00:00:28.000 I think it's the most important election of our lifetimes.

00:00:30.000 This is a life-changing election.

00:00:32.000 You get out and you create a crowd!

00:00:44.000 And you push back on them!

00:00:47.000 And you tell them they're not welcome!

00:00:49.000 You bought a car?

00:00:50.000 Yeah!

00:00:51.000 Yeah, we bought a car!

00:00:52.000 People need to start taking to the streets.

00:00:55.000 This is a dictator.

00:00:57.000 I just don't even know why there aren't uprisings all over the country.

00:01:02.000 You know, there needs to be unrest in the streets. 0.99

00:01:05.000 We will punch some people in the face! 1.00

00:01:09.000 When they go low, we kick them. 1.00

00:01:12.000 Republican House Majority Whip, Steve Scalise. 1.00

00:01:18.000 They're still going to have to go out and put a bullet in Donald Trump. 0.54

00:01:28.000 This is the most important election in the history of our country. 0.98

00:01:34.000 so so

00:01:50.000 subject for today today

00:02:14.000 so Well then.

00:02:23.000 Thank you for being with us.

00:02:25.000 My half-Asian lawyer, Bill Richman, is in the house.

00:02:27.000 Hello.

00:02:28.000 You know he'd be here because we'd be talking big tech.

00:02:31.000 And I'm just making up for quarterback Garrett not being here.

00:02:33.000 Audio way too cute.

00:02:35.000 Maddie on overlays.

00:02:36.000 I threw up in my mouth a little.

00:02:37.000 She's so cute.

00:02:39.000 By the way, she's single.

00:02:41.000 Is she single?

00:02:42.000 I don't care.

00:02:42.000 We'll make sure that Gotta keep the mystery alive.

00:02:45.000 She's single, boys.

00:02:47.000 And looking, she's on the prowl.

00:02:50.000 How are you, Gerald A?

00:02:51.000 Fantastic.

00:02:52.000 Good!

00:02:53.000 Still drinking the wine?

00:02:53.000 So awkward for her right now.

00:02:55.000 It's not awkward.

00:02:55.000 She's like a little sister who I offer up to strange men.

00:03:00.000 I'm very Islamic of you.

00:03:01.000 I didn't know you were from Kazakhstan.

00:03:03.000 We have a lot to get to today.

00:03:04.000 We're going to be talking about YouTube's new fact-checking feature.

00:03:07.000 I want to know how many of you have run into that.

00:03:09.000 We'll be talking about Biden's backers.

00:03:11.000 We will be talking about ACB and the meltdown that ensued.

00:03:14.000 But first, I want to present this story to you.

00:03:17.000 OK, don't go to the clip yet.

00:03:18.000 I'll tell you when to go to the clip.

00:03:19.000 We have, sorry, Tim from HR, Corda Black Garrett.

00:03:22.000 I want to say our thoughts and prayers with him.

00:03:23.000 His child took a little bit of a spill, a tumble, from what I understand, will be OK.

00:03:27.000 But he's been in the hospital.

00:03:29.000 So Godspeed.

00:03:30.000 And put a, put, nerf your house.

00:03:36.000 Put a leather helmet on the children.

00:03:39.000 It keeps them safe and it keeps other people away.

00:03:43.000 So this story, the way it was presented on CNN this morning, verbatim, was, protests erupt in Philadelphia today after police killed and shot a black man.

00:03:53.000 Now, let me provide some actual context here.

00:03:56.000 Yes, protests did erupt.

00:03:58.000 They did, true.

00:03:58.000 But it's almost like you need more.

00:04:00.000 Tell us more.

00:04:01.000 It's almost, tell me more, tell me more, like did he have a knife?

00:04:08.000 Did he put up a fight?

00:04:09.000 Uh-huh.

00:04:10.000 Uh-huh. 1.00

00:04:11.000 And how crazy would it be if a black guy in the wrong area of Philly was like, tell me more, tell me more, I'm gonna stab your cop ass. 1.00

00:04:17.000 What are you talking about? 1.00

00:04:19.000 I just did the musicals and I hate cops.

00:04:23.000 It's a crossover.

00:04:24.000 It's kind of my calling card.

00:04:27.000 You know that's actually going to be a hit on Broadway.

00:04:28.000 Yeah, exactly.

00:04:29.000 It's going to be a hit on Broadway.

00:04:30.000 Right now it's going to be Hamilton.

00:04:32.000 It's like, no, I'm Hamilton, but not that Hamilton.

00:04:35.000 I'm the Hamilton who sings tunes and stabs cops.

00:04:38.000 I just happen to be named Hamilton as well.

00:04:42.000 I understand where the confusion arose.

00:04:44.000 So, There have been protests in Philadelphia, and police did shoot a black man.

00:04:51.000 Now, the black man in question was Walter Wallace Jr., and police were responding to a call about a man with a knife, and he charged at the police officers with a knife.

00:05:00.000 For those who have not seen the clip, I warn you, it may be disturbing, but here is what actually transpired.

00:05:05.000 fired.

00:05:06.000 Here he is with a knife, running up, running up, running up.

00:05:12.000 Oh, oh, oh, oh my god, oh my god.

00:05:21.000 Bro, they just killed him in front of me. 0.70

00:05:28.000 Yo. 0.61

00:05:29.000 Now, if you watch that video and your first instinct is burn down an O'Reilly's auto

00:05:33.000 The problem is you.

00:05:36.000 Let's be really clear.

00:05:37.000 That guy was clearly charging cops with a knife!

00:05:40.000 And people are saying, the cops didn't do anything to de-escalate.

00:05:42.000 Well, what do you do when a guy is charging you with a knife?

00:05:44.000 And here's something else that I think people need to take into context.

00:05:47.000 We all have, I was talking with the audio before the show, we all have relatives who maybe have acted out for, let's say a relative who maybe was an alcoholic or domestic abuser.

00:05:55.000 We had someone who we sort of witnessed swatting around their child, a distant relative.

00:06:00.000 And we're like, oh my gosh, we don't know what this person is capable of.

00:06:03.000 So we didn't trust them around anybody.

00:06:05.000 Yeah.

00:06:05.000 Right?

00:06:05.000 Because once someone crosses that line, well, what do you think is a prohibition for any action for Walter Wallace Jr.

00:06:12.000 if he's willing to charge police officers with a knife?

00:06:15.000 Yeah.

00:06:15.000 Where does he draw that line?

00:06:16.000 As far as I'm concerned, someone who charges at cops with a knife with the intent to attack them, as you clearly see there, that is someone who cannot be trusted to be anything other than violent at all times.

00:06:28.000 Yeah, they gave him more time than I would have, right?

00:06:31.000 Oh my gosh.

00:06:32.000 Me or you on the street and somebody's coming at us with a knife and we have a firearm.

00:06:35.000 They were backing up, creating space, which is what they're supposed to do.

00:06:38.000 They said they didn't do anything to de-escalate.

00:06:40.000 They gave him time to make a better decision, which he refused to make.

00:06:40.000 Yes, they did.

00:06:44.000 And they created space between them.

00:06:44.000 Right.

00:06:45.000 They gave him verbal commands to drop the knife.

00:06:48.000 If he dropped the knife and kept walking, probably wouldn't have gotten shot. 0.97

00:06:50.000 Well, the people saying de-escalate are the same people who say shoot them in the leg, right? 0.96

00:06:53.000 Right. 0.67

00:06:53.000 And by that I mean potentially your future president. 0.67

00:06:55.000 I mean this is a situation where it's in broad daylight they can see what's going on and this gentleman didn't just you know he wasn't just standing there and he's being arrested and maybe he reached for his pocket or looked like he was reaching for his pocket.

00:07:05.000 He moved around a vehicle towards them with a knife while they're shooting at him while other people are shouting at him to stop and they're backing away and taking this action.

