxedo.
00:09:04.000 Call me crazy, but I'm starting to think Lance Bass is gay.
00:09:10.000 So this is interesting.
00:09:11.000 A story about fake news is said to create fake memories.
00:09:16.000 This was a new study.
00:09:17.000 It comes from Psych Central.
00:09:18.000 According to the Ireland study, people can form false memories after seeing fake news stories, especially if those stories align with their political beliefs.
00:09:26.000 Wait, wait.
00:09:26.000 So you're telling me that I didn't have sex with Batboy?
00:09:28.000 Oh no, you definitely had sex with Batboy.
00:09:30.000 Yeah, you had sex with Batboy.
00:09:31.000 There's no doubt.
00:09:32.000 We're talking more like political memories might be tainted by the brush of time.
00:09:37.000 Yeah.
00:09:40.000 You don't get do-overs on that one.
00:09:41.000 This next one, we were writing this bit, we couldn't get away from it sounding like Norm Macdonald in our head, so we're going to do this as a Norm Macdonald joke.
00:09:49.000 All right, here, let me get in.
00:09:50.000 All right, so today is the birthday of, you know, both Michael Jackson and Ingrid Bergman.
00:09:56.000 One captured the hearts of millions in her portrayal of Iselin in the classic film Casablanca, a film some have called the apex of cinema.
00:10:04.000 The other was a homosexual pedophile.
00:10:08.000 So you know.
00:10:09.000 I'd like to have sex with kids there.
00:10:11.000 You know what I'm saying?
00:10:12.000 Yeah.
00:10:12.000 Alright.
00:10:13.000 End Norm Tribute.
00:10:14.000 We would love to have you on the show, Norm.
00:10:16.000 Yes, please.
00:10:16.000 That would be great.
00:10:17.000 Wild Turkey 101.
00:10:19.000 Can't get enough of Wild Turkey 101.
00:10:21.000 Apparently, by the way, there's a new blood-sucking leech that's been identified in D.C.
00:10:24.000 area swamps.
00:10:25.000 All the news that's fit to not even print talk.
00:10:28.000 It's a slow news week, so we're covering the whole spectrum.
00:10:33.000 When you know it comes from a local Fox affiliate, it's a slow news week.
00:10:37.000 This comes from Fox 5 DC.
00:10:39.000 The scientists who discovered the new species said that the leech is not something new that's come up, but it's been there the whole time unrecognized, which I'm told is actually the subject of this season's premiere of River Monsters, our nation's capital.
00:10:51.000 So you got, yeah, it's the Bucharest Lampreynas.
00:10:56.000 Made its way in through Lake Champlain, I think, and then the Great Lakes.
00:11:00.000 Speaking of bodies, let's turn to the Pacific Northwest.
00:11:02.000 Did you have anything, what did you think there, Gerald B.?
00:11:07.000 Yeah, as usual.
00:11:08.000 Well said.
00:11:09.000 Astute.
00:11:10.000 Turning to the Pacific Northwest, a million dollars of cocaine was found hidden in bananas.
00:11:16.000 Police uncovered 45 kilograms of cocaine in three different Washington supermarkets, all hidden in different kinds of boxes of bananas.
00:11:24.000 That's a plan.
00:11:25.000 Yeah.
00:11:26.000 We should have suspected it, considering Curious George's most recent outing.
00:11:29.000 George eats a human face, so that was...
00:11:33.000 Was it cocaine or bath salts?
00:11:38.000 The guy who ate the face of Miami bath salts, he only tested positive for marijuana.
00:11:42.000 A lot of people don't know that.
00:11:43.000 I'm not saying marijuana makes everyone eat a face, but I think he was a paranoid schizophrenic.
00:11:47.000 And then a little bit of Tahoe OG pushed him over the edge.
00:11:53.000 A little bit of Platinum OG.
00:11:55.000 A little bit of Blue Dream.
00:11:57.000 A little bit of Skywalker Kush.
00:12:00.000 A little bit of Purple Stripe.
00:12:04.000 OG.
00:12:05.000 I don't know, I was thinking if you say Kush or OG, that gives you a pot name, right?
00:12:08.000 It's always so funny, people are like, this strain will help you sleep, and this strain helps cure cancer.
00:12:14.000 What does this strain do?
00:12:15.000 This strain makes you really energetic and focused.
00:12:18.000 What are they?
00:12:18.000 They're both pot.
00:12:21.000 That's what they are.
00:12:23.000 Alright, one's from this greenhouse, one's from this greenhouse.
00:12:25.000 Which one makes me not eat a face?
00:12:27.000 You know, it's a crapshoot.
00:12:29.000 Once it leaves the greenhouse.
00:12:31.000 You'll know after you try.
00:12:32.000 You'll know after, because you end up in the clink.
00:12:35.000 A NASA astronaut, by the way, has been accused of stealing her estranged wife's identity from space.
00:12:41.000 Good job.
00:12:42.000 So, New York Post, she's accused of improperly accessing the wife's bank account while on the International Space Station.
00:12:48.000 So, one small step for man, one giant leap for lesbian space criminals.
00:12:54.000 Think about this.
00:12:55.000 This is the men's right sort of sexist.
00:12:58.000 They're going to use this forever.
00:13:00.000 Men have been going up to space forever.
00:13:02.000 No real problems.
00:13:03.000 Drama free.
00:13:03.000 One woman goes up.
00:13:04.000 Identity fraud.
00:13:05.000 Immediately.
00:13:06.000 I mean there's other women in space that have committed crimes.
00:13:12.000 Yes.
00:13:12.000 All crime in space, 100% women.
00:13:14.000 Namely the crime of taking up the seat where a man could have been.
00:13:17.000 Finally!
00:13:18.000 It's just not well documented, the woman-on-woman crime.
00:13:20.000 The worst thing is when we say this, and obviously we're being sarcastic, someone in the comment section is like, THAT'S RIGHT!
00:13:25.000 I WAS GONNA SEND YOU SEATS!
00:13:26.000 YES!
00:13:29.000 No women in space.
00:13:30.000 That's not what we're saying.
00:13:31.000 I just want to make sure that we're clear.
00:13:32.000 The guy's back there, he's like, delete, delete, delete, delete.
00:13:35.000 I was already typing.
00:13:36.000 Women can go in space as passengers.
00:13:38.000 I just don't believe in female pilots.
00:13:41.000 That's all.
00:13:42.000 I believe in female pilots.
00:13:43.000 I don't.
00:13:44.000 They exist.
00:13:45.000 I know they exist.
00:13:45.000 They do exist.
00:13:46.000 Okay, I should say I don't trust them.
00:13:48.000 As for directions, honey, we're just going up.
00:13:52.000 I trust them.
00:13:52.000 That's it.
00:13:53.000 I would let Gerald fly.
00:13:54.000 Can you end up where it says on the ticket, don't pressure me!
00:13:59.000 And then they make the joke that men are too afraid to look at a map.
00:14:01.000 It's like, yeah, but you know what?
00:14:02.000 We end up there and you call me saying, do I turn left at the McDonald's?
00:14:07.000 What?
00:14:07.000 Give me a landmark.
00:14:08.000 Go south.
00:14:09.000 I don't know.
00:14:10.000 Is that the CVS?
00:14:11.000 I don't know.
00:14:12.000 Just go south.
00:14:13.000 Walgreens?
00:14:14.000 I'm sorry.
00:14:14.000 Are you married to Carlos Meza?
00:14:17.000 We have to bleep that.
00:14:18.000 Uh...
00:14:19.000 Soft bleep.
00:14:20.000 People will know it.
00:14:21.000 Finally, there's this story where Andrew Yang, the Yang gangers out there, hello, admits
00:14:30.000 to having once named his pectoral muscles.
00:14:33.000 He named his right peck Rex and his left peck Lex, and apparently in college he could jostle them on command to impress the girls.
