00:01:39.000 Watchtower?
00:01:41.000 Gun manufacturer, Josh.
00:01:42.000 Commercial, not whatever this is.
00:01:47.000 You meant the Made by Americans for Americans firearm company.
00:01:51.000 Got it.

00:01:52.000 Got it.
00:01:53.000 Josh, do you?
00:01:55.000 I mean, we could still use all this stuff, incorporate all this into the ad, right?
00:01:55.000 Yeah.
00:01:59.000 I have no idea how.
00:02:02.000 I do.
00:02:03.000 There must be some way out of here.
00:02:11.000 Tell the joker to the thief.

00:02:31.000 He's the OG.
00:02:32.000 He has his own show here on Mug Club, Monday through Thursday, 5 p.m.
00:02:35.000 Eastern.
00:02:35.000 I've been watching your episodes four every hour last night.
00:02:37.000 I'm gonna have to get one of them silly masks.
00:02:39.000 I didn't even snore up till a few years ago.
00:02:41.000 Well, luckily my wife sleeps in another house, but listen.
00:02:44.000 That's why I'm still using the app.
00:02:48.000 They already got me, whacked me for the year.
00:02:49.000 But how many times can you listen to self snore the next one?
00:02:52.000 It's like, yeah, okay, I know that.
00:02:53.000 I farted at 4.05.
00:02:55.000 The fuck else you got?
00:02:56.000 He's the OG.
00:02:56.000 He has his own show here in Mug Club, Monday through Thursday, 5 p.m. Eastern, Nick DiPaolo.
00:03:01.000 I'm gonna have to get one of those.
00:03:21.000 That's what I know.
00:03:26.000 You're a stranger, but I'm beautiful.
00:03:31.000 I'm gonna be the best.
00:03:37.000 I'm gonna be the best.
00:03:42.000 That was a good one.
00:03:43.000 It was turbulent.
00:03:49.000 A lot to get to today.
00:03:51.000 Thank you so much to all of you new MugClub subscribers supporting us after the investigative journalism piece went out.
00:03:56.000 So today, a little more slow news day, so more comedy heavy.
00:04:00.000 So, you know, you'll see what we do.
00:04:01.000 People come in and go, is it every day?
00:04:03.000 You know, a multi $10,000 investigative piece?
00:04:06.000 No, no, no.
00:04:06.000 Because we don't have the money.
00:04:10.000 But we're getting there.
00:04:12.000 Today we have a recap of the Michigan primary because there are a lot of dynamics there that tell you exactly how this is going to go.
00:04:17.000 Of course, you have this in Illinois right now.
00:04:20.000 A judge just decided to boot Trump from the ballot, which doesn't seem like a big deal.
00:04:24.000 But again, you see how the winds are blowing with these stories.
00:04:28.000 And of course, former Vice President Biden has visited the border where there have been no crossings, and Donald Trump We'll be at the border where there have been a lot of crossings and solutions.
00:04:39.000 So the contrast there is pretty interesting.
00:04:40.000 Also, um, well, I guess that doesn't matter.
00:04:43.000 If at some point today, it's Mitch McConnell.
00:04:48.000 If at some point today you're watching here on YouTube and you see this.
00:04:54.000 Just head on over to Rumble, because we get that you're on YouTube, but at some point, you know, put in a little bit of effort because they hate everything you stand for.
00:05:01.000 It's a live show, 10 a.m.
00:05:02.000 Eastern, so if you don't see us, just head on over to Mug Club and watch it.
00:05:06.000 We're always on.
00:05:07.000 So, alright, let me ask you this.
00:05:10.000 Should red states kick Biden off the ballot?
00:05:12.000 Comment below.
00:05:13.000 I say yes.
00:05:13.000 I say yes.
00:05:15.000 Just, I think we should do a little more tit for tat.
00:05:18.000 Tit, fun to say.
00:05:19.000 Even funner to see.
00:05:21.000 Oh boy.
00:05:25.000 Yeah.
00:05:26.000 I don't believe that we should hold ourselves to this state.
00:05:27.000 I think that we should be... I don't think there's anything unethical about it.
00:05:29.000 Nah, we're gonna kick him off.
00:05:30.000 Because that's what we're doing now.
00:05:30.000 Why?
00:05:32.000 That's our thing.
00:05:33.000 Just kick him off the ballot.
00:05:35.000 Fight fire with fire, which at first I didn't understand because I thought you fought fire with water, but then it's a controlled burn.
00:05:41.000 We had a firefighter fan who was like, you know, it's really ignorant when you say you should fight fire with water.
00:05:45.000 I'm like, well, I've been doing it wrong this whole time.
00:05:47.000 So have all firefighters throughout history.
00:05:49.000 For the most part.
00:05:51.000 Burn the rest of your house down.
00:05:52.000 Yeah, what happens, you know, if you get a little bit of a, you know, you get a little bit of a fire in the kitchen, something, and I just... Light the rest.
00:05:57.000 I just, yeah, light up the island.
00:05:59.000 It's not even attached!
00:06:00.000 Yes, it's the Fire Bucket Brigade.
00:06:03.000 So I have a... I think that's how the Holocaust started.
00:06:05.000 Hey!
00:06:06.000 Aw, Josh.
00:06:08.000 It may be, I don't know, I'm not a qualified historian.
00:06:10.000 Number two, he's back from the hellscape that is...
00:06:17.000 Of course, of course!
00:06:18.000 He's back from the hellscape that is Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.
00:06:20.000 Though nice people there, but the place is awful.
00:06:23.000 CEO number two, Captain Morgan, how are you?
00:06:24.000 I'm doing well.
00:06:25.000 I am much warmer now than I was.
00:06:28.000 Negative 11 wind chill, making fun of my jacket.
00:06:30.000 You can't tell anyone the story that you told me there earlier, can you?
00:06:33.000 No, no, not yet.
00:06:36.000 Okay.
00:06:39.000 I'll tell you.
00:06:39.000 I'll tell you.
00:06:40.000 It's about a shirt.
00:06:41.000 It's about a shirt.
00:06:42.000 It's not where he grabbed it.
00:06:43.000 It's about a shirt.
00:06:43.000 It's the shirt.
00:06:44.000 Okay.
00:06:45.000 And a little bit of tit for tat.
00:06:46.000 Sure.
00:06:46.000 No, it's not.
00:06:47.000 Not at all.
00:06:48.000 A little bit of... How are you?
00:06:48.000 No.
00:06:50.000 Fine.
00:06:50.000 Yeah?
00:06:52.000 In third chance, you hear this.
00:06:57.000 You thank him for his service, first and foremost, but he's going to be in the Funny Bone, Des Moines, Iowa, tomorrow!
00:07:03.000 That's tomorrow, March 1st.
00:07:05.000 You can follow him on the Instagram at Josh underscore Firestein.
00:07:08.000 Thank you for your service.
00:07:09.000 Good.
00:07:09.000 How are you, Mr. Firestein?
00:07:10.000 There's going to be more than just Funny Bones, if you know what I mean.
00:07:13.000 Maybe I don't.
00:07:14.000 I think I know.
00:07:14.000 All right, yeah, come to the show.
00:07:16.000 I'm going to drink.
00:07:16.000 I'm going to stay.
00:07:18.000 I'm going to get a little drunk Saturday.
00:07:20.000 I don't have to do anything.
00:07:21.000 Well, leave your drinks unattended, and hey, we'll see you in Des Moines, Iowa.
00:07:26.000 You've got to be sneaky, baby.
00:07:28.000 Also, hey, we very rarely have sponsors, but we're very excited about these guys.
00:07:30.000 Watchtowerfirearms.com.
00:07:33.000 A lot of the firearms that you purchase out there are not actually American.
00:07:37.000 These are made in America, for Americans, where the money goes to a company that actually supports your Second Amendment rights.
00:07:42.000 And I will tell you this, they're fantastic.
00:07:44.000 I've had a lot of AR-15s.
00:07:47.000 And I've had some problems with them.
00:07:48.000 These things are, like, clockwork.
00:07:50.000 Yeah, and the Etched version, by the way, I know a number of people were asking about that.
00:07:53.000 The Etched Mug Club Ladder Crowder versions, those are available now online.
00:07:57.000 I think it comes in one.
00:07:58.000 I can't remember which one they chose, but we were doing some testing, so you can go get that right now.
00:08:01.000 But look, I know we make fun of, like, you know, where they got the name from and everything, but the actual origin of the name is from World War II.
00:08:07.000 It was basically Guadalcanal.
00:08:08.000 There was Operation Watchtower, and there were 7,000 lives lost during that battle, so this pays tribute to those soldiers.
00:08:15.000 Honestly, it stands up kind of a quote-unquote watchtower here by arming civilians to be able to stand up against tyranny.
00:08:21.000 And so that's why they chose the name.
00:08:22.000 It's shortened.
00:08:43.000 It's stumped.
00:08:45.000 Also, I do have... Oh, we also have a 7 plus 1 this week, I forgot.
00:08:51.000 7 plus 1 reasons Nikki Haley is still staying in the race.
00:08:55.000 So, I do have an announcement to make, you know, and I try not to make it all about me.
00:09:00.000 This is about you.
00:09:00.000 Yeah.
00:09:01.000 Malcolm, it's a love letter to you, but every now and then there's something that's significant.
00:09:06.000 Through a lot of consideration, I may or may not Be retiring from head host of the show in November 2027.
00:09:19.000 Probably not.
00:09:19.000 I'll probably stay.
00:09:20.000 Yeah, but... I don't know.
00:09:21.000 But it's news.
00:09:22.000 Yeah.
00:09:23.000 Thanks, Mitch.
00:09:25.000 Please don't leave.
00:09:26.000 Let's move on.
00:09:30.000 I thought that would work better.
00:09:31.000 It's the Mitch McConnell thing.
00:09:33.000 It's the Jay Leno.
00:09:35.000 I'm going to retire in nine years.
00:09:38.000 Tell us when you're a year out.
00:09:39.000 I don't know.
00:09:40.000 My point is I'm going to keep an eye out for 2027 and probably nothing will change.
00:09:44.000 I'll lose my mental faculties and we'll see what happens.
00:09:47.000 I could.
00:09:47.000 Maybe I won't.
00:09:48.000 That's a little soon.
00:09:49.000 You can comment below.
00:09:51.000 Tell everybody.
00:09:53.000 Tell everyone you know.
00:09:54.000 I think it should be front page news.