00:07:13.000 I mean there's just there's just no question that I think that anyone who criticizes this is really saying oh well he was just gonna threaten with it or yeah he was just gonna use the tip just a flash.

00:07:24.000 Just a tip to see, just a tip to see if it kills.

00:07:27.000 So, yeah, it is remote.

00:07:29.000 Yeah, he wasn't reaching into his pocket.

00:07:30.000 The knife had already, he wasn't like, double mint?

00:07:32.000 That's not what happened.

00:07:33.000 I want to be really clear about this.

00:07:34.000 If they're going to protest and riot over this, listen, then there's no scenario in which you believe.

00:07:39.000 It's true.

00:07:39.000 You believe in completely defunding the police.

00:07:41.000 If you don't believe that police have the right to defend themselves, and of course people in the community, by the way, people of color, women of color, we didn't care about that with Jacob Blake, right?

00:07:49.000 It doesn't matter that he committed sexual assault, because at this point, this is the victim du jour, which isn't even just people of color, it's people who happen to get shot by cops, regardless of whether or not they sexually abuse other people of color.

00:07:59.000 And in this scenario, if you don't think that a cop has the right to defend themselves when they're being charged with a knife, Okay, you believe in totally defunding the police.

00:08:05.000 That is your stance.

00:08:06.000 And I tell you what though, if they continue rioting and looting and it makes its way out to Lancaster with the Amish again, bye bye Pennsylvania. 0.99

00:08:14.000 We're already seeing the polls coming in.

00:08:16.000 You have a guy who said he's going to ban all, not just fracking, all fossil fuels and now they're going to start rioting and protesting.

00:08:21.000 The only reason Black Lives Matter went away was because the DNC has had a talk with them and said this is showing up.

00:08:27.000 Remember Don Lemon?

00:08:28.000 It's showing up in the polls.

00:08:29.000 What polls?

00:08:30.000 We haven't seen those polls.

00:08:31.000 Usually all the polls are great.

00:08:33.000 But all those protests are totally organic.

00:08:36.000 Mostly peaceful, no fires behind me protests.

00:08:39.000 By the way, do we know why they were called out there?

00:08:41.000 Is that out yet?

00:08:42.000 I believe they were called because of a man wielding a knife.

00:08:45.000 But at the time of this broadcast, I don't know for certain.

00:08:48.000 We do know that he had a knife there, as you can see in that video.

00:08:50.000 Right, so here's the trade-off, right?

00:08:52.000 If this is outside of the bounds for you, a cop being able to defend their own life to make sure they go home to their wife and kids that night, or their husband, then they're just not going to come when you call them with a man with a knife on the street.

00:09:03.000 They'll be like, well, hey guys, sorry, we can't come for that because if we have to defend ourselves, you're going to try and kill us.

00:09:08.000 Yeah, well no, they want to call a social worker who can come up and ask him about his mom.

00:09:11.000 Let's talk.

00:09:13.000 You know what I really want to know is how many social workers are like, yeah, yeah, I wanted to be in that situation.

00:09:18.000 I got one of those no-cut gloves that you use in the kitchen.

00:09:22.000 I've got two of those.

00:09:23.000 I'm going to pull those out of my knapsack and then make sure I also cover face shield because COVID, right?

00:09:28.000 Did we forget about that?

00:09:30.000 We're not animals.

00:09:31.000 Peaceably talk to this guy, make him see that... About his mother.

00:09:36.000 Did your mother also?

00:09:37.000 Attempt to stab police officers with a knife? 0.53

00:09:39.000 Oh, interesting. 0.90

00:09:41.000 That's one for you, Wallace!

00:09:42.000 Runs in the family, I guess.

00:09:45.000 The cops yell out, yeah, your self-esteem seems low today.

00:09:49.000 You'll never take me alive!

00:09:52.000 So what do they say?

00:09:54.000 I think he said that someone corrected his final exam with a red pen.

00:09:58.000 A red pen.

00:09:59.000 This is a red pen scenario.

00:10:01.000 His self-esteem is all awry.

00:10:02.000 Code red pen.

00:10:03.000 People just don't realize how bad this is.

00:10:05.000 I don't think I've told you guys this story, but one time I was representing, a federal judge asked me to represent An inmate in a pro bono civil case.

00:10:12.000 And I did, and he had to come from jail for his deposition.

00:10:15.000 Marshals brought him out and set him down.

00:10:17.000 He's still in chains the entire time.

00:10:18.000 And during one of the breaks, I'm sitting next to my client defending, you know, objecting to the deposition questions that are being asked by the prosecutor.

00:10:26.000 And one of the marshals pulls me aside during the break.

00:10:28.000 He goes, hey, do whatever you want to do, but I would just recommend that you not put your pens or pencils near your client.

00:10:37.000 Not saying he's a bad guy.

00:10:38.000 I'm just saying, I've seen it twice, a lawyer gets stabbed by his client with his own pen.

00:10:45.000 No, no, no, no!

00:10:47.000 I was just trying to perform a tracheotomy because my half-faced lawyer got more of a flat face!

00:10:52.000 He was just trying to make sure I could breathe.

00:10:54.000 But that's how quickly things can change and we don't realize that.

00:10:58.000 We are so fortunate that we have these officers out there to take the involuntary tracheotomies for us.

00:11:04.000 But here's the lower third on CNN.

00:11:06.000 Let's go to CNN really quickly.

00:11:08.000 Listen, protests erupt in Philadelphia after police fatally shoot black man.

00:11:13.000 Listen, that's already a pretty lengthy lower third.

00:11:15.000 Could you just add knife wielding?

00:11:18.000 Would it kill you to add knife wielding in there?

00:11:21.000 Like, that matters.

00:11:22.000 This goes to show you, again, everything.

00:11:23.000 It's going to be a long, dark winter.

00:11:25.000 We're going to have a downturn economy.

00:11:27.000 Unemployment's going to go up. 0.78

00:11:28.000 Look, cops are still racist. 0.97

00:11:30.000 They need you to be terrified to vote for them.

00:11:33.000 A vote for Donald Trump is a vote saying, hey, you know what?

00:11:35.000 We're not perfect, but I still think this is actually a pretty damn good country.

00:11:38.000 We've done pretty well before this pandemic.

00:11:39.000 A vote for Democrats is, I don't believe there's any hope in this country outside of our Lord and Savior Biden Christ.

00:11:45.000 Now, of course, protesters, because, you know, 48 years, 49ths the charm.

00:11:53.000 Protesters, of course, they reacted with what we have a montage of.

00:11:56.000 protesters gonna protest. Oh, He hit a guy!

00:12:25.000 Oh my God, he hit a guy!

00:12:27.000 They ran that lady right over! 1.00

00:12:28.000 You know what we never talk about in this country, too?

00:12:30.000 Like, oh, this is the voice of the unheard.

00:12:33.000 That guy was definitely grabbing more than he needed.

00:12:35.000 Why don't we talk about greed from people who also create nothing?

00:12:39.000 We talk about greed with people who are wealthy. 0.97

00:12:41.000 Sure, is that guy not a greedy prick? 0.96

00:12:43.000 Just, I'm going to grab all these shoes. 0.98

00:12:44.000 But those are size 9 and you're a 13. 0.99

00:12:46.000 I don't give a shit! 1.00

00:12:48.000 What do you think? 1.00

00:12:49.000 These people are just hoarding.

00:12:51.000 Hoarding.

00:12:51.000 Going in there and stealing from another business owner.

00:12:54.000 That is complete and total unfettered greed.

00:12:56.000 Why do we only use that attack against wealthy people?

00:13:00.000 Of course.

00:13:02.000 It's a valid criticism.

00:13:02.000 These are greedy people who are taking advantage.

00:13:05.000 We want to get mad at people for price gouging in a natural disaster?

00:13:09.000 How about just actual theft?

00:13:10.000 Taking things that you don't need.

