Louder with Crowder - Nashville Manifesto 90-Page Exclusive & Trump Beating Kamala in One Key State

00:00:00.000 For your support, and I am humbly asking for your vote.

00:00:08.000 We were energy independent, but soon we will actually be energy dominant.

00:00:13.000 Under Donald Trump, the United States was a net exporter of energy for the first time in modern American history.

00:00:18.000 Fact check, truth.

00:00:20.000 Under my plan, incomes will skyrocket, inflation will vanish completely, jobs will come roaring back.

00:00:26.000 I know what a black job is!

00:00:28.000 I'm not gonna lose this! 0.96

00:00:32.000 And they come up with this project.

00:00:33.000 I don't know what the hell it is.

00:00:34.000 It's Project 25.

00:00:36.000 Look at their project.

00:00:37.000 2025.

00:00:38.000 Project 2025.

00:00:40.000 2025.

00:00:41.000 Project 2025.

00:00:43.000 I don't know anything about it.

00:00:45.000 He drank every time.

00:00:46.000 Mentioned threat to democracy.

00:00:47.000 And they keep saying, he's a threat to democracy.

00:00:49.000 Donald Trump is a great threat to our democracy.

00:00:52.000 He's an existential threat to democracy. 0.87

00:00:54.000 He will be a dictator on day one.

00:00:56.000 That is Nazi imagery. 0.66

00:00:58.000 Trump and the extreme MAGA Republicans quote a clear What the hell did I do for democracy?

00:01:07.000 Last week I took a bullet for democracy.

00:01:12.000 What did I do against democracy?

00:01:19.000 There aren't many individuals who I can say have had as much of an impact on changing me and my perspective.

00:01:27.000 That's what Donald Trump has done with me.

00:01:29.000 It's not a change in principles.

00:01:30.000 This is what the left will try and say.

00:01:31.000 Well, what happened to your principles?

00:01:32.000 We're not talking about changing your principles.

00:01:34.000 We're talking about remaining steadfast to your principles in the presence of new information.

00:01:40.000 And there has never been, in my lifetime, any political figure who has made it so apparent, who has shined a light on new information as relevantly as that man right there.

00:01:56.000 That's why I'm vested in this election.

00:01:58.000 That's why it's the first time I've ever endorsed a presidential candidate.

00:02:00.000 And that's why I think this is the most important election of our lifetime.

00:02:04.000 And quite simply put, we will very quickly make America great again.

00:02:13.000 Thank you very much.

00:02:14.000 Thank you very much.

00:02:17.000 God bless the United States of America.

00:02:19.000 This is the moment I've been waiting for.

00:02:21.000 I'm going to be a hero.

00:03:00.000 I hope you all enjoyed your commie holiday off.

00:03:02.000 Oh, jeez.

00:03:03.000 Come on.

00:03:05.000 Coming in hot.

00:03:07.000 I'm sorry.

00:03:08.000 You can go watch my whole video on Labor Day from a long time ago where I'm wearing nothing but a robe in front of the fireplace.

00:03:14.000 I'm not watching that because of that.

00:03:16.000 Come on with that.

00:03:17.000 You can thank a union for days off.

00:03:19.000 How about The Lord?

00:03:21.000 That'd be great.

00:03:22.000 Yeah, day of rest.

00:03:23.000 Yeah.

00:03:23.000 I don't know if you know that.

00:03:24.000 Well, I have not.

00:03:24.000 We need a five-day work week.

00:03:25.000 I've not had a five-day work week in ever.

00:03:27.000 So there you go.

00:03:29.000 Enjoy your four-day work week.

00:03:30.000 All right.

00:03:34.000 We have a lot to get to today.

00:03:35.000 We do have, actually, Mr. Patrick Leahy on the show.

00:03:38.000 Yeah.

00:03:39.000 We have a Mug Club exclusive.

00:03:40.000 You remember the Nashville Manifesto that we procured a long time ago, three pages of it?

00:03:46.000 The remaining 90 pages are being made available today for the very first time.

00:03:51.000 Even though the judge and the district have pulled some shenanigans, which actually have implications for the First Amendment in a way that is kind of spine-chilling, actually, that you can basically trademark or copyright evidence in order for it to not be released.

00:04:07.000 Well, it's going to be released here today, and we'll make it exclusive to you.

00:04:09.000 We have that.

00:04:10.000 That's a big portion of this show.

00:04:12.000 We're excited.

00:04:13.000 Also, we have today in Kamala, we have the Gold Star families who've spoken out here against everyone except for Donald Trump.

00:04:20.000 And I'm trying to think of, oh, we're going to be talking about the polling.

00:04:22.000 By the way, tomorrow, Town Hall, it's at 8.30 Eastern is when we start our live megastream of the Town Hall, live fact-checking we'll be providing, because it's not going to be just so much Donald Trump, but what's being lobbed at him in the media, of course.

00:04:37.000 So we want to make sure that you're with us, live drinking game ghouls.

00:04:43.000 Live drinking ghouls!

00:04:45.000 It's spooky!

00:04:48.000 It's a spooky drinking game!

00:04:51.000 The Haunted Hall!

00:04:54.000 You give us a Monday holiday and we come in Tuesday like we don't know what to do with life and so really Wednesday is the first day back to work during these weeks.

00:05:00.000 It's a ghost town hall!

00:05:05.000 Which would be the most fitting venue!

00:05:09.000 I don't know if Vincent Price has been done in 30 years, but... It's a town haunt!

00:05:16.000 Do it!

00:05:17.000 Well, Kamala ghosted it. 0.98

00:05:18.000 I guess that's something.

00:05:19.000 We're on a roll here.

00:05:21.000 Listen to those flaccid jokes!

00:05:22.000 They'll chill you to the bone!

00:05:24.000 Just lost half our viewers.

00:05:27.000 You realize Pinky and the Brain?

00:05:28.000 That's what the Brain was.

00:05:29.000 He was just Vincent Price.

00:05:31.000 Same thing we do every night, Pinky!

00:05:33.000 That's pretty close.

00:05:33.000 All right.

00:05:34.000 Pretty close.

00:05:35.000 That's kind of a crossbreed.

00:05:36.000 You're not going to do it, are you?

00:05:36.000 You're not going to do it.

00:05:37.000 So we have the- Oh.

00:05:38.000 Do what?

00:05:38.000 Nothing.

00:05:39.000 All right.

00:05:39.000 Look, guys, I'm going to be honest with you.

00:05:41.000 When I'm exhausted, when I'm tired, my tolerance for BS lowers quite a bit.

00:05:46.000 Yeah.

00:05:47.000 So it's kind of like when you ever have to argue with a child over something that you know they don't want, and they say they want it, and at a certain point it's like, all right, okay, fine.

00:05:54.000 That happened this weekend.

00:05:55.000 Yeah?

00:05:56.000 Yeah, my son, we were trying to get him lunch, and, uh, well, first of all, I go, I go, do you want a steak taco or do you want a sandwich?

00:06:00.000 He goes, sandwich.

00:06:01.000 I go, what do you want, like turkey and cheese?

00:06:02.000 He goes, no thanks, just a sandwich, which was adorable.

00:06:05.000 Right.

00:06:06.000 But he doesn't know anything.

00:06:07.000 He doesn't know anything.

00:06:08.000 But I go, I go, what kind of chips do you want?

00:06:10.000 I had Flamin' Hot Cheetos, and he wanted some of my Flamin' Hot Cheetos.

00:06:12.000 I go, you don't want those, they're too spicy.

00:06:13.000 He goes, I want it.

00:06:13.000 He threw a fit.

00:06:14.000 Finally, I gave it to him.

00:06:15.000 Yeah.

00:06:16.000 And he loved it.

00:06:17.000 Loved it.

00:06:17.000 Really?

00:06:17.000 Ran out of water immediately.

00:06:19.000 He's drooling from the mouth.

00:06:20.000 I want more.

00:06:21.000 I'm like, you don't want more.

00:06:22.000 Your son will be on Hot Ones soon.

00:06:24.000 My wife stopped me. 0.92

00:06:27.000 He'd be more famous than me.

00:06:27.000 I wish.

00:06:28.000 What a killjoy ruining it.

00:06:30.000 You have the right to give your son concentrated ghost pepper.

00:06:33.000 I know.

00:06:35.000 Number two, Captain Morgan, CEO, how are you?

00:06:36.000 Well, I just saw something.

00:06:38.000 The United States lost in some Olympic thing, and I was like, oh, it's the Paralympics.

00:06:41.000 I forgot about that.

00:06:42.000 That's sad.

00:06:42.000 What is it?

00:06:42.000 We lost.

00:06:43.000 Wheelchair rugby.

00:06:45.000 And then my mind went to wheelchair rugby?

00:06:49.000 How many fingers are lost?

00:06:50.000 I don't understand how that, like, I'm... That's a hard scrum to get into.

00:06:55.000 How do you do that scrum?

00:06:57.000 I've seen wheelchair basketball, I get it.

00:07:00.000 Wheelchair rugby, on the other hand?

00:07:02.000 It also seems very limiting, the Paralympics.

00:07:03.000 Like, people have different disabilities.

00:07:05.000 They match them up.

00:07:07.000 I saw an epic little person badminton match.

00:07:10.000 Really?

00:07:11.000 That was great, but what you didn't see is that a woman with no arms Beat a man who was just in boxing.

00:07:17.000 Did he also have no arms?

00:07:18.000 He had arms and it was an archery.

00:07:20.000 A woman? 0.80

00:07:21.000 Did she have just nubs? 1.00

00:07:23.000 She had nubs. 1.00

00:07:24.000 She had to hold it with her feet.

00:07:26.000 Dude, that is so cool.

00:07:27.000 No, that is really cool.

00:07:28.000 Paralympics is so much cooler than regular Olympics.

00:07:30.000 Look, that was amazing.

00:07:30.000 Yeah, it is.

00:07:31.000 But can you imagine being the man that was in the wheelchair?

00:07:33.000 Now, obviously, I don't think he could walk.

00:07:35.000 And you're like, who did you finish second to?

00:07:38.000 The woman with no... She has no arms. 1.00

00:07:41.000 I got beaten by the bearded lady. 0.99

00:07:43.000 All right.

00:07:44.000 Captain Morgan, we see you.

00:07:45.000 And then when you hear him, you know him, you love him.

00:07:46.000 He's gonna actually be at Film Alley in Torell, Texas, September 20th.

00:07:50.000 Josh, you've already... We've introduced everybody.

00:07:53.000 Yeah, they call it Terrible Torell.

00:07:54.000 I don't agree.

00:07:55.000 Terrible!

00:07:56.000 No, it's not terrible.

00:07:57.000 Hey, before we move on here, I don't know if you know this, Kamala Harris has been ducking the press. 1.00

00:08:02.000 You know that?

