00:03:57.000 Welcome to the lineup live.
00:03:58.000 You know, you don't want to see how this sausage is made.
00:04:00.000 You absolutely do not.
00:04:01.000 Right before here, I just said, Oh, you know what?
00:04:04.000 Actually, before we have our guest, I said, I just thought of it.
00:04:07.000 Lane's going to put in a new stinger tool, man, for crowded prescriptions because we have a voting prescription.
00:04:11.000 Right.
00:04:11.000 He goes, Oh, great.
00:04:14.000 Yes, it will make the show better.
00:04:16.000 It will help people.
00:04:17.000 Yeah.
00:04:17.000 That's like, yeah.
00:04:18.000 40 seconds left to show.
00:04:19.000 Okay.
00:04:19.000 You're like, Hey, no problem.
00:04:22.000 I'll get right on it.
00:04:22.000 Imagine you're working at Coca Cola.
00:04:23.000 President comes in and says, I found a more cost effective, higher quality way to improve the Formula.
00:04:29.000 Oh, fantastic.
00:04:30.000 Oh, we're about to launch the existing sock.
00:04:32.000 Wait, I don't have my headphones in.
00:04:36.000 What did he say?
00:04:38.000 I do.
00:04:39.000 Wait, hold on.
00:04:39.000 I can hear one thing.
00:04:40.000 That's the sound of you working for Pepsi Cola.
00:04:44.000 You want to make it RC?
00:04:46.000 How do you feel about one president's choice?
00:04:48.000 Shut up, Mr. Pib.
00:04:50.000 All right.
00:04:53.000 Welcome to the lineup live on Rumble.
00:04:55.000 It's like we're all, all the shows roll into the next, but then like they just roll into this and it's just, it's different.
00:05:01.000 Couple things to get to today.
00:05:02.000 The Clancy jurors are now speaking out because, of course, they want the fame.
00:05:07.000 It's far worse than you thought.
00:05:09.000 We need to have a conversation about this.
00:05:11.000 It's not just evil, it's a combination of evil and dumb.
00:05:14.000 It's a combination of evil and brainwashed.
00:05:17.000 And this really should be a seminal moment for our country.
00:05:20.000 That's why this has been important.
00:05:21.000 When Charlie Kirk was assassinated, what really ended up being disheartening was we all thought, hey, you know what?
00:05:27.000 At least now we understand the enemy.
00:05:28.000 At least now we understand how we have to move forward.
00:05:30.000 And we will all coalesce.
00:05:32.000 We'll all get around each other, support each other.
00:05:34.000 And instead, it ended up being more fracturing than ever because of a few bad actors.
00:05:39.000 I don't want to see that happen with Clancy.
00:05:42.000 Hey, if there is a common ground, if we can bridge the gender divide, then here we are.
00:05:46.000 There's never going to be a more opportune time than this.
00:05:50.000 But that assumes that we actually have common ground.
00:05:53.000 And we'll be talking about that actually with a guest on the show, friend of the show.
00:05:56.000 I know some of you think that, like, because the first time was a little tense, but I've been on her show and now she's coming back, Jillian Michaels.
00:06:04.000 Hey, no.
00:06:07.000 I mean, yes, but no.
00:06:12.000 She's still on, right?
00:06:13.000 And we'll see.
00:06:14.000 We have an entertainment minute.
00:06:16.000 The man worth $16 to $30 million, depending on how you measure the gross of the Spider Man, most forgettable Spider Man's.
00:06:24.000 Andrew Garfield hates billionaires and he wants you to know that you should go after the billionaires.
00:06:28.000 It used to be millionaires and now it's not the tens of millionaires, just billionaires because he doesn't understand Robin Hood.
00:06:36.000 Let's get to it on with the show.
00:06:43.000 This week in feminism.
00:06:44.000 I mean, yeah, I hit him like really hard, but he wasn't supposed to do anything about it.
00:06:56.000 He wasn't supposed to sit there and take it.
00:06:59.000 I mean, click Rumble Premium and join now for $99 annually or $999 a month to get the entirely ad free experience and an Ever expanding roster of content, creators, and free speech.
00:07:57.000 Good.
00:07:57.000 You got it all out of your system?
00:07:58.000 I'm still curious as to what it is that you said that I couldn't hear without my headphones, but it sounded like it was fun.
00:08:03.000 Hilarious.
00:08:04.000 No one likes a better roast of myself than myself.
00:08:08.000 You can watch it later.
00:08:12.000 Oh, thank you.
00:08:13.000 I thought I was the one assigning you work, but then I guess now I have homework.
00:08:18.000 It's different.
00:08:19.000 Well, we're missing context now.
00:08:21.000 I'd have to re explain everything, and the show will be dead.
00:08:24.000 Just redo the cold open.
00:08:25.000 I have to put more work in.
00:08:27.000 And, you know, hopefully it's not so much stress that, you know, that I go and murder innocent children.
00:08:31.000 Hopefully I can handle it.
00:08:32.000 You think you can manage it?
00:08:33.000 Hopefully, you know, I can handle it.
00:08:34.000 But I don't know.
00:08:34.000 But, you know, the truth is it's not my fault if I took some ibuprofen.
00:08:38.000 Don't send me to your family.
00:08:39.000 It's also not my fault if I didn't.
00:08:41.000 Let me ask you a question today.
00:08:42.000 If you were in charge, what would the punishment for Lindsey Clancy be?
00:08:46.000 Obviously, the only correct answer is public hanging.
00:08:49.000 It doesn't need to be painful, it doesn't need to be inhumane, but it does need to be swift and public.
00:08:55.000 How about exercise bans?
00:08:56.000 It seems fitting.
00:08:57.000 Yeah.
00:08:57.000 I don't know.
00:08:58.000 No, I like the hanging one because, you know, she's paralyzed.
00:09:02.000 So it would just be some.
00:09:03.000 It was.
00:09:05.000 Guys, don't get ahead of me here.
00:09:06.000 Don't get ahead of me.
00:09:07.000 Yes, did you?
00:09:08.000 That's the punchline.
00:09:08.000 But it'd be like, you know, like a four scum thing.
00:09:10.000 Like, I taught her how to dangle.
00:09:12.000 Yeah.
00:09:15.000 She taught me how to swing.
00:09:17.000 I shaved her head, pretending it was Lieutenant Dan.
00:09:19.000 She taught me how to kill my kids, and I taught her how to dangle.
00:09:22.000 Oh, well, whatever.
00:09:23.000 Bitch gave me AIDS.
00:09:25.000 Hepatitis.
00:09:26.000 Hepatitis.
00:09:27.000 Was it hepatitis or AIDS?
00:09:28.000 I don't know.
00:09:28.000 It's a combination.
00:09:29.000 You know what?
00:09:30.000 Let's split the difference.
00:09:31.000 We will publicly hang her.
00:09:32.000 From an exercise band, so she just dangles for a very long time.
00:09:36.000 It's almost like a bungee dance.
00:09:37.000 It's like one of those things you put in a doorway with the kid.
00:09:41.000 Exactly, you entertain the children.
00:09:43.000 It all comes full circle.
00:09:44.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:09:45.000 And she gets to feel like she's moving again.
00:09:46.000 It's all good.
00:09:47.000 You replace her gimpy feet with rattles.
00:09:50.000 And she's a pinata.
00:09:51.000 Yes.
00:09:52.000 And she's filled with candy.
00:09:56.000 I know you might say cruel.
00:09:57.000 I would say cruel is killing your three children and making the second one suffer and beg for their life.
00:10:03.000 There's no way to deal with it outside of humor, and we're well beyond the pale now where we're still having this conversation.
00:10:08.000 People going, yeah, but no, no, there are no yeah, buts.
00:10:10.000 My dad used to tell me as a child in the court with the judge, there are no yeah, buts.
00:10:15.000 That was an actual word.
00:10:16.000 There are no yeah, buts.
00:10:17.000 Well, it turns out for ladies, if they're given the wrong prescription, if they're not given enough, or if they're given too much, there are a lot of yeah, buts as long as you have an all or mostly female jury.
00:10:25.000 Captain Morgan, CEO, how are you?
00:10:27.000 Fantastic.
00:10:27.000 How are you?
00:10:28.000 I'm fine.
00:10:28.000 Yeah, I'm fine.
00:10:29.000 It's just this is going to be a pretty wild and woolly show because this is people, everything is downstream from culture.
00:10:37.000 And this is far more important as far as how it impacts your day to day life, how people view the world, how half of this country, potentially, we'll get to polls, view the world on a day to day basis.
00:10:48.000 Because all of those days exist between elections and midterms.
00:10:53.000 It's very, very important.
00:10:54.000 And then that is what defines, that is what determines how they pull that lever in the elections.
00:11:00.000 So everything is downstream from culture.
00:11:02.000 Friday and Saturday, November 27th, 28th at Skyline Comedy Club in Appleton, Washington.
00:11:08.000 Wisconsin, all his dates at jfirestein.com.
00:11:09.000 How are you, sir?
00:11:10.000 Good, yeah.
00:11:11.000 Appleton, it's a great place.
00:11:12.000 Great place for mothers.
00:11:14.000 It'll kill their babies in Wisconsin.
00:11:15.000 They're too sedated on beer and cheese.
00:11:17.000 Yeah, plus all the male serial killers came, so they kind of have a monopoly.
00:11:20.000 Yeah, they're like, we don't want to be like the guys.
00:11:22.000 Yeah, like the guy who ate the guy or the guy who was the clown who liked the paint.
00:11:25.000 Making a murder?
00:11:26.000 I'd rather make a sandwich.
00:11:27.000 That's right.
00:11:28.000 I'd love to hear that.
00:11:29.000 No, that is music to my ears.
00:11:32.000 I'd say, come over here.
00:11:33.000 Hey, what are you making today?
00:11:36.000 Are you making a murder or sandwich?
00:11:38.000 Sandwich, correct answer.
00:11:40.000 Good.
00:11:41.000 All right.
00:11:42.000 Give me some Gabagool.
00:11:43.000 So, yes, it's a theme today, but go along with us.
00:11:46.000 It's okay.
00:11:47.000 We'll also be trashing a guy, Andrew, sorry, not Andrew Garfield.
00:11:50.000 Yes.
00:11:51.000 Yes, yes, yes.
00:11:53.000 Exhibit A in Insanity and No Common Ground.
00:11:56.000 Here is a lady who absolutely doesn't care about her husband's preferences.
00:12:03.000 There's one thing about me I don't like to be told what to do.
00:12:05.000 Never have.
00:12:06.000 Never ever will.
00:12:07.000 Sorry.
00:12:07.000 Don't care who you are.
00:12:08.000 Don't tell me what to do.
00:12:09.000 Oh, boy.
00:12:09.000 So if you want me to do something, you're going to do the opposite and trip me up and do that.
00:12:12.000 We're the police.
00:12:13.000 Whatever it is you want me to do.
00:12:15.000 But anyway, my husband didn't like my haircut the other day.
00:12:19.000 He didn't say he didn't like it, but in a roundabout way, he did.
00:12:21.000 He said, I got my haircut colored, okay?
00:12:25.000 I come home, he says.
00:12:26.000 By a colored?
00:12:27.000 I'm supposed to say that.
00:12:29.000 What's hm mean?
00:12:30.000 He said, went shorter, huh?
00:12:34.000 Sure, dead, obviously.
00:12:35.000 Yeah, I did.
00:12:37.000 Does that mean you don't like it, or?
00:12:39.000 Shut up, bitch!
00:12:40.000 No, it's fine.
00:12:41.000 It's fine.
00:12:42.000 So, pause.
00:12:42.000 Shorter.
