Louder with Crowder - Gadsden Flag Controversy: Woke School Tries Treading on Based 12-Year-Old! | Louder with Crowder

00:00:04.000 Two notepads.

00:00:05.000 Sorry.

00:00:07.000 Hey, just want to let you guys know, sometimes you're asking, hey, what do you, what is Mug Club?

00:00:11.000 Well, first off, it's the big middle finger to big tech.

00:00:13.000 That's the most important thing.

00:00:15.000 But we also are launching all kinds of new shows and, you know, Monday is Labor Day.

00:00:19.000 It's a poor excuse for picking a business owner's pocket every first Monday of September.

00:00:23.000 But We're not going dark.

00:00:25.000 We'll be introducing a new series this Monday, so you can tune in if you're out there on the boat or barbecuing, where Brian Callen, Nick DiPaolo, Jim Brewer, all in one room at one time, Monday, September 4th.

00:00:37.000 Here's a quick teaser, Murderer's Row.

00:00:40.000 Don't you love it?

00:00:40.000 I just pulled a Chelsea Handler where I had you do a bit before, and then I took it and made it mine.

00:00:44.000 How do you know what Chelsea Handler does? 1.00

00:00:45.000 Did you watch that, whore? 1.00

00:00:47.000 Ha ha ha! 0.99

00:00:49.000 There's been a shift in the landscape of comedy.

00:00:56.000 First I was told to shut up because I would never understand.

00:00:59.000 Then I was told that silence was violence.

00:01:01.000 You wanna call me right wing?

00:01:08.000 You want to call me a conservative?

00:01:09.000 I'm a proud conservative.

00:01:14.000 Somebody comes up to you and goes, you're politically incorrect. 0.77

00:01:17.000 And I go, you don't f***ing read Chomsky, do you?

00:01:23.000 Why am I all of a sudden some right-wing fanatic? 0.55

00:01:26.000 But there are certain things I'm willing to fight for.

00:01:29.000 Welcome to Murderer's Row, airing Monday, September 4th, 10 a.m.

00:01:33.000 Eastern for the very first time.

00:01:36.000 I'm.

00:02:11.000 Ooh, glad to be with you.

00:02:13.000 That's Monday, going to be Murderer's Row, going to be a lot of fun, and we have a portion of Murderer's Row here today.

00:02:19.000 Look, let me give you a rundown.

00:02:20.000 Maybe we should start adding a graphic?

00:02:22.000 You know what, guys?

00:02:22.000 Comment below, or hit like if you would like us to add a graphic of the breakdown of the show, the topics that we'll be hitting.

00:02:27.000 I like it!

00:02:28.000 Because sometimes people are like, I know you say it, but I'm a visual guy.

00:02:33.000 I need visual aids, which by the way, we will be talking about the LGBTQ community today.

00:02:39.000 And your membership in it.

00:02:41.000 Visual HIV, I don't care. 0.70

00:02:44.000 Canada has issued some travel warnings for the LGBTQ plus community traveling to the United States.

00:02:51.000 It's very silly and I'll explain to you it's government propaganda.

00:02:54.000 Rachel Maddow, I know you usually don't care about him, but has predicted that Donald Trump would be a dictatorship who would never relinquish power, so we're going to get into how former Vice President Joe Biden actually acts quite a bit more like a dictator than President Donald Trump. 0.67

00:03:09.000 Some people say former president, some people say sitting president.

00:03:11.000 I say sitting president, okay?

00:03:12.000 And then the Gadsden flag kid that's been making the rounds.

00:03:15.000 Yeah. 0.99

00:03:15.000 This kid, this kid deserves, I mean, I don't know what you, how, I don't know what you give that's age appropriate, but liquor and whores. 0.99

00:03:22.000 Yes. 0.99

00:03:22.000 Fight like hell shirt? 0.99

00:03:23.000 There we go.

00:03:23.000 That's better.

00:03:24.000 We'll split the difference.

00:03:24.000 As well.

00:03:25.000 And an old bottle of the wild turkey.

00:03:27.000 So we're going to be talking about that and more today.

00:03:27.000 No.

00:03:29.000 And here's something else with the Gadsden flag we want to get into.

00:03:31.000 Are you aware of the history behind the Gadsden flag?

00:03:35.000 Because, and you can comment below, you'd only accept their premise that it's hateful and this child needs to be reprimanded if you believe that it represents slavery.

00:03:43.000 Spoiler alert. 1.00

00:03:45.000 Or if you're an idiot, I think is a better way. 1.00

00:03:47.000 Will you cut off my head shake? 1.00

00:03:49.000 Yeah, sorry.

00:03:50.000 I can't do the timing of the head shake if you do the, if you talk.

00:03:53.000 You have my shirt on.

00:03:54.000 You did it again, son of a, what the?

00:03:55.000 Yeah, that's right, we are wearing the same shirt.

00:03:57.000 We are not coordinated here today because so many people out there are preparing for Labor Day!

00:04:01.000 Alright.

00:04:02.000 You hear him?

00:04:03.000 You love him? 0.99

00:04:03.000 Ridiculous. 0.99

00:04:05.000 It's number two, Gerald Morgan, CEO. 0.85

00:04:06.000 How are you, sir?

00:04:07.000 I'm doing well.

00:04:07.000 How are you?

00:04:08.000 I'm doing fine.

00:04:09.000 Had a busy morning.

00:04:10.000 Had a busy morning.

00:04:11.000 I don't know if this is normal.

00:04:12.000 I think I have the smartest children in the world.

00:04:15.000 A to Z, the entire ABCs, including Now I Know My ABCs Next Time Won't You Sing With Me.

00:04:20.000 Barely two.

00:04:21.000 By five years old, that's actually, that's good.

00:04:23.000 Yes.

00:04:25.000 No, two.

00:04:26.000 That's pretty good.

00:04:27.000 Two.

00:04:27.000 Do you need some visual aids?

00:04:28.000 I do.

00:04:29.000 With those Coke bottle glasses, Mr. Banjo-Kazooie Malt?

00:04:31.000 How many fingers?

00:04:32.000 Oh, right.

00:04:33.000 And in third chair, when you hear this...

00:04:36.000 Hey, he did it!

00:04:37.000 You know who it is.

00:04:37.000 Friday and Saturday, September 1st, 2nd, he's going to be at Wise Guys in Salt Lake City, Utah, wearing his holy undergarments.

00:04:43.000 And you can check out his other dates at briancallin.com.

00:04:46.000 Brian, how are you, sir?

00:04:47.000 I'm just a man, and when it comes to this music, I want a fan in my face.

00:04:50.000 And that's something I'm not going to compromise on anymore.

00:04:53.000 Well, that's good.

00:04:53.000 I want my hair blown back the way it looks when I'm riding a horse, a steed, a stallion.

00:04:57.000 You're an uncompromising man.

00:04:58.000 I appreciate that.

00:04:59.000 That was a mouthful, and I don't understand it.

00:05:02.000 I have a question.

00:05:02.000 Brian, in Utah, are these people sober at your comedy shows?

00:05:07.000 What do you mean?

00:05:07.000 I don't understand the question.

00:05:08.000 What I'm saying is, can they even drink?

00:05:10.000 They're drunk on God!

00:05:11.000 Oh boy.

00:05:12.000 Come on, Mormons are good people, but there's a two seer stone minimum. 1.00

00:05:16.000 Now, what'd he say?

00:05:20.000 I was busy looking in my hat!

00:05:21.000 Huh?

00:05:22.000 The tablets!

00:05:24.000 Oh come on, look, of all of my languages, ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics. 0.98

00:05:32.000 So before we do that, here's a video of a guy who claims that conservatives are hypocrites for treading. 0.95

00:05:38.000 See, that's the key word of the day. 0.81

00:05:42.000 By the way, Yakuza, this is a rite of passage.

00:05:44.000 Admonish yourself.

00:05:46.000 He's learning how to operate TriCaster because Toolman is always here.

00:05:50.000 He never takes a sick day.

00:05:53.000 And Toolman, by the way, he's going, look, this has been on the schedule for like six months.

00:05:57.000 I have to be on this.

00:05:58.000 I'm like, of course, Toolman.

00:05:59.000 That's fine.

00:05:59.000 He's like, I just don't have anyone.

00:06:01.000 I don't have anyone who could do the TriCaster.

00:06:03.000 I'm like, well, just show someone.

00:06:04.000 He's like, I can't give up control.

00:06:06.000 I don't think he said that.

00:06:08.000 Yakuza!

00:06:08.000 That's exactly what he said.

00:06:10.000 So we appreciate the valiant effort, Yakuza, but don't go until I finish my phrase.

00:06:16.000 You got it. 0.90

00:06:17.000 This guy claims that conservatives are hypocrites for treading, that's the word of the day, on people of color and the LGBTQ piece. 0.95

00:06:24.000 The government has no right to take my rights away. 0.87

00:06:28.000 That's why I fly this flag that says don't tread on me.

00:06:30.000 That's snatching your nose ring. 1.00

00:06:32.000 Um, yeah.

00:06:33.000 You know, I get it.

00:06:34.000 I see where you're coming from.

00:06:36.000 In that case, don't tread on me.

00:06:37.000 Yeah, yeah, don't tread on me either.

00:06:41.000 The thing is, we can still tread on you.

00:06:43.000 You just can't tread on us.

00:06:46.000 Yeah, I think that's where the confusion lies.

00:06:49.000 Ah!

00:06:50.000 Down syndrome Charlie Hunnam does the old reverse psychology.

00:06:55.000 You almost got us there for a second.

00:06:56.000 Oh wait, so you're saying, hold on a second, you're saying that we're treading on you!

00:07:00.000 Ah, yes.

00:07:01.000 Oh.

00:07:02.000 That sounds like more of an invite.

00:07:04.000 Any hole will do.

00:07:05.000 It's not true at all.

00:07:08.000 We've been over this.

00:07:09.000 I really dislike this guy because I didn't read the setup to this and at first I'm like, oh, okay.

00:07:15.000 It makes sense.

00:07:15.000 And then I'm like, oh, he's trying to make fun of us.

00:07:18.000 Yeah.

00:07:18.000 He looks like a stylish druid.

00:07:21.000 Yes.

00:07:21.000 That's what I like about him.

00:07:22.000 What?

00:07:23.000 I didn't know warlocks were that good looking. 1.00

00:07:25.000 Yes, exactly.

00:07:25.000 You know what I mean?

00:07:26.000 They're going to just show up at Stonehenge and be like, I did that.

00:07:30.000 No you didn't.

00:07:31.000 Why must you have that bull ring in your nose for my brew? 0.98

00:07:36.000 Because I hate my father. 0.99

00:07:37.000 And he hates you back. 0.73

00:07:40.000 I know.

00:07:41.000 Let's play it one more time just to be I just want to see if I understand the logic here and again this is the argument they'll always they'll try and use right oh yeah you're for limited government until it comes to a woman's body well so the woman has uh the woman has 20 fingers 20 toes but no no I'm for limited government you don't believe that I should choose what car I drive you don't believe that I should choose what size of Size of a convenience beverage.

