00:04:15.000 Help!
00:04:21.000 Louder was crowded!
00:04:25.000 Louder and louder!
00:04:41.000 Hey, Tim.
00:04:42.000 Why is so glum, man?
00:04:43.000 Well, I'm a little upset, Gerald.
00:04:46.000 I had my sandwich right here, and when I went to get a napkin, Joe Lewis ate it.
00:04:54.000 He ate it?
00:04:56.000 Yeah, and that's not even the worst part.
00:04:58.000 He also ate my USB jump drive that was right next to it.
00:05:04.000 Oh, man, was there anything important on the drive?
00:05:06.000 Not really, just the rest of the Nashville Manifesto.
00:05:12.000 Well, Tim, this isn't the first time that we've talked about leaving our food on our desk, is it?
00:05:17.000 No, but I just went up to go get a napkin real quick, and then when I got back, he was already Tim.
00:05:26.000 I know it's a big responsibility, but Stephen and I are counting on you to do the right thing even when nobody's around.
00:05:33.000 It's called integrity.
00:05:35.000 Integrity?
00:05:37.000 Integrity is being honest and doing the right thing, even when nobody's watching.
00:05:41.000 It's what keeps our morality in check.
00:05:45.000 I'm sorry, Gerald.
00:05:46.000 I must have just overlooked it.
00:05:49.000 It's okay.
00:05:49.000 It's okay.
00:05:50.000 Look, we all make mistakes.
00:05:51.000 The important thing is that we learn from them.
00:05:54.000 You're a big guy.
00:06:01.000 And it's your job to retrieve the drive when Joe Lewis passes it.
00:06:04.000 So unfortunately, this is a lesson that's going to stink.
00:06:12.000 You mean I got to go through his?
00:06:14.000 Yeah.
00:06:15.000 Then I gotta get the...
00:06:17.000 Yep.
00:06:22.000 me.
00:06:37.000 Hey, Tim.
00:06:38.000 Oh, hey, Gerald.
00:06:40.000 Any luck?
00:06:41.000 No, man.
00:06:42.000 I went through like two piles and nothing but poop.
00:06:45.000 Oh, hey, guys.
00:06:50.000 Hey, Tim, I forgot to tell you I grabbed that thumb drive off your desk earlier.
00:06:54.000 Thanks.
00:07:00.000 Oh, f**k me.

00:08:00.000 Today, look, is going to be an exercise in calling balls and strikes because Supreme Court just ruled on the tariffs, and I'm not going to lie.
00:08:08.000 It's not good.
00:08:09.000 It's a strike in the balls.
00:08:11.000 Yeah.
00:08:12.000 The lamb fries, you call them?
00:08:14.000 I never heard that expression before today.
00:08:16.000 I have no idea.
00:08:18.000 It's lamb testicles.
00:08:19.000 It's from the movie Funny Farm.
00:08:20.000 That's where I got it, Chevy Chase.
00:08:21.000 Oh, okay.
00:08:22.000 For a moment, I thought it was an original thought.
00:08:24.000 Not at all.
00:08:28.000 All right.
00:08:28.000 So we're just going to get to that.
00:08:29.000 And then we also have the gayest interpretive dance that's ever been done in honor of Alex Predty and Renee Good.
00:08:34.000 However gay you think it is in your mind, it's gayer.
00:08:40.000 Like it is gayer.
00:08:41.000 And Europe's not quite, but it's getting there.
00:08:43.000 We'll get to Europe a little bit.
00:08:44.000 Also, a gay, sorry, trans wants your children to be able to access pornography online because it's educational.
00:08:51.000 So remember when people said it was a straw man, the idea that they're coming for your kids?
00:08:55.000 Well, some of these states and some of these reps, they have your children in their hands and they're trying to mold them.
00:09:01.000 It's as subversive as it gets.
00:09:04.000 Cap Morgan, CEO.
00:09:04.000 All right.
00:09:05.000 We already heard you with the funny farm thing.