00:13:13.000 I don't understand how robbing a store is now the way to end oppression, when the store is likely black-owned, black-employed people working at the store in your own community. 0.71

00:13:24.000 When did this become the thing, those five pairs of Nikes are going to make things okay?

00:13:29.000 And the other person in there, she said, they ain't got no socks. 0.89

00:13:31.000 It won't make it okay, but it'll make it better.

00:13:37.000 Baby steps! 1.00

00:13:37.000 And I'm going to be taking baby steps in my new kicks, bitch! 1.00

00:13:42.000 So, another story. 1.00

00:13:44.000 Moving on to better news.

00:13:45.000 The first murder hornet nest was killed yesterday in Washington State on the United States-Canada border.

00:13:53.000 Japanese killer hornets is what they used to be called.

00:13:56.000 They got them.

00:13:58.000 No, the queen bee was still there.

00:14:00.000 Whoa.

00:14:02.000 Still at large, I should say.

00:14:03.000 Queen Bee.

00:14:05.000 So actually, we do our part here at Light of the Cloud.

00:14:08.000 A lot of people don't know that Even Brendan is a qualified entomologist.

00:14:12.000 So Even Brendan, come on in here.

00:14:13.000 We're going to be having him today educate us a little bit on Japanese killer hornets, and he'll be searching for them. 0.98

00:14:19.000 How are you, Even Brendan?

00:14:20.000 I'm good, I'm good.

00:14:22.000 That's not covering your face at all.

00:14:24.000 No.

00:14:24.000 Well, it will be.

00:14:25.000 Okay, good.

00:14:26.000 Yeah, there you go.

00:14:27.000 So what are you planning?

00:14:29.000 We're going to be sending you out to try and find some of these murder hornets because it's another pandemic right now.

00:14:34.000 What do you think you'll be encountering?

00:14:37.000 Bees, they have nests that can cover 50,000 bees in one nest, so there's going to be a lot that are kind of scattered about.

00:14:46.000 They're not all in the nest at the same time, so it's going to be kind of a task to get them all accounted for.

00:14:53.000 Bees can fly 20 miles per hour, so you can't really outrun them.

00:14:56.000 These are all bee facts.

00:14:58.000 Yeah, we're sending you out for murder hornets. 0.96

00:15:01.000 Very different.

00:15:01.000 As a matter of fact, they threaten the bee population.

00:15:04.000 Well, it's pretty close, right?

00:15:06.000 Yeah, you know, it's close enough.

00:15:07.000 Alright, well go out there, use your tubes and your jar, yeah, and we'll check back in with you later.

00:15:11.000 Okay, thank you even, Brendan.

00:15:12.000 Those are some interesting beef facts.

00:15:13.000 They are interesting beef facts.

00:15:15.000 The more you know.

00:15:15.000 I think this is where I would say, from a legal standpoint, objection irrelevant.

00:15:21.000 And I hope we have an insurance policy on Professor Brendan.

00:15:24.000 I don't know if it covers murder hornets.

00:15:26.000 I think it covered Japanese killer hornets before we whitewashed the name.

00:15:31.000 All right, we're going to move on here to the censorship ACB, but first, please do subscribe if you are not on Apple Podcasts, Android, wherever you listen to audio only, because it's also available there every Monday and Thursday.

00:15:43.000 And we'll be taking your live chat when we go exclusive to Mug Club after this, people who are not yet a member.

00:15:47.000 Okay, so my question is, we all know about Facebook and Twitter, right?

00:15:50.000 We all know.

00:15:50.000 live stream for your anniversary of Mug Club we will have a very steep discount

00:15:54.000 on election night okay so my question is we all know about Facebook and Twitter

00:15:58.000 right we all know horrible horrible horrible people horrible yeah leading

00:16:03.000 leading not even question statement just a We all agree.

00:16:07.000 Zuckerberg, Dorsey.

00:16:09.000 That's a summary.

00:16:10.000 But have you guys actually encountered the YouTube fact-checking new device that they have out there?

00:16:17.000 We have.

00:16:17.000 We've been fact-checked, but then we've been fact-checked when then their facts have changed, so we were fact-checked on being right first.

00:16:23.000 So, it's like the inception of shitty fact-check.

00:16:30.000 So we're going to be talking about that.

00:16:31.000 But first, ACV was confirmed.

00:16:33.000 Yes!

00:16:34.000 He was confirmed.

00:16:35.000 Huge moment.

00:16:36.000 Big victory for white males. 0.98

00:16:39.000 Justice!

00:16:40.000 And the leftists have... I'm happy about it.

00:16:43.000 I'm very happy.

00:16:44.000 I'm happy about it.

00:16:44.000 Gerald's happy about it.

00:16:45.000 Bill's less happy about it.

00:16:47.000 Choo Choo Matty is furious about it. 0.99

00:16:50.000 That's true. 0.61

00:16:50.000 Look, I did think it was pretty ridiculous that, you know, you had a privileged male, you know, making sure that a privileged white person was sworn in. 0.61

00:16:57.000 I mean, that's what I'm pretty sure the CNN spot on was on that.

00:17:01.000 By whom?

00:17:02.000 It's like, oh, what, is there any other characteristic you want to just checkbox their progressives and Democrats about these people who are doing this thing?

00:17:09.000 Well, you know what would have been great if Clarence Thomas came out and took him from, he just like came out with lipstick and rouge. 0.99

00:17:16.000 He just came out like, Bitch, I'm Clarita. 0.99

00:17:19.000 Put your hand on the Bible. 1.00

00:17:21.000 Here we go.

00:17:21.000 Then we could have checked all the boxes.

00:17:24.000 So, of course, people are freaking out.

00:17:26.000 Want to give you the highlights of the best freakouts because it's going to be Handmaid's Tale.

00:17:31.000 Is it Handmaiden or Handmaid's Tale?

00:17:32.000 Handmaid's.

00:17:33.000 Handmaid's Tale.

00:17:34.000 Here's one from a TikTok broad who, well, let's just cycle through these. 0.96

00:17:40.000 It's just entertainment.

00:17:41.000 I'm in the bath, but...

00:17:45.000 While I'm in here, I got a notification.

00:17:50.000 Amy Coney Barrett was officially confirmed.

00:17:55.000 Can you plug in your phone and drop it?

00:17:58.000 But I'm scared.

00:17:59.000 Someone throw a blow dryer in there. 1.00

00:18:01.000 I'm scared for the other women. 0.91

00:18:04.000 People who need help. 0.95

00:18:08.000 Everyone except white men.

00:18:11.000 That's like that episode of The Office when Smokey Robinson, Ryan thought that he did.

00:18:15.000 They're like, name me one song.

00:18:16.000 Can you name me one policy?

00:18:18.000 Name me one vote, a dissenting opinion from RBG.

00:18:22.000 Any!

00:18:22.000 Just pick one.

00:18:23.000 Give me one.

00:18:24.000 Well, I'm too busy in my hot tub.

00:18:27.000 Okay, well, we understand it.

00:18:30.000 It's like sad ASMR.

00:18:35.000 Like a drowned mouse. 0.97

00:18:37.000 And here's another one from an angry- and by the way, this is just one- whenever someone is doing a talking like this, you know, that's- they're crazy. 0.96

00:18:44.000 Yeah. 0.99

00:18:44.000 They're crazy. 0.99

00:18:45.000 We saw that before with the lady who was bitching about Donald Trump, and of course when Chris Crocker was talking about like Britney Spears and Leave Her Alone. 1.00

00:18:53.000 So yeah, craziness. 0.90

00:18:57.000 Here's this queer- queer- queer- queer thing- queer- queer being. 0.99

00:19:04.000 Reaction to ACB.

00:19:06.000 Amy Coney Barrett was just confirmed to the Supreme Court, so all those times I said I was queer, oh my god, you guys, that was so funny! 1.00

00:19:15.000 And this necklace, a total joke!

