A Liberal candidate in the Windsor area who lost in the federal election says his request for a judicial recount has been granted. Elections Canada says that Conservative candidate Kathy Borelli defeated Liberal incumbent Eric Kuzmierczyk by 77 votes. However, Kuzmaneczyk argues that several ballots were wrongly rejected. He says that the Ontario Superior Court of Justice should order a recount to give the community confidence in the election result.

00:00:41.940 So just to summarize, a Conservative MP won the federal election in a Southern Ontario riding in Windsor by 77 votes.

00:01:21.960 However, a judge is taking time out of their busy schedule to help a Liberal candidate that fairly lost.