00:12:44.000 So, in other words, the problem here is not with the man didn't tell her what to do.
00:12:47.000 Nope.
00:12:47.000 He may make a suggestion, she'll go on later.
00:12:50.000 What she's upset about is a man having a preference, is a man having an opinion.
00:12:54.000 By the way, as far as how it relates to short hair, with very, very, very few exceptions, No man likes it!
00:13:02.000 Yeah.
00:13:04.000 And we can make an exception if you have a great battle bot body there.
00:13:08.000 Yes.
00:13:09.000 You have the body of an oak barrel.
00:13:12.000 Josh, you've got huge tracks of land.
00:13:16.000 Josh, and you discovered the point of the video.
00:13:20.000 If you say shorter one more time, I will buzz my head.
00:13:24.000 Clean off.
00:13:24.000 Bye.
00:13:25.000 Do it.
00:13:26.000 No one's looking at you.
00:13:27.000 I'm not saying shorter again.
00:13:28.000 I didn't cut it for you.
00:13:30.000 I'm also not going to grow an olive oil.
00:13:32.000 I don't do it for you, I do it for me.
00:13:34.000 Oh, that sucks.
00:13:35.000 I don't know.
00:13:36.000 Is anybody else like this?
00:13:38.000 Or is it just me?
00:13:39.000 I don't know.
00:13:40.000 No, it's not just you, unfortunately.
00:13:43.000 This is what I'm about to put.
00:13:46.000 Yeah, so you'll do it to spite your husband.
00:13:47.000 How much you want to bet that when you, and statistically, it seems very likely you're headed this way, mistakenly file for divorce and find out that no men like it?
00:13:56.000 Oh my gosh, extensions!
00:13:59.000 Yeah.
00:13:59.000 How about this?
00:14:00.000 Shave it now.
00:14:01.000 I don't think you will.
00:14:03.000 Threat.
00:14:04.000 Oh, she will.
00:14:04.000 She's short.
00:14:05.000 One more.
00:14:05.000 No, I guarantee you.
00:14:06.000 She will out of spite because she has a legally binding contract that she is incentivized to break.
00:14:11.000 That is someone who is wrong to live with.
00:14:12.000 No, no, no.
00:14:12.000 I'm sorry, I'm telling you, shave your head.
00:14:14.000 That's a different thing.
00:14:15.000 She will not because it will make her look ugly.
00:14:17.000 And she is too vain for that, Steve.
00:14:19.000 No, I don't think she cares if she looks ugly because she already has the ring.
00:14:21.000 You guys comment.
00:14:22.000 I think Carol's wrong.
00:14:23.000 You said you make her look ugly.
00:14:25.000 Yeah, come on.
00:14:28.000 Her.
00:14:28.000 Her.
00:14:29.000 She has to cut her hair more for that.
00:14:30.000 Come on now.
00:14:32.000 Come on now.
00:14:32.000 I like Rachel Geller stung by a bee.
00:14:35.000 Now.
00:14:36.000 Stuck by a whole beehive.
00:14:37.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:14:39.000 Yellow jackets.
00:14:40.000 I will.
00:14:41.000 Here's the thing.
00:14:42.000 Okay, how often do we hear this, right?
00:14:43.000 Women will say, and men, why don't you dress nicely?
00:14:45.000 Why are men such slobs?
00:14:47.000 If she has a preference for her man's clothes, most of the time, guy goes, okay, sure, provided it's not unreasonable.
00:14:52.000 Or he comes home and his entire wardrobe has changed.
00:14:54.000 Most men are amenable to it because they go, oh, I'm really trying to impress one person.
00:14:59.000 What matters most is that I'm attractive to my wife.
00:15:02.000 That's generally comment, men.
00:15:03.000 Isn't that generally your mindset?
00:15:04.000 Of course, you don't change who you are.
00:15:06.000 For example, if you just were someone who would.
00:15:09.000 Shorts and a t shirt, you're not going to become Mr. Brooks Brothers, you know, Tucker Carlson bow tie era.
00:15:13.000 But as a general rule, if your woman goes, I like you in that, you go, oh, okay.
00:15:17.000 Or if your woman says, you know what, I like it when your hair's a little bit longer, how many of us have gone, okay.
00:15:21.000 Or I like it when your hair's a little bit shorter, I like the beard, I don't like the beard.
00:15:25.000 This is because you love your spouse, and that's the primary person who you're taking into account when you're determining how attractive you are.
00:15:34.000 But in her case, it's just don't jump.
00:15:35.000 By the way, also, just be clear, don't give.
00:15:39.000 The other team, your playbook.
00:15:41.000 Don't tell me what to do.
00:15:42.000 I never like it.
00:15:42.000 If anyone tells me what to do, I do the opposite.
00:15:44.000 Right.
00:15:44.000 Reverse psychology.
00:15:45.000 So she's not going to like the new laws.
00:15:49.000 BJs are hereby declared illegal, immoral, unlawful, and anyone found performing BJs at any point will be placed under arrest and thrown in the dungeon.
00:16:04.000 Quick, quick, quick.
00:16:05.000 She gave me a BJ.
00:16:07.000 I always wanted a BJ.
00:16:11.000 I can't believe you guys recorded me after I did that.
00:16:14.000 That was a perfect burger in my server.
00:16:16.000 Quick, I've been 69!
00:16:19.000 You know, this might sound crazy, but I think that a woman should be able to demand from her husband what kind of haircut he keeps.
00:16:34.000 I think it's fine.
00:16:35.000 Oh, and guess what?
00:16:35.000 Two-way street.
00:16:36.000 Yep.
00:16:37.000 There you go.
00:16:37.000 Yeah.
00:16:38.000 Oh.
00:16:38.000 Also, he didn't demand it.
00:16:39.000 He just said, oh, he said, hmm.
00:16:41.000 He said, no, no, it's not bad.
00:16:42.000 And then you created a whole conversation.
00:16:43.000 It's not bad, it's just you went shorter.
00:16:44.000 She's like, I just didn't like that he had a reaction that I didn't.
00:16:49.000 Wants to hear.
00:16:50.000 And I will tell you, I had the exact same conversation with my lady.
00:16:52.000 For the first time, she got her hair cut shorter.
00:16:55.000 And I told her, like, oh, you look, she does.
00:16:57.000 I said, you look beautiful no matter what.
00:16:58.000 I prefer it longer.
00:16:59.000 She has unbelievably thick hair.
00:17:01.000 By the way, it's always like, it's like molting.
00:17:03.000 It's like it's everywhere.
00:17:04.000 Yeah.
00:17:05.000 Thickest hair I've ever seen.
00:17:05.000 That's how you know you love it.
00:17:06.000 Because you're like, I like it so much.
00:17:09.000 I'm okay with it being everywhere in the shower all the time.
00:17:11.000 I don't mind getting out of the shower.
00:17:13.000 And once I get to my sink, it looks like I'm wearing elf slippers because I do have a beautiful mane.
00:17:19.000 And you know what?
00:17:19.000 We said, like, okay, great.
00:17:21.000 So, uh, She's like, you know, I like it too.
00:17:23.000 I just was trying something different.
00:17:24.000 But she didn't go like bowl cut, lesbian, buzz cut.
00:17:27.000 Men have preferences.
00:17:28.000 That's okay.
00:17:30.000 Now.
00:17:31.000 She also got the haircut of the person who does this.
00:17:34.000 Right.
00:17:35.000 The Karen.
00:17:36.000 She got that haircut and she's like, why are you surprised that I'm acting like the bitch that I got the haircut of?
00:17:40.000 Right.
00:17:40.000 Who gossips about her third husband.
00:17:43.000 Now, she may not be as crazy as this next woman who.
00:17:46.000 I know what you're saying.
00:17:47.000 Okay.
00:17:47.000 White liberal women are often nuts in a very unique way in the Western world because there's a lack of self awareness.
00:17:54.000 Yes, we get terrorists who are nuts.
00:17:55.000 But what about when.
00:17:57.000 Worlds collide, and you get a privileged white woman who is pledging her devotion to not the religion of Islam, the nation of Islam.
00:18:07.000 I just wanted to share, assalamu alaikum, I just wanted to share how the teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad specifically got my head on right this morning as a Caucasian person.
00:18:20.000 Because this is what the rest of the world is tiptoeing around the real, honest truth about white people, about our history, about what we do.
00:18:30.000 Done about the situation.
00:18:32.000 Why don't you tell us what the nation believes?
00:18:34.000 Feeding on the teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad gets me grounded in the ultimate spiritual reality that there is a judgment day coming.
00:18:46.000 The minister, the way he teaches, the fullness of the message he delivers makes us to know that even an individual born white can overcome an environment that is shaped and made to make us wicked.
00:19:02.000 And a nature to make us wicked.
00:19:05.000 We can overcome that by submitting ourselves to Allah and following the minister and following the blueprint, which is strong, which is just pure truth.
00:19:16.000 And again, everything about our.
00:19:18.000 None of this is correct.
00:19:19.000 Primes us against accepting such truth, but with Allah, nothing is impossible.
00:19:25.000 And with a message delivered with love from the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, we can overcome all of that.
00:19:31.000 Actually, unfortunately, with Allah, some things are impossible.
00:19:34.000 Are impossible.
00:19:35.000 For example, you still can't fly or be invisible.
00:19:37.000 Now, for those of you who don't know this, the Nation of Islam actually believes that whites were genetically engineered to be evil.
00:19:44.000 And ultimately, no matter what, whites and black people must be separated because white people were basically lab rats created to be special pieces of evil crap.
00:19:52.000 So there's that.
00:19:55.000 That's not necessarily.
00:19:55.000 You can check the references in case you doubt what I'm telling you.
00:19:58.000 And this is for Judgment Day.
00:19:59.000 Oh, no.
00:20:01.000 Judgment Day came and she wasn't covering her face, so she's now Muhammad's eternal sex slave.
00:20:07.000 Ah.
00:20:07.000 Because you thought.
00:20:09.000 She's a sex slave, but instead she's like an ox.
00:20:12.000 But she still had the head covering, so I guess that's.
00:20:14.000 Where's the shortcut at Broad when you need her?
00:20:16.000 She must plow the fields.
00:20:17.000 She went from pumping her own gas to being her own gas.
00:20:19.000 Yeah, that's cool.
00:20:20.000 Right.
00:20:21.000 This is the thing.
00:20:22.000 When people say there are racists, of course, on the right.
00:20:26.000 And I think there's a legitimate conversation, for example, that people would have like wherever you line up on Chud the Builder thing, you probably shouldn't just run out and just yell the N word at people.
00:20:32.000 Okay.
00:20:33.000 Right.
00:20:33.000 It is so, so, I mean, so minute.
00:20:37.000 It is child's play compared to what mainstream black religions, and I do mean that, black religions, because let's be honest, the Nation of Islam is predicated on a racial superiority.
00:20:50.000 Many, many thousands, in some cases globally, millions of members who believe, who teach that one race of people are genetically inferior and evil, period.
00:21:00.000 Now, there's no scientific basis, there's no biblical basis, there's no logical basis.
00:21:04.000 There is actually one, a hateful basis.
00:21:09.000 So, when we use that word, we use prejudice, we use bigotry, we say hate, stop hate.
00:21:15.000 I don't think that recognizing racial differences is hate.
00:21:18.000 I don't think that believing certain lifestyles or, for example, sexual choices is.
00:21:23.000 Is hate.
00:21:24.000 I do believe that singling out an entire race of people as genetically inferior andor evil because of the color of their skin and basing a religion around that is hate.
00:21:37.000 You guys let me know.
00:21:38.000 And I wonder why we don't hear that tomorrow.