00:08:03.000 See if you can spot, though, in this specific instance, she's sort of run out of ways To dodge. 0.98

00:08:03.000 Oh, what? 0.98

00:08:09.000 To press.

00:08:11.000 And at first glance, you just think, oh, okay, it's someone with headphones.

00:08:14.000 But then, when you think about it, you go, oh, wait a second, it's someone with wired headphones while getting onto a jet and, well, while crossing a jet turbine.

00:08:21.000 And talking into a phone.

00:08:21.000 Yes.

00:08:23.000 With the headphones.

00:08:24.000 With the headphones.

00:08:26.000 None of this makes sense.

00:08:30.000 Yeah, nice little salute.

00:08:32.000 Wired headphones.

00:08:32.000 Oh, there it is.

00:08:33.000 They're not even noise cancelling, but I guess it works as you're So headphones, right by a jet engine, and she's also on the phone.

00:08:50.000 So she's basically busy not listening to music or making a phone call.

00:08:54.000 Right.

00:08:55.000 It was a self-help book.

00:08:56.000 Yes.

00:08:57.000 Yeah.

00:08:58.000 It was Jordan Peterson.

00:08:59.000 She was listening to Jordan Peterson.

00:09:00.000 Yes. 1.00

00:09:01.000 Stop being such a bitch. 1.00

00:09:01.000 Make your bed. 1.00

00:09:05.000 You have claws like a lobster! 0.94

00:09:07.000 And she holds her phone kind of like a boombox a little bit.

00:09:10.000 It's a little weird.

00:09:11.000 Yeah.

00:09:14.000 And no one, and by the way, no one's going to call.

00:09:16.000 I remember when Donald Trump was a huge deal that he had to hold his hand because his hand was shaking a little bit with water.

00:09:20.000 I don't know if you've ever had like some kind of a nerve impingement on your neck.

00:09:23.000 Pretty common.

00:09:24.000 They dined out on that for weeks.

00:09:26.000 This broad is fake using headphones and fake at the same time talking on the phone that are plugged into headphones to avoid the pressure.

00:09:34.000 It's like, okay, good.

00:09:35.000 We'll catch you later.

00:09:36.000 I don't think it was fake.

00:09:37.000 I did get a report from one of those Marines that she was on speaker, of course.

00:09:40.000 Yes.

00:09:42.000 Which means she would have had to literally hit a button to route it out of the headphones.

00:09:46.000 Yes, yes.

00:09:47.000 I'm going in front of people.

00:09:48.000 Better switch it to speaker.

00:09:49.000 It's the way I do my phone.

00:09:51.000 I put in headphones, but I also put it on speaker.

00:09:55.000 Unburdened by basic logic and phone decorum.

00:10:00.000 Which brings us, by the way, it's been a whole, yeah, it's been a whole week of campaigning and since there was a day off there, Labor Day, I guess it's a holiday.

00:10:09.000 Kamala Harris has been campaigning in swing states.

00:10:11.000 It's this week in Kamala.

00:10:13.000 I can imagine what can be and be unburdened by what has been, you know?

00:10:19.000 You better thank a union member.

00:10:25.000 day work week. You better thank a union member for sick leave. You better thank a union member

00:10:31.000 for paid leave. You better thank a union member for vacation time. But you better thank unions

00:10:37.000 for that five day work week. Thank unions for sick leave. 1.00

00:10:43.000 Thank unions for paid family leave. Thank unions for your vacation time.

00:10:51.000 We have dreams.

00:10:53.000 We can see what is possible unburdened by what has been.

00:10:57.000 I can imagine what can be and be unburdened by what has been, you know?

00:11:05.000 Aw, come on, Steven.

00:11:08.000 She's just trying to make her audience feel comfortable.

00:11:09.000 It is that bad.

00:11:11.000 She's still using it.

00:11:12.000 That was hours apart, by the way, I think.

00:11:13.000 I know.

00:11:14.000 Unburdened by what has been.

00:11:14.000 She's still using it.

00:11:16.000 Yes.

00:11:16.000 And then, ah, well first off, why are you using a fake southern accent when talking about unions?

00:11:20.000 It doesn't even make sense.

00:11:21.000 In Michigan.

00:11:23.000 It makes zero sense.

00:11:29.000 It's like going to Georgia and using a Boston accent.

00:11:32.000 It's just catering to your audience.

00:11:34.000 I do the same thing.

00:11:35.000 I spent a lot of time here down by the bar.

00:11:38.000 You better thank a union member.

00:11:41.000 Register to vote at the car park.

00:11:45.000 What?

00:11:46.000 What are you doing?

00:11:47.000 This is the problem.

00:11:49.000 When there's no basis for anything, it's just pandering for pandering's sake.

00:11:53.000 If you're going to pander, have like a pander journal so that you understand the locale.

00:11:59.000 You go to Wisconsin, you say something about cheese.

00:12:00.000 You go to Iowa, you say something about corn, unburned by rice or whatever it is that you want to fit in.

00:12:06.000 You kind of customize it.

00:12:07.000 You go to Michigan, you talk about the cars, crime.

00:12:11.000 They understand crime.

00:12:12.000 That's just doing a southern accent in Michigan.

00:12:14.000 No, you gotta speak their language.

00:12:16.000 Yes.

00:12:17.000 I do the same thing sometimes.

00:12:18.000 Yeah.

00:12:18.000 Do you?

00:12:19.000 Hey, good morning.

00:12:28.000 How are those spots?

00:12:29.000 Get them out?

00:12:31.000 How's your mom?

00:12:31.000 Thank you, good to see you.

00:12:33.000 Shalom, Sam!

00:12:40.000 Manishma! 0.73

00:12:41.000 Ah, Kol Posedek. 0.95

00:12:42.000 Um, Josh, how was your weekend?

00:12:43.000 Ugh, it was mashiganach. 0.70

00:12:45.000 A man was very upset with me.

00:12:47.000 So upset, so I says, what do you want I should do, huh?

00:12:50.000 Ah, that's no good.

00:12:52.000 Ah, lotov.

00:12:53.000 Lotov?

00:12:55.000 Ah, enjoy your coffee.

00:12:58.000 Well, what's the story, Josh?

00:13:00.000 Josh, you were telling me a story here.

00:13:02.000 No, I didn't.

00:13:03.000 You were.

00:13:04.000 I need to know what happened.

00:13:04.000 and you just can't open a story like this.

00:13:13.000 I made him feel comfortable.

00:13:14.000 Yeah, you did.

00:13:14.000 You gave it a little best.

00:13:16.000 I didn't make up a story.

00:13:17.000 No.

00:13:17.000 No, no, no, no.

00:13:18.000 You were... Put on the outfit, though.

00:13:19.000 That was... What?

00:13:20.000 I always keep that with me.

00:13:21.000 Yeah, exactly.

00:13:22.000 I got a spare.

00:13:22.000 Yeah, I always got that thing on.

00:13:23.000 Yeah, you never know.

00:13:24.000 You don't have a spare Hasidic Jew outfit? 0.94

00:13:26.000 You don't have extra curls? 0.82

00:13:28.000 I guess... I guess we have a Holocaust in the area here. 0.96

00:13:32.000 He thinks that it was only like 600,000 Jews.

00:13:32.000 Oh!

00:13:34.000 It's oddly specific.

00:13:37.000 Math is off, dude.

00:13:37.000 Hey.

00:13:38.000 You're kidding.

00:13:38.000 Wow.

00:13:40.000 By the way, we are gearing up, of course, as you know, for the election livestream of the century, November 5th.

00:14:05.000 It's nice.

00:14:06.000 Let's go.

00:14:08.000 So let's, before we do that, let's talk about the polls, because I will tell you this, there are a few things that bother me more.

00:14:13.000 Okay, that's not true.

00:14:14.000 Like cancer spiders, but this is bothersome enough.

00:14:16.000 Let me put it that way.

00:14:17.000 I don't want to.

00:14:18.000 Cancer spiders?

00:14:19.000 Yeah, cancer spiders.

00:14:20.000 Well, you know, I mean, this is in good company, is my point.

00:14:25.000 Defeatists on the Republican side, on the conservative side.

00:14:29.000 It's just amazing, and you see people who are quitters, this is when people are out there and they pseudo-motivational speak on Twitter, and then they fold so quickly, and they tell you, I'm not being defeatist, I'm just being realistic.

00:14:42.000 Really?

00:14:43.000 Because of half of a percentage point difference, by the way, of the polls out there, and Kamala Harris now Has lost her lead, according to most leftist sources, to be clear. 1.00

00:14:56.000 We make all those references available at ladderwithcarter.com or the link in the description.

00:15:01.000 We talked about this while the convention was going on.

00:15:03.000 She was not experiencing the kind of a bounce that you typically have.

00:15:06.000 You typically have a bounce in the convention and then there's a sort of a fuse, a delayed reaction afterward where you usually have a very big bounce, sometimes 10-15 points.

00:15:14.000 Yeah.

00:15:15.000 That has not been experienced.

00:15:18.000 And it might be surprising considering how much of a bounce you may have expected if you listen to the media.

00:15:26.000 She's getting a convention bounce before the convention, so one wonders what it's going to be like exactly eight days from right now.

00:15:33.000 Traditionally, candidates get a bounce out of the convention, picking up a point or two in the polls.

00:15:40.000 Look, I mean, you have to come out of here.

00:15:41.000 You expect there's going to be some kind of a bounce because it was such a well-orchestrated convention.

00:15:46.000 Harris is still on a bounce.

00:15:48.000 The polling numbers just show too much of an advantage right now for Vice President Kamala Harris. 0.99

00:15:52.000 And guys, you know this.

00:15:54.000 Traditionally, after conventions, candidates Get a bump!

00:15:57.000 Yeah.

00:15:59.000 Bounce is the word of the day. 0.92

00:16:00.000 You know this. 1.00

00:16:01.000 Just follow the bouncing bitch. 1.00

00:16:03.000 So... I think I remember Tigger talking about this. 1.00

00:16:06.000 I'm biracial, poo! 0.92

00:16:10.000 Am I Indian? 0.98

00:16:10.000 What? 0.98

00:16:11.000 Am I black?

00:16:12.000 Who knows?

00:16:16.000 I didn't know you were going to pull that out.

00:16:19.000 By the way, can someone do something about Eeyore? 0.74

00:16:21.000 He's going to kill himself. 0.98

00:16:22.000 He will. 0.98

00:16:22.000 Why do old ladies love him? 0.98

00:16:24.000 I don't know!

00:16:25.000 Oh boy.

00:16:26.000 No, that's Piglet. 1.00

00:16:27.000 Oh, that's Piglet. 0.99

00:16:28.000 I don't know any of them.

