Louder with Crowder - Proud Boys Leader Gets 22 Years In Prison, This Should Terrify You...

00:00:00.000 So can I answer your question?

00:00:06.000 Can I speak?

00:00:07.000 Then let's both say no.

00:00:08.000 Can I speak?

00:00:08.000 Then let's both say no.

00:00:09.000 We both don't know.

00:00:11.000 This is, I think we're kind of identifying a primary issue.

00:00:13.000 No, stop saying mom to me.

00:00:14.000 It's not black-white.

00:00:15.000 It's male-female. 0.93

00:00:17.000 I think that's the issue that we're running into.

00:00:19.000 No, it is black and white.

00:00:20.000 It's very black and white.

00:00:23.000 You understand that we're in a trap, right?

00:00:24.000 Let me say this.

00:00:25.000 It is a trap.

00:00:26.000 Let me say this.

00:00:28.000 It didn't start out that way.

00:00:30.000 You made me feel that way.

00:00:31.000 Every single conversation today has been productive and we found more in common than less.

00:00:36.000 Every single one.

00:00:36.000 Yeah.

00:00:37.000 With the exception of this, and this is the only one.

00:00:39.000 I was told I couldn't have an opinion because of white fragility, and I just... You can have an opinion! 0.97

00:00:43.000 I thought this conversation would have been completely different, and now I feel like I'm in a trap.

00:00:48.000 You'll be able to see the behavior that you have exhibited here, and not myself.

00:00:52.000 And you can watch it, you can rewind it. 0.92

00:00:54.000 That's what you think of black women. 1.00

00:00:56.000 Mom! 0.97

00:00:57.000 The reason that a lot of white people don't have these kinds of conversations, like this, is because they're afraid of being accused of being... No, they're afraid of being accused of being racist. 0.58

00:01:06.000 Yeah, white fragility. 1.00

00:01:07.000 Well, see, that is an attack to say white fragility. 0.86

00:01:09.000 I think we're on the same page.

00:01:10.000 You're just defining it as different.

00:01:12.000 Fragility means when white people are afraid to confront the fact that they might have racism or might have racist thoughts.

00:01:17.000 That's what fragility is.

00:01:18.000 But what if they don't?

00:01:19.000 They don't.

00:01:20.000 Literally almost everybody in America does.

00:01:26.000 Remember, none of this is possible without you.

00:01:37.000 Stage 2 Then Step 1

00:01:54.000 Stage 3 Stage 4

00:02:05.000 Stage 5 Stage 6

00:02:15.000 I'm just laughing because sometimes you guys don't get to see what happens right before we go to air.

00:02:21.000 And, uh...

00:02:22.000 Toolman was losing his mind at the Oprah understudy teaser that you just saw there.

00:02:28.000 That conversation was infuriating.

00:02:30.000 It's like an hour long. 1.00

00:02:31.000 Shut the F up! 1.00

00:02:32.000 Put his headphones on. 1.00

00:02:35.000 He's like, oh what, racist thoughts?

00:02:36.000 You know what I'm thinking now? 1.00

00:02:37.000 Shut the f- get the f out of here! 1.00

00:02:41.000 What am I thinking? 0.99

00:02:42.000 Yelling at the TV screen.

00:02:45.000 You're thinking about roots.

00:02:49.000 No, I'm just saying, that's what they want.

00:02:51.000 So that will go up tomorrow.

00:02:52.000 And just to be clear, this black and white and the gray issues, they're usually like very- we're doing one in a barbershop here going forward.

00:02:57.000 These late tool men, You were there.

00:02:59.000 We turned back on all of our camera equipment.

00:03:02.000 We were ready to go home.

00:03:03.000 Did you make it a movie?

00:03:04.000 Every movie should have me in it.

00:03:05.000 Remember that was her exact quote.

00:03:07.000 I said okay and then we ran the cameras exactly as we had conversations with everyone else and it devolved very quickly and it went on for an hour but Spoiler alert!

00:03:18.000 We end up finding some- I still reeled them back in.

00:03:20.000 We found some common ground there at the end of that conversation.

00:03:23.000 Good wrap-up.

00:03:23.000 We made a special accommodation.

00:03:25.000 Yes, we did.

00:03:26.000 We were gone.

00:03:27.000 We haven't heard your theme song yet, Pops.

00:03:28.000 Okay, hold on.

00:03:29.000 Okay, I can chime in.

00:03:31.000 It's alright.

00:03:31.000 By the way, hit the like button because it helps the algorithm on YouTube and also hit like if you feel Toolman's pain.

00:03:37.000 Show some solidarity with him.

00:03:40.000 And we'll be talking about this today.

00:03:41.000 Look, one thing I want to be clear about, there's a reason that we have Alex Jones here at Mug Club.

00:03:46.000 You know, you have him on Fridays.

00:03:47.000 Nick DiPaolo.

00:03:48.000 People like Jim Brewer.

00:03:49.000 People like Brian Callen.

00:03:50.000 Obviously, yours truly here.

00:03:52.000 These are people who have risked something, but I also understand, and hopefully, and you guys can comment below, you understand that I don't agree with all of these people on all issues.

00:04:01.000 Alex and I have had disagreements on air.

00:04:03.000 But I'm not going to be... I feel compelled, and I think there are a lot of people out there, you feel compelled to defend these folks when there's a pile on.

00:04:11.000 Two things can be true.

00:04:12.000 Maybe you don't even like Alex Jones personally, but you have to acknowledge the guy has the right to speak and he's been right about a lot.

00:04:17.000 Maybe you don't like the Proud Boys.

00:04:19.000 Though what is it that you think you don't like about the Proud Boys?

00:04:23.000 Let's assume that you don't, alright?

00:04:25.000 You can still hold that position and understand that it is a travesty of justice for someone to be getting 22 years who wasn't there on January 6th, committed no violence, and encouraged no violence by the prosecutor's own admission.

00:04:39.000 So we're going to give you the ins and outs there today because guess what?

00:04:42.000 You are next.

00:04:42.000 If they can do this, 22 years, everything else.

00:04:45.000 And by the way, at the same time as not prosecuting violent felons from the riots of Black Lives Matter.

00:04:50.000 You do not live in a free country if you have laws.

00:04:53.000 Only if the laws are applied equally.

00:04:54.000 We also have an exclusive Mug Club Undercover.

00:04:56.000 There's a Washington school that has been promoting Black Lives Matter flags and Progress flags.

00:05:02.000 The Progress pride.

00:05:03.000 And a parent sent us an email and there's actually already been some developments since then.

00:05:07.000 So we're talking about all that and more.

00:05:08.000 Gerald A., how are you, sir?

00:05:09.000 I'm doing well.

00:05:10.000 I love it when Tim loses his stuff right before the show.

00:05:14.000 Typically it's like he's waiting on a clip or something and that's what it was, but it was this.

00:05:18.000 I love it.

00:05:19.000 It's spicy.

00:05:19.000 Toolman just, you know what's great about Toolman?

00:05:21.000 Is he has no desire to, like, be famous or to be in the limelight.

00:05:25.000 He just, he's a utility player, but he loses his mind about things.

00:05:28.000 He does.

00:05:29.000 And it's funny when you catch that on video.

00:05:31.000 He's like, I don't care about being famous.

00:05:32.000 I just want to end lives.

00:05:36.000 Like, oh man, don't piss Toolman off. 0.93

00:05:37.000 He's just like a little... Not literally.

00:05:39.000 He's like a... Well, yeah.

00:05:40.000 And he's so strong. 0.89

00:05:41.000 He's just like a walking sinew of hate.

00:05:44.000 All right, and then when you hear this, that means in third chair, you know him, you love him.

00:05:53.000 I came from his loins.

00:05:54.000 It's Pops Crowder.

00:05:56.000 How are you, sir?

00:05:57.000 All the thumbs down buttons were just clicked.

00:05:59.000 No, there are no thumbs down anymore.

00:06:01.000 You know, I hate that I can't chime in on Tim losing it.

00:06:06.000 Pre-announcement.

00:06:07.000 I can't chime in until... You already did!

00:06:10.000 I know, but I was admonished for it.

00:06:13.000 You saw the sign and you bucked it anyway.

00:06:15.000 You took a ticket on that ride.

00:06:18.000 Also, by the way, he just found out this morning that his beloved iced coffee he gets in the morning is 400 milligrams of caffeine.

00:06:23.000 Wow.

00:06:24.000 He sometimes gets a large iced coffee from Dunkin', 400 milligrams of caffeine.

00:06:29.000 2,000 calories as well.

00:06:29.000 It's science.

00:06:30.000 No, there's no calories.

00:06:31.000 Not in the iced coffee.

00:06:32.000 And they're in neutral, so I'm a fan of Dunkin'.

00:06:32.000 It's delicious.

00:06:34.000 No, I don't get the gummy bears, sprinkles, and caramel like most folks.

00:06:37.000 Yeah, well, here's why.

00:06:38.000 That's bad for your brain, and that can also lend itself, and you're getting up there, to Alzheimer's and dementia.

00:06:44.000 Which brings us to his fellow graduating class members.

00:06:50.000 From extreme weather events to walking- I should provide some context here before we get to This Week in Biden.

00:06:56.000 You may not know this, he wasn't supposed to walk out on this war hero.

00:06:59.000 No.

00:07:00.000 That's why it's so odd, and of course here he is lying about the economy, weather events, it's This Week in Biden. 0.77

00:07:06.000 If you have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump, then you ain't black. 0.98

00:07:10.000 I also convene my entire cabinet as part of a whole-of-government response.

00:07:15.000 And that response is to increase the number and intensity of the extreme weather events

00:07:20.000 and be wary we're going to be use all the resources available to the government to do it.

00:07:25.000 So, thank you.

00:07:43.000 Thank you. 0.65

00:08:00.000 If you have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump, then you ain't black. 0.98

00:08:26.000 Thank God the former vice president wasn't in White Christmas. 0.91

00:08:28.000 We'll follow the old man wherever he's going.

00:08:33.000 What do we do?

00:08:36.000 What are we doing?

00:08:37.000 The old war hero had it together better than this.

00:08:40.000 But to lump me in with him as possible classmate.

00:08:42.000 He could be my father.

00:08:43.000 I know.

00:08:44.000 And he would have been furious because you were part of the integration with school for the first time there in Detroit and he didn't want his children going to a racial jungle. 0.93

00:08:52.000 Also, big fan of the N-word, former Vice President Joe Biden.

00:08:56.000 But I wouldn't have graduated last in my class though.

00:08:58.000 That would have been...

00:09:02.000 A little buffer there, Biden buffer.

00:09:04.000 You look sharp, Pops Crowder.

00:09:06.000 We still have the submissions for when to date with Kevin Crowder.

00:09:10.000 Half of them were for my dad.

00:09:11.000 Yeah, half of them were for my dad.

00:09:11.000 What?

00:09:15.000 Yeah, let your mom know.

00:09:17.000 So we're going to, by the way, get into some claims and truths from former Vice President Biden that he's making about the economy right now.

00:09:23.000 He's starting his presidential campaign.

00:09:25.000 We've already covered it in the past, but the numbers actually have gotten worse since we last covered it.

00:09:30.000 But before we get to that, you know, sometimes we get exclusives, like we have Mud Club Undercover later on.

00:09:34.000 And Mitch McConnell, actually, by the way, this is right here on CNN, just to give you a heads up.

