Louder with Crowder - Inside The China Plot to Destroy America From Within: Triads, Drugs & Murder | Documentary

00:00:04.000 Criminal activity has become part of China's strategy to grow its power in conjunction with its authoritarian statecraft. 0.67

00:00:12.000 I think he helps you.

00:00:15.000 A woman named Ying-Chan Wang and a man named Stephen Ho.

00:00:20.000 They don't f**k around and if I'm gonna take your kids, no one's gonna see you again. 1.00

00:00:27.000 We knew going out that he said that he didn't want to come back to Oklahoma. 1.00

00:00:30.000 You'll be dead if you come back to Oklahoma. 1.00

00:00:32.000 What you just saw is a small preview of the result of countless hours of in-depth reporting,

00:00:52.000 open source research, and undercover work that was directly informed by your exclusive

00:00:57.000 tips.

00:00:59.000 What we've discovered here was a series of clandestine foreign actors collaborating on United States soil in the realms of drugs, human trafficking, murder, espionage, and it's not the plot of a Mission Impossible movie.

00:01:13.000 Fortunately, everyone's least favorite Scientologist is nowhere to be found.

00:01:17.000 What you're about to see is a true story of how international organized crime connected to one of the most powerful governments in the world, that's foreshadowing, has taken over middle america and how it threatens to do

00:01:31.000 the same across the entire united states

00:01:37.000 so in 2018 oklahoma legalized the medical use of marijuana

00:02:09.000 after a statewide referendum passed with 57 of the vote

00:02:14.000 Now, pause.

00:02:15.000 Let me be clear here.

00:02:16.000 This piece has nothing to do with whether you're against cannabis legalization, whether you're for it, whether you partake or are Mennonite.

00:02:24.000 This is about the unintended or fully intended fallout as it relates to American landowners, taxpayers, and the Communist Chinese government.

00:02:33.000 A few quick numbers for you.

00:02:34.000 Since July 2021, the state has collected over $155 million in marijuana-related tax revenue.

00:02:42.000 Now, we've all heard for decades, and I once believed this too, that legalizing or decriminalizing drugs would eliminate the black market.

00:02:49.000 In Oklahoma, the exact opposite has happened.

00:02:53.000 There has been an unprecedented number of illegal operations, grow farms, growing at rates breaking records, completely unseen before.

00:03:01.000 The real problem is the owners and the players milking this cash cow for all it's worth at your expense.

00:03:09.000 Basically, think less, Jeff Spicoli. 1.00

00:03:11.000 You dick! 1.00

00:03:13.000 And more communist tyrant El Chapo. 1.00

00:03:15.000 Now, the implications go far beyond state or even national borders.

00:03:20.000 And they constitute a full-blown threat to America's national security.

00:03:25.000 To put it simply, this may surprise a lot of people.

00:03:28.000 Oklahoma is the weed capital of the United States.

00:03:32.000 No, not Colorado, not California, not even New York.

00:03:35.000 Oklahoma, which has forced them to change their state motto to more than just tornadoes and chaps.

00:03:42.000 Here are a few more numbers to show you just how much of a weed haven Oklahoma actually is.

00:03:47.000 2,683 dispensaries in Oklahoma.

00:03:51.000 This is the most in the nation and more than double the number located in the number two state, California.

00:03:58.000 Twice the dispensaries of California.

00:04:01.000 844 million grams of cannabis packaged in Oklahoma in 2023.

00:04:05.000 That's 64 times the amount that consumers 4,617.

00:04:10.000 That's the number of active growers just in 2024.

00:04:12.000 And that's only exceeded by California with 5,491.

00:04:14.000 That's the number of active growers just in 2024.

00:04:18.000 And that's only exceeded by California with 5,491.

00:04:22.000 At its peak, Oklahoma had nearly 14,000 licenses.

00:04:27.000 The point is, a lot of cash, a lot of THC.

00:04:30.000 One grower who asked to remain anonymous due to his ongoing involvement

00:04:34.000 in the state's cannabis industry laid out exclusively to Mug Club Undercover here

00:04:40.000 why he was attracted to Oklahoma, even without the chaps. 1.00

00:04:45.000 Real estate's real cheap, the license, the barrier to entry was $2,500, which I mean,

00:04:51.000 looking back on it now, any person that sells any kind of drugs can come up with that to get a legal license.

00:04:57.000 Uh, which we're seeing a lot of, but uh, it was, barrier to entry was cheap, you know, land I think like 6 grand for 2

00:05:05.000 acres. Wow. Yeah, it's nothing, you know, I mean, it's very, very cheap out here.

00:05:05.000 and a half acres.

00:05:11.000 This is going to be our American dream.

00:05:14.000 You know, this is me getting away from having to do physical labor.

00:05:17.000 This is us having a family business with my dad.

00:05:19.000 And it just didn't turn out that way.

00:05:23.000 But yeah, what brought us back is it was just so cheap and so affordable for a blue 1.00

00:05:27.000 collared person to be able to do it.

00:05:28.000 So it's a new gold rush, as it were, filled with absolutely baked prospectors.

00:05:33.000 But make no mistake, those seeking to take advantage of the conditions on the ground include a lot of less than scrupulous actors.

00:05:42.000 And there's one specific group that has taken particular advantage of Oklahoma's relaxed, chill industry standards.

00:05:52.000 China.

00:05:59.000 As it turns out, the only thing that these Chinese nationals like more than the marijuana industry in the United States is Hollywood movie posters. 1.00

00:06:07.000 This is for the movie poster.

00:06:09.000 They actually, they removed Chewbacca.

00:06:12.000 This character seems to be in the forefront, like he is the centerpiece.

00:06:17.000 But here, they depict him turned around.

00:06:21.000 He's not even looking towards the audience.

00:06:24.000 So right here.

00:06:25.000 And if you didn't know about this, there's actually a story out there about this character and the race and gender swap.

00:06:34.000 As a thought experiment, watch Star Wars again and tell me the Empire is not literally exactly the same as the Chinese government.

00:06:42.000 And to the surprise of absolutely no one in the history of Earth ever, frequently, These Chinese nationals are involved in, wait for it, highly illegal activity focused primarily on the black market. 0.98

00:06:55.000 The Chinese involvement in the marijuana industry is so extensive.

00:07:00.000 that officials note, it's actually more surprising if you encounter an illegal operation

00:07:05.000 without connections to China. Of the 800 farms shut down from 2021 to 2023, 75 percent were linked

00:07:14.000 directly to China. Here's Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics spokesperson Mark Woodward talking

00:07:20.000 with us exclusively, outlining the specific practices that Chinese crime organizations,

00:07:26.000 you've heard of the triads, how they infiltrate the industry. You would look over a fence and

00:07:30.000 it's not two or three local guys growing marijuana like we've seen for the first couple of years.

00:07:35.000 It would be 50 what would appear to be Asian Chinese workers, which is not a problem as long as they're not, you know, violating any laws.

00:07:43.000 Sure.

00:07:45.000 When we would start getting calls from law enforcement out of state saying that we just intercepted a truckload of marijuana, the driver says it came off of so-and-so farm in Oklahoma, and we would start investigating that farm.

00:08:00.000 Sure enough, it was one of these Chinese-operated farms where all the workers were Chinese, but yet the owner is listed as a certain person, and it turns out that person is a secretary in a law office.

00:08:12.000 So you're kind of going, okay, what's going on here?

00:08:15.000 And so we started looking into what's behind the ownership?

00:08:18.000 Who are these people?

00:08:20.000 And what we started to realize, and one of the things that was written into Oklahoma's law that's fairly unique, it said 75% of your ownership Before we get to the real crimes, this one's just kind of annoying. 0.94

00:08:31.000 It's a dick move. 0.88

00:08:32.000 Well obviously that's a problem for a criminal organization linked to Chinese organized crime 0.99

00:08:37.000 that's been growing in the Northern California desert, you know, for the last eight years

00:08:41.000 supplying black market marijuana to Flushing, New York.

00:08:44.000 Before we get to the real crimes, this one's just kind of annoying. It's a dick move. 0.98

00:08:49.000 They often steal massive amounts of water, electricity, leading to shortages for the local community. 0.98

00:08:56.000 It's a crappy thing to do, but it's not as bad as the cold-blooded killing.