00:14:42.000 If the girls were impressed, he'd then introduce them to, allegedly, Wang Hong, which, besides being racist, unfortunately, turned out to be a disappointing exaggeration.
00:14:50.000 What do you think about that, Suge Knight Ruxpin?
00:14:53.000 I'll beat his motherfucking ass and kick him square in his motherfucking ass and play with his titties.
00:14:57.000 Hey, Suge Knight Ruxpin, don't you know you're not supposed to hate?
00:15:00.000 Aggressive.
00:15:02.000 That's enough out of you, Suge Knight Ruxpin.
00:15:05.000 Horrible.
00:15:05.000 I'm sorry you have to sit next to that, Bill.
00:15:07.000 It's fine.
00:15:08.000 We're friends.
00:15:08.000 I don't understand why he's not a black bear, though.
00:15:12.000 Well, Build-A-Bear was running low on inventory.
00:15:15.000 Just so many Suge Knight Ruxpins.
00:15:17.000 I do feel as though many times when we go and we purchase these items and they ask us what it's for, if we gave them an honest answer, they would not sell them.
00:15:24.000 I lie.
00:15:24.000 I lie every time.
00:15:25.000 That's what we're going to start doing, is just Crowder Confronts, where you go and try and buy stuff honestly, and they're like, no, no, no, Suge Knight?
00:15:32.000 No way.
00:15:32.000 No way.
00:15:33.000 So this bear is for Suge Knight Ruxpin?
00:15:36.000 You know, I think maybe KB down the block.
00:15:40.000 KB's been gone for four years.
00:15:42.000 That's a rip, man.
00:15:42.000 I don't know.
00:15:43.000 Yeah.
00:15:44.000 That's your issue.
00:15:45.000 It's your best chance.
00:15:46.000 We're closing now.
00:15:47.000 Anyone here Taylor Swift fans?
00:15:49.000 No.
00:15:49.000 Yes.
00:15:50.000 No.
00:15:50.000 Really?
00:15:51.000 Are you?
00:15:51.000 Yeah.
00:15:51.000 I used to be a Taylor Swift fan.
00:15:54.000 But this is something, we're going to talk about the Equality Act here, but let's set this up.
00:15:57.000 Taylor Swift, she had this VMA performance acceptance speech where she promoted the Equality Act and then called out the White House for not responding to her petition.
00:16:06.000 Here's the speech.
00:16:07.000 At the end of this video, there was a petition, and there still is a petition.
00:16:11.000 There's four dudes up there.
00:16:14.000 For the equality act.
00:16:15.000 Well, one of them is Dennis Rodman.
00:16:17.000 I want to thank everyone who signed that petition because it now has half a million signatures, which.
00:16:28.000 She's getting cocky.
00:16:30.000 She's gaining confidence.
00:16:31.000 Which is five times the amount that it would need to warrant a response from the White House.
00:16:36.000 Ooh, look!
00:16:37.000 She's got a little lilt there.
00:16:39.000 Flat wag.
00:16:39.000 Got a little lilt.
00:16:40.000 Snap, snap.
00:16:41.000 Guess what?
00:16:42.000 That wouldn't mean anything if everything that she just said was not factually incorrect.
00:16:48.000 So it brings us to this week's What a Piece of Sh**!
00:16:53.000 All right, we're gonna talk about... It's always a short, people get jarred if you're listening on audio, sorry.
00:16:59.000 But we're gonna get to the Equality Act.
00:17:00.000 But this whole speech, let me just rattle this off.
00:17:02.000 First, Ms.
00:17:02.000 Swift, you're not actually wearing a watch, right?
00:17:05.000 So when she does the looking at the watch, I understand you're trying to be funny.
00:17:07.000 That's like a four-year-old.
00:17:08.000 This was obviously premeditated.
00:17:09.000 Put on a watch.
00:17:10.000 Second, the White House only has to respond if you submit a petition through WhiteHouse.gov.
00:17:13.000 Yours was a Change.org petition.
00:17:16.000 And you didn't even address it to the White House.
00:17:18.000 You addressed it to the Senate, sweetheart.
00:17:22.000 And by the way, even though we know that you've ditched all of your people and teardrops on your guitar and you're going for the pop world now to hang out with people like Lena Dunham, you didn't have to throw your dad under the bus and have him delete all of his social media just because he happens to be a Republican.
00:17:34.000 Piece of s**t movie.
00:17:36.000 And by the way, you're a cute girl.
00:17:37.000 How much makeup?
00:17:38.000 You're wearing these... You're looking more and more like a tranny.
00:17:40.000 And by the way, don't take my word for it, John Travolta was clearly confused.
00:17:46.000 Oh, a word?
00:17:47.000 What?
00:17:48.000 Uh-oh.
00:17:49.000 And he sleeps with a lot of trannies.
00:17:53.000 And do you always have to act, Taylor Swift, do you?
00:17:54.000 We're gonna get to the equality, but do you always have to act like you're surprised every time you win an award?
00:17:58.000 This is like, what, your 42nd award?
00:17:59.000 It's not a Grammy.
00:18:00.000 It's an MTV award for a music video which is the most played, most popular video of the year.
00:18:09.000 I don't know.
00:18:09.000 I don't know what to say.
00:18:10.000 I don't know, but you know what?
00:18:12.000 I do have a petition that has more than five times.
00:18:14.000 Shut up, Taylor Swift!
00:18:16.000 She had this look on her face like someone just said, I'll finish with the abortion, Ms.
00:18:19.000 Swift.
00:18:22.000 You're so thrilled.
00:18:23.000 That is cruel.
00:18:24.000 What do you think, Gerald B.?
00:18:25.000 Alright, on to the Equality Act and why it sucks.
00:18:30.000 This is one of those things that sounds good, right?
00:18:32.000 The Equality Act.
00:18:34.000 You set up the doll.
00:18:35.000 By the way, I love the crappy golf shirt.
00:18:37.000 You really captured the essence.
00:18:38.000 And G. Morgan Jr., by the way, his back surgery went well.
00:18:40.000 We do.
00:18:41.000 We love you, Gerald.
00:18:42.000 Just, you know, get off the pain pills.
00:18:45.000 We don't want you to be like the D.C.
00:18:46.000 guy yelling, eat my butt.
00:18:49.000 This sounds good, the Equality Act.
00:18:51.000 Just, like, pro-choice.
00:18:53.000 Sounds good.
00:18:53.000 The Green New Deal.
00:18:55.000 Actually, that doesn't even really sound good.
00:18:56.000 That does sound a little bit authoritarian.
00:18:57.000 You know, you plan to see people doing a goose step when it's the New Deal.
00:19:00.000 But, you know, I get it.
00:19:01.000 The point is, it sounds good.
00:19:02.000 And she said the bill basically means that everyone gets treated equally.
00:19:06.000 No.
00:19:07.000 No.
00:19:07.000 Let me get into the Equality Act and why it's incredibly dangerous and corrosive, okay?
00:19:13.000 The bill prohibits, to quote it exactly, discrimination on the basis of sex, gender, identity, and sexual orientation.
00:19:19.000 Okay, I understand discrimination based on sex.
00:19:22.000 I understand sexual orientation.
00:19:23.000 Get it.
00:19:24.000 Key takeaway here, though, is gender identity.
00:19:28.000 It's not defined at all in any real way when you look at the bill.
00:19:31.000 So someone can just identify as a woman and federal law demands that everyone treat them that way.
00:19:37.000 That's a problem.
00:19:38.000 Bill, do you see some of the complications there?
00:19:40.000 So this is one of the things people think.
00:19:41.000 They go, oh, well, I'm just going to put a law into place and decide.
00:19:43.000 It's going to be easy.
00:19:44.000 Oh, I want equal rights.
00:19:45.000 I mean, obviously, that's not what the law is about.
00:19:48.000 You've already said that.