00:08:01.000 I pick up at the 7-Eleven.

00:08:02.000 You don't believe that I should have a choice as it relates to school, so they always say, oh, you're for choice until, or they'll say, oh, well, you don't want to be treaded on until, but you have a problem with these people, what, burning down stores?

00:08:12.000 What happened to the First Amendment?

00:08:15.000 Oh, it's hard to argue with that logic.

00:08:17.000 Let's go back.

00:08:18.000 The government has no right to take my rights away.

00:08:22.000 That's why I fly this flag that says, don't tread on me.

00:08:25.000 Okay.

00:08:26.000 Um, yeah, you know, I get it.

00:08:28.000 I see where you're coming from.

00:08:29.000 Uh, in that case, don't tread on me.

00:08:31.000 Yeah.

00:08:32.000 Don't tread on me either.

00:08:34.000 The thing is we can still tread on you.

00:08:37.000 You just can't tread on us.

00:08:41.000 Yeah, I think that's where the confusion lies.

00:08:43.000 Okay, so I know you had something there, Gerald.

00:08:45.000 I want to go to you.

00:08:46.000 Please comment below.

00:08:48.000 And again, we're still trying to check out the algorithm on YouTube, so also hit the like button if you're watching on YouTube.

00:08:54.000 Usually we tell you to head on over to Rumble, but right now we want to see what's going on with the likes.

00:08:57.000 Here's a challenge, though.

00:09:00.000 One right.

00:09:02.000 Which is being tread upon.

00:09:04.000 One! 0.96

00:09:04.000 In the LGBTQ plus community. 0.96

00:09:06.000 One! 0.96

00:09:07.000 Oh, sports!

00:09:08.000 No, no, it's not a right to compete in any division you want.

00:09:10.000 Bathrooms!

00:09:11.000 It's not a right for a heavyweight to compete with welterweights.

00:09:12.000 It's not a right for a biological man to compete with women. 0.87

00:09:15.000 Uh, yeah. 0.96

00:09:15.000 Taking a dump at Target. 0.96

00:09:16.000 Well, you already have that one, but that's not necessarily a right.

00:09:18.000 They can refuse service for whatever they want.

00:09:20.000 Uh, uh, children getting... Oh, no, no, no.

00:09:22.000 Hold on a second.

00:09:22.000 That's not a right.

00:09:23.000 We're talking about parental rights.

00:09:24.000 You're infringing upon parental rights.

00:09:25.000 They have the right to determine what medication goes into their child's body.

00:09:29.000 Unless you're in Canada.

00:09:30.000 Right.

00:09:30.000 Unless you're in Canada.

00:09:31.000 Name me one right.

00:09:32.000 Can anyone out there... You know what?

00:09:33.000 Even just play devil's advocate.

00:09:34.000 One right that is afforded to heterosexual, heteronormative... We'll just go with normal people.

00:09:43.000 That you don't enjoy.

00:09:45.000 One.

00:09:46.000 I can list a bunch of special rights that you do that aren't enjoyed, but for example, the ability for many people, depending on the state, to go into whatever sports division you want.

00:09:53.000 For example, to be able to speak without criticism when gross violation of appropriate laws regarding, you know, language with children.

00:10:01.000 Again, freedom of speech, but you don't have the right to display child pornography or pornography to children, but a lot of people get away with that from the LGBTQ. 1.00

00:10:09.000 That's why people are upset.

00:10:10.000 You think that people being upset that you are behaving poorly is a violation of your rights?

00:10:15.000 It's amazing how they think that this kind of logic works.

00:10:18.000 Don't let it work. 0.99

00:10:18.000 You can also claim you're a woman and join a sorority and walk around with a massive boner. 0.99

00:10:25.000 That's a giant guy, by the way. 0.99

00:10:26.000 This is a boner, but I'm a gal, so I got a girl boner, and that's not the same. 0.96

00:10:31.000 He's 6'2", 260. 0.88

00:10:32.000 Yeah, that's not threatening at all.

00:10:34.000 That's super safe.

00:10:36.000 I think I'm within 5 or 10 pounds.

00:10:36.000 I'm not kidding.

00:10:38.000 It's a girl boner. 0.99

00:10:40.000 How's college going, honey? 0.99

00:10:42.000 I'm running away from a giant man with a boner, but he's a girl. 1.00

00:10:46.000 Chaos! 0.99

00:10:48.000 Chaos. 0.91

00:10:49.000 Well, he has a boner, but was it that time of month? 0.83

00:10:52.000 Was he having his period at the same time? 0.78

00:10:55.000 Yes.

00:10:55.000 Maybe it was messing with his head.

00:10:56.000 How do you know he's a man? 0.98

00:10:57.000 Well, when a man chases me out of the woman's locker room with a raging erection and a butcher's knife, I figure he's not in the old elk's lodge. 0.85

00:11:04.000 I never should have joined Kappa Kappa. 0.76

00:11:05.000 He's not collecting for the Red Cross.

00:11:07.000 He's not collecting for the Red Cross.

00:11:09.000 Were you about to say something, Gerald?

00:11:10.000 We have so much to talk about.

00:11:11.000 I was going to say exactly, I'm not kidding, exactly what you said.

00:11:13.000 Boners? 0.95

00:11:14.000 No.

00:11:15.000 Oh no, not boners!

00:11:16.000 Were you going to say 6'4", 260?

00:11:18.000 I was going to say, what rights have been taken away?

00:11:21.000 Like, name one.

00:11:22.000 So you completely stole my thunder and my shirt.

00:11:24.000 Yep.

00:11:24.000 Sorry, I apologize.

00:11:25.000 By the way, it's a live show Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.

00:11:27.000 Eastern, because notifications don't work, and it's on Rumble, anywhere podcasts exist.

00:11:32.000 Apple.

00:11:33.000 I always want to say iTunes.

00:11:34.000 Apple, Spotify, Stitcher.

00:11:35.000 You can go there and make sure that it's uploading properly.

00:11:37.000 Just bookmark it.

00:11:38.000 Check in Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.

00:11:40.000 Actually, sorry, yeah.

00:11:41.000 10 a.m.

00:11:42.000 on Friday is only on Mug Club, if you're not a member of Mug Club.

00:11:44.000 All right.

00:11:45.000 Let's go on to this story.

00:11:46.000 It's everywhere right now, this 12-year-old Colorado Springs student.

00:11:50.000 Uh, the Gadsden flag.

00:11:52.000 And again, the Gadsden flag.

00:11:53.000 If I miss, it's really hard to say.

00:11:54.000 Gadsden flag.

00:11:55.000 But I'll sometimes say Gadsden, sometimes I'll say Gadsden, but I know it's Gadsden flag.

00:11:59.000 You can admonish me in advance.

00:12:01.000 It's a tough one for me.

00:12:05.000 Otherwise pronounced America.

00:12:07.000 Yes.

00:12:08.000 Right.

00:12:09.000 And Gerald actually is going to be giving us a brief history lesson here today.

00:12:13.000 You guys are passing notes, are you okay?

00:12:15.000 You're always passing the notes, Gerald.

00:12:18.000 You're always passing the notes.

00:12:19.000 I'm checking notes, just so you know.

00:12:22.000 Twelve-year-old Colorado Springs student, okay, he was removed from class for displaying, he had this flag, right, on his backpack.

00:12:28.000 Now, you've heard the story, but the reason that he was removed from class, because some of you, again, maybe too close, right, maybe too close to the forest, that whole thing, you go, oh, because he had the flag, just because she's a liberal?

00:12:40.000 No, no, it's not because the teacher's a liberal, though, that too, it's because the left now wants you to believe that this flag, and it's completely incorrect, we'll get into the history, represents slavery.

00:12:51.000 Do they know what the Gadsden flag is?

00:12:53.000 That's a historical flag.

00:12:56.000 So they're, um, the reason that they do not want the flag, the reason we do not want the flag to sway is due to its origins with slavery and slavery.

00:13:11.000 Wrong.

00:13:12.000 What's your origin story?

00:13:13.000 Dad never hugged you enough?

00:13:15.000 See the kid looking like, what?

00:13:18.000 The Gadsden flag.

00:13:20.000 The don't tread on me.

00:13:23.000 She's a real expert on origin stories.

00:13:25.000 Yeah.

00:13:26.000 Big X-Men fan.

00:13:27.000 Real educated for an educator. 1.00

00:13:29.000 She was part of the weapons bitch program. 1.00

00:13:31.000 Now... Okay, so the assistant principal, let me make sure I get this right, Beth Danjuma. 0.99

00:13:41.000 Oh my gosh, I'm glad that Nick DiPaolo's not here today.

00:13:46.000 I'm refraining.

00:13:48.000 The assistant principal, obviously.

00:13:50.000 The mom, let me be clear.

00:13:51.000 A hero here is the mom.

00:13:52.000 Didn't let this assistant principal off the hook.

00:13:55.000 And this is what you need to do.

00:13:55.000 We talk about fighting like hell.

00:13:57.000 When you send us your comments in your chat, we've talked about it this week.

00:14:01.000 You need to make your voices heard for the same reason that we're now allowed to discuss election interference on YouTube.

00:14:07.000 Because we did it non-stop and at a certain point they can't ban us all.

00:14:10.000 YouTube said there are so many people who have questions about the elections.

00:14:14.000 We're not talking about Amy Klobuchar, Hillary Clinton, or Jimmy Carter.

00:14:16.000 But we can't just remove all conservatives.

00:14:19.000 They cannot ban all of you from PTA meetings.

00:14:21.000 They cannot ban all of you from the public school district.

00:14:25.000 This mom didn't let her off the hook. 0.99

00:14:27.000 Hats off to her.

00:14:28.000 Yeah, it has nothing to do with slavery.

00:14:30.000 That's like the revolutionary war patch that was enslaved when they were fighting the British.

00:14:34.000 Okay, okay.

00:14:35.000 That's the revolution.

00:14:36.000 Maybe you're thinking of, like, the Confederate Pan?

00:14:41.000 Okay, I think, so...

00:14:45.000 I am here to enforce the policy that was provided by the district, and definitely you have every right to not agree with it.

00:14:57.000 Yeah, and I mean, we teach him to always stick up for your beliefs, and I mean, you're going over the revolution lists for seventh grade.

00:15:04.000 I mean, the founding fathers stood up for what they believed in.

00:15:07.000 Can't say father patriarchy.

00:15:08.000 Oops.

00:15:09.000 This is unjust.

00:15:14.000 We're upholding a policy that was provided to us, which we have to uphold.

00:15:18.000 Yeah, we've never seen that with every villain lackey in a film.

00:15:21.000 I was just doing my job!

00:15:23.000 Just following orders?

00:15:24.000 So am I!

00:15:25.000 Figuratively.

00:15:28.000 It's true.

00:15:29.000 It's true.

00:15:29.000 Figuratively.

00:15:30.000 Figuratively.

00:15:31.000 That's why I did the hand.

00:15:33.000 I know.

00:15:33.000 I saw it.

00:15:34.000 By the way.

00:15:34.000 I saw it.

00:15:34.000 It's double-barreled, though.

00:15:35.000 Got thick fingers.