00:09:02.000 Bye.

00:09:03.000 Yeah, that's exemplified by the quadruple murder of four Chinese workers on a marijuana farm in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma in November 2022.

00:09:11.000 A search is ongoing for a quadruple murder suspect in Kingfisher County.

00:09:16.000 Four bodies were found last night at a 10-acre marijuana grow farm as another person is hospitalized with injuries.

00:09:24.000 Law enforcement's deployed massive resources in that search for the alleged attacker.

00:09:28.000 The suspect, who was eventually apprehended in Florida, was a 45-year-old male named Chen Wu with the most predictable mugshot ever.

00:09:37.000 He showed up on the farm demanding he immediately be paid $300,000 as repayment for his investment in the operation.

00:09:46.000 I've got to be very careful because it's still under investigation.

00:09:48.000 It's not the investigating agency.

00:09:50.000 But from what we can gather, this Chinese individual male showed up at the farm, was demanding money that he felt he and or others maybe in an investment group were owed and had orders that if they don't pay, they're going to be killed because these are just workers. 0.80

00:10:07.000 They can replace those workers.

00:10:09.000 And when they said, we don't have the money, he started shooting them one at a time.

00:10:13.000 Ended up killing four of them, a fifth person escaped and managed to notify authorities.

00:10:18.000 Most of the time, though, they will not leave a witness.

00:10:21.000 Like a communist Chinese Warren Buffett. 0.95

00:10:24.000 Now he's been charged with four counts of first degree murder and one count assault and battery with a deadly weapon, which when you think about it, that's the four counts of murder.

00:10:35.000 Really should tie that up with a bow, but we'll toss in assault and battery while we're at it. 0.99

00:10:40.000 Now in a twist turn of fate, the survivor from Wu's murder spree actually ended up

00:10:46.000 at the same Oklahoma jail where Wu was being held.

00:10:51.000 And we were actually able to talk with Ken Thompson, a lieutenant at the Kingfisher County Sheriff's Office,

00:10:57.000 to hear a little bit more about this specific case.

00:11:00.000 Myself and another deputy actually went down to Florida, to Miami-Dade and picked up the shooter

00:11:07.000 and brought him back from Miami-Dade.

00:11:10.000 Oh yeah, I heard that he was- And brought him back up.

00:11:12.000 I heard he was very hesitant to come back to Oklahoma because he thought he was going to get killed.

00:11:17.000 Yeah, he was a weird deal.

00:11:18.000 Of course, we knew going out that he said that he didn't want to come back to Oklahoma.

00:11:23.000 He'd be dead if he come back to Oklahoma.

00:11:25.000 And it was really weird because we got, I mean, he was cordial the whole time.

00:11:32.000 He didn't speak a lot of English, but, but, but, you know, we got him out, we got him out for the bathroom and we fed him on the way back and stuff like that.

00:11:41.000 And he just sat back there quietly.

00:11:43.000 Well, our last gas stop was Weber Falls once we crossed into Oklahoma.

00:11:49.000 And you couldn't pry him out of the vehicle.

00:11:52.000 It's like he knew that he was in Oklahoma and there was no way he was getting out of the car.

00:11:52.000 Wow.

00:11:56.000 I says, you'll be alright.

00:11:57.000 We're here.

00:11:58.000 And he's like, no, no.

00:12:00.000 I'm like, okay.

00:12:01.000 So he left him in the car.

00:12:03.000 Were you ever contacted or were you ever in contact with anybody in China to your knowledge?

00:12:09.000 Like government officials, embassy, things like that?

00:12:11.000 Somebody, there were a couple of guys that stopped at dispatch one day that I think that said that they at the

00:12:18.000 911 center that said that they were connected to the Chinese embassy and they were referred to the OSPI.

00:12:25.000 And the murders don't stop in Kingfisher County or as it's known by some, namely when a good county to murder.

00:12:33.000 I'll see you next time.

00:12:34.000 According to Mr. Woodward of the OBN, they've actually become quite common all over the state.

00:12:40.000 We've seen others on not quite that scale, but certainly homicides have been something that we've seen a lot of linked to marijuana since 2020 when we really saw the black market migrate to our state.

00:12:54.000 Now when we asked the same local grower, we showed you earlier why local authorities were so powerless to stop That's the funniest thing we've heard yet.

00:13:02.000 by Chinese nationals, like murder. 0.95

00:13:05.000 He claimed it was because the cops were on the take.

00:13:07.000 I've spoken with a couple of law enforcement officials from Oklahoma and they act like they have a handle on it.

00:13:12.000 They're like, well, we're shutting down a bunch of these.

00:13:14.000 We've put you here.

00:13:15.000 My wife's laughing at you in the background. 1.00

00:13:17.000 She heard you say that.

00:13:18.000 I didn't say, hey, this isn't from me.

00:13:19.000 This is from law enforcement.

00:13:21.000 That's the funniest thing we've heard yet.

00:13:21.000 I'm not.

00:13:24.000 The police, especially in rural Oklahoma, are all on the take.

00:13:27.000 Now, to be clear, we don't have any proof to back that claim up.

00:13:30.000 And according to the official statistics from the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics,

00:13:33.000 they've cut the number of growth farms in the state from 9,421 to 3,223.

00:13:39.000 So do with that what you will.

00:13:41.000 And the Kingfisher County Sheriff's Department was really pretty helpful with us and our investigation, so thanks to them.

00:13:48.000 However, it does seem that nearly every week There's a report of a new grow operation being raided, so clearly there's a problem going on.

00:13:56.000 Our team here, supported by viewers like you, by the way, thank you, actually visited the site of one of these illegal grow operations that was shut down in Carter County, Oklahoma in December 2023.

00:14:08.000 All right, we are out here just north of Hilton, Oklahoma.

00:14:10.000 That's about halfway between the border and Oklahoma City at the site of a shutdown illicit marijuana farm that was taken down by Last month and on the property they found over 11,000 plants which is about 300 pounds of marijuana.

00:14:27.000 Now this is 46-year-old Jimmy Dang that was arrested in connection with this.

00:14:32.000 Oftentimes what happens, what he's pending charges for, is something called straw ownership where the Now, there's a lot of problems here, and I don't say this lightly.

00:14:53.000 These people are responsible for things like sex trafficking, human trafficking, illegal narcotic sale across state borders, whatever.

00:15:02.000 They're finding fentanyl, they're finding ketamine, murder in Kingfisher County, right?

00:15:07.000 Maybe the worst thing, not the worst thing, but something that's really going to get at you is this man just left a million dogs out here abandoned, right?

00:15:16.000 Like this little guy, completely abandoned.

00:15:18.000 And I mean, it's not a human, but still who's going to take care of him?

00:15:22.000 Clearly there was no responsibility there.

00:15:23.000 And mama's over here. 0.99

00:15:25.000 Yeah, I know.

00:15:26.000 I know. 1.00

00:15:27.000 And I mean, it is a dog, but this shows you how little these people care because Here's mama's puppy right here, completely dead because some idiot decided he wanted to run drugs.

00:15:43.000 By the way, all the references are available in the description or at lodderworthcreditor.com, and I encourage you to check them out. 0.82

00:15:49.000 So now that you know Middle America is being taken over by murderous international crime organizations of largely people small in stature, where are they all coming from? 0.99

00:16:04.000 How are they getting here?

00:16:06.000 So to set the stage here, in December 2023, the southern border of the United States saw

00:16:16.000 an all-time record of 302,000 known crossings.

00:16:23.000 And while a bulk of those are from places like Central America, you've got Venezuela, a not-so-insignificant number are coming from, let's say, China.

00:16:34.000 China.

00:16:41.000 In 2023, at least 25,000 people illegally cross from China, and that's more than the previous 10 years combined.

00:16:51.000 A long line of Chinese migrants make their way to the U.S.

00:16:54.000 through its border with Mexico.

00:16:58.000 They've arrived after a treacherous journey through a route in Panama that has become increasingly popular.

00:17:03.000 I'm very happy to be in the U.S.

00:17:06.000 This is my dream country.

00:17:11.000 And this is why an open borders policy is not compassionate.

00:17:15.000 It is the opposite of compassionate.

00:17:17.000 These people are not dreamers, just trying to get here, seeking a better life, to get a glimpse of the Statue of Liberty.