00:09:56.000 Peace-ish.
00:10:00.000 I think he'll do a Brett Favre comeback.
00:10:03.000 Oh, I thought you meant send dick pics.
00:10:04.000 We all know he's done that.
00:10:08.000 Or defraud the state of Mississippi.
00:10:10.000 Either one.
00:10:10.000 You stick your pick.
00:10:11.000 I don't know.
00:10:12.000 You know, I'm a cheesehead.
00:10:13.000 So, alright.
00:10:14.000 Tuesday was the Michigan presidential primary.
00:10:19.000 And, you know, in an upset shock to nobody, President Trump dominated Nikki Haley.
00:10:26.000 CBS News projects Donald Trump will win the Republican Michigan primary.
00:10:31.000 This was three minutes after voting started.
00:10:32.000 for the former president and it stayed.
00:10:34.000 I think it's a right to me.
00:10:36.000 Her home state of South Carolina.
00:10:38.000 So the final tally was President Trump 68%
00:10:42.000 to Nikki Haley 26%.
00:10:45.000 Wow!
00:10:46.000 Nikki, what happened to your 40?
00:10:47.000 That's what she said after her homestay.
00:10:49.000 She's like, 40 is not a small contingent of- that's smaller than the spread!
00:10:53.000 Talk!
00:10:55.000 Jeez.
00:10:57.000 So she did give a brief concession speech.
00:11:00.000 Of course, it went as expected.
00:11:03.000 I told them that if they would do this, that South Carolina would wrap their arms around them and take care of them.
00:11:09.000 I now officially work for you.
00:11:12.000 There is nothing that you can need that we won't make sure that we deliver.
00:11:15.000 Sorry, right clip.
00:11:16.000 Nikki Haley has decided, though, she is staying in this race.
00:11:20.000 Oh, Nikki, you're so down, you're so down, you shouldn't run.
00:11:23.000 Hey, Nikki!
00:11:24.000 Hey, Nikki!
00:11:26.000 Oh, Nikki, sorry, hon, you just got picked by the gun.
00:11:29.000 Hey, Nikki!
00:11:32.000 We were going to fit that in yesterday, but of course news broke and you were in Chippewa Falls, so it's a reach today.
00:11:41.000 But we paid for both!
00:11:44.000 We're doing the work, we're not slackers.
00:11:46.000 Did you see this too, Josh?
00:11:49.000 Uncommitted was on the ballot for both parties.
00:11:51.000 Now here's what's interesting to me.
00:11:53.000 Former Vice President Biden, respect the office, lost to Uncommitted as a selection in the heavily Muslim areas, largely over his Middle East policy.
00:12:02.000 So in Dearborn, Uncommitted won 57% of the vote.
00:12:06.000 And then in Hamtramck, where you can actually hear the Islamic call to prayer anywhere in the city, He lost 261% of the vote went to uncommitted.
00:12:14.000 Dearborn and Hamtramck.
00:12:17.000 Why do you go to the polls to say I don't know how I'm going to vote?
00:12:21.000 I don't understand that logic.
00:12:23.000 Do you know how you're going to vote?
00:12:24.000 Not really.
00:12:25.000 I'll decide when I get there.
00:12:26.000 I'm still uncommitted.
00:12:27.000 That's because slip over your hover round wasn't on the ballot.
00:12:31.000 I don't know, I'm uncommitted.
00:12:33.000 I don't know.
00:12:34.000 Stupid.
00:12:35.000 And then to lose to it, it's like, okay, whatever, fine.
00:12:37.000 People got out of their apartments.
00:12:39.000 Yes, in cold weather.
00:12:40.000 And went to go vote to check uncommitted.
00:12:45.000 It's not a mail-in ballot?
00:12:47.000 Not on this day.
00:12:48.000 Don't you just stay home and wait till you're committed?
00:12:50.000 Yeah.
00:12:51.000 Figure it out?
00:12:52.000 In other words, people dislike Muslims in the United States, a significant majority in these areas, dislike Joe Biden so much, they'd rather get out than just stay home and do nothing.
00:13:04.000 There's a chance that they thought Uncommitted was a person.
00:13:07.000 Yes.
00:13:09.000 I will vote for Uncommitted.
00:13:12.000 I don't know everything about Uncommitted, but I like what I'm hearing.
00:13:16.000 Is this an Indian Muslim?
00:13:19.000 I like what I'm hearing.
00:13:21.000 I'm ready to hear more from Mr. Uncommitted.
00:13:27.000 I would like him to take a position.
00:13:28.000 Yes, I would.
00:13:30.000 By the way, hit like if you think that Biden's going to croak before the election.
00:13:33.000 And I don't celebrate it, I just think it's likely.
00:13:36.000 Actuary tables, they're a bitch.
00:13:37.000 Now!
00:13:39.000 Here's something interesting, too.
00:13:40.000 Is the rosary ready?
00:13:41.000 Yes.
00:13:43.000 President Trump, and this is why I say these are very interesting sort of weather bells, I guess.
00:13:48.000 Those weather bells.
00:13:50.000 Bellwethers?
00:13:50.000 Bellwethers.
00:13:51.000 Weather bells.
00:13:52.000 Admonish me.
00:13:53.000 I have a French-Canadian mom, and so I often do the weather bell.
00:13:58.000 It's like a bell that goes off to warn you that there's a tornado coming.
00:13:58.000 Bellwether.
00:14:01.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:14:02.000 Wow.
00:14:06.000 The problem is my weather bell is uncommitted.
00:14:09.000 Oh, come on!
00:14:10.000 You're stuck with the rifle?
00:14:12.000 Bellwether, and wasn't it, I think Mission Control can pull us out, because freest and most fair election in history.
00:14:18.000 You guys don't have to dump that because we're allowed to say it on YouTube now because they want to be able to claim that the election was stolen when Biden loses horrendously.
00:14:24.000 The Bellwether counties, I believe it's, there's either, one year there was like 18, there might be 21, and I think it was Donald Trump won 18 out of the 20?
00:14:34.000 I thought it was all but one.
00:14:35.000 It might have been all but one.
00:14:36.000 And these are counties that they select based on their demographics, based on their history, say these are the most emblematic of how the United States would vote.
00:14:43.000 And so if you can see, there has been nobody who has won a majority of the bellwether counties and not won general election.
00:14:49.000 Donald Trump won it by a wider margin than I believe anyone had had in recent memory.
00:14:54.000 So this is what we're seeing here, too.
00:14:55.000 Again, you're kind of reading the tea leaves a little bit.
00:14:58.000 There are a lot of things that could change, right?
00:15:00.000 There are a lot of variables at play here.
00:15:01.000 For example, unconstitutional actions on behalf of judges and rogue courts.
00:15:05.000 However, you can't just let this exist in a vacuum.
00:15:09.000 When you look at these numbers within context, it paints a very clear picture.
00:15:13.000 And that's why this week, you know, we bring you to Items of Great Joy.
00:15:15.000 There's a lot to like here.
00:15:16.000 So he ran unopposed in 2020, right?
00:15:18.000 The GOP primary.
00:15:19.000 and Biden ran unopposed in the 2024 primary.
00:15:23.000 That's why we're picking these years.
00:15:25.000 Donald Trump won, in 2020, he won 93.5% of the vote.
00:15:30.000 Biden, does go around.
00:15:31.000 81.8% of the vote.
00:15:32.000 Yeah.
00:15:34.000 That is not typical for an incumbent.
00:15:36.000 Especially if you're running unopposed, like it just shows you that like 12%, that's a pretty big gap of people in the Democratic Party are basically saying like, I'd be considering another guy.
00:15:44.000 Right.
00:15:45.000 If there was another option.
00:15:46.000 I'm still not sure.
00:15:48.000 And I don't know if this is, I guess this is a Michigan primary we'll be talking about Donald Trump leading right now in all, in seven swing states.
00:15:55.000 Which is very interesting.
00:15:56.000 We'll get to that a little bit in comparing it to Nikki Haley because, well, he wasn't leading in the states that he won in 2020.
00:16:04.000 In places like Michigan, he was behind significantly, and then he won.
00:16:07.000 And in 2016.
00:16:08.000 Sorry, 2016 is the number that, right now I was thinking about the primary.
00:16:11.000 Yeah, in 2016, he was not leading these states, or he was by a very, very slim margin.
00:16:15.000 He's leading in seven, including states where the RCP average did not have him leading, and he won, ultimately.
00:16:21.000 So, it doesn't exist in a vacuum.
00:16:23.000 These are important numbers to keep in mind.
00:16:25.000 Now, some of the best reporting, of course, because You all know about these numbers, but what's funny is seeing the media try and spin this.
00:16:32.000 Here is CNN reporting on these primaries trying to muster some enthusiasm in an empty high school gym.
00:16:40.000 Full walk and talk here, since obviously we've got a little bit of an absence of voters right now.
00:16:45.000 They've streamed in over the course of today.
00:16:48.000 And you mentioned, look, there's no surprises necessarily on who is expected to win on the Democratic primary side, on the Republican primary side, but a lot of general election clues that we could get based on what voters are saying.
00:17:03.000 I like that song.
00:17:03.000 Jack Johnson.
00:17:05.000 We just lost the John Mayer vote.
00:17:06.000 Now.
00:17:08.000 You may remember this reporter who did some other great work at an Upper Midwest event in 2020.
00:17:17.000 What you are seeing, the common theme that ties all of this together is an expression of anger and frustration over what people feel like has become an all too familiar story playing out in places from across the country, not just here in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
00:17:33.000 Nothing is real.
00:17:34.000 That's the lesson.
00:17:35.000 Fiery, but mostly.
00:17:36.000 Nothing is real.
00:17:37.000 You can hear or see people have been lining up to vote.
00:17:40.000 Did you look over your shoulder before you started speaking?
00:17:43.000 Yeah, but then he goes, and as you can see there's not a lot of voters here.
00:17:46.000 I think there was none, sir.
00:17:48.000 Yes.
00:17:49.000 There was a poll worker going, well I'm gonna organize the pens again.
00:17:56.000 Just a bunch of stickers.
00:17:58.000 I voted.
00:17:58.000 I don't know what we do with these.
00:17:59.000 Put them all over yourself like office space.
00:18:01.000 Nothing is real with CNN.
00:18:03.000 And by the way, the same can be said for most of Fox News.
00:18:05.000 The same can be said for a lot of media out there, both left and right.