00:09:40.000 Lindsey Graham just said he was concerned about Mitch McConnell, which is just, again, it's like, yeah, the 75-year-old is concerned about the 95-year-old.

00:09:50.000 It's like the House of Spring Chicken.

00:09:51.000 It's the Chamber's cocoon.

00:09:56.000 Blue steel.

00:09:58.000 A cat couldn't scratch it.

00:10:00.000 Someone get Gutenberg.

00:10:01.000 So as bad as that did look, right, what you just saw there, it actually does get worse.

00:10:05.000 McConnell is concerned, sorry, Graham is concerned about McConnell, but former Vice President Joe Biden did say that he had called McConnell and we have the exclusive leaked audio.

00:10:15.000 Hi.

00:10:16.000 You're holding the phone, sir.

00:10:16.000 Now what am I doing?

00:10:19.000 You're on a call.

00:10:20.000 Who's calling?

00:10:21.000 You're the one calling, Mr. President.

00:10:21.000 Hello?

00:10:24.000 Oh, I don't want to speak with Donald.

00:10:25.000 Come on.

00:10:26.000 No, Mr. President, you are calling Mitch McConnell.

00:10:29.000 The chef?

00:10:30.000 What am I ordering?

00:10:30.000 You're calling Senator Mitch- No, I can't speak Spanish.

00:10:34.000 Here, you talk to him, yeah?

00:10:36.000 No, you are calling Mitch to- Oh, that's right.

00:10:39.000 It's his birthday.

00:10:41.000 Happy birth- What did I send him?

00:10:42.000 Mr. President.

00:10:43.000 President Mitch?

00:10:47.000 Talk to him.

00:10:48.000 I did.

00:10:49.000 I talked to him.

00:10:50.000 Mish? 0.92

00:10:53.000 Mish, hello? 0.63

00:10:54.000 Uh, Mr. Senator, you need to say hello.

00:10:57.000 Oh, for the love of...

00:10:59.000 Unbelievable. 0.99

00:10:59.000 My butt's been wiped! 0.99

00:11:02.000 That's key. 0.99

00:11:06.000 Yeah.

00:11:07.000 To make sure you wipe every time.

00:11:08.000 Yes.

00:11:09.000 Good job.

00:11:10.000 No, no, it has been wiped.

00:11:12.000 For him, yes.

00:11:12.000 For him.

00:11:13.000 No, somebody has to do the job.

00:11:14.000 I'm going through body training, I know what that's all about.

00:11:16.000 There's actually better interactions with the two-year-olds.

00:11:19.000 Yes.

00:11:20.000 They're more communicative than... That was actually the inspiration for the whisper, right?

00:11:23.000 My son would go, okay, I'll whisper.

00:11:30.000 It's very similar.

00:11:31.000 If you have two-year-olds, talk to them.

00:11:32.000 He did talk to them.

00:11:36.000 Come on, guys.

00:11:37.000 Sometimes you just need to... Let's zoom out here.

00:11:41.000 You believe this man is leader of the free- you believe this is the most popular president of all- you believe this man received more votes than any other president in history?

00:11:50.000 And you believe that this man is fit to serve- that this man is fit to be in the Oval Office?

00:11:55.000 What- let me put this in context.

00:11:57.000 What other job would you entrust to former Vice President Biden?

00:12:02.000 Hey, do you run a company out there?

00:12:03.000 I was thinking about this this morning.

00:12:04.000 There's not one.

00:12:05.000 I was going to Edit Bay?

00:12:06.000 No.

00:12:08.000 Research?

00:12:08.000 Absolutely not.

00:12:10.000 Getting coffees?

00:12:12.000 It's still a liability, there's no way.

00:12:14.000 He'll spill it on himself.

00:12:15.000 Burn his liver-spotted hands? 0.92

00:12:16.000 Yeah, that's true.

00:12:17.000 It would just melt down, that tissue paper hand, like he looked at the Ark of the Covenant.

00:12:25.000 Anything?

00:12:26.000 Nobody's fit to be president?

00:12:27.000 Come on, guys, let's have some coffee.

00:12:29.000 Do you know how we know the game is rigged?

00:12:31.000 They want you to believe that former Vice President Biden to respect the office Like I said, in my first two years, I've created nearly 13.5 million jobs.

00:12:37.000 He's not even convincing.

00:12:39.000 His heart isn't even in the lies.

00:12:41.000 So let's get into this here on Labor Day.

00:12:43.000 He went out, again, he's preparing his campaign, touting his job creation.

00:12:47.000 Now it's a lie, but watch him.

00:12:49.000 Like I said, in my first two years, I've created nearly 13.5 million jobs, more jobs in two

00:12:57.000 years than any president has created in a four-year term.

00:13:01.000 Okay.

00:13:02.000 Okay, let's go through the claims.

00:13:04.000 This is his claim, right, that he just made that, okay, created 13.5 million jobs, more than any other president.

00:13:09.000 Okay, here's the truth, all right?

00:13:12.000 And we make all the references publicly available.

00:13:14.000 The vast majority of those jobs are returning jobs that were lost due to COVID, right?

00:13:19.000 We saw record job growth, but most importantly, and we'll circle back to this, we saw record wage growth for all Americans, black, white, middle class, upper middle class, Let's be honest about what this is here.

00:13:28.000 It was internationally orchestrated COVID.

00:13:29.000 Not the virus.

00:13:30.000 I'm not saying the virus doesn't exist, but it was designed to shut down the economy and force people to vote from home.

00:13:38.000 Let's be honest about what this is here.

00:13:40.000 It was internationally orchestrated COVID, not the virus.

00:13:43.000 I'm not saying the virus doesn't exist, but it was designed to shut down the economy

00:13:47.000 and force people to vote from home.

00:13:49.000 So 9.37 million jobs were lost to COVID in 2020 alone.

00:13:54.000 So let's do that math, right?

00:13:56.000 He says 13.5, 9.37.

00:13:57.000 In just 2020, a million jobs were lost.

00:14:00.000 So there's about 4 million jobs there, and this wasn't like a Great Depression kind of moment or a 2008 stock market crash kind of moment.

00:14:05.000 It was literally the government turning the tap off and then turning it back on.

00:14:09.000 Right.

00:14:09.000 That's why it's a different measurement, and he can't tout 13.5 with any kind of seriousness at all.

00:14:14.000 No.

00:14:14.000 So this brings us to another claim here that he's trying to make.

00:14:17.000 Well, hold on a second.

00:14:18.000 Actually, employers, by the way, have been adding record jobs since then.

00:14:24.000 187,000 jobs in August.

00:14:25.000 The economy is doing great.

00:14:26.000 OK, here's the truth about that.

00:14:29.000 The job report was really bad.

00:14:31.000 I'll get to the four million jobs created in a second.

00:14:33.000 Unemployment went from 3.5 to 3.8 percent.

00:14:35.000 Here's what they're leaving out.

00:14:37.000 1.2 million native-born Americans lost jobs.

00:14:41.000 They have lost jobs.

00:14:42.000 Wow.

00:14:43.000 688,000 foreign-born workers have gained jobs.

00:14:46.000 Really?

00:14:47.000 Yes.

00:14:48.000 You're talking about visas.

00:14:49.000 You're talking about the lottery visas.

00:14:50.000 Wow.

00:14:50.000 You're talking about people.

00:14:51.000 So in other words, this is the issue.

00:14:52.000 It's not about... I don't think there's a more clear statistic.

00:14:55.000 It's not about immigration.

00:14:56.000 It's not about, they're brown people. 1.00

00:14:58.000 No, that's not what it is.

00:15:00.000 For some people.

00:15:02.000 For former Vice President Biden and probably, you know, his family reunion, I bet you you probably hear that quote.

00:15:06.000 It is brown people!

00:15:11.000 1.2 million American jobs lost.

00:15:14.000 688,000 imported jobs.

00:15:16.000 This is how you know they're not looking.

00:15:17.000 Now, here's something.

00:15:19.000 You certainly can import those votes.

00:15:22.000 Hey, 688,000.

00:15:22.000 Hold on a second.

00:15:24.000 What was the margin of error in those key states?

00:15:26.000 Arizona was 10,000.

00:15:26.000 A lot of these states were within 30,000.

00:15:29.000 688,000 foreign-born workers came.

00:15:32.000 Now, I don't know how many of them are eligible to vote.

00:15:34.000 I don't know how many of them got citizenship, how many of them got green cards versus work visas.

00:15:37.000 But the point is, they're trying to establish a voting base.

00:15:40.000 For all time, Americans lose jobs and we import jobs. 0.89

00:15:44.000 That's a problem.

00:15:45.000 That's a policy problem that everyone should be on board with solving.

00:15:48.000 Yeah, and by the way, they're not even right on these jobs reports numbers.

00:15:51.000 Every single time they've had a report this year, it's been revised down by as much as almost half in one month.

00:15:58.000 I think in June they were off by 48% or something like that.

00:16:01.000 Yeah, they had to lower it down to 110,000 jobs.

00:16:03.000 Just for the last two months.

00:16:04.000 So I can't even believe the numbers that they're giving me right now.

00:16:06.000 It's like, ah!

00:16:07.000 180-something thousand jobs.

00:16:09.000 Are you sure about that?

00:16:10.000 Sorry, did I say 187?

00:16:12.000 I meant 90.

00:16:14.000 Thousand?

00:16:15.000 No, no.

00:16:16.000 Jobs.

00:16:17.000 Just 90.

00:16:18.000 And I want you to comment below.

00:16:20.000 That's the beauty of also having, you know, sample size.

00:16:22.000 How has your financial situation changed?

00:16:24.000 How has your employment situation changed since former Vice President Biden has been, I guess, sort of wheeled into office?

00:16:32.000 Oh, by the way, Chad thinks he would make a great Walmart greeter.

00:16:36.000 Well, that's because the minimum age is, like, 95.

00:16:36.000 Oh!

00:16:38.000 Yeah.

00:16:39.000 Yeah, it comes with a complimentary oxygen tank.

00:16:39.000 That's true.

00:16:41.000 You don't need speed bumps.

00:16:42.000 Somebody says speed bump, but no.

00:16:44.000 You could probably get out with more than your $900 of bill free.

00:16:47.000 Yeah, he's not chasing you down.

00:16:48.000 Yeah.

00:16:49.000 I can't imagine him checking Costco receipts, though.

00:16:51.000 Wait, what?

00:16:51.000 Oh, no.

00:16:52.000 Oh, no.

00:16:53.000 Now he'd have to be licensed to steal.

00:16:55.000 Huh?

00:16:55.000 Is that a Roomba?

00:16:57.000 What do I do with the pen?

00:16:58.000 What's that?

00:16:59.000 It's a robot vacuum.

00:17:00.000 Oh, holy hell.

00:17:03.000 I'm frightened!

00:17:05.000 It learns!

00:17:10.000 So many numbers!

00:17:16.000 Name that reference, though, Gerald.

00:17:19.000 You're a Seinfeld fan.

00:17:20.000 I don't know!

00:17:22.000 Thank you.

00:17:24.000 And this is the most important claim that you need to be ready to debunk, because you'll probably hear this at Thanksgiving, when you go into election season, so here's the claim that they're making.

00:17:32.000 And it is verifiably false, misleading, you could say untrue, and again we'll make the references always publicly available.

00:17:38.000 He has tried to say that he's created millions of new jobs outside of, now he's trying to say get rid of the rebound from the pandemic, which by the way your party pushed, and also you said you would never take the vaccine because of Operation Warp Speed when it was Donald Trump's vaccine until you took credit, but I digress!