00:17:23.000 A lot of these Chinese migrants, they arrive here in the United States with extensive debt, either owed to smugglers that helped them reach the United States, or to parties back in China with connections, very often, directly to the Communist Chinese government.

00:17:36.000 And it makes them a perfect target for the organized crime leaders We have absolutely intercepted individuals that have come straight to Oklahoma from China across the border that have been smuggled in here.

00:17:53.000 And that's why so much of them are willing to work in horrible conditions because, and that's where they get into the labor traffic, because many of them are now paying off this debt, quote unquote.

00:18:03.000 They're constantly reminded, remember, we smuggled you into this country, we put up a You know, we put a lot on the line for you.

00:18:09.000 So now you got to work off this debt.

00:18:11.000 That debt never ends.

00:18:11.000 Well, guess what?

00:18:12.000 And that's for females and males. 0.85

00:18:14.000 So that's how a lot of these females get involved in prostitution. 1.00

00:18:16.000 And a lot of these males end up working on marijuana farms for deplorable conditions and are scared to death to say anything. 0.94

00:18:22.000 Slaves.

00:18:23.000 a job in the hopes of being able to send money back home to their families.

00:18:23.000 Let's be clear about that.

00:18:27.000 So yes, absolutely.

00:18:28.000 They're pouring across the border with the specific task of hooking up to a marijuana

00:18:35.000 farm and working, quote unquote, this dead off for these people that help smuggle them

00:18:39.000 in here.

00:18:40.000 But they just simply smuggled slave labor so they can maximize their profits working 0.51

00:18:44.000 on these farms. 0.97

00:18:47.000 Slaves. 0.99

00:18:49.000 Let's be clear about that. 0.99

00:18:51.000 Slaves.

00:18:52.000 There are more slaves right now on earth than ever in recorded history.

00:18:59.000 Did you know that?

00:19:00.000 Than ever.

00:19:02.000 Because of situations like this. 0.95

00:19:05.000 Slaves.

00:19:06.000 Say it. 0.96

00:19:08.000 Do something about it.

00:19:10.000 People who want to teach that America is uniquely responsible for the evil of slavery historically as though it doesn't exist across the globe, and it's still happening today, in the United States, in these situations, It's because of the fact that people who are paid to represent us don't enforce their own laws.

00:19:28.000 Now, we also spoke with the Oklahoma junior senator, Mark Wayne Mullen, or at least his office, and they confirmed that there is a significant concern regarding the influx of Chinese migrants at the border.

00:19:42.000 This is China taking advantage. 0.92

00:19:44.000 Knowing that they can be facilitating both drugs and personnel across the southern border.

00:19:48.000 And Oklahoma doesn't get talked about a whole lot, necessarily, in the border conversation.

00:19:52.000 But they should.

00:19:54.000 Because Texas, of course, is always under the gun. 0.63

00:19:57.000 Now, of course, these Chinese migrants slash often slaves or indentured servants If your white guilt gets the better of you, they don't always come directly through the border. 1.00

00:20:09.000 Oftentimes, they're actively recruited from other cities, like Los Angeles or New York.

00:20:14.000 And after a little digging, we were actually able to locate some of these job postings.

00:20:19.000 Here are a couple of examples of the recruitment ads luring Chinese workers to Oklahoma.

00:20:25.000 Farm recruitment requires diligence, quickness, and no fuss.

00:20:29.000 Experienced people will be given priority.

00:20:32.000 Oklahoma regular farm urgent recruitment.

00:20:35.000 Pause.

00:20:35.000 If someone specifies regular farm, it's not a regular farm.

00:20:42.000 Able to endure hardships and stand hard work.

00:20:45.000 Quick at work, without fuss.

00:20:47.000 Responsible.

00:20:48.000 Good hygiene.

00:20:49.000 Novice or experienced male workers are welcome.

00:20:53.000 Now, in both of these ads, first off, they really have a thing about fussing. 0.88

00:20:58.000 So if you want to be a Chinese slave working at a grow farm, fussing, it can't be in your wheelhouse. 0.63

00:21:04.000 But they also And that last one, in my opinion, is too broad.

00:21:10.000 Is it Craigslist?

00:21:11.000 Is it TaskRabbit?

00:21:11.000 Or is it ChineseSlave.com?

00:21:13.000 contacting, please say you are in saw it on the American jobs website.

00:21:20.000 And that last one, in my opinion, is too broad.

00:21:23.000 Is it Craigslist?

00:21:24.000 Is it TaskRabbit?

00:21:25.000 Or is it Chinese slave dot com? 0.95

00:21:28.000 Luckily for us, they both included phone numbers.

00:21:30.000 So we decided to give them a call and see exactly what it was that they were offering

00:21:35.000 with no fuss.

00:21:36.000 Mind you, I saw your job listing on American Jobs Network.

00:21:41.000 Recruiting farm workers for Oklahoma.

00:21:43.000 Is this the correct number?

00:21:44.000 Oh, okay.

00:21:54.000 Do you know anybody else that's hiring right now?

00:21:56.000 I have a bunch of people looking for work.

00:21:58.000 Okay, well...

00:22:06.000 Are you sure?

00:22:06.000 It's for a job in Oklahoma?

00:22:09.000 I have some people that may be interested.

00:22:12.000 Uh, no.

00:22:15.000 I'm not hiring people.

00:22:18.000 Oh, is this American Job Network?

00:22:22.000 No.

00:22:23.000 No, no, no. 1.00

00:22:26.000 It sucks. 0.98

00:22:31.000 Two things here. 0.99

00:22:32.000 One, that's convenient. 0.85

00:22:33.000 Two, they clearly had absolutely no idea what we were talking about due to the severe, almost comical Chinese accent, which, by the way, you've noticed I haven't done once here, which is really hard because I want to do it and these people are criminals. 1.00

00:22:47.000 Now, one reason they might not have wanted white Americans to know what they were up to is, you know, these recruiting agencies are basically sending workers into slave labor camps.

00:22:59.000 Our source on the ground, and Mr. Woodward at OBN, both spoke on this.

00:23:04.000 With the Chinese people, it's a few that run everything, and everyone else is living very, very far by. 1.00

00:23:10.000 You know, where I live, where I've been consulting, they had 60 greenhouses, and they couldn't afford a family for a

00:23:12.000 greenhouse to run it.

00:23:17.000 Each family had a 10x10 room. That's parents, kids, children, all living in a 10x10.

00:23:22.000 I've seen these rooms, some of them didn't have floors, there's lots of sewage running under them. 0.63

00:23:25.000 One bathroom for 15 families.

00:23:29.000 They have one dining hall that they'll add into the woods, or whatever. Shoot a well, haul the barrel off, they'll put

00:23:35.000 that up in a big rock with ice and peat everywhere.

00:23:37.000 Is this essentially a human trafficking operation by other means also?

00:23:41.000 Well, for the boots on the ground, the true farms themselves, it's slave labor.

00:23:47.000 So they see it as, you know, these people will get paid.

00:23:49.000 We talk to them once we serve search warrants on these farms and through interpreters.

00:23:54.000 Some of them will say they haven't been paid yet.

00:23:57.000 They're being told I'll be paid once our farm makes a profit.

00:24:02.000 They're living in sometimes 16 men in one mobile home with no running water, working plumbing.

00:24:08.000 It's just absolutely deplorable conditions.

00:24:11.000 But sadly, through interpreters, they say, I'm happy.

00:24:15.000 They won't complain, because they say, through interpreters, this is a step up.

00:24:18.000 You should see how my family's living back in China.

00:24:21.000 So that breaks your heart.

00:24:23.000 These are victims themselves.

00:24:24.000 But they won't complain, and so we can't oftentimes file human trafficking or labor trafficking on them.

00:24:29.000 But yes, absolutely, it's slave labor for these farms. 0.60

00:24:32.000 And if that isn't bad enough, the trafficking operations, of course, aren't just limited to farm workers.

00:24:37.000 Anytime you have human trafficking, it involves sex trafficking.

00:24:43.000 Oklahoma law enforcement often finds these brothels in more upscale neighborhoods throughout the state. 1.00

00:24:49.000 You get into the sex trafficking too, though, because there's also a lot of Asian females, specifically China and Japanese.

00:24:56.000 that were brought into this to cater to these workers.