00:19:18.000 Oh my god, I was just kidding!

00:19:19.000 All those times I said men don't deserve rights, oh my god, men are so great!

00:19:26.000 I need a husband to show me how to be an adult, how to function! 0.87

00:19:31.000 How about starting with a dad?

00:19:34.000 No, no numbers.

00:19:38.000 Everything's fine.

00:19:41.000 Not the sanity.

00:19:42.000 We can get you a straight jacket pretty soon.

00:19:44.000 There really is a derangement syndrome here.

00:19:46.000 The most offensive part of that is how unfunny.

00:19:48.000 It's like pick a lane.

00:19:49.000 Are you being ironic?

00:19:50.000 Are you being sarcastic?

00:19:51.000 Are you being a character? 1.00

00:19:52.000 You're just a lazy queer. 1.00

00:19:54.000 You're just a lazy queer. 1.00

00:19:56.000 Just not good comedy at all. 0.99

00:19:58.000 And I said that because she said queer.

00:19:59.000 She did.

00:20:00.000 Which I don't even know what that means.

00:20:02.000 I think that girl just wants to keep the mystery alive. 1.00

00:20:06.000 Like with Maddie being single.

00:20:06.000 Maddie's not queer.

00:20:07.000 She's straight as fuck. 1.00

00:20:08.000 Not queer. 1.00

00:20:09.000 But she is single.

00:20:10.000 Not that there's anything wrong with that.

00:20:12.000 And I'm pretty sure that that other lady is single but for entirely different reasons. 1.00

00:20:17.000 She does need someone to show her how to live.

00:20:19.000 I'm not sure if it's a husband, I'm not sure any willing candidates are out there, but nonetheless, a husband would help.

00:20:24.000 A social worker.

00:20:25.000 I don't understand how they can unironically talk about how having a woman who has been successful by every measure Ever created by either side, up, down, left, right, center. 0.73

00:20:37.000 ACB is super, super successful, and yet the people who are attacking her the most are white women. 1.00

00:20:43.000 Yes.

00:20:43.000 I know.

00:20:43.000 Right?

00:20:43.000 I know.

00:20:45.000 She's like a Disney film, in a good way, where she comes home from fighting cases in the Supreme Court and like, oh, what will I make?

00:20:51.000 And it's a commercial for DiGiorno.

00:20:53.000 Like, thank God for Rising Crust.

00:20:55.000 Turns out I can do it all, thanks DiGiorno.

00:20:58.000 That is, and by the way, DiGiorno, send us a check, that is what ACB is, and it infuriates the left.

00:21:05.000 Like most, most, you cannot have all things.

00:21:08.000 You can't typically be the career woman and also be the kind of mom that you want to be, have the kind of time with your children that you want, but if you look at the decisions that she's made throughout her life, it is, she's about as close as you get.

00:21:18.000 Yeah.

00:21:18.000 And most importantly, she's Go ahead.

00:21:21.000 She has destroyed everything they thought they couldn't do.

00:21:23.000 They're like, well, no, I've got to have just a career so I'll have the abortion and so I can focus on my career.

00:21:27.000 And you're like, oh, well, hey, look, I'm a Supreme Court justice.

00:21:30.000 I was a professor at the University of Notre Dame.

00:21:31.000 I was on the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

00:21:33.000 Right.

00:21:33.000 And I have seven kids and I'm doing this all.

00:21:36.000 Yeah.

00:21:36.000 Good luck!

00:21:37.000 You can do it, I know!

00:21:38.000 I am a queer, drama, PhD student, and I cannot be... and I don't need someone to... I had to have an abortion because it was the most pain... I didn't have time in my life.

00:21:51.000 It's like, okay, well I actually have seven children.

00:21:53.000 I've adopted... is it seven children that she has, or five children?

00:21:55.000 I think she had seven.

00:21:56.000 It was like 97.

00:21:58.000 I've now been appointed to the Supreme Court.

00:21:59.000 I was on the Seventh Circuit Court.

00:22:00.000 But your thing sounds... it sounds tough too!

00:22:02.000 You know what the normal tactic is?

00:22:04.000 This is the same tactic that Joe Biden said when he said, you know, that you ain't black, right?

00:22:09.000 They count on the box-checking characteristics, but as soon as someone breaks the mold on

00:22:14.000 the narrative that they want to use about how everyone's oppressed by Republicans, conservatives,

00:22:18.000 Trump, Mitch McConnell, whatever, then they just go, oh, you must not be part of the protected

00:22:24.000 group.

00:22:25.000 You must no longer be one of the anointed. 1.00

00:22:27.000 You are no longer a woman who worked hard, who balanced everything and achieved one of 1.00

00:22:31.000 the most highest respected positions, not just in the country, in the entire world.

00:22:35.000 And so you must not be that person.

00:22:37.000 You must be someone else. 0.97

00:22:38.000 You ain't black, you ain't a woman. 1.00

00:22:39.000 And to be fair, we need to tighten up the patriarchy a little bit. 0.99

00:22:43.000 A little.

00:22:43.000 Because we've been letting some slip through the cracks.

00:22:45.000 I know!

00:22:45.000 Yeah.

00:22:46.000 If we are the patriarchy and in control, we're doing a terrible job.

00:22:48.000 We have not done very well.

00:22:49.000 Really bad.

00:22:50.000 We need a meeting.

00:22:51.000 The only diversity that they want is superficial diversity.

00:22:54.000 Any diversity beyond skin level, yeah.

00:22:56.000 Right.

00:22:56.000 That's the nasty stuff.

00:22:57.000 That's the stuff. 0.99

00:22:58.000 You gotta kick those people out. 0.98

00:22:58.000 You don't count unless you're queer, of course, though. 0.98

00:23:00.000 Don't believe in God, please. 0.99

00:23:00.000 You don't count unless you are queer, and then depending on the- black. 0.99

00:23:04.000 Remember we went- We had Black Lives Matter was the thing for a while, and then when, okay, Donald Trump, we went to the Pussyhat, that was really big, and then we went to the trans thing where they could take dumping targets and that they should be allowed in the same barracks in the military, and then we went back to, we're like, you know what, let's go back to the black thing, and then someone says, hey, hey, some of these people who we're talking about who are kind of turning into martyrs, they sexually assaulted women, we're like, no, no, that was me too, we're done with that. 0.97

00:23:26.000 We're now on the black thing. 0.85

00:23:27.000 We're done with that.

00:23:28.000 Like, oh, but doesn't all of this matter?

00:23:31.000 Patriarchy. 0.93

00:23:31.000 But we just deployed a woman to the... 0.93

00:23:36.000 That's the DNC bumper sticker now.

00:23:41.000 Just a question mark?

00:23:46.000 Just Joe Biden wandering around in the background.

00:23:49.000 Speaking of oppressed, Reza Aslanian, I believe, former CNN contributor, you know, he said that he threatened to burn the entire effing thing down if they tried to replace Ginsburg.

00:23:58.000 And then people, you know, they brought up his tweet again and said, are you still planning on this?

00:24:03.000 So Dinesh D'Souza was one of them.

00:24:04.000 And then he demanded publicly Dinesh D'Souza's address.

00:24:07.000 Wow.

00:24:08.000 No, I don't know if that's, like, if he wants to get an early start on his Valentine, or if he is violating Twitter's terms of service by attempting to dox, or attempting to get someone to reveal private information.

00:24:20.000 Yeah, the obvious insinuation is that he wants to burn Dinesh D'Souza's house down.

00:24:23.000 Right?

00:24:25.000 No, no, no, he's just like the guy with the knife.

00:24:27.000 He was just trying to genuinely display, you know, his fine knife and bladed weapons collection.

00:24:33.000 Yeah.

00:24:34.000 That's it.

00:24:34.000 He's just a traveling Ginsu salesman.

00:24:37.000 It's so well balanced!

