00:00:00.000 What good means to me?
00:00:02.000 Every day, every day.
00:00:05.000 Every dog has its day, every sparrow has its song, and every radical anti-American protest
00:00:23.000 has its anti-Semitic ringleader.
00:00:25.000 We are Zionists!
00:00:26.000 Who have entered the camp!
00:00:27.000 And serve the camp!
00:00:27.000 Who have entered the camp!
00:00:29.000 Now what you're watching is by no stretch of the imagination a grassroots or organic social movement.
00:00:38.000 It's a fake revolution that's been organized from the top down, tied together by dark money, connecting not only shady activists, but multinational NGOs, state actors, and actual terrorists.
00:00:59.000 Students at Columbia Campus set up what they call the Gaza Solidarity Encampment.
00:01:04.000 The next morning, NYPD officers arrest 120 protesters and clear the encampment from the campus.
00:01:13.000 However, this intervention by the police does not mark the end of the protests, but the beginning.
00:01:20.000 of a radical, violent, anti-Israel, and more importantly, anti-American movement
00:01:26.000 that will sweep college campuses from New York City to Los Angeles.
00:01:30.000 All of this in the name of divestment from a bunch of kids who largely couldn't point
00:01:40.000 out the Jordan River or the Mediterranean Sea if their lives depended on it.
00:01:44.000 This all really begs the question.
00:01:47.000 Why do these students suddenly and exclusively care so much about this specific cause?
00:01:56.000 How the hell did these people organize themselves on hundreds of campuses all over the country?
00:02:03.000 This is a movement funded from the top down because it hates America.
00:02:09.000 That's what you're watching.
00:02:11.000 Good morning.
00:02:33.000 Normally we are here with YouMugClub only, but obviously there's some things that have happened that make that That schedule changed just a little bit.
00:02:43.000 I normally host the Friday shows when I have an opportunity to.
00:02:46.000 Steven's out on a planned vacation right now.
00:02:48.000 I know he's chomping at the bit probably to be able to get here and do something about this because I think a lot of you probably felt like I felt last night.
00:03:00.000 Um, when you heard the verdict read, when people started reporting on it.
00:03:05.000 Um, there are a few days in life where you remember very, very, very clearly where you were, what you were doing, who was with you, details about what was going on around you that you don't remember on most days.
00:03:21.000 Those days are burned into your mind.
00:03:23.000 They're vivid memories.
00:03:26.000 May 30th, 2024 will be remembered as one of those days.
00:03:32.000 I, like many of you, I think, I was angry.
00:03:35.000 I was incredibly frustrated with a process that I saw playing out in front of me.
00:03:42.000 I hated the gloating that I saw.
00:03:44.000 I forced myself to watch what the left was saying about this, so CNN, MSNBC, Twitter, X. I hated That every time I saw somebody talking and gloating about this conviction, they tried to hide it.
00:03:59.000 They tried to hide the fact that they were absolutely thrilled that democracy was dying.
00:04:07.000 Right in front of our eyes.
00:04:10.000 And that's not me overstating what happened yesterday.
00:04:14.000 Maybe you follow the trial, every single text thread that came out because they didn't allow cameras in the courtroom.
00:04:20.000 Maybe you didn't.
00:04:21.000 Maybe you were like a lot of people that said, oh, it's just one more thing they're trying to get him on.
00:04:25.000 They're trying to convict a man of a felony.
00:04:28.000 In this case, they got the verdict.
00:04:30.000 We'll see if it stands.
00:04:32.000 But not telling you that he actually broke any laws.
00:04:39.000 I don't know of another time that that has happened.
00:04:43.000 I can't think of another opportunity that they would have had to do this in history where they could take somebody to court and not have any crime.
00:04:54.000 And yet a conviction comes, not only that a unanimous conviction.
00:04:58.000 We're going to dive into some of the details of the case and what's going on.
00:05:00.000 But first I want you to know.
00:05:02.000 Donald Trump, so far, has raised, according to media reports, $34.8 million.
00:05:06.000 Trump supports $34.8 million.
00:05:10.000 As of this live show, 9.15 right now, central time, $34.8 million.
00:05:19.000 There's some really big donations that came in, understandably so, last night by some
00:05:24.000 people who maybe not necessarily huge Trump supporters beforehand, but they certainly
00:05:29.000 And guess what?
00:05:30.000 I'll be donating.
00:05:31.000 I hope you will too.
00:05:33.000 I hope this motivates people to get in the game.
00:05:37.000 We're not just talking about stuff.
00:05:40.000 We're actually doing something.
00:05:41.000 And like I said, normally this is a Mug Club only show on Fridays.
00:05:44.000 There's a handful of times that we've broken in and done a full show on Fridays.
00:05:48.000 But if you want to help us fight Join Mug Club.
00:05:54.000 It's the best way that you can do it.
00:05:55.000 Today is the last day of Military Appreciation Month.
00:05:58.000 The promo code MILITARY gets you $10 off your Mug Club membership.
00:06:02.000 10% of the proceeds will be donated to military charities.
00:06:05.000 You do not need to be in the military or have been in the military to use the promo code for this specific month, but today is the last day.
00:06:12.000 This is a perfect opportunity for you guys to join the fight with us.
00:06:16.000 Now, why do I say that?
00:06:18.000 Do I just want more Mug Club subscriptions?
00:06:21.000 Is it just about, you know, getting more dollars?
00:06:23.000 No.
00:06:24.000 We are pushing all of the money that we are getting right now into gearing up for this election so that we can bring you the truth.
00:06:35.000 Some of the people in this studio, who I'll get to in just one second, are working tirelessly to make sure you don't have to go through the mainstream media anymore.
00:06:43.000 To get information on what's going on in polling.
00:06:45.000 To get information on what's going on live on election night.
00:06:49.000 To get you the information that you need to know.
00:06:51.000 Talking with people on the streets of Detroit.
00:06:53.000 We'll talk about that probably next week or the week after.
00:06:56.000 We are putting people on the ground.
00:06:58.000 We are pushing money into the field to make sure that we can be the alternative.
00:07:05.000 I don't see anybody else doing it.
00:07:06.000 So we're going to do it.
00:07:08.000 We had the largest election stream in history in 2020, 2022, the largest one off of YouTube.
00:07:14.000 And this year we want to break every single possible record that there is and have people get their information here.
00:07:21.000 Because we will be giving you the information unfiltered from the media, not having to depend on them.
00:07:27.000 Other people want to join in?
00:07:28.000 That's fantastic.
00:07:29.000 Let's all do it together.
00:07:30.000 But that is why I'm asking you to join Mug Club.
00:07:33.000 That is how you can make a difference.
00:07:35.000 There are other ways.
00:07:35.000 Get involved with the campaign.
00:07:37.000 Donate to the campaign.
00:07:38.000 Those are great ways.
00:07:38.000 That's fantastic.
00:07:40.000 Another way I'll get to in just a second, but before I do the rundown, obviously we're going to talk about Donald Trump and the verdict.
00:07:45.000 I've told you how I felt about it.
00:07:48.000 How angry I was last night.
00:07:50.000 I needed a minute to get through it.
00:07:53.000 And then what we're gonna do is cover his press conference that he's gonna give today as well.
00:07:58.000 I think that's at 11 a.m.
00:08:00.000 Eastern time.
00:08:01.000 But we're covering that on Mug Club.
00:08:03.000 So if you wanna see us cover that, join Mug Club now's a great time to do it.
00:08:06.000 Do it now.
00:08:07.000 You can hit the Mug Club button right there on Rumble.
00:08:09.000 If you're on YouTube, I have no idea what in the world you're still doing there.
00:08:12.000 At some point during the show today, you most likely will see this.
00:08:18.000 Head on over to Rumble.