00:24:59.000 And so we have identified underground Asian brothels that operated out of residential locations in Oklahoma, where through these underground websites, they bring in workers from, and not typically the marijuana workers themselves, but more the managers and administrators and people with real money.

00:25:18.000 They would come into these houses in multi-million dollar neighborhoods.

00:25:23.000 For prostitution and ketamine, we're intercepting a lot of ketamine, which is really big in the Chinese culture.

00:25:30.000 We've seized more ketamine since Oklahoma legalized marijuana than we had in my previous 28 years with our agency, and it's because of that Chinese culture. 1.00

00:25:39.000 So these brothels where there's ketamine trafficking and sex trafficking, and we talked to some of those women when we serve search warrants, and they absolutely said, we are victims.

00:25:48.000 We are not willing participants, and we have been able to get some of those females Now, this may come as a surprise.

00:25:56.000 The world of international narcotics and sex trafficking isn't all glitz and glamour.

00:26:03.000 It does come with some hoops to jump through.

00:26:06.000 Financial, legal, and a lot of these prospective entrepreneurs do so.

00:26:11.000 Now, here we have Bill Jones, the California Department of Cannabis Control's Chief of Law Enforcement.

00:26:17.000 It's a really difficult title.

00:26:19.000 Bill, you gotta shorten it.

00:26:20.000 He said in a March Politico article, these organizations, I can't overstate how much effort

00:26:27.000 they take to layer or protect their identity.

00:26:30.000 You don't have heads of the Chinese or Mexican cartels buying these properties.

00:26:35.000 Lucky for them, they have plenty of help.

00:26:39.000 So some credit here, a lot of the inspiration that led to us investigating this story

00:26:49.000 came from our tip line through a journalist in Maine named Steve Robinson.

00:26:56.000 Now, Mr. Robinson is working on a similar story of Chinese nationals taking over the weed industry in Maine. 0.98

00:27:01.000 During his research, he noticed that a lot of mortgages to the Maine grow farms were provided by New York headquartered Quantic Bank.

00:27:09.000 Among their many services, Quantic lists on their website specific financing to help foreign nationals acquire U.S.

00:27:19.000 property.

00:27:20.000 According to their own description, our foreign national mortgage loans may be the perfect home financing solution for non-U.S.

00:27:29.000 citizens looking to invest in U.S.

00:27:31.000 real estate.

00:27:33.000 We assess your overall financial profile, not limiting your chances due to paperwork or documentation obstacles.

00:27:40.000 You know, like the law.

00:27:44.000 Nice, nice, nice, nice, nice.

00:27:47.000 Hey! 0.99

00:27:48.000 The Indianapolis 500?

00:27:48.000 What do you think this is?

00:27:50.000 Knock it off! 0.99

00:27:51.000 We were lucky enough to speak with Mr. Robinson and learn a little more about how Quantic initially appeared on his radar.

00:27:59.000 Yeah, so I think this all really started in August when the Daily Caller News Foundation reported on a leaked memo.

00:28:06.000 It was really just a picture that someone took of an email that had circulated amongst Border Patrol, Department of Homeland Security, that said that there were 270 or more illegal Chinese marijuana growing facilities operating in the state of Maine.

00:28:23.000 When the memo came out, it didn't have any details about where these properties might be.

00:28:28.000 But I communicated with Jenny Tare, the reporter who broke that memo, and she actually came up here to do some first-hand investigating.

00:28:36.000 And we took the properties that were on, I guess, a partial list that she got, maybe 12 different addresses.

00:28:45.000 And we pulled the deed information from the county registry office just to see who the property belonged to.

00:28:51.000 And one thing we noticed based on looking at those was that the same bank was popping up over and over again.

00:28:57.000 And it's Quantic Bank. 0.99

00:28:58.000 Naturally, we wanted to see if these bastards had any footprint in Oklahoma. 1.00

00:29:03.000 Spoiler! 1.00

00:29:04.000 They do. 1.00

00:29:05.000 These bastards do. 1.00

00:29:06.000 They certainly do. 1.00

00:29:08.000 Now our search of Oklahoma public records turned up a slew of results for Quantic, mostly

00:29:15.000 mortgages on rural properties.

00:29:17.000 These properties are located all over the states.

00:29:20.000 Here's an example of this property in Hominy, Oklahoma, sits on a 47-acre lot in the middle

00:29:27.000 of nowhere.

00:29:29.000 Prairie views.

00:29:30.000 Open land. 0.96

00:29:31.000 Good for sex trafficking.

00:29:33.000 I don't know. 0.97

00:29:34.000 47 acres is your oyster.

00:29:36.000 These other two, located in Seminole and Sayre, possess what seem to be already massive greenhouses.

00:29:44.000 Perfect for your tomato hobby.

00:29:48.000 Or narcotics. 0.99

00:29:50.000 And unwilling prostitutes. 1.00

00:29:52.000 This property in Howe has three massive storage facilities that would make for perfect grow houses.

00:29:59.000 And this ranch house in Stroud which doesn't stand out other than the fact that the buyer of the property comes from Queens, New York.

00:30:08.000 Remember earlier when Mark Woodward from the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics told us that most of the heads of these illegal bros came from Flushing, New York?

00:30:17.000 Flushing, in a neighborhood where... WHERE IS IT?!

00:30:20.000 Ding, ding, ding!

00:30:21.000 Queens! 0.96

00:30:23.000 So...

00:30:24.000 The same bank that lent money to illegal marijuana growers in Maine also lent to borrowers in Oklahoma, including those from Flushing, Queens, the hub of China's illegal weed empire in the United States.

00:30:35.000 Now, that's compelling, I would say, but that's me, Mr. Traditional.

00:30:40.000 It doesn't stop there.

00:30:41.000 Following up further on the Maine Wire's reporting, we cross-referenced Quantix Oklahoma mortgage documents for the name Ying-Chan Wang.

00:30:51.000 Real name.

00:30:52.000 Don't get mad at me.

00:30:53.000 Ying-Chan Wang, who along with another man named Stephen Ho, real name, signed off on a majority of the loans in Maine.

00:31:03.000 Now what did we find?

00:31:05.000 Nearly all of Quantics Oklahoma mortgages with Chinese names were signed off by Wang or Ho, again with Wang appearing on most of them.

00:31:17.000 Wang is a loan officer at Quantics Astoria headquarters.

00:31:22.000 Now, she earned her master's degree in public affairs at the University of Texas, but attended undergraduate at Zhejiang, hope I'm saying that correctly, but I don't care, University in Hangzhou, a city on the eastern coast of her native China.

00:31:37.000 Zhejiang University, close enough like most in China, of course, has strong, if not direct, ties to the Chinese Communist Party.

00:31:47.000 In 2004, the China's People Liberation Army, right, the PLA, posted an ad specifically at the university on their website.

00:31:54.000 To recruit people for Unit 61398, a hacking and espionage arm of said PLA.

00:32:01.000 In 2017, visiting scholars from the university formed a communist party cell at UC San Diego to discuss Xi Jinping's speeches.

00:32:11.000 And it was hard to distinguish them from other communist groups at said university.

00:32:15.000 We could tell by the height.

00:32:19.000 Do we know this?

00:32:20.000 Is Wang a CCP spy?

00:32:22.000 We can't make that claim.

00:32:24.000 But we can say, according to one official statement, she's on the radar of Oklahoma authorities.

00:32:30.000 Now, wanting to give her a chance to explain things for herself, we decided to give Ms.

00:32:34.000 Wang a call.

00:32:35.000 Quantic's name is now appearing on mortgages in Oklahoma that are suspected of being illicit marijuana operations and unfortunately your name and Mr. Ho's name, Stephen Ho's name is on a lot of these mortgages and I was just wondering if you knew that that was the case?

00:32:55.000 I'm going to have to send you to my young person at the firm and you can speak to her about this.

00:33:04.000 No, I would love to do that.

00:33:06.000 And again, we're not saying that this has anything to do with you necessarily.

00:33:09.000 We just, we would really like to speak with someone at your bank because we want to know kind of what the process is that's letting so many... Let me give you her name.

00:33:17.000 Yeah, that would be fantastic.

00:33:19.000 Her name is Casey.

00:33:21.000 Okay.

00:33:24.000 And her number is 646.