00:15:36.000 More of a Derringer.

00:15:37.000 Is that what it is?

00:15:38.000 Yeah, absolutely.

00:15:39.000 Big palms, these guys.

00:15:41.000 Small fingers, big palms.

00:15:42.000 Yes, true.

00:15:43.000 We call them long palms. 0.99

00:15:44.000 I hate you, Brian.

00:15:45.000 Sorry, buddy.

00:15:46.000 I'm sorry.

00:15:46.000 It's just that he needs a big handle for his gun.

00:15:48.000 Keep going.

00:15:49.000 I absolutely love you.

00:15:50.000 I love you.

00:15:50.000 So look, parents, when we talked about this yesterday, I think behind Mug Club, right?

00:15:54.000 So we were talking about Mug Club saying, hey, if you have any tips on this, you have to go do the work first, though.

00:15:59.000 This is what you should do.

00:16:00.000 This is the exact thing that we want to see.

00:16:02.000 So if you have something like this, LWCTipsAtProtonMail.com.

00:16:06.000 See if you can bring that up, guys.

00:16:07.000 LWCTipsAtProtonMail.com.

00:16:09.000 Think about the distillery that did the, I think, Roanoke, the drag show.

00:16:12.000 You may not know this.

00:16:13.000 Absolutely. 0.99

00:16:14.000 Shut down! 0.85

00:16:15.000 Shut down!

00:16:16.000 It's a local story, but hey, there was enough going on there that they're done.

00:16:19.000 They're not doing drag shows anymore.

00:16:20.000 You can make a difference and we want to help you.

00:16:23.000 We will go to jail to protect our sources if you want anonymity.

00:16:25.000 Exactly, but this is what you have to do.

00:16:27.000 You have to go and start the fight.

00:16:29.000 You have to go and stand up for yourself.

00:16:31.000 If you send us a video or an email or something after that and you've been stonewalled, we

00:16:35.000 will absolutely jump in that fight with you, but we want to make sure that we are training

00:16:39.000 people who are going out and fighting, not people who are depending on others to fight

00:16:42.000 for them.

00:16:43.000 That's what most people do with the federal government.

00:16:44.000 We don't want that.

00:16:45.000 You have to fight for yourself.

00:16:46.000 So educating yourself as well.

00:16:47.000 That snake in Don't Tread on Me has 13 rattles for 13 colonies.

00:16:54.000 And just a very simple Google search would have shown that district and that teacher that had nothing to do with slavery.

00:17:01.000 And I'll tell you something else.

00:17:02.000 I wasn't going to get a full back tattoo, but now I have to.

00:17:06.000 Do you?

00:17:07.000 Okay, and it's going to be the Gadsden flag.

00:17:09.000 Gadsden. 0.99

00:17:10.000 Darn it! 1.00

00:17:12.000 Yeah, I know. 1.00

00:17:12.000 I was gonna get your back tattooed to my back, but I don't have the room. 1.00

00:17:16.000 Yeah, I know. 1.00

00:17:17.000 It'd be like a gay, mad fold-in. 1.00

00:17:19.000 That's just not, that's uncalled for. 0.99

00:17:19.000 You know what? 0.99

00:17:21.000 I think it's entirely called for. 0.99

00:17:22.000 By the way, I hate both of you.

00:17:23.000 Now, the patches were reviewed, just to be clear, by the school district and the charter school, Vanguard.

00:17:31.000 Not a great name for this.

00:17:32.000 Not a great name for foreboding.

00:17:34.000 But they have a sister school in Tokyo.

00:17:36.000 It's Black Rock High.

00:17:41.000 The charter school is told to have the parents remove it, and the assistant principal also told the Colorado Springs Gazette, Vanguard has zero tolerance on racial issues and takes these concerns very seriously.

00:17:55.000 Like my straight bangs.

00:17:56.000 There's a lot of different circumstances that our code of conduct handles nicely when then we decide upon a consequence.

00:18:03.000 We always, always try to make our consequence a learning experience beneficial for the students,

00:18:09.000 which makes you wonder what the school's reaction was when they first laid eyes on

00:18:12.000 the flag to create such a policy.

00:18:14.000 Oh! 0.60

00:18:14.000 And the children were screaming! 0.60

00:18:26.000 There was a girlfriend flag, the children were screaming!

00:18:31.000 Name that film line.

00:18:32.000 I've seen that three times and it's still hilarious.

00:18:34.000 I have a question for you.

00:18:35.000 Do you think the teacher has a point?

00:18:38.000 Do you think the flag is actually associated with slavery?

00:18:40.000 You know what's more damaging than a lie?

00:18:43.000 It's a half-truth. 1.00

00:18:44.000 Stupidity. 1.00

00:18:45.000 No, a half-truth. 1.00

00:18:46.000 I know.

00:18:47.000 Let me stick that landing there.

00:18:48.000 A half-truth is the most damaging thing that actually exists, as far as the press out there.

00:18:55.000 In this case, it's largely a lie, but I can understand some context if they want to say that at one point it was adopted.

00:18:59.000 Okay, fine.

00:19:00.000 It was co-opted, sure.

00:19:01.000 But the history of this flag, no, it's not meant in any way to be supportive of slavery.

00:19:08.000 But the half-truth is they want to say, well, people who were involved at that point in time, slaves existed. 0.99

00:19:12.000 Half-truth is what's so dangerous out there, because people feel like they have information, and then they hold that opinion steadfast for the rest of their life, despite the fact that they're an absolute moron. 0.97

00:19:21.000 So, let's go through the claims versus the truth here, because a lot of people were saying, hey, you know, can we maybe kind of dive into this? 0.98

00:19:27.000 Historically, this matters.

00:19:29.000 The child is right, that mom's a hero, but that's only the case if you know the history of the flag and why that assistant principal is a dummy.

00:19:36.000 And you already knew that by the banks.

00:19:37.000 By the way, here's another question.

00:19:38.000 Does anyone, any man out there like straight banks?

00:19:41.000 It's purely a woman thing. 1.00

00:19:43.000 No man is like, you know, I really like a woman in straight bangs. 1.00

00:19:45.000 I think it's like an 80s thing, right?

00:19:46.000 Well, Betty Page has straight bangs. 1.00

00:19:47.000 Yeah, I know, but that's the whole thing.

00:19:48.000 Not everyone is Betty Page.

00:19:49.000 Okay, guys, I'm just a real Cristiano ladies in the 50s, you know what I'm saying?

00:19:53.000 It's like, I look like bombshell Betty.

00:19:55.000 No, no, no, no, no.

00:19:56.000 You look like a retiree from Hot Topic. 0.96

00:19:59.000 It's just no one likes it.

00:20:01.000 I'm sorry.

00:20:02.000 It's a dominatrix thing, I think, actually, if you like to be dominated.

00:20:05.000 Oh, if that's the case.

00:20:07.000 Yakuza!

00:20:07.000 Oh, great, if you want to be an understudy for billions.

00:20:10.000 My plan worked.

00:20:11.000 I exposed Yakuza. 0.84

00:20:12.000 Here is the claim.

00:20:14.000 The claim is that this flag is intrinsically tied to the Confederacy, Southern slave states.

00:20:14.000 Okay.

00:20:19.000 Let me just give you some examples of these headlines.

00:20:20.000 All the references are available at LatterEarthCrowder.com, so you can read them for yourself.

00:20:24.000 Don't take my word for it.

00:20:25.000 Washington Post.

00:20:26.000 The disgraced Confederate history of the Don't Tread on Me flag.

00:20:29.000 The Gadsden flag was not the official flag of the Confederacy, as the Alabama Beacon called it, but several newspapers described it in those terms.

00:20:37.000 You did!

00:20:38.000 You! 0.99

00:20:39.000 It was you who described it in those terms!

00:20:41.000 You just destroyed your own argument!

00:20:42.000 It is not a flag of the Confederacy, but we said that once. 1.00

00:20:47.000 Assholes! 1.00

00:20:48.000 Several of us said that. 0.99

00:20:50.000 And just keep in mind, I know some of you are new here, when people say, oh, Occupy Wall Street was the first... No, no.

00:20:55.000 The Tea Party existed as soon as Barack Obama became president, and this was the emblem.

00:21:00.000 This was the symbol of the Tea Party, by the way.

00:21:02.000 And you know who rose up during that?

00:21:04.000 A lot of black conservative activists.

00:21:06.000 Alfonso Rachel.

00:21:07.000 I owe a huge debt of gratitude for my career.

00:21:10.000 I was just a stand-up comic and actor until he brought me into a place called PJTV at that point.

00:21:14.000 I believe Tim Scott came up with some support from the Tea Party at one point or was active.

00:21:18.000 Michelle Malkin was back in the day.

00:21:20.000 Herman Cain.

00:21:21.000 So these guys were out there, I guess, waving the slavery flag.

00:21:24.000 That's the claim they want you to believe.

00:21:26.000 Here's the truth.

00:21:28.000 And Gerald, you're a history buff.

00:21:30.000 I am a little bit of a history buff.

00:21:31.000 It's actually tied to civil liberties with the origin in the Revolutionary War.

00:21:34.000 I kind of, civil liberties, I did a little bit of a Joe Biden there.

00:21:37.000 So let me just give you a quick background.

00:21:39.000 Let's go to 1775.

00:21:40.000 We'll go to 1775.

00:21:42.000 It was created by Colonel Christopher Gadsden of South Carolina.

00:21:45.000 He was newly created Marine Corps, displayed this on the drums.

00:21:49.000 It was also flown by Essek Hopkins, the first naval commander in chief of the United States Navy, right?

00:21:54.000 So the rattlesnake, it was Kind of used as a symbol for Great Britain.

00:21:58.000 So what was happening is that Great Britain was sending over prisoners.

00:22:01.000 Does it sound like Australia to anybody else?

00:22:03.000 It was basically being used as a penal colony.

00:22:04.000 We passed some laws in the states that said you couldn't do that.

00:22:07.000 They did that for about, I don't know, 40 or 50 years.

00:22:10.000 They said okay.

00:22:11.000 Then they came back and started shipping prisoners back over.

00:22:14.000 And they were starting to commit crimes at a really high rate.

00:22:17.000 Sanctuary cities as well?

00:22:18.000 This seems like a very familiar pattern to history.

00:22:21.000 And what they said is, hey, we have... When you say they, you mean...

00:22:24.000 They, meaning Great Britain, sending them over to the colonies basically just to piss off the colonies. 0.92

00:22:29.000 And they said, you know what we have a lot of here?

00:22:31.000 Rattlesnakes.

00:22:32.000 They don't have those in Great Britain.

00:22:33.000 Maybe we should send those over to Great Britain and put them in the gardens where the Prime Minister and all the lords and everybody else walks and they'll learn to kind of tread lightly in those areas.

00:22:43.000 And so that's where the don't tread on me thing actually came from.

00:22:46.000 So rattlesnakes began to symbolize... Benjamin Franklin.

00:22:49.000 Right.

00:22:49.000 It began to symbolize Great Britain and oppression.

00:22:52.000 Yep.

00:22:52.000 That's what it was.

