In this week's episode of the podcast, the crew talks about the Biden Laptop, Hunter Biden's meth breath, and the dark side of the internet. Plus, the latest on the latest in Big Tech censorship.
00:04:33.000Feel that f***ing tension that shouldn't exist?
00:04:36.000When we quote the CDC, we survived the Vox Apocalypse.
00:04:40.000YouTube, Google said, hey, you're not going to make another dime off ads.
00:04:43.000We broadcast the single largest individual election live stream in the history, doing it through Rumble.
00:04:50.000What Google does when they're supporting a candidate or a cause, they suppress the negative search suggestion.
00:05:06.000Just by manipulating those search suggestions they're flashing at you,
00:05:10.000we can turn a 50-50 split among undecided voters into a 90-10 split with no one having the slightest idea.
00:05:18.000We're also training our algorithms, like if 2016 happens again, we're there. It couldn't be different.
00:05:25.000Just the Hunter Biden story is enough.
00:05:27.000According to the polls, 17% of Biden voters would have changed their vote if they'd known about the Hunter Biden laptop story.
00:05:37.000You would have had the biggest political landslide victory for Donald Trump in all of modern presidential history according to the people who voted for Biden.
00:05:48.000Everyone just might want to hit a clean slate policy, but do it so that everyone can start using social media to serve us and not serving this algorithm non-human brain.
00:05:59.000There are forces out there that they don't want that information out there, so they suppress it.
00:06:04.000If you say something that they in power deem to be unacceptable, you can still have your life ruined.
00:06:12.000We are playing of offense with this fight against Big Tech.
00:06:15.000One of the ways in which we're fighting back right now, one of the researchers here, George, filed an amicus brief in Murphy v. Missouri, and it's commonly referred to as Missouri v. Biden.
00:06:23.000We've seen the censorship at play, and it's one of the ways that we can fight back.
00:06:27.000We also have some information that nobody else has.
00:09:20.000We'll also get into a world with no First Amendment, what that looks like, what's happening across Europe, events where people have been arrested or detained or flat-out convicted for speaking.
00:09:31.000In the last couple of months, this has accelerated rapidly, and I don't think there's any coincidence that this is taking place, Right alongside the election, along with cities and no cops.
00:09:54.000Eastern, although Monday we have our live from the Supreme Court stream.
00:09:58.000It's starting one hour late because one of our researchers here is actually down there, filed an amicus brief, and will be reporting live from the Supreme Court.
00:10:28.000And then third chair, you know, you thank him for his service most of all, but you know him, you love him, he'll be at Wise Guys Comedy Club Las Vegas April 5th and Saturday April 6th.
00:10:36.000Go and support him, see him, have a laugh.
00:12:02.000And by the way, this bicycle, and we'll get to Haiti, this bicycle... Someone bring up the picture of the Pennyfarther, the Pennyworthy, whatever it was called.
00:12:12.000It was invented around the same time as the normal bicycle.
00:12:16.000And whoever created it thought it would win out.
00:12:18.000I think what happened was he had two separate tires.
00:14:07.000Obviously, you see things and your heart goes out to these people.
00:14:10.000Obviously, I assume that everyone, both left and right, is coming from a place of compassion.
00:14:15.000Compassion has to be combined with truth.
00:14:18.000This country has never gotten it right.
00:14:20.000These people who are leaving in droves, they're very likely to come to the United States, they're very likely to be treated very differently by the party who could see them as a potential voting base, and we have statistics for you regarding Haiti and regarding the kind of crime that Haitian migrants historically have committed.
00:14:36.000So you can be compassionate and also say, you know what, I want to protect myself and mine, and I don't want these problems coming to the United States.
00:15:10.000And the gangs were demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Ariel Henry, who was in Kenya at the time, because I think they thought that Kenya might solve the problem?
00:15:43.000They're like resign Okay, I'll stay in Kenya where I've been for 364 days a year Yes, so he was then, you know, the place was filled by gang leader Jimmy Cherizier who goes by the name barbecue.