00:18:08.000 When people talk about objective journalism, you can again comment, when did it actually exist?
00:18:12.000 I don't believe that it ever has.
00:18:13.000 It's just that now you can see it.
00:18:15.000 Yeah.
00:18:16.000 And I do think they're probably a little more blatant.
00:18:18.000 For example, at CNN, the best thing would have been to just show nothing.
00:18:22.000 Or just do this before you start reporting.
00:18:26.000 Or go outside the building.
00:18:27.000 Yeah.
00:18:28.000 I'm sure it was probably worse.
00:18:30.000 That was his best choice.
00:18:32.000 It's the very best bad choice.
00:18:33.000 So we try and, you know, counterbalance it with your support, McClub, and that's why we sent our own on-the-ground
00:18:38.000 correspondent, Thomas Finnegan, to gauge the local reaction.
00:18:43.000 All right, Mr. Finnegan, what do you have for, um, are you in Sam's office?
00:18:57.000 Hi, Steven.
00:18:58.000 Yeah, what's going on?
00:18:59.000 You're supposed to be reporting from Michigan, and clearly you're not.
00:19:01.000 You've had two days, Thomas.
00:19:03.000 You've had two days.
00:19:05.000 Yeah, but it's cold up there.
00:19:07.000 So?
00:19:07.000 And I'll check CNN later, get the gist of it, and report back to you later.
00:19:11.000 No.
00:19:12.000 That's not even... Why the... I don't know.
00:19:12.000 No.
00:19:17.000 You have put me at a loss for words.
00:19:19.000 But I will say this, is that my cigar that you're smoking?
00:19:22.000 I've been saving that.
00:19:23.000 I've been saving that cigar.
00:19:24.000 Cut the mother******.
00:19:26.000 Absolutely no respect.
00:19:36.000 That's one for CNN, I guess.
00:19:37.000 That guy's getting pretty bold.
00:19:38.000 He is.
00:19:39.000 He is.
00:19:40.000 And it was cold in frickin' Chippewa Falls, too!
00:19:43.000 Do your job!
00:19:43.000 Yeah.
00:19:46.000 It was a dumb jacket.
00:19:47.000 And that's why you don't sign a seven-year contract with a local.
00:19:52.000 It automatically renews as well.
00:19:55.000 Gerald's jacket!
00:19:56.000 Is that Caesar?
00:20:04.000 That wasn't a Photoshop, folks, that was actually Gerald.
00:20:06.000 No, it wasn't.
00:20:08.000 Wait, I'm a little confused.
00:20:09.000 Okay, this is, yeah, we were supposed to have those numbers in the Bellwether counties.
00:20:12.000 Or the numbers on the Trump 2016.
00:20:15.000 Yeah, in some of the seven places.
00:20:18.000 Yes.
00:20:19.000 I'm sorry, because I need to get to our seven plus one, so things are a little bit disorganized today.
00:20:23.000 That's my fault.
00:20:24.000 And we also were going to be talking about Nikki Haley as well.
00:20:27.000 Yes.
00:20:28.000 But I don't know what happened to that.
00:20:29.000 Were we going to?
00:20:30.000 You know, it'll be down there somewhere.
00:20:31.000 Okay.
00:20:32.000 It's a busy 48 hours.
00:20:38.000 However, Nikki Haley is definitely, she's staying in this race, and we've talked about this.
00:20:44.000 No one really knows why.
00:20:46.000 uh, at least you would think you don't know why, but we actually have straight from her
00:20:49.000 campaign headquarters.
00:20:50.000 Yeah.
00:20:51.000 Um, the reasons that she is staying in this race, which brings us to this week's 7 Plus
00:20:55.000 1.
00:20:56.000 You forgot Sivan in the chamber!
00:21:03.000 This is seven plus one reasons that Nikki Haley is staying in the presidential, well, the primary.
00:21:11.000 Right.
00:21:12.000 Number seven.
00:21:13.000 Like most women, she's addicted to spending other people's money.
00:21:16.000 Ouch.
00:21:19.000 I've never met a woman who did that.
00:21:22.000 Seven plus one reasons Nikki Haley is staying in the primary.
00:21:24.000 Number six.
00:21:24.000 TV cameras add ten pounds to her tits.
00:21:27.000 Nice.
00:21:29.000 Josh Feierstein, number five.
00:21:31.000 Number five.
00:21:32.000 She can't let the nomination slip through her super long, freakishly long, witch-like fingers.
00:21:37.000 That's, yeah.
00:21:38.000 That's weird if this came from the campaign.
00:21:41.000 Not photoshopped.
00:21:42.000 Real.
00:21:44.000 There's a couple signs there.
00:21:46.000 You want to hit number four, Gerald, or no?
00:21:48.000 No!
00:21:48.000 No!
00:21:49.000 You!
00:21:50.000 Fine, well then I won't let you hit any of them.
00:21:51.000 Oh, come on!
00:21:52.000 Seven plus one reasons.
00:21:53.000 You know what?
00:21:54.000 I'll give you number two.
00:21:54.000 Gerald, say number four.
00:21:55.000 No.
00:21:59.000 I'll buy you a new jacket.
00:22:01.000 7 plus 1 reason Nikki Haley is staying in the race.
00:22:05.000 Number 4. It's none of your business. Stop looking at her tits.
00:22:08.000 That's because she's a strong, brave, beautiful woman.
00:22:12.000 Number 3. Turns out there are no...
00:22:15.000 Acetone in his eyeballs.
00:22:17.000 Number 3. Turns out there are no influencer campaigns for bony ass models.
00:22:20.000 That's a...
00:22:22.000 You've got to find some way to ring the register.
00:22:24.000 Seven plus one reasons Nikki Haley is staying in the presidential primary, Republican primary.
00:22:28.000 Number two, Joe Morgan.
00:22:30.000 Those flying monkeys don't pay for themselves.
00:22:32.000 Oh, I see it.
00:22:35.000 I get it.
00:22:35.000 It's a witch.
00:22:40.000 And the number one reason that Nikki Haley is staying in the GOP primary, Josh.
00:22:46.000 She tried to sleep her way to the top but was cock-blocked by Kamala Harris.
00:22:50.000 Oh, well there's only so much room on that pole of totem.
00:22:56.000 That's my best Kamala.
00:22:59.000 And the plus one reason, actually, she's fulfilling a child's make-a-wish for Nikki Haley to make an ass out of herself.
00:23:05.000 This has been this week's 7 Plus 1.
00:23:07.000 You forgot Sivan in the chamber!
00:23:14.000 Yes.
00:23:15.000 We actually, we already talked about Nikki Haley and the Trump thing in Michigan.
00:23:18.000 That's where we mentioned her.
00:23:19.000 So you were, you were thinking there was more, there's no more Nikki Haley.
00:23:22.000 There should not be more Nikki Haley.
00:23:23.000 I think it's because we did run through and I was like, oh, Nikki Haley.
00:23:26.000 And so everyone was being compassionate and saying, all right, we can just cut this.
00:23:29.000 Yeah.
00:23:29.000 Thank you God!
00:23:33.000 But look, it is the final day for the Ford Raptor plus $10,000 in cash giveaway.
00:23:38.000 Go back up just a little bit.
00:23:39.000 Use the promo code SHOW30 for 30% off storewide today.
00:23:43.000 Plus there's like random cash they're going to be dropping in today only.
00:23:46.000 And the order's up to $15,000 or $1,500 total for that process.
00:23:50.000 So look, make sure you go today.
00:23:52.000 It's the last day.
00:23:53.000 We're giving away a truck!
00:23:54.000 Well hold on, don't say make sure you go, just say if you want to win a truck and you want to support the program, thank you.
00:23:59.000 I never want to force people to buy high quality merchandise.
00:24:02.000 You'll have to wear my jacket and minus 11 wind chill.
00:24:02.000 Go or hang.
00:24:05.000 It's a really bad jacket.
00:24:06.000 It's a terrible jacket.
00:24:07.000 It is offensive.
00:24:08.000 It is offensive.
00:24:09.000 And I kind of felt bad that I set you up and said, it's cold out there, Gerald, wear a jacket.
00:24:12.000 And then I immediately said, that's a dumb jacket.
00:24:15.000 We were talking beforehand, and you were like, hey, we should be in front of the school, and I'm like, yes, I agree with you, Steven, and it's five degrees outside, so go screw yourself.
00:24:22.000 Well, you didn't tell him to wear a dumb jacket.
00:24:24.000 I didn't tell him, that's true.
00:24:25.000 That's the only jacket I had.
00:24:27.000 He editorializes.
00:24:28.000 There he is again.
00:24:30.000 I can feel my eyeballs freezing.
00:24:36.000 He mugged the DeRay Marshalls.
00:24:40.000 Alright, so let's go here to Illinois.
00:24:42.000 This is a story that would seem local, but this gives you a pretty clear picture as to what the left is going to try and do as it relates to President Trump going into this next election.
00:24:53.000 Also, CNN has already tipped their hand.
00:24:55.000 I maintain, and we'll show the clip, and I just caught it, I think it was a couple weeks ago on CNN, they believe that if Donald Trump, I'm telling you this, the left believes if Donald Trump is the nominee, they lose the election.
00:25:07.000 They believe that.
00:25:08.000 If you hear what they are saying, that's, well, that's exactly what they said several times.
00:25:12.000 And then they try and couch it and say, oh, this is why Nikki Haley would actually be more of a threat in the general.
00:25:16.000 They don't believe it.
00:25:17.000 When they actually are discussing these court cases and the possibility of booting Trump from the ballot, they get giddy because they say if it does not happen, they have said this on air, then we likely know the next president of the United States.
00:25:28.000 You could interpret that as meaning Biden, but then you see their sad face and you know what they actually mean.
00:25:33.000 I interpret it as them recognizing that the American people have an idea in their head.
00:25:38.000 Yep, I think you're right.
00:25:40.000 I mean, you just need to look at the immigration issue now, how far that has switched.
00:25:44.000 You cannot interpret that as anything other than, okay, there's one candidate who's been very clear on what they want to do with immigration.
00:25:50.000 Hold on, I'm going to cough because I still have the SARS.
00:25:52.000 Do it!
00:25:52.000 All right, so what's the takeaway?
00:25:55.000 The left has gone completely authoritarian.