00:09:07.000 Friday, Saturday, March 20th, 21st summit.
00:09:10.000 I'm doing fine.
00:09:11.000 City Comedy Club.
00:09:12.000 We're all doing fine.
00:09:13.000 Plus, we have some sketches to get to.
00:09:13.000 It's Friday.
00:09:15.000 Oh, that's the wrong thing.
00:09:16.000 No, that's not it.
00:09:17.000 Josh Firestone.
00:09:19.000 Hey, hello.
00:09:19.000 Was that the wrong date?
00:09:20.000 Yeah.
00:09:21.000 Hey, do you think that we should add five Supreme Court justices to get this through?
00:09:24.000 Yeah, I don't know how we.
00:09:26.000 That's the thing, right?
00:09:27.000 The left will just be.
00:09:28.000 That's what they'll do.
00:09:29.000 Let's.
00:09:30.000 Where's the all right?
00:09:32.000 You know what?
00:09:32.000 Let me hit this first before we get to Supreme Court.
00:09:34.000 You want me to hit the Supreme Court?
00:09:35.000 Let me just.
00:09:36.000 Let me just, this stuff is just, it's breaking news, so it's flooding.
00:09:42.000 I forgot about that.
00:09:45.000 It's so off guard.
00:09:46.000 Why do we have wind chimes?
00:09:47.000 It's like a tornado.
00:09:48.000 I don't even know.
00:09:50.000 Yeah, I think that's cool.
00:09:51.000 Is it like Twister?
00:09:53.000 Storm's coming.
00:09:54.000 Yeah, very much.
00:09:55.000 Get to the shelter.
00:09:57.000 So three things you kind of need to know here.
00:09:59.000 They just basically struck down President Trump's tariffs.
00:10:03.000 Now, concern there is that that trade deficit is going to widen again because we've generated a lot of revenue in that trade deficit gap that was closed quite a bit.
00:10:12.000 So it was a six to three decision.
00:10:13.000 The two people who did side with President Trump were, or sorry, the three people who did Thomas Alito and Kavanaugh.
00:10:20.000 And one of the biggest disappointments, Barrett.
00:10:23.000 I think you guys know the lesson there.
00:10:25.000 Gorsik, Barrett, Roberts, and then, of course, three leftists.
00:10:30.000 They basically have determined that President Trump does not actually have the emergency powers to impose tariffs.
00:10:38.000 But the weird thing is that he can completely block trade from countries.
00:10:43.000 He can completely block trade, but he cannot tariff it.
00:10:46.000 Yeah.
00:10:46.000 Because the word tariff is not used in the powers.
00:10:49.000 It's like, oh, okay, well, you're an idiot.
00:10:51.000 Yeah.
00:10:51.000 I mean, I understand if they're going by the letter of the law.
00:10:54.000 I don't.
00:10:54.000 No?
00:10:55.000 I'm not saying that I agree with them.
00:10:55.000 No.
00:10:57.000 Block trade.
00:10:58.000 I think what the founders, or sorry, not the founders, but when this was passed, they basically were like, yeah, of course.
00:11:04.000 Everybody knows like if you can block trade, of course you can tariff it.
00:11:06.000 Like we don't have to put that in there.
00:11:08.000 Right.
00:11:08.000 I think that's probably the way the administration was thinking.
00:11:11.000 By the way, would you say that Amy Coney Barrett, the biggest disappointment?
00:11:14.000 And what do you think the lesson is there as far as Supreme Court justices?
00:11:19.000 Let's look at the history of male, female justices.
00:11:22.000 And we pretty much only had leftist female judges.
00:11:26.000 And we have one right-leaning one, but she has consistently ruled with the liberal justices on often the most important issues.
00:11:37.000 It's bad.
00:11:39.000 It's bad.
00:11:39.000 It's kind of what people were warning about.
00:11:41.000 It's kind of what people were saying.
00:11:42.000 And then people said that's sexism.
00:11:43.000 You go, well, I tend to believe that they might rule in a way that is influenced more emotionally than the male justices.