00:17:53.000 He's trying to say that four million new jobs outside of the pandemic rebound have been created.

00:17:59.000 So that's not true, but you'll hear this a lot.

00:18:02.000 Here's a clip of him starting that tour.

00:18:04.000 We've recovered all the jobs lost during the pandemic.

00:18:08.000 We've added millions more.

00:18:10.000 Okay.

00:18:10.000 So here's the truth, and context matters here.

00:18:14.000 A huge portion, depending on which numbers, most of them, part-time jobs or very low-paying jobs.

00:18:20.000 So since February of 2021, 3.6 million part-time jobs have been created. 37%.

00:18:28.000 of Americans have more than one full-time job right now.

00:18:31.000 56% are considering a second job.

00:18:33.000 There are more right now Americans working multiple jobs than in recent history.

00:18:39.000 I don't know if we have the numbers going back all the way to the 1970s, but I do know that in recent decades there are more Americans working part-time jobs, working two jobs, and more Americans than ever working three jobs, working three shifts, just to be clear.

00:18:51.000 And, pretty important with this, by the way, weekly earnings down 3.6%.

00:18:55.000 since Biden took off. And that doesn't sound like a whole lot, but combine that with the inflation

00:18:59.000 rate, so you're earning less money and it's worth less anyway. Yes. So that probably comes out to,

00:19:04.000 I don't know, I'm not a math guy, but these are fake jobs.

00:19:07.000 Yes. Americans have significantly less money today than they did in the past when adjusted for

00:19:13.000 inflation or when not adjusted for inflation. And you add into that 30 year fixed mortgage

00:19:18.000 rates, right? They've soared since former Vice President Biden has been

00:19:21.000 7.18% is the current rate.

00:19:21.000 you know, in office. 7.18% is the current rate. January of 2021 was 2.7... 2.77, I think?

00:19:30.000 So I haven't done the math, but I think that means that you're in those golden handcuffs

00:19:33.000 If you were to get into a new house, let's say you sell your house and it's worth half a million and you have to get a new mortgage, you probably have to get a house at around $290,000, something like that, over the course of its lifetime.

00:19:44.000 I mean, the amount that you are going to be paying in interest.

00:19:46.000 So, these jobs aren't new, just to be clear.

00:19:49.000 They're part-time jobs.

00:19:50.000 There are jobs, full-time jobs, that have been lost forever.

00:19:52.000 More Americans, millions of Americans, have lost their full-time jobs, but we've imported, good news is, over 600,000 foreign jobs, and your money is basically worthless right now.

00:20:02.000 Contextually.

00:20:04.000 Compared to what you would have had pre-pandemic.

00:20:06.000 But he added so many jobs!

00:20:08.000 That's what he's going to go out and say, and nobody's going to challenge him on this.

00:20:10.000 None of the media are going to point out the fact that all of those things that we just said are true.

00:20:15.000 And look, if his number of added jobs is 4 million and it's 3.6 million part-time jobs, I get it that people need to get a part-time job, but not when it's 30% of the population considering a second job that already worked full-time, and 50-some-odd percent considering a third job?

00:20:31.000 Are you serious?

00:20:33.000 Well, you wonder why people's trust in government has gone away, you know?

00:20:36.000 No, because they lie about this stuff and tell you it's rain while they're peeing on your forehead!

00:20:40.000 Yeah, they aren't objective reports anymore, they're all opinions and spins. 0.99

00:20:44.000 Well, you know they say there are lies, damn lies, and statistics? 0.98

00:20:47.000 Now, here's the thing, statistics matter, facts matter. 0.99

00:20:50.000 Tell me if you notice this trend.

00:20:52.000 I do think that context often matters more than content when we talk about content with the show.

00:20:56.000 I do think that context with numbers, particularly when you're dealing with the economy, they do matter.

00:21:01.000 And you don't have to get incredibly nerdy.

00:21:03.000 You don't have to have a PhD in whatever that is when people get this master's degree in business.

00:21:09.000 It's like, what?

00:21:10.000 Just go start a business.

00:21:12.000 So you don't have to be a genius, but you do have to go one level deeper.

00:21:15.000 Do you notice that the numbers the left always, they always pull?

00:21:18.000 And you can see this if you, I highly recommend that you follow Joe Biden, the White House on Instagram, because they put out these numbers that just require a quick search to see is fake.

00:21:28.000 And this always brings up the question, well hold on a second, do they not have Google or Bing or that bent back paper clip from the, you know, Word document?

00:21:35.000 Or are they lying?

00:21:36.000 So, they always take the largest number with zero context.

00:21:40.000 For example, Barack Obama went out and said, wage gap!

00:21:43.000 Women make 77 cents on the dollar. 1.00

00:21:44.000 Now, the only way you can make that argument is if you just compare the very broad men's salaries to women's salaries.

00:21:52.000 You're not taking into account degree, experience, number of hours worked.

00:21:55.000 It's just average male pay across all spheres of work.

00:21:59.000 And women. 0.98

00:22:00.000 For example, another stat, they say, guns are the number one killers of children.

00:22:04.000 The only thing that you need to look, look up, to see that that's false is, hold on a second, what are the demographics?

00:22:09.000 Oh wait a second, you take away the 15 to 19 year olds, inter-gang violence in urban areas, it's not even close.

00:22:17.000 So the only way they can make the argument, oh, wage gap, is if you just go, okay, compare salary to salary with no context.

00:22:21.000 The only way they can make the argument, it's number one killer of children, well, if you consider 15- to 19-year-olds children.

00:22:26.000 Right.

00:22:27.000 Otherwise, it's drowning.

00:22:28.000 Otherwise, it's automobile accidents.

00:22:29.000 Otherwise, it's toasters, for crying out loud.

00:22:31.000 It's the same thing here with the jobs.

00:22:33.000 When they say, oh, a job's created.

00:22:34.000 Okay.

00:22:35.000 They have to use the broadest statistics possible.

00:22:37.000 They don't include part-time work.

00:22:38.000 They don't include the average wages.

00:22:41.000 They don't include the hours worked.

00:22:42.000 So it's, ah, wage gap.

00:22:44.000 Hold on. 0.99

00:22:45.000 One step deeper shows you're bullshitting. 0.99

00:22:47.000 Ah, guns number one killer of children. 0.99

00:22:48.000 Hold on. 1.00

00:22:49.000 One step deeper shows you're bullshitting. 0.89

00:22:51.000 Ah, more jobs created. 0.93

00:22:51.000 Hold on. 0.93

00:22:52.000 One step deeper shows that you are bullshitting. 0.93

00:22:54.000 And it's always the case. 0.92

00:22:56.000 It's supposed to be the party of the intellectuals.

00:22:59.000 Don't let them gaslight you because you wear a MAGA hat as though they're smarter than you. 1.00

00:23:02.000 They're just liars.

00:23:04.000 Well, and it feels like they get away with it because it's just, you know, you know that term headline news, that network, is that still a thing? 0.93

00:23:09.000 HNN, right?

00:23:10.000 HLN?

00:23:11.000 Well, I don't know if it's LN, but you know.

00:23:14.000 There was HLN for headline, Gerald.

00:23:16.000 Headline.

00:23:17.000 Scott Christie would say headline.

00:23:19.000 I don't know.

00:23:20.000 I'm not a network guy.

00:23:22.000 Dr. Grayson, Nancy Drew.

00:23:24.000 It feels like the only thing that they're doing is saying stuff to get a headline and nobody does any other research after that.

00:23:29.000 It's like, oh, I want the headline to be that the economy is doing well and that people are doing better than they were before.

00:23:34.000 But I pray to God they don't do any research.

00:23:37.000 And actually, by the way, we've got a lot of chats.

00:23:39.000 I don't know if we can bring them up.

00:23:40.000 We've got a lot of chats of people saying, no, they can't.

00:23:42.000 They're living paycheck to paycheck.

00:23:44.000 By the way, thank you for supporting Mug Club if you're in that position.

00:23:47.000 Thank you very much for spending your hard-earned dollar, which obviously you don't have enough of here.

00:23:50.000 We do not take lightly.

00:23:51.000 Thank you very much for that.

00:23:51.000 Yeah, exactly.

00:23:53.000 People have a real experience day-to-day that does not match what politicians are saying.

00:23:58.000 And the right and left do this.

00:23:59.000 The right does it in other ways.

00:24:00.000 The left does it... You should be called out either way.

00:24:02.000 Yeah.

00:24:02.000 These numbers are terrible.

00:24:04.000 The economy is not doing well.

00:24:05.000 That's why there's no way that this guy wins the election unless there's... Unless there's... Unless.

00:24:09.000 Nefarious activity.

00:24:10.000 Unless.

00:24:10.000 Unless it's stolen.

00:24:11.000 That sounds like a big lie.

00:24:11.000 You guys hit the YouTube dump button if you need to, but you're allowed to question election results right now.

00:24:15.000 There's no way he wins this election unless it's stolen, just to be clear.

00:24:18.000 You know what, just call me Amy Klobuchar, call me Kamala Harris, call me Hillary Clinton, call me Jimmy Carter, who all said that the only way Donald Trump could win is if he stole it, and then when he did win it, they said that he stole it.

00:24:28.000 The only way that this guy wins, because of the disconnect, because you, right now, at home, with the clicker, On your couch.

00:24:35.000 I don't know how you're watching this.

00:24:35.000 I don't know.

00:24:36.000 You could be watching it on your phone.

00:24:37.000 The point is you know what it is that you are living and you know.

00:24:39.000 And even the average American who isn't politically involved knows that something doesn't smell right.

00:24:44.000 That's how you turn people against you.

00:24:45.000 Historically, it's pretty much always happened.

00:24:48.000 Pretty much always happened.

00:24:50.000 When the leadership, when the elites become so out of touch that they don't even seem to be representing the people who have elected them, that's when they lose power.

00:24:56.000 You're seeing that right now with Trudeau?

00:24:58.000 Yeah.

00:24:58.000 And you are seeing the disconnect with this former vice president, and the media still trying to prop him up, still trying to drag him across that finish line, you know, weekend at Bernie's.

00:25:06.000 It's not going to work.

00:25:07.000 The only way this guy wins is if it's stolen.

00:25:09.000 You stepped in yourself, weekend at Bernie's.

00:25:11.000 It's absolutely weekend at Bernie's.

00:25:14.000 I don't think that's particularly original, that's why I felt ashamed.

00:25:19.000 I think you're going to get to that net number of people under Trump versus people under Biden, and their net, how far are they ahead?

00:25:27.000 Yeah, well the average salary increase, I don't have it here on the map, the average salary increase under Donald Trump the first three years was over $5,000.

00:25:31.000 I think it was $1,800 over eight years of Obama, and then if you adjust for, and this is all adjusted for inflation, with Biden it went down, the numbers.

00:25:40.000 The gap is like $8,000, that's real.

00:25:40.000 It's huge.

00:25:41.000 And then he can't buy a house now.

00:25:41.000 It's a huge gap.

00:25:47.000 You have to rent.

00:25:48.000 You're kind of a permanent renter's class.

00:25:49.000 People look at that percent and are like, oh, two to seven percent.

00:25:52.000 That is the going from, I can afford to make this house payment and have some money left over to do some savings to, there's no way in hell I can afford to have a house.