00:24:40.000 He's gonna do the little show-and-tell for Dinesh.

00:24:43.000 He's like, I don't want you to cut the penny.

00:24:45.000 That's my penny.

00:24:46.000 It was a useful penny.

00:24:48.000 That's legal tender.

00:24:50.000 And a knife in one hand and a melon in the other.

00:24:52.000 He's like, Dinesh, it's winter.

00:24:54.000 Winter's coming.

00:24:55.000 You need fire.

00:24:56.000 I'm just, I'm gonna show him the fire. 0.92

00:24:57.000 Or the fire burns your whole family.

00:24:59.000 Well, you know what?

00:25:01.000 Hey, let bygones be bygones. 0.93

00:25:03.000 And another one now, just the worst, the worst, absolute worst senator I think in the country.

00:25:09.000 That's tough, too.

00:25:10.000 Yeah, it's tough to do.

00:25:13.000 Hirono, when voting, when they were doing the vote on ACB, take a listen to what she said.

00:25:19.000 She went out of her way to be emphatic about voting no.

00:25:23.000 Ms.

00:25:23.000 Sinema, Ms.

00:25:24.000 Smith, Ms.

00:25:25.000 Stabenow, Oh, boom!

00:25:31.000 Yeah, and that made the rounds everywhere.

00:25:33.000 A lot of controversy, because some would say it's unbecoming. 0.99

00:25:36.000 Bitchy! 1.00

00:25:37.000 But that's actually not what got her in trouble. 0.92

00:25:41.000 A lot of people don't realize, because context matters, they cut the clip.

00:25:44.000 There was more to it than that, why she got in trouble.

00:25:47.000 Miss Cinema, Miss Smith, Miss Stabenow.

00:25:50.000 I want to say hello. 0.91

00:25:53.000 Me so horny!

00:25:54.000 Me love you a lot of times! 0.98

00:25:57.000 You know, the sex drive is incomparable.

00:26:00.000 I can't believe we didn't pick that up earlier.

00:26:02.000 We don't want to shame women for, listen, have a healthy drive. 1.00

00:26:07.000 But on the Senate floor.

00:26:09.000 I mean, there's a time and a place for loving long time.

00:26:14.000 She's not doing a lot here to like, you know, quash the QAnon conspiracies. 1.00

00:26:18.000 She's invoking hell. 0.90

00:26:21.000 Death cold hell no!

00:26:25.000 That's my one thing I'm gonna throw out to Manny this entire year.

00:26:28.000 Manny, that's your one thing.

00:26:30.000 I don't think the vial of blood around her neck helped either.

00:26:32.000 No, no, no.

00:26:34.000 Also, she's 190, because if you have an Asian woman who looks like she's 70, like she does, she's at least 200 years old. 0.90

00:26:41.000 Well, I don't know, I think she's like an Asian Benjamin Button. 1.00

00:26:44.000 Oh, wow.

00:26:45.000 It's just because her soul is... Yeah, exactly.

00:26:47.000 She's two. 0.99

00:26:50.000 She looks shockingly old for two.

00:26:51.000 This explains the questioning of Asian buttons.

00:26:53.000 People are like, how old are you?

00:26:54.000 Are you like 64?

00:26:55.000 She's like, no, I'm two.

00:26:58.000 I never would have guessed, Geronimo!

00:27:00.000 Nobody checks the ID!

00:27:03.000 Let's move on now to Biosense.

00:27:05.000 Has anyone noticed that CNN is all commercials now?

00:27:08.000 It's like nine minutes of commercials.

00:27:10.000 It's non-stop commercials.

00:27:10.000 It's coronavirus, coronavirus, coronavirus, Trump is bad, commercial!

00:27:13.000 And they were spending money on, one lady saying, if ACB becomes Supreme Court Justice, I was watching this morning, is she going to ban my IVF?

00:27:20.000 First off, no.

00:27:21.000 Second, why was there an anti-ACB ad on CNN?

00:27:24.000 How are these PACs wasting their money? 0.94

00:27:25.000 Yeah, it's too late.

00:27:27.000 Isn't there a swing state?

00:27:28.000 Didn't you just have your major candidate say that he was going to end all fossil fuels, which is the bedrock of the economy, of arguably the most important state in the election?

00:27:36.000 You want people to bitch about IVF on Anderson Cooper? 1.00

00:27:40.000 Like, this is where you're spending your money? 0.90

00:27:41.000 Wild left-wingers, yeah.

00:27:43.000 On second thought, please continue spending your money there and not helping Joe Biden.

00:27:47.000 Wild left-wingers.

00:27:48.000 No, no, she wants it confirmed.

00:27:49.000 It's actually next Monday.

00:27:51.000 Right, yes.

00:27:51.000 Keep running those ads.

00:27:53.000 An election is, uh, it's next year.

00:27:57.000 Yeah, not this year.

00:27:57.000 It's actually January 24th.

00:27:59.000 It's COVID, it just messed everything up.

00:28:02.000 It's like the Olympics, it's just postponed.

00:28:04.000 Speaking of fact-checking, YouTube, so this is something we know that Twitter, Facebook are awful, but have you guys, this is my question, have you personally encountered the fact-checking tab, the little pop-up with videos on YouTube?

00:28:14.000 Because this is something that's been going on for a while and we've had our conversations with YouTube, but this is something that I would say, just kind of like the last debate, I thought that, I forgot her name, the name of the female who was not Savannah Guthrie, the other one, Welker.

00:28:28.000 She was worse than Chris Wallace because she tried to present it as though she was being objective.

00:28:32.000 This to me is worse, and this is the person who was the catalyst for the Vox Apocalypse, sorry, this is worse than that because this is subtle, it's pervasive, it's subversive, it's, you know, we're just facts.

00:28:44.000 Checking is what we're doing.

00:28:45.000 We're sending you to a truthful source, but again, the problem is, just like Dinesh D'Souza talked about in the show, the measure of freedom of a country, and the same thing on these platforms, considering that they say they are open platforms, is whether the rules are applied equally.

00:29:01.000 And I don't think I've seen a more blatant abuse of fact-checking than YouTube with these new little pop-ups.

00:29:06.000 So, let's go through a couple of them.

00:29:08.000 Here's number one.

00:29:10.000 Fracking.

00:29:10.000 If you search Biden fracking on YouTube, okay?

00:29:12.000 YouTube adds a fact check.

00:29:13.000 Yeah, that's right there.

00:29:14.000 We have it on the overlay.

00:29:15.000 That says, from Snopes, where they say that it's mostly false that Biden would ban fracking.

00:29:20.000 Right?

00:29:21.000 That's what YouTube... So YouTube has that pop-up.

00:29:22.000 If you type in Biden fracking.

00:29:24.000 You can't even say Biden ban fracking.

00:29:25.000 Biden fracking.

00:29:26.000 That's mostly false.

00:29:27.000 Well, not only is that not true, but even the people who really want it to be not true have had to admit that it is entirely true.

00:29:35.000 Cue Dwight Schrute on CNN.

00:29:38.000 In this case, Trump is correct. 0.70

00:29:39.000 Biden did make anti-fracking comments during the Democratic primary in 2019 and 2020, and Trump was not lying.

00:29:46.000 Listen, for example, to something he said in 2019.

00:29:49.000 Would there be any place for fossil fuels, including coal and fracking, in a Biden administration?

00:29:57.000 No.

00:29:57.000 We would work it out.

00:29:59.000 We would make sure it's eliminated and no more subsidies for either one of those.

00:30:04.000 Any fossil fuel.

00:30:05.000 Well, this is mostly false.

00:30:10.000 I mean, my God, that was so clear.

00:30:13.000 And there's so many more videos, we've run montages on this show.

00:30:16.000 Here's the irony, is you can fact check YouTube's fact check by just searching for the videos on YouTube.

00:30:23.000 Now you won't find them right away, right?