00:15:58.000That'll be relevant. We'll get to that.
00:18:16.000So, Elon Musk, others, what they're talking about are people, as we've already clarified, from violent gangs potentially trying to enter the United States.
00:18:25.000It says, if wanting to screen immigrants for potential homicidal tendencies and cannibalism makes me right-wing, then I would gladly accept such a label.
00:24:10.000And Haiti, you know, we're doing the great dictator off, you know, Papadoc was over there.
00:24:14.000The reason that he assumed power, this guy was an atheist who used fake voodoo to influence the population because he knew that most of them were illiterate.
00:24:20.000And most of them were illiterate because of corrupt governments.
00:24:25.000Because you have white, self-flagellating guilt artists here in the United States, or really Western Europe, saying, oh, all cultures are created equal.
00:25:29.000So here's the thing to keep in mind, and this is why the immigration issue has switched so much.
00:25:32.000Remember it was a secret Trump voter in 2016.
00:25:35.000Now it's the open President Trump voter.
00:25:37.000People now are not going to be yielded into Being silent, remaining silent as it relates to immigration.
00:25:43.000We know that it's a problem, and this is just another problem in a long line of many.
00:25:47.000Remember, in 2018, the media tried to roast President Trump then for calling Haiti a, and I'm quoting him here because I like it, shithole.
00:25:57.000The president tonight apparently uncorking another astonishing statement, complaining to lawmakers in the Oval Office about protections for immigrants.
00:26:05.000Why do we want these people from, quote, all these shithole countries here?
00:26:09.000According to a Democratic aide familiar with the conversation, Mr. Trump was referring to African nations and Haiti.
00:26:16.000And they acted as though you were like, can you believe that he referred to them as shit?
00:26:19.000Everyone at home's like, I call him that all the time.
00:26:57.000Is it our government's job to look out for Ukraine?
00:27:01.000Look out for, take your pick, Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, let's go through, Cuba, let's go throughout history, Canada for crying out loud, why don't we take them over, Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador, is it their job to look out for those or to look out for you, the American citizen, who, as flawed as you may be, typically don't eat people?
00:28:00.000And so, most likely, the rest of their policies are lies.
00:28:04.000Conan, Michael on YouTube asks, please dispel some of the untruths about Haiti.
00:28:08.000What was something that surprised you visiting Haiti that you were like, oh wow, this is not like I thought?
00:28:15.000Okay, one of the big ones is that I think many people have long held this belief that it's just chaos in Haiti.
00:28:22.000It's because predominantly the media coverage in Haiti is about disasters and extreme poverty and they've had more than their share of both.
00:28:32.000And so there's this sense I think people have that, oh my god, if you're in Haiti, you know, you're just, it's just dealing with total chaos and violence and it must be kind of scary.
00:30:16.000It's a very modern idea that you wouldn't screen for immigrants who come from countries that may be riddled with problems and bring them along with themselves.
00:31:24.000And that's where you have to examine different cultures, different countries, and say, why does one work and why does one not work?
00:31:30.000And then you have to look at the most successful country that has ever existed, the United States, which stems from the other most successful nations throughout all of human history.
00:33:24.000You have a country that is abysmally poor, you have a country that is unbelievably violent, and the people fleeing the country, or a lot of them right now, at least 4,000 of them, would be the most violent among them.
00:33:45.000It is not your job to take responsibility for that and welcome people in.
00:33:49.000And even if you believe that was your job, would you trust this government to do it?
00:33:53.000Would you trust this government to ensure That only law-abiding citizens would be the ones coming into this country?
00:33:59.000Would you trust this government, the same government who, by the way, believes in sanctuary cities and will not deport current criminals, current MS-13 members who are not citizens?
00:34:58.000It's just unbelievably... Such a dummy.
00:35:02.000Well, how about the United States starts by following the example of Haiti's direct neighbor, The people who share a duplex with Haiti, the Dominican Republic.