00:25:57.000 here. There is no argument about it. Let me give you the key takeaways. Number one,
00:26:02.000 that Democrats are completely terrified if Trump is going to win in November. Well,
00:26:06.000 they're terrified that he's going to be the nominee and that means he will win in November.
00:26:09.000 Number two, they're going to do everything they can, of course, to try and stop him.
00:26:12.000 And number three, that means throwing out due process.
00:26:16.000 Throwing out the actual law.
00:26:18.000 They're willing to do that simply to prevent him from winning.
00:26:22.000 So, last night, Illinois became the third state to remove President Trump from the state's primary ballot, but the how and why is what is so perverse.
00:26:33.000 More breaking news.
00:26:34.000 An Illinois judge has just ruled that Donald Trump should be kicked off the ballot in the state.
00:26:39.000 The judge there in Illinois, writing that Trump is not eligible to be on the ballot because of his actions on January 6th.
00:26:44.000 That makes Illinois the third state, along with Colorado and Maine, to use the 14th Amendment's insurrection ban to remove Trump from the ballot.
00:26:54.000 Now, they just say that.
00:26:55.000 Insurrection ban.
00:26:56.000 So you would think, oh, he's guilty of insurrection.
00:26:58.000 No, no, no.
00:26:59.000 Hold on.
00:26:59.000 You are stupid.
00:27:00.000 So.
00:27:03.000 Here's what Cook County, uh, the judge there, Tracey Porter, uh, ruled.
00:27:06.000 Can you say that again?
00:27:08.000 Where the judge is from?
00:27:09.000 Cook County.
00:27:11.000 County.
00:27:12.000 A county judge.
00:27:13.000 Right.
00:27:14.000 A county judge.
00:27:15.000 Is the one deciding this stuff?
00:27:17.000 Are you serious?
00:27:18.000 And her name is Tracey.
00:27:19.000 I get that it's Chicago and it's Cook County, but come on!
00:27:21.000 Yeah.
00:27:22.000 A county judge?
00:27:23.000 Named Tracey.
00:27:24.000 Named Tracey.
00:27:25.000 So, Tracey, the Honorable Tracey, said... Trace...
00:27:30.000 Trace!
00:27:31.000 Trace!
00:27:32.000 Violate constitutional law, Trace!
00:27:34.000 That's so Trace.
00:27:37.000 Trump falsely swore that he was legally qualified, in quotations, for the office he sought because the Colorado Supreme Court had already ruled that the former president had been found to engage in insurrection.
00:27:49.000 Let me translate Trace talk.
00:27:50.000 I'm fluent in Trace.
00:27:53.000 One Democrat-run court decided That Trump wasn't eligible.
00:27:58.000 Therefore, it must be true.
00:27:59.000 Right.
00:28:00.000 And remember, there was not actually a trial for that.
00:28:03.000 There wasn't counter evidence presented, witness testimony.
00:28:06.000 There wasn't, you know, I don't know, maybe a federal charge brought, which is what would have to happen for a federal matter.
00:28:13.000 These guys are playing around and throwing out due process.
00:28:15.000 They're using the 14th Amendment.
00:28:16.000 Well, hold on.
00:28:17.000 First, before we... Has he been convicted?
00:28:19.000 Of insurrection?
00:28:20.000 No?
00:28:20.000 No.
00:28:21.000 No charges for insurrection have been brought.
00:28:22.000 It's confusing to use the word court because it's not... nothing about the court decided this.
00:28:27.000 It was a lady.
00:28:27.000 Right.
00:28:28.000 It was an opinion.
00:28:28.000 Yes.
00:28:29.000 Just a gal pal.
00:28:31.000 Yes.
00:28:31.000 From Cook County.
00:28:32.000 Yes.
00:28:33.000 It was an opinion and then they basically are saying he committed perjury by falsely swearing that he was qualified.
00:28:38.000 And they're saying you're not qualified because you are an insurrectionist.
00:28:42.000 There is no legal basis for that.
00:28:44.000 That's several lies deep to remove.
00:28:44.000 Right.
00:28:47.000 And by the way, this is not just... They could do it to any of you.
00:28:50.000 You all have the right to run for office.
00:28:50.000 Yeah.
00:28:52.000 This is a fundamental right of an American if you meet those qualifications.
00:28:55.000 You may get two votes.
00:28:56.000 This happens probably in every single one of your states.
00:28:59.000 You also have a right to a trial.
00:29:00.000 You can't just say somebody did something.
00:29:03.000 There is no other place in our system of democracy where that exists at any shape or form.
00:29:09.000 They can say, hey, Steven, you just killed a guy.
00:29:10.000 Right.
00:29:11.000 I did not.
00:29:12.000 Well, I'm going to have to produce some evidence here and you're going to have to come to court and talk about it.
00:29:15.000 And then you do and you prove that you didn't do it.
00:29:16.000 That has not happened here.
00:29:18.000 Jack Smith had the opportunity to charge Trump with insurrection.
00:29:21.000 He didn't.
00:29:22.000 They're basically just playing games here and they know that this won't be upheld, but they're doing it because they know they're safe in their liberal cities where people will go, that's good, keep that guy off the ballot.
00:29:32.000 Not because it's legal.
00:29:34.000 And I think, honestly, that is a greater threat to our democratic republic than anything that Trump is doing because they're saying, the law doesn't matter anymore.
00:29:43.000 Runaway courts.
00:29:44.000 Everyone should be a little scared and concerned about it.
00:29:44.000 Exactly.
00:29:47.000 Yeah, absolutely.
00:29:48.000 Everyone should be.
00:29:48.000 Runaway courts.
00:29:49.000 I mean, go back to Schoolhouse Rock, right?
00:29:51.000 What are the three branches of government?
00:29:53.000 Legislative?
00:29:54.000 Executive?
00:29:55.000 Judicial.
00:29:56.000 And they are meant to check each other.
00:29:58.000 And the judicial branch of government is... The corruption is so rampant, or at least the overreach.
00:30:04.000 I don't want to say corruption because, I don't know, Trace could just be an idiot and not know.
00:30:07.000 She cites the 14th Amendment, claiming that Trump violated the Insurrection Clause.
00:30:12.000 Now, maybe she doesn't know that that's not actually true, that that has not happened, that you are required to go through this process and be convicted of insurrection.
00:30:22.000 And by the way, it's very similar to what happened with January 6ers who lost their rights People who were invited in, invited in on 9-11, you know the sequel as the left tells you, invited in on a walking tour to the people's house.
00:30:33.000 They're people.
00:30:34.000 And then they were put in jail.
00:30:34.000 It's a house.
00:30:36.000 They were put in prison for over a year and many of them just got trespassing charges.
00:30:41.000 Imagine if that was you.
00:30:44.000 How many people weren't even planning on going in and someone said, come on in, just stay in line, single file, all right, let's stay peaceful, okay, cool, all right, that's where they sit.
00:30:51.000 Or the push of the crowd.
00:30:52.000 Yeah.
00:30:53.000 There were several people that talked about that, like I was stuck, I had nowhere to go and there was people pushing and I could not get out.
00:30:58.000 Yeah.
00:30:59.000 What do I do?
00:31:00.000 Too bad, Whitey.
00:31:01.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:31:02.000 Pretty much.
00:31:04.000 Let's also get into this.
00:31:06.000 The court, by the way, is reviewing Colorado law and Trump's case.
00:31:10.000 So even the court's liberal judges are skeptical of the state's ability to remove candidates.
00:31:15.000 So Elena Kagan, not a fan, even said, I think the question that you have to confront is why a single state should decide who gets to be president of the United States.
00:31:24.000 In other words, this question of whether a former president is disqualified for insurrection.
00:31:28.000 It sounds awfully national to me.
00:31:32.000 Elena Kagan said that!
00:31:35.000 Yes.
00:31:36.000 I mean, the only other person that could come out and say that, you'd be like, wow, I'm shocked, is Kentonji Jackson-Brown.
00:31:40.000 Or Sotomayor.
00:31:42.000 Sotomayor as well, yes.
00:31:43.000 But she might come out and just say, I don't know.
00:31:46.000 No comprende?
00:31:48.000 No me gusta.
00:31:50.000 Thank you, Supreme Court Justice.
00:31:56.000 And Clarence Thomas would say, WHO SAID THAT?
00:31:58.000 WHO THE F... SAID THAT?
00:32:02.000 Alright, I'm sorry about that bullshit.
00:32:04.000 Say that again!
00:32:05.000 You want me to rule and shit?
00:32:08.000 I love Clarence Thomas.
00:32:09.000 Keeps his pimp hands strong.
00:32:10.000 When people try to say, oh, they're not black enough, you can't say that about Clarence Thomas.
00:32:13.000 No, you can't.
00:32:14.000 You can't say it about Clarence Thomas.
00:32:15.000 He's black?
00:32:18.000 That guy, you tell you about the black upbringing, that guy is playing professional ball.
00:32:21.000 He's not on the B team.
00:32:22.000 By the way, they're doing, they're talking about this right now, Supreme Court here, Trump's immunity claim in April on CNN.
00:32:26.000 Oh, let's listen to a bunch of unqualified rubes.
00:32:30.000 I think it's, I think it's really hard to see this thing going forward.
00:32:32.000 Is that Johnny Knoxville?
00:32:33.000 Hey, Caitlin, this is not what Jack Sparrow wanted.
00:32:35.000 The special counsel.
00:32:36.000 What's up, Shoulders?
00:32:37.000 they wanted. Although the special counsel did ask for something that looked like this.
00:32:42.000 If the Supreme Court wanted to hear it, the special counsel, they wanted them to hear
00:32:47.000 it a long time ago. And they also wanted them to not hear it at all. They wanted it to stay
00:32:53.000 with what the lower court, the DC circuit, said in their strong, unanimous opinion, saying
00:32:59.000 Trump would not have immunity. But the special counsel asked for a schedule that would be
00:33:03.000 quick and they wanted the Supreme Court to settle all of the questions here. The Supreme
00:33:08.000 Court said that they would do both of those things. And what the special counsel also
00:33:14.000 said is they they've never said. Here's something I'm always kind of amazed by.
00:33:17.000 Hmm Just to be clear here, like, we don't really use tele- they have a teleprompter phone.
00:33:22.000 They have someone else operating a teleprompter.
00:33:24.000 Yeah.
00:33:25.000 What we put up on here, and I have to operate this so everyone just kind of sees where we are, for example, this says like, okay, overlay.
00:33:31.000 It says clip, and I have quotes in here.