00:30:25.000 You'll have to use some kind of dark web wizardry to actually find the many clips, the dozens of clips of Biden guaranteeing that they'll ban fracking.

00:30:33.000 But YouTube is fact-checking themselves!

00:30:36.000 I don't know what kind of legal liability that opens them up to, but oh my god!

00:30:40.000 This is one... I don't know if there's a court in the land!

00:30:42.000 Even Hirono would be like, well, me so horny, but you screwed up!

00:30:48.000 It's, you know, and to get to the legal side of it, at one point they were saying, okay, we have an immunity that says we can remove stuff based on good faith. 0.95

00:30:56.000 But this isn't about just removing.

00:30:58.000 This is about affirmatively stating facts and making allegations that are completely untrue and just flip-flopping entirely on their position that they're just going to let the platforms be what the platforms are and only remove dangerous material.

00:31:11.000 Look, we all agree that there's a certain level of material that does need to be removed, but we're way past that.

00:31:18.000 Yeah.

00:31:18.000 Way past that line, especially when they're making these designations.

00:31:21.000 And it was originally just Facebook.

00:31:22.000 Facebook was the only one at first doing the false and partially false and linking to the wrong sources and the wrong fact-checkers.

00:31:29.000 A bunch of fact-checkers that are like hiding out behind a Planned Parenthood, you know, eating out of the dumpster. 0.97

00:31:34.000 I mean, it's ridiculous. 0.99

00:31:35.000 They weren't eating, they were making soap. 0.92

00:31:37.000 You were correct.

00:31:38.000 Thank you for fact-checking.

00:31:39.000 But no, you're absolutely right, and this is one of those things.

00:31:41.000 I said when it happened on election night, I said, oh, Biden may have just lost the election when he talked, when it was fracking, and Donald Trump said, oh, that's a good statement.

00:31:48.000 Are you listening, Pennsylvania?

00:31:50.000 There's a reason that this is one where they're the most aggressive. 0.99

00:31:52.000 Again, if you type in the variants of Biden fracking, fracking Biden, Biden fossil fuel energy, try, just try a nice little sampling, like a Sherry's Berries of bullshit.

00:32:01.000 And see what YouTube does, because they know that right now the polls are shifting in Pennsylvania and Donald Trump has created a new block of undecided voters who plan on voting for Biden going, I know I'm going to lose my job, which is also why we shouldn't have early voting for anyone and everyone, because things change leading up to election day. 0.55

00:32:18.000 How many people do you think in Pennsylvania, after hearing that Biden is going to ban their livelihood outright, how many of them do you think, I wish I didn't vote four days ago?

00:32:27.000 I wish I could have just sauntered on down to the grade school day of and give this guy the old heave-ho.

00:32:32.000 Instead, we want everyone to vote as early as possible.

00:32:35.000 And that's also something no one's talking about.

00:32:36.000 You know why?

00:32:36.000 Because last election, Hillary Clinton lost very close to the election.

00:32:40.000 Right?

00:32:40.000 So Biden hides out in the basement.

00:32:41.000 No one sees him.

00:32:43.000 When it's time to pay the piper, coming up to to election time and he can no longer ignore the questions,

00:32:49.000 well most people have already voted.

00:32:51.000 It's a problem. Here's another one, another fact check, is if you search Biden, so I want everyone

00:32:55.000 to do this right now, and by the way you can use ExpressVPN, one of our wonderful sponsors,

00:32:58.000 expressvpn.com. It's okay, we don't have a plug or commercial for them, I just love ExpressVPN.

00:33:03.000 If you search Biden xenophobic, YouTube right there tells you that Biden never called Trump

00:33:11.000 Okay, now this is one I want to be clear in the spirit of balance.

00:33:22.000 There's nuance.

00:33:24.000 Let's bring up the Biden tweet because it said he said stop being a xenophobic fear mongering.

00:33:31.000 And by the way, the context there matters because he said it in response to Donald Trump's travel ban.

00:33:37.000 So the nuance there is you just need to actually read Joe Biden's tweet where he called Donald Trump xenophobic.

00:33:43.000 How does YouTube justify?

00:33:44.000 How do they?

00:33:45.000 I don't understand this!

00:33:46.000 How do they even justify saying, oh, he didn't call Trump xenophobic?

00:33:50.000 Because Joe Biden tried to be clever and say, I didn't call Trump's travel ban xenophobic.

00:33:55.000 I just responded to his travel ban saying that it was xenophobic fear mongering.

00:34:00.000 So really I just called Trump xenophobic, but not the ban, even though I haven't responded as to whether I would have done it or not.

00:34:06.000 And look at me, my mask is below my nose.

00:34:08.000 So this is what happens with Biden.

00:34:09.000 And even by the way, I want to be really clear, I think Snopes, Snopes, everyone recognizes that he did call Trump xenophobic.

00:34:16.000 Oh my gosh.

00:34:17.000 Well, it's this, this thing where Biden is saying, no, I didn't call him.

00:34:19.000 I called the travel ban. 0.73

00:34:20.000 And like, and then Google's like, no, no, no, no, no.

00:34:22.000 He never called him that.

00:34:23.000 What are you talking about?

00:34:24.000 It never even happened.

00:34:25.000 Isn't this like the argument you use in the backseat with like your sibling? 1.00

00:34:28.000 I didn't call him stupid, I just said what he did was stupid. 1.00

00:34:32.000 Right. 1.00

00:34:33.000 Oh, I, okay.

00:34:35.000 Right. 1.00

00:34:35.000 So stupid. 1.00

00:34:36.000 Except he didn't say stop being, stop, what'd he say? 1.00

00:34:38.000 Stop being a xenophobic fearmonger. 0.71

00:34:41.000 Stop the xenophobic fearmonger.

00:34:42.000 But then he was asked again during the debate and he said, I do think he's xenophobic.

00:34:44.000 Remember that?

00:34:45.000 He doubled down on it!

00:34:46.000 Yeah, he definitely does.

00:34:47.000 Not once, but twice xenophobic.

00:34:50.000 Apparently, let's say YouTube, you know what, you'd be better off, your fact check, make it higher the count.

00:34:57.000 Two! 1.00

00:34:58.000 Two double down on asshole accusation! 1.00

00:35:01.000 Xenophobic! 1.00

00:35:03.000 Just stay out of this business altogether.

00:35:05.000 You guys are not good at this, and you're not doing it right.

00:35:07.000 Even if you're trying your hardest, which we know you're not, you're just lying, right?

00:35:11.000 You're doing a horrible job, a horrible disservice to people who are just trying to find information going into an election that's very important.

00:35:17.000 Can you get the hell out of the way, please?

00:35:18.000 At what point is this election meddling?

00:35:19.000 At what point is it election meddling where Joe Biden called Donald Trump xenophobic?

00:35:22.000 Joe Biden said he would ban fracking and YouTube is saying that that's not true.

00:35:24.000 It is true.

00:35:25.000 He said those things.

00:35:26.000 You can find those things.

00:35:27.000 At what point is this election meddling?

00:35:28.000 We're mad about $10,000 from Russia and 3,000 ads.

00:35:31.000 By the way, Putin said that the Democratic Party is more in sync with Communist Russia!

00:35:37.000 They are.

00:35:37.000 Just think about how many free ads and exposure are given by this fake fact check.

00:35:43.000 Again, it's not just, oh, Biden said ban fracking and now you're going to provide an additional link.

00:35:49.000 It's any combination of the words on this topic at all results in, and I'm curious to see what the numbers of searches are for that, and the number of times people are seeing these free ads right in the lead up to one of the most important elections in our history.

00:36:03.000 That's a good point.

00:36:04.000 Yeah, and it would be nice if they were transparent about it, which is something that I think open platforms should probably be.

00:36:09.000 Hey, who are the fact-checkers?

00:36:10.000 Well, we don't know.