00:25:59.000 Well, the good news is, if you rent, you know who the biggest purchaser of?

00:26:03.000 Good companies that we know and trust?

00:26:05.000 They have single family housing units.

00:26:07.000 Vanguard, BlackRock, who, by the way, Elizabeth Warren deemed too big to fail.

00:26:12.000 So they get perpetual bailouts.

00:26:13.000 So you don't buy a house, you give them your money, and then when their business model doesn't work, Elizabeth Warren, being the for-the-people socialist that she is, has determined that Vanguard and BlackRock are too big to fail, and it's never ending.

00:26:22.000 Hey, by the way, have you gotten your residual checks for the vaccine yet?

00:26:25.000 Don't know if you remember this. 1.00

00:26:26.000 You paid for that shit! 1.00

00:26:27.000 I did! 1.00

00:26:28.000 And then they made record profits.

00:26:30.000 And had no liability.

00:26:31.000 Where's former Vice President Biden?

00:26:34.000 Where's Bernie Sanders?

00:26:35.000 Maybe he's spoken out.

00:26:36.000 Where's the Democratic Party speaking out on behalf of you?

00:26:39.000 You paid for this vaccine.

00:26:40.000 You subsidized it.

00:26:42.000 That's fine if you get your money back.

00:26:44.000 Hey, even a CD right now is what?

00:26:47.000 Which isn't that good historically.

00:26:49.000 You get nothing.

00:26:49.000 You pay for it, and then the profits go to these companies.

00:26:51.000 Well, no, Big Pharma's now good.

00:26:53.000 I don't know if you got that.

00:26:54.000 Yes, yes, they are.

00:26:54.000 On the left, Big Pharma's fantastic.

00:26:56.000 They've never done anything wrong.

00:26:57.000 Drugs have never hurt people, and profits are fine.

00:26:59.000 Yep.

00:27:00.000 Well, Biden's trying to step in now and say, look, I'm discounting drugs for seniors.

00:27:03.000 You know, that was glad-handing.

00:27:05.000 Hey, hey, hey, we gave you many, many, many billions.

00:27:07.000 How about you discount a few at election time for us, and I'll And they're already existing drugs for decades, so it's free for them to do it.

00:27:15.000 They give a little discount, and Biden wears it like a badge.

00:27:17.000 He tried to take credit for Donald Trump's slashing of insulin prices, by the way.

00:27:20.000 Oh, I know.

00:27:20.000 He was like, insulin should only be, what, $30 a month or something like that for people?

00:27:24.000 And I was like, I haven't heard this before.

00:27:27.000 And by the way, it's selfish.

00:27:27.000 He drinks that like it's Mr. Freeze.

00:27:31.000 It's when no children are around.

00:27:32.000 It's just because his pancreas doesn't work.

00:27:33.000 I don't think he has diabetes.

00:27:34.000 Nothing works at that point.

00:27:38.000 Looks like he's just made of glass.

00:27:39.000 If he bumped the podium, he's going to dislocate his shoulder.

00:27:46.000 All right.

00:27:47.000 This is an exclusive that we now have.

00:27:48.000 Thank you again, your support with Mug Club.

00:27:50.000 It supports our undercover investigative journalism unit.

00:27:52.000 So this is a school district, and there have been some developments actually.

00:27:55.000 Just reached Gerald just on this today.

00:27:57.000 Let me make sure you know the name and you know the people involved, and then you can send your emails to make your voices heard.

00:28:02.000 So it's Ridgefield School.

00:28:05.000 I guess Ridgefield is a school district.

00:28:06.000 Yeah, school district.

00:28:07.000 The school district is Ridgefield.

00:28:09.000 Ridgefield being the school district.

00:28:12.000 Washington has been... Washington State.

00:28:15.000 Yes, Washington State.

00:28:17.000 All right, let me take this from the top.

00:28:19.000 Three, two, no I'm kidding.

00:28:21.000 The Ridgefield School District.

00:28:23.000 You want me to, you want me to be, you want to turn me into something?

00:28:25.000 The Ridgefield School District in Washington State. 1.00

00:28:28.000 What the fuck is that? 1.00

00:28:30.000 Pollen! 1.00

00:28:32.000 What the fuck? 1.00

00:28:34.000 One of the original viral videos. 0.99

00:28:36.000 Oh, I love it. Oh, it's a classic.

00:28:38.000 This is basically a suburb of Portland that happens to be across the river and in Washington.

00:28:40.000 to be across the river and in Washington.

00:28:41.000 Exactly.

00:28:42.000 Okay, just to be clear.

00:28:43.000 Are we good?

00:28:44.000 May I do the introduction please?

00:28:48.000 So this was brought to our attention by a concerned parent.

00:28:50.000 They are indoctrinating children right now.

00:28:51.000 You saw that with the Gadsden flag, right?

00:28:52.000 You saw the reaction.

00:28:54.000 Well, this is the flip side of that coin.

00:28:56.000 We're going to share the story of this concerned parent and the insane interactions that she had with the school.

00:29:02.000 And as it turns out, the problem is actually way deeper than even she knew.

00:29:06.000 This is Mug Club Undercover.

00:29:07.000 Our eyes and ears are everything.

00:29:10.000 We are many.

00:29:11.000 We are a lot.

00:29:12.000 We are you.

00:29:13.000 We are Mug Club Undercover.

00:29:21.000 Alright, so this comes in from, and by the way you can always send your tips, is it LWC, you have the email?

00:29:27.000 LWCtips at ProtonMail.com and we will protect your anonymity with our life.

00:29:32.000 So this parent, let's call her Mrs. Z. 0.98

00:29:35.000 From Ridgefield, Washington.

00:29:37.000 Not like Z, like in the gender thing. 1.00

00:29:40.000 I know.

00:29:40.000 It's just, come on, let's not let them steal letters from us.

00:29:44.000 Too late.

00:29:44.000 You're interrupting his flow, Joe.

00:29:46.000 This person reached out to us with this email regarding the events from late 2022.

00:29:51.000 It said, there's a giant Black Lives Matter flag and pride flag in the math teacher's room, which faces the hallway that all kids walk through before trying the formal complaint written route.

00:30:01.000 I had a meeting with the superintendent as soon as I knew about the flag and also a school board member, but they pretty much said that they were powerless because of the teachers' unions.

00:30:09.000 So then this person, Mrs. Z, issued a formal complaint, and this is what all of you out there as parents should do.

00:30:15.000 Issued this formal complaint with the school, citing racial discrimination, which I like. 0.57

00:30:18.000 That's a power move.

00:30:20.000 So, um, she said that, uh, uh, Stephanie Horn, uh, was engaging in anti-white people propaganda and has created a contentious adversarial space on school grounds. 1.00

00:30:31.000 Uh, this promotes violence, division, and stating that just lives, uh, Black Lives Matter is discrimination based on color and that that is against state and federal regulations.

00:30:39.000 Now, the Ridgefield School District Superintendent, Nathan McCann, the name being McCann, last name, first name, Nathan, I say this because these people, right, there's a huge difference.

00:30:52.000 These people, they're supposed to serve you.

00:30:54.000 Hey, public school, these are the true heroes.

00:30:57.000 Well, let's show you just how heroic they are.

00:30:59.000 Well, denied taking action.

00:31:02.000 Declined to take action.

00:31:04.000 Stating, I have determined that it was appropriate and not racially discriminatory for the district not to direct Mrs. Horn to remove the Black Lives Matter and Progress Pride flags from the windows of her classroom.

00:31:13.000 As you know, due to your employment for the redacted government workers, including school teachers, do not lose all their First Amendment rights by the nature of their public employment.

00:31:22.000 So, think of when people talk about the power differential, right, in relationships.

00:31:27.000 Uh, men in the workplace, white people in the workplace.

00:31:31.000 Is there any greater power differential than teacher and student?

00:31:35.000 So, teachers, First Amendment, protected.

00:31:37.000 Your taxpayer dollars, by the way.

00:31:39.000 Uh, students, no.

00:31:42.000 Parents, no.

00:31:44.000 Just to be clear.

00:31:45.000 That's an issue.

00:31:46.000 These children have to sit at rapt attention.

00:31:48.000 They have no choice.

00:31:49.000 And these are big flags, by the way.

00:31:51.000 When we showed that image, I didn't realize they took up the entire window, and there's two of them side by side.

00:31:56.000 Yeah.

00:31:57.000 Let's send the kid with the Gadsden flag and see what happens.

00:32:00.000 He'd be sent home.

00:32:02.000 And this is the thing.

00:32:02.000 They're saying, no, no, we're allowed to have the progress flags, the LGBT.

00:32:05.000 Can you bring that up again, that overlay of the flags, so people can see the size of this?

00:32:08.000 See how big those are.

00:32:10.000 These aren't two little flags hanging up in the corner.

00:32:12.000 By the way, one of the policies of the district is that you're not supposed to bully anybody

00:32:17.000 or you know there's some...

00:32:18.000 How's it matter?

00:32:41.000 You should be able to say that.

00:32:42.000 I think we should be able to put that right next to it.

00:32:45.000 Does that make sense?

00:32:46.000 I guarantee you the school district would probably step in at that point and say, well hold on, you're telling black people that their lives don't matter when you say all lives matter.

00:32:53.000 Well, why?

00:32:54.000 That's not what you're saying with the black lives matter flag.

00:32:57.000 So it's just happenstance that there are no all lives matter flags at this school?

00:33:01.000 To the best of our knowledge, we've checked.

00:33:03.000 How about a straight flag?

00:33:04.000 Oh, wait a second, that's right.

00:33:06.000 It's the calling process before you hire these teachers.

00:33:09.000 If you don't share these points of view, you don't get hired.

00:33:12.000 You're not allowed in a club that is a teacher's union because they want to ensure that this kind of propaganda reaches your children day in and day out, eight hours a day.

00:33:18.000 And as a parent, you have no say in the matter.

00:33:20.000 Oh, and by the way, you want to use charter schools?

00:33:22.000 You want school choice?

00:33:23.000 No, no, no.

00:33:23.000 We're actually going to push for legislation actively That removes that choice.

00:33:28.000 It is a racket.

00:33:29.000 It is a criminal enterprise, what they do with public schools right now.

00:33:33.000 This is not about educating children.

00:33:34.000 This is about creating an army of foot soldiers.

00:33:37.000 It's the foot clan.

00:33:39.000 And we're very effective.

00:33:40.000 But by the way, clan, before you're saying, no, we're not talking about hoods, we're talking about masks, Ninja Turtles.

00:33:40.000 Yes, the foot clan.

00:33:44.000 So no, you don't know.

00:33:45.000 Clan doesn't always mean, you know, burning crosses or roots.

00:33:49.000 It's not real.

00:33:49.000 Yeah.

00:33:50.000 I get that roots was pre-clan era, but you understand the point.

00:33:53.000 Now here's the thing too, by the way, people have free speech here in this office, not everyone agrees with me on everything, not everyone agrees with you.

00:33:58.000 We had a very similar situation. We had someone, Black Lives Matter, flags at their desk,

00:34:02.000 progress at their desk, and we didn't fight. We just moved their desk.

00:34:06.000 Hello?

00:34:19.000 Is anyone there?

00:34:21.000 The last few nights you set the alarm and I couldn't get out.

00:34:23.000 I was stuck here eating dog food.

00:34:31.000 Oh, hello again Rowdy McFoamy, huh?

00:34:40.000 By the way, you guys may want to move his desk outside.