00:19:49.000 But when you actually have to apply it, how are you going to apply something so undefined and malleable as gender identity?
00:19:56.000 I mean, Everyone has a problem with just even understanding, okay, so if I decide to change today, if Trump decides he wants to identify as a woman, is it now we have our first woman president and everyone's going to run to his backing?
00:20:07.000 Of course not.
00:20:08.000 And yet, these are the types of laws that are supported that don't actually talk about how you're actually going to apply it in real life.
00:20:14.000 Right.
00:20:14.000 They just want to stay in the high level in the clouds.
00:20:16.000 And then when someone goes, well, I'd actually like a little bit of structure there to know how we're going to follow the law, they start saying... Don't you know you're not supposed to hate half-Asian Bill?
00:20:24.000 Exactly.
00:20:26.000 No questions.
00:20:27.000 By the way, it's not as though there isn't any precedent for this, because we can see some complications.
00:20:31.000 So how would allowing anyone to identify however they want potentially be a problem?
00:20:34.000 In other words, why would anyone be opposed to the Equality Act?
00:20:38.000 No one's opposed to equality!
00:20:40.000 That's not what we're talking about.
00:20:41.000 So let's start with this.
00:20:43.000 One reason, women's sports.
00:20:44.000 We've already covered how transgenderism is destroying women's sports.
00:20:47.000 You have male-to-female transgender athletes winning world cycling championships.
00:20:51.000 And people say, well, that's an isolated incident.
00:20:52.000 No, winning national championships in weightlifting.
00:20:55.000 Smashing four powerlifting world records in a day.
00:20:57.000 And by the way, a biological male is now the number one ranked NCAA women's track star.
00:21:04.000 Transathletics, where men get everything and women get consistent beatings.
00:21:07.000 It's the Islam of sports.
00:21:09.000 Also, in a recent meet, this is important to note, said transgender, was first, ranked first nationally, and in a meet, someone placed second, respectively, was also a transgender.
00:21:19.000 For the record, the race included exactly two transgender competitors.
00:21:24.000 How many?
00:21:25.000 Two.
00:21:25.000 Where were they ranked?
00:21:26.000 Number one and two.
00:21:27.000 Oh, wow.
00:21:29.000 That's harsh.
00:21:30.000 Men just have an unbelievable advantage!
00:21:32.000 Testosterone, we've gone through this, higher bone density, greater lung capacity, higher ratio of fast-twitch muscle fibers, but we're gonna have to throw this out because someone wrote a college thesis.
00:21:40.000 And Taylor Swift does an imaginary watch.
00:21:44.000 And this is something important to note.
00:21:45.000 People say, well, we're going to deal with sports when we get there.
00:21:47.000 And this is something, and I would like your opinion here on this bill, but they say we can make a provision for sports.
00:21:51.000 Actually, no you can't.
00:21:52.000 If it's the law, sports have to follow the law.
00:21:55.000 Now they can add to it in certain ways.
00:21:56.000 For example, like the Nevada State Athletic Commission.
00:21:58.000 You see this a lot with UFC when they had this whole testosterone issue going on.
00:22:02.000 It's legal.
00:22:02.000 People can procure testosterone.
00:22:05.000 But, the sports organization can say, alright, we don't want to use that because of an unfair advantage.
00:22:09.000 But if a law specifically says you cannot prohibit in any way someone who's on testosterone, they can't do it.
00:22:15.000 It's not left open-ended here.
00:22:17.000 That's the challenge that I see.
00:22:23.000 We've talked about this in the First Amendment.
00:22:24.000 If you actually put a definition of hate speech and then you try to apply it, it falls apart immediately in almost every example.
00:22:30.000 It's the same way with trying to define gender identity and say, it's not just the whatever, it's the whenever, right?
00:22:36.000 So someone can say, well I am, you know, of the 97,000 different versions apparently that exist in gender identity.
00:22:42.000 I'm going to cycle through them like t-shirts every single day.
00:22:45.000 Will the rest of the world catch up?
00:22:47.000 And if you don't, it's a crime.
00:22:49.000 Right?
00:22:50.000 You're liable civilly to have to pay money, or fines, or maybe even go to jail, or all those types of things.
00:22:55.000 At the very least, to be pilloried in social media if you can't actually keep up with the changing, fluid gender identities.
00:23:02.000 And that's a problem.
00:23:03.000 In the same way when you talk about discriminating against folks in a certain way, you have to be able to define what the discrimination is.
00:23:09.000 And when one of the biggest proponents of it, Taylor Swift, can't even define it, I'm loving the music, but stick to it.
00:23:14.000 Don't try and go to the long side.
00:23:15.000 You're just saying I should shut up and sing?
00:23:17.000 Pretty much.
00:23:17.000 Pretty much, yeah.
00:23:18.000 So you're just saying you don't want to hear my political opinions?
00:23:20.000 Yeah, you know, let's go with that.
00:23:22.000 Yes.
00:23:23.000 That's not why you were hired.
00:23:24.000 That's not why you're here.
00:23:25.000 We don't really care.
00:23:26.000 We don't really want to hear them.
00:23:27.000 And by the way, you're wrong.
00:23:28.000 I mean, is it discrimination to say, you know what?
00:23:29.000 You can't do the hormones.
00:23:31.000 What?
00:23:31.000 But that's what helps me compete!
00:23:33.000 My point exactly.
00:23:34.000 By the way, hit the notification bell if you're subscribed because apparently subscriptions don't mean a whole lot.
00:23:37.000 New video every day.
00:23:39.000 Just bookmark the page, check in.
00:23:40.000 And, of course, we have hours and hours of content at MugClub if you join up at lotofcreditor.com.
00:23:45.000 And there's the CrowderBits channel on YouTube if you want to see clips and you want to be able to search them pretty quickly.
00:23:49.000 Another reason here, too, when we talk about the Equality Bill.
00:23:52.000 Women's only spaces.
00:23:53.000 This is something that has turned a lot of feminists against others.
00:23:56.000 It's turned lesbian angry sister against blue haired pseudo lesbian sister.
00:24:01.000 And that's sad.
00:24:04.000 Let me read from the bill.
00:24:06.000 With respect to gender identity, an individual shall not be denied access to a shared facility
00:24:09.000 including a restroom, a locker room, and a dressing room.
00:24:12.000 That is in accordance with the individual's gender identity, which again is not defined.
00:24:18.000 Even without laws like this, there have been tons of cases of sexual assault, rape, when
00:24:22.000 male to female transgenders have been allowed to go into women's only spaces.
00:24:26.000 But I'm not saying that always happens, that every transgender is a sexual predator.
00:24:31.000 But most recently we had Jessica Yaniv, who used these protections in Canada to try and gain access to underage nude girls.
00:24:36.000 And was championed.
00:24:37.000 Still trying to do it.
00:24:38.000 Still trying.
00:24:39.000 Still going.
00:24:39.000 Yeah, well, I mean, maybe they're not all predators, but I'm not exactly mystified at how many of them are sexual deviants.
00:24:45.000 I mean, they pretty much have their identity focused on their sexual deviancy, or at least their gender deviancy.
00:24:52.000 Yeah.
00:24:52.000 Well, they wouldn't say, yeah, exactly, gender.
00:24:54.000 You can't choose your sexuality, but you can choose your gender.
00:24:56.000 That's the new thing.
00:24:57.000 By the way, show me your tits.
00:24:59.000 Yeah.
00:24:59.000 That's Jessica Yenif.
00:25:01.000 She's getting into these change rooms like, yeah, can you help me?
00:25:04.000 Can you help me use my tampon?
00:25:06.000 No!
00:25:06.000 I think you should be locked up.
00:25:07.000 No, not at all.
00:25:08.000 I think you should be in Buffalo Bill's well.
00:25:12.000 Think about the subjectivity though, right?
