Elections Canada says that Conservative candidate Kathy Borelli defeated Liberal incumbent Eric Kuzmierczyk by 77 votes. However, Kuzmaneczyk argues that several ballots were wrongly rejected. He says that the Ontario Superior Court of Justice should order a recount to give the community confidence in the election result.