00:21:39.000 Thank God they suck.
00:21:41.000 Yes.
00:21:41.000 They think the real God.
00:21:42.000 Yes.
00:21:42.000 They suck.
00:21:43.000 Good guy God.
00:21:43.000 Otherwise they could have came into power and then we've all been gone.
00:21:48.000 Speaking of suck, remember the guy who wanted to make Spider Man gay?
00:21:51.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:21:52.000 Andrew Garfield?
00:21:53.000 Oh, yeah, he wanted the webs to be sucked out.
00:21:55.000 Yeah, he did.
00:21:55.000 Yeah.
00:21:56.000 That's right.
00:21:57.000 I remember that guy.
00:21:58.000 He was like, Yeah, if we could just stop going to the lab to make these shooters, I could just suck it out.
00:22:02.000 He didn't want Peter Parker to be a scientist.
00:22:04.000 He wanted him to be a gigolo.
00:22:06.000 Yeah, whoa, what a fun guy that would be.
00:22:07.000 So it's time for Entertainment Minute.
00:22:19.000 Thank you for the rate, Dan, and a moment too soon.
00:22:24.000 From Peter Parker to Peter Puffer.
00:22:26.000 Yeah, I know.
00:22:27.000 You gave me a green goblin on my jet.
00:22:29.000 Stop it. Stop it. Stop it.
00:22:33.000 Just a pelvic breath.
00:22:35.000 That sounded like a.
00:22:36.000 No, Doc Ock.
00:22:37.000 I can't fight all eight of them.
00:22:42.000 Who's fighting anymore?
00:22:46.000 Oh, man.
00:22:47.000 No, Billy.
00:22:48.000 Put that pencil.
00:22:49.000 Down.
00:22:51.000 What does that lizard do with that tongue?
00:22:54.000 I dread the crossover with the Punisher.
00:22:56.000 So.
00:22:59.000 All right.
00:23:01.000 All right.
00:23:01.000 Back on track.
00:23:02.000 Back on track.
00:23:03.000 Gay Spider Man, as I know him.
00:23:05.000 Yes.
00:23:05.000 Andrew Garfield.
00:23:07.000 He did this interview about this new film, The Uprising.
00:23:10.000 It sort of is based on the inspiration for Robin Hood.
00:23:13.000 And don't you love how the goalposts always keep moving?
00:23:15.000 It used to be millionaires.
00:23:17.000 Now it's really clear.
00:23:18.000 It's just billionaires.
00:23:19.000 Here's Garfield.
00:23:21.000 Letting you know that billionaires bad should be scared.
00:23:24.000 What's your dream takeaway for people in the audience?
00:23:28.000 When they go home, what are you hoping for?
00:23:31.000 Well, first, I hope they come and see it for the first thing.
00:23:35.000 But secondly, I hope it's galvanizing.
00:23:38.000 I hope there's some awakening that people feel that they feel that their own struggles are being reflected in the struggles of these characters from a distant time.
00:23:47.000 Distant time.
00:23:48.000 Your struggles.
00:23:49.000 And it could be directive.
00:23:50.000 And, uh, I hope that if any billionaires watch it, they're scared shitless.
00:23:56.000 And also, another thing that I wrote down.
00:23:59.000 Ron White looks like shit there.
00:24:01.000 Looks like rapist Oliver Stone.
00:24:03.000 Yeah.
00:24:05.000 Yeah, well, I think that is true.
00:24:08.000 Today, as it is 600 years ago, for sure.
00:24:12.000 I'm going to include the billionaires in that as well.
00:24:14.000 Because they're the ones that might be the most soul sick.
00:24:17.000 They're the ones that might need the healing the most, in a way.
00:24:20.000 Right, and so you really care about them.
00:24:21.000 You want them healed, which is why you want them scared shitless.
00:24:24.000 Ah, wait a second.
00:24:25.000 Andrew Gershield, aren't you worth something like, depending who we're asking, $16 to $30 million?
00:24:31.000 So the top 0.1% of all population Earth.
00:24:38.000 Ow.
00:24:38.000 Yeah, but I'm not talking about me.
00:24:40.000 I'm talking about the billionaires, not me.
00:24:42.000 Hey, I'm going to take all your money.
00:24:44.000 I'm going to take all your money and go dig some wells in Africa.
00:24:47.000 That's not what I meant when I said eat the rich.
00:24:50.000 Why don't you care about those in Africa who don't have wells?
00:24:54.000 So it's okay for him to say he's in the top 0.1%.
00:24:57.000 Once it's the top 0.001%, that's when it starts to be immoral.
00:25:02.000 Why not the fact that you are richer than most of the royal family only several generations ago?
00:25:08.000 Hey, why doesn't it apply to you?
00:25:09.000 The left is always wrong.
00:25:12.000 They don't even get it correct accidentally.
00:25:15.000 And here is the preview, by the way, of this film, Uprising, which no doubt I've talked about this many times will grossly misrepresent, or at least the press junkets, the actors will have a fundamental misunderstanding of Robin Hood.
00:25:30.000 What he did, and this is the legend behind it.
00:25:34.000 We are forced to work beyond what our souls can take.
00:25:38.000 It's like Stalin.
00:25:39.000 The king is the law.
00:25:43.000 We have nothing more left.
00:25:44.000 He says pay taxes, you pay taxes.
00:25:47.000 Those are the ones we fought.
00:25:48.000 She's raged.
00:25:49.000 Then she must pay.
00:25:50.000 He says work harder, you work harder.
00:25:56.000 That's enough!
00:25:57.000 Enough!
00:25:59.000 We've given you enough!
00:26:02.000 Sounds like a taxation without representation problem.
00:26:11.000 Now, what's funny is we did those things, the United States, right?
00:26:14.000 We fought off the royalty who overtaxed us.
00:26:16.000 We said, no, we're going to start our own country.
00:26:18.000 And in fighting off the royalty, in saying we are not going to allow a tyrannical government, much like Robin Hood, we created an economic system that allowed for billionaires.
00:26:28.000 Isn't that a little bit nuts?
00:26:30.000 My problem is not with billionaires.
00:26:32.000 Some billionaires are decent people, some billionaires are bad people.
00:26:35.000 My problem is with people who, through birthright, get to take everything that I have had.
00:26:40.000 Robin Hood did not steal from the rich, he didn't steal from the rich and give to the poor.
00:26:45.000 Robin Hood fought guerrilla warfare against a tyrannical government and returned the spoils of.
00:26:51.000 Overtaxation to its citizens.
00:26:53.000 Hey, by the way, Andrew, you guys still have royalty in England?
00:26:58.000 Instead of talking about Elon Musk, why don't you talk about the monarchy who were born into obscene wealth?
00:27:04.000 They didn't create anything.
00:27:06.000 They're still putting them on the money.
00:27:07.000 I believe Canada has a new bill coming out with King, who cares his name?
00:27:12.000 Charles?
00:27:13.000 Yeah, that's the one.
00:27:14.000 So they're just born into wealth.
00:27:15.000 No one is, you don't see anyone merging into the right lane driving their latest King Charles vehicle.
00:27:24.000 Oh, so.
00:27:25.000 I get it.
00:27:26.000 That's a little bit gray of a territory.
00:27:28.000 You don't want to speak out against the royalty.
00:27:31.000 So that's exactly what happened with Robin Hood.
00:27:33.000 People misinterpret it, they also misinterpret Ebenezer Scrooge, just to be clear.
00:27:37.000 And of course, just like Spider Man, he has to inject everything.
00:27:41.000 Andrew Garfield wished that Robin Hood was gay.
00:28:02.000 And funny thing is, we couldn't make it.
00:28:05.000 I think it was Errol Flynn who was just plowing Gomer Pile.
00:28:09.000 Or was that?
00:28:10.000 Or was it Rock Hudson?
00:28:11.000 You guys can let me know.
00:28:12.000 It's like a lot of them were closeted gay.
00:28:14.000 Can't make it gayer.
00:28:16.000 Speaking of billionaires and his hatred for them, he also is set.
00:28:20.000 This is the new trailer that's making the rounds.
00:28:22.000 He's set to star as Sam Alton, the founder of OpenAI.
00:28:26.000 And here's the teaser for that new film What is the image of the future that you see?
00:28:36.000 We've created a machine that will solve the world's problems.
00:28:40.000 We don't teach it.
00:28:43.000 It teaches itself.
00:28:45.000 It teaches itself to open a Google Doc.
00:28:46.000 I'm going to call it ChatGPT.
00:28:49.000 We opened Pandora's box together.
00:29:00.000 I'm so excited to see it.
00:29:05.000 So there you go, an unbiased approach to Sam Altman and OpenAI.
00:29:09.000 Though I should say he also wished that that was gay.
00:29:14.000 I'm so excited to see it.
00:29:18.000 Ah, it's in everything.
00:29:20.000 You just can't get it.
00:29:22.000 This is what happens when gay drama nerds have undue influence over your day to day culture and politics.
00:29:31.000 Andrew Garfield hasn't started a business, run it from the ground up.
00:29:34.000 These people don't know.
00:29:36.000 He says, Our struggles, like yours, are anywhere similar to his.
00:29:39.000 And I'm sure he had some tough breaks, and I get it.
00:29:41.000 It's not easy to become an actor.
00:29:43.000 And it is a skill, it's a craft that you have to hone.
00:29:47.000 But it's this constant class warfare that they attempt to wage against all the wealthy except for themselves.
00:29:54.000 Now, whether wealthy, poor, gay, straight, if you need help with your mortgage, we know a guy.
00:30:04.000 And Big Debbie is in the lead once again.
00:30:07.000 What a race we have today, folks.
00:30:09.000 I haven't seen a comeback like this since Skip Rotabagan knocked out Johnny Caglione.
00:30:13.000 Wowza!
00:30:14.000 That's right, Hank.
00:30:15.000 As predicted, Big Debbie's set to win her fifth straight race.
00:30:18.000 But wait, hold on.
00:30:19.000 Pennywise is closing in fast.
00:30:22.000 Not a chance, Hank.
00:30:22.000 The odds against her are 5 1.
00:30:24.000 I should know.
00:30:25.000 Oh, no, you're not betting on the races again now, are you, Chip?
00:30:28.000 Oh, heavens to Betsy, no.
00:30:30.000 That would be unethical.
00:30:31.000 Plus, we talked about it at length.
00:30:32.000 They're in the home stretch now.
00:30:33.000 Big Debbie.
00:30:34.000 Debbie in the lead, but Pennywise is closing in.
00:30:36.000 Oh, Big Debbie loses a step, folks.
00:30:38.000 No.
00:30:39.000 Pennywise closing that gap fast.
00:30:41.000 Come on, Debbie.
00:30:42.000 It's going to be a photo finish here, folks.
00:30:44.000 Come on, please.
00:30:46.000 And it's Pennywise.
00:30:47.000 Buy a horse's hair.
00:30:49.000 Pennywise for the win.
00:30:51.000 Beat Debbie.
00:30:52.000 Not even close.
00:30:54.000 No, no, that stupid horse over there.
00:30:58.000 It's a live broadcast.
00:31:00.000 What's eating your banana here?
00:31:01.000 I just lost it all, you fool.
00:31:04.000 Oh, I'm the fool.
00:31:05.000 I'm not the one who put all his money on a Stupid horse.
00:31:08.000 Oh, go fly a kite, hey.
00:31:09.000 Whoa!
00:31:10.000 There are children watching right now.
00:31:12.000 Don't take a long walk, Chip.
00:31:13.000 They're watching in the mind's eye.
00:31:14.000 It's radio.
00:31:15.000 It's the theater of the mind.