00:33:26.000 Okay.

00:33:30.000 Okay, thank you.

00:33:34.000 Okay?

00:33:36.000 Yeah, that's great.

00:33:37.000 Bye-bye.

00:33:42.000 Now we should have seen that coming, considering that it was all Supervisor Hangup.

00:33:49.000 But that's a far cry from the reaction she had when she spoke to Mr. Robinson in Maine a few days prior to our phone call.

00:33:58.000 Those, according to my investigation, those properties are actually being used as illegal marijuana growing operations controlled by Chinese foreign nationals. 0.52

00:34:07.000 I'm wondering if you had any knowledge of that when you were originating the loans.

00:34:14.000 Oh, they were all winning?

00:34:18.000 Uh, yeah, yeah, they're actually on a Department of Homeland Security list flagged as, uh, controlled by, uh, Asian transnational organized crime.

00:34:31.000 Oh my god.

00:34:35.000 So you had no knowledge when you were originating those loans?

00:34:39.000 No, I never met those people.

00:34:41.000 Oh my God!

00:34:43.000 Now, of course, they never got back to us.

00:34:45.000 They passed us off to the Chief Empowerment Officer, who's a patsy for the higher-ups.

00:34:51.000 So once these operators set up shop in Oklahoma, they need help getting their business off the ground.

00:34:57.000 And to do so, they have to meet A series of industry regulations.

00:35:02.000 So, according to Oklahoma law, licenses are available for Oklahoma residents who are at least 25 years old.

00:35:09.000 Applicants must provide documents establishing the applicant and the members, managers and board members, if applicable.

00:35:16.000 And 75% of the commercial applicant's ownership interests are Oklahoma residents, as required in the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act.

00:35:23.000 Ah, yes.

00:35:24.000 The patients.

00:35:26.000 Forgot about them.

00:35:30.000 At least those Chinese slaves are keeping these patients medicated. 1.00

00:35:33.000 That last part, by the way, is crucial.

00:35:36.000 75% of the ownership must be Oklahoma residents.

00:35:41.000 So how do Chinese nationals operating on behalf of crime syndicates, who presumably are not Oklahoman citizens, And you had these entities, like I said, these law firms that would step up and say, don't worry about your 75% owner. 0.57

00:36:00.000 You pay us a fee, we're going to get you a license and that will include, we will find somebody to put down as your 75% owner.

00:36:06.000 So on the surface, you're going to look legit.

00:36:09.000 So when they do a background, because that's all you need to get a license in Oklahoma, pay $2,500 and pass the background, which is no felony in five years.

00:36:17.000 And so they made sure that the person on the license as the 75% primary owner is squeaky clean.

00:36:22.000 One such person who jumped out on our radar was a consulting officer out of Oklahoma City called Ma Ma Ma.

00:36:31.000 That's right, Ma Ma Ma.

00:36:34.000 Fun to say, easy person to dislike.

00:36:37.000 A former Oklahoma grower writing to us on the condition of anonymity actually outlined the work that MaMaMa does.

00:36:45.000 Something else I have learned by doing business with the Chinese is that they all, or at least the ones I've interacted with, are connected with a Chinese lawyer whose offices occupy an entire floor in a high-rise office building in downtown Oklahoma City.

00:36:59.000 I had occasion to visit this office.

00:37:02.000 And while there, I asked the man what his business was.

00:37:05.000 He indicated that he was basically a fixer for the Chinese growers.

00:37:08.000 If they needed services, he would connect them with local providers, such as myself, and he provided help with compliance issues.

00:37:14.000 That seems legit enough on the surface, but if I were seriously looking into this issue, this guy would be high on my list to investigate.

00:37:23.000 Every job I have done for them, I have been paid in physical cash, usually In American $20 bills.

00:37:30.000 It was also confirmed to us that Mamama was on the radar, it'll never not be fun to say, of law enforcement in Oklahoma.

00:37:38.000 So in March 2022, this same company, Mamama, filed a lawsuit against Xu Xinqi for defamation.

00:37:46.000 Now that lawsuit identified the owner of Mamama Consult LLC as one Yiyao Fu, known by her English name as Sonafu.

00:37:58.000 Because that's very English.

00:38:00.000 Of Flushing Queens.

00:38:02.000 Now, when looking into Fu, we found she also owns a residence in... Edmond, Oklahoma!

00:38:11.000 Right.

00:38:12.000 A record search of that property turned up a mortgage.

00:38:16.000 That mortgage was issued by none other than... Quantic Bank!

00:38:21.000 And signed off.

00:38:23.000 By Stephen Ho, the same loan agent attached to multiple property purchases of weed farms in Maine and suspected weed operations in Oklahoma.

00:38:31.000 Further investigation into Fu, English name, also revealed that she is a certified notary public.

00:38:39.000 So on October 24th, 2023, Fu notarized a groundwater usage permit application for JN Operations and owner Shu Qi Ni.

00:38:50.000 On December 24th, Shu was arrested and charged with...

00:38:54.000 Illegal cultivation and drug trafficking.

00:38:57.000 Now, looking into Jane Operation's LLC, we also found that it was filed for by an Oklahoma attorney named Matt Stacey.

00:39:06.000 Stacey, among other things, is a decorated veteran, a state senate candidate, and he was appointed by current Oklahoma governor Kevin Stitt to head the state's COVID response team.

00:39:17.000 Oh, and Mr. Stacey is listed as the primary contact for 320 marijuana licenses, or about 3.5% of all marijuana licenses in Oklahoma.

00:39:26.000 And in February 2022, he was charged with 13 felony counts related to illicit marijuana.

00:39:33.000 Again, if we legalize all of it, there will be no.

00:39:37.000 Illicit market.

00:39:38.000 In an attempt to obtain some kind of comment from Yee Yaw Fu directly, the team here traveled

00:39:44.000 to Mama Ma's downtown Oklahoma City location and it got...

00:39:51.000 Spicy? 0.95

00:39:52.000 What the f***? 0.97

00:39:58.000 Like not level... 0.97

00:39:59.000 Like if it's, you know, level 1 to 5 on takeout?

00:40:02.000 I'm sorry.

00:40:04.000 Four?

00:40:04.000 You don't earn a five.

00:40:05.000 That's just, they're just, that's just to harm you.

00:40:08.000 So it got to level four when we caught up with Mrs. Fu on a conference call with her employees.

00:40:15.000 Oh, hello.

00:40:16.000 Hi.

00:40:16.000 Yes.

00:40:17.000 Fu in today?

00:40:17.000 Is Ms.

00:40:18.000 Fu? 0.98

00:40:18.000 Ms. 0.98

00:40:19.000 Yeah.

00:40:19.000 Is y'all Fu?

00:40:20.000 We had a, no, a scheduled appointment with her.

00:40:24.000 Uh... Is she not, yeah, we were supposed to meet with her today?

00:40:31.000 Yeah, we're doing an investigation about the, The marijuana businesses that got shut down?

00:40:31.000 No.

00:40:36.000 And we found out that she was attached to it, so we wanted to get a comment from her.

00:40:41.000 Uh... We're just curious to know her relationship with Matt Stacey.

00:40:46.000 There's a lot going on.

00:40:47.000 We're running an investigation.

00:40:48.000 I'm not Matt Stacey at all.

00:40:50.000 I never met her.

00:40:51.000 I've never spoken to her.

00:40:53.000 Oh, are you sure?

00:40:54.000 Because we found that you notarized a doc... Ms. 0.95

00:40:56.000 Scoob notarized a document.

00:40:58.000 Right.

00:40:59.000 I do a lot of notarizing.

00:41:01.000 I do closing as well, but I don't do Matt Stacey.

00:41:04.000 Oh, okay.

00:41:05.000 That's interesting because we were pointed in this direction for that.

00:41:10.000 Hmm.

00:41:10.000 I mean... What about Quantic Bank?

00:41:13.000 Are you familiar with Quantic Bank at all?

00:41:16.000 Quantic Bank?

00:41:17.000 Out of Queens?

00:41:20.000 Maybe a Stephen Ho?

00:41:21.000 No.

00:41:22.000 No, the thing is, we do close in silence.

00:41:25.000 Oh, okay.

00:41:26.000 We don't authorize documents.

00:41:27.000 Gotcha.