00:22:53.000 It was basically saying, you're taking our civil liberties from us.

00:22:56.000 So in 1751, Franklin wrote an article suggesting, like I said, sending those rattlesnakes to Great Britain because they were sending prisoners.

00:23:02.000 1754.

00:23:02.000 Which, by the way, I just love that, that he wanted it.

00:23:04.000 You know, you think about how proper these guys were.

00:23:04.000 I know.

00:23:06.000 Isn't he betrayed?

00:23:07.000 He's basically out there discovering electricity.

00:23:08.000 Vipers! 0.96

00:23:09.000 A brood of vipers!

00:23:10.000 But I do think we should fight back against taxation without representation with my old trick, Bag O' Snakes!

00:23:18.000 IT'S A BAG OF SNAKES BUT I'VE NEVER HEARD THIS SOUND COMING OUT OF A REPTILE BEFORE!

00:23:18.000 OH!

00:23:24.000 IT'S LIKE A BABY RATTLE! 1.00

00:23:26.000 ONLY IT KILLS IT'S PAWS! 1.00

00:23:29.000 Imagine seeing a rattlesnake and hearing it for the first time and you have no idea.

00:23:33.000 That's a cool animal!

00:23:34.000 What's in this box?

00:23:37.000 Oh! 0.60

00:23:37.000 That sounds like fun! 0.60

00:23:40.000 I'll put it next to me lawn darts that I play out in rainstorms!

00:23:45.000 They were really pissed off about this, by the way.

00:23:48.000 It had been going on for almost 30 years by the time Franklin commented on this, by the way.

00:23:51.000 They had reinstituted that policy.

00:23:53.000 But in 1754, Franklin actually published Join or Die, which was kind of this cartoon showing a snake depicted, kind of pieced into eight pieces, right?

00:24:01.000 Yeah.

00:24:01.000 And they were saying, look, we are separate colonies, but we are trying to unite the colonies to fight a war.

00:24:05.000 This was the French and Indian War that they were talking about.

00:24:07.000 They wanted the colonies to unite for control over the Ohio River.

00:24:10.000 And so each one of the eight represented a colony.

00:24:13.000 So this all had big, specific meaning in unifying against tyrannical government.

00:24:19.000 Yes.

00:24:19.000 And unifying the colonies, right?

00:24:21.000 So they actually had no idea what they were talking about.

00:24:24.000 Now, hold on a second.

00:24:25.000 You're saying they.

00:24:26.000 You're now talking about the school.

00:24:27.000 Talking about the school.

00:24:28.000 So say Great Britain, say school.

00:24:29.000 I apologize.

00:24:30.000 I do this often.

00:24:31.000 Well, it's because we've all been screwed up in the head with pronouns and stuff.

00:24:33.000 Every time I read an article about Ezra Miller, it says, there, and I'm like, is there a brood?

00:24:33.000 I know.

00:24:39.000 Is he a posse?

00:24:39.000 Oh, it's the pronouns!

00:24:40.000 No, I'm not going along with it!

00:24:43.000 The school didn't know what they were talking about.

00:24:44.000 Vanguard, the school, not the corporation trying to destroy your country.

00:24:48.000 Which is what she was saying, or I mean, it says it's a private school.

00:24:50.000 After a brief history lesson, they said, alright, we'll let it happen.

00:24:54.000 Yeah.

00:24:55.000 Well, that's what it takes sometimes.

00:24:56.000 Education.

00:24:57.000 And by the way, the Colorado governor, right?

00:24:59.000 Is it Jared Polis?

00:25:00.000 Yeah.

00:25:01.000 He's a Democrat.

00:25:02.000 Oh, I have it in front of me.

00:25:02.000 I should just look at it.

00:25:05.000 He tweeted support for the flag.

00:25:06.000 He said, the Gadsden flag is a proud symbol of the American Revolution and, uh, is this, and a iconic?

00:25:12.000 Did he write that?

00:25:13.000 And an iconic.

00:25:13.000 Did he say N or A?

00:25:15.000 A. He said A. Gosh, you're gutted.

00:25:17.000 Come on, Jared!

00:25:18.000 And an iconic warning to Britain or any government not to violate the liberties of Americans.

00:25:23.000 It's a great teaching moment for a history lesson. 0.99

00:25:25.000 And in this case it's a great teaching moment for dumb teachers and principals. 0.98

00:25:29.000 Remember I've told you experts are advisors? 0.98

00:25:32.000 And this is the challenge with children going into school, right, when they're spending eight, nine, sometimes ten hours a day away from their parents.

00:25:39.000 They have to submit to the authority of these teachers.

00:25:42.000 You want your children to respect authority to some degree, of course, but You want your authority.

00:25:47.000 This is why parental rights are so important, to supersede that.

00:25:49.000 Unfortunately, you don't have enough time with them, so your children will believe that they're right.

00:25:52.000 In other words, unless you had a mom like this mom, who's a hero, by the way, the kid would go through life and, oh, I'm sorry, I didn't know.

00:26:01.000 I didn't know that this was a slavery flag.

00:26:03.000 I'm sorry.

00:26:04.000 I'll take the punishment and I'll move on.

00:26:06.000 If I didn't have my dad go into school where they said, we have a zero-tolerance policy.

00:26:09.000 Hold on a second.

00:26:10.000 My son was being punched in the face, and so he punched back.

00:26:13.000 They said, well, we have a zero tolerance policy. 1.00

00:26:15.000 He said, okay, son, that's stupid. 1.00

00:26:17.000 Are we done here? 1.00

00:26:18.000 Let's go get ice cream.

00:26:19.000 If I didn't have a dad and a mom like that, I would have said, oh, zero tolerance?

00:26:23.000 All violence is equivalent?

00:26:25.000 Thank you, principal.

00:26:26.000 I appreciate it.

00:26:27.000 This is why you need to be involved.

00:26:30.000 You need to be involved in your children's lives.

00:26:31.000 And It's okay!

00:26:32.000 Educate the educators!

00:26:34.000 You know, it's also, by the way, you were using the expression half-truth.

00:26:34.000 Yeah, absolutely.

00:26:38.000 Things like this are actually anti-truths.

00:26:41.000 And what I mean by anti-truths is that they are trying to erase what's true about history. 0.97

00:26:47.000 And doing it in, because either they're ignorant or they're ideologues. 0.92

00:26:52.000 And that to me is, that's actually more dangerous and more destructive. 0.99

00:26:55.000 It is.

00:26:56.000 But she is unwilling to do any research as well.

00:26:58.000 Exactly.

00:26:59.000 So this, parents, this is what you're facing.

00:27:01.000 Yeah, I know.

00:27:02.000 So you have somebody who comes in and says, hey, that's not what this means.

00:27:06.000 Somebody who's in a school, a teaching and learning environment, is unwilling to do any research, which is exactly what they're trying to teach kids to do.

00:27:15.000 So here's what you can do.

00:27:17.000 If the school came back and said something about that, have him do an effing book report on what the Gadsden flag is and submit it to the school district so that they can be educated on it.

00:27:25.000 All they had to do was go, OK, you're saying it means something else.

00:27:29.000 I didn't know that.

00:27:30.000 This person said slavery. 1.00

00:27:31.000 I thought slavery because I'm an idiot. 1.00

00:27:33.000 The only reason... Sorry, I cut you off. 0.99

00:27:34.000 You did, but that's OK. 1.00

00:27:35.000 Slavery because I'm an idiot. 1.00

00:27:36.000 I associated it with the Vietnam War. 1.00

00:27:39.000 I didn't know the full history of it.

00:27:40.000 When you were little?

00:27:40.000 No, now!

00:27:41.000 Like when we talked about it, I'm like, I've seen that flag more with people protesting the government's involvement in Vietnam.

00:27:47.000 POW flag.

00:27:48.000 Right, exactly.

00:27:49.000 So I didn't even think slavery when it came up.

00:27:51.000 So I was like, all you have to do is look online and go, oh, we have a Gadsden flag lighter here somewhere.

00:27:56.000 But isn't it a Texas thing on your license plate?

00:28:00.000 Texas. No, it's not on our license plates.

00:28:02.000 See, now Brian can't be bothered to do research.

00:28:04.000 I don't know nothing. I don't know anything.

00:28:06.000 Hold on, why do you do an accent?

00:28:08.000 Because that's my defense mechanism.

00:28:10.000 I become Italian. I don't know nothing.

00:28:12.000 Because my first language is Italian.

00:28:14.000 There might be an option to get one on the Texas license plate, but I don't think so.

00:28:18.000 Okay, there might be an option.

00:28:21.000 But it's not associated typically with that.

00:28:22.000 Look, the only reason that this woman recanted, just to be clear, is because there were enough eyeballs on it. 1.00

00:28:27.000 That's why you send in your tips.

00:28:28.000 That's why we highlight these stories.

00:28:30.000 It's more important than the top marginal tax rate.

00:28:32.000 Think about this for a second.

00:28:34.000 They want your child to spend nine hours a day in a place where men and women, male, female, is a figment of their imagination.

00:28:41.000 But the Gadsden flag represents slavery.

00:28:43.000 The only reason this teacher, or sorry, assistant principal, I guess was the one who laid down the law finally, the only reason they changed it was because there was some kind of visibility and accountability.

00:28:55.000 That's what they fear, is sunlight.

00:28:57.000 You don't think that teachers have the right to abuse their authority?

00:29:00.000 For crying out loud, I had a teacher at my Centennial Regional High School.

00:29:03.000 He demanded that you call him Doctor.

00:29:05.000 I called him Mr. May.

00:29:06.000 I won't say his name because he'll probably assume.

00:29:08.000 Anyone out there from Centennial, I know that you watch.

00:29:08.000 Mr. Whatever.

00:29:10.000 You remember this guy.

00:29:12.000 I didn't call him Doctor.

00:29:13.000 By the way, he had a doctorate.

00:29:14.000 He had a, sorry, a PhD in philosophy and I called the mister, he made me write a 500 word essay on the sex life

00:29:19.000 of a ping-pong ball because he also thought he was a comedian. 0.98

00:29:22.000 Guy was a dick and the guy did that just because he could, otherwise I'd get an after-school detention, which I wore 0.98

00:29:28.000 with pride. I didn't write that shit. 1.00

00:29:30.000 Now, this governor... 1.00

00:29:32.000 About how the ping-pong ball had a better sex life than the teacher?

00:29:34.000 There's a show in Mexico...

00:29:36.000 Sorry guys, not here, not for this show.

00:29:39.000 This is a family show, sorry.

00:29:40.000 So this governor, by the way, also later compared the Gadsden flag, because he had to appease Democrats, to the LGBTQ plus AAIP flag, saying other kids have LGBT flags on their backpacks.

00:29:53.000 Hold on, what's AAIP?

00:29:54.000 What is that?

00:29:56.000 There's asexual, I don't know what the other A1, then there's intersex and pansexual.

00:30:00.000 Wow.

00:30:01.000 Because in Canada it's... I think it's A-I-I-P. 1.00

00:30:05.000 I don't know, it doesn't matter.