00:08:19.000 Make sure you watch us there.
00:08:22.000 And remember, this is a live show weekdays at 10 a.m.
00:08:25.000 So, before we introduce everybody in the studio here, my question to you.
00:08:25.000 Eastern Time.
00:08:30.000 How did you feel when you heard about the guilty verdict?
00:08:35.000 A lot of different answers.
00:08:36.000 A lot of people went to Axe last night and told us exactly how they felt.
00:08:40.000 I think there's a lot of good responses, and I think there's also some very Potentially difficult responses to deal with.
00:08:49.000 We'll get to that in just a second, but before we do, when you hear this music... You know that Layin' the Brain Gingersnap is sitting in my chair!
00:08:56.000 And you have your sleeves cut off.
00:08:59.000 We don't make sleeveless shirts.
00:09:00.000 Did you cut those off yourself?
00:09:01.000 They were cut off by the wardrobe department.
00:09:04.000 Really?
00:09:04.000 Very nice.
00:09:05.000 Did you request it, Ricky Vaughn?
00:09:06.000 I said, make me look like Mac from Always Sunny.
00:09:09.000 But before he came out.
00:09:11.000 Are we having a gun show, Lane?
00:09:13.000 There's been this illusion of high politics in Washington and all that stuff.
00:09:17.000 There you go.
00:09:18.000 But that's gone.
00:09:18.000 There's the mic.
00:09:19.000 We're done with that.
00:09:21.000 Sleeves, they're also an illusion.
00:09:23.000 They are.
00:09:23.000 Did you do pull-ups before you came in?
00:09:25.000 Let's be honest.
00:09:26.000 I did.
00:09:26.000 You did do pull-ups.
00:09:29.000 He did have to get his pump on.
00:09:30.000 I get it.
00:09:31.000 I understand that.
00:09:32.000 It's just logical.
00:09:33.000 Hear this music.
00:09:36.000 You know him, you love him.
00:09:37.000 Josh Feierstein, you're going to be at Summit Comedy Club in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Friday and Saturday, June 21st and 22nd.
00:09:44.000 Go to jfeierstein.com.
00:09:48.000 Are you Katelyn Clark now?
00:09:49.000 Like, what's going on?
00:09:50.000 Oh, I'm better than Katelyn Clark.
00:09:51.000 How are you better than Katelyn Clark?
00:09:52.000 Well, because I'll be there and she won't.
00:09:54.000 Your new favorite team, Indiana, your new favorite sports team, the Fever, they're out of town that weekend.
00:09:59.000 Come see me instead.
00:10:00.000 Come see you instead.
00:10:02.000 Notre Dame is still the most popular sports team in Indiana.
00:10:06.000 I didn't even know I was in that state.
00:10:07.000 I just need you to... Can't do better than that, Josh.
00:10:13.000 That was great.
00:10:14.000 I don't know why I have this bottle of water up here.
00:10:16.000 Let me throw it down here.
00:10:18.000 All right, so really quickly, before we get into some of the details here, the question that I asked, I just want to ask you guys.
00:10:26.000 How did you feel, Josh, I'll start with you.
00:10:27.000 How did you feel last night when you found out?
00:10:29.000 And do you remember when you found out last night?
00:10:32.000 Uh, yeah, yeah.
00:10:33.000 I was just in my living room.
00:10:36.000 I was playing MLB The Show 24.
00:10:37.000 Eating mashed potatoes, because I know you love mashed potatoes.
00:10:40.000 Well, I wish, but I was losing, and that's the most thing, that's most what I remember, but... That's the moment seared into your mind?
00:10:47.000 Yeah, I just, I didn't... Trump guilty, oh no!
00:10:51.000 8-2 in the bottom of the ninth!
00:10:53.000 Got struck out by sale again.
00:10:55.000 But no, I didn't, I wasn't expecting it, so just a little... Was surprised.
00:11:00.000 Shocked, yeah.
00:11:01.000 Yeah, definitely.
00:11:02.000 Especially the unanimous counts and all that.
00:11:04.000 Yeah.
00:11:05.000 What about you, Toolman?
00:11:07.000 I was in the gym, where you weren't.
00:11:10.000 Dude!
00:11:12.000 I don't work out on Thursdays.
00:11:12.000 Today's my day.
00:11:14.000 Geez.
00:11:14.000 My day, too.
00:11:16.000 No, and a Twitter user just started, what's his name?
00:11:19.000 Sanders, I guess.
00:11:21.000 Oh, yeah.
00:11:22.000 He's like, oh, can you believe that?
00:11:23.000 I'm like, oh, let me guess.
00:11:24.000 He was found guilty.
00:11:25.000 And all I thought, it's Alex Jones.
00:11:27.000 That was the test case, was Alex's trial, and here we are.
00:11:33.000 I mean, if you thought anything else would happen, like, you're kind of daft.
00:11:36.000 Like, that's... This was going to happen.
00:11:39.000 That's an interesting choice of words.
00:11:42.000 I don't know.
00:11:42.000 I was English for two seconds.
00:11:44.000 Lane the Brain, what did you think?
00:11:46.000 I was just done getting this sick fade.
00:11:52.000 I just downloaded the WFAA app because we're getting all these storms and so I got a push notification, pulled it out from underneath the little rope thing, and I was like, huh, okay.
00:12:01.000 I expected it to happen, I completely expected it, but I kind of also It was still surreal to see it.
00:12:06.000 It's like, oh, okay, I guess we're here.
00:12:09.000 I guess this is where we are now.
00:12:11.000 I guess I was a little daft, according to Toolman, because I still held out hope that juror number two, because theoretically they got their news from X and from Truth Social, that they would hold the line.
00:12:23.000 Well, I read if all the jurors didn't unanimously find him not guilty, he was guilty.
00:12:29.000 No, we'll get into that a little bit.
00:12:30.000 I don't think that's true.
00:12:31.000 But either way, I was a little surprised.
00:12:33.000 I didn't think there was enough there.
00:12:34.000 I thought people would see through it.
00:12:35.000 But let's jump into it.
00:12:37.000 Obviously, late yesterday afternoon on Thursday, President Trump was found Guilty of 34 charges of falsifying business records.
00:12:48.000 The former president of the United States, now a convicted felon, having been found guilty of 34 felony charges by a jury of his peers in Manhattan, New York.
00:12:59.000 The mood changed entirely inside the courtroom.
00:13:02.000 Trump had been laughing with his lawyer, Todd Blanche.
00:13:05.000 They'd been talking a lot.
00:13:06.000 He was smiling.
00:13:07.000 It appeared they thought that this day was ending without a verdict.
00:13:10.000 And then after the judge had read the headnote, everything changed.
00:13:13.000 A unanimous verdict on all 34 felonies.
00:13:18.000 That is how Donald Trump became the first American president ever convicted.
00:13:22.000 In the entire history of this country and of the American presidency, not one president
00:13:26.000 or former president has ever been tried or convicted of anything, let alone multiple
00:13:31.000 felonies.
00:13:32.000 And in this rare instance, as somebody who's quite critical many times of the criminal
00:13:36.000 justice system, the system actually won't.
00:13:39.000 I wanted to be able to see this moment with my own eyes.
00:13:42.000 In about three weeks from today, I will have been covering Donald Trump for nine years.
00:13:48.000 There will not have been a day in the past nine years, I think, where I have not mentioned his name.
00:13:53.000 The smile, the media was gloating.
00:13:55.000 That's the brag that she makes of us.
00:13:57.000 Oh man, dude, I know.
00:13:59.000 I was covering Donald Trump for the last night.
00:14:01.000 I've talked about him every day.
00:14:02.000 I don't have a problem.
00:14:06.000 She wants to date him.
00:14:07.000 I think she wants a lot of things from Donald Trump.