00:33:33.000 Because I'm not going to remember exactly what Elena Kagan said.
00:33:36.000 On CNN, that future Monsters, Inc.
00:33:38.000 secretary had to look down at her own notes for her opinion.
00:33:47.000 How does that happen?
00:33:48.000 7 plus 1.
00:33:50.000 Just comment below if you understand.
00:33:51.000 I'm not going to remember verbatim every single, so we have to print it out.
00:33:54.000 I'd have to look down to say, hey, I think this is... Bullshit.
00:34:01.000 This also isn't my opinion.
00:34:02.000 I don't really want to look at her tits.
00:34:07.000 No, no one does.
00:34:08.000 No one does.
00:34:11.000 Just a silly little... If the camera adds 10 pounds to them, she must be using a GoPro.
00:34:17.000 How many cameras?
00:34:18.000 The camera adds 50 to me, just so everybody knows.
00:34:20.000 I'm much thinner in real life.
00:34:23.000 He looks like he has progeria.
00:34:23.000 True.
00:34:24.000 Yeah, I look unhealthy.
00:34:27.000 Every time I walk in, I go, am I in a reboot of Philadelphia?
00:34:30.000 Oh, it's just Josh.
00:34:31.000 He's so thin.
00:34:33.000 Couldn't even see him there.
00:34:34.000 Alright, so it's just funny that CNN is doing this.
00:34:37.000 Nothing is real on CNN.
00:34:39.000 And by the way, all of our references are made publicly available, so you can check the link in the description, go to loudearthcreditor.com.
00:34:43.000 It's a bibliography, every single show.
00:34:45.000 Why?
00:34:46.000 Because I think it's necessary.
00:34:47.000 Because of what they do on CNN.
00:34:50.000 I wish we didn't have to do it, but they have to write down notes for their opinion, which also just tells you it may not necessarily be their opinion, to be clear.
00:34:58.000 So, what is happening right here?
00:34:59.000 Let's go through this, actually.
00:35:00.000 This is the perfect time to get into this.
00:35:01.000 The media playbook.
00:35:03.000 And I want you to be able to see these patterns and these warning signs.
00:35:08.000 You know, when they do these new IQ tests, I think it's Raven's Matrices, where they want to try and eliminate language barriers or, you know, sort of your fluid intelligence versus your, I think it's fixed intelligence, or crystallized intelligence is what they talk about.
00:35:20.000 Your fluid intelligence is your ability to learn.
00:35:22.000 And then you have your, I believe it's called fixed intelligence, or there's a term for it meaning what you have learned.
00:35:27.000 Because you can have some people who are geniuses, they've never gone to school and learned how to do long division, it doesn't mean that they can't do long division.
00:35:33.000 One of the key components of IQ is the ability to notice patterns and problem-solve and hold information in your mind, your short-term memory.
00:35:41.000 So the reason that I try and provide these for you is so that you can notice these patterns and hopefully work your way through future problems.
00:35:48.000 Because we can't give you, write a cheat sheet for every equation, but we can tell you the patterns and what to look for.
00:35:54.000 This is what you can look for here with the media right now.
00:35:56.000 They are obviously trying to delegitimize President Trump right now.
00:36:02.000 And they're trying to delegitimize the Supreme Court.
00:36:05.000 Why?
00:36:06.000 Because they know that this is a national issue.
00:36:07.000 They're hoping that you don't pay attention.
00:36:09.000 They're hoping that you get confused, sort of like when something makes it to the Senate
00:36:12.000 and the House and there's a process.
00:36:13.000 They're hoping you say, oh, isn't that bill done?
00:36:15.000 No, no, no, it's not.
00:36:16.000 Again, go back to Schoolhouse Rock, see how a bill becomes a law.
00:36:19.000 They're hoping that by the time it gets to the Supreme Court, you believe that Donald
00:36:22.000 Trump is already guilty.
00:36:24.000 When the fact is, none of this is relevant until it gets to the Supreme Court.
00:36:27.000 That's what Elena Kagan just said.
00:36:29.000 So Chris Hayes is now obviously in full attack mode.
00:36:33.000 Probably has to look at his notes.
00:36:36.000 He had a meltdown because the Supreme Court is considering.
00:36:40.000 And before I... I'm not convinced that Chris Hayes is not mid-transition right now.
00:36:45.000 And I don't say that as ad hominem.
00:36:48.000 Just take a look.
00:36:49.000 He doesn't look like the Chris Hayes of old, which was not particularly masculine to begin with.
00:36:53.000 Just let your freak flag fly, Chris.
00:36:55.000 We'll love you just the same.
00:36:56.000 That's just an aside.
00:36:57.000 He's having a meltdown because the Supreme Court is considering President Trump's challenge to this bogus insurrection claim.
00:37:04.000 Well today, in a single page order released at five o'clock, The court agreed to consider Trump's manifestly weak claim that he is immune from prosecution for the January 6th insurrection because he was acting in some senses in his official capacity as president.
00:37:21.000 But the order itself is not the story.
00:37:23.000 Look at the picture.
00:37:24.000 We're going to address that in a minute.
00:37:25.000 It's the timing.
00:37:26.000 It all comes back to the timing.
00:37:29.000 Let's remember, the court case, the trial of Donald Trump over his effort to subvert the Constitutional Republic was originally set to begin days from now in March.
00:37:40.000 All that is on hold because the Supreme Court wants to hear oral arguments for Trump's immunity claims.
00:37:46.000 Ready for this?
00:37:48.000 Seven weeks from now.
00:37:52.000 April 22nd, 2024, making it a real possibility, a likelihood in fact, that Donald Trump will not face a trial for the crime of attempting to overthrow the American Republic, will not face a jury of his peers, until after the next election in which he is the likely Republican candidate.
00:38:15.000 Okay, a few key components here.
00:38:16.000 I'm going to rattle through everything wrong with that.
00:38:18.000 And it's not that just because, you know, Chris Hayes is Walter White mid-transition.
00:38:22.000 It's because that crystallizes everything wrong with media.
00:38:28.000 There were so many lies that took place.
00:38:31.000 And not only lies, misleading statements, and there were also lies that you saw that were blatant, and there were lies that you maybe didn't notice that tried to fit in there.
00:38:37.000 So first off, let's address this.
00:38:39.000 This could happen in April.
00:38:40.000 Uh huh, uh huh.
00:38:41.000 When did you change the statute of limitations as it related to sexual harassment in Donald Trump's case in New York?
00:38:45.000 And by the way, What was the date you were aiming for as it related to trying to have Donald Trump impeached over in... Oh, before the national election because you were trying to disqualify him.
00:38:55.000 He is trying to act as though, can you believe that the Supreme Court may act well within the realm of their authority?
00:39:01.000 And we may not have this fake witch trial.
00:39:04.000 Look at their timing.
00:39:05.000 No, look at your timing.
00:39:06.000 And this is the reason they are lying in this segment.
00:39:08.000 CNN has already tipped their hand, and MSNBC.
00:39:11.000 This clip is just one that I like to use.
00:39:13.000 I haven't seen anyone else cover it, so we'll provide it publicly because I think you should go watch this.
00:39:18.000 They believe that Donald Trump will be president if he is on the national ticket, period.
00:39:24.000 You cannot overstate the weight of this because this case could determine who is the next president of the United States.
00:39:31.000 What it will come down to is Donald Trump going to remain on the Colorado ballot and on ballots across the country, which will determine who our next president will be.
00:39:40.000 And again, you can comment below if you think I'm misinterpreting that where they mean to say if Donald Trump's in the ballot, it's clearly a walk-off for Biden.
00:39:45.000 Go watch the whole segment in context.
00:39:47.000 It does not work that way.
00:39:48.000 Another lie, this is something that they're hoping you don't notice, is the Photoshop there.
00:39:54.000 The out-of-context picture.
00:39:55.000 They show the news because it looks like Donald Trump, his supporters are there to hang somebody.
00:39:55.000 Look at that.
00:39:59.000 You couldn't hang an Oompa Loompa on that.
00:40:03.000 What about a Chris Hayes?
00:40:04.000 Not even a transitioning Chris Hayes.
00:40:06.000 I don't even know if he... We shouldn't.
00:40:07.000 They love that photo though.
00:40:09.000 I mean, he probably would try and use it in his hotel room to Karadine.
00:40:11.000 Hopefully it goes right.
00:40:12.000 They had to zoom in enough, Josh, on that photo to make it look like it was big to get the Capitol in the background.
00:40:17.000 And so when it was on the cover of Time Magazine, I think it was even further zoomed in to make you think like, oh, there's a Gallows at the Capitol!
00:40:23.000 So you combine that with, and he's been found guilty, or the implication that of course the man who led an insurrection, and you see the picture and you believe that people actually went to the People's House, they were there in Washington D.C.
00:40:23.000 I can't believe it!
00:40:35.000 with a noose that could have hanged Mike Pence.
00:40:39.000 And then we can also add to this, the title of Mr. Hayes' video was, The Fix Is In!
00:40:45.000 Coup Trial Delays Reveal Supreme Court In Cahoots With Trump.
00:40:55.000 Come on!
00:40:56.000 Wow.
00:40:57.000 Seven weeks?
00:40:57.000 Are you serious?
00:40:58.000 It's the Supreme Court of the United States.
00:40:59.000 They weren't sitting around with a lot of time on their hands.
00:41:02.000 Think about this for a second.
00:41:03.000 Just think about this for a second.
00:41:05.000 So the Supreme Court, if they rule in a way, because it looks, again, like even some of the leftist Supreme Court justices will say, yeah, this is paper thin and this is wrong, we don't want to set this precedent.
00:41:13.000 So, you have people like Chris Hayes, and of course, former Vice President Biden, saying, if the court doesn't rule the way we like, We'll add more seats to the court.
00:41:21.000 So hold on a second.
00:41:22.000 What's a greater threat to democracy?
00:41:24.000 Consistently changing the system if you don't like the results.
00:41:28.000 Sort of like changing in the qualifications, the requirements that need to be met for mail-in voting, voter ID, changing what kind of information is allowed to be communicated online.
00:41:40.000 Like, I don't know a major story that relates to the President's son and corrupt business dealings.
00:41:45.000 And then, oh, the courts didn't rule the way we like, so let's just add seats?
00:41:49.000 Or, now is that a greater threat?
00:41:51.000 Or, that occasionally these checks and balances don't line up in your favor?