00:25:14.000 Like again, and I don't say though as to be a rebuttal, but I mean think about it's actually worse.
00:25:19.000 I mean it's worse than that when you think of the practical application of saying okay well hey I'm gonna go to the women's restroom today and later in the day I'm gonna go to the men's restroom and then actually later after that I'm gonna go back in the women's restroom.
00:25:31.000 Right?
00:25:32.000 And all of the places that, for example, I mean, I know a number of women who actually consider the women's restroom to be a safe space.
00:25:38.000 Right?
00:25:38.000 Right.
00:25:39.000 So regardless of whether it is or it isn't, you're going to take one person's subjective view of a place where they can go, they can feel safe, and frankly, if you've ever been in a women's restroom, it's always nicer than a men's restroom.
00:25:48.000 Every time.
00:25:49.000 And now you're going to say... I've heard the opposite.
00:25:51.000 I've heard that it gets even messier.
00:25:52.000 It can.
00:25:52.000 It gets messy, but they start off really clean and nice.
00:25:55.000 Sometimes they have couches.
00:25:56.000 Really?
00:25:57.000 They almost often have couches and flowers and scent machines.
00:26:00.000 That's crazy.
00:26:00.000 Couches?
00:26:01.000 Yeah, couches.
00:26:02.000 I've seen it.
00:26:02.000 That's disgusting.
00:26:05.000 I've snuck in there once.
00:26:06.000 Couches are very porous.
00:26:07.000 It's very permeable.
00:26:09.000 It's gross.
00:26:09.000 They have their clothes on.
00:26:10.000 I don't know.
00:26:11.000 I feel like that couch, it's like if you have a couch in a cigar lounge, it's always going to smell like that.
00:26:16.000 No matter where.
00:26:16.000 You can sell it on Craigslist.
00:26:18.000 It doesn't matter.
00:26:18.000 It's not a white couch.
00:26:20.000 The couch in the bathroom will smell like that.
00:26:22.000 But the idea being is that, okay, if you have a subjective view of what should be great, and you're gonna have these women who say, the safe space that I have in the restroom to be able to go there and not worry about men being around, to be able to, you know, cry, or to do my makeup, or to do whatever, adjust my dress, now I have to say, under this rule, under the... Yep, we're lucky.
00:26:43.000 Now it just doesn't matter, right?
00:26:44.000 Like, take all the signs off, anyone can go anywhere.
00:26:46.000 And this is important because it's not based in science at all.
00:26:49.000 Gender is really, it's really more grammatical.
00:26:51.000 We've talked about this before.
00:26:52.000 Simone de Beauvoir, you go to the John Money study, right?
00:26:54.000 You get to Judith Butler.
00:26:56.000 This is a very new idea.
00:26:57.000 Even people who believe that gender was socially constructed and separate from sex, they still only believed in two genders.
00:27:03.000 And this is not scientifically based.
00:27:04.000 It was never proven.
00:27:05.000 It's just theory.
00:27:06.000 It was theory that was supposed to be talked about in college because it didn't really matter or have real-world consequences, like most things that are talked about in humanities courses.
00:27:13.000 And then, for some reason, people weren't in on the gag, like, let's just open up the floodgates!
00:27:17.000 And even the professors themselves were like, what?
00:27:18.000 No?
00:27:19.000 It was a goof!
00:27:21.000 It was a goof!
00:27:22.000 So here's another reason, by the way, with this bill.
00:27:23.000 They're going to be targeting religious organizations, business owners.
00:27:26.000 The Equality Act prohibits against any kind of discrimination, as they put it, against LGBTQAAIP people from the bill.
00:27:33.000 Any establishment that provides a good, a service, a program, including a store, shopping center, online retailer, or service provider, salon, we'll get back to that, bank, gas station, food bank, service, or care center, shelter, travel agency, funeral parlor, or establishment that provides health care, accounting, or legal services.
00:27:49.000 They mentioned salon in there.
00:27:50.000 Clearly, because Jessica Yaniv was trying to get people to wax Z's balls.
00:27:54.000 Like, why did they specifically go, just say all businesses!
00:27:58.000 Well, they also mentioned shelters.
00:28:00.000 So, battered women's shelters now have to receive men.
00:28:04.000 Going back to what Bill said, that's another safe space.
00:28:06.000 It literally is sometimes the only safe place a lot of these women have, is a battered women's shelter.
00:28:11.000 And now we're going to allow men in, which is more trauma.
00:28:14.000 And by the way, a lot of shelters are run by churches.
00:28:17.000 A lot of shelters are run by religious organizations.
00:28:19.000 This is what's important to know.
00:28:20.000 There's the letter of the law, there's the spirit of the law.
00:28:23.000 People aren't creating battered women's shelters because they hate transgenders.
00:28:27.000 They're trying to do good.
00:28:28.000 And then you ruin it by saying, it's not good enough, let's allow men there.
00:28:32.000 Let's get an example for our church.
00:28:35.000 They had a single mom's night at our church.
00:28:38.000 This is a big thing where single mothers would go drop off their kids at daycare and I think they would do like yoga or spin class or sometimes it would have like a single like a matchmaking night with the single men of the church.
00:28:47.000 So it would be illegal for a church to say, oh, we're having a single mom's night here.
00:28:52.000 By the way, you have to be allowed if you're a man.
00:28:55.000 Think about that for a second.
00:28:57.000 Is that really about equality?
00:28:59.000 Again, back to salons.
00:29:00.000 It's so funny to me.
00:29:01.000 They're clearly wanting to wax Jessica Yaniv's testicles and scrotum.
00:29:06.000 So here's one of the things that I do think that we all have to keep in mind.
00:29:11.000 on the conservative side in terms of talking about these issues is, really, if you get to the nub of why this rule is around, it's because of the few examples of folks who are treating other people inhumanely, right?
00:29:23.000 I mean, there's one thing to say jokes, there's one thing to criticize the political positions, which is what we're doing here, and to criticize, again, the application of those rules.
00:29:31.000 It's another thing for someone to say, who's listening to this, to go out and say, you know what I'm gonna do?
00:29:35.000 Every time I see someone who's transgender, I'm gonna assault them.
00:29:39.000 I'm going to attack them in the workplace.
00:29:41.000 I'm going to discriminate against them in the workplace and treat them in an inhumane way.
00:29:45.000 And that's not what we're talking about here.
00:29:47.000 No, that's not what we're talking about.
00:29:47.000 We're talking about the actual practical application of taking it.
00:29:51.000 But comparing that to, you know what?
00:29:53.000 You have a dick.
00:29:54.000 The restroom is not treating them in an inhumane way.
00:29:57.000 Well, why can't I go in there?
00:29:58.000 Because there are little girls in there and you have a dick.
00:30:00.000 And now every pushback becomes, oh, now you're a hater.
00:30:03.000 Now you're a hater.
00:30:04.000 Now you hate.
00:30:04.000 Now you're full of hate.
00:30:05.000 Well, this is how far down we talk about slippery slope.
00:30:08.000 Look behind you.
00:30:09.000 There's the slope.
00:30:10.000 We're at the bottom.
00:30:11.000 Another reason, transitioning kids.
00:30:12.000 We've talked about this quite a bit, but a lot of people don't know that the Equality Act specifies that kids cannot be denied.
00:30:18.000 People, including kids, cannot be denied health care based on being transgender.
00:30:22.000 We've already seen parents lose custody of their children at a state level because they refuse to pump them full of hormones.
00:30:28.000 Now you apply this federally.
00:30:30.000 Never mind that it's the right thing to do.
00:30:33.000 Most people don't think you should allow kids to be put on puberty blockers.
00:30:36.000 I think, if anything, child services should take those parents away if they start pumping a seven-year-old boy full of estrogen.
00:30:42.000 But, call me old-fashioned.