00:34:42.000 Yeah.

00:34:43.000 Because he seems to be acting erratic.

00:34:46.000 I like him where he is.

00:34:47.000 Locked up.

00:34:48.000 Safe.

00:34:49.000 We still have the Hannibal Lecter mask from that interview.

00:34:49.000 Unable to leave.

00:34:52.000 We do.

00:34:53.000 So, again, none of this is just happenstance.

00:34:56.000 The superintendent explicitly endorses Black Lives Matter.

00:35:01.000 So this is a quote from the superintendent, the fact that a display of, by the way the typos are just crazy, the fact that a display of a Black Lives Matter sign is not inherently racist or likely to cause violence within the school environment is demonstrated by the endorsement of the Black Lives Matter at school campaign by both OSPI and large Washington school districts.

00:35:19.000 The fact that that flag is not likely to cause anything to happen at the School of Violence is because we say so.

00:35:26.000 It's because the school district says so.

00:35:26.000 Yes, exactly.

00:35:28.000 That's what he points to.

00:35:29.000 That is his empirical evidence.

00:35:30.000 Well, that's like CNN saying, these protests are peaceful because, see, the lower chiron says, ignore the flames.

00:35:37.000 It's peaceful.

00:35:39.000 I know, it's just, it's a depth of field effect.

00:35:41.000 I know it looks like, it looks like flames are coming out of the back of my head.

00:35:44.000 Oh, they are coming out of the back of my head, but still, it's mostly peaceful.

00:35:47.000 You are the superintendent of a school district and you say, oh, because everybody else is doing... This is a justification.

00:35:52.000 He's an educator, so you should correct that memo.

00:35:55.000 Like a kid's term paper with a red pen.

00:35:57.000 Unbelievable.

00:35:59.000 Can you cite your sources for me that are not yours?

00:36:01.000 You can't cite yourself as a source.

00:36:03.000 That's not how this works.

00:36:04.000 I've tried!

00:36:06.000 You can cite yourself if no one actually has the ability to fire you.

00:36:09.000 Oh, that's fair.

00:36:10.000 So he says, OSPI has repeatedly tweeted about the Black Lives Matter at school week, described by OSPI as involving intentional conversations centered on racial justice and civic engagement. 0.99

00:36:21.000 Oh, okay, so you just say racial justice, civic engagement, and apparently your school district tweeted some shit. 0.98

00:36:27.000 So I feel comfortable with my children next to a male teacher with blue hair and giant fake purple. 0.98

00:36:35.000 No violence associated with the Black Lives Matter movement, as you may be of suggestion.

00:37:04.000 As you maybe have suggested.

00:37:06.000 Counterpoint, have you seen my tweets?

00:37:11.000 Police lost control of downtown.

00:37:13.000 This is a video of a man trying to escape from a police car.

00:37:22.000 Destroyed, then took over their vehicles.

00:37:26.000 No violence!

00:37:29.000 Steven, that's peaceful.

00:37:30.000 Nothingness!

00:37:31.000 Oh my god, it's so hot!

00:37:33.000 Is that Burning Man?

00:37:36.000 They're burning a man.

00:37:37.000 That's that man.

00:37:38.000 That was Dallas.

00:37:42.000 That's that man. That was Dallas.

00:37:42.000 Oh boy.

00:37:45.000 Oh boy. I would have kept driving.

00:37:49.000 What?

00:37:51.000 There was looting underway nearby.

00:37:53.000 If you landed here from another planet.

00:37:58.000 It is not, uh, it is not, generally speaking, unruly.

00:38:04.000 Listen to this.

00:38:05.000 So Nick, Nick, what they're gonna do is they're gonna create what they call a phalanx, okay?

00:38:11.000 They're going to create an angle of these shields.

00:38:14.000 And what they're going to then have to make a decision to do is to either hold, which is they expect these windows to be broken, and people to advance.

00:38:24.000 Or run away.

00:38:24.000 Remember when we used to say that, hey, be careful because kids will, uh, they'll, they'll mimic what they see.

00:38:29.000 Yeah.

00:38:30.000 It's always, you know, monkey see, monkey do.

00:38:32.000 What do you think happens when you put a flag up and the kids can run a cursory Google search?

00:38:37.000 I know Google is going to try and also propagandize them as well, but you've now said that that's acceptable.

00:38:43.000 You've now said, well, that's not really a threat.

00:38:45.000 This is, this is civic engagement.

00:38:50.000 What part of any of this has to do with teaching them their multiplication tables, or their ABCs, or grammar?

00:38:56.000 This is a high school.

00:38:56.000 Right.

00:38:58.000 This, I believe, this is a high school.

00:38:59.000 By the way, correct me if I'm wrong, Chop, Chaz, where was that?

00:39:03.000 Seattle.

00:39:04.000 The good news is these kids can tag public property in cursive.

00:39:08.000 Ah!

00:39:09.000 There we go.

00:39:09.000 Let's make sure that they can do that and get the punctuation correct.

00:39:12.000 And by the way, this is another thing from the superintendent.

00:39:14.000 You can comment below.

00:39:15.000 We're going to, of course, give you the ability to send in your complaints, make your voices heard.

00:39:21.000 One of the bigger indicators here is the superintendent's commitment to, what have we talked about?

00:39:26.000 Equity.

00:39:28.000 Just to be clear, when someone says equity, they're racist.

00:39:30.000 Okay?

00:39:32.000 You can have equality, not racist, which means equal opportunity.

00:39:35.000 Or you can have equity, which is ensured outcome.

00:39:37.000 You cannot have equity without affirmative action, without DEI, without diversity quotas. 0.90

00:39:42.000 You cannot ensure equity unless you are picking winners and losers based on race and identity.

00:39:48.000 Equality is everyone has an opportunity, you are now based by something, you know, content of your character, your actions.

00:39:55.000 Your actions are what define you.

00:39:56.000 Equity, when you hear it, means this person is a racist.

00:39:59.000 By the way, it's also important that you use that litmus test to differentiate between people who share your points of view versus wolves in sheep's clothing.

00:40:06.000 If you see someone who claims that they are wearing your team jersey and they use words like equity, Nope.

00:40:11.000 Gotta carve that one out.

00:40:13.000 So this is what he says about equity.

00:40:14.000 The Ridgefield School District is a community of learners committed to equity.

00:40:19.000 The principle of equity goes beyond formal equality, where all persons are treated the same.

00:40:24.000 Instead, equity fosters an inclusive and barrier-free environment in which everyone will fully benefit.

00:40:31.000 Now talk about word salad, which this guy tosses.

00:40:36.000 Beyond formal equality, where all persons are treated the same... Wait, hold on a second. 0.92

00:40:40.000 Why would we need to go beyond that?

00:40:43.000 That sounds wonderful!

00:40:44.000 Right!

00:40:46.000 Beyond formal, formal equality where everyone's treated the same.

00:40:49.000 You wouldn't understand, you're not a superintendent.

00:40:51.000 Instead, equity fosters, meaning it is different from everyone being treated the same.

00:40:56.000 Meaning, people are not treated the same.

00:40:58.000 They are treated differently based on their race, sex, gender, orientation.

00:41:03.000 That is discriminatory.

00:41:05.000 This guy just said the quiet part out loud and now he's trying to silence a parent.

00:41:10.000 We try to define equity as equality.

00:41:14.000 No barriers, but everyone will fully benefit, meaning we'll ensure outcomes.

00:41:20.000 That's the key detail right there.

00:41:21.000 I love this.

00:41:22.000 Why wouldn't you just want everybody to be treated the same?

00:41:25.000 So basically what you're saying is no barriers.

00:41:28.000 What specifically are the barriers that you're talking about?

00:41:30.000 Because we've already established that everybody's being treated the same.

00:41:34.000 So, who creates those barriers?

00:41:36.000 Because if it's people of color, if it's people who have gender identities or gender persuasion, sexual orientation, you're saying straight white people, aren't you?

00:41:44.000 You're really saying straight white men.

00:41:46.000 If you have a white boy in the Ridgefield School District, you need to take your white boy out of public school at the Ridgefield School District. 0.99

00:41:52.000 He just told you they're not going to be treated the same.

00:41:56.000 That is the starkest power differential with a teacher and a student.

00:42:00.000 There is no hope for a kid.

00:42:01.000 And until a kid's an adult and paying the teacher to teach him in form of tuition, he really has no say.

00:42:07.000 He's dismissing a parent like he's a Bangladeshi on tech support! 1.00

00:42:13.000 They also, by the way, this district has a history of supporting radical movements, just to be clear.

00:42:18.000 And this always matters when people say, oh, the radical left, the radical right, man, I'm in the middle.

00:42:21.000 Well, hold on a second.

00:42:22.000 We're not talking about the fringe left.

00:42:23.000 We're talking about people on the left who are in positions of power at every single level of government.

00:42:28.000 The entire DNC.

00:42:30.000 All of public education.

00:42:31.000 Public sector unions.

00:42:32.000 So, March 26th, 2020.

00:42:34.000 All sources are available at latoscutter.com.

00:42:36.000 There was a French teacher, wanted to form a book club discussing white fragility.

00:42:40.000 We've got a few for him.

00:42:41.000 Wait, second grade teachers?

00:42:43.000 June 3rd, 2020, fifth grade teachers said in an email that they quote, ended up, they

00:42:48.000 debate heading up to Ridgefield for a Black Lives Matter sign waving.

00:42:52.000 June 9th, 2020, the second grade teachers discuss showing parents and students Black

00:42:56.000 Lives Matter videos.

00:42:57.000 Maybe they'll teach them how to make a phalanx.

00:43:00.000 We've got a few for them.

00:43:01.000 Wait, second grade teachers?

00:43:03.000 Yeah.

00:43:04.000 Seven year olds need to have a Black Lives Matter video for parents and students?

00:43:09.000 Why are they so angry, Mommy?

00:43:11.000 Yeah, exactly.

00:43:12.000 Why are they burning things down? 0.95

00:43:13.000 That's a stereotype of an angry black person. 0.97

00:43:15.000 No, no, no, no, no, Mommy, no, I'm not racist like you are. 0.96

00:43:17.000 What I mean to say is those people are angry because they're beating in that man's head.

00:43:23.000 He'll be okay.

00:43:24.000 Is that our Walgreens, Daddy?

00:43:27.000 It's black? 0.73

00:43:28.000 Is that where we go?

00:43:30.000 Those $996 of free merchandise won't steal themselves!

00:43:36.000 Get to work!

00:43:37.000 June 24th, 2020, the school librarian asked other staff to send her for Pride Month, quote, a short video or text and pictures about something or someone important to the LGBTQ plus rights and visibility.

00:43:50.000 Boy, asking LGBTQ plus to send you pictures, you're taking your life in your hands. 1.00

00:43:54.000 That's a bad idea.

00:43:55.000 Did she just give a homework assignment to the other staff? 1.00

00:43:58.000 What an asshole! 1.00

00:44:01.000 Then September 1st, 2020, a science teacher told a parent who objected to a Black Lives Matter poster back then that in science, women and people of color have long been underrepresented. 1.00

00:44:14.000 I want students from marginalized populations to feel safe and supported in my classroom.

00:44:18.000 Okay, how about this?

00:44:20.000 If they have been underrepresented in science, TEACH THEM SCIENCE!

00:44:23.000 It's science.

00:44:24.000 Hey.

00:44:25.000 Mr. Bergeron!