00:36:11.000 Hey, who are the ones who decide what's advertiser-friendly?

00:36:12.000 Well, it's not us.

00:36:13.000 Well, who are they?

00:36:14.000 Well, we can't tell you.

00:36:15.000 Hey, who decides the guidelines?

00:36:16.000 Well, that's us.

00:36:16.000 What are the guidelines?

00:36:17.000 We don't know.

00:36:18.000 Oh, so you're not a real thing.

00:36:21.000 Is there video evidence on your platform? By the way, hit the notification bell,

00:36:25.000 speaking of YouTube, because subscriptions don't mean a whole lot anymore. I don't know

00:36:28.000 what subscriptions actually do, but a notification lets you know every time we're live,

00:36:31.000 weekday mornings at 10 a.m. Eastern. And of course, we have the mega live stream

00:36:36.000 starting next Tuesday, election night with, I think we have Ted Cruz, Donald Trump Jr.

00:36:41.000 I should, and you specify Donald Trump Jr. because I don't want people to go, ah, ah, ah.

00:36:44.000 And no, he's great too.

00:36:46.000 And we have all kinds of guests, all kinds of games.

00:36:48.000 Someone here is going to be shot in a bulletproof vest because we have a wonderful sponsor.

00:36:51.000 Not a fake.

00:36:52.000 It will actually happen.

00:36:53.000 Tune in on Tuesday.

00:36:54.000 Number three.

00:36:55.000 Here's another fact check.

00:36:56.000 If you search on YouTube right now, and I want you all to search.

00:36:59.000 Use your little fingers. 0.64

00:37:00.000 If you search Obama, or in case if you are a feminist, just smash the keypad with your palm. 1.00

00:37:07.000 Because that's your best bet. 0.64

00:37:09.000 Then record a cell phone video in your car.

00:37:11.000 Throw your teeth.

00:37:12.000 So if you search on YouTube right now, Obama spied on Trump campaign.

00:37:17.000 Or you could type in Obama spied on the Trump campaign.

00:37:20.000 Or did Obama spy on the campaign?

00:37:22.000 You know, give it your own little zest.

00:37:25.000 YouTube adds a fact check telling you that no, they didn't.

00:37:28.000 Here's the truth.

00:37:29.000 Not only did the Justice Department find that the wiretap from the FBI happened, but they also did it without justification.

00:37:40.000 This is from the Justice Department, from the FBI.

00:37:42.000 People who don't really like Donald Trump, by the way, a lot of these folks.

00:37:45.000 The people who are banging down doors like Donald Trump, the people at the desks, not so much very often.

00:37:50.000 There's been some friction.

00:37:52.000 A little bit.

00:37:52.000 So Matt, imagine this right now.

00:37:54.000 We've just gone through three.

00:37:55.000 If you were to search on YouTube, hey, did Biden say, let's say you're in Pennsylvania and you're undecided.

00:38:00.000 You're one of those undecided voters who's oversampled by like 92% in some of these polls.

00:38:04.000 You're like, I don't know.

00:38:05.000 I live in Pennsylvania.

00:38:06.000 Do I want my economy crushed?

00:38:08.000 Did Biden say he would ban fracking?

00:38:10.000 No.

00:38:10.000 Oh, okay.

00:38:11.000 Well, that's not true.

00:38:11.000 That settles that.

00:38:12.000 I'm not a far-left ideologue.

00:38:14.000 I think Donald Trump seems like, I don't like his policies, but I think he's a decent guy.

00:38:18.000 I don't think he's xenophobic.

00:38:20.000 I probably would have a problem with a candidate who does the identity politics.

00:38:23.000 Did Joe Biden call him xenophobic?

00:38:25.000 No.

00:38:25.000 YouTube says no.

00:38:26.000 Oh wait, hold on a second.

00:38:28.000 Donald Trump, he's sort of anti-elitist and he claims that there's this big scandal where Obama wiretapped his campaign. 0.99

00:38:35.000 If that's not true, then Donald Trump is crazy. 0.90

00:38:39.000 Is there any evidence? 1.00

00:38:39.000 No! 1.00

00:38:40.000 YouTube says no!

00:38:41.000 The number one most viewed multimedia website in the world says no when all evidence that we have, including documented video evidence and statements from law enforcement agencies and Intel, say yes.

00:38:54.000 You don't think that can affect the election?

00:38:56.000 Here's another one.

00:38:58.000 Uh, it's not, it's also, by the way, it's important to, I have a few of them, but it's important to note it's not just the fact checks that are incorrect, but it's not including fact checks when even their partners, who they reference, they're like Snopes, rate Biden as false.

00:39:12.000 So they're selective in their fact checking.

00:39:14.000 In one scenario, Snopes or PolitiFact is legitimate, and then in the other, they're just not included at all.

00:39:20.000 And that's what's, again, is it applied equally?

00:39:22.000 And in this case, we have such a clear-cut case because the same fact checker, even on one says, you know what, we're going to have to give this to them.

00:39:29.000 This one's true.

00:39:30.000 Just a blackout from YouTube.

00:39:32.000 So here's another example on that.

00:39:33.000 Biden claimed on multiple occasions that Trump told people to drink or to inject bleach.

00:39:40.000 YouTube doesn't include a fact check at all.

00:39:42.000 So if you type that in, Nothing.

00:39:44.000 Donald Trump.

00:39:45.000 Joe Biden.

00:39:45.000 Trump.

00:39:46.000 Injecting bleach.

00:39:46.000 Ingesting bleach.

00:39:47.000 Typing your variants.

00:39:48.000 Nothing.

00:39:49.000 PolitiFact, one of YouTube's aforementioned fact-checking sites, labeled it as false.

00:39:55.000 Where the hell is PolitiFact?

00:39:57.000 Why are they here at this point?

00:39:59.000 Where's the alert system?

00:40:00.000 Where are the Pinocchios?

00:40:03.000 I mean, it's just like when we saw Dexter's Laboratory guy on CNN saying, yes, he did say the fracking.

00:40:07.000 I mean, people are admitting in certain places, but it's not getting amplified.

00:40:11.000 And that's the biggest difference here, is you're seeing for one side, one party, one candidate, a broad amplification of fact checks that are helpful to him.

00:40:23.000 And that's it.

00:40:23.000 It's all pro-Biden.

00:40:24.000 I give them no credit for that, by the way, and we have to pull this up.

00:40:27.000 That fact checker for CNN, when he was asked that question earlier, said, you know, it's not necessarily true.

00:40:33.000 I'll have to kind of give something to Trump.

00:40:35.000 If you go to his website, Joe Biden actually says new fracking and new government leases.

00:40:39.000 That was the first fact check they did.

00:40:41.000 When Trump released the video, there's now no doubt CNN has to come back and clean that up.

00:40:45.000 I want to go back and look and see both of those.

00:40:47.000 We can put them side by side and see how they changed.

00:40:50.000 I think that's the only reason that we're seeing any of that come out is because Okay, if you didn't see the video from Donald Trump tweeting it out or putting it out on his Facebook or whatever, you didn't follow him, you wouldn't see it anywhere.

00:41:00.000 And that's why big media, they're putting pressure on big tech to try and silence Donald Trump and to fact check Donald Trump.

00:41:04.000 So that's this unholy alliance that's taking place.

00:41:08.000 The Vox Apocalypse, let's be really clear.

00:41:10.000 Vox, NBCUniversal, okay?

00:41:12.000 That's what the problem was.

00:41:13.000 The problem wasn't me.

00:41:14.000 It was NBCUniversal didn't like that there was someone out there who was cleaning their clock, and by the way, they also happened to co-produce a show with YouTube.

00:41:21.000 Follow the money trail here, and now you have CNN and you have all these other entities who want to make sure that they keep a stranglehold on online content, and they can't compete in the realm of quality.

00:41:29.000 Why?