00:30:06.000 Other kids have LGBT flags on their backpacks, others have flags of major political parties or flags that support whatever causes they do, and that's part of learning from one another.

00:30:16.000 I understand that, and of course, if the kids want to have an LGBTQ flag, absolutely. 0.97

00:30:19.000 Now, when it comes to learning, I would say, you know, the historical context of the Revolutionary War and Benjamin Franklin, like you said, attempting to turn this nation into a penal colony, along with introducing an invasive species, so there's an ecology lesson there, is more valuable than chicks with dicks! 0.99

00:30:37.000 Or guys with tits. 1.00

00:30:38.000 Well, let's move on to Rachel Maddow. 1.00

00:30:42.000 She does look like a guy! 0.71

00:30:45.000 Uh, if at any point, by the way, I don't know if you've already hit this, we have the YouTube dump button so we don't self-censor.

00:30:50.000 That means I don't know where to rumble.

00:30:53.000 Let's go for the timing.

00:30:56.000 Wow, that was, wow, Steven.

00:30:58.000 My Red Bull's kicking in, I'm sorry.

00:31:00.000 Rachel Maddow.

00:31:02.000 Is there anything else we want to say about the gas inflation?

00:31:03.000 Nope.

00:31:04.000 Maybe we should, let's send that to mom.

00:31:04.000 Move on.

00:31:06.000 Let's send that mom and the son some merch. 1.00

00:31:07.000 If anybody can let us know, I don't want to dox you.

00:31:10.000 No, I don't want to bring the kids underage.

00:31:12.000 If they know, then send it to the Tips line and we'll make sure that we get in touch with them.

00:31:16.000 That's what happened with Stephen Williford with the Sutherland Springs shooting.

00:31:18.000 Remember?

00:31:19.000 His whole family reached out and this is the first show that he did.

00:31:21.000 Oh! 0.60

00:31:22.000 I'm glad you said that!

00:31:23.000 I have an update for everybody that you're going to love and we have to say it's not just on Mug Club.

00:31:27.000 I want everybody to be able to hear this of somebody who had leukemia about a year ago that reached out to us.

00:31:31.000 We sent a merch kit to them and everything.

00:31:33.000 Very happy story.

00:31:34.000 So, I think we've got somebody in control room who can send that over to us.

00:31:38.000 Send it to us before we leave.

00:31:39.000 Before we leave, we'll talk about that.

00:31:40.000 Yeah, absolutely.

00:31:41.000 And you know what?

00:31:42.000 We will rely on you guys to comment any platform where you are and tell the... I remember that person.

00:31:45.000 I don't remember the name.

00:31:46.000 I don't either.

00:31:47.000 I remember the story.

00:31:48.000 I'm assuming.

00:31:49.000 Remission?

00:31:50.000 Please.

00:31:50.000 Don't do like a bait-and-switch and it's a shallow grave.

00:31:53.000 Funeral was a success.

00:31:54.000 No, it doesn't have leukemia.

00:31:56.000 Turns out it's progeria in a lifespan of 30.

00:31:58.000 That's not what's happening.

00:31:58.000 I wouldn't do that to you, trust me.

00:32:01.000 Progeria.

00:32:03.000 It's just such an aging disease, you guys.

00:32:05.000 Apparently, Steven thinks it's funny to make fun of kids with advanced aging.

00:32:09.000 The whole nation did.

00:32:10.000 That's how we deal with it.

00:32:11.000 We all turned a blind eye to Charlie Brown.

00:32:13.000 Come on.

00:32:15.000 I didn't know Charlie Brown was a progeria character.

00:32:17.000 Charlie Brown and the great Make-A-Wish patch.

00:32:21.000 Now... Ouch!

00:32:22.000 Oh, I gotta get off this show.

00:32:24.000 Keep going.

00:32:26.000 You're already in it.

00:32:27.000 Rachel Maddow! 0.98

00:32:28.000 She might have balls, your honor. 1.00

00:32:33.000 Who said that? 0.99

00:32:34.000 And if you can believe it, Murderer's Row on Monday is way worse.

00:32:38.000 Way, way worse.

00:32:40.000 So on Tuesday, MSNBC host Rachel Maddow, this person predicted that Trump would declare, and I guess we're going to play the full thing and pause and play because it's pretty long but a lot of you saw, not that many people watched Maddow just to be clear.

00:32:53.000 I mean there are far more of you, far more of you in Mug Club if you were to actually compare apples to apples. 0.53

00:32:59.000 This is something that has been echoed, I've seen, by a lot of people on the left, right?

00:33:03.000 They're trying to scare you into the idea that if Donald Trump is elected, he's going to, you know, become a Putin or going to become a Kim Jong-il or whichever one you prefer.

00:33:12.000 I don't like either.

00:33:14.000 Here is Rachel Maddow talking about this from yesterday.

00:33:17.000 The election means one of two things, if this is the way he's going to approach it.

00:33:22.000 Either he loses the election and he goes to prison.

00:33:26.000 Or, he wins the election, he doesn't go to prison, and is that for life?

00:33:33.000 That he gets to be president?

00:33:34.000 Will we keep having more elections?

00:33:36.000 Okay, pause.

00:33:38.000 There's an option number three.

00:33:39.000 Let's say he doesn't win the election and also doesn't go to prison.

00:33:42.000 See the half-truth?

00:33:43.000 Assuming guilt.

00:33:45.000 Assuming guilt.

00:33:46.000 This is someone who doesn't believe in due process.

00:33:49.000 You're innocent until proven guilty.

00:33:52.000 And if the past is any accurate or reliable indicator of the future, they call him Teflon Don for a reason.

00:33:58.000 So her binary choice, that's the one area where she accepts the binary, I guess, also computer coding 00110.

00:34:04.000 It's option number one, he wins and he doesn't go to prison, or option number two, he loses and he goes to prison.

00:34:09.000 That's not an assumed fact.

00:34:11.000 You're trying to say the only way he gets out of being convicted is if he somehow steals an election.

00:34:17.000 That's what you're trying to imply.

00:34:18.000 It's just, it's not accurate.

00:34:20.000 Well, and she's also assuming that he's going to stay in power forever.

00:34:23.000 Why?

00:34:24.000 She's trying to scare you. 1.00

00:34:26.000 No, no, no, but he was already, he had that opportunity.

00:34:28.000 He was in power, he thought an election was stolen, and we did have a peaceful transition of power.

00:34:33.000 I don't understand where this is coming from.

00:34:35.000 If you listen to what she says, watch how she finishes this.

00:34:39.000 Because what she's equating Trump voters to are terrorists.

00:34:44.000 Well, let's let her, and then let's continue watching the young man.

00:34:48.000 Now, if every election is a new opportunity for him to go to prison, do you think he allows us to have new elections?

00:34:55.000 I mean, if those are the stakes, if winning the election is his plan to stay out of- Hold on a second, pause.

00:34:59.000 Hold on a second.

00:35:00.000 If the stakes are, every single time, someone you don't like wins the presidency, and once they're out of office, you indict them, the rules have changed! 0.99

00:35:08.000 Just to be clear, this is unprecedented, certainly for the kind of bullshit that's been going on. 0.84

00:35:12.000 And I don't know if you know this, but what Barack Obama did to the Donald Trump campaign makes Watergate look like child's play. 0.96

00:35:19.000 I'm talking about the analogy here, not the film.

00:35:22.000 That's terrifying.

00:35:24.000 He killed a teacher with a ruler.

00:35:26.000 Continue.

00:35:28.000 What happens in that election if and when he does not win it?

00:35:33.000 Does that kind of an election end with a graceful concession to a fair and square re-elected President Biden?

00:35:38.000 Already has.

00:35:39.000 Pause.

00:35:40.000 Does it end with you spying on your opponent's campaign as Barack Obama did?

00:35:44.000 Let's do a whole segment, by the way, on Barack.

00:35:45.000 I feel like people gloss over that.

00:35:47.000 It's not a conspiracy.

00:35:48.000 Barack Obama was spying on... I'm not talking about Russia collusion, just to be clear.

00:35:51.000 I'm talking about Barack Obama, they were spying on the incoming president, Donald Trump, on his campaign.

00:35:58.000 Nixon didn't even know what happened with Watergate.

00:36:00.000 It's the fact that afterwards he tried to cover it up for political reasons because he didn't want to be there.

00:36:05.000 You know what Nixon said when he found out about Watergate being bugged?

00:36:08.000 You can listen to the phone call. 0.97

00:36:09.000 Because he was also silly enough to record himself. 0.86

00:36:12.000 Because he thought, full transparency, I want this for the historical record. 0.90

00:36:15.000 I believe his exact words are when he's told about they bugged the Watergate. 0.94

00:36:18.000 He goes, who's the jackass who cleared that? 0.90

00:36:22.000 Whereas it came directly from Obama. 0.93

00:36:24.000 So, let's talk about leaving gracefully.

00:36:26.000 Or do you mean, like the Clintons?

00:36:27.000 Who literally removed the W's from every keyboard in the White House when George W. Bush came in.

00:36:32.000 Well, that's kind of funny.

00:36:33.000 It is kind of funny!

00:36:35.000 But the idea that it's graceful?

00:36:38.000 Alright, let's continue.

00:36:40.000 I mean, if Trump and his supporters see the stakes as losing and going to prison or winning and being president and probably president for life, how should we expect that he and the Republican Party and Republican officials in swing states are going to handle the conduct of that election that Trump may very well lose?

00:37:00.000 And because we are prone to forget, we have to say out loud that we would be remiss, we would be willfully naive To ask that question as if our politics exists in a vacuum, somewhere outside the rest of our news.

00:37:19.000 As if the politics pages are totally different than the crime pages, right?

00:37:23.000 As if we are not in a moment where far-right politics is coincident with far-right violence.

00:37:28.000 With regular shows of force from paramilitary extreme right groups, and with acts of violence by people who are explicitly and admittedly motivated by far-right eliminationist All right, hold on a second.

00:37:40.000 Pause this really quickly.

00:37:42.000 So there you go.

00:37:43.000 Was that the end of it, I guess?

00:37:44.000 Yes.

00:37:44.000 Okay, that's the end.

00:37:45.000 Let's go through this while you talk about... And I'm going by rote here.

00:37:45.000 Well, hold on a second.

00:37:48.000 Again, you guys kind of see it.

00:37:49.000 It's like I don't really have a prompter.

00:37:50.000 What I have is a map that tells me which clips we're about to run.

00:37:53.000 Going by rote, Black Lives Matter protests, last count we saw was $2 billion, but that

00:37:58.000 was within the year of damage.

00:38:00.000 Damage has done thousands of casualties between officers and people, not to mention how many

00:38:05.000 deaths, and entire towns and economies destroyed.

00:38:08.000 Now, we know, you're saying, hold on a second, I don't know if Black Lives Matter, Inc. would

00:38:12.000 count as an organization, considering that actual organization funds, which by the way

00:38:16.000 was a 501c3, registered publicly, just to be clear, use those funds to buy multi-million

00:38:22.000 I think that would qualify as an organization.

00:38:24.000 Let's combine that with Antifa.

00:38:25.000 You're looking at thousands of casualties and billions of dollars in damages.