00:41:56.000 I would say, if they say that Donald Trump was in charge of a coup trying to overturn the election, this is treason!
00:42:03.000 The guy said, I think I won the vote, which he was well within his right to say.
00:42:07.000 And if you look at all of the other data that we have, there certainly is a strong case to be made.
00:42:07.000 Yes.
00:42:11.000 Don't try and say he lost X number of cases.
00:42:12.000 That's not true.
00:42:13.000 Again, you're using these false numbers just like people try and say he was found guilty of insurrection.
00:42:16.000 It's not true.
00:42:17.000 It's just not true.
00:42:18.000 I think this is far more severe.
00:42:20.000 Well, let's pack the court.
00:42:22.000 Let's try and set a precedent in lower courts that are acting well beyond their authority.
00:42:26.000 And then, you know what, if none of that works, We're just going to have a media that says it's true anyway, and hopefully it'll just seep into the American subconscious.
00:42:36.000 And not to be outdone by Mr. Hayes.
00:42:42.000 Mr. Hayes, Mr. Rachel Maddow had his own meltdown.
00:42:45.000 Just the clip.
00:42:47.000 You know, if you think about the court as the Supreme Court of the United States and a rational actor and a decent one, that was a reasonable supposition and it just turns out they're not bad.
00:42:57.000 So the idea that this has to be taken up is them saying the sky is green.
00:43:02.000 Right.
00:43:03.000 Even for the non-lawyers among us to be able to say, you know what, the sky is not green even on our worst day.
00:43:08.000 This is BS.
00:43:09.000 You are doing this as a dilatory tactic to help your political friend, your partisan patron.
00:43:15.000 And he is voted out in 2028.
00:43:18.000 He cannot leave office and he is willing to commit, he is welcome to commit any crimes he wants to as long as he is still president in order to ignore the results of that election and stay in power for life because otherwise he is going to go to prison when he gets out.
00:43:36.000 Listen, so first off, the rest of the stuff is just like, I can't believe the court would even take this case up.
00:43:40.000 I mean, come on, somebody made a claim and it's the President of the United States, and it's probably one of the most consequential decisions that we'll ever have in our lifetimes, other than maybe overturning Roe v. Wade, and they're like, I can't believe they're going to hear that!
00:43:52.000 Chris Hayes was mad at the timing.
00:43:54.000 She's mad that it's happening at all.
00:43:55.000 Which one is it, guys?
00:43:56.000 And by the way, Rachel Maddow, do me a favor.
00:43:59.000 Help me understand how Donald Trump would be on a ballot in 2028.
00:44:05.000 He's been president once before for four years.
00:44:07.000 He's going to be president again in 2024 for the election, right?
00:44:11.000 Going into 2025.
00:44:12.000 How is it possible to run again?
00:44:14.000 You're a moron.
00:44:15.000 Well, she's trying to say that he won't give up the reins.
00:44:17.000 She's trying to say he won't.
00:44:18.000 He's gonna stay.
00:44:19.000 She said if he loses in 2028, he'll stay.
00:44:22.000 He can't even run!
00:44:23.000 He would just stay.
00:44:25.000 You wouldn't have an election.
00:44:27.000 You'd just be like, I'm here.
00:44:27.000 I think she's trying to imply like another coup that never happened.
00:44:31.000 But click like if you think that Rachel Maddow and Chris Hayes have the same social security number.
00:44:38.000 It's an uncommon error, but it does happen.
00:44:40.000 It does happen.
00:44:42.000 They're both probably drawing from it too.
00:44:45.000 It's like saying the sky is green.
00:44:47.000 Well, by the way, tell that to people in Chernobyl.
00:44:48.000 Like, what is this bitch saying?
00:44:49.000 This has been green for very long.
00:44:51.000 And colorblind people, how dare you?
00:44:52.000 Yeah, how dare you?
00:44:53.000 How dare you, Rachel?
00:44:56.000 I do think, though, they're convinced that he's gonna be a dictator and stay in power for the rest of his life, which, by the way, is probably, I don't know, five more years.
00:45:02.000 Yeah.
00:45:03.000 If he was ever going to do that, there was no better time than January of 2021 to be like, ah, screw it!
00:45:09.000 I don't know if you know this, but historically dictators do lower taxes.
00:45:15.000 Yes.
00:45:15.000 And more freedom.
00:45:17.000 Avail people more freedoms to purchase firearms.
00:45:19.000 Yeah.
00:45:21.000 Well, it's like a new brand of, it's like a niche dictator.
00:45:24.000 Yes.
00:45:24.000 You know how fascists are.
00:45:25.000 They're always like, hey, speak up against me and also take up arms.
00:45:29.000 As many as you like.
00:45:30.000 Make your own bullets.
00:45:31.000 Yeah, please.
00:45:32.000 The first thing we have to do is make sure there is a gun in every household and you can speak freely on Twitter and Facebook even if I don't like your opinion!
00:45:40.000 Even for the Juden!
00:45:41.000 They must have guns!
00:45:43.000 Maybe eight or nine!
00:45:45.000 And lower taxes so you have more purchasing power!
00:45:52.000 Yeah, you know how all these fascists are always interested in, you know, a thorough court justice system.
00:45:58.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:45:59.000 Look!
00:46:00.000 These courts cannot act beyond the scope of their authority!
00:46:04.000 Colorado!
00:46:05.000 COLORADO!
00:46:06.000 I'll show them, Colorado!
00:46:09.000 I'll show them, Colorado!
00:46:12.000 This will go to the Supreme Court!
00:46:14.000 It would be appropriately seen because it's a federal issue!
00:46:17.000 We will go to the Supreme Court!
00:46:19.000 Up to the high courts!
00:46:21.000 What?
00:46:23.000 Maybe.
00:46:25.000 I'm proud to be a German!
00:46:28.000 Well, at least I know I'm free!
00:46:33.000 You know, all those fascists that want to keep their borders right where they are.
00:46:36.000 And we will start no new wars!
00:46:41.000 No new wars!
00:46:42.000 All those fascists, yeah.
00:46:44.000 Polar troops!
00:46:45.000 Polar funding!
00:46:46.000 You know how fascists are!
00:46:49.000 Why would we get involved in Ukraine?
00:46:52.000 Why would we get involved in international conflict?
00:46:54.000 That's not our role!
00:46:56.000 That's not our role!
00:46:57.000 We are dictators and fascists!
00:46:58.000 We will stay within our bubble!
00:47:02.000 Nine new territories!
00:47:04.000 Nine!
00:47:05.000 And if we go into countries, we will be sure that our motherland, Germany, will rise to a great power by asking for more!
00:47:12.000 All's nothing more than the land on which to bury the dead, for our troops who died for their freedom, we will make a
00:47:20.000 strike!
00:47:20.000 How does any of this work?
00:47:23.000 You know, all those fascists that put sanctions against other fascists.
00:47:26.000 Yes!
00:47:27.000 Record number of sanctions against other fascists.
00:47:32.000 And as my final act, I shall pardon Lil Wayne!
00:47:38.000 That racist son of a bitch.
00:47:40.000 Pardoned more black people than any other president in history.
00:47:44.000 I will be the first white fascist who will free non-violent drug offenders!
00:47:54.000 I'm just like, you'd have to, at this point you'd have to be a moron to buy it!
00:47:59.000 Yes, yes, yes.
00:48:01.000 Alright, let me give you some numbers here.
00:48:02.000 They're scared though, they're so scared!
00:48:05.000 They're scared because he might make fun of them.
00:48:07.000 Yes.
00:48:09.000 On true social.
00:48:10.000 Clutching to their box of green hair dye.
00:48:14.000 Just like, you know, it's like when you have a child and they throw a tantrum and you just ignore them.
00:48:19.000 That's Rachel Maddow.
00:48:20.000 And then they just sort of realize, I look stupid here on the kitchen floor by myself.
00:48:23.000 Yeah.
00:48:24.000 They still don't realize they look stupid.
00:48:27.000 The lady who was screaming when Donald Trump won the presidency, she doesn't realize how dumb.
00:48:32.000 You're sitting there screaming by yourself.
00:48:35.000 No one's accosting you.
00:48:38.000 There's nothing happening to you.
00:48:40.000 Gosh.
00:48:40.000 You're acting like you're being chained to a tree and roots.
00:48:45.000 You're sitting on the ground as people politely walk past you.
00:48:49.000 It's the same with Rachel Maddow or Chris Hayes every day.
00:48:52.000 This is a disaster.
00:48:53.000 Nothing is happening to you.
00:48:55.000 At least conservatives could say, well hold on, when Barack Obama was president, I got audited.
00:48:59.000 And we know that it happened because the IRS targeted conservative groups.
00:49:03.000 At least we can say, you know, we're pissed because our content has not only been thrown out, we've been suspended.
00:49:08.000 We've lost three plus million dollars a year in revenue as a company because Google decided to demonetize us in discussions with White House officials and senators.
00:49:19.000 Because I watch the hearings when I see Hirono and Pelosi saying, like, Thieven Crowder needs to be removed.
00:49:19.000 Do you know how I know?
00:49:24.000 I'm like, holy shit!
00:49:25.000 That's why I go, ah, there's some, there have been, there have been some, there's been some foul play.
00:49:30.000 No one is doing anything to you.
00:49:32.000 Rachel Maddow, you can go buy a gun!
00:49:36.000 God, whatever you want to do today!
00:49:36.000 Or get a buzz cut!
00:49:56.000 I don't know who did that song.
00:49:57.000 You guys can comment below.
00:49:58.000 All right.
00:49:59.000 So here's something.
00:49:59.000 This is also why they're scared.
00:50:01.000 Donald Trump is leading in the RCP average by two.
00:50:03.000 Okay.
00:50:04.000 That seems significant.
00:50:06.000 But here's what's really significant.
00:50:07.000 He's winning in seven swing states, including Pennsylvania by six, Nevada by six, and Michigan by two.
00:50:17.000 And keep in mind, I don't believe that he was ever leading in any of these states in the polling before 2020.
00:50:23.000 And before 2016, if I'm not mistaken, pretty sure Donald Trump was losing in Michigan and won it.
00:50:30.000 So you may say, okay, he's only leading by two in Michigan.
00:50:33.000 That, for Donald Trump, is a record.
00:50:35.000 At this point, as well.
00:50:36.000 At this point.
00:50:37.000 Right.
00:50:37.000 In the election.
00:50:38.000 Because the closer we get to the election, the bigger the spread gets.