00:41:29.000 Because while we actually sit here, we've just listed for you, I think just today, 14 sources that you can go and look up for yourselves, where CNN, they have legal analysts masturbating on Zoom calls!

00:41:38.000 So I say that we offer more value! 0.93

00:41:42.000 Inner bathrobes! 1.00

00:41:43.000 Depending on what you're looking for, I guess.

00:41:45.000 Right now, by the way, they're talking on CNN.

00:41:47.000 They're doing these Zoom calls and they can't even be bothered to get an actual microphone.

00:41:51.000 They're talking about Donald Trump and talking about them stumping in swing states.

00:41:55.000 Think of how much ground has to be made up by Donald Trump.

00:41:58.000 Just what we're going through right now, the fact-checking, not including ABC, NBC, CNN,

00:42:02.000 CBS, MSNBC, everything not named Fox News, and by the way, most of the time Fox News.

00:42:06.000 If there were an honest press right now, or at least a fair press, even just a press that were honest about their own personal biases, this election wouldn't even be close.

00:42:16.000 The fact that if I searched, did Biden, uh, is Biden going to ban fracking?

00:42:20.000 No!

00:42:20.000 Did he call Donald Trump xenophobic?

00:42:22.000 No!

00:42:22.000 Okay, the fact that I searched those and I am lied to by YouTube and that Trump is even within the margin of error should tell you everything you need to know about the state of this country.

00:42:32.000 They try to say, oh, Donald Trump doesn't really have the popular vote.

00:42:35.000 Well, okay, let's just add up the influence you have from big tech.

00:42:37.000 And I think Epstein, not the pedophile Epstein, the other Epstein.

00:42:40.000 So there's like 10 million, 12 million votes that are effectively bought through the censoring that takes place in big tech. 1.00

00:42:45.000 Another one, this one's important because people will say, oh that's kind of hearsay and you know Biden says stupid shit. 1.00

00:42:50.000 So maybe he didn't mean what he said about fracking. 0.99

00:42:53.000 That's not, you can't really hang him on it because he has held two positions on every single issue.

00:42:59.000 I don't, you know what, I don't allow that point.

00:43:01.000 I agree with everything that you just said.

00:43:04.000 But I don't like you, so I won't allow it.

00:43:06.000 Here's another example of something very clear because it relates to economics.

00:43:09.000 And the second that Biden wades into that, you can just hear the buttholes of moderators.

00:43:16.000 Biden also claimed that the deficit with China went up under Trump, and if you search for it on YouTube, there's no fact check at all.

00:43:24.000 No fact check at all.

00:43:24.000 Although the YouTube, Trump's campaign, right, the video does come up from Donald Trump, the campaign, so I want to be clear about that.

00:43:30.000 Ah, good.

00:43:31.000 Baby steps, YouTube.

00:43:31.000 Now, the truth, again, PolitiFact, who they've used in these other instances, did issue a fact check of this.

00:43:38.000 Biden was wrong.

00:43:39.000 Biden was wrong.

00:43:40.000 The trade deficit did not go up.

00:43:42.000 It was higher under Barack Obama.

00:43:43.000 It's very clear because there's a clear-cut financial before and after.

00:43:48.000 So this is what really matters.

00:43:50.000 Are these standards being applied equally?

00:43:52.000 And just think of how much manipulation is taking place with this election.

00:43:57.000 And I gotta tell you, I do think that YouTube is the most important—people talk about Twitter, people talk about Facebook, sure.

00:44:01.000 Unfortunately, though, YouTube has—they have the biggest pockets, being Google and YouTube together, and it's where people go to consume media.

00:44:08.000 It's not necessarily interactive.

00:44:10.000 So there's this semblance of some kind of authority coming from YouTube. 0.82

00:44:14.000 They think it's an authoritative source, as opposed to their grandmother, you know, posting a picture of prairie dogs' testicles on their wall and below, a MAGA thing. 0.98

00:44:20.000 You're like, yeah, well, but you posted prairie dogs' testicles. 0.92

00:44:24.000 So I don't necessarily trust your political sourcing. 0.96

00:44:28.000 I think that's a good point. I really do. A lot of people do go to Twitter and Facebook to find different stories.

00:44:32.000 I used to, I usually go there to find somebody who's telling me like the on-the-ground story,

00:44:36.000 so I get it unfiltered to some degree. And now I have fact checks on both of those.

00:44:39.000 But this is like the last place, the last place that you can go to and just watch what happened for yourself, right?

00:44:45.000 You can hear somebody comment on it if you want, but now you're even stopped and like, hold on,

00:44:48.000 this didn't actually happen. And so people who are on the fence, like you said, they're gonna go there and go,

00:44:51.000 oh, well, no, they have a fact check there on my Twitter.

00:44:54.000 They have a fact check on, on, on Facebook.

00:44:56.000 They have a fact check. It must not be true at all. Right.

00:44:58.000 It's, it's like, it's like the person who just sits there quietly for a long time,

00:45:01.000 doesn't say anything one way or the other.

00:45:03.000 And then when they do say something, everyone's like, oh, well I guess that must be true. 0.99

00:45:06.000 They waited to say something.

00:45:08.000 Facebook has been doing this for a long time.

00:45:10.000 Everyone's discrediting their fact-checking.

00:45:12.000 No one really believes Twitter about anything because Jack Dorsey.

00:45:17.000 So now you've got YouTube, who has finally decided to step into the fray of labeling and deciding what content is what, and making affirmative statements about whether things are true or not.

00:45:27.000 They clearly don't care about the sources because they're just citing whatever they want.

00:45:29.000 Whenever they want. 1.00

00:45:31.000 And this is a stupid move for YouTube. 1.00

00:45:33.000 You know why? 1.00

00:45:33.000 Because they were doing this behind the scenes anyway. 1.00

00:45:35.000 They were manipulating it through the algorithms anyway.

00:45:37.000 We saw that with the Tulsi Gabbard situation going on where you would search Steven Crowder changed my mind abortion and an old PBS video would show up.

00:45:44.000 The problem got fixed.

00:45:46.000 So this is something that I think they've overreached again because they're trying to virtue signal to people out there who are saying, why aren't you doing more?

00:45:53.000 Listen, I'll tell you this.

00:45:54.000 This has already been going on on YouTube.

00:45:55.000 You know it.

00:45:56.000 Anyone who's been following, anyone who's been trying to search for content know that this has been going on.

00:46:00.000 But YouTube has to do more to appease the radical left.

00:46:03.000 And here we are.

00:46:04.000 Now they've tipped their hand.

00:46:05.000 We're going to have to leave YouTube very soon.

00:46:07.000 But first, let's check back in with our local entomologist on his quest for Japanese killer hornets.

00:46:13.000 Even Brendan?

00:46:14.000 Let us pray.

00:46:16.000 insiders.

00:46:17.000 One go tree climbing Tom's tree.

00:46:21.000 His face hurts.

00:46:22.000 And where is his glasses?

00:46:23.000 He can't see without his glasses.

00:46:24.000 Put his glasses on.

00:46:25.000 Put on his glasses.

00:46:26.000 You know, I hate to, I hate to mention in her time of grieving, but she didn't get the

00:46:35.000 name right or he doesn't wear glasses.

00:46:37.000 But we'll check on even Brendan.

00:46:40.000 I'm sure that we'll see more of him sometime soon.

00:46:42.000 We're actually about to go talk about the big financial backers for Biden.

00:46:44.000 Oh boy.

00:46:45.000 Dark money in politics.

00:46:46.000 Well, that's not a thing anymore.

00:46:47.000 No.

00:46:47.000 But we'll make it a thing and we don't want to be fact-checked here on YouTube because, you know, it's gonna be really hard and so we'll just get banned.

00:46:54.000 So YouTube, we'll make your life easy right now.

00:46:56.000 Everyone else go to Mug Club, we'll be taking your chat right now.
