The boys are back, and this week, they're joined by special guest Bongino Army to discuss a variety of topics, including: Elon Musk's new Starlink service, the latest in the Trump administration, and more.
00:00:23.000Shall I compare thee to a summer's day?
00:00:26.000When I have plucked the rose, plucked the rose Longing still for that which longer nursets the disease In faith I do not love thee Shall I compare thee to a summer's day?
00:00:42.000It's better to have loved and lost Than ever to have loved and all And cheer up my lives, and cheer up my lives It's better to have loved and lost Incredibly unbroken sentence Moving from topic to topic No one had a chance to interrupt It was quite hypnotic Incredibly unbroken sentence Moving from topic to topic No one
00:01:12.000had a chance to interrupt It was quite hypnotic That's an interesting twist
00:01:33.000George, I think we should listen But, hey, go very well Never give and and I'll never be This sings songs us Sings this Never give and and I'll never be This sings songs us Sings this Never gives and and I'll never be
00:02:08.000It starts at 9 right now, but you're going to have Andrew Wilson's new show and Nick DiPaolo at night all the way through 7 p.m. Eastern.
00:02:58.000We're going to be discussing today, and with, hopefully, Ken Paxton, the big, beautiful bill debate, and why Elon is doing what Elon do, and where you line up.
00:03:09.000I know that everyone is discussing this.
00:08:33.000I'll tell you what was in critical condition was Noodles yesterday on the toilet while we made jokes about him on the toilet and he was watching from the toilet.
00:08:53.000It's important that you Also, you read the fine print with insurance because they're not going to cover this, especially if you decide that on the job site you want to have a nice smoky poo.
00:11:39.000And follow, because it's the best way you don't have to rely on an algorithm.
00:11:43.000We are live 11 a.m. on weekdays, but if you're on YouTube, if you're on Facebook, if you're on X, by the way, you won't see this if you're on X. Take a guess why.
00:11:49.000Download the Rumble app, and yeah, there you go.
00:12:35.000People are fine laughing at everyone else's thing until it becomes their thing.
00:12:42.000And Dave, Portnoy now has been getting increasingly upset and he had what some people might call a little bit of a meltdown over anti-Semitic jokes.
00:12:55.000So allegedly he actually doxxed an employee at a bar over an incident where someone had a sign saying F the Jews.
00:14:35.000The answer is never unless there is a definitive call to action that would be a violent crime, like calling for the death, offering up a prescription on how to physically harm Jews.
00:17:03.000So a group of five Jewish women, they're eating at a busy cafe and the waiter nervously approaches the table and says, Hey ladies, anything alright?
00:19:45.000You can say fire in a crowded theater.
00:19:47.000Provided there's a fire in a crowded theater.
00:19:49.000Or provided, even if there isn't, you believe there is.
00:19:52.000The only problem, and you're dealing with civil damages usually, is if you knowingly claim fire in a crowded theater to cause bodily harm as a lie.
00:20:13.000I don't know how he can rationalize it the way that you just heard and have a leg to stand on when, let's go to back then, Portnoy used the exact opposite premise to justify, and I think completely justifiably, his rape jokes.
00:20:30.000I never condone rape, but if you're a size 6 and you're wearing skinny jeans, you kind of deserve to be raped.
00:21:07.000I mean, I don't think he's making a very logical point either.
00:21:10.000If somebody had walked up, and I say this to make a point, if somebody had walked up when the two Jewish people were gunned down and that was a horrific crime and said exactly what somebody said at his video on pizza, that would still not be a crime.
00:21:34.000And you have conservative female thought leaders out there actively supporting OnlyFans because it empowers women to get that bag, sweetheart.
00:21:43.000This is not a time, with the wins that we've experienced, to dilute what it is that we believe.
00:21:52.000I get that it was cool to have some people, some unlikely alliances, where they were coming into the fold, and they are welcome to be here.
00:22:00.000But do not allow these people to be leaders and do not allow them to have more influence in this sphere, in our movement, meaning the movement of traditional conservative America, MAGA, conservative, that big tent.
00:22:14.000Don't allow people to come in and go, yeah, well, I was on the Trump train and now I think we can all agree that that speech is too offensive.
00:22:22.000It will grow as a cancer and it needs to be cut out.
00:22:26.000The only way it can be cut out is through a retraction.
00:22:29.000From Dave Portnoy, in repudiation of what he said, I had my moment, I of course I think freedom of speech is absolute, or you guys have to choose to give him no credence, because he doesn't believe, but you believe.
00:22:42.000Look, Jew jokes are made and I understand why Jewish people would be more sensitive, just like I understand why Asian people would have been more sensitive when there was a stop Asian hate until they were no longer useful to the left.
00:22:52.000But all groups of people are permissible and all subjects are permissible.
00:23:18.000Don't know about the pizza in that region, but Three out of five.