00:30:44.000 And this is important to note, by the way, if the kids don't transition, we've talked about this many times, 75 to 90% of children with gender dysphoria, they completely outgrow it with therapy.
00:30:51.000 They're put on puberty blockers, their percentage drops to zero.
00:30:54.000 Suicide attempted rate is still 42%.
00:30:57.000 The Equality Act will create a federal legal basis for parents to lose custody of their children for denying them healthcare if they don't go along with something that has no basis in science, and we don't have any data yet because this is really, really new.
00:31:12.000 We could be putting all of these kids into a shallow, cancerous grave.
00:31:16.000 So when you talk about loving, when you talk about caring about people, listen.
00:31:20.000 You're looking at a 42% suicide rate.
00:31:22.000 You're looking at bone problems.
00:31:23.000 You're looking at mood problems.
00:31:23.000 You're looking at huge rates of depression and schizophrenia.
00:31:27.000 Just telling someone that they're perfect the way they are is not compassion.
00:31:31.000 If a kid wants to eat nothing but s'mores and strawberry preserves, you tell him no because it's probably not healthy for him.
00:31:38.000 That's the case here.
00:31:39.000 If a kid wants to be put on puberty blockers, you say, no.
00:31:42.000 Why?
00:31:42.000 Because your bone plates haven't fused yet.
00:31:44.000 But I don't want some lady in the white jacket to come in here and take you away from me.
00:31:48.000 So here's your estrogen pills.
00:31:50.000 There you go.
00:31:51.000 Want some Cialis?
00:31:52.000 All right.
00:31:52.000 It's a treat for everybody.
00:31:55.000 I don't even know if they sue CLS.
00:31:56.000 I assume the kids would want CLS.
00:31:57.000 You can't block them anymore.
00:31:59.000 So, anyway.
00:32:00.000 No, Taylor.
00:32:00.000 The Equality Act is not just basically, we all deserve equal rights under the law.
00:32:04.000 It's like the Green New Deal.
00:32:06.000 It's a laundry list of leftist ideology that completely tries to criminalize any dissent.
00:32:10.000 And just like the Green New Deal, by the way, the Green New Deal takes over, I don't want to say a fifth of the economy, because that's when we were talking about healthcare, the Green New Deal takes over All of the economy.
00:32:19.000 It basically nationalizes energy and, by the way, also shoehorns in social and racial justice in the green.
00:32:26.000 You're like, why is this here?
00:32:27.000 Why is this here?
00:32:29.000 Black and yellow right there.
00:32:30.000 Precious innocent.
00:32:31.000 Green isn't even in the song about Jesus love me.
00:32:33.000 Are you sure?
00:32:34.000 You have no basis.
00:32:36.000 Not even a fictional one.
00:32:37.000 So that basically takes over the entire economy nationally.
00:32:40.000 And now a bill like this, the Equality Act, look it up yourself.
00:32:43.000 Please go read it.
00:32:44.000 Check out our sources.
00:32:44.000 Look how loosely defined gender identity is.
00:32:47.000 This would do for the social structure, the societal fabric of America, what the Green New Deal would do for the economy.
00:32:53.000 This takes control over all of it.
00:32:55.000 It removes your control as a parent.
00:32:57.000 It removes your control as a business owner.
00:32:58.000 It removes your control as an athlete.
00:33:00.000 It removes your control as someone who wants to take a dump in peace without Jessica and Eve coming in waxing his scrotum and t***.
00:33:07.000 Alright, we have to go to Tim Pool.
00:33:09.000 Hopefully we'll calm down.
00:33:11.000 I don't know.
00:33:12.000 Bimbo, bimbo.
00:33:13.000 My name is Mr. Susan.
00:33:14.000 You must choose.
00:33:15.000 And now it is time for you to do the choosing.
00:33:16.000 I am Mr. Cable.
00:33:17.000 It's a little sweet talk, but I've got a lot to say.
00:33:18.000 My little Tupac, my little Tupac, grab your piece and do rap.
00:33:25.000 you My Little Tupac, My Little Tupac, we know you used to be a theater fag.
00:33:33.000 My Little Tupac, My Little Tupac, we'll kick it with blunts and crystal.
00:33:38.000 My Little Tupac, My Little Tupac, let's kill Biggie Smalls.
00:33:44.000 I love you, My Little Tupac.
00:33:47.000 My Little Tupac, each sold separately.
00:33:50.000 A trapezoid for you!
00:33:58.000 Dat.
00:33:59.000 Dat.
00:34:01.000 Deep in your groove.
00:34:05.000 Headlined by, Ernest gets sodomized in prison.
00:34:08.000 That one wasn't cut for time.
00:34:10.000 We just thought that was a little rough.
00:34:12.000 Yeah.
00:34:14.000 If you want me to read another one of your letters, use some punctuation.
00:34:17.000 Lock it up.
00:34:17.000 Let's go.
00:34:20.000 An attempted robbery that was thwarted by a retarded guy in the air vent.
00:34:25.000 Are you saying that Epstein would have been involved with, like, actual human sacrifices at satanic rituals?
00:34:34.000 Absolutely.
00:34:34.000 Right.
00:34:35.000 The people say Biden makes gaffes.
00:34:37.000 Biden is the gaffe.
00:34:39.000 Like the dude's one hair plug away from calling Trump President Taft.
00:34:39.000 He is.
00:34:43.000 But it was just a vigilante retard.
00:34:53.000 No.
00:34:54.000 And now, a reading from the Democratic Socialist Manifesto with Comrade Cortez.
00:35:00.000 It's become evident that the bourgeoisie is unfit any longer to be the ruling class.
00:35:06.000 The squad is the ruling class now.
00:35:08.000 We run this sh**.
00:35:10.000 Me, my girl Ilhan, Rashida, and... I never learned the other girl's name.
00:35:16.000 It doesn't matter.
00:35:18.000 We're coming for you, Israel.
00:35:22.000 Join Mug Club, because soon, videos like this will be all that's left on YouTube.
00:35:27.000 I'm dicey, dicey, zoo, zoo, buck off, you.
00:35:31.000 Zoo, zoo, dicey, dicey, zoo, zoo, zoo.
00:35:34.000 I'm always curious about our next guest's dance moves, because I found out that he was biracial.
00:35:38.000 Namely because he said he was biracial.
00:35:41.000 Yeah, you can't really tell otherwise.
00:35:42.000 That was the only way I could tell.
00:35:43.000 And then I thought, well, maybe he was like you, quarter black.
00:35:45.000 And then it turns out he was kind of Asian.
00:35:48.000 Kind of Asian.
00:35:49.000 Like that sort of Abercrombie ethnic where it's like, I don't know what it is, but there's something there that is not intimidating as a white person and makes me want to buy, you know, low-cut pants.
00:35:58.000 But I don't know what their dancing is like.
00:35:59.000 So anyway, you know him, you love him.
00:36:01.000 He's been on the show multiple times.
00:36:02.000 We've done a Devil's Advocate with him.
00:36:04.000 You follow his program, TimCast, on YouTube.
00:36:06.000 You can follow him on Twitter, at TimCast.
00:36:08.000 He has an upcoming live event Saturday, August 31st, with Minds IRL.
00:36:13.000 It's called Ending Racism, Violence, and Authoritarianism.
00:36:16.000 Mr. Tim Poole, how are you, sir?
00:36:18.000 I'm pretty good, you know, all things considered, with the event and all that.
00:36:21.000 Yes, okay, well before, well, I was going to ask you about living in a van, but we'll save that for later.
00:36:26.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:36:27.000 What do you mean all things considered with the event for people who don't know?
00:36:30.000 I gotta say, man, it has been a stressful past couple of weeks.
00:36:33.000 We have an event, like you mentioned, it's called Minds IRL.
00:36:36.000 The overarching theme is ending racism, violence, and authoritarianism, something I think you would probably agree with.
00:36:42.000 All those things are bad.