00:16:29.000 D-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-Daryl, you have to get your references right. 1.00

00:16:31.000 I'm an idiot, so. 0.98

00:16:33.000 Spoiler alert, the bounce hasn't materialized, which brings us to this week's Poll Watchers. 1.00

00:16:37.000 I'm a stripper. 0.99

00:16:53.000 I know Gerald loves a stinger so I had to hit it.

00:16:57.000 It still surprises me.

00:16:58.000 I still get caught up.

00:17:00.000 I'm like, oh!

00:17:02.000 I don't think I've ever seen that.

00:17:03.000 It works!

00:17:07.000 So a couple of things to keep in mind here.

00:17:09.000 First off, the chance of Kamala Harris winning right now. 0.73

00:17:13.000 So Nate Silverman, I'm not saying he's ultra-reliable, but he would be a center leftist.

00:17:17.000 He was one of the most accurate in 2020.

00:17:19.000 That's one of the reasons we're using him. 0.99

00:17:21.000 But now everyone says that he sucks. 0.99

00:17:22.000 Everyone's turned on him. 1.00

00:17:23.000 Everybody's going to say that.

00:17:25.000 He's not the only reference.

00:17:26.000 But he now, right now today, I believe we're September 2nd, right?

00:17:31.000 3rd.

00:17:31.000 Sorry, September 3rd.

00:17:31.000 3rd.

00:17:33.000 Screws you up.

00:17:33.000 Labor Day.

00:17:34.000 Thanks, unions.

00:17:37.000 He has Donald Trump's chances of winning at 55% and Harris at 44%.

00:17:41.000 Whoa.

00:17:42.000 Okay?

00:17:44.000 Now keep in mind that August 25th, that was three days after the DNC bounce, Trump was at 47% and Harris was at 52%.

00:17:50.000 Dang.

00:17:51.000 So that bounce has gone away.

00:17:53.000 Let's look at the poly market odds.

00:17:54.000 This is the betting odds, effectively.

00:17:56.000 They have Trump at 51% and Kamala at 47%.

00:17:59.000 Again, August 25th, three days after the Democratic National Convention, Trump was at 49%, Kamala was at 50%.

00:18:07.000 So you're seeing this widening, which is interesting because a couple of reasons.

00:18:11.000 The closest thing we have to an interview is that 18 minutes on CNN.

00:18:16.000 And the media decided to focus on Arlington National Cemetery because they clearly wanted that to be buried.

00:18:21.000 You have someone who has gone over a month.

00:18:21.000 Think about this.

00:18:23.000 Right, who has gone through, by the way, a very atypical process to become the nominee for the Democratic Party, namely not receiving a single vote from the people, is now the nominee has not given a major interview or press conference, and then the very first interview that takes place, they don't cop, they move on very quickly.

00:18:42.000 That should have been wall-to-wall coverage.

00:18:44.000 It tells you that there's something there that they know doesn't play very well.

00:18:47.000 And now the polls are reflecting it.

00:18:50.000 So that's gotta be scary.

00:18:51.000 It's gotta be scary for Kamala Harris. 1.00

00:18:52.000 To all the defeatist conservatives, right now she's living in her own personal hell going, wait, the only way to write this is to get out there more, but every time I speak, people hate me.

00:19:04.000 Well, it probably is one of the reasons that she's had to flip on every single position she has, including fracking. 1.00

00:19:09.000 And we'll get to it in a minute, but she knows how important Pennsylvania is.

00:19:12.000 And I don't think people are buying this whole, like, oh, my values haven't changed.

00:19:16.000 It's like, really?

00:19:17.000 Your values haven't changed?

00:19:18.000 By the way, she said she wants to propose no tax on tips.

00:19:21.000 She copied it from Donald Trump and Democrats just voted it down in California.

00:19:25.000 They were like, absolutely tax on tips!

00:19:27.000 What are you talking about?

00:19:28.000 Tax them twice!

00:19:30.000 They need it there.

00:19:31.000 Well, the Democrat, asking a Democrat to not increase taxes?

00:19:36.000 Would you ask a sparrow to not sing?

00:19:38.000 That's a crazy state to do that to, too, because they make minimum wage. 1.00

00:19:41.000 They don't make it like a lower wage like some states. 0.88

00:19:43.000 They can tax them on that and let them keep their...

00:19:43.000 They make minimum wage.

00:19:46.000 It's crazy.

00:19:47.000 It's just it's this is where we are.

00:19:48.000 So let's also look, by the way, at some specific national polling here.

00:19:52.000 And this doesn't matter.

00:19:52.000 It's going to end with a call for you to register to vote because those numbers are significant.

00:19:56.000 But let's go to ABC.

00:19:57.000 ABC leans very, very left.

00:19:58.000 Right.

00:19:59.000 They have Kamala at plus four right now. 0.94

00:20:02.000 She's winning by four.

00:20:02.000 Okay.

00:20:04.000 But keep in mind, at the same time in the 2020 election, Biden was up by 10.

00:20:08.000 Jeez.

00:20:10.000 We weren't all jumping off bridges at that point.

00:20:13.000 Gosh, 10 point lead?

00:20:14.000 Yeah, he was up by 10 and of course he did not win by 10.

00:20:19.000 You look at the Wall Street Journal.

00:20:20.000 Okay, now it has Harris up by 1.

00:20:23.000 The same time in 2020 they had Biden up by 8.

00:20:25.000 Wow.

00:20:27.000 Let's go to Pennsylvania here.

00:20:28.000 Again, this is a message for the defeatists out there.

00:20:30.000 Oh, don't vote.

00:20:31.000 I'm going to tell you this.

00:20:32.000 Not only Could Donald Trump win?

00:20:36.000 It could be the kind of win where none of the shenanigans, the cheating, the stealing even matters.

00:20:41.000 It could be that wide of a gap as far as the Electoral College.

00:20:43.000 I want to be very clear about that.

00:20:45.000 There's no guarantee.

00:20:47.000 You absolutely are in a fight.

00:20:49.000 Figuratively.

00:20:50.000 But that is a distinct possibility.

00:20:53.000 And it really does come down to Pennsylvania.

00:20:55.000 That's a pretty important one.

00:20:56.000 So it's the only state where if a candidate wins, basically they have a 90% chance of winning the election.

00:21:02.000 Let's look at the polls in Pennsylvania.

00:21:04.000 They are well within the margin of error.

00:21:05.000 So right now they have Harris up by 0.5 percent.

00:21:10.000 At the same time in 2020 they had Biden up by 4.2 percent and he ended up winning by 1.2.

00:21:16.000 So if you just take that margin of error and you would apply it right with the same the same inaccuracy Donald Trump would win Pennsylvania.

00:21:23.000 And again this comes from post-DNC bump.

00:21:27.000 She was up a little bit in Pennsylvania.

00:21:28.000 She was consistently losing Pennsylvania.

00:21:30.000 Consistently.

00:21:31.000 As a matter of fact, Joe Biden was so consistently losing Pennsylvania, they swapped him for Harris.

00:21:35.000 She was still losing Pennsylvania.

00:21:36.000 It went up a little bit.

00:21:38.000 Now the trend is back down.

00:21:40.000 So that does matter because we have a lot of people watching.

00:21:42.000 Right now you may be watching or listening in Pennsylvania.

00:21:44.000 It's the third, I think, biggest state, top five biggest states of people who watch here in the United States.

00:21:49.000 Let's look at the voter registration in Pennsylvania.

00:21:52.000 On Election Day in 2020, the Democrats had a 686,000 advantage as far as voter registrations.

00:21:59.000 Right now they're up by, call it a little more than half that, 358,000.

00:22:03.000 that 358,000. So 686,000 and right now 358,000.

00:22:09.000 Right.

00:22:10.000 And I know what a lot of people are going to say is we've got several weeks to go, obviously, until the election, but the weekly reports that are coming out right now, Republicans are gaining ground.

00:22:18.000 We're continuing to gain ground.

00:22:20.000 It's not like that number seems like it's going to reverse.

00:22:22.000 And keep in mind, again, if you want to put a sharper number on it, Biden won Pennsylvania by only 80,000 in 2020.

00:22:22.000 No, it's not.

00:22:29.000 And it's kind of his home state, I guess, because, you know, like Scranton, no one really identifies him as Mr. Pennsylvania anymore.

00:22:36.000 Yeah, he's not walking around in a Pennsylvania sash.

00:22:36.000 Really?

00:22:38.000 But the point is, he should have won that quite easily by 80,000 people in 2020.

00:22:43.000 Look at the voter registrations, look at the polls, compare them to where we were at this point in the election, last go-around.

00:22:49.000 Republicans out there, conservatives in Pennsylvania, or people, frankly, who just don't want to see a system rigged anymore.

00:22:55.000 Register to vote, get out, vote, and talk to people about this election.

00:22:59.000 Because that can have an impact.

00:23:00.000 As a matter of fact, the polls are so bad, or the numbers that we're seeing, we've actually

00:23:04.000 received leaked video of one of Kamala's staffers reacting to it.

00:23:09.000 Oh no.

00:23:10.000 Oh man.

00:23:11.000 Oh god.

00:23:12.000 Oh man.

00:23:13.000 Oh god.

00:23:14.000 Oh man.

00:23:15.000 Oh god.

00:23:16.000 Oh man.

00:23:17.000 Now don't do anything rash.

00:23:18.000 No.

00:23:19.000 We see you as a worthy adversary.

00:23:22.000 There are resources.

00:23:23.000 Stay in the fight.

00:23:24.000 Yeah.

00:23:25.000 If you are that upset.

00:23:28.000 And let's look too, by the way, while we're talking about Pennsylvania, they are so desperate, the left, that, I don't know, would you say this qualifies as election interference?

00:23:36.000 I know that I shouldn't, uh, I shouldn't, uh, provide my bias, but yep!

00:23:40.000 So! 0.81

00:23:41.000 No comment below there.

00:23:42.000 Monday!

00:23:44.000 There's a series of pro-kamala Philadelphia Eagles posters that were showing up all over Philadelphia, and the ads link the Eagles official voter registration website.

00:23:55.000 By the way, just to spoil, it turns out it was all fake.

00:23:58.000 And I don't know if you know this, but in Philly they're really big on the Eagles.

00:24:02.000 Yeah.

00:24:02.000 That's a big thing.

00:24:04.000 They lose, people riot.

00:24:05.000 They win, people riot.

00:24:07.000 I believe, and I can be fact-checked on this, I believe they're the only stadium that has a jail underneath it.

00:24:12.000 Not even kidding.

00:24:12.000 Really?

00:24:13.000 Well, that's fitting.

00:24:15.000 Not even kidding.

00:24:15.000 Pull that up if that's real.

00:24:17.000 I heard that several times from different people.

00:24:18.000 I hope it's real.

00:24:19.000 I do hope it's real, but I cannot confirm that.

00:24:21.000 So it turns out all this was fake, and the Eagles actually had to issue this statement.