00:35:11.000As Haiti's political future hangs in the balance, the neighboring Dominican Republic is cracking down on undocumented Haitians, rounding them up and sending them back to their country.
00:35:22.000They treat us like dogs, this man told us after he was released, adding we were detained since yesterday with no food, nothing.
00:35:32.000So look, as far as the solution, this is not something that you can necessarily do, but you have some people doing good work.
00:35:37.000You have Ron DeSantis announced he's deploying the state guard, I believe.
00:35:40.000I think we have, oh that's right, we have a tweet from him.
00:35:42.000We cannot have illegal aliens coming to the state of Florida.
00:36:16.000Just to remind you, 116,000 illegal Haitians are already in the United States with temporary protected status since the 2010 Haiti earthquake.
00:36:23.000In other words, it starts with compassion and then it's a problem that doesn't necessarily get solved.
00:36:27.000In this case, it's not a natural disaster so much as roving criminal gangs.
00:36:31.000You have every right to be concerned and the media wants to paint you as racist.
00:37:12.000Don Lemon says that Musk believes in free speech unless it's about him.
00:37:16.000He did an interview with Elon Musk and then Elon Musk apparently cancelled some Contract they had a couple of hours later to put a show on X. Nobody cares about Don Lemon unless he's stirring up controversy.
00:40:32.000Hey, remember how I've said the United States is the only place on earth that actually has the freedom of speech constitutionally enshrined?
00:40:43.000If you want to see how the left actually would operate, don't look to what they do in the United States right now with their checks and balances.
00:40:48.000Look to what they would do if completely unfettered.
00:40:51.000You've heard me say this quite a few times.
00:40:52.000You can look to Europe, you can look to Canada, and a world with no First Amendment is... Think about that.
00:40:57.000It's like a world... It's a world with no movies.
00:41:00.000Oh, speaking of which, I just got back from an audition this morning.
00:43:15.000Party of one, anti-cannibalism please.
00:43:18.000So the judge in the case in Belgium noted, the defendant raved about Nazi ideology which has caused and continues to cause untold suffering to countless people.
00:43:30.000First off, I don't know if you'd say countless today with Nazi ideology.
00:43:34.000There's a number, obviously, when you're talking about the Holocaust.
00:43:37.000Today, even the people who actually are neo-Nazis, the racist means, I don't know if it's causing suffering to countless people, and I certainly don't know if a joke about it is causing suffering to countless people.
00:43:48.000The judge suspended this person's civil rights completely, like the ability to run for office.
00:43:52.000Also, by the way, keep in mind, just in case you might say this is an extremist, Van Langenhoven His political party is the most popular one in Belgium.
00:44:03.000That says more about you, Belgium, than this guy.
00:44:05.000It'd be like saying, also he belongs to an extremist party that, uh, republicans?
00:44:33.000I mean, look, I understand that we have free speech and other countries don't have free speech, but at some point you have to say, well, this person hasn't actually done anything yet.
00:44:39.000Have they gone out and led rallies to overthrow the government?
00:44:43.000No, they're in a chat group where they're kind of bantering about stuff and they say that he wants to replace this government with like a social... Well, so does apparently the rest of his party.
00:44:51.000Which is incredibly popular in your country right now and he hasn't done anything.
00:44:54.000You can't take away civil rights for that.
00:44:55.000You can't jail somebody for having bad ideas.
00:44:59.000Also, it's just so funny how they paint that as extreme.
00:45:01.000Do you mean like replace the government, I don't know, with a system that does away with the Electoral College and adds seats to the Supreme Courts because someone in an executive position of authority says so?
00:45:10.000You mean that kind of replacing of, I don't know, a constitutional republic?
00:45:14.000And how many times has that happened in Europe?
00:45:16.000That is, the story of Europe is putting a bad government in place that doesn't represent the people's ideas.
00:47:43.000The police claim that they showed up to investigate a prop gun from the movie, which you see in that video on the table.
00:47:50.000According to a Dutch outlet, the NL Times, it says, a Dutch law closely restricts ownership of objects which have a close similarity to actual firearms.