00:36:43.000 I would also agree, pretty lofty goals for one live event, but the sentiment I appreciate.
00:36:48.000 But, you know, we want to address this cultural, political issue, the culture, or whatever you want to talk about, and we tried our best to bring in progressives, and we have many, and some liberals, as well as moderates and conservatives, I think it leans more towards the anti-SJW type, but that's because those people are so willing to get up on stage.
00:37:06.000 Getting progressives is difficult, so my tremendous respect to those progressives who agreed to come and speak and sit down.
00:37:13.000 I'm a sponsor.
00:37:14.000 My company, Subverse, is sponsoring it.
00:37:16.000 I'm not one of the primary organizers necessarily, but I am speaking as well.
00:37:20.000 We had this thing booked since March.
00:37:23.000 Contract signed.
00:37:24.000 Good to go.
00:37:25.000 All speakers publicly announced.
00:37:26.000 It is a local event right by my house.
00:37:29.000 It's not like I went to LA to put on this big show.
00:37:32.000 Within two weeks, when we're about to do this, all of a sudden we start getting this, what I'm going to call a harassment campaign.
00:37:38.000 It's not a protest.
00:37:39.000 It's a harassment campaign.
00:37:40.000 They're calling local businesses.
00:37:42.000 They're calling all of these different politicians in the state.
00:37:45.000 And they're accusing us of some of the weirdest conspiracy insanity I've ever seen.
00:37:49.000 And it's a couple, they're some semi, I don't want to call them local because they're 40, 50 miles away, but they're these progressive groups.
00:37:56.000 There's, as well as an Antifa group from New Jersey, accusing the group of like, you name it, you name it in terms of the worst thing you can be.
00:38:04.000 And it's, it's there.
00:38:05.000 White supremacy, pedophiles, you know, the Klan, like all like, it's like they reached into a hat and pulled out buzzwords about what this is.
00:38:11.000 Well, here's the thing.
00:38:13.000 Two weeks out, and we start getting these harassing phone calls and the
00:38:17.000 theater tells us to GTFO and it's the most insane thing ever that they would that we
00:38:22.000 would literally have an event called ending racism. A couple of the people are in the
00:38:26.000 Young Turks network who are speaking here that's how like we're really bringing people together. So I'll
00:38:31.000 tell you what really scares me about this. What you know really scares me is oh yeah
00:38:35.000 yeah but what scares me is that this was a legitimate attempt of following their rules okay.
00:38:41.000 We've got more female speakers than male, we've got like 35% POC for like, we did everything they wanted us to do!
00:38:48.000 Now hold on a second, you said GTFO, POC, why are you naming cars?
00:38:53.000 I'm not entirely.
00:38:53.000 Oh, yeah.
00:38:53.000 GTO.
00:38:55.000 Yeah, the theater can't like they're trying to cancel on us.
00:38:59.000 So we have a backup venue, but there's going to be a legal issue because we will not back
00:39:03.000 down.
00:39:04.000 Look, you can't have a contract for for five months where you see the speakers, you know
00:39:09.000 what the event's about, and then bend the knee to crazy, wacko, far left conspiracy
00:39:14.000 theorists who accuses of everything in the book.
00:39:17.000 Makes no sense.
00:39:17.000 Can I ask you a quick question?
00:39:18.000 You've mentioned they.
00:39:19.000 Who's they?
00:39:20.000 I know I read an article about Antifa, but are there organized groups that have publicly protested this, or is it just sort of happening in the dark portions of the West?
00:39:27.000 No, there's some public... They're not, like, huge.
00:39:33.000 But there's a couple of groups.
00:39:34.000 Do you want me to name them?
00:39:34.000 I'd rather not, because I don't want to give them attention.
00:39:36.000 Okay, you don't have to name them, but these are organized groups.
00:39:39.000 In other words, it's not just a random person calling someone up, because we've talked about this, where every now and then you'll have someone at Vox or someone, you know, along those lines who complains of being harassed, and it's two people with a Twitter egg versus an organization or a concerted effort to shut it down, and you're saying it's the latter.
00:39:55.000 So there is an Antifa group, which is, you know, it's probably a small handful of people in a certain portion of Jersey.
00:40:01.000 There's another group that claims to be a progressive activist group.
00:40:03.000 They have photos of their meetings.
00:40:05.000 So it seems like that's the case.
00:40:07.000 Another group actually has a very prominent activist who's been featured in news stories.
00:40:12.000 So I wouldn't call them famous, but they've, you know, they're not, it's not like one or two people, but it might be 15 or 20.
00:40:22.000 And then what they're doing is they're rallying Democratic groups to send harassing phone calls to local businesses, and it's gotten really bad.
00:40:30.000 You know, the theater called us in a panic, and I'm gonna qualify this statement because of legal issues, but based on what I was told, my interpretation of the frantic and panicked voice was that Antifa was threatening to burn down their theater.
00:40:45.000 This was corroborated by other people and eventually came out in the press, that, you know, this guy was panicked, like, these people are crazy, I can't, you know, they're gonna burn the theater down, all this stuff, something like that.
00:40:56.000 It may have been that this guy was just panicking, and he saw some tweet, which was a joke, but, you know, this frantic, you know, flame, and then we, so we, there have been harassing phone calls and threats.
00:41:06.000 Well, that's important to note, though, Tim, I don't want to skim over that, because you live in this world, and I live in this world, you know, for example, with the Vox scenario that was going on, where we're going back and forth, and I remember I had, Someone who I worked with, who will remain nameless, not someone here, but someone who, you know, it could have been a hairstylist, it could have been a doctor, let's put it, one of these sort of contractors in my life, and this person said, oh yeah, I heard you got into a lot of trouble with the gay community.
00:41:30.000 And I said, well, hold on a second, what are you talking, he was talking about Vox.
00:41:33.000 He had no idea.
00:41:33.000 He thought it was the gay community.
00:41:34.000 People who don't live in that world can much more easily be intimidated.
00:41:37.000 So this business owner, the person who owns the venue, they're not reading Twitter all the time.
00:41:41.000 They're not looking through YouTube rebuttals.
00:41:43.000 And so the left, they like to use that intimidation.
00:41:46.000 They're banking on them not knowing that it's just an Antifa group saying, we're going to burn the house down.
00:41:50.000 Because these people who don't live in our universe take it seriously.
00:41:54.000 And that's why we see such severe ramifications when we go, of course this isn't legitimate.
00:41:59.000 They're organizing protests.
00:42:02.000 They're threatening violence.
00:42:03.000 Like, this is all established.
00:42:05.000 And it's my neighborhood.
00:42:06.000 It's within a few miles of my house.
00:42:08.000 Right.
00:42:09.000 And they're coming from 50 to 100 miles away, calling it self-defense.
00:42:14.000 Isn't that mind-numbing?
00:42:15.000 But I was going to say earlier, what's scary about this to me is we played by all of their rules.
00:42:21.000 We got progressives.
00:42:22.000 We have more women than men.
00:42:23.000 We did everything they asked of us.
00:42:25.000 We have a headliner who is a person of color, famous anti-racist, and they still accuse
00:42:29.000 us of being alt-right, white supremacist, all of this nonsense.
00:42:33.000 And you're right about these people who aren't living in this world.
00:42:36.000 When they get a phone call saying, I'm going to destroy your business and take your job away, yeah, they panic.
00:42:42.000 And then they start hearing from their friends saying, what's going on?
00:42:44.000 You're having Nazis at your venue?
00:42:46.000 And they're like, no, it's a lie.
00:42:47.000 But you know what?
00:42:48.000 When you get 50 phone calls to your business, they start putting fake reviews on your business to smear you and slander you.
00:42:55.000 It has a real impact on small businesses in a small town.
00:42:58.000 Sure.
00:42:58.000 You know, for us, I get smeared all day, every day.
00:43:00.000 I'm like, whatever, man, it's the internet.