00:11:50.000 And we see that consistently in their rulings.
00:11:52.000 And you still see that.
00:11:53.000 You see the covert feminism often with Amy Coney Barrett.
00:11:56.000 She is not what you thought you were getting as a Supreme Court justice outside of abortion issues.
00:12:02.000 Outside of that, she's consistently wrong.
00:12:05.000 We'll probably have a tally and go through her.
00:12:07.000 Let's do a performance review next year on Amy Coney Barrett because I am not through it.
00:12:11.000 Next week?
00:12:11.000 Not next year.
00:12:12.000 We don't have to wait a year, right?
00:12:13.000 No, that's what I said.
00:12:14.000 You said next year.
00:12:14.000 Oh, well, I don't care.
00:12:15.000 Okay.
00:12:17.000 You meant next week.
00:12:18.000 I do.
00:12:18.000 Because next week we're doing this.
00:12:20.000 No, he was right.
00:12:21.000 He was right.
00:12:22.000 Yeah, he's taking it, though.
00:12:23.000 He was right.
00:12:23.000 He's a player.
00:12:24.000 He's right.
00:12:25.000 And next week we are doing this State of the Union address.
00:12:28.000 So it's going to be a special story.
00:12:29.000 It's going to be spicy after this.
00:12:30.000 On Tuesday night, Tuesday.
00:12:33.000 Yeah.
00:12:33.000 Yeah, Tuesday.
00:12:34.000 What's going to happen?
00:12:35.000 People are probably going to start suing to other countries for refunds.
00:12:38.000 No, no, no.
00:12:38.000 Importers are going to sue the United States for a refund.
00:12:41.000 And they've already passed on most of the cost in probably all of the cases that you can think of to the consumers.
00:12:47.000 So they're basically going to get to double dip to some degree, and it's going to be a giant effing mess.
00:12:52.000 Yeah.
00:12:54.000 And Trump has no leverage now.
00:12:55.000 All of his trade deals that he struck are now on illegal grounds.
00:12:58.000 Like this, this is very challenging.
00:13:00.000 They did say that there was a contingency plan, this administration, to do it in a different way, to basically not call it a tariff.
00:13:06.000 The problem is they already did call it a tariff.
00:13:07.000 It's a tariff.
00:13:09.000 If Obama can do it, you know, with Obamacare, it's like, that's not a tax.
00:13:13.000 This is one of those things where it really is like fighting with your hands tied behind your back because the left, they will just change the rules.
00:13:19.000 They will ram it through.
00:13:20.000 They will stick together.
00:13:21.000 And you just don't really see that on the right.
00:13:25.000 I'm sure we'll get to some of the write-ups and the dissenting opinions right now.
00:13:30.000 We don't have time to go through that.
00:13:31.000 We'll go through it next week.
00:13:32.000 But I'm not going to lie to you.
00:13:33.000 This is not great.
00:13:34.000 What do you guys think?
00:13:35.000 Where do you think this goes?
00:13:36.000 And do you think that the ruling was correct?
00:13:39.000 You can let me know.
00:13:41.000 I understand it because I'm not a lawyer.
00:13:43.000 I understand how someone feels like because the letter of the law requires them.
00:13:49.000 But the spirit of the law, I completely disagree.
00:13:51.000 Especially when you look at how underhanded a lot of the actions have been when they've been taking a trade in the past that have really put us at a disadvantage.
00:13:59.000 How do you correct a course?
00:14:00.000 How do you correct a course when you have people in government who have a vested interest in doing the bidding or acting on behalf of nations outside of the United States?
00:14:10.000 And by that, I mean cozying up and maintaining their relationships.
00:14:12.000 They will place those above the needs of the American people.
00:14:16.000 That's the uphill challenge.
00:14:18.000 That's the swamp.
00:14:19.000 That's the entrenchment.
00:14:21.000 And here we are.
00:14:22.000 I hope they have a plan B.
00:14:23.000 I really do.