00:24:25.000 Again, the state of Pennsylvania, which may be What the entire election is hinged upon, this was a statement, we are aware counterfeit political ads are being circulated and are working with our advertising partner to have them removed.

00:24:40.000 How you doing on getting a Super Bowl win?

00:24:41.000 You working on that too?

00:24:42.000 They got one a few years ago.

00:24:43.000 They got one.

00:24:44.000 They did.

00:24:44.000 The NFL will catch you on copyright infringement.

00:24:47.000 Yes, yes they will.

00:24:48.000 Can you imagine if Kamala put on the uniform how quickly she'd be destroyed on a football field? 0.99

00:24:53.000 Come on.

00:24:54.000 I can't buy that.

00:24:55.000 I don't think anyone was saying she was going to get on a field.

00:24:57.000 Well, I mean, she was decked out in full regalia.

00:25:00.000 She definitely don't have a tight end. 1.00

00:25:02.000 Hey, we don't know.

00:25:04.000 With those pantsuits, you can't tell.

00:25:05.000 Yeah, it's hard to tell.

00:25:06.000 Yes, you can.

00:25:08.000 We know she brought up knee pads, though, so that's good.

00:25:10.000 That's because he's really looking.

00:25:12.000 No.

00:25:13.000 No, no, no.

00:25:13.000 The new Philadelphia Phillies poster, by the way, is spot on, though.

00:25:17.000 That one is, yeah, we gotta...

00:25:20.000 That's pretty good.

00:25:21.000 GoPhils, what's that?

00:25:25.000 GoPhils, that's how they talk there.

00:25:27.000 And just because people often think this is only about the politicians, this is only about politics, it's only about voting, it's not.

00:25:33.000 Of course, register to vote, take an active role.

00:25:36.000 I would say that the more important role is that of influence in your community and understanding that the enemy is not just Washington, D.C., but New York, D.C., the entertainment media industrial complex.

00:25:49.000 CNN actually weighed in this morning with some fantastic reporting on this controversy.

00:25:55.000 Am I not turtley enough for the turtle club?

00:25:58.000 Sorry, wrong clip.

00:25:59.000 It'll make sense.

00:26:00.000 It's also in people's brains, this picture of Kamala Harris with the Eagles.

00:26:11.000 So, again, this is not the largest example of voter misinformation out there, but, again, it's something that we might see as we move forward towards the election.

00:26:20.000 And I should note, I reached out to the Harris campaign for a comment.

00:26:23.000 They have not gotten back to me just yet.

00:26:25.000 I don't believe, I don't believe you reached out to anybody because I don't trust you to do your job.

00:26:28.000 Nope.

00:26:29.000 Can we go back to where that starts?

00:26:29.000 Not after that.

00:26:30.000 He's looking down.

00:26:31.000 It's like the car honks, like, do your job!

00:26:33.000 Yeah, yeah.

00:26:34.000 Bro, get on air.

00:26:35.000 They're calling for you.

00:26:35.000 Oh, shoot.

00:26:36.000 Oh, shoot.

00:26:37.000 I'm supposed, I'm on camera.

00:26:38.000 No, that was the truck down this, that was, Don't miss your report, dude!

00:26:46.000 The most trusted name in news. 1.00

00:26:52.000 Bitch, you're on! 1.00

00:26:56.000 By the way, of course you all know Federman, who's, you know, winsome-loosome. 1.00

00:27:01.000 He also weighed in.

00:27:03.000 The Eagles are so much better than eagles!

00:27:11.000 Did you see his face at the end?

00:27:13.000 Huh?

00:27:14.000 Fine.

00:27:15.000 I think he meant Steelers.

00:27:16.000 I don't, I'm not sure exactly what he was saying there.

00:27:20.000 It was like both a pander, it was a pander and an insult at the same time.

00:27:24.000 I think it was, I think it was an aftereffect of a stroke.

00:27:27.000 It's like, I slept with your mother and she was a very skilled tender lover!

00:27:34.000 Vote Fetterman! 0.94

00:27:37.000 The mother lover!

00:27:38.000 Sounds to me like you actually took her needs into consideration.

00:27:41.000 It's not really an insult.

00:27:43.000 It's kind of a healthy expression of intimacy.

00:27:45.000 Also, is she okay?

00:27:47.000 She's 8 feet tall.

00:27:49.000 He's 8 feet tall.

00:27:51.000 He lived in the mines for like 9 years.

00:27:53.000 lived in the mines for like nine years.

00:27:55.000 He did.

00:27:55.000 Okay.

00:27:56.000 No, he didn't work.

00:27:57.000 He lived in a mine. 0.65

00:27:59.000 He lived in a mine shaft.

00:28:00.000 Okay.

00:28:00.000 Oh, he did.

00:28:01.000 Let's go on here.

00:28:02.000 While we're talking about this, I can imagine that a reason that the polling is not going very well is because Kamala just can't help herself. 0.99

00:28:08.000 So we talked about this.

00:28:09.000 She did her interview on CNN.

00:28:10.000 Okay.

00:28:11.000 It went very poorly.

00:28:11.000 They only released 18 minutes and I believe 27 online.

00:28:15.000 It was pre-taped.

00:28:16.000 All right, I don't believe they've released the full transcript.

00:28:18.000 Maybe they did, but it only ended up being 20-something minutes of content, and it was quite crappy.

00:28:24.000 So, what happened?

00:28:25.000 We were talking about this.

00:28:26.000 That's why we have nothing up our sleeves, and you can see this show is broadcast live every day.

00:28:31.000 It's difficult to do, but I think there's some value in that, so you can actually live this in real time with us.

00:28:37.000 They decided to make a big deal out of the Arlington Cemetery situation with Donald Trump.

00:28:42.000 Okay.

00:28:42.000 Pretty much everything that you were told has been debunked.

00:28:44.000 It's not true. 0.97

00:28:46.000 CNN will tell you it's true, but just two days ago I saw Anderson Cooper still parroting the lie that he called neo-Nazis very fine people, and he even said that Donald Trump called military leaders losers and suckers. 0.86

00:28:56.000 So that's the kind of work you can expect from CNN, and by that I mean CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, CNBC. 0.53

00:29:03.000 Here's the problem for Kamala. 0.89

00:29:05.000 She talks, she communicates, she loses. 0.95

00:29:08.000 She put out this tweet regarding the Arlington visit on Donald Trump.

00:29:13.000 She said this, Donald Trump's team chose to film a video there, resulting in an altercation with cemetery staff.

00:29:22.000 Let me be clear, the former president disrespected sacred ground, all for the sake of a political stunt.

00:29:32.000 At least he visited said sacred ground.

00:29:36.000 Now Trump himself, President Trump, didn't have to respond to the tweet because not one, not two, but I believe seven members of the Gold Star families decided to respond for him.

00:29:49.000 Earlier today, your post regarding the incident at Arlington National Cemetery was brought to my attention.

00:29:55.000 It's been three years since my son was killed in action, and myself, my family, and other dosar families have not seen any support from you or your administration.

00:30:05.000 Please stop making these types of comments because that support has not been demonstrated.

00:30:09.000 Your words are hollow and empty.

00:30:10.000 Why did we want Trump there?

00:30:11.000 It wasn't to help his political campaign.

00:30:16.000 We wanted a leader.

00:30:19.000 That explains why you and Joe didn't get a call. 0.98

00:30:22.000 The irony behind your post that you give a rat's ass about our military or our veterans is an outright lie. 0.98

00:30:35.000 We're living proof of that. 0.99

00:30:37.000 Your recent remarks related to Trump's visit to Arlington are filled with nothing but lies and deceit.

00:30:44.000 How do you sleep at night knowing it was you, this administration, you and Biden, you being the last one in the room, are responsible for the death of our 13 kids.

00:30:55.000 You have been nothing but disrespectful to me and the families of the 13.

00:31:00.000 You know nothing about honor, courage, commitment, respect.

00:31:06.000 But President Trump does.

00:31:08.000 President Trump has been there for us, he's been a rock for us, he showed compassion for us, and he showed he truly cares for the families that truly do know what the ultimate sacrifice really is.

00:31:23.000 It's got to be really hard to be in Kamala's pointy shoes right now. 1.00

00:31:27.000 It's got to be really difficult, because every time you come out and you try and score a point, it backfires. 1.00

00:31:33.000 Well, she tries like an asshole. 1.00

00:31:36.000 I mean, that guy made a great point. 1.00

00:31:38.000 I mean, they always want to say that he does this stuff for himself, that it's narcissism, that it's a political gain or whatever, and maybe it is, but at the end of the day, that guy goes, he was there.

00:31:47.000 He cared.

00:31:48.000 That's all he's looking for.

00:31:49.000 Like, just be there.

00:31:49.000 Somebody to be there.

00:31:50.000 Yeah.

00:31:51.000 Someone who's there, someone who cares.

00:31:53.000 This was obviously designed by people who lean left to try and put Donald Trump in a no-win situation, and I thought it was kind of a no-win situation.

00:32:00.000 Turns out, he kind of won out!

00:32:04.000 It's like Kamala Harris, her only, like, you know in, uh, is it in Bugs Bunny where he bends back the rifle on Elmer Fudd?

00:32:11.000 Or the shotgun?

00:32:11.000 Yes.

00:32:12.000 And that's the only gun Kamala has. 0.99

00:32:14.000 She's like, uh, I'm hunting.

00:32:19.000 She could have just said nothing.

00:32:20.000 People would have been like, wow, they didn't do anything, they didn't say anything, blah, blah, blah.

00:32:23.000 But now it's like, you're making enemies out of these people, these families.

00:32:26.000 I want to correct myself.

00:32:27.000 I think I said seven.

00:32:28.000 It was eight Gold Star family members from seven families.

00:32:32.000 So seven families, but eight members.

00:32:33.000 Let me read you their names because they matter.

00:32:35.000 Darren Hoover, who's a father of Staff Sergeant Taylor Hoover.

00:32:38.000 Coral Doolittle was the mother of Cor... 0.57

00:32:41.000 Corporal Humberto A. Sanchez, Jacqueline Smith, who was the mother of Lance Corporal Jared Schmitz, Mark Schmitz, who was, again, the father of Jared Schmitz, Steve Nikoui, father of Lance Corporal Kareem Nikoui, Jim McCollum, father of Lance Corporal Riley McCollum, Herman Lopez, father of Corporal Hunter Lopez, and Christy Shamblin, who was the mother-in-law of Sergeant Nicole Gee.

00:33:07.000 So, that's quite a few people, I don't know, the people who are more directly involved.

00:33:12.000 And every time Kamala speaks, it ends up going poorly.

00:33:16.000 And I know, here's the thing, it's not lost on me that people say that about Donald Trump.

00:33:18.000 If he could just shut up, well, sure.

00:33:21.000 Sure, I understand that.

00:33:22.000 Sometimes he would be served well to be a little more disciplined.