00:23:27.000By the way, Portnoy is another example of a celebrity who is getting increasingly difficult to, I don't want to say work with, to justify with people who are traditional conservatives and have hitched their wagon to this.
00:23:40.000There is no way to justify what he just said.
00:23:43.000he's probably becoming increasingly difficult to work with for everyone around him, including his staff.
00:25:12.000We're going to refer you to Tax Network USA because I don't think we can help you and maybe you should look for ways to cut back in the future on spending.
00:25:20.000I wash my face with three kinds of soap, each smelling like a different season.
00:25:26.000And you smell lovely, Mr. Cage, but let's try and stick with one from now on.
00:25:31.000Yeah, and don't forget Tax Network USA.
00:25:34.000Yeah, I think they'll actually be able to take care of you really from stem to stern.
00:25:37.000They're experts and much more capable in this scenario of handling your needs, plural.
00:27:54.000And so if you understand the truth, you understand what can actually be done versus what cannot be done right now through this reconciliation process versus an annual budget bill.
00:28:08.000As far as what's a compromise, what makes sense, again, to set the stage, all references available, link in the description.
00:28:16.000The number I gave you yesterday was 1.6.
00:28:18.000There is now a newly released number from multiple sources.
00:28:22.000The bill that is, the big beautiful bill right now, in front of this country, it includes $1.7 trillion in mandatory savings, in cuts over the next 10 years.
00:28:37.000Doge, the total was $180 billion with receipts for only 30% of those savings.
00:29:09.000Making sure that you guard against wolves in sheep's clothing.
00:29:14.000You may debate, hey, these cuts aren't enough to outpace the tax cut extension, because I guess maybe now it's more conservative to want middle class Americans to pay more taxes.
00:29:44.000We begin with what is truly disarray in the Republican Party.
00:29:50.000And if you do normal math, it's supposed to be the ongoing honeymoon period.
00:29:54.000They did win the White House and the Congress, but they're sure having a hard time staying on point together.
00:30:00.000Republican leaders are pretty openly publicly kind of panicking because Elon Musk, who is the largest donor to Donald Trump and until last week an ally of his, is basically trying to kill their big bill.
00:30:12.000Trashing Trump's signature biggest economic priority for legislation again today and continuing with what he's been saying this week, that it is not just a bad bill or a difference of opinion and ideas, but rather that Musk says Trump's bill is a, quote, disgusting abomination.
00:30:29.000Just like I told you when Kash Patel said Epstein killed himself, it's very clear Epstein killed himself.
00:30:34.000I told you the left would be saying, see, even Kash Patel and Dan Bongino are saying that the rest of you are crazy.
00:30:41.000I told you that that's what they would do.
00:30:43.000So even if you have a difference of opinion, you better be really, really sure about it and still make sure that you frame it in a way where the left can't use it against your brothers and sisters in arms.
00:33:21.000Raising the debt ceiling is not a good thing.
00:33:23.000I understand that we need to reduce this deficit.
00:33:26.000I understand that we cannot spend our way into prosperity.
00:33:29.000But the truth, what he is citing and what is used as the premise for that meme, the entire deficit increase that the CBO cites, who, by the way, we know tends to be quite left, comes from the extended tax cuts.
00:33:45.000So it comes from extending currently existing tax cuts, meaning if that doesn't happen, your taxes will go up.
00:33:51.000So the entire deficit increase, the CBO is not even arguing otherwise.
00:33:55.000The reason for the deficit increase that they are citing is you continuing to pay your tax rates.
00:34:02.000Which, by the way, Elon Musk says he agrees with.
00:34:07.000He says he agrees with keeping the tax cuts.
00:34:17.000And the entire reason for the debt ceiling being raised is because of the tax cuts.
00:34:21.000And by the way, the tax cuts, if you all want those, they have to become permanent now, to be clear.
00:34:28.000Here's something that's pretty important to note.
00:34:29.000If Trump would ever need to raise the debt ceiling in the future, which, by the way, has been happening for, I believe, 30 years, without exception, he would then need Democrat votes.
00:35:01.000They will require checking in with your ID.
00:35:04.000This would mean raising the debt ceiling in the future with no tax cuts, and by the way, of course, with no border security, because you will not get any Democrats to vote for that, and I'm willing to bet that Rand Paul and Massey won't vote for it anyway.
00:35:15.000And I'm more in line with Rand Paul and probably even Massey than Donald Trump on policy.
00:35:23.000But it does not behoove us to deny reality right now.
00:35:27.000And those are the things that wouldn't be allowed into that bill?
00:35:29.000Now do the things that Dems want that would have to be allowed so that they could get to 60 votes.
00:35:33.000Which Democrat policy are you willing to cave on to be able to raise the debt ceiling in what is projected to be September?