00:14:23.000 This is one of those moments for the administration.
00:14:25.000 They need to come out very quickly with how they're going to remedy this.
00:14:28.000 Yeah.
00:14:29.000 Very quickly.
00:14:30.000 Here's the other thing we're going to talk about.
00:14:32.000 Guy getting slapped.
00:14:33.000 Now, this one.
00:14:35.000 This is a Supreme Court justice.
00:14:36.000 Yes.
00:14:36.000 This is an influencer, I guess, called.
00:14:38.000 What's weird about this story is this guy got smacked hard two days in a row.
00:14:43.000 Now, one of them seems like it may be scripted.
00:14:45.000 I don't know.
00:14:46.000 This next one, the first one you're about to see, which was a second slap, definitely was not.
00:14:51.000 Yeah.
00:14:51.000 The odd part is this influencer uploaded these himself.
00:14:56.000 Well, if you're going to get slapped, make hay out of it.
00:14:58.000 Yeah, but he instigated, he got smacked, and he uploaded it himself.
00:15:02.000 Here's the good news: the response has been overwhelmingly, hey, man, you definitely walked into that and you kind of deserved it.
00:15:09.000 That's a good thing because I do think that there is a lack of accountability with the online culture.
00:15:12.000 It doesn't mean that you assault somebody just for words.
00:15:14.000 You'll see there's quite a bit more than that, including threats.
00:15:17.000 The scary part is that you still do have a portion of the internet saying, oh, man, that's assault.
00:15:24.000 You got to get a lawsuit going.
00:15:26.000 Get that bag, fam.
00:15:27.000 I'm like, ah, get that back.
00:15:30.000 Yeah, I saw that word for word.
00:15:34.000 And this is one of those things where it says, when you talk about fatigue, you're talking about this next guy.
00:15:39.000 The good news is that some of the people who are smacking him are also racial minorities.
00:15:42.000 So it's not, you know, it bridges the racial divide.
00:15:45.000 But I think you watch it, you go, all right, well, this is similar to the kind of behavior that we experience quite often.
00:15:52.000 And so it's just a fun day to see someone get smacked.
00:15:56.000 As soon as I started watching this first one, you'll see it.
00:15:58.000 I went, oh, no.
00:16:00.000 Is that Tiki Gosen?
00:16:01.000 He was a former UFC fighter.
00:16:03.000 Didn't have a particular winning record, but he still was a professional fighter and he was a coach.
00:16:07.000 It's a different thing.
00:16:08.000 And this guy decides that, you know what?
00:16:10.000 That's a guy I want to start a fight with.
00:16:13.000 And justice.
00:16:17.000 You pick one.
00:16:19.000 Tiki, I know who you are, brother.
00:16:20.000 How are you doing, your man?
00:16:21.000 Listen to your leggings, dude.
00:16:23.000 Hey, this is an old phone call.
00:16:24.000 Tiko?
00:16:25.000 Tiki.
00:16:26.000 Tiki?
00:16:26.000 Say hello.
00:16:27.000 Nice to meet you, bro.
00:16:28.000 You do know who I am.
00:16:29.000 I don't know why you're lying.
00:16:30.000 No, I don't.
00:16:31.000 You definitely know who the f I am.
00:16:32.000 Yes, the hell you do.
00:16:33.000 You probably just don't like.
00:16:35.000 You and a manager, right?
00:16:36.000 Yeah.
00:16:36.000 Yeah.
00:16:37.000 Where did we meet?
00:16:39.000 I don't know, but we know mutuals and shit.
00:16:41.000 So don't act like you don't know me.
00:16:43.000 I don't know you.
00:16:43.000 You definitely know me.
00:16:44.000 Nice to meet you, though.
00:16:45.000 Yeah, just don't be lying because girls around and shit.
00:16:48.000 You definitely know me, bro.
00:16:49.000 He wants to start it.
00:16:50.000 The guy didn't recognize it.
00:16:51.000 My manager knows you.
00:16:52.000 Who?