00:33:26.000 Every time she says anything, it goes poorly.

00:33:30.000 Yeah.

00:33:31.000 I know what you're thinking.

00:33:33.000 Well, sometimes she says some things that don't go poorly, incorrect.

00:33:38.000 Oh! 0.98

00:33:39.000 Anything she says is not being well received by people, so the less she says and the more she has Megan Thee Stallion, you know, shaking her ass at a rally, OK, the better off she is. 1.00

00:33:48.000 And the more that she lets the media run cover for, except there's a problem right now with both Jake Tapper at CNN and Kristen Welker at Meet the Press. 0.97

00:33:54.000 Kristen had, I think, Senator Tom Cotton on on Sunday and was just hammering him.

00:33:58.000 You want to see the difference between what the left does to the right versus the Dana Bash interview?

00:34:02.000 Yeah.

00:34:03.000 Just watch this interview, this interaction.

00:34:05.000 Cotton did a great job.

00:34:06.000 This came up.

00:34:08.000 And she interrupted him several times.

00:34:09.000 No, no, no.

00:34:10.000 She was there for the transfer, I believe, at the very beginning.

00:34:12.000 Kamala Harris and Joe Biden were there for the transfer, even though they weren't at the Arlington Cemetery memorials for these families.

00:34:19.000 And they had to come out and issue a statement saying, actually, Joe Biden was there, but Kamala Harris was never there.

00:34:23.000 The media is trying to run cover.

00:34:25.000 And it's not.

00:34:25.000 Yeah, they can.

00:34:25.000 Jake Tapper is trying to say, and he's quoting other people saying, Donald Trump lost more soldiers during this time in Afghanistan than did Joe Biden.

00:34:33.000 That's not the story.

00:34:33.000 That's a tragedy.

00:34:34.000 The story is incompetence leading to the loss of soldiers in Afghanistan.

00:34:38.000 And the real through line here is Kamala Harris, she's so used to zero accountability in her life and the media running interference that she doesn't, it's kind of like a kid It's kind of like a wealthy kid, a trust fund kid who's raised and who's so insulated they don't actually know what it's like out there in the cold real world for a lot of people or someone who actually built a business from the ground up.

00:34:56.000 Kamala Harris doesn't know what it's actually like to deal with an adversarial media. 0.96

00:34:59.000 using this illustrative point.

00:35:01.000 It's kind of like a wealthy kid, a trust fund kid who's raised and who's so insulated, they

00:35:05.000 don't actually know what it's like out there in the cold real world for a lot of people

00:35:09.000 or someone who actually built a business from the ground up.

00:35:12.000 Kamala Harris doesn't know what it's actually like to deal with an adversarial media. 0.96

00:35:15.000 She has no clue.

00:35:16.000 She has no clue what it's like to speak, make a mistake, and be called on it.

00:35:20.000 She doesn't fear accountability.

00:35:22.000 That's why she says the things that she says. 0.99

00:35:24.000 It's just we're at the point where it's too difficult a job.

00:35:27.000 It's at the point where it's perhaps insurmountable for the media to do Kamala Harris's job for her.

00:35:34.000 Sure, they'll let her fake her headphones and fake phone call and get away and they won't call her to the mat for not doing press conferences or interviews, but it's pretty tough when she speaks And you see the polling reflect that it's received poorly for the media to say, no, no, she actually did a very good job.

00:35:48.000 She's a great communicator. 0.82

00:35:50.000 That may be why the honeymoon is over at this point.

00:35:54.000 By the way, every time you say a senator like Tom Cotton, in my mind, I wish it was Cotton Hill.

00:36:00.000 I think of Cotton from ESPN ate the Ocho on Dodgeball.

00:36:04.000 Yeah.

00:36:04.000 That's right, Cotton.

00:36:05.000 I think of Cotton from, what is it, Scream?

00:36:09.000 I don't know, but I'd love to see him interviewed by Anderson Cooper.

00:36:11.000 Who was interviewed?

00:36:12.000 It was Kristen Welker, so the Meet the Press woman.

00:36:16.000 She interviewed J.D.

00:36:17.000 Vance the week before and went after him.

00:36:19.000 She went after Cotton much harder than J.D. 0.60

00:36:21.000 Vance.

00:36:21.000 Oh, I know.

00:36:22.000 Listen, I killed 30 men! 0.99

00:36:24.000 Clinton's wife! 1.00

00:36:25.000 I'm not married to Clinton.

00:36:26.000 Could've fooled me! 1.00

00:36:31.000 That's because you're the DNC's bitch! 1.00

00:36:33.000 Whippin' post! 1.00

00:36:33.000 What? 1.00

00:36:34.000 All right.

00:36:36.000 The fakeness is the problem here.

00:36:38.000 Yes.

00:36:38.000 And it's becoming pretty clear, the disingenuous nature of the Kamala campaign.

00:36:42.000 It's being revealed more to the American public every single day.

00:36:45.000 And I will tell you this, a universal language.

00:36:47.000 You can go to... When people say, if I need a flying spaghetti monster, right, atheists? 1.00

00:36:52.000 They say to tell me not to kill or not to steal, then really I'm just a bad person.

00:36:57.000 I don't know if you know this, but there are plenty of places in the world where killing is okay and thievery takes place with zero consequence.

00:37:05.000 I don't know if you know this, slavery is actually still the way of the world outside of our bubble here.

00:37:09.000 Over 42 million slaves on earth right now.

00:37:14.000 That's where we are.

00:37:15.000 That's reality.

00:37:16.000 You just described California.

00:37:17.000 Yeah, but there's one thing that is universal.

00:37:21.000 You can go to said society where killing is okay and slavery is okay. 0.61

00:37:24.000 Those people will still be upset.

00:37:27.000 It's a universal pet peeve when someone feels like they've been fooled, the wool's been pulled over their eyes, they've been lied to.

00:37:34.000 People do not like that feeling.

00:37:35.000 Whether you're an American who was overcharged for a problem that you didn't have by a mechanic, You're the Hutu tribesman, and you bought a goat that turned out to just be a muskrat. 0.98

00:37:47.000 So, that may be the undoing of Kamala Harris's... I don't know their animals there. 0.99

00:37:54.000 You're Florida State, and you went out and got DJ and the NIL money, and you're 0-2.

00:37:58.000 Yes.

00:37:59.000 I don't know.

00:37:59.000 I think we're getting worse with the metaphors.

00:38:01.000 Yeah, I think we're getting worse.

00:38:01.000 These are definitively getting worse.

00:38:03.000 It's like if you had a truck, and you were hauling some... I'm done.

00:38:06.000 But not an all-wheel, like a two-wheel?

00:38:08.000 It could be like a...

00:38:11.000 The point is this.

00:38:13.000 Everyone hates being lied to.

00:38:14.000 Everyone hates being fooled.

00:38:16.000 And you have to understand, the media said, this is a moderate person who is supremely qualified and is a sharp speaker, a brilliant debater.

00:38:24.000 This is someone who's presidential because of, again, the aforementioned reasons.

00:38:29.000 People are going to realize, oh, that's not true.

00:38:32.000 You lied to me.

00:38:33.000 That could be the undoing of the Kamala campaign.

00:38:35.000 Comment below if you think that may be it.

00:38:37.000 Because I'm seeing a lot of people going, even people on the left, I have those friends, contacts, let's say, acquaintances, and they go, yeah, I thought she was going to be better than this.

00:38:46.000 She's not really good at this, at dealing with people.

00:38:48.000 So why did the media lie about it?

00:38:48.000 Exactly right.

00:38:51.000 It's disingenuous.

00:38:53.000 That's a good thing.

00:38:55.000 But don't let your guard down.

00:38:56.000 You never know when you'll actually run into a leftist.

00:38:59.000 ["The Manifold Show"]

00:39:03.000 Extra, extra! Read all the Manifold Shows!

00:39:13.000 Slow news day!

00:39:14.000 But right here, you can see that my partner here is a Democrat!

00:39:16.000 This guy is a free-a!

00:39:17.000 Extra!

00:39:34.000 and equal redistribution of economic means and production. 1.00

00:39:38.000 But of course, it misses Jefferson because he's a reductive asshole. 1.00

00:39:41.000 I see here, oh wow, criminal, fled out of jail, rapes his mother. 1.00

00:39:44.000 This guy, he loves it. 1.00

00:39:46.000 Well, he has no compassion for the underprivileged, see, because he's a racist.

00:39:50.000 Still believes in literacy tests. 1.00

00:39:51.000 If you're black, kick his ass. 1.00

00:39:53.000 Kick his ass! 1.00

00:39:53.000 Keep your penis to yourself! 1.00

00:39:55.000 Unless you want to show this guy. 1.00

00:39:56.000 He likes to see him.

00:39:57.000 Cut it off.

00:39:57.000 Take it off.

00:39:58.000 Whatever you like. 1.00

00:39:58.000 Keep your wife's penis to herself! 1.00

00:40:01.000 Even though we're a closeted, trans-loving homosexual! 1.00

00:40:04.000 See? 0.51

00:40:04.000 They all are! 0.51

00:40:05.000 And now since here, my wife's penis is bigger than his penis! Ha ha! 1.00

00:40:05.000 Extra! 1.00

00:40:10.000 What the f***! 1.00

00:40:12.000 By the way, they don't make little newsie pants for asses this large. 1.00

00:40:18.000 They don't. 0.96

00:40:19.000 No, they weren't as well fed back then.

00:40:20.000 Didn't have as many cornbread booties.

00:40:26.000 I apologize for this affront that's been presented to you from God.

00:40:32.000 I apologize for this Adonis.

00:40:35.000 It is disproportionate.

00:40:36.000 I could have a second career as a twerker.

00:40:38.000 That's true.

00:40:39.000 One cheek's higher than the other.

00:40:40.000 It's gross.

00:40:40.000 It is.

00:40:41.000 It's asymmetrical, which is a sign of poor genetics.

00:41:45.000 No more tricks.

00:41:46.000 This is not going to happen in darkness anymore.

00:41:49.000 And here, speaking of darkness right now, let's get into this.

00:41:52.000 I want to set this up before we bring on Mr. Patrick Leahy, who's been doing unbelievable work, and he deserves your support.

00:41:58.000 Ninety new pages from the Nashville Shooters Manifesto are right now, as of this moment, being published by the Tennessee Star.

00:42:06.000 So, it's happening simultaneously, we have the first look, these pages have never been seen before, and I want to walk you through why we are here, where we are.

00:42:17.000 Michael Patrick Leahy of the Tennessee Star is going to be joining us, and will also be promoting his legal defense fund, because he's probably going to need it.

00:42:25.000 Let me explain to you why.

00:42:26.000 So, March 27th, you remember this, 2023, there was a shooting at the Covenant School, Nashville, left three children, three adults dead.

00:42:34.000 Okay, the police at that point in time, right, recovered a manifesto.