00:31:16.000 Do you have any idea what they could be picturing?
00:31:18.000 You'll lend me that money I asked you for?
00:31:20.000 Oh, heavens no.
00:31:21.000 You can call American Financing.
00:31:22.000 They'll help you refinance your home and get you back on your feet.
00:31:27.000 As best they can for someone like you, Chip.
00:31:29.000 Even if you're a perpetual loser.
00:31:33.000 Why, I ought to.
00:31:34.000 Order what, Chip?
00:31:35.000 Order what?
00:31:37.000 I ought to call American Financing.
00:31:39.000 That's what I ought to do.
00:31:40.000 Yeah, you ought to give me a reason.
00:31:41.000 I've been waiting all week.

00:32:07.000 Who cares?
00:32:08.000 Well, you could always fold your iPhone.
00:32:10.000 So, Apple's getting really good at copying other things I hate.
00:32:13.000 That are years old.
00:32:14.000 Yeah.
00:32:15.000 I mean, I'm sure they'll probably do it well.
00:32:16.000 Yeah.
00:32:17.000 It'll probably be the better of the folding phones.
00:32:19.000 I've had people present, like, no, man, I love my folding phone.
00:32:22.000 Look, you can hardly see the crease.
00:32:24.000 I'm like, it's like a funhouse mirror.
00:32:26.000 What are you talking about?
00:32:27.000 Steven's going to have one.
00:32:28.000 I am.
00:32:29.000 We're going to get one too.
00:32:31.000 We're going to buy you one with it.
00:32:32.000 But I just found out my computers.
00:32:34.000 Everyone here, I was like, you guys have all these supercomputers.
00:32:36.000 Mine are from 2020.
00:32:37.000 And I was like, that's fine.
00:32:39.000 It's like, no, they're all, I'm trying to install new programs.
00:32:41.000 One of the AIs was like, your computer sucks, bro.
00:32:44.000 I didn't ask you.
00:32:45.000 Dude, you got a Dell.
00:32:46.000 Yeah.
00:32:48.000 Gateway.
00:32:49.000 All right.
00:32:50.000 And we're going to bring on in a little bit Jillian Michaels because I think she kind of understands what's going on right now.
00:32:56.000 I think we're at the precipice here of looking at our country as fundamentally broken, and not in a political way, but in a cultural way, the male female dynamic, and we need to place priority on that.
00:33:07.000 That's my view.
00:33:08.000 Which brings us to the Clancy jurors speaking out.
00:33:11.000 Now, before I get into this, remember the state.
00:33:14.000 Where was the state where this took place?
00:33:16.000 Massachusetts.
00:33:16.000 Massachusetts.
00:33:17.000 Very difficult word to say, even harder to spell.
00:33:20.000 But we've used this example in the past 1895, the women of Massachusetts were asked whether they wanted suffrage.
00:33:28.000 Only 3% of eligible women showed up to vote yes.
00:33:31.000 Only 3%.
00:33:33.000 So we don't necessarily have an example of polling before women's suffrage across the country, but what you do have are pockets, and overwhelmingly the majority of women opposed it.
00:33:41.000 Even after being educated, you can actually go.
00:33:44.000 Rachel Wilson's book is great on this.
00:33:45.000 You can read old pamphlets from the anti suffragettes and their reasoning.
00:33:48.000 So only 3% of eligible women in Massachusetts said, yeah, yeah, women should have the right to vote.
00:33:53.000 Well, when you see these jurors, the Clancy verdict looks like they were ahead of their time.
00:33:58.000 So, in other words, it's just time for court watch.
00:34:09.000 Order in the court.
00:34:11.000 I want disorder.
00:34:14.000 Now, before we get to all of these jurors speaking out, and we have the top five moments here that are, if you don't laugh at them, they will be bone chillingly scary, and I mean that.
00:34:25.000 First off, I want you to picture this still.
00:34:27.000 This is the screenshot right here.
00:34:28.000 This is the jury.
00:34:30.000 I hereby pronounce them the Wicker Women.
00:34:50.000 By the way, if you don't want to get stung by the bees, don't shake your head as violently and irritated as possible.
00:34:57.000 Like, don't do anything in your head.
00:34:59.000 You'll be a bird's beast.
00:34:59.000 You'll have a bee beard, and that's it.
00:35:01.000 Open your mouth as wide as possible?
00:35:02.000 Yeah.
00:35:03.000 This is everything about it.
00:35:05.000 So, I want to deal with this because you've had people say you just take the most extreme examples of women and paint them with a broad brush.
00:35:11.000 No, all nine female jurors, okay?
00:35:15.000 And then you look at other data.
00:35:17.000 There's no real official poll on, and it's hard, how would you poll this outside of this one individual case?
00:35:23.000 Where do women line up specifically on convicting someone of child murder and do they judge men and women differently?
00:35:30.000 All the data we have available to us says yes.
00:35:31.000 So, this is sort of a collection of data.
00:35:35.000 Court TV had a poll.
00:35:36.000 Where they asked people if they thought Lindsey Clancy would be guilty or not guilty.
00:35:39.000 Most people watching court TV during the day should be noted or win.
00:35:43.000 We had two polls up.
00:35:45.000 The first poll, Ted, had 53,000 votes, and the prompt was Will Lindsey Clancy be found, you know, X, Y, and Z?
00:35:53.000 68% of people say not guilty on this poll, Ted.
00:35:57.000 14% say guilty of first degree murder.
00:35:59.000 12% guilty of second degree murder.
00:36:03.000 6% of manslaughter.
00:36:04.000 And, Ted, just four minutes ago, we have a new poll up.
00:36:07.000 What would your verdict be?
00:36:09.000 So, this is just the minds of the people and what they imagine this is going to turn out to be.
00:36:14.000 Four minutes ago, we already have going on four and a half thousand votes.
00:36:19.000 77% of people say not criminally responsible.
00:36:22.000 And that poll went on.
00:36:23.000 A lot more people took part in the poll.
00:36:26.000 The numbers remained relatively steady.
00:36:28.000 And they give her a happy headshot.
00:36:30.000 Yeah.
00:36:31.000 So, let me compare that to a new YouGov poll the big divide between men and women.
00:36:35.000 About 15% of men said they would.
00:36:38.000 Deem her not guilty.
00:36:38.000 51% said guilty, which seems low to me.
00:36:41.000 With women, 26% said not guilty, 41% saying guilty.
00:36:46.000 Biggest divide was Republicans and Democrats.
00:36:48.000 They didn't separate that by gender.
00:36:49.000 Clearly, Democrat women would be those who would majority declare not guilty.
00:36:55.000 You don't have a justice system when this is the case.
00:36:59.000 When a jury of your peers can shift from guilty to not guilty, justice or an innocent life hangs in the balance.
00:37:08.000 And depending on a couple of women on that, that will determine the outcome.
00:37:11.000 Or the same thing we saw with black jurors in the OJ trial.
00:37:16.000 So blacks who agreed with not guilty, right, across the country, 80%, only 55% of white people.
00:37:24.000 Those numbers have since changed, by the way, especially after he wrote, If I Did It.
00:37:29.000 But here's an OJ juror admitting that the acquittal was probably not right and it was based on Rodney King, and they used this as judicial retribution.
00:37:38.000 Do you think that they're members of the jury that voted to acquit OJ because of Rodney King?
00:37:45.000 Yes.
00:37:46.000 You do?
00:37:47.000 Yes.
00:37:47.000 How many of you think felt that way?
00:37:52.000 Oh, probably 90% of us. 90%?
00:37:57.000 Did you feel that way?
00:37:59.000 Yes.
00:38:01.000 That was payback.
00:38:02.000 You think that's right?
00:38:10.000 I repeat, you do not have a justice system.
00:38:13.000 Now, blacks only make up, let's say, about 12, 13% of the population.
00:38:17.000 So it's less of a primary concern when dealing with the bulk of cases.
00:38:23.000 But when you have half of the population, women and men, and they will rule differently, not based on evidence.
00:38:29.000 Right.
00:38:31.000 Regardless of the evidence, irrespective of what's presented, you don't have a justice system.
00:38:35.000 It's a system that then needs to be gamed.
00:38:38.000 So, here are the five things that you can take away from the interview with these jurors, largely old, miserable Massachusetts women.
00:38:46.000 So, you can probably guess how they line up to vote.
00:38:48.000 Number five, that to some of these women, it was exciting to let someone off for murder.
00:38:56.000 He had reasonable doubt.
00:38:57.000 He admitted he had reasonable doubt after we watched that video of the interview.
00:39:02.000 I think that's what it was.
00:39:04.000 He admitted he had reasonable doubt.
00:39:06.000 And I started filling out the forms.
00:39:08.000 I was so excited.
00:39:10.000 I actually, there were three forms I had to fill out.
00:39:13.000 And I started filling them out.
00:39:15.000 I wrote my signature on each one.
00:39:18.000 And then he said, But I'm still not going to say that she's not guilty by reason of insanity.
00:39:27.000 It's for the man.
00:39:28.000 I'm glad that he let her go through the process of filling it out.
00:39:30.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:39:31.000 He was like, Yeah, oh, yeah, I'm not changing my mind.
00:39:33.000 Are you feeling your fault?
00:39:34.000 I mean, she's still guilty.
00:39:35.000 Yeah.
00:39:36.000 Walked off.
00:39:37.000 Oh, how dare you!
00:39:39.000 And there were, by the way, accounts that the jurors, when they had to, first off, here's one from PBS.
00:39:44.000 It is with a heavy heart that we report we are unable to come to a unanimous decision and will not be able to.
00:39:52.000 They were shaking their fists at the male juror.
00:39:54.000 Some of them refused to open their eyes.
00:39:57.000 They were angry.
00:39:58.000 Not even when people say, well, what about understanding?
00:40:01.000 Can you come from a place of understanding of a man, potentially a father, not wanting to let a woman walk free who.
00:40:09.000 Killed, strangled her three children?
00:40:11.000 Right.
00:40:12.000 Think about this.
00:40:12.000 Remember when we heard that from the four person said heavy heart?
00:40:15.000 I was like, what?
00:40:16.000 Yeah.
00:40:16.000 Now it makes a lot of sense.
00:40:18.000 I was excited to do this.
00:40:19.000 It's with a heavy heart that we can't do what's right for her.
00:40:21.000 It's all about feels.
00:40:22.000 Right.
00:40:22.000 It's all about, we felt good about doing this.
00:40:24.000 And I was excited.
00:40:25.000 I would never use those words if I was a four person.
00:40:28.000 I'd be like, hey, I thought the case was over.
00:40:29.000 I thought everything was done.
00:40:30.000 And we were getting ready to render a verdict.
00:40:32.000 And all of a sudden we weren't.
00:40:33.000 Yeah.
00:40:33.000 I would be like, I was excited to let a murderer walk free.
00:40:35.000 That shows some self awareness, which brings us to number four.
00:40:40.000 Uh, They actually thought it was a good idea to say this out loud because we want to talk echo chamber.
00:40:45.000 The defense attorney was just so much fun.
00:40:49.000 As for the defense attorney, Kevin Reddington?
00:40:51.000 He was entertaining, which was good because we needed some of that.
00:40:55.000 Yeah, that's what you needed.
00:40:56.000 At the same time.
00:40:58.000 Yes.
00:40:58.000 Like arrogant and entertaining.
00:41:01.000 He would go back and forth between that.
00:41:03.000 Yeah.
00:41:04.000 But compassionate.
00:41:05.000 Yes.
00:41:05.000 To who?
00:41:06.000 With his arrogance.
00:41:08.000 His compassion towards Lindsay.
00:41:09.000 His client?