00:16:53.000 Nadine.
00:16:54.000 You know, Nadine.
00:16:54.000 Nadine's your manager?
00:16:55.000 Yeah.
00:16:55.000 I don't know you.
00:16:56.000 I don't like your attitude.
00:16:57.000 I don't like your fingers.
00:16:58.000 I don't like you at all though.
00:16:59.000 Yeah.
00:17:00.000 Straight up.
00:17:00.000 I don't like you at all though.
00:17:06.000 I said, straight up.
00:17:08.000 Are you the guy that got slapped on video?
00:17:10.000 I did, but I'll slap the outs.
00:17:11.000 You know.
00:17:12.000 I'm going to show you the inside of the house.
00:17:15.000 No, I'll put you.
00:17:16.000 I'll make you another clip.
00:17:17.000 Watch the drink change.
00:17:19.000 Seriously?
00:17:20.000 I'm going to do that.
00:17:23.000 He needs milk!
00:17:31.000 Oosh, oosh, yeah.
00:17:32.000 Why did I make that sound?
00:17:34.000 Let me at him.
00:17:35.000 That's enough.
00:17:36.000 We saw it.
00:17:37.000 Why do they always make their own sound effects?
00:17:39.000 Oosh, oosh, oosh.
00:17:40.000 What are you doing?
00:17:41.000 They watch like too many kung films.
00:17:43.000 You think if you make anime sounds, you're going to give him a Dragon Ball Z?
00:17:46.000 What the hell are you doing?
00:17:47.000 I don't know, but what do you guys think about it?
00:17:49.000 I will say that's beyond just words.
00:17:51.000 That's saying, I'm going to smack you.
00:17:53.000 What's that?
00:17:54.000 Yeah, I'm going to turn you into a clip.
00:17:56.000 And he's in his space where he's kind of controlling his movement.
00:18:00.000 I'm going to give it to him.
00:18:01.000 And I know that Tiki, by the way, is not someone with a spotless record, people will say, but in this case, this is a guy who goes out looking for it, instigates, very often crosses the line.
00:18:11.000 He also fancies himself, I guess, a boxing influencer.
00:18:16.000 I say it's a clean hit.
00:18:17.000 I think he deserved it, but it's not a clean hit.
00:18:19.000 The guy could have walked away, but he absolutely deserved it.
00:18:22.000 So it's tough.
00:18:23.000 Yeah, he could have, but I don't know that he should have.
00:18:25.000 Yeah, but why?
00:18:26.000 Why not?
00:18:27.000 He's legally.
00:18:28.000 Because the guy said, I'm going to smack you.
00:18:30.000 I'm going to make you a clip.
00:18:30.000 And then walked in toward him.
00:18:32.000 He was turned sideways.
00:18:33.000 Yeah, but I don't know that it was going to.
00:18:35.000 Here's the thing.
00:18:35.000 If you're that guy, you're like, I don't know when this is going to stop.
00:18:38.000 They don't stop.
00:18:39.000 No, You do it.
00:18:40.000 You know what?
00:18:40.000 They don't ever stop, Gerald.
00:18:42.000 I don't think you interact with these people.
00:18:43.000 Really?
00:18:44.000 Yeah.
00:18:45.000 You know, young 20 social media influencers.
00:18:48.000 You know, the guy grew up in places where that's.
00:18:51.000 I didn't say black guys.
00:18:52.000 I said young social media influencers.
00:18:54.000 Well, I do.
00:18:54.000 This guy's out there going for clips.
00:18:55.000 That's all he does.
00:18:56.000 He's an agitator.
00:18:57.000 Here's what you said.
00:18:58.000 Here's what you do.
00:19:00.000 And bye.
00:19:02.000 That's when it's going to have to be there.
00:19:04.000 Obviously, you shouldn't even be at the party, Gerald, but it's already over.
00:19:08.000 Don't make it strong.
00:19:09.000 It started with, you know who I am, don't you?
00:19:12.000 I don't.
00:19:12.000 No, the guy's a total prick.