00:14:09.000 Why are you so obsessed with me?
00:14:11.000 I won't pay that lady some hush money.
00:14:13.000 I'll spank you with a magazine, Mr. President.
00:14:16.000 That was one of the claims in the thing from Stormy Daniels.
00:14:20.000 I watched some people, and look, I didn't really plan on talking about this, but I watched people last night on CNN and I talked to my wife and I said, hey, she's like, hey, let's watch the news.
00:14:30.000 I just found out about this and I was like, like, oh, okay, cool. We're doing dinner. We typically try
00:14:33.000 not to watch TV during dinner. This is kind of a momentous occasion and our kids
00:14:36.000 are like, hey, what's going on? And we're like, oh, this is a very, very
00:14:38.000 important event. We'll tell you later on in life and you'll remember. But right
00:14:42.000 now you won't understand what's going on. And so she goes to turn on Fox
00:14:46.000 because she gets angry when she watches CNN for good reason. We have to do
00:14:50.000 it. So like We've kind of had our training in it, and so we're kind of immune to some of the anger that comes.
00:14:55.000 I'm like, I need to know what they're saying.
00:14:57.000 And one of the things that they were saying is, like, Stormy Daniels was so brave.
00:15:01.000 Is this vindication for Stormy Daniels?
00:15:03.000 I'm like, what?
00:15:05.000 No, I think she still owes him hundreds of thousands of dollars.
00:15:06.000 Yeah, she still owes him a lot of money, but she also had nothing to do with this case at all.
00:15:11.000 Nobody got up there and said, you were right, Stormy.
00:15:15.000 Which time?
00:15:15.000 The time that you lied and wrote a note saying that it never happened?
00:15:18.000 Or the time you got on the stand and lied saying it did happen?
00:15:20.000 I don't think you've spoken truth.
00:15:21.000 And this wasn't about her at all, but they went like the touchy-feely route with Stormy Daniels.
00:15:26.000 I think the husband was being interviewed.
00:15:28.000 Stormy Daniels' husband, which I was surprised that there was such a thing, given who Stormy Daniels is.
00:15:34.000 But nonetheless, I was surprised that they were saying, oh, this is her redemption.
00:15:39.000 She's been vindicated.
00:15:40.000 What?
00:15:41.000 She wasn't bringing any charges against Trump.
00:15:42.000 Nobody was even talking about her.
00:15:44.000 It didn't have anything to do with this case other than there was this thing with money potentially being written incorrectly into the expenses.
00:15:51.000 An accounting issue!
00:15:53.000 But, as we can always depend on, Donald Trump came out and responded immediately after the guilty verdict.
00:16:00.000 The sentencing process.
00:16:01.000 Tell us more about that.
00:16:03.000 Yes, so what will happen is that Donald Trump will have to report to probation and probation will prepare what's called a pre-sentencing report.
00:16:10.000 I don't know if this is Trump to respond.
00:16:11.000 This is a different clip.
00:16:13.000 That is absolutely not Donald Trump!
00:16:15.000 This is.
00:16:17.000 This was a rigged, disgraceful trial.
00:16:21.000 The real verdict is going to be November 5th by the people.
00:16:26.000 And they know what happened here and everybody knows what happened here.
00:16:30.000 You have a show respect, D.A.
00:16:33.000 And the whole thing.
00:16:33.000 True.
00:16:34.000 We didn't do a thing wrong.
00:16:36.000 I'm a very innocent man.
00:16:40.000 He's right.
00:16:40.000 Look at the guy's face.
00:16:41.000 He's got a page, remember?
00:16:41.000 I'm behind him.
00:16:42.000 our constitution. Our whole country is being rigged right now. This was done by the Biden
00:16:48.000 administration in order to wound or hurt an opponent, a political opponent.
00:16:54.000 And I think it's just a disgrace. And we'll keep fighting.
00:16:59.000 We'll fight till the end and we'll win because our country's gone to hell. Absolutely.
00:17:04.000 Do you think he told him, like, hey, now when we go out there, I want you to stand behind me and look mad?
00:17:08.000 That was a good hype.
00:17:09.000 Make sure you hold that face.
00:17:11.000 I liked it.
00:17:11.000 I do, too.
00:17:12.000 I thought it was good.
00:17:12.000 I think he was genuinely pissed off, as all of you should be.
00:17:16.000 And so here's one of the other ways that I understand.
00:17:20.000 March, right?

00:18:07.000 I know Christ is king is the thing that's been going around.
00:18:09.000 I know some people got in trouble for that.
00:18:12.000 But the Trump King shirt, that's one of the things that you can do.
00:18:15.000 Now, I'm not saying that just so we can, like, sell you shirts.
00:18:18.000 Of course I want to sell a shirt.
00:18:19.000 Again, all of the money that we're getting gets pushed into the field for us to do more during this election season.
00:18:24.000 We're not sitting here just padding bank accounts, right?
00:18:26.000 Promo code Trump for 20% off at CrowderShop.com.
00:18:32.000 Go there right now, grab one of these shirts, and wear it out all the time.
00:18:39.000 That's the part I'm getting to.
00:18:41.000 Start conversations with your shirt.
00:18:43.000 Make people ask you questions.
00:18:46.000 Make people make comments.
00:18:48.000 It is time to not hide the fact that you are a supporter of President Donald Trump.
00:18:54.000 But it's more than just supporting Trump, because he's the figure of this larger movement that is against this regime that wants to destroy the American way of life.
00:19:03.000 They want to destroy our systems and norms, and if I have to hear them say, we're protecting democracy, democracy's on the ballot, shut the hell up.
00:19:11.000 You've proven that you have no regard for the institution of the American Republic.
00:19:15.000 Absolutely.
00:19:16.000 That's a great point.
00:19:17.000 You're not just saying I support Trump because a lot of you out there rightfully so have some issues morally with Trump and on certain things that he does and says that piss you off that you don't like.
00:19:26.000 I get it.
00:19:26.000 I have the same hang up sometimes.
00:19:28.000 But he's done more for this country than any president that I can think of in my lifetime short of maybe a Ronald Reagan type person.
00:19:34.000 Right?
00:19:34.000 And that was when I was too young to even know what the heck was going on.
00:19:38.000 He is just the figure of us.
00:19:41.000 Right?
00:19:41.000 He is just the person, and he said this before, they're trying to get to you, but they're coming after me because I'm in the way of getting to you.
00:19:48.000 Something along those lines.
00:19:49.000 I'm butchering the hell out of that.
00:19:51.000 But go out there and wear a shirt like this to start conversations.
00:19:55.000 Oh, you're going to make friends.
00:19:56.000 Every time.
00:19:56.000 I know.
00:19:57.000 It happens again.
00:19:58.000 You know what?
00:19:59.000 I do that with my Jesus is Risen shirt for the same reason.
00:20:03.000 People have comments.
00:20:03.000 Right.
00:20:04.000 A lot of people, you know what it could be?
00:20:06.000 Somebody going, Yeah, I'm a Trump supporter.
00:20:09.000 I just never wanted to mention it at this tech company because there's not a lot of us here, I don't think.
00:20:12.000 Guess what?
00:20:13.000 There are more of them there than you think.
00:20:15.000 Guess what?
00:20:16.000 In medicine, nurses, doctors, there are more of them there than you think.
00:20:19.000 That is the thing that we need to do.
00:20:21.000 These people on the left have no problem coming out and saying, I don't care about the rule of law.
00:20:25.000 It is time for us to come out and say, we are supporting Donald Trump because we do care about the rule of law.
00:20:31.000 Promo code Trump for 20% off.
00:20:33.000 Go there right now.
00:20:34.000 Get your Fight Like Hell shirt for Trump.
00:20:36.000 Crowdershop.com.