00:41:10.000 Ah.
00:41:10.000 Was amazing.
00:41:12.000 Mm hmm.
00:41:12.000 Ah.
00:41:13.000 Yeah, defense attorney was very entertaining, especially when he presented evidence.
00:41:21.000 Ah.
00:41:22.000 Oh, he's juggling the pill bottles.
00:41:23.000 It's like two layers.
00:41:26.000 Gotta make fill aside fun again.
00:41:27.000 Yeah.
00:41:28.000 Yeah.
00:41:29.000 And he was quite the majority.
00:41:30.000 He also had another trick up his sleeve.
00:41:35.000 Ooh.
00:41:41.000 See, that makes this fun.
00:41:43.000 You can do justice and also have fun.
00:41:46.000 Not the rubber band.
00:41:48.000 I can relate to it.
00:41:50.000 He even had jokes.
00:41:51.000 Ouch.
00:41:52.000 One of the ladies, because I had to cover my mouth because I was laughing.
00:41:56.000 Yeah.
00:41:57.000 What?
00:41:58.000 He had sympathy toward Lindsay.
00:42:00.000 Again, change everything.
00:42:04.000 Everything has changed if you change one thing, to be clear.
00:42:07.000 Focus on the child, in this case, three.
00:42:10.000 Hey, should you be a boss, babe?
00:42:12.000 Well, should the child be raised by their mother or daycare?
00:42:16.000 Hey, did she have some tough breaks?
00:42:18.000 Yeah, but what kind of a society do we want to live in?
00:42:20.000 Do we want to live in a society that protects the life of children?
00:42:25.000 Just shift the focus from it's this simple woman, that's the focus right now of Western civilization, Western society.
00:42:32.000 Shift it from women to children.
00:42:36.000 All of our priorities realign.
00:42:38.000 The reason we can't do that is because the priorities would realign to how they've always been.
00:42:41.000 It's almost like, hey, the way we've structured society for millennia maybe makes more sense in the experiment right now.
00:42:48.000 Number three.
00:42:52.000 Something arrogant, the male juror.
00:42:54.000 They should have trusted the experts, you know, the female jurors.
00:42:58.000 He was very arrogant.
00:43:00.000 He really did not take anything that anybody said.
00:43:04.000 Pause.
00:43:05.000 You know how they just said they loved that the defense attorney was arrogant but entertaining?
00:43:08.000 So this guy, wanting to see justice served for a multiple child murderer, he was arrogant, but it wasn't fun.
00:43:17.000 All right.
00:43:17.000 So again, it feels.
00:43:18.000 I like arrogance when it's a rabbit in the head, but I don't like it.
00:43:22.000 It when he's saying she killed the kids, keep playing.
00:43:25.000 Nurses, he tried to ask a question about the medications, and we went back to the report from South Shore Hospital.
00:43:35.000 We had the toxicology report, we could see exactly the amounts.
00:43:39.000 The nurses in the room spoke to that, and there were nurses on the jury.
00:43:45.000 Yes, who cares?
00:43:47.000 They spoke to that.
00:43:49.000 That's they've been wrong before.
00:43:50.000 That was a question that he had, and he just completely.
00:43:54.000 Completely disregarded the information that they gave him.
00:43:57.000 That doesn't make him arrogant.
00:43:59.000 Not only is it morally right for him to disregard your yapping, it's actually a legal requirement.
00:44:05.000 So the instructions to the jury check the references.
00:44:07.000 We make them available every single show, link in the description.
00:44:09.000 The judge specifically instructed the jury to only consider the evidence presented at trial.
00:44:15.000 And, if somebody has a question in that jury room, you are not allowed to try and answer it by anything other than through the exhibits and evidence.
00:44:24.000 You've heard.
00:44:26.000 So, those nurses presenting their expertise on the toxicology report.
00:44:30.000 By the way, hey, you out there, if you're a nurse, how much schooling did you get on specific toxicology reports?
00:44:38.000 Just to be clear.
00:44:38.000 This is the same reason, by the way, that very often lawyers are omitted from juries because you don't want a lawyer in their lawyering.
00:44:46.000 You are supposed to render your decision based on the evidence presented.
00:44:49.000 So, if you have a doctor there, if you have someone who is a licensed clinician saying, well, these were the medications, these are the side effects, but she only met this threshold in her.
00:44:59.000 You know, in her toxicology report at that point in time.
00:45:01.000 So that very likely was not a complicating factor, but this might have been.
00:45:04.000 And then someone goes, No, I was a nurse.
00:45:07.000 And so I know you should know that means that she's not guilty.
00:45:13.000 Why are you so arrogant?
00:45:17.000 And here's number two.
00:45:21.000 This one obviously stands out with people quite a bit, just because I wonder if it's clipped out of context.
00:45:29.000 I don't know.
00:45:29.000 I'm having to receive the report as it came in from CBS that this man just couldn't get past one little thing.
00:45:37.000 We read to him on numerous occasions the definition of reasonable doubt from Judge Sullivan's instruction.
00:45:45.000 He actually said one day in the end, Why don't we have the judge come in and read it again?
00:45:50.000 And we were like, No, we have it in front of us.
00:45:54.000 He had the hardest time getting off the fact that Lindsay viciously killed her children.
00:46:00.000 Monster.
00:46:01.000 He couldn't get past the fact that child number two ran and begged for their life while their mother, who premeditatedly had conducted all of this, Strangled it, strangled them with an exercise band.
00:46:15.000 He couldn't get past that.
00:46:17.000 Hey, why should we get past that?
00:46:21.000 Right.
00:46:24.000 That used to be the end point.
00:46:26.000 If that obviously is verified, for example, by their own admission, by their own, their defenses' admission, just pleading insanity.
00:46:33.000 If they admit it, we go, well, it doesn't matter.
00:46:35.000 Game, set, match, because you killed three children.
00:46:37.000 Yeah, some would say that's kind of the point he was focused on.
00:46:41.000 Maybe the rest of you should have listened to that.
00:46:44.000 Here's another clip.
00:46:45.000 This is actually an anonymous juror.
00:46:47.000 And I notice why this person is not seeking the limelight.
00:46:50.000 This person is anonymous.
00:46:52.000 Because even though this person, I would say, is wrong in how they would render a verdict, they are slightly more reasonable and understanding.
00:47:00.000 So they have to be in hiding forever.
00:47:03.000 So, where did you come down from the very beginning?
00:47:07.000 Like, what was your vote?
00:47:09.000 So, originally, I felt as though she was guilty and she was criminally responsible for it.
00:47:18.000 And maybe I still believe that in a certain way.
00:47:23.000 I think that this was a woman who, you know, she was not mentally healthy.
00:47:29.000 She was someone that was in the throes of a significant mental health crisis.
00:47:33.000 So I really just felt like she was so deep in it that she couldn't see her way out.
00:47:39.000 I'm interested because you mentioned how there were so many strong personalities in there, but then tell me how you kind of, you know, you changed a little bit.
00:47:47.000 Conformed.
00:47:48.000 Because at the end of the day, there's so much doubt.
00:47:51.000 You know, the prosecution didn't have a figurative, you know, smoking gun.
00:47:58.000 There was not a single moment throughout that presentation, that case, that you could say, oh, yep, 100% I'm certain she did it or that she didn't do it.
00:48:07.000 There's too much gray area.
00:48:11.000 There was no gray area.
00:48:12.000 Actually, I just felt like the only way to get justice for Cora, Dawson, and Callan, and Patrick, and her parents, and everyone else that was closest. Was to get her the help that she desperately needed.
00:48:26.000 That was the way to get justice for the children, is to get, by the way, not get her the help, get her more help.
00:48:32.000 She got plenty of help.
00:48:33.000 Right.
00:48:33.000 Didn't work.
00:48:34.000 From the family, from the husband, from the multiple doctors, a ton of help from different pill bottles.
00:48:42.000 This woman couldn't possibly have been given more help outside of being put in an asylum, which of course would never happen with our current court system.
00:48:51.000 And the number one takeaway is that nine women.
00:48:55.000 And three men, the one holdout was an absolute Chad, and he deserves our gratitude.
00:49:01.000 One juror, a man, would not budge.
00:49:04.000 He was very arrogant.
00:49:06.000 He really did not take anything that he wanted.
00:49:09.000 Yes, we are playing this clip again because it's so good.
00:49:11.000 He just completely disregarded the information that they gave him.
00:49:15.000 He admitted he had reasonable doubt after we watched that video of the interview.
00:49:20.000 I think that's what it was.
00:49:22.000 He admitted he had reasonable doubt.
00:49:24.000 And then he said, but I'm still not.
00:49:26.000 Gonna say that she's not guilty by reason of insanity.
00:49:30.000 They had concerns that he wasn't following the law, and they had concerns that he also would go back and forth between what he said to them one moment and then another moment.
00:49:39.000 So they, at one point, actually had a juror get up and make his presentation like, this is what you're trying to say, right?
00:49:46.000 And at that point, he had pretty much stopped participating.
00:49:49.000 Yes!
00:49:50.000 I love that.
00:49:51.000 You know, I can bet this guy's mindset was just, yeah, I'll let them waste their time.
00:49:55.000 Like, oh, yeah, sure, reasonable doubt, sure.
00:49:57.000 Yeah, still guilty.
00:49:58.000 What if I gave you like a PowerPoint presentation?
00:50:01.000 Yeah, you know what?
00:50:01.000 Give it a shot.
00:50:02.000 Sure.
00:50:05.000 I don't know.
00:50:06.000 Still guilty.
00:50:07.000 She killed her kids.
00:50:08.000 And by the way, since these people are going on their press tour, I would gladly welcome said juror on this program.
00:50:16.000 If he wants to speak out and be given a fair shake, please do reach out because these women are not going to stop and we shouldn't allow them to set the narrative.
00:50:23.000 Now, thanks to that one anonymous juror, we also know that this lone Chad holdout was up against it from the very beginning.
00:50:31.000 Can you imagine?
00:50:33.000 I will say a majority of the people on it doesn't matter what side it was on, was very firm in their stance and their beliefs kind of from the beginning.
00:50:45.000 You know, the standalone juror was not the only one that was unwilling to see things from the other side.
00:50:53.000 So I'm going to kind of defend that individual in a sense.
00:50:58.000 There were some big personalities in that room, but at the end of the day, I feel like.
00:51:05.000 It just came down to an inability to kind of move past your convictions.
00:51:12.000 And, you know, even after that dynamite charge, to be unable to, you know, self analyze yourself and be like, okay, am I missing something?
00:51:23.000 Am I failing to acknowledge or give this a weight, something like this doubt weight that it needs?
00:51:29.000 That person, the majority of the room was trying to kind of sway that person from the very beginning.
00:51:35.000 There you go.
00:51:36.000 And the person held strong.
00:51:37.000 Isn't that what we tell young people?
00:51:39.000 Like, hey, if you know what's right, you stick by what you believe, you stick by what you've been taught.
00:51:45.000 And I don't think that it should be a risky statement to say, you know what?
00:51:49.000 In my heart of hearts, I think it's wrong to murder three children.
00:51:54.000 Miraculously, there's no excuse for it.
00:51:57.000 Right.
00:51:58.000 Exactly.
00:51:58.000 There's no excuse for it.
00:51:59.000 I think everybody knows it was wrong, but the other 11 are given an excuse.
00:52:03.000 Right.
00:52:03.000 Oh, insanity.
00:52:04.000 Oh, pills.
00:52:05.000 Oh, trauma, psychosis.
00:52:07.000 Yeah.
00:52:08.000 Not guilty by reason of insanity means it was done, but.
00:52:11.000 You were nuts.