00:38:29.000 Name me one.

00:38:30.000 One right-wing paramilitary group that has inflicted that kind of damage on the American public.

00:38:35.000 You know what?

00:38:36.000 On the black community itself. 0.94

00:38:38.000 One.

00:38:38.000 Your turn.

00:38:39.000 Go.

00:38:39.000 I'm not gonna give you your cheat sheet because I already know the answer.

00:38:43.000 And this, if you listen to what she's not saying at the end of that, when you say that, what you're really saying is that, hey, anybody who votes for Donald Trump, whether they're a Republican official or they're a voter, is an extreme far-right terrorist.

00:38:59.000 So what does that imply? 0.97

00:39:01.000 What that implies is it would be, it is prudent and it would be advisable to actually arrest, shoot, and silence all of those people. 0.96

00:39:13.000 So she is calling anyone who supports, anybody she disagrees with, in this case Trump, a far-right violent extremist. 0.96

00:39:24.000 That is what she's saying.

00:39:26.000 I will say this, every single member By the way, when they say, oh, hold on a second, there's far right and there's far left, and I'm a centrist, I take it on an issue-by-issue basis.

00:39:33.000 Every single member of the DNC on a national level, every single one, and Rachel Maddow, and every single host at MSNBC is actively involved in supporting violence as a matter of policy.

00:39:43.000 Just with the one.

00:39:44.000 Correct. 0.98

00:39:45.000 Castrating chemically children, or puberty blockers.

00:39:48.000 That's violence.

00:39:49.000 You are committing violence against children. 0.69

00:39:51.000 You are already more of an extremist.

00:39:52.000 No, it is not an extremist point of view to respond with, I don't want my son, I don't want a teacher to be able to report me to CPS and take my children away if I don't put him on puberty blockers.

00:40:04.000 Why is that?

00:40:04.000 Are you an extremist?

00:40:05.000 Because he's six!

00:40:07.000 How about partial birth abortion? 0.99

00:40:09.000 Yep.

00:40:10.000 Any one of you want to stand up, put a limit on abortion.

00:40:12.000 We're not even getting to...

00:40:13.000 Hey, how many war crimes has Donald Trump...

00:40:15.000 Where's Code Pink?

00:40:16.000 Donald Trump been drafted up for?

00:40:18.000 Zero?

00:40:19.000 Yeah.

00:40:20.000 We're talking about violence?

00:40:22.000 In that very same speech, here's the funny thing, which is he won't relinquish power.

00:40:25.000 Let's go back to January 6th.

00:40:26.000 He said, March on Washington, make your voices heard peacefully and patriotically.

00:40:31.000 If he's a dictator, you think we'd be having a debate about whether Mike Pence had the authority to certify the election?

00:40:36.000 It would be irrelevant, because he'd walk, he'd just ride in in a Panzer!

00:40:40.000 By the way, Rachel Maddow went on to explain more about this, or try and sort of, I guess, reconcile her position with her inconsistencies, but unfortunately she was kidnapped and used as bait for Batman.

00:40:50.000 So she has a full schedule.

00:40:55.000 She makes a good Robin. 1.00

00:40:56.000 She does.

00:40:56.000 I like that you used a Panzer.

00:40:58.000 That's a World War II, a German World War II tank reference.

00:41:02.000 Well done, sir.

00:41:03.000 Well done.

00:41:04.000 President Trump's a Renaissance man.

00:41:05.000 I did not know that.

00:41:06.000 They don't make them like they used to!

00:41:09.000 Is this a half-track?

00:41:10.000 And by the way, this is not the first time that the left has tried to insinuate that

00:41:15.000 Donald Trump would be a dictator.

00:41:16.000 It's a It's a catchy tune.

00:41:40.000 Sorry.

00:41:41.000 I love how that actually supposes that Donald Trump will never age and live forever.

00:41:45.000 And by the way, I was assured that we would not be on this planet anymore because climate change would have taken us out far before we would ever get to 21 anything.

00:41:53.000 How dare you! 1.00

00:41:55.000 This is the stupidity of her argument right now. 1.00

00:41:58.000 Brian, you made a great point. 1.00

00:41:59.000 I double dog dare you!

00:42:01.000 How dare you? 1.00

00:42:02.000 I hate all of you. 0.99

00:42:03.000 Go on, he's talking about my great point. 0.84

00:42:05.000 Hold on a second, let me set this up first.

00:42:07.000 Hold on, because I want you to finish, but just so you guys and girls and Z's watching, we are going to compare actual dictator moments of former Vice President Joe Biden to Donald Trump, but continue.

00:42:17.000 Exactly.

00:42:17.000 Brian, you had an okay point.

00:42:20.000 Great, it's been downgraded.

00:42:21.000 It has been downgraded.

00:42:22.000 Thanks, Stephen.

00:42:23.000 Your point has made landfall.

00:42:25.000 So basically, he is saying that you're othering somebody and you're basically saying that they are the threat to democracy, they're going to steal this country.

00:42:33.000 Let's look at the policies that we are actually trying to get put into place.

00:42:37.000 Make sure that the elections are secure.

00:42:39.000 We think that something fishy happened last time.

00:42:42.000 We didn't overthrow them.

00:42:43.000 We tried to use every legal means possible to address the situation.

00:42:46.000 We even did a fully peaceful transfer of power even after we thought that the elections were stolen and you guys didn't do anything about it.

00:42:54.000 And now all we're saying, I'm just, I'm trying to call it a hunch.

00:42:56.000 I'm trying to give them a little bit.

00:42:58.000 All we're saying, all we're saying is, hey, for us to have a functioning Democratic process of electing a president, you have to make sure that the elections are secure.

00:43:09.000 That's all we're asking for.

00:43:11.000 Okay, Pol Pot!

00:43:12.000 But that is, exactly, that is seen as violent and far-right to make sure... Well, first thing you're asking for voter ID, next thing you're demanding your citizens clank pots and pans so they kill all the sparrows who are destroying their crops.

00:43:23.000 Well, that's not a bad idea sometimes.

00:43:25.000 The grackles.

00:43:25.000 I hate the grackles.

00:43:27.000 The architecture.

00:43:28.000 Rachel Maddow is providing the architecture for tyranny.

00:43:32.000 When she says something like that, the next step is, she's saying that people are trying, that will use violence to keep Donald Trump in for life.

00:43:41.000 So what do you do about that?

00:43:42.000 Well, you've got to get the army involved.

00:43:44.000 Well, remember the old philosophy, the exercise we would have, and I know this, I took Humanities 101 in college, whereas, would you go back in time and kill baby Hitler? 0.87

00:43:50.000 Well, that's not even an issue now, because they're saying, Hitler is there now!

00:43:54.000 Donald Trump!

00:43:55.000 Yeah. 1.00

00:43:55.000 Donald Trump is Hitler! 1.00

00:43:56.000 That's right. 1.00

00:43:57.000 Don't go back in time and kill baby Hitler, you're telling people, kill currently existing Hitler. 0.99

00:44:01.000 That's true.

00:44:01.000 Let's compare this with what I would argue, and you guys can add to this if you want, it's an interactive experience, that's why old media is dead.

00:44:08.000 Some dictator moments.

00:44:09.000 Dictator moment number one, from former Vice President Joe Biden.

00:44:13.000 Completely ignoring the Constitution.

00:44:16.000 And let me give you some examples, all references available at loudmouthcutter.com.

00:44:19.000 The rent moratorium, remember that?

00:44:21.000 In August in 2021, the Supreme Court ended that CDC federal eviction moratorium.

00:44:26.000 But the Supreme Court said, nah, they can't do that.

00:44:29.000 What did Biden do, former Vice President Biden?

00:44:32.000 He just said, I'm going to do it.

00:44:34.000 Here's a clip.

00:44:35.000 By the time it gets litigated, We'll probably give some additional time while we're getting that $45 billion out to people who are, in fact, behind in the rent.

00:44:46.000 Now here's the thing, that would still be pretty bad if it was the end of it, but the Supreme Court in November of that year said, uh, absolutely not.

00:44:54.000 Your extension is completely unconstitutional.

00:44:56.000 They went, they made sure to say, no, no, we really want people to know that you are violating the constitution here.

00:45:01.000 He knew it 100%.

00:45:03.000 He knew it!

00:45:03.000 He just said so!

00:45:04.000 Exactly.

00:45:04.000 The CDC's thing expired.

00:45:05.000 They said you can't do this in the federal government.

00:45:07.000 Joe Biden said, you know what, we're gonna do it.

00:45:09.000 I know that this is unconstitutional, but between now and when the court can actually hear the case, we'll give away a bunch of free money, huh?

00:45:16.000 How is that not authoritarian?

00:45:18.000 Well, here's the thing. 0.96

00:45:18.000 If it was the only example we had, you know, if a senile old demented circus monkey existed. 0.96

00:45:23.000 But as long as it's not your money, it's fine. 0.64

00:45:25.000 It is our money!

00:45:27.000 And I need it now!

00:45:30.000 So, student loan forgiveness.

00:45:32.000 Very similar example, but this was in 2023, I believe, so you have June 2023, the Supreme Court ruled that Biden could not just unilaterally forgive student loans.

00:45:40.000 And by the way, unilaterally forgive student loans, just to be clear, that means take your money and give it to someone getting a master's in gender studies.

00:45:47.000 Just to be clear.

00:45:48.000 It's, by the way, the single biggest government-mandated transfer of wealth that would ever exist in this country.

00:45:55.000 Because the people who would be receiving these loans are largely upper-middle class white people.

00:45:55.000 Why?

00:45:58.000 We did a whole segment on it, you can just search through our archive.

00:46:00.000 So, the Supreme Court said, absolutely not, you can't do that.

00:46:04.000 And what did former Vice President Biden say?

00:46:06.000 Yeah, I can do it!

00:46:08.000 The Biden administration says more than 800,000 student loan borrowers will have their remaining federal student loans forgiven over the next several weeks.

00:46:16.000 Today's announcement will impact $39 billion in student debt, according to the Department of Education.

00:46:22.000 This will be automatic forgiveness and borrowers will be notified.

00:46:25.000 It kicks off the president's new student debt relief program called SAVE, which will lower monthly federal debt payments based on factors like income, family size, in some cases reducing monthly payments to zero.

00:46:38.000 Yeah, just reduce them.

00:46:39.000 Well, no, that's not loan forgiveness.

00:46:41.000 It's just reducing your payments to zero.

00:46:43.000 Yeah.

00:46:44.000 What?

00:46:45.000 I'd love to do that when I go into... That's wrapping a bad idea in a pretty package.

00:46:49.000 It really is!

00:46:50.000 Going to your bank for a mortgage.

00:46:51.000 Well, look, we think we can do this as a percent on financing.

00:46:54.000 Yeah, okay, but let's talk about the payments.

00:46:56.000 How do you feel here at Chase about Yeah, I'm gonna need this.

00:47:00.000 I'm gonna need this.

00:47:01.000 That's this loan on the house.

00:47:03.000 Yeah, yeah.

00:47:04.000 I know you're saying, you know, $2,400.