00:20:37.000 Or Trump 2024.
00:20:38.000 I think that's probably my favorite one right now because he is going to be, you know, the next President of the United States.
00:20:38.000 Changed my mind.
00:20:44.000 He's a felon right now as the next President of the United States.
00:20:46.000 So hey, he's just breaking all kinds of barriers.
00:20:49.000 I like it.
00:20:50.000 All right.
00:20:50.000 So here, let's get through some fast facts really quickly.
00:20:52.000 And we do have Donald Trump coming up at 10 a.m.
00:20:55.000 He probably, I'm sorry, 10 a.m.
00:20:55.000 Eastern Time.
00:20:56.000 Central.
00:20:57.000 He won't be quite on time, but he'll be within a couple of minutes of that.
00:21:01.000 So we are making sure that we are catching up with him.
00:21:03.000 And then we're going to talk about what's going on on CNN live as they do it as well.
00:21:07.000 So fastback number one, Trump was found guilty of falsifying, falsifying business records.
00:21:14.000 Guys, they counted a check as falsifying business records.
00:21:17.000 It's so stupid!
00:21:18.000 That Michael Cohen stole from.
00:21:20.000 I know that he did.
00:21:21.000 He admitted that on the stand as well.
00:21:23.000 Has he been charged with anything?
00:21:25.000 No, he just got a stand in primetime slot instead.
00:21:28.000 Okay, and a book deal I hear is coming up.
00:21:28.000 He did.
00:21:30.000 Maybe he should use the funds from the book deal to repay the money that he stole, plus interest, plus fines.
00:21:34.000 I'll hold my breath.
00:21:35.000 Don't think so.
00:21:36.000 The crime by itself.
00:21:38.000 This is something that a lot of people missed, including myself early on in this deal.
00:21:42.000 The crime of falsifying business records is a misdemeanor that has a two-year statute of limitations.
00:21:49.000 For those of you not familiar with that, it means you can't be charged with a crime after two years of committing the crime of falsifying business records.
00:21:56.000 When did he commit this crime?
00:21:58.000 2016?
00:21:58.000 And what year is it?
00:21:59.000 I don't know, but it's eight years after that.
00:22:02.000 Oh, I'm not good at math.
00:22:03.000 24-ish.
00:22:04.000 So theoretically, you know, no, couldn't bring this.
00:22:07.000 Here's what happened.
00:22:08.000 DA Alvin Bragg elevated this to a class E felony by saying that Trump falsified the records to cover up another crime.
00:22:21.000 That is the issue.
00:22:23.000 Now, we'll get to what the other crime was in just a minute.
00:22:27.000 It's a classy felony.
00:22:30.000 It's a classy felony.
00:22:33.000 I wish I could do a Trump voice right now.
00:22:34.000 It's not just a felony, I was wearing tux.
00:22:36.000 The classiest of felonies.
00:22:37.000 She was an escort.
00:22:40.000 A classy.
00:22:41.000 Yeah, not a very classy gown.
00:22:43.000 So Bragg had to elevate it to a felony because the clock ran out on those misdemeanor charges, like we said, two-year statute of limitations.
00:22:50.000 The five-year statute of limitation for felonies didn't expire because it was paused during COVID.
00:23:00.000 And while Trump was out of the state of New York, convenient, Does that sound like justice to you?
00:23:06.000 OK, let's assume that Donald Trump falsified business records.
00:23:11.000 That's the underlying misdemeanor.
00:23:11.000 OK, fine.
00:23:13.000 Those charges should never have been brought because the statute of limitations.
00:23:16.000 But then let's say that Donald Trump actually had some charges brought against him that said, no, no, no, no, no.
00:23:22.000 You're covering up these other charges that were brought against you in this crime that you committed over here.
00:23:26.000 So therefore, it extends.
00:23:28.000 That would at least make some sense, but they're saying, no, no, no, no, because COVID, we have to pause everything.
00:23:31.000 And then by the way, if Trump took a vacation, we have to pause that because he was out of the state of New York.
00:23:34.000 a couple years after that. That would at least make some sense, but they're saying no no no no
00:23:38.000 because COVID we have to pause everything. And then by the way if Trump took a vacation we have
00:23:42.000 to pause that because he was out of the state of New York.
00:23:45.000 How does that matter?
00:23:46.000 That's like a kid changing the rules while playing tag.
00:23:49.000 This is base now!
00:23:50.000 It's almost like creating a new law so someone can sue Donald Trump for... It sounds a lot like E. Jean Carroll to me.
00:23:58.000 Where they changed that statute of limitations so that they could charge Donald Trump.
00:24:01.000 It's just a special case, don't worry everybody else, they're not going to do it to you.
00:24:05.000 The Southern District of New York federal prosecutors, federal prosecutors, never charge Trump for campaign related crimes.
00:24:15.000 Bragg himself never charged Trump with any New York state election law violations, which is what they were basically leaning on, saying that he influenced an election.
00:24:27.000 Illegally, the federal guys said no.
00:24:30.000 They're saying no, he did it in the state.
00:24:32.000 That crime, that charge, was never brought.
00:24:37.000 The jurors never even told what that was. Never even given any indication that a crime
00:24:45.000 had been committed other than the prosecution saying it had been committed. Is there any
00:24:51.000 other example in our country, in our history, of somebody being able to do that?
00:24:59.000 It rested all on that potential crime.
00:25:05.000 And the only thing they had to do is say that it had been committed without giving details of what the crime was, without bringing the charges themselves.
00:25:14.000 That is the only way they were able to do to Donald Trump what you guys just saw them do.
00:25:21.000 Does that sound like justice?
00:25:23.000 Does that sound like caring for the rule of law?
00:25:26.000 That nobody is above the law?
00:25:28.000 Or does that sound like we will do anything we have to do to nail Donald Trump because we don't like him and he's kicking our butts in the polls?
00:25:36.000 By the way, Bragg ran on getting Donald Trump.
00:25:41.000 That was his platform.
00:25:43.000 Go look it up.
00:25:44.000 We covered it on this show.
00:25:45.000 His video's talking about it.
00:25:46.000 So what's next?
00:25:49.000 Hey man, Letitia James, both.
00:25:50.000 Yep.
00:25:51.000 Remember when she was like, show me the man, I'll find the crime?
00:25:54.000 It's unbelievable.
00:25:55.000 She actually said that?
00:25:56.000 What a bitch.
00:25:59.000 You have a way of saying things, Josh.
00:26:01.000 Sorry.
00:26:02.000 You know, it's nice.
00:26:03.000 Well, I feel like you're saying, you're expressing emotions for me in a different way, and I appreciate that because you're giving voice to my inner frustration.
00:26:11.000 He cusses so you don't have to.
00:26:13.000 It's pretty much, yes.
00:26:14.000 You're welcome, Gerald.
00:26:15.000 Thank you.
00:26:16.000 Just do it like, Was it like this?
00:26:17.000 How about some more?
00:26:18.000 Was it like this when he stood there?
00:26:20.000 The Key and Peele sketch for Obama's voice?
00:26:21.000 Oh yeah, the anger translator.
00:26:24.000 You should be my anger translator today because I am frustrated.
00:26:27.000 So look, by the way, the word election doesn't even appear anywhere in Bragg's indictment of Donald Trump.
00:26:33.000 Look, there are a lot of arguments that we can get into over unfair treatment for Donald Trump in the media with Russiagate, with the peeing on prostitutes, with the fine people on both sides.
00:26:44.000 We can get into all those.
00:26:45.000 And there's evidence for all of those things that we can go, no, no, no, no, no.
00:26:47.000 He said this and they're going, no, no, no, no.
00:26:49.000 But he still said.
00:26:51.000 Is there anybody out there right now who can honestly hold the opinion that this is the normal course of business for a prosecutor in New York?