00:44:27.000 Behringer! 0.78

00:44:28.000 Tom Bergeron's America's finest.

00:44:29.000 Tom Behringer was a substitute.

00:44:31.000 Caught the eraser when I was throwing at him and then turned like, huh?

00:44:33.000 You think you're gonna play?

00:44:36.000 Wow.

00:44:37.000 He made his voice heard on the first day.

00:44:39.000 Science teacher! 0.59

00:44:39.000 They've been underrepresented. 0.59

00:44:40.000 By the way, if you're a woman, if you're a person of color, and you are underqualified for STEM fields in college right now, don't worry. 0.94

00:44:45.000 You'll get in.

00:44:47.000 Wow.

00:44:48.000 That's true.

00:44:48.000 Equity!

00:44:50.000 Stuck that one.

00:44:52.000 Asian?

00:44:52.000 No.

00:44:54.000 We're full up!

00:44:56.000 Now here's an update.

00:44:57.000 The superintendent at Ridgefield School District, Nathan McCann, stepped down from the position last month.

00:45:03.000 And it just actually came out.

00:45:05.000 I think that information was just made public within the last couple of days, maybe the last week, something like that.

00:45:09.000 And basically they said that they came to like a mutual parting of ways.

00:45:13.000 His skills and abilities, through no fault of his own or the district's.

00:45:17.000 Do you like this?

00:45:17.000 Like nobody takes any responsibility for anything that's happening.

00:45:21.000 This guy's been there for about a decade.

00:45:21.000 Mutual parting of ways.

00:45:23.000 Here's a silver lining for you, Steven.

00:45:24.000 I know you like silver linings.

00:45:26.000 Little good news.

00:45:27.000 This school district has had several bond issues.

00:45:29.000 For those of you who don't know, that's like, please give us more money because we can do wonderful things for the LGBTQ community with it.

00:45:36.000 They've had them fail twice recently.

00:45:38.000 They aren't getting any more money from the people who vote on who gets more money.

00:45:42.000 Good.

00:45:42.000 I know.

00:45:42.000 That's exactly what they should be doing.

00:45:43.000 By the way, a percent of that money goes to the big guy.

00:45:46.000 Well, yes.

00:45:47.000 What percentage of the teachers' union goes to the Democrat Party?

00:45:50.000 Thank you.

00:45:50.000 Uh, 99.

00:45:51.000 Point, point nine, I think?

00:45:53.000 I was rounding down because I wanted, I didn't want people to call me on it and say, no, no, no, no, no, you're exaggerating.

00:45:57.000 Just be fair.

00:45:57.000 You know what?

00:45:58.000 Let's play it really, and let me just call it a cool 98%.

00:45:58.000 Here, hold on a second.

00:46:00.000 And it's 98% funded by you.

00:46:03.000 Hey, hold on a second.

00:46:04.000 public teachers how are they your time.

00:46:33.000 Richfield district have any issues email and I am cautiously optimistic the new superintendent

00:46:38.000 at Chris dot Griffith at Ridgefield SD dot org that's Chris dot Griffith at Ridgefield

00:46:45.000 SD dot org of course keep it respectful but if you're a parent in this district let them

00:46:50.000 know what you expect to see let them know what is acceptable if they are in charge of

00:46:55.000 of teaching your children for eight hours a day and by the way if you're a teacher there

00:46:59.000 or if you know somebody who is a teacher there, reach out to us.

00:47:02.000 I would love to see, okay, you have the BLM and you have the Pride flag.

00:47:06.000 How about we do the Christian flag?

00:47:08.000 I know you don't see that flying at a whole lot of places, but we can find one.

00:47:11.000 I'm sure we can work that up.

00:47:12.000 And an All Lives Matter flag.

00:47:13.000 How about we balance this thing out?

00:47:14.000 Does that sound fair?

00:47:16.000 Let's see what your response is the moment that flag goes up.

00:47:20.000 I want the flag that they hoisted up at Constantinople with the Crusades. 0.98

00:47:24.000 Well, that's different.

00:47:27.000 God wills it!

00:47:28.000 We've done a whole segment on the Crusades, by the way.

00:47:29.000 Retaliatory action.

00:47:30.000 If you think that the Crusades are... It doesn't matter.

00:47:32.000 Anyway, send your emails to... You can just go watch it.

00:47:34.000 We did a whole deep dive on that.

00:47:36.000 LWCtips at ProtonMail.com.

00:47:38.000 Look, that distillery was shut down.

00:47:40.000 This superintendent is... Well, we can't take credit for this one, but there was a lot happening behind the scenes, to be clear.

00:47:45.000 Your voices can be heard.

00:47:46.000 You can make a difference on a local level. 0.99

00:47:48.000 And then, of course, you know, Mug Club is what we do on a national one, because they can't all be assholes in charge of the media. 0.96

00:47:54.000 This has been Mug Club Undercover. 0.96

00:47:56.000 Our eyes and ears are everything.

00:47:58.000 They are many.

00:48:00.000 They are a monkey.

00:48:02.000 They are you.

00:48:03.000 They are monkey and you.

00:48:10.000 Alright.

00:48:12.000 By the way, I think the camera got adjusted because my desk looks like a Tim Burton film.

00:48:16.000 It's all off-center.

00:48:18.000 You see that?

00:48:18.000 I do.

00:48:19.000 Did someone say, hey, let's make this camera a Dutch angle?

00:48:24.000 I want to feel like I'm watching the cabinet of Dr. Caligari every time I come into the show in the morning.

00:48:30.000 Well, people party in here and they just walk by the equipment and knock it accidentally.

00:48:34.000 Yeah, which, by the way, let's fill the liquor bottles with brown water.

00:48:38.000 Oh, that's why I didn't get drunk.

00:48:39.000 We have a guy out there who uses a dip.

00:48:41.000 Just have him spit. 1.00

00:48:44.000 It's a deterrent.

00:48:44.000 That's true.

00:48:45.000 That's why Bottle and Bond.

00:48:46.000 Did you guys know this about bourbon?

00:48:48.000 Bottle and Bond was because they were trying to sell bourbon and they were cutting it and the food coloring was tobacco spit.

00:48:54.000 Really?

00:48:54.000 That's gross.

00:48:55.000 Which also tells you how little people cared about the bourbon taste back then.

00:48:59.000 They weren't in a Glencairn glass or a snifter.

00:49:02.000 They were just, I don't care, I'll drink the spit!

00:49:05.000 So, let's go on to this.

00:49:08.000 The Proud Boys.

00:49:09.000 Oh, sorry.

00:49:10.000 Just a hot mouth, it's fine.

00:49:11.000 Hot mouth.

00:49:14.000 Now before we move on to the facts here, I do have a question for you, and please comment below.

00:49:18.000 What is your gut instinct on the 22-year sentencing of Enrique Tarrio?

00:49:24.000 Right, this is the longest one that we've seen from January 6th.

00:49:26.000 Yep.

00:49:27.000 The second longest one, I believe, was just earlier this week, and it was like 16 years.

00:49:30.000 There was an 18-year sentence for... I can't remember what the guy's... There was an 18-year sentence.

00:49:34.000 Okay, so it was 18 and now it's 22.

00:49:35.000 He was the leader of a different group.

00:49:35.000 I can't remember.

00:49:37.000 And I'm going to explain to you why they are trying to make an example of the Proud Boys, and I'm going to give you a brief history lesson on the Proud Boys, what they actually are.

00:49:45.000 You may not like them.

00:49:46.000 You may think it's a silly organization, but to act as though this is a terrorist organization or to act as though this person deserves 22 years in prison is to simply be ignorant of the facts, and it is terrifying that we have our intelligence agencies weaponized to this degree.

00:50:01.000 So if you missed it, Tuesday, former leader of the Proud Boys, They have to remove white supremacists from it because his name is Enrique Tarrio and you'll understand when you see the pictures. 0.72

00:50:10.000 22 years in prison.

00:50:12.000 Today, judgment day for Enrique Tarrio.

00:50:16.000 Former leader of the Proud Boys for his role in a seditious conspiracy that led to the January 6th attack on the Capitol.

00:50:24.000 Tarrio sentenced to more than two decades in prison.

00:50:27.000 22 years.

00:50:28.000 The longest imposed thus far in connection with January 6th.

00:50:32.000 Yeah.

00:50:33.000 Now, just to be clear, they were pushing for 30-something years.

00:50:36.000 33 years, I believe, is the original sentence.

00:50:38.000 And to put this in context, this is the largest Justice Department investigation in United States history.

00:50:46.000 January 6th.

00:50:47.000 That means bigger than the Boston bombing.

00:50:49.000 Bigger than Waco.

00:50:50.000 Bigger than Oklahoma City.

00:50:51.000 Epstein.

00:50:52.000 Hunter Biden.

00:50:53.000 Way bigger than Epstein, because we still don't have a single name.

00:50:56.000 Yeah.

00:50:57.000 I don't even think they've done anything with Epstein.

00:50:57.000 Absolutely.

00:50:59.000 Way bigger than Epstein. 0.96

00:51:01.000 Although Epstein is, you know, he's big on rape violence. 0.97

00:51:01.000 Come on. 0.97

00:51:05.000 That's where he's huge.

00:51:05.000 Wow.

00:51:06.000 And very big in Sheboygan.

00:51:07.000 So January 6th is the largest Justice Department investigation.

00:51:11.000 That would also mean, by the way, the Las Vegas shooting.

00:51:14.000 Bigger than the Boston bombing?

00:51:15.000 Bigger than Oklahoma City?

00:51:16.000 Bigger than Waco?

00:51:17.000 Yes, Epstein.

00:51:18.000 In 22 years?

00:51:19.000 For what? 0.93

00:51:21.000 For what, a bunch of dummies walking into the Capitol and then leaving? 0.95

00:51:23.000 The only person shot was shot by Capitol Police and it was a woman? 0.66

00:51:28.000 This is the biggest investigation.

00:51:31.000 In American intelligence history, as we're talking about the Justice Department officially.

00:51:35.000 So let's go through some claims and some truths and how this actually affects you.

00:51:38.000 Okay.

00:51:39.000 The claim that they are trying to make here.

00:51:41.000 So that you go, yeah, yeah, first off, you have to accept that January 6th was the deadliest day in American history.

00:51:45.000 It was 9-11-2, 9-11-harder.

00:51:49.000 I don't accept that, but maybe you do.

00:51:51.000 But even if you accept that, okay, you would have to accept their claim that this Enrique Tarrio was the mastermind behind 9-11, the sequel.

00:52:00.000 It comes after a jury convicted him of seditious conspiracy, the judge calling Tarrio, quote, the ultimate leader of the conspiracy.

00:52:06.000 Prosecutors say it was members of the Proud Boys who first broke through the metal gates around the Capitol, and that Tarrio was watching, posting messages on social media.

00:52:14.000 Okay, so here's the truth, and we'll make all these references available.

00:52:17.000 This comes also from the prosecution.

00:52:19.000 Tarrio, 22 years in prison, was nowhere near the Capitol on January 6th.

00:52:23.000 And before I get to it, I know what you're gonna say.

00:52:25.000 Oh, he was the one who orchestrated?

00:52:26.000 He did not orchestrate it?

00:52:27.000 He did not call for violence?

00:52:27.000 Nope.

00:52:29.000 So January 5th, Tarrio had been banned from DC after he was arrested for vandalizing a Black Lives Matter banner.