00:42:38.000 You have to remember that if this put yourself back at this moment in time, white supremacy was the biggest threat to national security and democracy. 0.91

00:42:47.000 And think of Dylann Roof, think of all these other mass shootings where they told you white men, cis white men are the prototype of mass shooters.

00:42:56.000 Okay, this shooting happens, police recover manifesto. 0.92

00:42:59.000 Great.

00:43:01.000 That's good.

00:43:01.000 You understand the motive.

00:43:02.000 You understand the why.

00:43:03.000 And they often do release these manifestos, as you saw with the trolling manifesto of Christ's Church, right?

00:43:07.000 The media's had a tendency to do this.

00:43:10.000 We have not.

00:43:12.000 This is where the roles flipped, because all of a sudden the media was not interested in the reasoning, the why, the manifesto.

00:43:19.000 Police had it, April 29th.

00:43:21.000 They told Fox News that they would be releasing it, to be clear.

00:43:24.000 So we didn't just go rogue.

00:43:25.000 You were all told, hey, this was a travesty.

00:43:29.000 And you're going to know why.

00:43:30.000 Well, last night, the Nashville police said they would finally release the manifesto of the trans shooter who murdered three children and three adults in a Christian school.

00:43:40.000 The big question we all want to know is, why now?

00:43:42.000 In a statement, the police department told Fox News, quote, the investigation has progressed to the point where the Covenant shooter's writings are now being reviewed for public release.

00:43:54.000 And then there was a lawyer and some families and activists who said, no, we don't want this release, tried to block it.

00:43:58.000 Okay, November 6th, 2023, we, right here, published.

00:44:03.000 We procured this exclusively.

00:44:05.000 And our source, by the way, is as safe as can be, snug as a bug in a rug.

00:44:10.000 We published these three pages of the writings that actually provided some illuminating details as to the motivations of Audrey Hale, the shooter, and the radical trans leftist ideology.

00:44:24.000 I hope I have a high death count. 0.97

00:44:26.000 Ready to die. 0.99

00:44:27.000 Haha. 0.99

00:44:28.000 Signed, Aiden.

00:44:31.000 Next page, Audrey. 1.00

00:44:35.000 Kill those kids! 1.00

00:44:37.000 Those crackers. 1.00

00:44:40.000 Going to private fancy schools with those fancy khakis and sports backpacks with their M-dash-dash-dash daddies, mustangs, and convertibles. 1.00

00:44:52.000 Fuck you little shits. 1.00

00:44:53.000 I wish to shoot you weak ass dicks with your mop yellow hair. 1.00

00:44:57.000 Wanna kill all you little crackers. 1.00

00:45:00.000 Again. 1.00

00:45:01.000 Bunch of little f***s with your white privileges. 1.00

00:45:06.000 So you see the words right well white privilege appear of course this person was a transgender individual and that's why the story kind of went away in legacy media while you helped pick this up and amplify it. 1.00

00:45:18.000 Replace the word cracker and white privilege with the n-word or any other racial epithet.

00:45:23.000 Do you doubt for a second that you would have this information?

00:45:27.000 This brings us to July 5th, 2024, where a judge in Tennessee, Aisha Miles, ruled that the remaining pages of the manifesto wouldn't be released.

00:45:34.000 Here's why.

00:45:35.000 Tennessee courts have determined that unfettered access to every record at any time does not serve to uphold the system of justice that we all depend upon to ensure that the criminal legal system and investigations remain fair and impartial for every involved person.

00:45:49.000 But you did say before this, this local police, they did say they were going to be.

00:45:55.000 Releasing it.

00:45:56.000 Reviewing it for release.

00:45:57.000 And there was a call to know what happened.

00:46:00.000 Because a lot of people don't want another Vegas shooting where a mass shooting happens and it doesn't add up, it doesn't make sense, and you never hear why.

00:46:07.000 It's also relevant because this was the trans national day of vengeance around this point in time. 1.00

00:46:12.000 And in Nashville, particularly in Tennessee, there were a lot of trans laws that were being looked at and people were being told that it was transgenocide.

00:46:22.000 From conservatives.

00:46:23.000 Here's something else. Judge Miles also said in the ruling that the families of the victims owned

00:46:28.000 the copyright over the materials. Okay, this is why this is scary. Yeah. Now, to be clear,

00:46:35.000 it's not all families and certainly not all family members.

00:46:38.000 And this is where I want to be very, I'm not saying it in any way, shape or form that anyone

00:46:43.000 involved is a crisis actor or disingenuous.

00:46:46.000 I want to be very, very clear about that.

00:46:48.000 What I am saying is that, I don't know if you know this, tragedies take place and there are different sets of victims.

00:46:56.000 Those victims are still people and those people have families who do have ideological motivations.

00:47:02.000 That's why you can have a mass shooting that takes place, and they can be stopped by, let's say, an off-duty police officer with an AR-15, and you can have families of people who were shot still say, we need to ban AR-15s.

00:47:14.000 Because they are ready to go out there and push an agenda before the bodies assume room temperature.

00:47:14.000 Why?

00:47:20.000 These families are grieving, and they deserve your prayers, obviously, and your support, but they are not above.

00:47:24.000 They are not above politicizing these issues.

00:47:27.000 So it's very clear to say these are some families.

00:47:30.000 with some lawyers, but for the judge to say that evidence of a mass shooting, which captured the

00:47:36.000 public's attention, can be copyrighted, is to say effectively that any evidence involved in any crime

00:47:44.000 that individuals don't want you to see in power can then be put under copyright and journalism is

00:47:49.000 dead. Think about that. Think about that for a second. Yeah.

00:47:53.000 They copyright a piece of evidence we don't want you to know.

00:47:57.000 They can now select which manifestos you see, which writings, which influences, and then they can tell you. 0.69

00:48:05.000 What the greatest threat to democracy is was Christian white supremacists. 1.00

00:48:08.000 Why? 0.95

00:48:09.000 Because everything else has been copyrighted, put under lock and key.

00:48:11.000 If you want to release it, if you want to do your job of due diligence and journalism, you are going to be sued into a federal court because of copyright law.

00:48:19.000 Even worse, the police stations could just copyright their emails.

00:48:19.000 Yeah.

00:48:23.000 They could copyright internal communications.

00:48:24.000 So there goes FOIA requests for pretty much anything.

00:48:28.000 Or the families of the policemen with a lawyer.

00:48:31.000 Yeah.

00:48:31.000 Exactly.

00:48:32.000 That's the issue here.

00:48:35.000 The implications are so far and wide, it is spine-chilling.

00:48:40.000 This would be new law, to be clear.

00:48:42.000 Yes.

00:48:43.000 And it would permanently affect investigative journalism.

00:48:47.000 And that's by design.

00:48:48.000 They want to scare you.

00:48:49.000 They want to scare Muglup Undercover.

00:48:51.000 They want to scare Patrick Leahy of the Tennessee Star into silencing.

00:48:54.000 It's copyright law.

00:48:55.000 You sure you want to violate it?

00:48:57.000 It's an extreme version of what we've experienced here on YouTube, where if we criticize Stephen Colbert, they say it's a violation of copyright, you get a strike on your channel, and it may eventually be removed.

00:49:06.000 No, that's not how copyright works.

00:49:08.000 And this, as it relates to evidence, is certainly not how copyright law has ever been applied.

00:49:15.000 Right.

00:49:17.000 Gonna bring on Patrick Leahy, but let me give you some snippets here as to what is in the remaining 90 or 80-some pages.

00:49:24.000 Things like, no brown girls, no love. 1.00

00:49:27.000 These are quotes.

00:49:28.000 Brown love is the most beautiful.

00:49:28.000 I am nothing.

00:49:30.000 And of course, there are other references, as we've already given you, to crackers, to white people, to self-loathing due to trans radical ideology.

00:49:41.000 This is someone who is radicalized.

00:49:42.000 They want you to believe that the only people who can be radicalized are people in trench coats who played Doom at Columbine.

00:49:49.000 I don't know if you know this, if you combine radical ideology with perhaps mind-altering hormones, or advice telling you that, yeah, that's right, you're born in the wrong body, and society telling you that, yeah, absolutely, this is wrong, your meat vehicle, your shell, that doesn't represent who you are.

00:50:07.000 It is a descent into madness, and if you have ever experienced a loved one or someone close to you who has circled the drain and descended into madness, you know what it feels like, you know what it looks like, and this very much seems to resemble that.

00:50:20.000 So let's bring on here for the first time to discuss this, the Tennessee star, Mr. Patrick Leahy.

00:50:30.000 opportunity. I want to tell all your listeners... Sorry Patrick, we were just

00:50:34.000 we were doing it, we were stinging you in because we wanted it to feel really

00:50:36.000 cool, but go ahead and say what you said, we missed the first half. Are you

00:50:40.000 gonna sing me in? We already did, we already did. Okay, thank you Steven. But

00:50:44.000 thanks for being here. Look, I want to say that the first big break here was yours

00:50:49.000 back in November. You got one page from what we're calling the 2023 Covenant

00:50:55.000 Killers Journal, which we released in full today.

00:50:57.000 And then you got two pages from the Spiral Notebook, which was the operational attack plan.

00:51:02.000 And we don't have that Spiral Notebook, so you've been following this.

00:51:06.000 Yeah, we've released today, just a moments ago, as we were coming on your show,

00:51:13.000 90 pages of the Covenant Killers journal from 2023.

00:51:18.000 This was the document obtained by police, it was left in her car,

00:51:22.000 right after she murdered those three nine-year-olds and the three staff members,

00:51:30.000 and then she in turn was killed by Metro National Police.

00:51:32.000 Moments later, they discovered this journal.

00:51:36.000 That afternoon, they went to her house, Steve, and they recovered 20 additional journals

00:51:42.000 going back for about 15 years.

00:51:44.000 So about a thousand pages, all told.

00:51:45.000 We just have 90 pages.

00:51:48.000 Well, and by the way, for people who are just tuning in, they can go and support your legal defense fund.

00:51:53.000 Please bring it up there.

00:51:54.000 TennesseeStar.com slash donate because there are some Ramifications here with you releasing this, and we appreciate the brass pair that it takes.

00:52:02.000 Let me ask you this, because I know there are things that you can tell us and things that you can't, so don't worry about offending me.

00:52:07.000 You can just, you know, tell me to take a hike.

00:52:09.000 What can you tell us about how you were able to acquire the pages?

00:52:14.000 Yeah, they were legally obtained in June of 2024.

00:52:16.000 Okay.

00:52:17.000 That's how we obtained it.

00:52:18.000 And so, you'll notice on the document we put a Tennessee Star watermark on it.

00:52:23.000 That is so that everybody knows these are trustworthy and they are authentic.

00:52:29.000 Because I'm telling you right now, we illegally obtained these documents from a source familiar with the Metro Nashville Police Department investigation.