00:27:00.000 Well, it's not the normal course for Alvin Bragg, just like we were talking before.
00:27:04.000 He does everything he can to plead down felonies.
00:27:07.000 Tell me more.
00:27:07.000 How so, Lane?
00:27:09.000 In 2023, he didn't plead them down, but he basically diminished 60% of all felonies to lesser crimes.
00:27:18.000 So he didn't want people to go out of prison.
00:27:21.000 He didn't want to do the felony thing.
00:27:22.000 Exactly.
00:27:22.000 He wanted to do misdemeanors.
00:27:23.000 Yes.
00:27:24.000 Huh.
00:27:25.000 And these are people with business filing related crimes?
00:27:28.000 No, these are people that are robbing bodegas and holding up shop owners.
00:27:31.000 And beating people up?
00:27:32.000 Oh, that's not that bad.
00:27:33.000 And punching old Thai women in the head.
00:27:35.000 That's not that bad.
00:27:36.000 No.
00:27:37.000 Well.
00:27:38.000 But that's fine.
00:27:38.000 New York has a brand.
00:27:41.000 You gotta keep that brand up, right?
00:27:43.000 And look, just to be clear, no prosecutor anywhere.
00:27:46.000 Anywhere.
00:27:47.000 Anywhere.
00:27:49.000 It's underlined in the story.
00:27:51.000 In fact, no state prosecutor in New York or Wyoming or anywhere.
00:27:57.000 I think that was a Liz Cheney kind of dig, you know?
00:28:02.000 She's from Wyoming, right?
00:28:04.000 Has ever charged federal election laws as a direct or predicate state crime against anybody.
00:28:10.000 They've never done it.
00:28:11.000 Donald Trump is, again, a trendsetter.
00:28:14.000 And so the word predicate, like this is the crime that he was basically covering up.
00:28:18.000 What is that crime?
00:28:20.000 Nobody actually knows.
00:28:23.000 You're saying it's confusing and that maybe there's something I need to understand to go to law school?
00:28:28.000 No, no, no, no.
00:28:30.000 Nobody knows because Bragg never said it.
00:28:32.000 Never said, here's exactly what happened.
00:28:35.000 Here are the charges.
00:28:36.000 Here's the crime.
00:28:38.000 You can just say, committed a crime.
00:28:42.000 Now we get the statute of limitations we need so that we can go ahead and move forward with this case.
00:28:47.000 The defense did not even know what the prosecution was alleging until closing arguments were finished.
00:28:53.000 I've seen my cousin Vinny and that's not fair!
00:28:56.000 You have to disclose.
00:28:57.000 And I don't even get to be with Marissa Tomei in this one.
00:28:59.000 You don't.
00:29:01.000 Bullshit.
00:29:01.000 Bullshit!
00:29:01.000 It is absolutely...
00:29:08.000 Bullshit!
00:29:09.000 Thank you.
00:29:09.000 Let's go.
00:29:10.000 So Judge Merchant's instruction to the jury, by the way, gave the jury a way around all of this by allowing them to just assume Trump committed some underlying crime.
00:29:19.000 I'm not kidding.
00:29:20.000 Let me just read this to you guys.
00:29:22.000 Although you must conclude unanimously that the defendant conspired to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means, you need not be unanimous as to what those unlawful means were.
00:29:35.000 So, you don't even need to know what the crime was.
00:29:39.000 Now there are three possible crimes that they could have said he violated, though they did not do that.
00:29:44.000 Violations of federal campaign finance law would be one.
00:29:48.000 That one would make the most sense.
00:29:50.000 But it's wrong.
00:29:52.000 Right?
00:29:53.000 Federal campaign finance laws.
00:29:55.000 Falsifying other business records such as paperwork used to establish the bank account used to pay Stormy Daniels, bank records, and tax forms.
00:30:01.000 I don't think they falsified any business records there.
00:30:05.000 Pretty sure.
00:30:06.000 Violation of city, state, and federal tax laws, including by providing false or fraudulent information on tax returns, even if it does not result in underpayment of taxes.
00:30:18.000 I just, at this point, guys, are you seeing what's going on here?
00:30:22.000 So this is what Tim was talking about.
00:30:23.000 They didn't have to be, they could, they, there's three crimes, maybe four agree that it was this crime, maybe four think it was this crime, maybe three think it was this crime.
00:30:31.000 It doesn't, there needs to be no unanimity between the jurors, just something probably happened.
00:30:36.000 Yes.
00:30:36.000 So now we can convict on this felony that's going to put the front runner for President of the United States potentially behind bars.
00:30:43.000 That, that is something that floored me about this.
00:30:45.000 Like it just, it, it gets to the point at some, like when is enough enough?
00:30:49.000 Like when is too far?
00:30:50.000 Reached?
00:30:52.000 I don't understand.
00:30:53.000 I'm a very logical, I will think through things.
00:30:58.000 I don't react emotionally typically to stuff.
00:31:00.000 I don't get angry.
00:31:01.000 I'm very even keel.
00:31:02.000 I will work myself up into being angry about an issue after I've had some time to process it.
00:31:07.000 I try not to respond rashly to things.
00:31:10.000 But when's enough enough?
00:31:12.000 When is enough?
00:31:13.000 Because they're not saying That all of these things are true.
00:31:17.000 They're saying this is how the law should work.
00:31:21.000 The left is saying this is the proper course to take.
00:31:25.000 This was a beautiful prosecution.
00:31:29.000 This was wonderful.
00:31:32.000 Magnificent work by the prosecution team.
00:31:34.000 These dedicated public servants and average, everyday New Yorkers.
00:31:38.000 What was it, like 90% of which in that district voted for Joe Biden?
00:31:42.000 Average, everyday New Yorkers.
00:31:44.000 A jury of his peers.
00:31:46.000 This is how things are supposed to work?
00:31:49.000 If that's the case, time to tear it down.
00:31:52.000 I'm not calling for civil war.
00:31:53.000 What I'm saying is we have to change this.
00:31:56.000 If that is how they think the system will work and serve all of us, then it is time to change the system.
00:32:04.000 That cannot be the way things operate.
00:32:07.000 They are trying to do it.
00:32:09.000 They look at the Supreme Court, which is probably where this thing is headed as quickly as humanly possible, and they say, I don't like the process that we've gone through.
00:32:18.000 I want to add more justices so that I can get my ruling.
00:32:21.000 Time to tear the system down.
00:32:23.000 You cannot allow people to do that.
00:32:25.000 And I'm not talking about the system that you and I love.
00:32:28.000 I'm not talking about the Democratic Republic that we have fought and died for over the years to make sure that we have the freedom to speak, to make sure that we have the freedom to protect ourselves, to make sure that we have the freedom to not be arrested and thrown in jail on trumped-up charges.
00:32:44.000 It's time to tear whatever they've built on top of that Down so that we can get back to that system.
00:32:51.000 Just so you know, this wasn't an accident.
00:32:53.000 The judge actually prevented Trump and his team from bringing expert witnesses to rebut any and all of the predicate crimes to the jury.
00:33:04.000 They would have probably argued against all of them because they didn't know which one they were being asked to argue against because nobody ever said it.
00:33:12.000 The jurors don't know.
00:33:13.000 The judge doesn't know.
00:33:14.000 The DA doesn't know.
00:33:15.000 The other prosecutors don't know.
00:33:17.000 Certainly the Trump camp doesn't know.
00:33:20.000 But that's the only reason they were able to bring the case in the first place.
00:33:24.000 Time to tear the system down.
00:33:25.000 I'm sorry.
00:33:27.000 Tear the system down that they have built on top of the one that we love.
00:33:31.000 Let's just remove the people.
00:33:33.000 Get the people who think the system should be operating a different way out.