00:52:35.000 Now, the Black Lives Matter activists were not Uh, uh, banned or arrested for vandalizing public property.

00:52:41.000 You vandalized their banner, now we're going to have to go to the rule book.

00:52:44.000 According to NBC News, Tarrio, in encrypted... This is, this is them admitting it!

00:52:49.000 Tarrio, in encrypted messages revealed during the trial, acknowledged receiving a message, meaning Tarrio acknowledged receiving a message from someone who wanted to, quote, storm the Capitol, but did not directly endorse the plan.

00:53:02.000 This is also from NBC News.

00:53:03.000 Prosecutors seemed to concede that much of what happened on January 6th happened spontaneously.

00:53:09.000 So it happened spontaneously.

00:53:11.000 He did receive a text, which, by the way, could have been from a Fed, saying, hey, we're going to storm the Capitol.

00:53:15.000 He never even responded with an endorsement of that plan, and he was nowhere near Washington, D.C.

00:53:22.000 when January 6th, 9-11, the sequel happened, 22 years in prison.

00:53:27.000 22 years in prison.

00:53:28.000 So you're telling me that a guy is going there to overthrow the government.

00:53:31.000 The government is actually trying to pump up the ability to sentence by putting terrorism charges on this.

00:53:36.000 I'm not kidding.

00:53:37.000 That's what they did to try to plus up the sentencing to be able to ask for that many years.

00:53:41.000 And he is such a threat.

00:53:42.000 He is so bent on overthrowing the government that you ban him from Washington D.C.

00:53:47.000 and he goes and sits in a Baltimore hotel?

00:53:50.000 You're telling me that's the guy?

00:53:52.000 What would have happened if you had banned, I don't know, Osama Bin Laden from coming to the Capitol?

00:53:57.000 He's like, oh I guess I can't fly planes.

00:53:59.000 It's a good thing I have a good price line and a W. I know!

00:54:02.000 Do you think that that is really the guy that's the leader of this?

00:54:04.000 That is the threat to America?

00:54:06.000 You simply ban him from coming to the city and he abides by your ban?

00:54:10.000 He didn't show up.

00:54:11.000 Come on! 0.61

00:54:11.000 Terrence, does this make any sense? 0.61

00:54:13.000 I can't do anything.

00:54:13.000 I can't.

00:54:14.000 We can't take the planes.

00:54:15.000 Why?

00:54:15.000 Because they told us we can't.

00:54:17.000 I don't know.

00:54:18.000 I can't.

00:54:18.000 They took our frequent flyer numbers away.

00:54:20.000 Waldorf Astoria, here we come!

00:54:20.000 All of us.

00:54:23.000 What the hell? 0.75

00:54:23.000 Did this guy have a public defender? 0.75

00:54:25.000 I don't know.

00:54:26.000 So here is the one piece of evidence that they try and point to.

00:54:32.000 Again, they admitted he wasn't there.

00:54:33.000 They admitted that he never responded, endorsing the plan.

00:54:35.000 Afterwards, they claimed that he said he wanted a spectacle and celebrated the incursion giving the Proud Boys credit.

00:54:43.000 So he celebrated the idea of a spectacle, January 6th, and he gave the Proud Boys credit.

00:54:48.000 Yeah, but so did these guys.

00:54:49.000 So that's not a reason to put someone in prison.

00:54:51.000 Oh, different Proud Boys.

00:54:52.000 Okay.

00:54:53.000 Maybe they're not boys. 0.99

00:54:54.000 It looks like Francis Ngannou in a clown wig and Fisherman's F***. 0.98

00:54:58.000 Glad you have your own delete button. 0.98

00:54:58.000 Oh, jeez! 0.98

00:55:00.000 We have kids watching.

00:55:02.000 They shouldn't be.

00:55:04.000 Here's another claim.

00:55:05.000 Get in school, kids.

00:55:06.000 Yes.

00:55:07.000 Just not if you're in a Ridgefield district.

00:55:11.000 Tario received a fair sentence.

00:55:12.000 That's what they want you to believe.

00:55:14.000 Boy, I used to not fully understand the term gaslighting.

00:55:17.000 Now when you live it, it's like all I smell is ethanol. 1.00

00:55:20.000 Yeah, this guy we're about, a piece of crap. 1.00

00:55:22.000 Yes. 1.00

00:55:23.000 Brian Krasenstein, ooh so when Gerald gets fired up you know it's bad.

00:55:26.000 Brian Krasenstein said 20-25 years seems fair compared to the others sentencing.

00:55:31.000 I'd be fine with anything over 15 years.

00:55:34.000 Let me just, pull that back up for me real quick, real quick.

00:55:37.000 Compared to the other people's sentencing. 0.83

00:55:39.000 So basically what you're doing is using as your barometer for what this guy deserves is that other people were screwed so he needs to be screwed worse. 0.96

00:55:46.000 But he liked that they were screwed just like the superintendent. 0.97

00:55:48.000 He's citing his own opinion. 0.79

00:55:50.000 But where's this guy's voice?

00:55:52.000 Where's his voice?

00:55:53.000 Where are his people, his representation?

00:55:54.000 They should be everywhere.

00:55:55.000 And this is why Donald Trump has made everything public, because what happens is you're surrounded by lawyers and they say, okay, look, keep it quiet, we'll do this plea deal, because they want to minimize their risk and their losses.

00:56:04.000 They say, do this, trust me, and then maybe we can plea it down.

00:56:06.000 And then once it happens, they're gone and they'll probably go on to clients and other clients and say that they got this guy a reduced sentence as though it was a win.

00:56:14.000 Do not go quietly into that goodnight, just to be clear.

00:56:16.000 You do not do that.

00:56:17.000 These people do not play fairly when you are dealing with our intelligence agencies.

00:56:21.000 They are weaponized. 1.00

00:56:23.000 They are... Lady, there are parasites out there! 1.00

00:56:26.000 Arm to the teeth! 1.00

00:56:27.000 Two but a lot, but it's awfully cold outside.

00:56:30.000 Author Tommy Ahonen says, this is what justice looks like.

00:56:30.000 Here's another one.

00:56:35.000 Enjoy prison, asshole. 1.00

00:56:38.000 Look, This man's life is destroyed for an event that had nothing to do with him and he wasn't even there. 1.00

00:56:45.000 Yeah. 0.98

00:56:46.000 By the way, you have people, you have people praising Rand Paul getting the shit kicked out of him by his neighbor. 0.98

00:56:55.000 You have people praising all the time when you see right-wingers who are being assaulted. 0.99

00:56:58.000 You had people, by the way, praising the man who was shot in the head.

00:57:01.000 Was it Portland or was it Seattle?

00:57:02.000 I can't remember because they kind of blend together.

00:57:04.000 Shot him in the head, said, we got a MAGA here. 0.92

00:57:05.000 Boom. 0.95

00:57:06.000 And you have plenty, those people aren't in jail.

00:57:08.000 This man didn't praise.

00:57:10.000 The murder of anyone?

00:57:11.000 Because there were no murders!

00:57:12.000 Aside from the one lady killed by Capitol Police. 0.83

00:57:14.000 And by the way, we don't really have any investigations on that.

00:57:16.000 Too busy investigating a guy who's cosplaying, you know, as a paramilitary group.

00:57:21.000 Alright, here's another truth, is of course, the context matters.

00:57:25.000 The sentencing is... it's not proportional at all.

00:57:28.000 So let's kind of compare and contrast here.

00:57:30.000 Let's look at him.

00:57:31.000 Okay, January 6th.

00:57:32.000 Again, there wasn't even that much damage done, to be clear.

00:57:36.000 No.

00:57:37.000 Even the QAnon shaman said, you know, we have to be peaceful.

00:57:40.000 The guy who was held out is the example of the most dangerous extremist in the country.

00:57:45.000 He didn't hurt anybody.

00:57:46.000 He was escorted.

00:57:48.000 So let's compare January 6th, no deaths.

00:57:50.000 He had horns on his head though, that's why.

00:57:52.000 He looked mean.

00:57:54.000 He looked mean.

00:57:54.000 News painted.

00:57:55.000 Let's compare it to Black Lives Matter protesters, by the way.

00:57:58.000 You have hundreds of casualties, meaning deaths and serious injuries.

00:58:02.000 You have billions in damages.

00:58:04.000 So let me give you this, this stat is kind of shocking, generous.

00:58:07.000 120 defendants, okay, they pled guilty or they were completely convicted of, not charged, convicted Point finale.

00:58:15.000 Sorry, I'm speaking French.

00:58:16.000 They were either pled guilty or they were convicted.

00:58:19.000 What do you say in English instead of point finale?

00:58:20.000 Period.

00:58:21.000 Okay.

00:58:21.000 Period.

00:58:23.000 In my head, I'm thinking of my mom.

00:58:24.000 My mom, whenever she gets mad, she goes, that's it?

00:58:25.000 That's a point finale!

00:58:27.000 And I'm going, what?

00:58:28.000 Okay.

00:58:28.000 Period.

00:58:29.000 120 defendants fled guilty or they were convicted.

00:58:32.000 Full stop of federal crimes like rioting, arson, conspiracy.

00:58:37.000 The average sentencing across 120 defendants, serious violent felonies, 27 Months.

00:58:45.000 22 years for a man who wasn't there, who didn't throw a punch, who didn't throw a stone.

00:58:50.000 22 years, 27 months for people who pled guilty or were convicted of arson.

00:58:59.000 Do you feel free?

00:59:01.000 A lot of them, by the way, had no prison time.

00:59:03.000 They didn't actually end up serving any prison time, or they had their cases dismissed.

00:59:06.000 And, of course, not just Black Lives Matter.

00:59:07.000 Remember Antifa, who, by the way, they took credit for the violent assaults?

00:59:12.000 By the way, we encountered it ourselves!

00:59:14.000 We've had our own producers assaulted, by the way, through Antifa.

00:59:17.000 So we've experienced it, and you see, of course, the numbers across, again, hundreds of casualties, hundreds of serious injuries, and even some deaths.

00:59:26.000 But you have your intelligence.

00:59:27.000 Remember Christopher Wray said, no, no, no, that's not a real thing.

00:59:31.000 I appreciate that.

00:59:33.000 We look at Antifa as more of an ideology or a movement than an organization.

00:59:39.000 Now let me add another little wrinkle here.

00:59:43.000 Not only were the people who were convicted, federal charges of arson, of rioting, of violent assault, causing serious bodily injury, not only did many of them not serve any prison time, not only was the average sentencing time 27 months versus 22 years, in some cities, like Denver, the municipality had to pay out Black Lives Matter protesters for using quote excessive force To control the crowds.

01:00:09.000 So in other words, these people aren't charged to create these kinds of violent riots, and then

01:00:15.000 when you try and control them, you have to pay them out because you needed to use excessive force,

01:00:19.000 we used to just refer to it as force, to control crowds in Denver exactly like these.

01:00:24.000 That's excessive right there.

01:00:46.000 That's so excessive.

01:00:47.000 The guy on his phone doesn't even look dead.

01:00:49.000 Yeah, hon, do you want a hoagie or a pizza?

01:00:49.000 He's like, yeah, whatever.

01:00:53.000 No, bread and eggs.

01:00:54.000 Tear gas.

01:00:55.000 No, he was on the phone with his travel agent.

01:00:56.000 He's like, yeah, they're going to owe me a lot of money.

01:01:01.000 Nah, I looted a Walgreens and they just fired some tear gas.

01:01:03.000 The city's going to have to pay me out.