00:52:11.000 And of course, there's been, like we've talked about, a huge divide between men and women on this.
00:52:15.000 This has caused a rift in male female household relationships across the galaxy.
00:52:21.000 Everything proved that she loved her children, so she had to have snapped and not known what she was doing.
00:52:27.000 To me, that it was proof.
00:52:35.000 Well, don't take it out on her.
00:52:41.000 She's doing her best.
00:52:42.000 So.
00:52:43.000 I will say this.
00:52:43.000 I can't tell if that was ET or beans from mango.
00:52:45.000 I don't know.
00:52:47.000 Yeah.
00:52:47.000 The 1895 women in Massachusetts, only 3% of eligible women saying, yeah, women should vote.
00:52:53.000 Seems like they maybe had it right.
00:52:55.000 Maybe they knew what was coming, the writing on the wall.
00:52:58.000 And let me propose because people are now, you see, trending, repeal the 19th.
00:53:03.000 And by the way, the 19th Amendment is not the first amendment that deals with voting.
00:53:06.000 That would be going back to the 15th Amendment when we were talking about black men being able to vote.
00:53:10.000 There's been a long, we're going to do an entire segment on this when people talk about Jack.
00:53:14.000 You know, Jacksonian democracy, when they expanded voting, it still was always predicated on the idea, before we get to male, female, of those who could build and maintain a society, those who contributed, not the vicious poor or the idle or people who choose not to work, who fold their hands for a little more rest.
00:53:32.000 Poverty should bounce on them, should pounce on them like a bandit in the night.
00:53:35.000 Remember that old verse?
00:53:38.000 That's the history of this country.
00:53:40.000 But before we get to that, let's talk about universal suffrage.
00:53:43.000 Here's what would actually solve this entirely moving forward.
00:53:47.000 Here's a prescription.
00:53:52.000 I proposed this in the past, but it was five points.
00:53:54.000 Let's simplify this down to three points.
00:53:57.000 Okay?
00:53:58.000 You only get a vote in this country if, number one, you are a net taxpayer.
00:54:04.000 That's it.
00:54:04.000 You have to be a net taxpayer.
00:54:06.000 You can't be collecting, not contributing, and vote on how you collect.
00:54:11.000 Number two, household voting.
00:54:13.000 It can be weighted if you want, if you have a larger household.
00:54:17.000 A house divided itself cannot stand.
00:54:20.000 This is a country founded on Christian principles.
00:54:23.000 And so we don't want to divide houses.
00:54:25.000 That's where you have your influence within the household.
00:54:28.000 And we want to encourage families.
00:54:30.000 Also, so long as there is a draft, mandatory selective service, only those who have to register vote.
00:54:36.000 So we can either expand the draft to all men and women.
00:54:39.000 And by the way, that could mean women doing riveting, whatever it is.
00:54:43.000 They don't need to be in the front lines.
00:54:45.000 Or we get rid of the draft completely.
00:54:48.000 But either you're in or out.
00:54:50.000 So, net taxpayers, household voting.
00:54:54.000 And only those in the draft, or we end the draft.
00:54:56.000 That is the proposed prescription.
00:54:59.000 You would never have a democratic socialist again.
00:55:06.000 And here to discuss this and more, hopefully, we have her here on the line.
00:55:10.000 She's quite reasonable and I think actually understands our perspective because, you know, she would understand the perspective more than most women because she also has to deal with.
00:55:20.000 I mean, you know what I'm saying.
00:55:21.000 I get it.
00:55:23.000 You can watch her, Jillian Michaels on X or on YouTube.
00:55:27.000 Please welcome back, Jillian Michaels.
00:55:33.000 Welcome, Julia.
00:55:34.000 You know what I'm saying because of the common ground.
00:55:38.000 I got you.
00:55:38.000 I got you.
00:55:39.000 I understand completely.
00:55:40.000 We were talking.
00:55:41.000 Let me ask you Were you shocked to see this with Lindsey Clancy?
00:55:46.000 I think a lot of women are, but then that forces women to maybe face some uncomfortable truth if they were shocked.
00:55:55.000 I was stunned.
00:55:57.000 But the one thing I will say is the vast majority of women I know.
00:56:02.000 We're all so stunned.
00:56:03.000 I do see everything you see.
00:56:06.000 I validate your feelings here that women have gone crazy over this.
00:56:11.000 Don't validate my feelings, Jillian.
00:56:13.000 Don't do that.
00:56:15.000 No, because I see it.
00:56:17.000 And I want to tell your audience I see it.
00:56:19.000 I understand how you're feeling and I'm seeing what you're seeing.
00:56:23.000 But I don't think all women, in fact, I know all women don't feel this way.
00:56:29.000 And I would venture to say that most don't.
00:56:31.000 I can't give you quantifiable numbers.
00:56:33.000 I know you disagree with me here.
00:56:36.000 I have yet to meet a woman that truly thinks Lindsey Clancy should just walk right out of a mental institution.
00:56:42.000 You know, you disagree with you here because if I take away one word, women, I know, you then are forced to look at the empirical and go far too many.
00:56:52.000 I think we would both agree not all men, right?
00:56:53.000 Me too went too far.
00:56:54.000 Not all men are rapists, right?
00:56:55.000 Not all men are predators, right?
00:56:56.000 That's a minority.
00:56:58.000 That's an exception.
00:56:59.000 When it comes to women and feminism, whether it's overt or covert, not all, not all at all, I agree with you.
00:57:07.000 It's far too many.
00:57:08.000 In most cases, it's most.
00:57:09.000 And in this case, it's close to half.
00:57:12.000 Like, we got to be serious.
00:57:13.000 How do you think it's close to half?
00:57:14.000 That's the one thing that I can't reconcile because I'm looking at this more through a lens of far left progressive woke ideology.
00:57:22.000 The same, and I'm not saying women don't lean into that.
00:57:25.000 I know that they do.
00:57:27.000 Right.
00:57:27.000 But there are also men that would cut off their kids' genitals if they said they were gender dysphoric.
00:57:32.000 There are men that are socialists.
00:57:33.000 There are men that want to cross borders.
00:57:36.000 Why do you say wrong?
00:57:37.000 I'll say wrong.
00:57:38.000 Here's why because I agree with you, not all, right?
00:57:40.000 But we have to separate.
00:57:41.000 Not all, not all.
00:57:42.000 Okay.
00:57:42.000 And then we do have to look at where it clusters.
00:57:44.000 So you just mentioned genitals.
00:57:46.000 Okay.
00:57:47.000 I agree with you.
00:57:49.000 Sorry.
00:57:49.000 You said quite a bit more than genitals, just to be clear.
00:57:52.000 She didn't just want to go, genitals!
00:57:55.000 I'm sorry, but I was saying, you skimmed past.
00:58:00.000 Sorry, I have genitals on the brain.
00:58:01.000 Let's progress.
00:58:02.000 You skimmed past, you said cut off genitals.
00:58:04.000 Minority of men support transitioning children, majority of women.
00:58:08.000 That's the problem.
00:58:09.000 So we have a problem with half the country.
00:58:11.000 If men.
00:58:12.000 Were the ones choosing, even in women's sports leagues, biological men wouldn't compete.
00:58:16.000 And by the way, this is across the racial divide, too.
00:58:19.000 You would not see transitioning of minors.
00:58:21.000 The only reason that those policies exist, sure, there are some men, but is a majority of women.
00:58:27.000 Minority of men, majority of women.
00:58:29.000 If you want to go through another, we can, and you'll see minority and majority.
00:58:32.000 Here's my question If you've got women that are conservative and liberal, what conservative woman wants to transition a child and chemically castrate them?
00:58:42.000 I've never met one.
00:58:43.000 I'm not talking about conservative women.
00:58:44.000 There are still more than you would believe who will relent, but women versus men.
00:58:48.000 That divide, because it evens out to about half the country more women than men.
00:58:52.000 Yes.
00:58:52.000 Okay.
00:58:53.000 Okay.
00:58:53.000 Majority of women, minority of men.
00:58:56.000 Okay.
00:58:57.000 So here's my question because we could be here all day, like dividing women into slices.
00:59:02.000 I feel like we should arguably look at what the main goal is.
00:59:08.000 Yeah.
00:59:08.000 Because for me, it looks like this.
00:59:11.000 You talk all the time about the dangers of Marxism.
00:59:14.000 And you even said to me, This is a Marxist agenda.
00:59:17.000 That's what's happening here.
00:59:18.000 And we're seeing that play out black against white, gay against straight, and it's tearing the fabric of our society apart.
00:59:26.000 And I think it's on purpose.
00:59:29.000 So, if that's the goal, and men and women stop falling in love, and men and women stop trusting each other, and men and women stop having kids, that's a catastrophe.
00:59:38.000 And I know you and I agree on that.
00:59:40.000 So, my question to you is how do we prevent that from happening?
00:59:45.000 Because I feel like that is absolutely the goal.
00:59:49.000 And I'm here to be a part of the solution.
00:59:52.000 Okay.
00:59:52.000 So I agree with you, I should say, in the sentiments of that.
00:59:56.000 Yeah, we don't want.
00:59:57.000 I believe that the nuclear family is foundational to Western civilization and needs to be preserved.
01:00:02.000 Okay.
01:00:04.000 I believe, especially moms, dads, kids, that's very, very important.
01:00:06.000 All right.
01:00:07.000 So you say if they tear each other apart, the reason that it's been torn apart is not because of the dividing from those orchestrating it or the response.
01:00:16.000 Women have torn it apart.
01:00:18.000 And what I mean by that is every four years, You look at the top political issues.
01:00:22.000 I'm sure we can grab that chart we had in another show.
01:00:24.000 Women come out.
01:00:25.000 And there are some, but even with the conservative women who vote, in other words, just looking at the voting demographic, the number one issue for women at large is the ability to kill their babies.
01:00:34.000 For men, it's the economy.
01:00:36.000 For men, it's immigration.
01:00:37.000 This is every four years and everything else is being held hostage.
01:00:40.000 And you look at custody laws and you look at immigration laws and you look at the gender LGBTQ.
01:00:45.000 This has all been spearheaded by women.
01:00:48.000 Men have been told no vagina, no opinion.
01:00:50.000 Although now it's, you know, you can have one if it's, The right kind of cock, depending on how you identify, I guess.
01:00:56.000 It fails, right?
01:00:57.000 It falls under its own weight.
01:00:58.000 And it's interesting that you bring up Marxism.
01:00:59.000 You can do it with the Bolshevik Revolution.
01:01:01.000 You can look at Maoist China.
01:01:03.000 You can even look at what happened in a lot of other smaller nations.
01:01:06.000 This is a big thing.
01:01:07.000 They've often ginned up women.
01:01:09.000 This is why Orwell talked about it and said, Hey, we're going to give you equality, which was ultimately used to subvert, ultimately used to force men to submit.
01:01:19.000 You need to get rid of strong men who act as the safeguard against this.
01:01:23.000 And I certainly would say we've eliminated that safeguard when we have women walking free just because of their uterus, killing their children.
01:01:30.000 I certainly would say that when we have men and women's sports.
01:01:33.000 I certainly would say that when we've just changed the definition of murder.
01:01:36.000 I mean, do you know this is one thing, too, that shocks a lot of people?
01:01:40.000 Even the data, and this will sound conspiratorial, but we've presented this.
01:01:43.000 Even the data has been so heavily weighted towards women.
01:01:47.000 That's the only reason we have the custody laws that we do.
01:01:49.000 So, for example, they'll tell you a man is more likely to kill a child, right, than a mom.
01:01:53.000 That's not true.