00:48:00.000Yeah, and basically they said somebody called in and reported it.
00:48:36.000A right-wing activist named Sam Melliot was jailed for placing stickers Saying things like, reject white guilt, nationalism is nurture, diversity, designed to fail, built to replace.
00:48:50.000He was found guilty of, quote, inciting racial hatred.
00:48:56.000Now, this is also happening in England, and we've talked about this.
00:48:58.000We had a guy who was arrested for singing Kung Fu Fighting at a karaoke bar because that was considered racist.
00:49:24.000Go to a soccer game in Brazil and see how they treat foreigners.
00:49:27.000They literally start a chant saying, we will kill you, because it's the only thing they're really good at.
00:49:32.000Because you've never seen racism until you get outside of the United States.
00:49:36.000This is the only place, and maybe England, where we will cheer someone who is not from our country because we support the individual over just them playing for our country.
00:49:45.000Entire leagues have to have slogans that say no racism in Europe.
00:51:07.000You know who's not difficult to control?
00:51:08.000Someone who has no appreciation for the United States, or for example, the history of Britain, coming there because of some new loophole through the immigration policy free crap, and they'll vote for what you tell them to.
00:51:21.000Like, Nigel Farage has done a great job, and obviously a friend of the show, we've had him on in the past.
00:51:26.000He's done a great job of showing you, like, what people are dealing with.
00:51:28.000People are dealing with migrants coming up through Europe and getting finally across to the UK, or not the UK, but, you know, specifically Britain, getting there and coming over by boatloads all the time.
00:51:40.000And nothing is being done by the people there.
00:51:42.000And so as a citizen, I mean, we deal with this here in the United States, but there you're thinking, okay, well, we have pretty much open borders with the rest of Europe,
00:51:47.000we don't have any protections or anything going on to actually stop this process, and it's
00:51:53.000And the police right there were saying, hey, you can have a flight. Yeah, you just can't
00:51:56.000fly where these people that are walking here can see it because there's more of them than us.
00:52:01.000That's not how principles work. Because we're scared.
00:52:03.000You don't get to just go, it's a scary proposition.
00:52:06.000If that's going to happen, you say, hey, it's all right to do this.
00:52:09.000We'll get some more cops down here and make sure these idiots don't attack you because you have a flag of the country they risked their life to get to.
00:52:16.000I don't understand how the police can say they can arrest you for saying that you're afraid of the people that they're actually saying they're afraid of also.
00:52:31.000Do you mean to say that the people who have been here for- that we've been here for a very long time, my family has roots in this country, and we've always proudly displayed our flag, that we are no longer allowed to because of these new people who don't want to see the flag being waved, and they outnumber us?
00:52:45.000Do you mean to say that those people have replaced us?
00:52:49.000Oh wait, we're not allowed to use that word.
00:52:51.000Does that make British people no longer colonizers?
00:53:18.000It criminalizes speech against protected groups that is, quote, insulting, and even goes on to say, is quote likely to result in hatred being stirred up against such a group so likely to result who defines likely and who defines hatred who defines insulting well you know don't ask questions you'll face up to seven years seven years in jail if they say what you did or what you said we believe was likely to result in hatred
00:53:52.000Or insulting behavior being stirred up against such a group.
00:53:54.000Well, they could just say that about anything, then.
00:58:23.000No, I went to Ireland once, I'll never go back.
00:58:25.000And funny enough, the most freedom-loving guy there was Trump, I've told you guys.
00:58:29.000I was at a pub, we were doing a bunch of Irish people, and they were all afraid, and one guy at the back of the bar, and you're in Ireland, so you assume everyone's drunk, you just hear, I fucking love Trump!
01:00:49.000But don't take my word for it, just listen to Jen Psaki, then working, of course, as the White House Press Secretary, call on a private company, Spotify, she says Spotify, to censor the most popular podcast host in the world.
01:01:03.000Our hope is that all major tech platforms and all major news sources, for that matter, be responsible and be vigilant to ensure the American people have access to accurate information on something as significant as COVID-19.