00:41:28.000 If you ask anybody, you have to show him more information because I don't really remember what that is.

00:41:28.000 Right?

00:41:34.000 Steven Ho?

00:41:34.000 Oh, yeah, that's understandable. But what about, do you know Stephen Ho from Quantic Bank? I think he did the

00:41:40.000 mortgage for you.

00:41:41.000 Stephen Ho?

00:41:46.000 Oh, okay.

00:41:52.000 That's interesting because we found Stephen Ho did the mortgage for you and Quantic has done a lot of lending here as well for the marijuana industry.

00:42:00.000 Is there anybody that we can talk to about this?

00:42:02.000 Because it seems that there's, we know that this place is under investigation so we were just curious.

00:42:08.000 Who we might be able to talk to.

00:42:09.000 I'm a Yelp fan if you want to talk to me.

00:42:12.000 Yeah, okay, yeah, that's perfect.

00:42:14.000 If you could, we're just very curious to know about your relationship or Ma Ma Ma's relationship with Quantic Bank because they're also part of this investigation and we're finding that they have a relationship with Ma Ma Ma and the marijuana industry.

00:42:28.000 It seems like there's a lot of connection going on here.

00:42:30.000 I don't have any personal relationship with Quantic Bank at all.

00:42:36.000 So you're not familiar with Quantic at all?

00:42:38.000 No, I'm talking about... So you've never met with a Stephen Ho?

00:42:42.000 I don't know who that is.

00:42:45.000 Hmm, okay.

00:42:46.000 That's interesting.

00:42:47.000 What do you, do you have any... We don't do mortgage here.

00:42:50.000 No, I know the mortgage on your house, though, was signed by Stephen Ho.

00:42:55.000 I have no idea who that is, though.

00:42:58.000 Is there any way we can get your phone number and we can follow up with you with some questions we might have?

00:43:06.000 Yeah, you ready to do that for me?

00:43:09.000 Yeah, perfect.

00:43:09.000 Okay.

00:43:10.000 And I'm sorry, who's speaking right now?

00:43:11.000 Yi Yaofu.

00:43:14.000 Yi Yaofu, hands full.

00:43:16.000 We don't do any mortgage service, and I don't know who that Steven is.

00:43:16.000 Okay.

00:43:21.000 But I do know the right stock payment, and I do.

00:43:23.000 Sometimes I provide the deed, the proprietary deed.

00:43:29.000 That's all my services.

00:43:31.000 I don't really know who's from the 10th bank or Steven Ho.

00:43:35.000 Okay, yeah, well, we'd love to talk to you about just how that came to your desk.

00:43:38.000 We're not, you know, not insinuating anything, just curious, but you said 405-0702?

00:43:41.000 405?

00:43:41.000 Who are you guys, by the way?

00:43:43.000 Oh, go ahead.

00:43:46.000 Yeah, no, go ahead.

00:43:49.000 No problem.

00:43:50.000 We're journalists investigating this story right now, so there's a lot of different investigations going on that surround this whole thing that my partner just kind of laid out for you guys, so we're just trying to get to the bottom of a few things, and, you know, we have a lot of questions.

00:44:00.000 If you could help us, that'd be great.

00:44:02.000 Because, yeah, I'm very sick and I don't really have time for juggles.

00:44:06.000 So, please leave me alone.

00:44:08.000 Okay. Thank you.

00:44:08.000 Thank you.

00:44:11.000 Thank you.

00:44:35.000 Did it work?

00:44:36.000 It worked.

00:44:37.000 Have a good time.

00:44:38.000 Yep, appreciate it.

00:44:40.000 Now immediately after that interaction, a researcher on this team found something that you would consider straight from a Hollywood script.

00:44:48.000 And not even necessarily one that's been redacted for the Chinese market.

00:44:52.000 Now you remember how Ms. 0.98

00:44:53.000 Fu told my reporters that she didn't really know Matt Stacy and that she notarized documents for a lot of people?

00:45:02.000 That could be the case.

00:45:04.000 As it turns out, Google Street View has excellent photographs of both Ms. 0.99

00:45:10.000 Fu's Edmund residence as well as of J.N.

00:45:13.000 Greengrove, a shuttered weed farm owned by Xu Jaini and fronted by Matt Stacey.

00:45:19.000 A picture is worth a thousand grams.

00:45:22.000 Now as you can see, the same two-door 28 Robins Egg Jeep Wrangler is at both locations.

00:45:28.000 And according to GEICO records, that Jeep is registered to Foose Edmund Address.

00:45:35.000 Now armed with this information, because you've heard that knowledge is power, Sometimes it is.

00:45:43.000 In this case it was.

00:45:44.000 My team went back to see why Ms. 1.00

00:45:46.000 Fu said she had no knowledge of things she clearly knows.

00:45:53.000 Hi, we were just talking to you upstairs.

00:45:59.000 We just wanted to clarify something because we came back and had a discussion.

00:46:03.000 I have no idea.

00:46:04.000 I have the watchman right here.

00:46:06.000 I have no idea.

00:46:07.000 Are you sure?

00:46:07.000 Because it is her address.

00:46:09.000 It's Ms. 0.55

00:46:10.000 Fu's address.

00:46:11.000 In Edmond, Oklahoma.

00:46:16.000 So this, right here on this document we have it was signed for by Quantic Bank.

00:46:22.000 Approved by Stephen Ho.

00:46:23.000 Which she says she has no knowledge of.

00:46:25.000 Am I seeing?

00:46:26.000 I don't know.

00:46:27.000 Can we get her number from you?

00:46:30.000 Because we do have photo evidence of her jeep at an illicit marijuana farm that she claimed to have no knowledge of, and the same jeep parked in front of her residence in Edmond, Oklahoma, that was signed for by Stephen Ho at Quantic Bank.

00:46:43.000 That was mortgaged.

00:46:44.000 Are you sure?

00:46:45.000 Are you positive?

00:46:48.000 Can we get her number, please?

00:46:49.000 We'd like to clarify this.

00:46:50.000 We don't want to report things that aren't true.

00:46:52.000 I'll be right back.

00:46:56.000 I'll see you all soon.

00:46:58.000 Also noteworthy of Fu, she's just filled with criminal nuggets as her phone number is listed as the contact number for Wangshen Fanmei, a service provider.

00:47:09.000 That offers full supervision services for overseas students studying in America.

00:47:16.000 Now, the site is new.

00:47:17.000 It was created on December 26, 2023, and it advertises a relationship, seemingly official, with the University of Oklahoma College of Aeronautics.

00:47:29.000 Having our suspicions We reached out to a representative directly for the university to see if there was any kind of an official foo connection.

00:47:41.000 Um, you know, I've never heard that name before, and I don't know why they'd be advertising us, because we're a kids program.

00:47:48.000 Yeah.

00:47:49.000 Based out of Norman, Oklahoma.

00:47:51.000 So, um, can you tell me what that website is so I can look into it?

00:47:55.000 Sure.

00:47:55.000 Um, by the looks of it, they just kind of copy-pasted your website's homepage onto theirs.

00:48:02.000 Um, it's called Wang Xin Fan Mei, so it's W-A-N-G. 1.00

00:48:06.000 Huh?

00:48:08.000 X-I-N. 1.00

00:48:11.000 F-A-N. 1.00

00:48:13.000 F-A-N? 1.00

00:48:15.000 M-E-I dot com. 0.78

00:48:17.000 Yeah, well thank you so much for doing that.

00:48:19.000 I will definitely look into that and I'll probably have to get OU Legal involved.

00:48:23.000 After exhausting the willingness of Mamama's employees to talk, we decided to contact Stephen Ho, the man who signed Ms.

00:48:31.000 Fu's mortgage, and see what he had to say.

00:48:34.000 I'm a, you know, I'm a taxpaying American and I don't, I'm not, you know, anyone that, you know, any illegal

00:48:42.000 activities.

00:48:43.000 Just to, so I have this clear, you don't know off the top of your head, you don't know Yi Yaofu. 0.59

00:48:50.000 I do not.

00:48:51.000 It was a very busy time in those last couple of years, so I do not know anyone specifically.

00:48:59.000 What was Quantics response when they were made aware that so much of their financing was leading up was helping

00:49:06.000 facilitate this?

00:49:06.000 Yeah, I uh, you'd have to ask them.