00:43:02.000 But for a local venue?
00:43:04.000 So we actually have two venues in Pitman, New Jersey.
00:43:07.000 The theater gave us the boot, which they can't because we have a contract, but whatever, we found another venue.
00:43:12.000 But the VIP brewery has defended us.
00:43:14.000 And, you know, they're the ones who are getting the brunt of it now, because, you know, when the lies and the slanders and the smears came in, saying it's Nazis and all that, these people actually did their due diligence and said, what are you talking about?
00:43:24.000 It's like a Young Turks guy who's gonna be hanging out.
00:43:26.000 These people are nuts.
00:43:27.000 Well, we've always done, at shows recently, we do after parties, and people can only get in if they have a mug, and we use cigar lounges, because cigar lounges tend to be overwhelmingly conservative, and it's sort of counter-cultural, so a lot of the owners are like, ah, yeah, just so you know, you can have some.
00:43:42.000 He's like, ah, I don't give a shit.
00:43:43.000 He's like, I don't give a s**t. They complain about this lounge just because they don't like people smoking on the sidewalk.
00:43:47.000 Ah, f**k them.
00:43:48.000 Like, that's what a lot of these people say.
00:43:49.000 So, in the future, you might want to look into it.
00:43:51.000 But this brewery, they're like left-leaning individuals.
00:43:55.000 One of the owners is, you know, I don't want to speak on their behalf too far, so I'll leave their private life to their private life, but, you know, they're Democrats.
00:44:03.000 They're left-leaning.
00:44:04.000 They said free speech is important.
00:44:05.000 They talked about how, you know, it's really crazy, and I'll stress this point, which is another thing that's kind of worrying me, is Ten months ago, Ann Coulter spoke at the same theater, and some of these groups didn't do anything.
00:44:16.000 They didn't care.
00:44:17.000 Now, all of a sudden, we're seeing kind of a dramatic escalation in a more liberal event is being shot down.
00:44:23.000 But this brewery, they told me that when the protests happened with Ann Coulter, they saw conservatives and Proud Boys, and they thought, hey, this is a great opportunity to start a dialogue with some of these other groups.
00:44:33.000 That was, you know, so they shared that kind of mentality that conversation is better.
00:44:37.000 I think I can tell you probably why that is.
00:44:39.000 They assume that people who are going to an Ann Coulter show are too far gone, whereas someone like you, you're more moderate, you're making more inroads.
00:44:45.000 That's why we get a lot of people who try to shut us down before we do shows because they go, well, hold on a second, this tends to be like a big party on campus.
00:44:51.000 Usually we do a venue, it's a couple thousand seats.
00:44:53.000 It's more of a comedy show, some Q&A, but it's a whole production, and it's not really the kind of thing one should be protesting, but it's because they just don't want new people to come to the show, and I think you're more likely to attract those people than Ann Coulter.
00:45:06.000 I want to make sure that I get this right, because I want to move on to another topic here.
00:45:09.000 August 31st, Saturday, and where is the show taking place?
00:45:13.000 I can't give the venue out, but it's in Philadelphia.
00:45:15.000 to be at the last minute, but it's in Philadelphia.
00:45:17.000 In the Philadelphia area.
00:45:18.000 OK.
00:45:19.000 So, well, the website is irl.mines.com and we're almost sold out.
00:45:23.000 All right.
00:45:24.000 Irl.mines.com.
00:45:25.000 And I wanted to start this and then we'll take it to the web extended because we can
00:45:28.000 always get in trouble on YouTube for this.
00:45:30.000 So it seems to me like you've been running up against this quite a bit, but you also
00:45:33.000 have some people saying, well, you play both sides of the fence because you're not really
00:45:37.000 You're not really liberal.
00:45:38.000 How would you identify yourself?
00:45:39.000 Because I know that you, the one thing you've been very straight on is you will not vote for, for Donald Trump, but you seem to be butting heads with the left a whole lot more than most on the right.
00:45:49.000 Well, yeah, I mean, look, there's a story today in NBC where they claim Trump is racist.
00:45:54.000 Because he sent out an email where he said, they quote him, it's our country, not theirs, referring to Ocasio-Cortez.
00:46:01.000 It's a lie.
00:46:01.000 It's a complete lie.
00:46:03.000 What he was saying was the Electoral College makes America for every zip code, not the coastal elites.
00:46:10.000 It's our country, not theirs.
00:46:11.000 Right.
00:46:12.000 What he was saying is the rich people, they twist it to try and make them seem racist.
00:46:16.000 But I read this and it's an overt lie.
00:46:18.000 So listen, I look at someone like Tulsi Gabbard, who I really like.
00:46:23.000 She's defended free speech.
00:46:24.000 She's denounced identity politics.
00:46:26.000 She's served her country, recently even.
00:46:29.000 And she's someone who aligns with a lot of my values.
00:46:32.000 And she has defended free speech for everybody, including conservatives.
00:46:35.000 So it really does work for me in terms of someone I think would be better than Trump, at least, as the Commander-in-Chief.
00:46:43.000 I think Trump has personality defects, which are bad in terms of unification.
00:46:49.000 And I mean, I think one of the important aspects of the president is being a charismatic leader.
00:46:54.000 But then there's also foreign policy things that I don't agree with.
00:46:57.000 And trust me, I criticize Obama all day, every day for his foreign policy trip, too.
00:47:01.000 And I give Trump credit for his student loan forgiveness for the veterans.
00:47:05.000 But, you know, Trump is playing the Republican angle and there's core principles there I'm not going to support.
00:47:11.000 But I don't I don't hate Trump, I just think he's boorish and rude, but that's not, you know— These are very light adjectives to describe Donald Trump.
00:47:23.000 I think he's somewhat off-color, but that being said— Well, you see, I also try to be, I don't know, diplomatic.
00:47:33.000 Right.
00:47:33.000 You know, I understand if I go to a Trump supporter and start screaming about how Trump is a nasty guy and, like, the worst in the world, it's going to break apart our ability to communicate.
00:47:41.000 Yes.
00:47:42.000 So I need to have respect for people who disagree with me and try and understand them.
00:47:46.000 And that's the thing, too, about the event we're hosting.
00:47:48.000 We have Daryl Davis.
00:47:49.000 Right.
00:47:49.000 He's de-radicalized quite a few former KKK members, if people don't know, haven't looked into Daryl Davis.
00:47:54.000 There's a documentary out there about him.
00:47:56.000 But his thing was, give them the respect they're asking for.
00:47:58.000 Let them express themselves and try and understand them.
00:48:01.000 And that's a key to coming together, and I completely agree.
00:48:04.000 So, you know, I'm not a fan of Trump, but I'm not gonna go on my channel and screech with blood coming out of my eyes about how he's Hitler or something like that.
00:48:12.000 Is it disrespectful of me to say that Tulsa Gabbard is easy on the eyes?
00:48:16.000 She's a tall, cool glass of water?
00:48:18.000 I don't think so.
00:48:20.000 I was asked that by Jesse Kelly on his show, and he said something to that effect, and I'm like, well, she's a very professional and beautiful woman.
00:48:28.000 You know, you can't deny that.
00:48:30.000 But she's a major in the National Guard, man.
00:48:32.000 No, yeah, I respect her service, of course.
00:48:34.000 She has kind of that Nikki Haley vibe.
00:48:36.000 You know what I mean?
00:48:37.000 That sort of that golden skin, dark hair.
00:48:39.000 They always dress really well.
00:48:41.000 And I don't just mean she's hot.
00:48:42.000 I mean, very well-presented women.
00:48:44.000 They put themselves together well.
00:48:46.000 So I like that about Tulsi Gabbard.
00:48:48.000 Don't like her policies.
00:48:49.000 Don't like the platform.
00:48:50.000 But we'll talk about this more a little bit on the web extender for people who are listening.