01:01:43.000It's like, it's not even a good hair color.
01:01:45.000Why does she think that that was gonna be good?
01:01:46.000It's the fourth most popular shade from Just For Bitch.
01:01:50.000And here's something else too when you're talking about what could happen legislatively.
01:01:58.000There's the case Missouri versus Biden, right?
01:02:00.000This case addresses the role of government officials in communicating with social media companies and content moderation policies.
01:02:06.000Just want to be clear here, in the United States, they, meaning the DNC, they have all pushed for more government censorship. You've obviously
01:02:14.000seen the, it was referred to as a ministry of misinformation. It didn't live very long, but
01:02:19.000the CDC, right? We were suspended for speaking, not even speaking out against the CDC, for
01:03:54.000I tell you what, I've never protested before, and I think a lot of people are like me in the same way where I've never protested before, I've never been to a protest, never had a reason to, never had a want to go out.
01:04:04.000If they start cracking down on free speech, there's going to be a lot of people like me out on the streets.
01:05:05.000So we're basically going, we wanted- We filed an amicus brief.
01:05:07.000Yeah, instead of just looking at this and reporting on it, we actually filed our own amicus brief so that this information would get before the judges because you had been targeted your entire career, essentially, just for free speech items.
01:05:25.000We will be on the ground discussing the details of the case, so make sure you sign up.
01:05:28.000Look, we can't send people to do this.
01:05:31.000It costs many, many thousands of dollars to file the amicus brief, to become a member of the court, to be able to even do this process, but it's only because of Mug Club.
01:10:31.000So in Pittsburgh, now, And a long line of bad ideas.
01:10:34.000The police will no longer respond to calls that aren't, quote, in-progress emergencies, like burglary alarms, criminal mischief, harassment, theft, and here's the real kicker, from 3 a.m.
01:10:46.000to 7 a.m., typically the time where, you know, you've heard like crime never sleeps?
01:10:54.000to 7 a.m., it's safe to assume, I guess, there will be no desk officers at the Pittsburgh police stations, and there will be fewer officers on duty, period.
01:11:15.000That's the big warning siren that goes off.
01:11:18.000I think that's actually when crime, like, you can look this up, but most of the crime that is committed overnight is committed between the hours of probably, like, I think it was 2 and 5 or 3 and 6, something like that.
01:11:26.000Like, the exact window they chose to not have that.
01:11:30.000Well, if you were choosing an hour not to work at your job, you'd probably pick the busiest hours.
01:11:34.000Like, if you worked at Burger King, you don't want to work the lunch rush.
01:11:36.000No, no, no, just sit around afterwards.
01:11:39.000I don't understand how a burglar alarm is not in progress.
01:11:44.000I mean, unless you're talking about false alarms, which obviously happen, but at some point you clear the hurdle of, this is real, and they're like, nah, it's a burglar alarm, we can't do anything, it's not in progress.
01:11:54.000The only time this thing goes off and we clear the hurdles is if somebody's stealing from me in my house or my store.
01:14:23.000Maybe if you vilify them and allow criminals to treat police officers as open season, fewer people are going to be joining.
01:14:29.000This is the shortfall, or these are the statistics.
01:14:31.00078% of agencies Had trouble recruiting qualified candidates.
01:14:36.00065% of agencies just didn't have enough candidates applying, and then 50% of agencies had to change their policies completely to get more recruits, like lowering PT requirements, certain thresholds that had to be met in the past.
01:16:41.000Have you ever been arrested for DUI and aggravated assault after crashing your truck into your ex-wife's living room following a Little League tournament that your son's team could have won?
01:16:50.000If Carlos hadn't dropped that routine fly ball and you cursed him out, causing his dad to fight you in the parking lot, and you had to show him that Coach Montgomery don't back down to nobody, so you beat him over the head with a Louisville Slugger?
01:17:56.000It's something that a lot of people overlook, and it's a really easy way to do it as opposed to a neti pot because, you know, We're past that.