00:19:14.000 I don't.
00:19:14.000 Nice to meet you, though.
00:19:15.000 And then it was, yeah, you do.
00:19:16.000 Yeah, you do.
00:19:17.000 Come on, don't.
00:19:17.000 It's like, I don't.
00:19:18.000 Nice to meet you.
00:19:19.000 You know my manager.
00:19:20.000 This guy is, he's going to continue for as long as he can to try and get a reaction.
00:19:27.000 Well, he's the kind of guy who will follow you around.
00:19:29.000 As you will see, by the way, in this next clip, this may be slightly scripted because these people love to pursue drama and it's tough to know what's real.
00:19:36.000 But that happened the day after he was slapped by very, very well-noted powerlifter and strength athlete, Larry Wheels.
00:19:46.000 And here he is, inappropriately going after the guy's wife.
00:19:51.000 You're king, nigga.
00:19:52.000 Here, king.
00:19:53.000 You know why?
00:19:53.000 She a queen, though.
00:19:57.000 I know we streaming.
00:19:57.000 We got a chill.
00:19:58.000 I know we streamed.
00:19:59.000 Is that his wife?
00:20:01.000 Yeah, that's his wife.
00:20:02.000 She's been good.
00:20:03.000 She a queen.
00:20:03.000 No, no, no, no.
00:20:04.000 Chill out.
00:20:04.000 She's married.
00:20:06.000 Listen, we got two visitor girls on.
00:20:08.000 Come on, come on.
00:20:08.000 He tells him, stop.
00:20:10.000 Hey, he's fing up.
00:20:11.000 She looks like she likes it.
00:20:12.000 I'm very respectful.
00:20:14.000 Keep his wife up for grab.
00:20:15.000 Hey, he's been.
00:20:16.000 Keep his wife up for grab.
00:20:19.000 Larry, did you get the address?
00:20:20.000 I got the address.
00:20:21.000 Yeah.
00:20:22.000 Hey, hey, don't be mad.
00:20:23.000 Come on, man.
00:20:24.000 I know we streaming.
00:20:26.000 What are we doing with your hands?
00:20:28.000 Hey, you ready for the gifted?
00:20:30.000 200.
00:20:31.000 Listen.
00:20:31.000 You ready for them 200 gifted?
00:20:34.000 He touched her.
00:20:35.000 Did he?
00:20:36.000 Yeah, she said, stop touching me.
00:20:38.000 Hey, Dean.
00:20:42.000 Dean!
00:20:44.000 What about that one?
00:20:46.000 Fine!
00:20:47.000 You guys act like I'm all.
00:20:49.000 That one, Gerald, says he had it coming.
00:20:51.000 Yeah.
00:20:51.000 No, he had it coming on both of them, and that's how you got to deal with it.
00:20:54.000 Yep.
00:20:54.000 All right, someone disrespects you.
00:20:55.000 You got to take care of it immediately and directly.
00:21:01.000 You're such a.
00:21:03.000 Hey, you can't do that.
00:21:06.000 I'm sorry.
00:21:07.000 You're right.
00:21:08.000 That was a little too far.
00:21:09.000 I crossed the line.
00:21:10.000 It's okay.
00:21:11.000 Just don't let it happen again.
00:21:14.000 F it.
00:21:15.000 Hey!
00:21:16.000 You know, see, that's the thing.
00:21:18.000 You handle your bitness.
00:21:19.000 I do.
00:21:19.000 And you can't walk away from that one.
00:21:21.000 No.
00:21:21.000 Nobody talked to me like that.
00:21:23.000 No.
00:21:23.000 And I will say there are other dynamics at play, but what kind of a world do you want to live in where people like this can just go around and at a certain point, it's like, yeah, but then society breaks down.
00:21:33.000 There do need to be expectations.
00:21:34.000 It doesn't mean if someone says something you don't like, but someone who's blatantly disrespecting you, your wife, touching her or your girlfriend, someone who keeps pursuing and won't stop.