00:52:37.000 Okay.

00:52:38.000 So it's procured legally.

00:52:39.000 That's how you got it.

00:52:40.000 Yeah.

00:52:40.000 But now they're saying it It may be illegal, it may be copyright infringement for you to actually... Well, there's two elements to it.

00:52:47.000 The first, as you may recall, back in June, the presiding judge in the Chancery Court, Ashia Miles, called me into court after we published some articles based upon this journal, which we had back in early June.

00:53:04.000 We didn't publish the actual pages, the handwritten pages themselves.

00:53:08.000 And she issued a show cost hearing order for me to show up and explain why she shouldn't charge me with contempt of court. 0.87

00:53:14.000 A week later, I showed up, and she didn't talk at all about that.

00:53:17.000 She never showed the court order.

00:53:19.000 There's one court order, but it has nothing to do with us publishing legally obtained documents.

00:53:25.000 It had to do with how documents were submitted to the court.

00:53:28.000 Right.

00:53:28.000 So, continue.

00:53:32.000 She may, at some point, she may want to come back, although she's made her decision and we're appealing it in appeals court, she may want to come back and say, oh, I want to revisit that issue.

00:53:44.000 I've got great counsel.

00:53:45.000 I'm not worried about it because we have every right to do it.

00:53:49.000 Well, that begs the question, why?

00:53:51.000 Why are they so aggressive in trying to suppress this and ensure that the public doesn't see it?

00:53:56.000 We know from the three pages that we had earlier that it painted a pretty clear picture as to motivation, as to, obviously this person is insane, there's no doubt about that, but why do you think there's been such a concerted effort to suppress this when, like you've said, this is something that we should have access to and you've obtained legally?

00:54:15.000 Yeah, and just the key point on all this, Stephen, what this shows is a massive failure of our mental health system.

00:54:22.000 That's the real issue.

00:54:23.000 That's the root cause of why this happened.

00:54:26.000 Audrey Elizabeth Hale was treated by Vanderbilt University Medical Center for 22 years for psychiatric problems, and it didn't work, and, you know, she'd been on various drugs for at least five years, And those were problems.

00:54:40.000 She also, we've got evidence that we reported earlier on, not from the Covenant Killers journal, but from documents we legally obtained from the investigation, That members of Vanderbilt University Medical Center knew that she threatened her father, knew that she wanted to do a mass killing, mass murder at a school, and did nothing.

00:55:03.000 There's a duty to warn which they violated.

00:55:05.000 So I think there's some concern there about potential exposure by Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

00:55:11.000 Well, it also appears that there's, you know, from what I've reviewed, and by the way, these pages will be available, not only, you can follow Mr. Leahy, but at LotOathCreditor.com, we have an article there, and on Twitter, it does reveal some self-loathing.

00:55:24.000 And again, the kind of self-loathing matters where this person, Audrey Hale, describes white nothingness and white privilege embarrassment.

00:55:31.000 of self.

00:55:32.000 And there does seem to be a theme of this sort of reviling of whiteness. 0.60

00:55:37.000 And of course, this person was white.

00:55:40.000 So would you say that again, in combination with we had those three pages, it shows that there's a bias or some sort of self loathing for white people?

00:55:50.000 I think she was so deeply troubled, Stephen.

00:55:55.000 She was troubled about everything about herself.

00:55:58.000 About her sexuality, about her gender, about her Competence as a professional person in the world.

00:56:06.000 And she had self-loathing in every regard.

00:56:11.000 She also considered herself a woman who should have been born male.

00:56:18.000 She wanted to be transgender. 1.00

00:56:19.000 She wrote about that. 1.00

00:56:20.000 She wrote about her imaginary penis and what she wanted to do with her imaginary penis with various females. 1.00

00:56:28.000 A very troubled person who'd been under psychiatric care for 22 years, and that psychiatric care appears to have made her worse, not better. 0.99

00:56:37.000 Well, that was what I was going to say.

00:56:39.000 What we have access to begs a lot of questions, and it begs a lot of questions because we know, if you look from the DSM-5 to the DSM, sorry, DSM-4 to DSM-5, that we've changed what transgender is, transgenderism, or sorry, gender dysmorphia, Where it used to be someone who has a disorder where someone believes that they're born into the wrong body.

00:57:00.000 Then it became listed as the symptoms of someone who is dealing with being in the wrong body.

00:57:05.000 And so this would beg some questions, right, as far as investigative journalists.

00:57:09.000 What kind of care did she receive?

00:57:11.000 In other words, if she was already unstable and this happened to be a comorbidity, which is how it would be treated anywhere else, Okay, is that how they dealt with it?

00:57:18.000 Or did they say, oh, you know what, this is the root cause of all, you're not mentally unhealthy, you're born into the wrong body.

00:57:25.000 We don't know, but it does seem, looking at these pages, that it gets worse.

00:57:29.000 This is a person who said, I need a trans doctor.

00:57:32.000 The female gender role makes me not want to exist. 1.00

00:57:37.000 These are pretty severe words, and I do wonder, how were her doctors treating her?

00:57:42.000 If she goes in and says, the female gender role makes me not want to exist, are they saying, hey, no, you are a woman, you shouldn't hate yourself for that, there's a lot of beauty to be found in womanhood, or is it, okay, okay, yeah, yeah, you're transgender. 0.73

00:57:56.000 There are so many questions.

00:57:58.000 Yeah, and those questions need to be answered.

00:58:00.000 And again, Stephen, this relates to all of the troubles that young children have had in America in the past several decades.

00:58:09.000 All of them that go under psychiatric treatment, they get various drugs, that have various difficult side effects.

00:58:16.000 And I think she's an example of how this has backfired.

00:58:20.000 Yeah, I think it's an example of how not only has mental health backfired, but our system of law enforcement, because the warning should have been out there.

00:58:28.000 So again, I think the reason is not just that this person is a radical trans-ideologist, but how did they get to be that way, and when they expressed a desire to commit massive acts of violence, how was nobody in the vicinity made aware?

00:58:43.000 Those are two fundamental roles of these institutions when we're told to have faith in them, and

00:58:48.000 it seems like both failed completely.

00:58:50.000 Not some percent, 100% failed.

00:58:53.000 Yeah, I think you're exactly right.

00:58:55.000 We know this from the notes that we obtained legally from the lead investigator who looked at the results of the search warrant they got from Vanderbilt University Medical Center and said, yeah, she threatened to, she wanted to kill her father.

00:59:10.000 She wanted to participate in a mass murder at a school. 1.00

00:59:14.000 There's a Tennessee law that provides for a, that says that medical professionals and medical institutions have a duty to warn.

00:59:24.000 If there's a threat of this nature.

00:59:25.000 Yeah.

00:59:26.000 And clearly Vanderbilt University Medical Center and those professionals failed in that duty to warrant because the father didn't know.

00:59:33.000 Nobody knew.

00:59:34.000 And that's a key element I think here that Stephen, the Tennessee General Assembly will consider in its next session.

00:59:41.000 Well, yeah, Audrey Hale wrote in what you have released today, this journal, A Day Without a Father Will Be a Better Day.

00:59:46.000 Let me ask you this, because there were some rumors out there, some gossip, people saying, no, no, no, actually, these three pages that Malcolm Undercover released, it's not representative of the fact that she was sexually abused by her father.

00:59:56.000 I have heard it from other people.

00:59:58.000 There were reporters saying this.

01:00:00.000 To the best of my knowledge, again, that was pure hearsay.

01:00:03.000 There's no evidence of that.

01:00:04.000 There is zero evidence.

01:00:06.000 And this is very important.

01:00:07.000 This is why all this information is in the public interest to be released.

01:00:11.000 It actually should have been released.

01:00:13.000 The judge, I believe, in the state court made several very, very bad mistakes.

01:00:20.000 And it should have been released because if you release the information False rumors are taken care of and known to be false.

01:00:33.000 There's no evidence whatsoever of any sexual abuse by anybody, either their father or anybody at the government school.

01:00:42.000 None.

01:00:43.000 Yeah, that's important to note, because that would explain away some of the failures.

01:00:48.000 No, it wasn't a failure of the medical facilities, the mental health care.

01:00:51.000 It wasn't a failure of law enforcement.

01:00:52.000 This is someone who was tormented by sexual abuse of a father, and that's why it's very irresponsible for people to go out there.

01:00:58.000 Look, we have not seen the Spiral Notebook.

01:01:00.000 You've got two pages of it.

01:01:01.000 There's probably another 80 pages.

01:01:03.000 We'd like to see what that is.

01:01:04.000 That was the operational plan of ATT&CK.

01:01:06.000 We've not seen basically a thousand pages of 20 other journals.

01:01:11.000 And she had some information on thumb drives.

01:01:15.000 Now we have a legal right to get those.

01:01:17.000 The one exception in the Tennessee Public Records Act is you can't release them for an ongoing investigation.

01:01:24.000 Well, Metro National Police back in March said the investigation would be over in July.

01:01:30.000 Here we are September 3rd, they're still saying it's not over.

01:01:34.000 That is a stalling tactic.

01:01:36.000 It's intended to subvert the law.

01:01:38.000 And the judge's ruling on copyright is entirely wrong.

01:01:43.000 First, the ownership of the Covenant Parents Trust is dubious at best, number one.

01:01:50.000 And number two, a state judge has nothing to say about copyright law.

01:01:54.000 That's a federal issue.

01:01:56.000 In theory, perhaps the group that claims ownership might file a copyright infringement lawsuit against us.

01:02:04.000 That's why we are represented by the Dillon Group in that matter, if that were to come up.

01:02:10.000 But to do that, they'd first have to register the documents.

01:02:14.000 I don't even think they have the documents in their possession, although they claim ownership.

01:02:19.000 The parents of the killer who claim Audrey Elizabeth Hale died and tested, we're not sure that's the case.

01:02:27.000 They told the probate court she died and tested, but there's a suicide note.

01:02:32.000 You can see it right in our journal, right in the journal we released today, or in our previous articles that we released today.

01:02:40.000 There's a note from one of the crime scene photos.

01:02:45.000 Her suicide note said, please read my will.

01:02:48.000 Well, where is that will?

01:02:49.000 There's no reason to believe that a document that could be a will was actually submitted to the Tennessee Chantry Court, but has been prohibited from being released to the probate court.

01:02:59.000 Why is that?

01:03:01.000 Yeah, that's a good question.

01:03:03.000 Again, it points to a lot of failures here.

01:03:05.000 It points to a failure of society at large in the conditioning, not only, I would say, anti-maledom, anti-whiteness, but you can be whatever you want to be, the radical trans ideology, the trans day of vengeance. 0.67

01:03:17.000 What was happening with these mental health care professionals?

01:03:20.000 That's a question that needs to be answered.

01:03:22.000 And then, how did law enforcement flip-flop, and why all of a sudden is this investigation ongoing?