00:50:41.000 If Donald Trump is losing, he narrows the gap.
00:50:43.000 If he's leading, he widens the margin.
00:50:44.000 Right.
00:50:45.000 Right?
00:50:45.000 So that's what we're seeing right now.
00:50:46.000 Yeah.
00:50:48.000 By six in Pennsylvania.
00:50:49.000 That's a lot.
00:50:50.000 Oh, well, hold on.
00:50:51.000 They'll do the mail-in voting thing probably again.
00:50:53.000 Right, true.
00:50:54.000 You know, changing the rules against their state constitution, but whatever.
00:50:57.000 Print more ballots!
00:50:59.000 Yes, that's exactly right.
00:51:00.000 And they're willing to completely subvert democracy if that means that they keep Donald Trump out of office.
00:51:06.000 By telling you that he wants to destroy democracy.
00:51:06.000 How do they do that?
00:51:10.000 They've already done it.
00:51:11.000 They did it with Russia, which we now know they have all admitted was not true.
00:51:14.000 Donald Trump had nothing to do with it.
00:51:15.000 They've impeached him twice.
00:51:18.000 And now they're trying to do it by claiming insurrection, of which he has not been convicted, in another local court to try and say that another local court that is not the place that didn't even accuse him of insurrection should be the one to determine who's on the ballot in Texas?
00:51:31.000 And then they throw a fit if the Supreme Court says, well, hold on a second, this can't just be determined by Illinois and Colorado.
00:51:36.000 This is a national issue.
00:51:37.000 You're crazy if you believe that a presidential candidate being on the ballot is a national issue.
00:51:44.000 Don't let it work, to be clear.
00:51:47.000 Also, President Trump is not backing down and this is really just for laughs because he just, he dropped an absolute banger on his truth social.
00:51:56.000 The radical left Democrats are at it again.
00:51:59.000 They're constantly making up stories about me because their candidate is a mental and physical basket case.
00:52:06.000 There's never been anything like it.
00:52:08.000 He's also the worst president in the history of our country.
00:52:11.000 They say, oh, I don't know the name of the president.
00:52:14.000 Or when I imitate this guy getting off the stage, what they do is they say, oh, he had trouble getting off the stage.
00:52:20.000 I have no trouble getting off the stage.
00:52:22.000 Anybody that watches what I do at rallies would say, wow, that's amazing.
00:52:26.000 This transformation of a Democrat is unbelievable.
00:52:30.000 They do it because they have a horrible candidate.
00:52:33.000 Don't associate me with the mental midget that you portray because I want to tell you, he should not be leading this country.
00:52:40.000 And hopefully on November 5th, he's not going to be.
00:52:43.000 We're going to have a big election.
00:52:44.000 We're going to have a big victory and we're going to make America great again.
00:52:50.000 I still look forward to it.
00:52:51.000 They said they've never seen anything like it.
00:52:56.000 So we've got actually a Rolling Stone article about, you asked about Maddow, if she maybe owned a gun, well it says that her and her partner like to shoot firearms.
00:53:04.000 They both like to shoot firearms!
00:53:07.000 And it says Susan has the hand-eye coordination, oh I bet she does Rachel, but I can't control my movements.
00:53:13.000 Shut up!
00:53:15.000 That's gross.
00:53:16.000 With regards to firearms.
00:53:17.000 Hands out like a woman, not taking control.
00:53:20.000 Not taking accountability of her own body.
00:53:22.000 I can't control it.
00:53:23.000 So funny.
00:53:24.000 I'm Judge Tracy.
00:53:26.000 So we have a clip actually, a 10 second clip of Maddow doing something related to this.
00:53:30.000 Is she shooting firearms?
00:53:30.000 I don't know.
00:53:32.000 Is she shooting firearms carefully?
00:53:33.000 They're going to make me very comfortable.
00:53:35.000 No audio.
00:53:36.000 Oh, okay.
00:53:37.000 This is the Rolling Stone piece.
00:53:41.000 She's like Roy Rogers in the Rifle Lesbian.
00:53:45.000 I would call that a red flag.
00:53:48.000 It got pulled.
00:53:48.000 Camera guy down range He's like Roy Rogers and the Roy Rogers in the rifle
00:53:55.000 lesbian I Would call that a red flag yeah, I got pulled so yeah, we've
00:54:02.000 gone. She's gonna be in rust, too At least you'll be a consultant
00:54:09.000 Why does she look like young Anakin Skywalker?
00:54:11.000 She looks like a little boy.
00:54:14.000 I'm not my father.
00:54:15.000 No.
00:54:16.000 I don't know my father.
00:54:18.000 I guess I'll be the most powerful lesbian broadcaster in the whole world.
00:54:22.000 By the way, speaking of which, uh, by popular demand, uh, Gabe William was here yesterday, the Cuban-American, our agent, who is to the right of Attila the Hun.
00:54:29.000 We have him coming in.
00:54:29.000 We can just check in with him live so you can see.
00:54:32.000 I believe he's getting ready.
00:54:35.000 Backstage.
00:54:36.000 All right, Gabe William, he will be in here.
00:54:37.000 He will be here in a little bit.
00:54:40.000 Let's move on here with the, uh... What's he saying about you?
00:54:43.000 William, you don't need makeup on your mask.
00:54:46.000 All right.
00:54:48.000 Anything else you guys want to talk about?
00:54:49.000 No?
00:54:49.000 Okay.
00:54:51.000 By the way, your thing is March 1st?
00:54:53.000 March 1st, tomorrow!
00:54:54.000 Tomorrow?
00:54:54.000 Des Moines, Iowa.
00:54:56.000 We're gonna have fun in Des Moines.
00:54:57.000 Wow, Joe!
00:55:01.000 And then we're gonna get drunk after.
00:55:03.000 I'm a street rat.
00:55:04.000 By the way, you'll be surprised.
00:55:05.000 on butter snaps. I'm a street rat. By the way you'll be surprised.
00:55:12.000 Alright. President Trump and Biden are visiting border states.
00:55:19.000 I just wanted to clear the palette.
00:55:21.000 So, former Vice President Biden and President Trump, they're both going to be visiting, you know, the southern border today.
00:55:27.000 So, big difference, contrast.
00:55:31.000 The dynamic was sort of, remember during COVID, you had former Vice President Biden where he would just pretty much, people would say he stayed in his basement, and he would use social distancing as an excuse for his anemic crowd sizes, right?
00:55:42.000 They would do that sort of preemptively to say, well, you can't actually gauge how popular they may be.
00:55:48.000 Because Joe Biden is using the proper social distancing tactics, whatever they are.
00:55:55.000 And you're seeing the same thing right now where you have former Vice President Joe Biden going to a place in Brownsville where there are really no border crossings, or certainly not the same kind of a problem, whereas Donald Trump goes right into the thick of it.
00:56:04.000 He goes right into the freight Eagle Pass.
00:56:06.000 So to give you an idea, in 2023 Eagle Pass had 72% more crossings than Brownsville. And this is actually, I believe, only the
00:56:16.000 second time that former Vice President Biden is going to the border. When it's an
00:56:19.000 absolute catastrophe. It's a catastrophe and he's going somewhere where the catastrophe is not
00:56:24.000 really taking place. Oh, I believe we actually have a clip regarding the border crossings. Right.
00:56:28.000 The two leading candidates in the 2024 election are making a trip to the southern
00:56:33.000 border on the very same day.
00:56:34.000 Both President Biden and former President Trump will be in Texas on Thursday.
00:56:39.000 The president will head to Brownsville where he will meet with border patrol agents, law enforcement officials, and local leaders.
00:56:45.000 Trump will deliver remarks in Eagle Pass.
00:56:48.000 And agents here say that they're dealing with these smugglings on a daily basis.
00:56:52.000 They said that they could catch more migrants crossing here in a day than they can in Brownsville in a week.
00:56:56.000 So that just kind of shows you exactly what the difference is going to be for what Trump and Biden are going to see on the ground.
00:57:02.000 And really quickly, before we go on with this segment and bring in Gabe William, we just received word there's an update on the Nashville Manifesto.
00:57:09.000 Not the Chippewa, this is the Nashville Manifesto.
00:57:11.000 Which, by the way, is entirely because of you.
00:57:12.000 Thank you.
00:57:13.000 Do we still have the promo code undercover?
00:57:16.000 Undercover, yeah.
00:57:16.000 I do believe the undercover promo code still works.
00:57:18.000 Is it $10 off?
00:57:19.000 Yes, $10 off.
00:57:20.000 So this was the Nashville Manifesto where the mayor threatened to sue us.
00:57:24.000 Yeah, the mayor threatened to sue us.
00:57:26.000 So bring that back up.
00:57:26.000 This was just sent to me.
00:57:27.000 We'll dig into this a little bit further.
00:57:28.000 New court order to block more leaks of Covenant School shooters' writings.
00:57:33.000 So I know that the court was looking at releasing this the last time that we talked about it.
00:57:37.000 So I just want to say, Maybe court, what you're saying is, we're not going to release it to you.
00:57:43.000 Yeah.
00:57:44.000 But you got no control over the leaks, baby.
00:57:46.000 No, you don't.
00:57:47.000 You hate the word.
00:57:47.000 I had to say the word.
00:57:48.000 I hate the word baby.
00:57:51.000 Nonetheless, they can't control the leaks.
00:57:53.000 See, this is what happens, you know, when sources come and say, hey, by the way, the public has a right to know this because of who is being targeted by who or by whom.
00:58:00.000 That is a really important thing, and we have a right to know.
00:58:04.000 Sorry, you have it in your possession.
00:58:05.000 You don't want to release it.
00:58:06.000 I get it.
00:58:06.000 And by the way, I'm sure they can bring up headlines.
00:58:08.000 This is what they try and do, right?
00:58:09.000 What happened?
00:58:10.000 The stories came out and said, oh, the rest of the manifesto will be released in the coming months.
00:58:14.000 Right.
00:58:15.000 The reason they were saying that was so that you would believe we were going to release it anyway.
00:58:15.000 No.
00:58:18.000 Those guys just put people in danger.
00:58:20.000 They were never planning on releasing this, to be clear.
00:58:22.000 What was actually happening was the court was going to rule if the rest of the manifesto would be released.
00:58:27.000 It's very clear now that it's not.
00:58:28.000 So you see that headline, front page center, and in the dead of night they're going to create a new rule that this information can't get out.