01:01:04.000 What do you think about Cabo?

01:01:07.000 I hear they have nice properties down there.

01:01:08.000 But a lot of these plea deals, though, they're not an admission of guilt.

01:01:12.000 It's the weight of the federal government.

01:01:13.000 It's going to be on you to wear you down, to run the meter on you, and you tap.

01:01:17.000 And it's unending.

01:01:19.000 That's right.

01:01:19.000 And they choose the targets.

01:01:22.000 That's what it is.

01:01:22.000 They choose a target.

01:01:23.000 Not to have a Ray Epps or anybody like that ever brought in for questioning.

01:01:28.000 I mean, I know that I'm beating a dead horse here, but the horse is still alive and very free in this case and has not been brought in for questioning, but these guys' lives have been overturned.

01:01:28.000 Right.

01:01:37.000 And let me tie this all together as to why.

01:01:38.000 So remember, Black Lives Matter, their leader Patrice Cullors, of course, was huge in the George Floyd protests and venerated the George Floyd protesters, including the violent ones.

01:01:49.000 Again, this is a direct appleshot.

01:01:50.000 Called for the abolition of the police.

01:01:53.000 Called for the abolition of the police.

01:01:55.000 So people in January 6th questioning the results of an election that, by the way, were completely unprecedented with mail-in voting that had never been seen before in violation of state constitutions, they're not allowed to question their government when you have these people actively calling for the abolition of the police when we have record police officer casualties?

01:02:11.000 This person was obviously not charged with anything.

01:02:13.000 Instead, was given multiple awards.

01:02:14.000 So that's a stark contrast to 22 years in prison.

01:02:17.000 But don't worry, it all worked out.

01:02:19.000 Justice was served because she was able to afford multi-million dollar homes. 0.70

01:02:22.000 But it's not an organization.

01:02:23.000 It's more of an idea.

01:02:24.000 It is an idea.

01:02:25.000 It's more of an idea.

01:02:26.000 Yeah.

01:02:27.000 She has an indoor-outdoor pool now.

01:02:29.000 Yeah, exactly.

01:02:32.000 And don't forget the politicians, Kamala Harris, people like that who said that they shouldn't get out of the streets when the Black Lives Matter people were rioting and actually setting up funds or contributing to funds to get those people out of jail that have been, I guess, excessive forced.

01:02:44.000 I don't really know how to deal with this because they're not in any trouble at all, I think.

01:02:50.000 That was the people that burned down the Minneapolis police house.

01:02:53.000 Well, no, that's not actually a police house.

01:02:55.000 That's just a white supremacy building. 0.84

01:02:57.000 Yes, it's a white supremacy building. 1.00

01:03:00.000 Don't tell the black police officers. 0.99

01:03:02.000 No, no, no. 0.97

01:03:02.000 They weren't in on the gag. 0.97

01:03:06.000 They're the black face of white supremacy as we've heard. 0.95

01:03:08.000 And the reason they're doing this right now you see they were just talking about on CNN they were talking about Donald Trump in Georgia and they were talking about his indictment. 0.81

01:03:15.000 This is why they're trying to make an example of this person again 22 years unprecedented was not there did not commit violence did not endorse violence is because they want to tie these people they want you this is this is okay the connection it's very simple start off January 6th Deadliest day in American history.

01:03:33.000 Insurrection.

01:03:34.000 You have to accept that premise.

01:03:35.000 Then, Proud Boys were behind it and deserve to be locked up for life.

01:03:40.000 Okay.

01:03:41.000 Then, you know who supported the Proud Boys?

01:03:43.000 He basically is a de facto Proud Boy.

01:03:45.000 Donald Trump.

01:03:46.000 We need to indict him harder.

01:03:50.000 Well, if the general who commanded Donald Trump's army No they're not.

01:03:56.000 22 years in federal prison for what he did on January 6th?

01:04:00.000 What does the commander-in-chief of Donald Trump's army get if he is found guilty?

01:04:06.000 That is the question that Donald Trump's criminal defense lawyers are thinking about tonight with

01:04:11.000 the breaking news that the leader of the so-called Proud Boys was sentenced to 22 years for his

01:04:18.000 leadership of what prosecutors called Donald Trump's army.

01:04:22.000 Okay, a couple of points here.

01:04:23.000 First off, why so-called Proud Boys?

01:04:26.000 It's like this Steve Eiserman who was a player for these so-called Detroit Red Wings.

01:04:31.000 But they are that!

01:04:32.000 And have been.

01:04:33.000 What do you mean so-called?

01:04:34.000 It's not so-called, that's their name!

01:04:37.000 Or do you mean the organization that swears off pornography and dedication to their wives? 0.97

01:04:41.000 Yeah, the white supremacy organization. 0.85

01:04:44.000 And by the way, what do you think they're doing?

01:04:47.000 Maybe some leverage?

01:04:48.000 How much do you want of that?

01:04:49.000 I'm calling it now.

01:04:49.000 Comment below.

01:04:50.000 They're gonna find some former Proud Boys who knew their best friend's girlfriend's sister's brother's girlfriend who knew this guy who saw Donald Trump at the Proud Boys 31 Flavors last night.

01:05:01.000 This is what they're going to do.

01:05:02.000 Hey, you were a proud boy.

01:05:04.000 Did you have any direct communication with Donald Trump?

01:05:07.000 But you liked him?

01:05:07.000 No, I didn't.

01:05:08.000 Yeah, I did.

01:05:09.000 Guilty!

01:05:10.000 Done!

01:05:11.000 That's what they want to do.

01:05:12.000 Can I just bring this back to something?

01:05:14.000 Because I think this all stems from one particular event that we called out that I think took almost a year because it was delayed by a hurricane that was 7,000 miles away.

01:05:23.000 The January 6 hearings.

01:05:25.000 Do you remember this phony hearing process?

01:05:27.000 Yeah, we did a full stream.

01:05:28.000 When we had a couple of Republicans who, thank God, they're out of government now because these people were simply the worst trying to lend legitimacy to something like this.

01:05:36.000 It was this big propaganda machine saying that January 6th was the biggest and worst problem that we've ever had in the government, the biggest attack on the government.

01:05:42.000 And look, we even have Republicans here that are saying this.

01:05:45.000 They never brought in anybody to counter any of the opinions.

01:05:47.000 And so what they did is forced everybody to think That this was, like you said, 9-11 too.

01:05:54.000 And so we have to treat these people as terrorists now because we've had a hearing on this.

01:05:59.000 We've had all the evidence brought forth.

01:06:01.000 You have had a dog and pony show.

01:06:01.000 No.

01:06:03.000 You have had somebody come out with, I'm not kidding, the worst propaganda that I have seen in my lifetime, and people are paying with it with 22 years of their lives.

01:06:12.000 By the way, one of the other guys, 17 years, 18 years that we were talking about, Ethan Nordean, proud voice leader, sentenced to 18 years.

01:06:20.000 Right?

01:06:21.000 18 and 22 years.

01:06:22.000 Just think about that.

01:06:24.000 You go to a protest and you want a spectacle.

01:06:26.000 You know what a spectacle could be?

01:06:27.000 Make your voices loudly heard.

01:06:29.000 Maybe don't riot and burn things down.

01:06:31.000 Do we burn anything down?

01:06:32.000 Make your voices patriotically and peacefully heard, folks.

01:06:36.000 They never play that.

01:06:38.000 Yeah, it could be hundreds of thousands of people marching over to Congress and saying, hey, we don't agree with what's going on.

01:06:42.000 That's a spectacle.

01:06:43.000 Afterwards going, hey, great job, guys.

01:06:45.000 I appreciate what you did.

01:06:47.000 That is not a 22-year sentence violation.

01:06:50.000 I know plenty of people who were there on January 6th.

01:06:52.000 Everyone else will act as though they're afraid to say it a lot.

01:06:54.000 No, I know plenty.

01:06:55.000 Now, that being said, I said, oh, what happened?

01:06:57.000 They're like, well, I went down, I listened to Donald Trump speak, and then we marched, and we left.

01:07:01.000 We went home.

01:07:02.000 Yeah.

01:07:02.000 That was it.

01:07:03.000 Again, keep in mind, there were hundreds of thousands of people there that day who were protesting what they, not what they saw, protesting the violation of state constitution.

01:07:14.000 For example, in Pennsylvania, there are multiple states that you could argue violated their own state constitution, but they were protesting, for example, mass mail-in voting, which they would say is unconstitutional.

01:07:21.000 They were protesting the specific violation of state constitutions.

01:07:24.000 They were protesting what they saw as an elect, and lockdowns, for example.

01:07:28.000 All of this had culminated in, there were many reasons that hundreds of thousands of people were protesting.

01:07:32.000 And then hundreds of people went into the Capitol.

01:07:35.000 And again, hundreds of people, the majority of whom were escorted.

01:07:39.000 We're invited in, just to be clear.

01:07:41.000 So this is not, don't let them gaslight you, where January 6th, the worst event in our history?

01:07:45.000 Nope, not even close.

01:07:46.000 As a matter of fact, I think any given day during the months of the Black Lives Matter protests, which led up to this, were worse.

01:07:52.000 Proud Boys, most dangerous domestic terrorist organization?

01:07:55.000 Nope, not a member, but it's not even close, and I certainly would put Antifa and Black Lives Matter for going by, I don't know, murders up there.

01:08:01.000 Donald Trump encouraged violence?

01:08:02.000 Absolutely not.

01:08:03.000 He said the opposite.

01:08:04.000 Nothing that you just said is true, and it is a crime.

01:08:09.000 For this guy to get 22 years in prison, even if you don't like him.

01:08:13.000 We have to remove ourselves from these equations where we go, I don't like this guy, therefore.

01:08:18.000 Look, I don't care what you do.

01:08:23.000 If you're not a rapist, murderer, pickpocket, you don't get 22 years in prison.

01:08:29.000 Maybe I disagree with your lifestyle choices.

01:08:31.000 Maybe I disagree with the way that you present yourself.

01:08:32.000 Maybe you disagree with the branding.

01:08:34.000 It doesn't matter.

01:08:35.000 We need to take a step back here and say, hold on a second.

01:08:39.000 Even if I don't like this person, does that mean that I shouldn't fight for basic, fundamental civil rights here in the United States?

01:08:46.000 Especially when the guy committed no violence?

01:08:49.000 And encouraged no violence?

01:08:51.000 What kind of America do you want to live in?

01:08:52.000 And to be clear, they want you to live in one where you don't stand up for these people.

01:08:57.000 Hey, we always talk about justice.

01:08:59.000 We always talk about civic engagement.

01:09:00.000 We talk about equity.

01:09:02.000 Where's the justice here?

01:09:03.000 Hey, these people aren't allowed to?

01:09:04.000 This brown man is not allowed to speak truth to power? 1.00

01:09:07.000 Who, by the way, followed the law when you banned him for vandalizing a Black Lives Matter flag? 0.92

01:09:15.000 Think about that first.

01:09:16.000 Is that the kind of country you want to live in?

01:09:18.000 You do not live in a free country if your country has laws.

01:09:22.000 It's whether those laws are applied equally.

01:09:25.000 And this is a scary time, and you know what?

01:09:27.000 You can correct a lot of it with information, and you can correct a lot of it with your vote.

01:09:32.000 This is a live show, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.

01:09:56.000 Someone needs to say it.

01:09:57.000 Someone needs to stand up against wrong.