01:03:26.000 And by the way, people can point the finger and blame folks watching, someone watching right now, for not trusting their institutions, but we just had the FBI collude with Big Tech to remove the Hunter Biden laptop story, saying it was Russian disinformation, when they knew for a fact that it wasn't, and Mark Zuckerberg apologized.

01:03:42.000 I did want to ask you about a couple of things that I was able to To read here, because I know this was released today.

01:03:49.000 Haley wrote, if God won't give... Homophobic, but again, this is part of a long string of rants of transgenderism and hating their body.

01:04:04.000 What do you see here in these 90 pages as far as Hale's hatred of Christianity that seemed to be reflected in the three pages that we released last year?

01:04:14.000 Well, you know, she actually references God and belief in God in other points in this 90-page journal that we released.

01:04:25.000 And then in other areas, as you just mentioned, she shows a hatred for Christianity, hatred for God.

01:04:32.000 I just think, Stephen, this was a terribly, terribly troubled person who had been under psychiatric care for 22 years, and it absolutely failed her.

01:04:42.000 And then, because it failed her, it failed all the victims of her heinous crimes on March 27, 2023.

01:04:52.000 So how do you think this plays out here with the courts and releasing this?

01:04:57.000 And do you think that any of the information you mentioned will ever be available as far as the will and the remaining pages of the manifesto?

01:05:04.000 In the Tennessee State Court, we are appealing the Chantry Court Judge's ruling.

01:05:07.000 We will win that case.

01:05:10.000 Because she's got no copyright claim whatsoever.

01:05:13.000 It's a federal issue.

01:05:15.000 A state court judge can't determine copyright.

01:05:17.000 That's point number one.

01:05:19.000 Also, there are some dubious questions about the ownership that we just talked about.

01:05:23.000 That was transferred by the parents of the killer to a group called the Governor Parents Trust.

01:05:29.000 I think that will be an issue as well.

01:05:31.000 We'll win in the appeals court here in Tennessee.

01:05:33.000 Also a federal judge.

01:05:35.000 We're suing the FBI.

01:05:36.000 You mentioned the FBI.

01:05:38.000 A federal judge has all of these documents under review.

01:05:41.000 Remember the documents are the 90 pages of the 2023 Covenant Killers Journal found in a car that we released today.

01:05:48.000 The spiral notebook found in her car that you released two of maybe 80 pages.

01:05:54.000 But then there's also a thousand pages of her journals written between 2007 and 2022 that were

01:06:01.000 discovered that afternoon, March 27, 2023, in her house. By the way, just as an aside, that

01:06:08.000 afternoon we just had this story earlier today. It wasn't just Metro National Police Department that

01:06:15.000 conducted the activities to search and seize documents in her residence.

01:06:20.000 There was an agent from the ATF and an agent from the FBI.

01:06:24.000 In fact, the FBI agent is the one who discovered the suicide note.

01:06:28.000 It's right there on the inventory list that we also obtained from March 27, 2023.

01:06:31.000 March 27th, 2023. And the FBI, in May of 2023, as you may recall, sent a memo to Metro Nashville

01:06:42.000 Police Chief John Drake and said, of legacy tokens don't ever release any of these documents.

01:06:48.000 And oh by the way, there's precedent for destroying them. So I don't think the

01:06:52.000 FBI has clean hands here. No, I generally earn the side of they have filthy

01:06:57.000 hands all the time. Let me ask you, but that's just my opinion, let me ask you this.

01:07:02.000 Let's paint a scenario here because everyone out there knows about like the Unabomber or McVeigh and you can read the Unabomber's writings and you know what they're disturbing?

01:07:12.000 They're not as disturbing as people may believe before they read them, in the sense that this is someone who had moments of lucidity, and of course was warped, and of course had an evil worldview, but you see the seedling of, oh, okay, I understand how this person came to be that way, right?

01:07:29.000 Isolated, angry with the world, technological advancements that scared this person.

01:07:34.000 They felt as though their role in society was becoming irrelevant.

01:07:37.000 They do case studies on the Unabomber in college. 0.83

01:07:37.000 It's very valuable. 0.83

01:07:41.000 I don't know if they have entire courses, but I know that we did when we were studying psychology in college.

01:07:45.000 Considering the criminality that we do see, and people won't like to hear this, from the transgender community and transsexual community, there is a higher rate of not only self-violence, but violence overall. 1.00

01:07:56.000 And that we have seen several mass shooters who are to one degree or another transgender or subscribe to that belief, Wouldn't this be a case study that would be very valuable considering I don't know that you'll ever get more information than is available right here for people to say this is the making of an isolated radical ideologist that can become dangerous.

01:08:17.000 Look out for this.

01:08:19.000 There's value there that could protect people in the future.

01:08:21.000 Yeah, and that's why these documents need to be made public.

01:08:24.000 In this particular instance, I might add that from what we've seen, Audrey Elizabeth Hale self-identified as a transgender male, but we don't see any evidence that she had begun any of the transition process.

01:08:39.000 So that's an important piece of information to put out here right now.

01:08:44.000 But the media, that didn't stop the media from reporting initially as a boy, a girl, and then they reverted back and said, okay, at this point it's not deadnaming, it's not hate speech.

01:08:54.000 And that's the danger.

01:08:55.000 See, you're right.

01:08:56.000 She self-identified as a male.

01:08:58.000 She signed the journal that we released with a male name, Aiden.

01:09:03.000 She wanted her parents to call her by a male name, Aiden. 0.99

01:09:06.000 She clearly articulated her desire to get a transgender doctor, and of course, The whole issue of the desire, her claim she had an imaginary penis and she wanted to have a real penis. 0.98

01:09:21.000 So those are all elements of this very troubled person. 0.97

01:09:25.000 An element too is, you know, anytime before, I don't know, the year 2014, if someone was receiving mental health care and described their imaginary penis and said, I want a real penis, You'd have 99 out of 100 doctors say, well, that's not healthy. 0.95

01:09:36.000 Let's talk about that. 0.92

01:09:38.000 Let's unpack it.

01:09:39.000 Today, you may not because you may lose your license. 0.99

01:09:41.000 You may have to say, oh, yeah, we can get you a real penis. 1.00

01:09:44.000 And these questions need to be answered because there are other kids out there in that exact same boat right now. 0.99

01:09:49.000 Do we know the path that leads down?

01:09:51.000 Statistically, we do.

01:09:53.000 But it would be very valuable to have a human interest, a subject here, who's unfortunately already acted as a case study.

01:10:01.000 Mr. Leahy, where's the best place for people to support you in case the full legal system goes after you?

01:10:07.000 And of course to find these remaining pages.

01:10:09.000 We think there's a possibility that there may be some legal issues that we have to address, and obviously we've got the first round covered, but we need probably more than that.

01:10:17.000 Go to TennesseeStar.com slash donate.

01:10:20.000 TennesseeStar.com slash donate.

01:10:23.000 And we appreciate any and all help we can get to support our First Amendment rights to get this very important information out to the public.

01:10:32.000 Well, thank you very much, Mitcher.

01:10:35.000 I need to drink some water here, because this is what happens when I'm fascinated with a guest, my mouth gets dry.

01:10:39.000 It's not a Joe Biden thing.

01:10:40.000 It's just dry mouth.

01:10:41.000 One second.

01:10:43.000 Proper send-off.

01:10:44.000 Thank you very much, Mr. Patrick Leahy.

01:10:46.000 We appreciate it, and keep us posted, sir.

01:10:48.000 Stephen Crowder, thank you so much for following this, and thank you for your earlier work on it.

01:10:52.000 I really appreciate your help.

01:10:53.000 We appreciate it.

01:10:54.000 Brother in Arms, Patrick Leahy, everybody.

01:10:55.000 Yes, so just a couple of things.

01:11:02.000 I want to make sure that the audience knows this.

01:11:03.000 Your support of Mug Club, and obviously right now we do have the promo code to join Mug Club, promo code UNDERCOVER, allows us not to just put stories out like this.

01:11:11.000 We actually donated to the legal fund as well, an amount, and I'm not sure we're going to disclose the amount, but it's a good sum that went to that.

01:11:19.000 So if you can do that, please do that, but know that supporting us does this.

01:11:22.000 And really quickly on the copyright, what do you want to bet that somebody tries to get this taken down on YouTube for copyright?

01:11:30.000 Oh yeah.

01:11:32.000 A copyright that may not even really exist right now.

01:11:35.000 Do you think YouTube is going to do the due diligence or do you think they're just going to immediately pull it down like they did the last time?

01:11:39.000 No, it's easier to simply do the bidding of the authoritarians out there and not stand up.

01:11:45.000 You see the word copyright and then you see the word Steven Crowder.

01:11:49.000 Yeah, we'll fix it later, maybe.

01:11:52.000 That's what Zuckerberg did.

01:11:53.000 And now he's apologizing for what he did, his interference in the 2020 election.

01:11:53.000 Yeah, exactly.

01:11:58.000 And really what he's saying is, you said you'd kill me last! 0.83

01:12:02.000 Figuratively. 0.80

01:12:03.000 Right.

01:12:04.000 So it's not just the damages that I'm talking about on copyright, being sued and actually found liable for violating somebody's copyright, it's We've copywritten everything.

01:12:12.000 YouTube, you have to remove these guys' content.

01:12:14.000 So the world can't find out, in a lot of ways, that you even did the work.

01:12:18.000 They've already throttled and shadow-banned and demonetized, and this is another step of abusing the legal system, just like they do, by the way, with President Donald Trump.

01:12:26.000 So why do you mistrust your institutions?

01:12:29.000 And before we go to Mug Club, we're going to play hate symbol or not, let me ask you this.

01:12:33.000 Which institution do you think, in the United States, that at one point you trusted is the most corrupt?

01:12:39.000 Is it our intelligence agencies?

01:12:41.000 Is it our educational system?

01:12:43.000 Is it our legal system?

01:12:45.000 Because I know a lot of people right now feel quite disenfranchised, quite disenchanted with all of it.

01:12:51.000 I go back and forth, but I will say if I have to pick the one I like the least today, it's the FBI. 1.00

01:12:58.000 Those Hollywood movies were full of shit. 1.00

01:12:59.000 By the way, did you know this? 1.00

01:13:00.000 I watched Silence of the Lambs this week, and I haven't watched it in a long time.

01:13:04.000 They didn't have any firearm consultants back in the films back then.

01:13:07.000 Every police officer, they're going for Hannibal Lecter when he's in the elevator.

01:13:11.000 They all have their finger on the revolver triggers, and they're using it as a pointer.

01:13:15.000 Like, he's up in the elevator, you go first, then you go second, and then I'll go next.

01:13:23.000 This is my safety.

01:13:24.000 Yes, yes.

01:13:26.000 Thank you very much, Rumble.