01:01:54.000 Here's what they do they compare biological moms versus men, boyfriends, stepfathers, or men in the household.
01:02:04.000 And they eliminate in that first year of the child's life, day one.
01:02:08.000 Because, do you know your deadliest day on earth, the day you are most likely to be killed on earth?
01:02:13.000 Is day one and it's from the mother, it's a walk off.
01:02:16.000 They just discount that because it would weight it so heavily and it's hard to track because often these babies' bodies aren't recovered.
01:02:23.000 So we go, you know what?
01:02:25.000 It's majority men.
01:02:26.000 Even if you take away day one, it's a coin flip.
01:02:28.000 If you include day one, it seems like we should.
01:02:32.000 It's a murder rate that people can't even comprehend, not even including late term abortions.
01:02:37.000 And so if we want to build trust, I think building trust with the men who are checking out of the dating pool, who are watching this in horror, by the way, You relate more to a man right now watching this in horror because most women, not all, are not watching in horror.
01:02:53.000 They're not stunned, but you are.
01:02:54.000 You're an outlier.
01:02:55.000 Steven, I don't think that's true.
01:02:57.000 I could show you so many videos of women on the line, on the web, being horrified.
01:03:04.000 I just think this is the part where I worry about these generalizations.
01:03:08.000 I can't find any, there's been no official polling to try to refute this, but I just don't think it's most women.
01:03:15.000 I think it is a radical faction of lunatics.
01:03:18.000 That has been specifically targeted.
01:03:21.000 And Jesse Kelly once gave me information about this, and I wish I could remember it exactly.
01:03:26.000 But they target roughly 13% of middle aged, largely white women because they can move the voter pool on some of these issues.
01:03:37.000 And it does work, but I just don't think it's most.
01:03:40.000 That's the only area where I'm going to disagree with you.
01:03:43.000 And I think it is most.
01:03:45.000 It is most.
01:03:46.000 Why?
01:03:47.000 You got all the conservative women that aren't there.
01:03:49.000 Half of them.
01:03:50.000 Because it's the data that's available to us.
01:03:52.000 Yes, you will find some.
01:03:52.000 By the way, my woman's one of them.
01:03:54.000 She's like, I would fry her.
01:03:55.000 She's like, I would kill her myself, right?
01:03:56.000 She would have no problem with it.
01:03:57.000 You would be amongst them.
01:03:59.000 But you are an outlier.
01:04:01.000 You are an exception.
01:04:02.000 I'm not just talking about Lindsey Clancy.
01:04:05.000 Okay, would we say you say lunatics?
01:04:07.000 Would we say it's pretty much lunacy to demand taxpayer subsidized abortion up to and including nine months?
01:04:14.000 That seems crazy to me.
01:04:15.000 Majority of women.
01:04:17.000 Is it the majority of women, even conservative women who don't even believe in abortion?
01:04:22.000 Well, here's it's let's take well, not majority of conservative women, majority of women because it's all liberals, deeply upset about it because it's all liberals, it's all liberals, and then it's still far too many conservative women relenting.
01:04:34.000 In other words, the conservative women, you'll see this a lot, even though I'm against it, I still think a woman has a right to choose.
01:04:39.000 And even though I'm against it, it's the doctor's fault, and it absolves the women of accountability.
01:04:43.000 The men go, No, wait a second, that's an eight month old baby, it's the 21st century, you know better, that's a crime, you should be punished for it.
01:04:50.000 Even the majority of conservative women, when you look at them ask, go, Yeah, it's awful.
01:04:55.000 I'm against it, but I still support the right to choose, and it's the doctor's fault.
01:04:59.000 Well, okay, but the right to choose is different than late term abortion, abortion without limits, or taxpayer funded abortion.
01:05:08.000 And if we look at Europe, for example, if we're taking all women, if we look at Europe, for example, you've got conservative women that are leading the conservative party in France, in Italy, now in Germany, in Japan, in Australia.
01:05:23.000 You have abortion limits across almost all of Europe.
01:05:27.000 The UK is far more lenient, but generally speaking, it's roughly 12 weeks and women are on board.
01:05:32.000 Now, yes, they are on board with the right to choose, but not taxpayer funded, not late term.
01:05:38.000 Even the most liberal women I know that have discussed this new mass.
01:05:42.000 Abortion bill with, we're horrified.
01:05:45.000 We're horrified.
01:05:47.000 I get it.
01:05:47.000 I just don't think so.
01:05:48.000 But there are enough women who come out and vote for it.
01:05:50.000 And not only come out and vote for it, but for the politicians to understand, right?
01:05:54.000 We both agree politicians need to take a position that's politically viable.
01:05:58.000 They need to have a large enough coalition.
01:06:00.000 Logic deduced, well, the most, I guess you would say, reliable coalition would be women who want this.
01:06:09.000 That's why it happened.
01:06:11.000 Didn't happen because men were demanding it.
01:06:12.000 And men have been excluded from having an opinion on this, even though that's their baby, too, right?
01:06:17.000 So I know.
01:06:18.000 But before we get to the women thing, I mean, yes, I don't want to see men and women divided.
01:06:22.000 Okay, fine.
01:06:23.000 I do think that we need to separate outliers and exceptions from the rule.
01:06:27.000 And I do think that right now the divide is happening because men are seeing women behave just the way they behave publicly.
01:06:33.000 Now, you would say not all, but men are saying far too much.
01:06:36.000 That's fair.
01:06:38.000 And I would agree with them.
01:06:39.000 That's fair.
01:06:39.000 I think that men going, oh, wait a second.
01:06:41.000 If she even says a maybe with Lindsey Clancy, They're ending their engagement.
01:06:45.000 They're stopping the relationship because ultimately they want to have kids.
01:06:48.000 I think they should.
01:06:49.000 But I would say the same to my daughter.
01:06:52.000 I would say, honey, if you meet a man that is justifying the actions of Lindsey Clancy, run for the hills.
01:07:00.000 Right.
01:07:00.000 I would say the same.
01:07:01.000 And I could point to liberal men who've taken to the internet to defend her.
01:07:07.000 I can.
01:07:07.000 I sent you those clips.
01:07:09.000 Sure.
01:07:10.000 I get it.
01:07:11.000 It is far too many.
01:07:12.000 But then this brings me to the following question.
01:07:16.000 Position of, all right, I will grant you far too many.
01:07:19.000 I don't know how many.
01:07:21.000 I don't think it's most.
01:07:22.000 But having said that, how do we focus on a solution?
01:07:27.000 I'm here to focus on a solution.
01:07:29.000 You said, you need to stand up.
01:07:32.000 You need to say something.
01:07:33.000 I'm here to stand up.
01:07:33.000 I'm here to say something.
01:07:34.000 It won't get very far with liberal women, which we both know.
01:07:38.000 I don't see many conservative women on board with this, but I can encourage them to take a stand.
01:07:43.000 And I'm seeing many of them do that.
01:07:45.000 Tell me what.
01:07:47.000 You want to see what you need, how men want to be supported in this.
01:07:51.000 And I'm here to help.
01:07:52.000 That's all I need.
01:07:54.000 It's not men.
01:07:55.000 It's children.
01:07:55.000 I'll give it to you and I'll be very curt with you.
01:07:57.000 Okay, that's fair.
01:07:57.000 And this isn't you.
01:07:58.000 I'm doing an impression of you.
01:08:00.000 So I'm not saying this at you.
01:08:00.000 Okay, I'll do an impression of you.
01:08:02.000 You crazy bitch.
01:08:03.000 Get the fuck out of here.
01:08:04.000 That's what you need to be saying to those women.
01:08:06.000 You need to be saying to women, there needs to be a chorus of women like you going, You evil, crazy bitch.
01:08:11.000 She killed her children and being willing to lose friends.
01:08:14.000 We're not seeing that kind of rhetoric from the minority of women.
01:08:18.000 And that's what men are, they're not looking at just a majority of women.
01:08:22.000 Men are looking at the self governance mechanism and saying, ooh, it doesn't exist for half of the country right now.
01:08:28.000 And that's what concerns them.
01:08:30.000 Most of the conservative women I know will agree with me or in their sewing circles, but they're not losing friends over it.
01:08:37.000 They're not having these discussions.
01:08:38.000 They're still concerned with being agreeable.
01:08:40.000 And so the women who have dominating personalities, like all those cackling hags you saw on that jury, they are the ones who have a voice.
01:08:48.000 So it needs to be governed by, first off, there aren't enough of them, but conservative women need to be aggressive.
01:08:55.000 Need to be dismissive and need to mock women as opposed to always going back to men going, Yeah, but not all women.
01:09:01.000 You need to go, You know what?
01:09:01.000 You're right.
01:09:02.000 Too much.
01:09:02.000 You crazy bitch.
01:09:04.000 That's what needs to happen.
01:09:05.000 That's the start.
01:09:07.000 I hear you.
01:09:07.000 And I think I've done that.
01:09:09.000 I'll be even more aggressive.
01:09:11.000 I think I will.
01:09:13.000 I'm paraphrasing, but yes.
01:09:14.000 But I'll be more aggressive.
01:09:16.000 Having said that, though, is it fair to hold some nuance where you could say, listen, here's the position I've taken.
01:09:22.000 Even if she did have, even if she did, which it certainly does not seem like she did, but even if she did have postpartum psychosis, how can you establish a precedent where she walks free?
01:09:33.000 What about Rob Reiner's kid?
01:09:35.000 Wasn't he batshit?
01:09:36.000 Crazy?
01:09:37.000 What about the woman in Times Square that just stabbed that new mom and a tourist that's 68 years old?
01:09:43.000 Where are you going to draw the line here?
01:09:45.000 So, sure, it's one thing to have empathy for someone who has had a complete and total break from reality, but aren't all killers largely having a complete and total break from reality?
01:09:55.000 Well, you're right.
01:09:56.000 You're right.
01:09:57.000 Okay.
01:09:58.000 So, is it fair to say it's okay to hold some nuance?
01:10:01.000 It's okay to have empathy for people that are sick, but a price must be paid, period.
01:10:06.000 And those who are standing outside going, same Lindsay. Are absolutely out of their mind and should be called, as you've said, a crazy bitch.
01:10:17.000 I agree.
01:10:18.000 It's a crazy bitch, but I would say less nuance than that.
01:10:21.000 Let me ask you: you ever see men lining up to support Dahmer, Gacy?
01:10:26.000 I know.
01:10:27.000 No, I know.
01:10:27.000 Bundy.
01:10:28.000 You're right.
01:10:28.000 If anything, Bundy got a little bit of support because women were like, I think he's kind of cute.
01:10:31.000 I bet you I could change him.
01:10:32.000 The fact is, men were like, oh, yeah, of course.
01:10:34.000 Of course, we should fry him.
01:10:36.000 And if you take it and reduce it from the most extreme example, Lindsey Clancy, and I would agree with you, this is an extreme example.
01:10:42.000 But who's more likely to abuse children in households?
01:10:46.000 Mothers, not fathers.
01:10:48.000 Who's more likely to commit domestic abuse?
01:10:50.000 Meaning, when it's, and when you again look at the stats, one way domestic abuse, and I hate to say it, it's very high in lesbian households.
01:10:56.000 I know that you're not part of that, but you know it's higher in lesbian households than it is in heterosexual households and gay households.
01:11:02.000 When you eliminate two way physical abuse, when it's one way, it's like 70% women.
01:11:07.000 Towards children, it's women.
01:11:09.000 But our custody laws reflect not all, though.
01:11:13.000 And the way we actually legislate and the way we actually convict people is, but not all though.
01:11:20.000 And so that's not a justice system that can actually sustain itself.
01:11:23.000 It's not one that men can trust.