00:35:56.000That seems a lot like some of the leftists do who just want lower taxes or tax benefits for your companies predicated on the Green New Deal.
00:36:04.000So he said, people voted on spending cuts.
00:36:44.000But the next truth is the top issues for Trump voters in 2024 were, not spending cuts, number one, And that was largely, I know you'll say, spending cuts?
00:39:45.000Elon was on board with the bill because he mistakenly thought his companies would continue to receive billions in government subsidies.
00:39:50.000And by the way, he would receive billions in government subsidies or tax credits, which the CBO would basically see as subsidies.
00:39:59.000In other words, if you were to just multiply Elon's EV tax credits, that would require raising the debt ceiling if we're at the level of what we're talking about tax cuts.
00:41:03.000Bring that back up from X. Can you bring that back up over Lacey 12?
00:41:06.000You guys may believe this, and it's being retweeted, and it's being reposted by people who are supposedly conservative, for some reason, very, very, very, very, very pro-Elon, and this is being presented to you as though it's in this bill.
00:42:00.000I disagree with him because I think of the cost of what you would have to do to pass an increase.
00:42:05.000And I got fact-checked just a little bit.
00:42:07.000It's August, September, so technically it could be August by the time that this thing actually comes around again, which is not too far down the road.
00:42:12.000But with Elon, I don't think he's had any specifics.
00:42:16.000And it makes it sound even more like the EV thing.
00:43:21.000This is the closest thing to the right-wing equivalent of Obamacare that we've seen, of the Affordable Care Act, which just basically, by the way, since the Affordable Care Act, have your health care costs gone up or down?
00:43:38.000getting rid of fraud, making sure that people have to check in with ID.
00:43:43.000So with this, no more able-bodied young...
00:44:11.000This is going to throw a lot, a lot of the young obese feminists who've gone to college who can't work because of a disability and it's about get off your hover round and go to work or you're not going to be collecting this off the taxpayer dime.
00:45:51.000I ran into him, by the way, at a restaurant the other day.
00:45:53.000It's time for future Senator, but current Texas AG, Ken Paxton.
00:46:02.000All right, and the latest polls, by the way, show Paxton with, gosh, a 22-point lead over Cornyn, and he's up over 38 points among those who describe themselves as very conservative.
00:46:15.000You can follow him at KenPaxtonTX on X or KenPaxton.com.
00:46:20.000Mr. Paxton, sir, thank you for being here.
00:46:31.000So, the big beautiful bill is a hot topic right now, and I want to get to some things, obviously, locally, because a lot of Americans are, you know, eyes are on Texas and McKinney.
00:46:41.000But first, this big beautiful bill, Republicans can only afford to lose three votes in the Senate.
00:46:47.000You have Paul, you have Johnson, they've been critics.
00:46:50.000As a senator, since you're running for senator, How would you be treating this bill?
00:47:08.000This is a reconciliation bill where we have a chance, because we only need 51 votes, we would need 60 in an appropriations bill to get the tax cut to have these tax cuts be permanent, or at least I think those make a big difference.
00:47:24.000I don't think the Congressional Budget Office does fiscal dynamic scoring, which would allow us to see the economic impact of tax cuts actually creating more revenue, not less.
00:47:35.000I think they overstate the deficit because they think these tax cuts create deficit.
00:47:50.000I also think the fact that so much of this spending is being used on things that the Biden administration failed to do, which was protect us.
00:47:59.000This is the type of things that government should do, which is build a wall and make sure that they have the money to deport people that are here costing us money.
00:48:08.000So this is another dynamic fiscal thing that I don't think is being calculated in.
00:48:12.000the savings in crime costs, the savings in health care costs, education, all these costs that we're not going to have to spend because we're deporting people, that's actually a more efficient use of dollars than it would be to let them stay and have to incur all these costs.
00:48:26.000I'm actually in favor of this bill, and I understand the deficit part of this, but I don't think it's necessarily, I think in the end, if you could actually calculate this right, we may actually be...
00:48:39.000Well, yeah, it's $1.7 trillion in cuts, and the entire reason from the CBO for the increase, right, when they talk about the debt ceiling increase and the deficit, is they are assuming that continuing, right, extending these tax cuts will add to the deficit.
00:48:53.000Whether it's a Laffer curve or Hauser's law, no matter what you charge in taxes, at a certain point, it stabilizes because it ends up balancing itself out.
00:49:01.000Historically, I think you know this, but a lot of people may not realize the CBO has always been...
00:49:49.000And there's a very conscious effort as far as, Can you remember any more significant or greater reform to entitlements in recent American history than this bill, like the work requirements?
00:50:24.000This may be a beautiful bill because it does spending cuts, tax cuts, and accomplishes our deportation and security goals all at the same time.
00:50:35.000It doesn't address the appropriations, but they're going to have to come back a little Well, speaking of deportations, I want to get to a couple things regarding Texas and immigration.