00:49:11.000 I don't know, you know, how they reacted.

00:49:13.000 You know, that might have been a PR level for them that I was not part of.

00:49:17.000 Okay.

00:49:17.000 So, I really don't know.

00:49:19.000 Yeah.

00:49:19.000 How much would you have to look into each individual loan that you were issuing?

00:49:24.000 Like, about the prospective borrower.

00:49:26.000 Like, the quality control.

00:49:27.000 How much would you have to look into the prospective borrower before you decide?

00:49:31.000 Or was it just kind of a numbers game for you?

00:49:36.000 Um, yeah.

00:49:37.000 You know, you know, like, Those two years, I mean, experienced Illusionator, were having career years.

00:49:47.000 So, um, we were, everyone was so busy.

00:49:52.000 Right, they were just... Yeah, they were just, you know, taking applications and, you know, double checking that they qualified and help them get a loan.

00:50:02.000 You know, in hindsight, now that, you know, I don't know which question, how many people... In hindsight now, the question I need to ask, not that they'll give me an honest answer, is to ask those extra questions.

00:50:15.000 By the way, what are you going to do with this property?

00:50:17.000 Now, to be fair, it does seem like Ho was unaware of exactly what Quantic was up to. 0.97

00:50:24.000 He may be an idiot, but it also looks like Quantic operated with the attitude of, it's best not to ask questions. 0.97

00:50:34.000 Okay, so let's back up. 1.00

00:50:36.000 We now know that New York-based Quantic Bank financed the purchase of multiple properties in Oklahoma, as well as illicit weed farms in Maine.

00:50:45.000 Alright.

00:50:46.000 These mortgages are signed off by Ying Chang Wang or Stephen Ho.

00:50:50.000 These are the loan originators.

00:50:52.000 Quantic, led by Stephen Ho, also wrote the mortgage for an Edmond, Oklahoma property purchased by Yiyao Fu, who also has a property in Flushing, Queens, the hub of China's United States drug network.

00:51:05.000 Now, in addition, To being the primary contact for a service provider to Chinese students in America that may or may not exist, Yiya Fu is the owner of Mamama Consult LLC based out of Oklahoma City.

00:51:18.000 Mamama Consult LLC helps Chinese nationals obtain marijuana grow licenses in Oklahoma by helping them circumvent industry standards as chill as they may be, including the requirement that 75% of the farms must be owned by an Oklahoma resident.

00:51:34.000 Fu acts in this role Herself.

00:51:34.000 Ms.

00:51:38.000 Foo is a public notary.

00:51:42.000 She notarized a groundwater usage permit application for JN Operations LLC in Shuji-Ni.

00:51:46.000 The farm has subsequently been shut down and the owner arrested as of December 28, 2023.

00:51:52.000 JN Operations has listed as the primary contact one Matt Stacey, an infamous Oklahoma attorney with personal relationships with the governor.

00:52:01.000 And, point of contact, for more than 300 marijuana farms in Oklahoma, Stacey has also been charged with 13 marijuana-related felonies.

00:52:09.000 So, to sum this all up, Quantic loaned money to multiple Chinese nationals in Oklahoma, including the owner of Mama Ma Consult, Ye Ye Fu, who, on at least one occasion, worked hand in glove with Oklahoma's most notorious weed magnet, 0.70

00:52:24.000 Matt Stacey, to set up an illicit marijuana farm that is now under seizure order by the state

00:52:38.000 of Oklahoma.

00:52:40.000 Okay so we've told you about the operations, the destruction, and the players on the ground.

00:52:46.000 But at the end of the day, there's one entity pulling the real strings.

00:52:51.000 And it's not a crime boss, it's not just a mortgage broker, or even a bank.

00:52:57.000 The Chinese Communist Party's cooperation with the triads has been incredibly well documented and has foundations stemming from the handover of Hong Kong by Britain to China in the late 1990s.

00:53:08.000 Writing for the publication Foreign Policy, J. Michael Cole describes this evolution As it relates to the relationship, by the 1990s triads were well established in both Hong Kong and Taiwan and the CCP had gone from seeing them as a brutal opponent to a useful tool.

00:53:22.000 After the handover, the relationship evolved in what was now Chinese territory.

00:53:26.000 Pro-Beijing gangsters threatened and on a few occasions physically assaulted activists and the few media outlets that remained critical of Beijing.

00:53:35.000 So pro-Beijing gangsters have remained active in suppressing any type of anti-communist Chinese sentiment, including in 2017 when triads assaulted a group of pro-Hong Kong democracy protesters at the Hong Kong airport.

00:53:49.000 We also know that the CCP and the triad work hand in glove when it comes to money laundering.

00:53:54.000 For example, in 2021, the Commission of Inquiry into Money Laundering in B.C.

00:53:57.000 revealed that a Chinese national earning about $40,000 a year Decent income.

00:54:05.000 Purchased $32 million worth of real estate in Vancouver, Canada.

00:54:11.000 And we know that it's a country that's good at math.

00:54:12.000 It doesn't add up.

00:54:14.000 A related summons showed that between 2011 and 2020, Hong Kong depositors moved $166 million into BC accounts.

00:54:24.000 Unsurprisingly, these depositors were linked directly to organized crime and the CCP, with one depositor being a member of China's foreign influence program.

00:54:34.000 So that brings us to our story.

00:54:37.000 Right back.

00:54:38.000 We know these operations connect far beyond Oklahoma.

00:54:43.000 We know they have international ties.

00:54:46.000 Including the Mexican cartel.

00:54:48.000 A U.S. 0.66

00:54:49.000 Treasury official tells NBC News that Chinese criminal organizations are operating in the U.S.

00:54:53.000 and now working with Mexican cartels by helping them launder money made from meth, fentanyl, and other drugs.

00:54:59.000 These Chinese entities with direct connections to the Communist Chinese government facilitating drug trafficking, namely fentanyl, okay, for the Mexican cartels, it's such an open secret.

00:55:09.000 That it took center stage November 2023 in a meeting between Joe Biden and Xi Jinping in San Francisco.

00:55:15.000 Biden said that he and Xi got to restart cooperation to encountering narcotics.

00:55:19.000 They got to talk about the fentanyl crisis and the production of those precursors to fentanyl, those precursors, the chemicals that are produced in China.

00:55:28.000 So the question becomes, are these Chinese crime organizations really operating independently of the Chinese Communist Party?

00:55:35.000 After all, it's kind of difficult to believe that the world's largest surveillance state could be so blind to such large-scale, burning, smelly operations.

00:55:46.000 As it turns out, Beijing isn't blind.

00:55:51.000 Maybe not the best peripheral vision, but not blind.

00:55:54.000 And in fact, they're utilizing these criminal organizations for their own means.

00:55:58.000 Here's a leaked Border Patrol memo that laid out exactly how profits from illicit marijuana operations flow directly back to China.

00:56:06.000 And of course, these profits Can be quite lucrative.

00:56:12.000 It's immensely profitable if you have slaves doing the work.

00:56:14.000 That's kind of a big thing.

00:56:15.000 More slaves right now on earth than ever in recorded history.

00:56:18.000 You can look it up.

00:56:19.000 You can use my source or any source available to you.

00:56:22.000 Because of situations like this.

00:56:24.000 Now, according to Mr. Woodward at OBN, they've intercepted truckloads of marijuana worth at least $28 million.

00:56:33.000 Mr. Woodward went into detail on the Chinese government's involvement specifically in Oklahoma.

00:56:39.000 It comes as a shock to me that these large-scale organizations could be operating in the United States in such a large degree without some sort of at least tacit approval from the Chinese Communist Party.

00:56:51.000 Is there any link there that you've seen or identified where you at least see involvement or kind of approval from the CCP?

00:56:59.000 Is there any indication of that at all?

00:57:02.000 Well, there's 100% evidence that the Chinese Communist Party is absolutely aware of everything that their citizens are doing within the

00:57:10.000 borders of their country and our U.S. borders.

00:57:12.000 There's no doubt. They monitor everything. They monitor their people, their activities,

00:57:17.000 the movement of the money. It's much like with the fentanyl crisis. China publicly said they're

00:57:24.000 going to crack down on the exportation of fentanyl out of China, but privately they've

00:57:29.000 done nothing to stop it and they know exactly what's happening.