00:47:06.000 I'm a zero guy myself.

00:47:07.000 I want you to take that check, add a bunch of zeros, and take off anything else.

00:47:13.000 Free money!

00:47:15.000 So here's another dictator moment from former Vice President Joe Biden.

00:47:18.000 This is a big one.

00:47:20.000 Hey, my body, my choice?

00:47:21.000 What about the vaccine mandates?

00:47:23.000 That's giving it too much credit.

00:47:23.000 You know what?

00:47:24.000 The mRNA injection.

00:47:26.000 Experimental.

00:47:27.000 Yes, the mRNA experimental injection mandates.

00:47:30.000 August 2021, right, the military mandated COVID vaccine for any of the service members.

00:47:35.000 Okay, now I know you're saying military, that's government, but hold on a second.

00:47:38.000 This really, they don't have the right to tell you what you can do, what you can put into your body and every other facet.

00:47:44.000 They can bar you, for example, from service or certain, if you're taking drugs.

00:47:49.000 This is not something that's typical to say you have to take an experimental mRNA injection.

00:47:54.000 It's not the same as a standard vaccine.

00:47:55.000 That's why I don't want to use the term vaccine.

00:47:57.000 So the military mandated it.

00:47:59.000 Then on January 19th, 2023, the mandate was rescinded.

00:48:01.000 Oh.

00:48:02.000 Because over 17,000 service members refused the vaccine.

00:48:06.000 The good news is, at that point, the people who stayed were the LGBTQ soldiers, or as we call them, super soldiers. 0.78

00:48:11.000 The front line.

00:48:12.000 There were 83 front, the front, those at the front hall.

00:48:17.000 8,300 were discharged.

00:48:18.000 Then in November 2021, the Biden administration mandated a bunch of COVID regulations.

00:48:24.000 Any firms with 100 employees All had to be vaccinated, I believe, by January 1st, 2022.

00:48:30.000 Was that the policy?

00:48:31.000 January 4th, 2022.

00:48:31.000 Yep.

00:48:32.000 January 4th, 2022.

00:48:33.000 The holidays.

00:48:34.000 Yeah.

00:48:35.000 All healthcare workers at facilities receiving government payment had to have their workers vaccinated.

00:48:39.000 So now we've gone beyond, okay, you work for the government, right?

00:48:42.000 This is what people do with freedom of speech.

00:48:43.000 Well, if freedom of speech just means that the government can't tell you what you can and can't do.

00:48:47.000 They go, well, the mandate doesn't apply.

00:48:48.000 That just means if you want to work for the government.

00:48:50.000 Then they go, well, it just means it applies if you want to work for any company that receives any money from the government.

00:48:55.000 And then it goes, well it really only applies if you work for any company who receives any kind of tax break, that every single company would need to be competitive, including mom and pop businesses.

00:49:03.000 And then it's, well look, everyone else has been mandated at this point, why are you special?

00:49:08.000 That's how it happens.

00:49:09.000 So all of the healthcare workers at these facilities, right, who are receiving any type of government aid, subsidies, relief, which of course at that point in time think a lot of people were because they had been shut down!

00:49:19.000 Pretty much everyone.

00:49:20.000 Sorry, this is pretty much everybody being involved in this.

00:49:24.000 And then you're saying, well, it's consequent.

00:49:25.000 Well, thousands of health care workers quit or were fired.

00:49:27.000 Thousands and thousands and thousands.

00:49:28.000 I wonder how that affected care.

00:49:30.000 By the way, I just want to make sure you understand the timeline here.

00:49:32.000 So August 2021 is 16 months after the outbreak of the pandemic.

00:49:37.000 We knew a heck of a lot by then.

00:49:39.000 January 4, 2022 is almost a year, a little bit over a year and a half, a year and eight months after this.

00:49:44.000 And you're telling me that people still had to be vaccinated even though we understood

00:49:48.000 that the vaccine by that time we understood this stuff.

00:50:01.000 the vaccine did have some, they were, they were kind of, yeah, like, you were told.

00:50:23.000 Hey, from former Vice President Biden.

00:50:47.000 While they're talking about Donald Trump weaponizing, right, the government, this guy, former Vice

00:50:53.000 President Biden, and by the way, so did Barack Obama, just to be clear.

00:50:56.000 Barack Obama, current president, weaponized the Justice Department against all political

00:51:01.000 rivals, right?

00:51:03.000 Trump, obviously.

00:51:04.000 The DOJ filed a bunch of federal charges against Donald Trump.

00:51:07.000 Four indictments, right?

00:51:08.000 He's facing 91 charges.

00:51:09.000 712 years in prison and the theoretic death penalty.

00:51:09.000 That's what we're up to now.

00:51:12.000 Just to be clear, that's kind of existing out there.

00:51:14.000 Yeah, the six months. And the theoretic death penalty, just to be clear, that's kind of

00:51:18.000 existing out there. Yeah, for treason. I mean, Carla Homolka got less. 1.00

00:51:26.000 At the same time, again, is the law treated equally?

00:51:30.000 Well, Hunter Biden was treated, of course, with kid gloves.

00:51:33.000 This is a guy who not only evaded taxes, this is a guy who obviously violated firearms laws, this is a guy who committed, I mean, as long of a list of drug felonies as you can think up, and then some that you wouldn't even imagine, you can tack that on the list anyway, not to mention the kind of money laundering and deal- that's why, of course, he was But at least he gave his four-year-old two of his original paintings.

00:51:55.000 Yes.

00:51:56.000 So you got to be a little bit fair.

00:51:58.000 And he gave his niece two of his original nude photographs.

00:52:02.000 Yes, but they're tasteful nudes.

00:52:03.000 He was posing on a log.

00:52:05.000 Yes, exactly.

00:52:05.000 With good shadow.

00:52:06.000 Unfortunately, it was a cheese log, so I don't know.

00:52:09.000 It's just doesn't seem sanitary.

00:52:11.000 It's called cholesterol.

00:52:13.000 January 6th.

00:52:13.000 Let's look at the January 6th protesters, right?

00:52:16.000 Prisoners.

00:52:17.000 Putting those conditions.

00:52:18.000 Think about this.

00:52:18.000 The QAnon shaman.

00:52:19.000 I know you guys like to laugh. 0.94

00:52:20.000 Like, oh, it's silly.

00:52:20.000 He painted his face.

00:52:21.000 Yeah.

00:52:22.000 So does everyone who goes to, or every super fan of a college football team, to be clear.

00:52:26.000 The guy said, let's be peaceful.

00:52:27.000 This guy was put in, this guy was put in prison.

00:52:30.000 For a long time, the ACLU said prolonged solitary confinement is torture and certainly should not be used as a punitive tool to intimidate or extract cooperation.

00:52:37.000 That's the ACLU.

00:52:39.000 And do you know who agrees that weaponizing the DOJ is bad?

00:52:44.000 Mr. Rachel Maddow.

00:52:46.000 I don't know what I expected to hear from outgoing Obama administration officials, but the answer that I got surprised me.

00:52:52.000 The answer that I got was that the worst case scenario they could imagine was that the president, the incoming president, That'd be Trump.

00:53:00.000 Donald Trump would use the Justice Department as a weapon.

00:53:05.000 But that is the single most dangerous thing that a president could do to the country on his own say-so.

00:53:11.000 The awesome power of federal criminal prosecution and federal criminal investigation should be seen as essentially a domestic nuclear bomb from an ill-intentioned president.

00:53:22.000 Hey, you know what else I would toss in with the DOJ or our intelligence community? 0.98

00:53:25.000 Let's wrap it all up into one shitty sack of... 0.97

00:53:28.000 So with Giuliani, they raided his apartment. 0.98

00:53:58.000 and took everything but the Hunter Biden laptop.

00:54:01.000 Which they already had in their possession at the time.

00:54:03.000 Another one of them.

00:54:04.000 They knew about it.

00:54:05.000 So I'd love for you to comment below.

00:54:06.000 If you could give me some other examples.

00:54:08.000 I know sometimes we just don't have enough time in the day.

00:54:10.000 We probably won't be able to get to the CBC story today.

00:54:12.000 Let's do that one tomorrow.

00:54:13.000 Yeah, because we want to do the update with the Mug Club members. 0.97

00:54:15.000 Smash the Rumble button. 0.87

00:54:16.000 It helps with the algorithm there on Rumble.

00:54:18.000 And of course it's a live show Monday through Thursday.

00:54:20.000 Man, that was good.

00:54:23.000 Joe, what are you doing?

00:54:24.000 I'm sorry, man.

00:54:25.000 I didn't eat breakfast.

00:54:27.000 I just needed a quick bite of pudding.

00:54:28.000 I was getting kind of hungry.

00:54:28.000 Pudding?

00:54:29.000 It's going late here.

00:54:30.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:54:30.000 Really, Gerald?

00:54:31.000 You're eating pudding?

00:54:32.000 Yeah, it's the pudding from MyPatriotSupply.

00:54:34.000 You're eating the pudding from the three-month bucket of the MyPatriotSupply?

00:54:37.000 Wow.

00:54:38.000 Oh my god, this is so good.

00:54:39.000 I know, right?

00:54:40.000 So creamy.

00:54:41.000 Please don't tell me that it is pudding as well, Brian.

00:54:44.000 I'm tired.

00:54:44.000 It's just very good.

00:54:45.000 It's very creamy.

00:54:46.000 Just don't eat the pudding, okay guys?

00:54:48.000 You're always eating... I don't care if you dip into broccoli cheddar soup, it's good also.

00:54:52.000 I can't, I'm on carnivore.

00:54:54.000 And so the way to solve that is through pudding!

00:54:56.000 Yeah.

00:54:57.000 Brian, this is why I have like four three-month emergency food buckets back there from Patriot Supply.

00:55:02.000 None of which have pudding!

00:55:03.000 Yeah, but you can just get more because Patriot Supply is doing a $200 free delivery for the three-month kit.

00:55:09.000 Well, that doesn't help me if I keep ordering them and I don't have any pudding.

00:55:13.000 See, the problem is that the rate-limiting factor here is not the kits, which are great kits!

00:55:17.000 Don't get me wrong.

00:55:17.000 So wait, you want me to eat only the pudding?

00:55:21.000 No, I want you to stop eating the pudding.

00:55:23.000 No, no, no.

00:55:23.000 See, I thought you... No, no.

00:55:24.000 He's right.

00:55:25.000 I thought you wanted us to just eat only the pudding.

00:55:27.000 Yeah, that's what I thought.

00:55:28.000 Only the pudding.

00:55:29.000 Why would I want you to only eat the pudding?

00:55:31.000 I don't know.

00:55:32.000 I thought I was... It was weird and that's what I'm saying.

00:55:35.000 Yeah, that's what we thought too.

00:55:36.000 God, this feels good in my mouth.

00:55:37.000 Was that...

00:55:38.000 I love it!

00:55:39.000 Do you have pudding on your...

00:55:40.000 You don't even need teeth for this.

00:55:41.000 You don't even need teeth for this.

00:55:42.000 Yeah.

00:55:43.000 Sorry.

00:55:44.000 Sorry.