00:58:34.000 Yeah.
00:58:35.000 Hey!
00:58:35.000 Prove us wrong, right?
00:58:37.000 There's more context to the manifesto.
00:58:39.000 This isn't about a transgender radical extremist, an ideologue who wanted to kill white Christians and made it known.
00:58:46.000 No, no, no.
00:58:47.000 We were lying to you.
00:58:48.000 Go ahead.
00:58:50.000 We welcome it and we will admonish all of ourselves.
00:58:53.000 So let me read a couple of things from this.
00:58:53.000 Yeah, absolutely.
00:58:54.000 They're just getting this to me now.
00:58:55.000 So the order blocks all parties from filing as part of the record in the case copies of three pages leaked online by a podcaster.
00:59:03.000 Just say our name.
00:59:05.000 Yeah.
00:59:05.000 I'm not allowed to be with Crowder, you jerks.
00:59:06.000 That podcaster in November...
00:59:07.000 It's much more than a podcast!
00:59:08.000 Did you see the 7 plus 1?
00:59:09.000 Yeah.
00:59:10.000 It's not a podcast.
00:59:11.000 At no expense.
00:59:12.000 Judge Miles will allow parties to refer to the leaked documents in court and filings.
00:59:15.000 However, she does not want copies in the public record, fearing that doing so would incentivize
00:59:19.000 further document leaks by the original leaker, putting records that are currently under seal
00:59:23.000 and at the center of the public records lawsuit into the public eye.
00:59:26.000 Whoopsie!
00:59:27.000 Already there.
00:59:28.000 Yeah.
00:59:29.000 This might encourage somebody.
00:59:31.000 It's already out there, you idiot.
00:59:32.000 It was the biggest news story of 2023 that we broke.
00:59:36.000 What are you talking about?
00:59:37.000 Yeah, let's encourage people to not seek truth.
00:59:41.000 You know what?
00:59:42.000 Anybody else out there?
00:59:43.000 LWCTips at ProtonMail.com.
00:59:45.000 Let's go.
00:59:46.000 And by the way, I understand there are things that you can't know, for example, if there is an actual, let's say, an ongoing mission in the military, right?
00:59:52.000 There are national security issues.
00:59:53.000 Let me ask you this.
00:59:54.000 That's typically the standard for something staying private, or if both parties in a lawsuit agree to keep something private.
01:00:00.000 This happens a lot with people in the public eye.
01:00:00.000 Right, exactly.
01:00:02.000 But with something like this, the argument that they would need to make is that it is a security risk.
01:00:09.000 Tell me this.
01:00:10.000 Anyone out there.
01:00:11.000 Make the argument.
01:00:11.000 Even play devil's advocate if you have to.
01:00:14.000 How are you made less safe by knowing the motive, the target, and the plan of the Nashville shooter?
01:00:21.000 And let me ask you this, how would you be made more safe by that being withheld From everybody, including parents in that school district.
01:00:30.000 How would that make you, how would their stance make anyone more safe?
01:00:33.000 We don't believe that the plan, the manifesto, the targeting, the motivation, the reason for targeting, the method of attack, we don't believe that the parents in this school having answers to these questions is helpful.
01:00:45.000 We believe that we make the public more safe By preventing them from accessing this information.
01:00:51.000 Especially, by the way, now with the context that we've accused journalists of lying in releasing inconclusive portions of the manifesto.
01:00:59.000 We believe that it's safer to handle it this way.
01:01:01.000 It holds no water.
01:01:02.000 They flagrantly disregard the law, courts, precedent.
01:01:06.000 You see it with the insurrection crap that we just talked about, and you see it with
01:01:10.000 this Nashville Manifesto, you see it happening at the Supreme Court, you see it happening
01:01:15.000 by the way, or if the court doesn't even rule, you can just have people in the executive
01:01:18.000 branch flagrantly disregard it, like rent forgiveness and student loan forgiveness.
01:01:21.000 You do not live in a country of rule and law, or law and order, if it's not applied equally.
01:01:27.000 And right here it's not. It's definitely not. Let me bring this back to Chippewa Falls so that you
01:01:30.000 guys can understand the relevance here. So if that report never comes out, the police report that we
01:01:34.000 released from Chippewa Falls kind of detailing the event that happened in October that we were there
01:01:39.000 just the other day for really, I can't even remember what day it was. Gosh, was it last night?
01:01:42.000 It was two days ago. The idea that this person was recruiting somebody else to help them in an
01:01:48.000 active shooter situation would have never been made public.
01:01:51.000 Parents could have never had these conversations with their kids.
01:01:53.000 We brought that up.
01:01:54.000 What if in the rest of the documents in the Nashville Manifesto, the shooter describes groups they're a part of?
01:02:00.000 People that they recruited, ideologies that they're espousing, things that the general public needs to know about, especially if those groups, places, things, whatever, are still there and still around the area that they need to be like, hold on, hold on, my son, my daughter is talking to these Groups of people that might be, how do we know what's in there?
01:02:20.000 Because we just have the one example where we know there was somebody actively recruiting, and then we came up with another example where they were actively recruiting again around the same theme in the spring of last year in Chippewa Falls.
01:02:31.000 Like, it's just, it's one of these things, you turn over the rock and all these things come running out, and it's like, oh, the public doesn't have a right to know.
01:02:37.000 We absolutely do.
01:02:38.000 We protect our children.
01:02:39.000 You help us do that, and I'm really appreciative of that, but it is our job, 100% primary job of parents, Not to depend on the police to do it, not to depend on the school to do it, not to depend on anybody in government to do it.
01:02:50.000 It is your job.
01:02:51.000 I'll take all the help I can get, but when you're a hindrance, get out of the way.
01:02:54.000 Well, I will tell you this.
01:02:55.000 They don't see their job as protecting.
01:02:56.000 They see their job as social engineering.
01:02:57.000 Let me give you proof of it.
01:02:59.000 When I went to school, if I had a migraine, I could not go to the school nurse and get a baby aspirin with written consent from my parents.
01:03:08.000 The punch bowl of condoms, however, Was a take a condom, leave a condom jar, and everyone just took condoms.
01:03:15.000 No one left condoms.
01:03:16.000 Yeah, but was it a bob for condoms?
01:03:18.000 Be kind, please rewind situation.
01:03:20.000 Punch bowl of condoms.
01:03:22.000 Take a handful.
01:03:23.000 Baby aspirin, even if your father has written express consent.
01:03:27.000 No.
01:03:28.000 That's a school board making a decision.
01:03:30.000 We believe that children are entitled to privacy, and they should be able to have sex with as many people as they want.
01:03:35.000 Of course, we also have moral and religious education here at school.
01:03:38.000 We teach them about contraception and all kinds of perverted, degenerate sex.
01:03:41.000 However, no, we can't actually help a sick child, even if you give us a medical note.
01:03:46.000 That happens in a lot of schools.
01:03:49.000 So, they don't view it as their job to protect their children.
01:03:51.000 This is the problem with public schools now.
01:03:53.000 It takes a village, they think that they are the village and you are not a part of it.
01:03:56.000 Right.
01:03:57.000 Please, please, if nothing else, take your children out of public schools and this is just another reiteration of that with the Nashville Manifesto.
01:04:03.000 We gotta get going here.
01:04:04.000 We do.
01:04:05.000 Border, look, no one's buying what Biden is selling.
01:04:07.000 We'll update you guys next week.
01:04:08.000 We'll update you next week.
01:04:09.000 So don't worry about that.
01:04:10.000 It's the biggest issue going into this election and the tides have turned.
01:04:12.000 A vast majority of Americans believe it's a serious problem and support actually building a wall.
01:04:16.000 And, of course, for the first time ever, Ever.
01:04:20.000 Ever.
01:04:21.000 In our lifetime.
01:04:21.000 Ever, ever.
01:04:22.000 They support actual physical building of a wall.
01:04:24.000 I don't mean this in just some sense of, you know, better border security.
01:04:27.000 A physical wall.
01:04:29.000 Hey, who was the one who made their entire campaign about building a wall?
01:04:31.000 Are they on the ballot?
01:04:32.000 Depends.
01:04:33.000 Not if Rachel Maddow had her way with the green sky.
01:04:35.000 Tell us how we have to go about it.
01:04:36.000 Yes, so remember, look, final day for the Ford Raptor.

01:05:30.000 Yeah, we'll throw it in the truck.

01:05:37.000 Yeah, well, for the truck, you know, and if the winner happens to take it from the truck.
01:05:40.000 I don't know what you do with it once it's in the truck.
01:05:42.000 You burn it.
01:05:43.000 You wear it.
01:05:44.000 Why would they burn a jacket?
01:05:45.000 Yeah, you wear it.
01:05:45.000 That doesn't make any sense.
01:05:46.000 You would wear it.
01:05:47.000 Yeah.
01:05:47.000 You don't burn jackets.
01:05:49.000 Unless you burn... To make it warmer.
01:05:50.000 You burn... You burn wood.
01:05:53.000 or spiders?
01:05:54.000 Cole?
01:05:55.000 So we're going to go to chat Thursday on Mug Club and by popular demand we're going to
01:05:59.000 have back today, let's bring him in, Gabe William.
01:06:02.000 So, Gabe William was here yesterday.
01:06:10.000 He is our agent.
01:06:11.000 He is Cuban-American to the right of Genghis Khan.
01:06:15.000 But then after we were on air, he started telling us stories about his Cuban mother.
01:06:20.000 Uh-oh.
01:06:21.000 Where I thought, there's no—well, there's no way he's lying about this, but this is absurd.
01:06:25.000 And he's saying, I thought you knew about this, right?
01:06:26.000 You're a Cuban—very, very passionate lady.
01:06:30.000 Very.
01:06:30.000 Oh, he didn't know he was on air yet.
01:06:33.000 If you're watching, we're going to keep this because we had to hit the YouTube dump button yesterday.
01:06:35.000 It was a whole mess on Rumble.
01:06:37.000 Click that button.
01:06:37.000 Join Mug Club.
01:06:38.000 We appreciate everything that you do.
01:06:40.000 If you are on YouTube... Are we still on YouTube?
01:06:42.000 Yeah.
01:06:42.000 Yeah.
01:06:42.000 Oh!
01:06:43.000 Surprise!
01:06:43.000 Wow!
01:06:44.000 Yeah.
01:06:44.000 Well, that'll change.
01:06:45.000 Still there.