00:50:48.000But I know you're a resident there of North Texas.
00:50:51.000There's some runoff elections in McKinney this weekend.
00:50:54.000And a noted real estate developer there who's the mayor, George...
00:51:11.000Some people have pointed out, you know, did McKinney's real estate boom, which he also does, but he's a mayor.
00:51:15.000How do, a lot of people sometimes look at this and say, how do we prevent conflicts of interest from politicians or local politics, which, by the way, often goes overlooked?
00:51:25.000Yeah, I think there needs to be more disclosure.
00:51:45.000They need to pass some type of conflict restriction and not force the state at a higher level to step in and deal with, you know, it's a growing problem.
00:51:55.000But I really do think disclosure is a key part because I think the voters have the opportunity to make their decision and vote based on the information that they have.
00:52:04.000Well, let me ask you, your sound is being a little bit animatronic for us.
00:52:09.000It sounds like the aliens and signs a little bit.
00:52:11.000But I wanted to ask you this because a lot of people have been looking at this in Plano.
00:52:14.000And I know you can't talk about all of it being AG, but speaking of immigration, what has been dubbed Sharia City, you know, in McKinney, in Plano, from the east.
00:52:23.000Plano Islamic Center kind of moving over, creating this big complex.
00:54:16.000People can follow you at Ken Paxson TX, and I know there's probably going to be some updates here to follow, so please come back and visit us, A.G. Paxson.
00:54:24.000I want you to know I ate steak, ate a lot of steak, and I have no plaque.
00:55:03.000No, Oregon, where this group moved up there and basically imported enough people to be able to vote themselves into every single seat or at least almost all the seats in the city council and everything and change the rules to benefit them.
00:55:16.000It's like, yeah, that's the kind of thing that can happen.
00:55:18.000So I'm not really all for these kinds of communities existing in the first place.
00:55:22.000Even if they're like, yeah, anybody can move here, but it's so oppressive that you're not really allowing people.
00:55:26.000I'm like, I don't want these enclaves.
00:55:28.000So we've got to figure out how to deal with this within the kind of rule of law that we have.
00:55:31.000But we don't want people setting up micro communities within the country and kind of isolating themselves and not adapting to the country they have chosen to come to.
00:56:45.000President Trump, not only, we're not just discussing the BBB, the big beautiful bill, but he's been racking up some wins recently and his approval is going up consistently as a result, including three notable wins from just yesterday.
00:57:17.000Because there's Elon and the Trump people and people are arguing.
00:57:34.000Well, the good news is he just did it again and instituted...
00:57:45.000The recent terror attack in Boulder, Colorado, has underscored the extreme dangers posed to our country.
00:57:52.000By the entry of foreign nationals who are not properly vetted, as well as those who come here as temporary visitors and overstay their visas, we don't want them.
00:58:03.000In the 21st century, we've seen one terror attack after another carried out by foreign visa overstayers.
00:58:10.000From dangerous places all over the world, and thanks to Biden's open-door policies, today there are millions and millions of these illegals who should not be in our country.
00:58:21.000We will not let what happened in Europe happen to America.
00:58:25.000We will not allow people to enter our country who wish to do us harm, and nothing will stop us from keeping America safe.
00:58:35.000And I just want to, before I go to the leftist meltdown montage here.
00:58:39.000I just want you guys to take a moment and celebrate the wins.
00:58:42.000Now, I've been here, well, not here, but if you're watching the clip on YouTube later on, since 2008.
00:58:49.000And I remember what was permissible to say and what got you labeled a racist really quickly.
00:58:55.000Shithole countries back then was racism, racism, racism.
00:58:58.000Even people who supported the idea of it still would say, oh, but I wouldn't refer to it as that.
00:59:09.000When he said, hey, they're not sending their best, talking about gang members coming from South America and Mexico, that was what was used to label Donald Trump a racist.
00:59:19.000And now Gen Z Hispanic males overwhelmingly turn toward Trump.
00:59:46.000He also has some kind of silly things, I think, which says, for example, some of the countries that face demands of partial restrictions are people who have a higher percentage of people overstaying visas.
00:59:56.000I mean, how is the country supposed to screen for that?
01:00:52.000Also, that man, I can't remember that man who was on there with O'Donnell, said, this is against our national interests.
01:00:59.000Let me ask you, how is it in our national interests to take thousands or millions of people from Afghanistan, Haiti, Laos, part of the 19 countries, by the way, on the list with either full or partial travel bans.
01:01:51.000And by the way, we're going to continue with the other wins that have gone on, including basically saying, no, Harvard, we're not going to allow these Chinese nationals here at your school anymore.
01:01:58.000But if you are not a Rumble premium member, none of this happens without you.
01:02:01.000It's the only reason that you've heard what you have heard today.