00:33:39.000 I don't know at what point you have to say, okay, we're not going to see eye to eye.
00:33:45.000 Agree to disagree.
00:33:46.000 Bye.
00:33:47.000 Is that a normal thing for a judge to be able to prevent?
00:33:51.000 I mean, if you're Alex Jones, it's a normal thing.
00:33:54.000 The judge doesn't allow you to defend yourself there.
00:33:57.000 I mean, apparently if you're a conservative, it's a normal thing for the judge to say, no, no, no, no, no, no.
00:34:02.000 You can't defend yourself.
00:34:03.000 We can't let you do that.
00:34:04.000 Because then you might make a good case to the jury and they won't convict you.
00:34:08.000 This is America.
00:34:09.000 Guilty until proven innocent.
00:34:10.000 That's the status quo now.
00:34:13.000 Think about anybody else having to go through this.
00:34:15.000 Think about you having to go through this.
00:34:18.000 You're not Donald Trump.
00:34:19.000 Nobody's covering you 24-7.
00:34:21.000 You don't have people donating to you.
00:34:23.000 You just go to jail.
00:34:25.000 You just pay a fine, whatever the result is from this trial.
00:34:29.000 That's what I'm talking about.
00:34:31.000 That is what is wrong.
00:34:32.000 You can just start having this run down the line and say, it's for the good of the country.
00:34:37.000 We're fighting for democracy.
00:34:39.000 We're protecting our nation.
00:34:41.000 Look at this on CNN right now.
00:34:43.000 We just missed the polling information they had up there.
00:34:47.000 I don't know if they'll make a move to Joe Biden or they'll stay at home.
00:34:51.000 But people keep harping on these polls and I just giggle when they do because we're in May.
00:34:56.000 One.
00:34:57.000 Two, Joe Biden's doing extremely well amongst college-educated whites and seniors.
00:35:02.000 And three, people point out the fact that Joe Biden is underperforming with non-white voters and I don't think there's any secret that those numbers are only going to rise.
00:35:14.000 Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, hold on.
00:35:16.000 Hold on, Bakari sellers.
00:35:19.000 I'm not buying what you're selling, sir.
00:35:20.000 I know that was cheesy and corny, but look, I'm not the comedy guy he is, and he didn't say it.
00:35:24.000 I am going to tell you something right now.
00:35:28.000 That's wrong.
00:35:29.000 You think his numbers are going to go up as we get closer?
00:35:33.000 Historically, they've tightened.
00:35:35.000 You idiot.
00:35:37.000 And he's doing well with white college-educated people and seniors?
00:35:41.000 How do you define well?
00:35:43.000 I'll get to some polling numbers in just a minute.
00:35:45.000 If a Democrat is touting that they're doing well with any sort of white demographic, especially seniors, they're boned.
00:35:55.000 Lane likes to put a fine point on things.
00:35:59.000 So we'll go back to this in just a second.
00:36:00.000 So what they were showing was the effect of the conviction on people's votes.
00:36:05.000 I think the polling was taken beforehand saying, if he is convicted of a felony, would it make you more likely, less likely, or would it make no difference?
00:36:13.000 The vast majority of people said no difference, and more likely and less likely were very close to the same.
00:36:19.000 24% more likely, 8% less likely.
00:36:20.000 Oh, that's a different poll than I saw then.
00:36:24.000 24% more likely.
00:36:25.000 Now, I think the outcome of this is yet to be determined because the sentencing is coming up on July 11th, and we'll get to that in just a second.
00:36:31.000 But again, join us in Mug Club to fight like hell.
00:36:34.000 We'll be covering Donald Trump's speech here in about 15 minutes.
00:36:37.000 I'll have to run through some of this stuff.
00:36:40.000 $89 annually, $9 a month.
00:36:42.000 If you'd like to go Mugless and try it out on a monthly basis, you can do that.
00:36:45.000 Today is the last day for Military Appreciation Month.
00:36:47.000 Promo code MILITARY.
00:36:49.000 For $10 off of your Mug Club membership and 10% of the proceeds are being donated to military charities.
00:36:54.000 I'm going to have to move relatively quickly to get to this.
00:36:56.000 We've had a lot of opinions, a lot of frustrations that we had to get out on the show.
00:37:00.000 We can hit some more of this on Mug Club.
00:37:01.000 Yeah, and we can definitely do that, so I'll give it its just due.
00:37:06.000 So, fast fact number two.
00:37:07.000 What happens now?
00:37:09.000 Sentencing, July 11th.
00:37:10.000 That's four days before the GOP convention.
00:37:14.000 Coincidence, again.
00:37:15.000 Wow.
00:37:16.000 I don't know.
00:37:17.000 That just seems weird to me.
00:37:18.000 He faces... This is actually... I want to confirm this.
00:37:24.000 So, Mission Control, do me a favor.
00:37:27.000 I've seen that he could spend up to 20 years in jail.
00:37:31.000 So what we have is, and what a lot of people have been talking about, but CNN has had this up this morning, up to 20 years potentially in prison, that he faces up to four years in prison.
00:37:39.000 And there are a number of other penalties.
00:37:42.000 But before we go to this clip, I just want you to understand, most people aren't talking about this because they want to show jail.
00:37:47.000 They want to say Trump could end up in jail, jail, jail, jail, jail, right?
00:37:50.000 I have an opinion about that, and we all do.
00:37:52.000 We'll talk about that in a second.
00:37:53.000 But here are all of the different possible scenarios for the penalties related to this conviction.
00:37:59.000 The sentencing process.
00:38:00.000 Tell us more about that.
00:38:01.000 Yes, so what will happen is that Donald Trump will have to report to probation, and probation will prepare what's called a pre-sentencing report, where they take certain information, and this is something they do in every case before sentencing, certain information about him, including whether or not he expresses remorse.
00:38:18.000 Wrong.
00:38:19.000 Because that is something that is normally taken into consideration for sentencing.
00:38:22.000 Didn't do it!
00:38:22.000 Just come back to that.
00:38:23.000 When Judge Mershawn actually sentences any defendant, he takes... Judge is an idiot!
00:38:28.000 factors into consideration.
00:38:28.000 Shut up, silly woman!
00:38:30.000 If you removed the name Donald Trump from his consideration, and it was somebody who came before him for sentence that
00:38:38.000 also had three open other felony indictments in three other jurisdictions in both state and federal
00:38:44.000 court, he's somebody who has been convicted of 34 felony counts,
00:38:50.000 was held in contempt 10 times for disobeying Judge Mershawn's orders.
00:38:55.000 He would absolutely fall within that 10 to 30 percent who would be sentenced to prison.
00:39:01.000 But because his name is Donald Trump, who knows what will happen?
00:39:04.000 Those are the exact factors that any judge in New York State would take into consideration.
00:39:10.000 And those are the people who are convicted of e-felons, felonies, that would go to prison.
00:39:14.000 Now he could, he could, there's a wide range of options.
00:39:17.000 He could get up to four years.
00:39:19.000 He could also do weekends in jail.
00:39:22.000 What?
00:39:22.000 That's a normal thing.
00:39:23.000 Someone should.
00:39:23.000 wanted to do that where you literally report to jail for weekends. He could do probation.
00:39:28.000 That's a normal thing.
00:39:29.000 Community service where he has to pick up trash on the subway. So could someone should do home
00:39:34.000 arrest. He could do home arrest. Every option is on the table with a class E felony like this.
00:39:39.000 Trump's like, please home arrest.
00:39:41.000 Love Trump Tower!
00:39:43.000 I love the idea of Donald Trump doing public, what does he say, public service?
00:39:47.000 Public service, yeah.
00:39:47.000 Is that what it's called?
00:39:48.000 I love that.