00:57:32.000 And it's no different with the Chinese Communist Party's involvement in marijuana in the United States.

00:57:38.000 This is well documented, and I've seen other documentaries that have aired where one of the big parts of the Chinese Communist Party, one of their primary goals is one, acquire as much U.S. land as you can and number two,

00:57:50.000 acquire and gather as much and collect U.S.

00:57:53.000 currency as possible. And that's why people said, why are they involved in marijuana? Because it

00:57:57.000 can accomplish both of those goals. You need thousands of acres of land, sometimes with just

00:58:02.000 a few farms in places like Oklahoma, and it's an all cash business and 40 states have legalized it.

00:58:08.000 So that's accomplishing their goals. And specifically talking about Oklahoma,

00:58:12.000 I can't get into a lot of details, but I can tell you that we have identified

00:58:17.000 people who are considered national security risks tied to the Chinese Communist Party identified

00:58:24.000 on Oklahoma farms as among these people that come and check and monitor

00:58:28.000 the activities of the farms and the workers themselves.

00:58:31.000 They are linked to high-ranking people within the Chinese government that we personally have identified here in Oklahoma on these farms.

00:58:40.000 No, I'm not a Chinese national, but this math adds up.

00:58:44.000 We all know that China's been buying up farmland across the United States, and they've been securing troves of hard U.S.

00:58:51.000 currency.

00:58:52.000 At least, well, I hope you know.

00:58:56.000 If not, now you know.

00:58:57.000 And even though China claims it wants the world to convert to their own currency, the yuan, they reportedly You're the one that did it. 0.87

00:59:06.000 trillion dollars in foreign currency that is off the books.

00:59:10.000 They're Eddie Haskell-ing it.

00:59:12.000 You're the one that did it.

00:59:13.000 Yeah, but if you go around squealing on guys, nobody's going to like you.

00:59:17.000 To further understand the Chinese Communist Party's goals here, we reached out to John

00:59:21.000 Kassara, a former Cold War intelligence officer and a special agent at the U.S. Treasury,

00:59:26.000 who told us this.

00:59:28.000 Regarding direct links between the CCP and transnational crime, you must understand that

00:59:33.000 China is a command state, whether it be the fentanyl trade or the online advertising for 0.94

00:59:38.000 illegal products, organ harvesting, illicit tobacco, counterfeiting, which represents

00:59:43.000 about 2% of China's GDP, illicit fishing, human trafficking.

00:59:48.000 None of this could happen without the CCP's consent.

00:59:52.000 Chinese actors in the United States cannot be here without the permission of the central government.

00:59:59.000 What do they have to gain?

01:00:01.000 President Xi has publicly stated that the West is declining and China is ascending.

01:00:05.000 Criminal activity has become part of China's strategy to grow its power in conjunction with its authoritarian statecraft, military buildup, espionage, theft, deception, trade, loans, debt traps, payoffs, influence operations, etc.

01:00:19.000 to structure a 21st century with Chinese, quote, characteristics.

01:00:24.000 Look, the aim of the CCP here is pretty clear.

01:00:28.000 Xi Jinping has stated himself that he intends to see the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

01:00:35.000 And we have internal CCP memos that outline a strategy showing that this rejuvenation

01:00:42.000 means displacing the American order and instead replacing it, instituting Beijing's own. 0.97

01:00:50.000 So of course they would want to own United States farms.

01:00:53.000 And of course they would want to be involved with the illicit marijuana industry in Oklahoma.

01:00:59.000 But it's just one tool that Beijing is using to enrich itself and undermine the United

01:01:03.000 States.

01:01:04.000 But sometimes when the scope feels so big, you get lost in this game and forget that

01:01:10.000 there are real life consequences for everyday Americans.

01:01:15.000 It's killing, absolutely killing the legitimate industry.

01:01:19.000 As I said before, the first two years we probably had close to 3-4,000 farms and most of those were run by just local people trying to make a go of it.

01:01:26.000 So the market was already oversaturated.

01:01:28.000 And then you have an influx of 5,000 more farms that we've linked back to Mexican organized crime, Chinese organized crime, that try to look legitimate on the surface, but they're all criminal and they're growing for $100 a pound.

01:01:39.000 They're going to undercut the legitimate growers for sure. 0.99

01:01:42.000 Yeah, legitimate growers cannot compete.

01:01:44.000 They're having to grow for $800 a pound and they say I can barely make payroll.

01:01:48.000 It's not exactly healthy or positive or strengthening America to have this happening right in our backyards.

01:01:56.000 It's making the cost of living far more expensive everywhere.

01:01:59.000 It's destroying Maine's housing stock.

01:02:01.000 It's reducing our available housing supply, increasing the price of electricity.

01:02:05.000 It's bad for the environment.

01:02:06.000 And oh, by the way, the product that they're producing is laced with pesticides and fungicides.

01:02:12.000 It's not tested.

01:02:13.000 It's not regulated.

01:02:14.000 It's not up to standard of the legal product that comes out of Maine.

01:02:17.000 And one of the fungicides that they use is called Eagle 20.

01:02:21.000 And it's approved for use on your tomatoes because, you know, it's going to be okay if you eat it.

01:02:26.000 But when you smoke it, it turns into cyanide gas.

01:02:29.000 Brother, I just, uh, they killed our American dream out here is how I feel about it.

01:02:35.000 That's what me and my wife saved up and this was all in with our family to do.

01:02:39.000 You know, I was going to build a farm out here in a house and live the rest of my life and this is what I wanted to do.

01:02:48.000 And those are just the Americans who know about it, who've seen the screwjob take place.

01:02:56.000 It could just as easily be you.

01:02:58.000 When you have foreign entities who have specifically stated that their goal is to subvert the Western American way of life, and to do so through operations within your own country, how many businesses have been shattered? 0.94

01:03:14.000 How many people have gone missing?

01:03:18.000 How many years of record border crossings with people in our elected representative establishment who do nothing about it?

01:03:25.000 At what point does that damage you?

01:03:28.000 For all of the seen damage, there's unseen damage that can't even begin to be quantified.

01:03:37.000 You feel it every day, and right now we're showing you what we can verify, but there are intangible variables You can't put your finger on it.

01:03:49.000 Why?

01:03:49.000 Because no one wants you to put your finger on it.

01:03:51.000 You can't quantify it.

01:03:52.000 Why?

01:03:52.000 Because no one wants you to quantify it.

01:03:54.000 We know it's in the trillions.

01:03:57.000 That's a starting point.

01:04:00.000 We know it's in the millions.

01:04:02.000 As far as slaves.

01:04:04.000 We know it's in the hundreds of thousands as far as illegal border crossings.

01:04:09.000 Every year.

01:04:10.000 We know that it's in the hundreds of thousands to tens of millions of acres, as far as American farmland, that you may never get back.

01:04:20.000 We know it's in the billions of dollars that was lost during COVID that was foisted upon us by, again, to some degree, and by some I mean all degree, the Communist Chinese government and complicit representatives who weren't looking out for you. 0.88

01:04:40.000 We do what we can here and we appreciate your support.

01:04:41.000 We really do.

01:04:42.000 The Mug Club Undercover Unit here, the investigative journalists, none of this will ever happen without your support.

01:04:47.000 Hey, take a guess why?

01:04:51.000 Why do you think we're not monetized on any mainstream platform?

01:04:56.000 The same reason that John Cena had to apologize for acting like Taiwan even existed.

01:05:03.000 It's a growing market.

01:05:05.000 It's a very powerful government.

01:05:07.000 Who gets to determine winners and losers with the world's most powerful companies that you depend on every single day.

01:05:16.000 For your daily necessities, to the information that you can consume. 0.97

01:05:23.000 We don't know exactly how deep it goes, but my God, on the surface, it already sucks. 0.88

01:05:31.000 Doesn't it, John Cena? 0.96

01:05:32.000 I have one mistake.

01:05:34.000 I have to say it now.

01:05:35.000 It's very, very, very, very important.

01:05:37.000 I love and respect China and Chinese people more.

01:05:41.000 I'm very, very sorry for my mistake.

01:05:45.000 I'm sorry.

01:05:46.000 I'm sorry.

01:05:47.000 I'm very sorry.

01:05:48.000 You have to understand.
