00:00:00.000 This professor says this situation has the potential to change the outcome of the election.
00:00:05.680 Actually, it can be contested.
00:00:07.380 Hey everybody, I have some shocking news for you tonight.
00:00:09.880 This story is going to make you very angry, however, it's very important so I want you to listen to the full video.
00:00:15.080 The Liberals have once again won another riding, this time in Quebec.
00:00:18.700 However, there's a problem.
00:00:20.140 The only reason they won was due to an error by Elections Canada in the mail-in voting system.
00:00:25.060 Conservatives are very upset and are demanding a new election.
00:00:28.200 Let's take a look at that.
00:00:29.140 A resident of Terrebonne in Quebec is wondering if her vote could have made the difference in the election.
00:00:35.620 But her vote didn't count because her mail-in vote was returned to sender.
00:00:40.240 It turns out that there was an error in the label with the address that was provided by Elections Canada for her.
00:00:48.060 It's Elections Canada who has attached this label to the envelope.
00:00:51.920 I didn't have to fill it. I just wanted to put my vote in it.
00:00:55.660 Elections Canada says they are investigating and acknowledge that there was indeed a mistake and the postal code printed in the envelope was wrong.
00:01:03.860 The writing of Terrebonne has gone through a vote count roller coaster, flipping back and forth between the Liberals and the Bloc Québécois.
00:01:12.040 On election night, the writing of Terrebonne first went to Liberal candidate Tatiana Auguste by 35 votes.
00:01:18.960 But after a standard validation process, it flipped to the incumbent Bloc Québécois MP Nathalie Sinclair-des-Gagnins by 44 votes, which triggered an automatic judicial recount.
00:01:32.260 A few days later, the results of the recount showed that Auguste had won by just one vote.
00:01:38.520 That made international headlines, but angered Bocé.
00:01:45.120 Bocé says she's upset that her vote wasn't counted.
00:01:48.720 I voted for the Bloc, she said.
00:01:51.940 So maybe it was the vote that could have changed something.
00:01:55.920 This professor says this situation has the potential to change the outcome of the election.
00:02:01.520 Actually can be contested, the contested election provision.
00:02:04.900 Elections Canada's contested elections process allows for any voter or candidate in that electoral district to bring an application for a contested election before a provincial or federal judge.
00:02:17.920 The judge determines whether there were any irregularities and either dismisses the application or annuls the results of the election.
00:02:25.200 The provision actually talks about corrupt or illegal practices and things like that.
00:02:30.500 But I mean, this doesn't apply here.
00:02:32.180 But what does apply here is the irregularity one, right?
00:02:36.140 It says that if there is any type of irregularity that has an effect on the result, then the person can actually contest.
00:02:44.980 The Bloc candidate in Terrebonne says she's now evaluating all her options.
00:02:49.580 So just to summarize, last weekend it was reported that the Liberals won a riding in Quebec by one vote.
00:02:55.340 And this raised eyebrows.
00:02:56.940 However, it has further been revealed that the only reason they won was due to an error in the mail-in voting system.
00:03:02.420 Now, this is far from the only problem we've seen in the recent election.
00:03:05.740 As I previously reported, many polling stations in northern Canada were closed on election day.
00:03:10.560 This is while the Liberals continue to try to steal a seat from the Conservatives in southern Ontario.
00:03:14.840 However, the good news is some Canadians are pushing back, with over 15,000 people signing a petition to have an independent investigation of the recent election as a whole.
00:03:23.900 Now, I think at the very least, there should be a new election in Terrebonne.
00:03:26.820 However, considering how corrupt the system is and how corrupt the Liberals are, I doubt that it'll ever happen.
00:03:32.100 There's also a good chance the Liberals will steal another seat from the Conservatives in Windsor.
00:03:36.300 Elections Canada literally only has one job.
00:03:39.120 Ensuring Canadians can exercise their democratic right to vote.
00:03:42.460 And it appears they failed on that.
00:03:44.040 I think Canadians should continue demanding an independent investigation into the recent election.
00:03:49.240 However, seeing how these things usually play out, we'll probably be stuck with four years of a majority Liberal government.
00:03:55.300 But what do you think? Should there be a new election in Terrebonne?
00:03:57.540 Let me know in the comments section.
00:03:59.220 And just to end off, I want to remind you I've dedicated my life to exposing Liberal corruption, media lies, and the destruction of Western civilization.