00:39:48.000 Yeah.
00:39:49.000 Community service?
00:39:49.000 Community service, yeah.
00:39:50.000 I love the idea of, like, just the media coverage of him next to a bunch of murderers on the side of the highway and he's like, I'm cleaning up America!
00:39:59.000 It's just a big campaign ad for him, like, awesome!
00:40:02.000 Put him in an orange jumpsuit and put him on the side of a highway, please!
00:40:05.000 This highway was adopted by inmate number 42736, Donald J. Trump.
00:40:11.000 If he sponsors the section of highway that he's cleaning up, he's like, I got all the money in the world for it, folks.
00:40:16.000 I'm making America great again, one can at a time.
00:40:19.000 Community services teaching inner-city kids how to play tennis, you know?
00:40:23.000 He's got the art of the deal right there, and he's teaching business.
00:40:27.000 I think community service would be a huge win, actually.
00:40:29.000 Oh, that'd be amazing.
00:40:30.000 I mean, it's better than being innocent.
00:40:31.000 Weekends in jail?
00:40:32.000 That's hilarious.
00:40:33.000 That's a real thing.
00:40:34.000 That's not just for this.
00:40:35.000 Yeah.
00:40:35.000 There's been a lot of... What?
00:40:35.000 Really?
00:40:36.000 That does... I mean, that is punishment.
00:40:38.000 Don't get me wrong.
00:40:38.000 Like, if you get... I mean, if you have to report Friday, you can go out, you know, partying, and Saturday you can't, but you got to go to prison.
00:40:43.000 That kind of sucks.
00:40:44.000 But you do miss church on Sunday, so that's a bad thing.
00:40:46.000 You're hungover as hell on Saturday morning, and you have to report to prison.
00:40:51.000 I had a friend who had to do that for a DUI.
00:40:53.000 It was two weekends only.
00:40:54.000 He had to spend two weekends?
00:40:56.000 Maybe it was two months of weekends.
00:40:58.000 I'm not sure exactly.
00:40:59.000 That's a funny sentence to me.
00:41:01.000 I'm sorry.
00:41:01.000 Yeah, it was a DUI.
00:41:02.000 Go out and work during the week.
00:41:04.000 I would just switch my week around.
00:41:05.000 I'd be like, I need a work remote job that I can do from prison on Saturday and Sunday, and then Monday and Tuesday are my weekend.
00:41:11.000 I'll be good to go.
00:41:12.000 Can I touch on one thing from that clip?
00:41:15.000 Super quick from that clip.
00:41:16.000 She said Merchant's going to want him to show remorse at his sentence.
00:41:20.000 Okay, well, that's the biggest catch-22 in the history of catch-22s.
00:41:23.000 It should be a catch-44.
00:41:24.000 I don't know if that's a thing.
00:41:26.000 Stop it.
00:41:27.000 So if he shows remorse, well, then he's admitting that he did something wrong, which they never proved that he did.
00:41:33.000 They never even insinuated that he did.
00:41:36.000 But if he doesn't show remorse, then they lock him up in Rikers, and so he has to run his campaign from a jail cell with the Secret Service running.
00:41:43.000 It's such BS, this whole thing.
00:41:46.000 Yeah, no, I agree 100%.
00:41:47.000 And do you think Donald Trump Is going to do anything other than between now and July 11th come up with the best possible burns?
00:41:56.000 that he can for the judge.
00:41:59.000 He cares nothing about, like, I don't think Donald Trump cares if he gets sent to prison for this or not.
00:42:05.000 He knows that will make him the President of the United States post-haste in November.
00:42:10.000 So, his team does have 30 days to file the notice of appeal and six months to file the full appeal.
00:42:15.000 What's six months plus the start of June?
00:42:18.000 Oh yeah, that's election time.
00:42:21.000 So, theoretically, we could have a president-elect That's an interesting place to be.
00:42:26.000 been rejected who is having to serve time. That's an interesting place to be. He can
00:42:32.000 also be hauled to jail immediately upon sentencing. If they do that, look out. That's one of those
00:42:39.000 like buy ammo, buy bottled water, and make sure that you're prepared.
00:42:45.000 Don't go start anything, but make sure you're ready to prepare to defend your family because that could get violent very quickly.
00:42:51.000 I know a lot of people that that's their line.
00:42:53.000 If they try to put Donald Trump in prison, And I mean, it kind of should be the line where you really get involved.
00:42:59.000 Now again, I'm not calling anybody to do anything violent.
00:43:01.000 I think we should try to do everything that we can prior to getting to those points.
00:43:05.000 But man, that is an absolute line for people.
00:43:08.000 You're putting somebody in prison trying to keep them out of the White House.
00:43:10.000 Imagine him losing the election from prison.
00:43:13.000 You think that 2020 was bad?
00:43:15.000 What are they trying to make happen in this country?
00:43:17.000 Exactly.
00:43:18.000 And this is one of the reasons that I don't necessarily think they're going to put him in prison.
00:43:21.000 I think they see the writing on the wall and are like, there is no good outcome from him being in prison right now.
00:43:26.000 If he's going to lose the election, let him lose the election without being in jail, and then we'll get him on one of the other charges, potentially, right?
00:43:33.000 If they even consider them after he's been defeated, right?
00:43:37.000 I don't think that'll happen.
00:43:38.000 Fast fact number three, Democrats are absolutely salivating over this.
00:43:45.000 They celebrated the conviction, including Hillary, celebrating with a bit of a smirk.
00:43:51.000 In this case, given the importance of the matter, I think... That's not the right one!
00:43:56.000 Wrong clip!
00:43:57.000 And not even in a funny, like, guy in blackface kind of way.
00:44:01.000 We ain't got... We ain't got the clip?
00:44:02.000 No, I don't have that clip.
00:44:03.000 She smirked.
00:44:04.000 You can imagine.
00:44:05.000 I bet it was gross.
00:44:07.000 Make sure we pull that clip up.
00:44:08.000 Let's go.
00:44:09.000 Michael Tyler said this.
00:44:12.000 No one is above the law.
00:44:13.000 Donald Trump has always mistakenly believed he would never face consequences for breaking the law for his own personal gain.
00:44:20.000 I got the dumb bitch smirking.
00:44:21.000 Oh, okay.
00:44:22.000 Thank you so much.
00:44:23.000 Anything going on today?
00:44:26.000 You're not president.
00:44:27.000 She looks like a bag of bones.
00:44:29.000 But that's going on every day.
00:44:33.000 She's like, I have a personal cell at Rikers Island for him.
00:44:35.000 She sucked all of Bill Clinton's life force out of him.
00:44:38.000 Oh, wait a minute!
00:44:40.000 That's interesting.
00:44:41.000 But hey, let's jump to the CNN thing real quick.
00:44:44.000 They're actually talking about the $34.8 million in donations.
00:44:48.000 But just as Aaron said, Wolf, this is not over yet.
00:44:52.000 I think that this really will be determined, the outcome, in November.
00:44:58.000 Kristen, do we know if Trump will just deliver a statement, a speech, if you will, or will he actually answer reporters' questions?
00:45:07.000 Wolf, we never know.
00:45:09.000 Right, because it's the future.
00:45:14.000 Of course.
00:45:15.000 Of course you will.
00:45:16.000 Well, you see, it hasn't happened yet, and that's in the future.
00:45:20.000 Back to you, Wolf.
00:45:22.000 All I do know is that you will not blink for the next hour.
00:45:24.000 That's absolutely true.
00:45:24.000 That's true.
00:45:26.000 All right, come back to here.
00:45:27.000 We'll make sure that we cover that.
00:45:28.000 They're not saying anything of any consequence at all.
00:45:32.000 Other than the intrepid question asking of Wolf Blitzer basically saying, can you predict the future?