00:48:53.000 We're gonna have to go to break.
00:48:54.000 If you're watching on YouTube, this is going to an extension now.
00:49:09.000 You need to understand the story point.
00:49:13.000 Have love and lust That you never have loved at all
00:49:19.000 You need to understand the plot You need to understand the story point
00:49:23.000 You really need to understand the gag So, we're here

00:51:21.000 It's nice.
00:51:23.000 Don't you want to feel nice?
00:51:25.000 This is a video of a man who has a problem with his legs.
00:51:27.000 He has a problem with his legs.
00:52:12.000 Oh, he is heavy.
00:52:13.000 He has a lot of mechanical stuff inside of him.
00:52:14.000 Remember, always deal with the most immediate problem first.
00:52:18.000 If you're drowning, your creature comforts of home, like your Rux... It's not more important than not drowning.
00:52:24.000 That's true.
00:52:27.000 We should auction off the... He's gonna f*** you up, man.
00:52:29.000 You gotta watch out.
00:52:31.000 We should either auction off the show or reuse it.
00:52:33.000 And by the way, we do have actually, talking with Tim Poole, there's the extended, web extended for people who are not in my club much longer.
00:52:39.000 We actually get into politics quite a bit.
00:52:40.000 But he's in that van.
00:52:42.000 We have, we've talked about it, we have this super secret crappy news van.
00:52:45.000 That's true.
00:52:46.000 That we have that we started building and then we just, we're not going to be using it because it's not big enough anymore.
00:52:50.000 We'll probably auction that off at some point.
00:52:52.000 If someone's looking for like a van life.
00:52:54.000 We've updated the mechanics.
00:52:55.000 Mechanical issues in there.
00:52:57.000 Beautiful carpet.
00:52:58.000 Awful.
00:52:58.000 It's red, white, and blue.
00:52:59.000 Crushed velour.
00:53:00.000 And it has the highest roof legally allowable.
00:53:02.000 And it still can't go in a parking garage.
00:53:05.000 So you could live in there.
00:53:05.000 Yeah.
00:53:07.000 Thank you so much to the people who, of course, watched, supported Crowder Confronts.
00:53:09.000 Next week we have... What do we have going on next week?
00:53:12.000 No, we have a change of mind coming in two weeks.
00:53:14.000 Two weeks.
00:53:14.000 Just a lot.
00:53:15.000 A lot going on.
00:53:16.000 So much stuff.
00:53:17.000 We talked about this during the... I don't know if it was life advice that we were talking about this this week.
00:53:22.000 But I wanted to reiterate this.
00:53:24.000 I heard someone talking about this the other day, saying, you know, this is a dark period for our country.
00:53:29.000 And I hear that talked about a lot, and it's just a comment that's really taken for granted.
00:53:34.000 Let's put politics away a little bit, okay?
00:53:37.000 And I never really, I wasn't a huge fan of Barack Obama, obviously we had a downturn economy, but right now, a genuine question to people out there, even if you're not a Trump fan, the people out there, like what's his name, Rick whatever whatever, the people at National Review, the people who were Republicans but hate Trump, and even Democrats.
00:53:51.000 Do you really believe this is a dark period in United States history?
00:53:56.000 Do you really believe that 10, 15, 50 years from now they'll be teaching people that 2016 through 2019 was a dark period for the United States?
00:54:05.000 I mean, what?
00:54:05.000 What?
00:54:06.000 Was there a recession?
00:54:08.000 No.
00:54:08.000 Depression?
00:54:09.000 No.
00:54:09.000 Unemployment?
00:54:10.000 No.
00:54:10.000 Wars?
00:54:11.000 Not really.
00:54:13.000 Were people being beaten in the street?
00:54:14.000 Lynched?
00:54:15.000 No.
00:54:16.000 Crosses being burned on lawns?
00:54:17.000 No.
00:54:19.000 This is an amazing time in history, and as much as we bitch about things, and I know I get wound up about Taylor Swift, honestly, this is an incredible time, and nobody appreciates it.
00:54:28.000 I want you to genuinely look at your life right now, okay?
00:54:32.000 Not just the United States, but let's think about the United States in a historical perspective right now, but I also want you to think of your personal life.
00:54:39.000 Compare it to actual dark periods.
00:54:43.000 Right?
00:54:44.000 Compared to the actual dark periods in your life.
00:54:47.000 Everyone has them.
00:54:48.000 I can think of three or four.
00:54:49.000 I can think of one that was really, really tough.
00:54:52.000 So I want you to think of that.
00:54:53.000 Get it in your head.
00:54:54.000 Are you still in a dark period?
00:54:56.000 And let's apply that same standard to the United States.
00:54:58.000 Think of an actual dark period of the United States.
00:55:00.000 The Great Depression.
00:55:00.000 Think of World War II.
00:55:02.000 Think of even the 2008 crash.
00:55:03.000 Unemployment was through the roof.
00:55:05.000 Think of 9-11.
00:55:06.000 Let's compare where we are now to an actual dark period.
00:55:09.000 And by the way, if you're in a dark period personally, obviously, create a plan, take actions, take steps towards measurable progress like we've talked about.
00:55:16.000 It's always the same thing.
00:55:18.000 But if this isn't truly a dark period right now, can we just take a moment to be grateful?
00:55:23.000 This isn't inspiration.
00:55:24.000 This isn't telling you what to do.
00:55:25.000 But just honestly, for a second, right now, when you think of that dark period in your life, what made it dark?
00:55:31.000 What was so hard about it?
00:55:32.000 And if it's not going on right now, say a prayer.
00:55:35.000 Do some freaking gratitudes.
00:55:38.000 Get it in your head.
00:55:39.000 Think about it.
00:55:39.000 What is it?
00:55:40.000 Was it a period where maybe your relative had cancer?
00:55:42.000 Was it a period where maybe you couldn't make ends meet?
00:55:45.000 Was it a period where maybe you were really sick and you were struggling with chronic pain?
00:55:49.000 Whatever it was, if you were not going through that right now, even though you have some other issues, can you acknowledge, most of you out there, that they're probably not the worst?
00:56:00.000 Because we often pray, or we ask for things, and then we either don't think that we'll actually get them, or we're not grateful for them.
00:56:07.000 This is what happened, you know, Hopper is still doing well.
00:56:09.000 Hopper we thought was going to lose him.
00:56:10.000 He had cancer.
00:56:11.000 It was really severe.
00:56:12.000 Chemo's worked.
00:56:13.000 I know we're probably not going to have that much time with him.
00:56:15.000 That's why you don't see him so much in the show, because I'll be honest, it just makes me kind of sad.
00:56:18.000 But Betty's great.
00:56:19.000 Betty's fantastic.
00:56:20.000 But that being said, I have to be grateful right now.
00:56:22.000 Because there was a period where we thought we heard that he had lymphoma on Friday and he would be gone by Tuesday.
00:56:28.000 And you know what?
00:56:28.000 I have to sit and go, hey, it's been a rough week, but that's not going on.
00:56:33.000 Thank the Lord!
00:56:35.000 We live in an amazing time in history, in an unbelievably blessed country.
00:56:40.000 So all I want you to do, here's the advice, unless you're in that truly dark period where you can go back to the other crowd or closes and we talk about how to get out of it, how to set a plan.
00:56:48.000 Most of you aren't though.
00:56:50.000 So if you're not in that truly dark period, and if you don't believe that the United States is in a truly dark historical period, the reason I'm using dark period is because this is what you hear in the media all the time.
00:56:59.000 That term, dark period in history.
00:57:01.000 If you don't believe that to be the case, do everyone else a service.
00:57:05.000 Walk around with a smile on your face today and be grateful.
00:57:10.000 Be grateful internally and show that you are grateful externally to the people around you.
00:57:15.000 Your life will be a better place because it is awesome right now, despite not being perfect.