01:11:25.000 Here's the thing when you look at like a jobs report, and 98% of the new jobs this last month went to women, men are going to lose faith completely in the institutions because we're in the era of feminism, right?
01:11:37.000 Women make up more of the workforce, women make more money, women make up more of the college degrees.
01:11:42.000 Now, they're more miserable, unhappy than ever, which leads to worse.
01:11:47.000 Worse outcomes, mental health outcomes for children as well.
01:11:50.000 I think we need to shift one thing, and this is what I've talked about.
01:11:53.000 Just shift it from we have a society that's focused on women, men are expendable.
01:11:58.000 Not all, not all, not entirely, but as a general rule, it's been a feminized society by definition.
01:12:03.000 Shift it from, hey, what does a woman need to what's best for the child?
01:12:08.000 And if we do that, a lot of this changes, and guess what?
01:12:11.000 Dad's back in charge, but we've pushed him out of the picture legislatively, politically.
01:12:15.000 And so if you want to restore trust, Then we need to restore trust institutionally and probably get back to dancing with the one we brought.
01:12:23.000 I'm not talking about the 19th Amendment, just repealing that.
01:12:25.000 I'm talking about going through all.
01:12:26.000 Universal suffrage is a big problem, and it's been a loophole that feminists and Marxists have abused.
01:12:32.000 But my prescription here is if you want to actually have a representation of, if you want to be governed by those who can actually govern, who can sustain a country, you cannot have this society where people are voting simply because they're here on this soil, voting based on feelings, and voting in their own self interest.
01:12:49.000 Net taxpayer, household voting.
01:12:52.000 And as long as there's a draft, only if you're in it, we either do away with the draft or only the draftable vote.
01:12:58.000 That's my three point solution.
01:13:00.000 You'll get some blue dog Democrats.
01:13:01.000 That's as bad as it gets.
01:13:04.000 Listen, I can get on board with that completely.
01:13:06.000 Just for my own edification, because you and I have touched on the topic of draft, but never fully fleshed it out.
01:13:12.000 I honestly don't understand.
01:13:14.000 I thought that we were going to draft women.
01:13:16.000 I had this conversation, I mentioned to you, with Rob Riggle, who was a Marine, maybe two years ago.
01:13:21.000 And he's like, I think it's great.
01:13:22.000 Come on down.
01:13:23.000 I didn't know that didn't happen.
01:13:25.000 I did see Hegseth then turn around a year or so later and say, We don't want women in combat.
01:13:33.000 We don't.
01:13:33.000 Where are we at with this?
01:13:34.000 I actually thought that women are in the military.
01:13:37.000 We're seeing them celebrate some of our female fighter pilots who are engaged overseas right now.
01:13:42.000 Honest to God.
01:13:43.000 And then you said, but women will never be drafted.
01:13:45.000 Why?
01:13:47.000 Because it'll never happen.
01:13:48.000 Because women don't face accountability legislatively.
01:13:51.000 It won't happen.
01:13:51.000 And by the way, you see, this is just, we're saying the same thing.
01:13:54.000 You go like female fighter pilot, you know, in the Air Force.
01:13:57.000 No, I watched Joe Biden celebrate extra stretchy maternity suits so women could be Air Force pilots in their third trimester.
01:14:05.000 I don't see that as a good thing.
01:14:06.000 I see that as silly and ridiculous.
01:14:08.000 So, I don't believe that women should be on the front lines in combat.
01:14:10.000 I don't believe that they should be part of the police force.
01:14:12.000 And there are lots of studies on this, by the way.
01:14:14.000 Not only are they more likely to collect workman's comp, or sorry, workperson's comp, bone fractures, putting their own fellow soldiers, military members at risk.
01:14:25.000 So, no, but women, there are plenty of ways that women could serve, right?
01:14:28.000 They could serve in ways that aren't active combat, just like a fat nerdy guy can serve, right?
01:14:32.000 He can be there.
01:14:32.000 Aren't they?
01:14:33.000 Are they all active?
01:14:34.000 Not drafted.
01:14:35.000 No, no, it's never going to happen.
01:14:36.000 Not drafted.
01:14:37.000 No.
01:14:37.000 Okay, but what's the point?
01:14:38.000 It's a felony if I don't register.
01:14:41.000 Okay.
01:14:42.000 Okay.
01:14:43.000 I hear you.
01:14:44.000 Why will it not happen, though?
01:14:48.000 I've never heard a woman say that she's.
01:14:49.000 Reason and accountability.
01:14:52.000 Who's voting?
01:14:52.000 When did we vote on this, though?
01:14:54.000 No, with the president?
01:14:55.000 Is that what you're saying?
01:14:56.000 No, it's not really voted.
01:14:57.000 The draft was just like, hey, you guys are all in it.
01:14:59.000 And by the way, you don't get to vote unless you actually perform military service, pay taxes, all of these things, these prerequisites.
01:15:06.000 Women, and here's, this is important.
01:15:08.000 By the way, we're going to go to Rumble Premium, but of course, we'll give you this interview so you can upload it wherever you want.
01:15:12.000 Women, and this is the big thing with the 19th Amendment.
01:15:15.000 It's not about women's suffrage.
01:15:16.000 It's about universal suffrage, which, by the way, is antithetical to a representative republic.
01:15:22.000 Women got the vote without the duties and responsibilities that men still had.
01:15:27.000 That's a big reason why most women were opposed to it.
01:15:31.000 So a lot of people don't understand the historical context.
01:15:33.000 There was a period of this country, and it depends because states would set different rule sets, where a man still couldn't vote unless he was a taxpayer, unless, for example, in some states, mandatory, they called it bucket.
01:15:45.000 Duty like a leather bucket, firefighter service, certain literacy tests, but these were reserved for men.
01:15:51.000 Women got the vote with none of those responsibilities.
01:15:54.000 And it was the first step of all of the amendments and all the legislation that we saw expanding voting.
01:15:59.000 It was the first time where it wasn't predicated on, of course, a civic duty.
01:16:04.000 It was just granted as a right.
01:16:07.000 That's when we saw the descent of our systems.
01:16:10.000 And you can apply it to the draft.
01:16:12.000 Women don't want the draft because it doesn't feel good.
01:16:14.000 It's not going to happen.
01:16:15.000 Politicians aren't going to do it.
01:16:16.000 No one will have the stomach for it.
01:16:17.000 It will never, ever.
01:16:20.000 Happen.
01:16:21.000 You can't put us in an impossible position, though, Stephen, because if I hear you, you're saying, listen, you want equal rights, then you have to show up equally.
01:16:30.000 I'm saying you're absolutely right.
01:16:32.000 Agree.
01:16:34.000 But then it can happen, though.
01:16:36.000 So where does that happen?
01:16:37.000 That's not what I'm saying.
01:16:38.000 I presented three options.
01:16:39.000 So I presented three prerequisites.
01:16:41.000 I'm with you.
01:16:42.000 But then the draft, here are the three options.
01:16:43.000 Okay.
01:16:43.000 Here are the three options.
01:16:44.000 Okay.
01:16:45.000 Either, okay, women are drafted and they can be drafted, by the way, into non combat positions.
01:16:51.000 All right.
01:16:51.000 Agree.
01:16:52.000 Okay.
01:16:52.000 100%.
01:16:53.000 If they're taking my son, I don't want them taking either of my kids.
01:16:56.000 But I don't value my son's life more than my daughter's.
01:16:59.000 Okay, so there's option one.
01:17:01.000 Okay, so women get drafted in an appropriate manner.
01:17:03.000 Option number two is you do away with the draft completely, right?
01:17:07.000 And so both parties can vote.
01:17:08.000 I'm fine with that, too.
01:17:09.000 Don't know how it pays out, but not an expert on that.
01:17:12.000 Could be catastrophe, but I'd love to see neither of my children go to war.
01:17:15.000 Yeah, it can't happen because it's not practical.
01:17:16.000 You need to have it if you need to have a standing military to protect your country.
01:17:19.000 But that's option one.
01:17:20.000 Option two and option three is only men are drafted as they are now, so only men vote.
01:17:24.000 But those are three options.
01:17:25.000 That's not, it can never happen.
01:17:26.000 Be drafted.
01:17:28.000 Don't be drafted.
01:17:29.000 No draft.
01:17:30.000 The choice is yours.
01:17:32.000 Right now, we live in the reality, please.
01:17:34.000 I know you know this.
01:17:35.000 We live in a reality where it's a requirement for men to not be felons, to perform a civic duty while there is no expectation of any from half of the voting public.
01:17:47.000 Okay, I'll be honest, Stephen, I did not know that until you and I first had a discussion about it.
01:17:53.000 I don't remember quite how long ago.
01:17:55.000 I did think that we were including women in the draft if there was going to be a draft.
01:18:01.000 But I am hearing you.
01:18:03.000 Obviously, I was wrong.
01:18:03.000 It's not something I've ever looked into because I just, there is no draft at the moment.
01:18:09.000 Having said that, if there was, I agree with you.
01:18:13.000 I agree with you.
01:18:14.000 And the only thing that I would ask you to consider is you have every right to be outraged.
01:18:20.000 You have every right to make these points.
01:18:22.000 I agree with you on all of them.
01:18:23.000 If we're going to demand equal rights, we should be willing to step up equally.
01:18:27.000 I just don't want you to think it's all women because it isn't.
01:18:30.000 And I don't want you to hear this.
01:18:32.000 I don't.
01:18:33.000 Okay, good.
01:18:33.000 I don't think that.
01:18:34.000 I don't think that.
01:18:36.000 You're fighting ghosts, sweetheart.
01:18:39.000 I didn't say that.
01:18:41.000 That's why you're here, because you're not one of those crazy bitches.
01:18:43.000 Why don't you understand this?
01:18:45.000 I'm not an outlier.
01:18:46.000 Just like you said to me the other day, you're like, do you agree that all men are not abusers and this and that?
01:18:51.000 I was like, of course.
01:18:52.000 What do you mean?
01:18:52.000 That's an absurd question.
01:18:54.000 I would say the same to you about women.
01:18:55.000 They're not all crazy.
01:18:57.000 They're not.
01:18:57.000 No, but it's.
01:18:58.000 I didn't say they're all crazy.
01:18:59.000 I'm going to fight it.
01:19:01.000 I'm going to fight it just the way you're talking about.
01:19:03.000 I'm going to encourage other women to fight.
01:19:05.000 I'm in this.
01:19:05.000 I just don't want you to.
01:19:06.000 I didn't say all women are crazy, to be clear.
01:19:09.000 Now, To use your point.
01:19:11.000 Come on, don't you put that on me.
01:19:13.000 Somebody's just going to watch The House Made and be like, that's it, did it.
01:19:16.000 And I'm like, gosh.
01:19:17.000 So, my point is yes, they are exceptions to the rule, male rapists, okay?
01:19:22.000 Because that was painted as mainstream, right?
01:19:25.000 Most women are raped.
01:19:26.000 Then the number went from a quarter to a third, and none of that is true, okay?
01:19:30.000 But they said men are pigs, men are sexual predators.
01:19:33.000 And I'm saying, no, that's a minority of men.
01:19:36.000 What I am saying is that on the flip side, it is a majority of women who vote for.
01:19:43.000 Based on emotions devoid of duty or responsibility, and you see it in the voting patterns.
01:19:47.000 You are not one of them, but you are an outlier as a woman, just as I am not an outlier as a non rapist.
01:19:55.000 That's the flip of it.
01:19:56.000 That's the issue that we're doing.
01:19:57.000 But can we, I want to continue, by the way, where's the best place for people to find you?
01:20:00.000 And we'll just stay for a few more minutes.