00:45:37.000 No?
00:45:38.000 Okay.
00:45:38.000 We'll see what Donald Trump has to say.
00:45:40.000 My bet is it's a speech.
00:45:41.000 Right?
00:45:42.000 So, just saying.
00:45:43.000 Here's another Dem post on X. We have a few of them.
00:45:47.000 From David Hogg.
00:45:51.000 No one is above the law.
00:45:54.000 Doesn't mince words, I guess. David doesn't know many after that. Robert Little Person Reich,
00:45:59.000 Trump's jury was made up of ordinary citizens who did their duty to consider the facts
00:46:05.000 and found Trump guilty beyond all reasonable doubt. I love how they use all of those. Ordinary
00:46:09.000 citizens, reasonable doubt, beyond all reasonable doubt.
00:46:12.000 They were not Democrats. Yes, they were.
00:46:14.000 They were not politicians. Nobody accused them of that.
00:46:17.000 They were Americans.
00:46:18.000 Barely.
00:46:19.000 Of course.
00:46:20.000 Of course they're citizens of this country.
00:46:22.000 Don't you have to be to serve on a jury?
00:46:24.000 In New York?
00:46:25.000 Is that possible?
00:46:26.000 Well, that's fair.
00:46:27.000 That is a fair point.
00:46:29.000 Robert?
00:46:31.000 You're a really stupid smart person.
00:46:34.000 Minus the smart.
00:46:35.000 He's actually kind of smart, but smart in like a diabolical kind of way.
00:46:38.000 Yeah, take that, Bobby.
00:46:40.000 You know what I mean?
00:46:40.000 Yeah, I don't like you.
00:46:41.000 He's very short, too.
00:46:42.000 He's like 4'11", I'm not kidding.
00:46:44.000 Yes.
00:46:44.000 He's really short.
00:46:45.000 That doesn't mean that you can't be better than you are.
00:46:48.000 You can.
00:46:49.000 It's just you suck and you're short.
00:46:51.000 So New York AG Tish James, no one is above the law.
00:46:55.000 Okay.
00:46:56.000 Eric Swalwell, oh lord.
00:46:59.000 Nobody's above banging Chinese spies.
00:47:01.000 I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
00:47:01.000 What I meant to say was Donald Trump is a convicted felon.
00:47:04.000 This verdict is not a win for any single person.
00:47:07.000 It's a win for an idea.
00:47:08.000 The idea that we all follow the same rules.
00:47:11.000 The rule of law won today.
00:47:13.000 We're all the same.
00:47:15.000 No one's above the law.
00:47:16.000 Really?
00:47:16.000 Nobody's above the law?
00:47:17.000 Josh, nobody's above the law?
00:47:18.000 Toolman, nobody's above the law?
00:47:20.000 Everybody agree that nobody's above the law?
00:47:23.000 Here are some people that are unconvicted felons only because the future hasn't happened yet.
00:47:31.000 2014, Ms.
00:47:31.000 Hillary Clinton deleted 33,000 personal emails from her private server.
00:47:35.000 The FBI said over 17,000 were work-related.
00:47:39.000 Yet, FBI Director James Comey said this.
00:47:43.000 In this case, given the importance of the matter, I think unusual transparency is in order.
00:47:49.000 Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.
00:48:01.000 Wait.
00:48:01.000 Huh.
00:48:02.000 No charges filed?
00:48:03.000 Guess what?
00:48:03.000 Each one of those counts carries a fine and up to five years in prison.
00:48:07.000 Or bleach-bidding your server.
00:48:09.000 Exactly.
00:48:09.000 I mean, it makes sense, though.
00:48:11.000 No reasonable prosecutor would bring those charges because no reasonable prosecutor wants to die.
00:48:14.000 That's true.
00:48:15.000 You don't want to be killed by the Clinton Inc.
00:48:19.000 2012, Hillary's State Department completely fumbled a response to Benghazi.
00:48:23.000 Four Americans were killed, including Ambassador Chris Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods, and Glenn Doherty.
00:48:27.000 The State Department repeatedly denied requests for more security and when we tried to find
00:48:34.000 out what happened, emails got deleted. Weird. Interesting. It's almost like
00:48:39.000 that was an effort to cover up a crime, but a known crime. A known crime.
00:48:44.000 It's just the ambassador dying.
00:48:45.000 Right.
00:48:45.000 No big deal.
00:48:46.000 NBD, some special operators.
00:48:47.000 Who cares about them?
00:48:48.000 We have a few more people to get to, but really quickly, we've got about two minutes before the speech is supposed to start.
00:48:54.000 We'll do the rest of this behind Mug Club.
00:48:56.000 This is a great opportunity.
00:48:57.000 Make sure you join Mug Club, guys, if you are not already a subscriber.
00:49:01.000 Make sure that you do.
00:49:02.000 And really quickly, before we go, I'm going to mention two quick things.
00:49:05.000 We're going to get to this behind Mug Club, but Chris Pavlovsky tweeted out something this morning.
00:49:09.000 He is the CEO, founder of Rumble.
00:49:12.000 And I thought it was really good about how Google is trying to suppress your ability to donate to the Trump campaign.
00:49:17.000 You'll see that.
00:49:18.000 And then also, we used something today that we haven't used before in Rumble Studio.
00:49:22.000 We'd love to get your feedback to see what you thought of it, how the experience was.
00:49:26.000 But when we go to Mug Club, locals is Mug Club.
00:49:29.000 Mug Club is locals, right?
00:49:30.000 That is the logo that you will see on there.
00:49:33.000 It'll be blurred out if you're staying on Rumble.
00:49:34.000 It'll be blurred out and it'll say go here.
00:49:36.000 Click on Mug Club if you want to subscribe today.
00:49:39.000 Enter in promo code military for $10 off and 10% of the proceeds are going to be
00:49:44.000 donated.
00:49:44.000 Today is the last day we're donating to military charities, so make sure you take full advantage of that.
00:49:49.000 But we wanted to use rumble studio because this is one of the new things that
00:49:52.000 rumble has launched and a new piece of tech that is really helping them change
00:49:56.000 the game.
00:49:56.000 Look, there's not a lot of companies out there that fight for you
00:50:00.000 the way that rumble does.
00:50:02.000 I can't think of another one.
00:50:04.000 Everybody will point to Elon Musk and X as one of those.
00:50:07.000 There's some things they do that I don't like still.
00:50:10.000 I think their heart's in the right place and they're moving in the right direction.
00:50:12.000 These guys at Rumble are taking these people on head on.
00:50:15.000 They're taking on governments around the world.
00:50:17.000 They're taking on Google.
00:50:18.000 They're taking on big tech in every single possible way they can.
00:50:21.000 And they're launching new pieces of technology to make your lives better, your experience better, to make our lives as creators a little bit easier.
00:50:27.000 Tim Toolman, you love Rumble Studio.
00:50:30.000 You said it was cool and you don't say that.
00:50:32.000 Yeah.
00:50:32.000 And it just launched, so it's only going to get better.
00:50:35.000 So let us know what you thought about the experience today there, and we will absolutely keep trying this out.
00:50:41.000 We weren't going to roll it out for everything yet, but we might be able to transition over to that here pretty quickly.
00:50:46.000 Thank you again.
00:50:47.000 Support us at Mug Club.
00:50:49.000 Mug Clubbers, we're going to take all of the rest of the segment and also the speech.
00:50:53.000 You will not miss a single second of that speech.
00:50:55.000 We'll make sure that we bring it up for you.
00:50:57.000 Thank you very much, and to everybody else, You people on YouTube, I love you.
00:51:02.000 I don't have a problem that you go to YouTube sometimes.
00:51:04.000 What I want you to do though, here's how you fight like hell.
00:51:07.000 It's really difficult.