00:55:45.000 What's the matter with you guys?

00:55:46.000 It's so chocolatey.

00:55:47.000 Stop eating.

00:55:48.000 Fine, we'll deal with the pudding later.

00:55:49.000 Alright.

00:55:50.000 Three month food kit from Patriot Supplies.

00:55:51.000 $200 off with free delivery.

00:55:52.000 You can head over to uh...

00:55:53.000 Oh, I don't have a logo here. 0.91

00:55:54.000 They have the balls to sponsor the show.

00:55:55.000 I think it's the first sponsor on the show here in months. 0.91

00:55:58.000 We don't do a whole lot because it's usually viewers like you, but get your food kit, emergency food kit, Patriot Supply.

00:56:04.000 And by the way, Patriot Supply, if you're watching, can you send me a kit with just the pudding wrapped in a spiked chastity belt so that I can keep it away from these absolute animals?

00:56:13.000 It's delicious.

00:56:14.000 I think you should improve your communication skills.

00:56:17.000 I'm not very good at this.

00:56:18.000 It goes down so smooth.

00:56:20.000 Yeah, I know you gave me the book.

00:56:21.000 Yeah, but you gotta read it.

00:56:22.000 You can go to prepwithkreider.com.

00:56:23.000 I can read!

00:56:25.000 Can you read the label that says pudding?

00:56:27.000 I can read the... And just to be clear, by the way, while you guys are out there, you don't, hey, you used to think you needed to be a crazy prepper?

00:56:33.000 Have you had to deal with an earthquake?

00:56:35.000 Think of what's going on in Hawaii right now.

00:56:36.000 A lot of people don't have access to food.

00:56:37.000 I live through the ice storms.

00:56:38.000 Everyone should have at least three months of food.

00:56:40.000 Dried food, some water, and some way to heat the food.

00:56:43.000 I also recommend stocking up on Everclear.

00:56:45.000 You can use it as fuel, you can use it as a disinfectant, or you can use it to trade with the drunks.

00:56:50.000 That's right.

00:56:51.000 With the marauding drunks.

00:56:52.000 Or a hurricane.

00:56:52.000 Marauding drunks.

00:56:53.000 Hurricane in Florida right now?

00:56:55.000 Yep.

00:56:56.000 People think that, you know, if a disaster hits that somebody's gonna land a helicopter in your backyard.

00:57:01.000 It's not true.

00:57:02.000 Right.

00:57:02.000 I'm gonna getcha.

00:57:02.000 You gotta be ready.

00:57:03.000 Yeah, especially if you're waiting on Kobe.

00:57:06.000 What's the story you were telling me?

00:57:08.000 I need two sticks and I can make fire.

00:57:10.000 All right, so let's go to a moving story, I guess, and I'll put it later.

00:57:13.000 No, you said you had an update.

00:57:14.000 I do.

00:57:15.000 I have an update.

00:57:15.000 So we had one of our people, go ahead and bring up the comment or tweet, or not tweet, it was somebody in Mug Club, I believe, that put it back.

00:57:25.000 Sorry, we'll address the issue of the LGBT travel warning.

00:57:29.000 For Canada to the United States tomorrow, because it is funny and there's a lot going on there.

00:57:33.000 It's entirely government-funded news, but we just don't have time today.

00:57:36.000 Right.

00:57:36.000 So Mug Club, we want to thank you guys for support like this, right?

00:57:39.000 So this is a praise report coming.

00:57:41.000 My son is officially in remission from the leukemia.

00:57:43.000 Praise God he's walking again.

00:57:45.000 That is fantastic.

00:57:46.000 Thank you all for the prayers and advice Steven and the crew you gave me a year ago.

00:57:49.000 I took it to heart and now we're in a better place.

00:57:51.000 Thought I'd give you some good news in these dark times.

00:57:54.000 Mug Club fan for life.

00:57:55.000 That's from Mac5743.

00:57:56.000 I think it might be a second screen to that or something like that, but he got merch from us.

00:58:00.000 We sent him a merch kit, like, because the son, you know, liked the show and it was just a dark time for them.

00:58:04.000 I remember this story.

00:58:05.000 Yeah, because that cures cancer.

00:58:07.000 No, exactly right.

00:58:08.000 It was just something, it was a small thing.

00:58:10.000 We do what we can.

00:58:13.000 But I'm really excited about that.

00:58:14.000 I really am.

00:58:15.000 Because, you know, we care about people.

00:58:17.000 Like, we can't cure cancer, like you said.

00:58:19.000 But when somebody's going through a tough time, sometimes just a little ray of joy or hope or something is what can get you through maybe just that day.

00:58:26.000 Maybe that hour.

00:58:28.000 So thank you guys for allowing us to do that.

00:58:30.000 Okay, I'm just saying.

00:58:31.000 Mutagenic cells, they feed on sugar.

00:58:33.000 I know, but I forget everything.

00:58:34.000 I heard Huberman say it once.

00:58:36.000 I know, but I forget about all the bad stuff.

00:58:38.000 Did you say we have another screen grab from it?

00:58:40.000 No, I thought we would, but we don't.

00:58:41.000 I think it's just basically saying that he got a bunch of merch stuff as well.

00:58:44.000 I love this.

00:58:44.000 Thank you guys.

00:58:45.000 I mean, thank you for sending us that.

00:58:46.000 We really do appreciate it.

00:58:47.000 And you know what?

00:58:48.000 Let's talk about the Canada, the LG, we'll talk about it on Mug Club in just a moment here.

00:58:52.000 We can do that.

00:58:53.000 Yeah, we still have time to do that.

00:58:55.000 I will tell you this, when I retire, I am going to be a shopping mall Santa.

00:58:59.000 There's nothing that I enjoy more throughout the year than doing the... I just want to say how.

00:59:03.000 No, no.

00:59:04.000 How, how, how.

00:59:06.000 Come on, stay in your lane. 1.00

00:59:08.000 No, we always get to pick charities, you know, and this year we got to really bless a lot of people, but also just sitting there and, you know, you just get to actually improve someone's life.

00:59:18.000 With a kid, listen, the kids just want to be listened to a lot of the time.

00:59:22.000 It's one of those things.

00:59:22.000 I really enjoy it.

00:59:23.000 I will do it.

00:59:23.000 I think when I retire, I will be a full-time Santa, if that's a shopping mall Santa, you know, if it's a cat burglar.

00:59:29.000 The point is, as long as I get to wear the suit.

00:59:32.000 I cannot wait to sit on your lap.

00:59:33.000 And you know what?

00:59:35.000 Let me say this, and Brian Count, where are you going to be?

00:59:38.000 I'm glad you asked.

00:59:39.000 I'll be at Wise Guys, Salt Lake City, and then September 23rd I'm at the Genesee Theater in Melbourne, Florida.

00:59:45.000 Just saying, Utah has no alcohol.

00:59:47.000 Before we go to Mugler, I just want to take a minute to actually kind of, it brings up a thought, you know.

00:59:53.000 I'll tell you this too, it's also a little bit selfish.

00:59:55.000 I'm someone, I've discussed this, someone who's struggled with, you know, depression.

00:59:58.000 I've talked about this quite a bit.

01:00:00.000 On the show.

01:00:01.000 And if you struggle with that, or if you're in a funk, the best thing you can do is, well two things, first off is be grateful for things that you have, list them out as gratitude, and esteem others first.

01:00:12.000 And Gerald knows this, I'm one of those people who, I'm very grateful, but sometimes happiness is difficult for me to come by, and it's because I'm being ushered from the next thing that day, where it's not something, and this is a genetic component by the way, there have been studies on this, some people just have A more natural proclivity toward being happy.

01:00:30.000 And I don't mean being friendly or polite, there's never an excuse for not being polite, but I'm talking about joy, to being joyous.

01:00:36.000 And for me, as someone who struggled with that, I do find that living vicariously through other people, meaning getting to bring joy to others, is really the way that I experience joy the most.

01:00:46.000 And that's why, you've heard me talk about this for years, I love doing the Santa Claus thing, just because you get to experience it.

01:00:52.000 It's not a big deal, a nerf gun, right, to you, but that's that kid's world.

01:00:56.000 And so even if I'm an extreme example and maybe you're a naturally happy person, but you're going through a rough spell, that's not a bad idea to try and experience joy vicariously through someone else.

01:01:07.000 If right now you're saying, hey, it's tough for me to come by.

01:01:09.000 I can't get out of this funk.

01:01:10.000 I just can't find a way to put myself in a good mood.

01:01:12.000 See if there's a way that you can make someone else experience joy.

01:01:16.000 And see if that actually brings you some happiness.

01:01:19.000 And I get it, it's a little bit selfish, but they'll get to benefit from that too.

01:01:22.000 And then if you make that a way of life, it really does change your outlook.

01:01:25.000 And so, I really am glad that this person is doing better, and I will also, yep, be full transparency.

01:01:30.000 Selfishly, that's a little dopamine hit for me that I don't often get through, you know, just living through natural methods.

01:01:36.000 I mean, I get it absolutely when I just do a boatload of fentanyl.

01:01:42.000 I don't know if it works in this thing.

01:01:43.000 The next time you have a craving for fentanyl, just look in my face.

01:01:46.000 That should be your screensaver.

01:01:48.000 You're doing it wrong.

01:01:50.000 My face produces endorphins.

01:01:52.000 I thought you were going to say it's sort of like the harm reduction strategy.

01:01:55.000 The next time you want a boatload of fentanyl, just take Vicodin.

01:01:57.000 I see.

01:01:58.000 It's like the methadone.

01:02:00.000 I step back.

01:02:01.000 Like instead of eating a pint of ice cream, you know, eat a popsicle.

01:02:04.000 And then you move to like a Fuji apple.

01:02:06.000 I just never find myself getting there.

01:02:09.000 They are the sweetest in the apple family.

01:02:11.000 No, that would be Honeycrisp.

01:02:15.000 You guys can comment your favorite apple.

01:02:17.000 It's like God's candy because you don't need to worry about it being bad.

01:02:17.000 I like apples.

01:02:21.000 If it's bad, you know it.

01:02:22.000 With a raspberry, you're too far gone and it just ruins your whole day.

01:02:25.000 Alright, we're going to continue discussing right now.

01:02:26.000 Canada just issued a travel warning for LGBTQ plus members.

01:02:31.000 This will be if you're watching on Rumble.

01:02:32.000 Hit that button.

01:02:33.000 You have to join Mug Club, $69, sorry, $89 annually, and you get this show, another full hour of show, a Friday show, Alex Jones on Friday, Nick DiPaolo, every Monday through Thursday, 5 p.m.

01:02:45.000 We're going to be bringing on new shows here in the next month.

01:02:47.000 Brian Callen, Hodge Twins, of course we have Mr. Guns and Gear as a consultant, we have the investigative unit, and you get this hand-etched mug.

01:02:54.000 You're a part of something, it's the biggest crew that exists at Big Tech.

01:02:57.000 We thank you, and I live vicariously through you because everyone serves a master, and I'd much rather it be you.

01:03:03.000 Than corporate front-haul overlords.

01:03:05.000 Thank you, Rumble.
