00:01:08.940 become Canada's high commissioner to London. That is Canada's top diplomatic post to the United Kingdom.
00:01:15.660 He would replace Ralph Goodale. Why you replace amiable, friendly, fun Ralph Goodale with a grumpy cop
00:01:22.000 is beyond me. But that's what Carney apparently wants to do. Jonathan Wilkinson from North Vancouver,

00:02:27.840 new year, either late January or early February, while the conservatives are still focused on their
00:02:32.700 leadership review, while the NDP is still leaderless and has no money to fight by-elections.
00:02:37.700 All of these things are real possibilities. And again, why? Because Mark Carney wants to put his
00:02:43.320 own stamp on his party. That's what is driving all of this. He wants by the time the next election
00:02:48.900 comes, whether it's an early vote in the spring or an early vote next fall, to have a different look
00:02:55.560 and feel to the Liberal Party. He's going to be out there trying to recruit star candidates to
00:03:00.160 replace these folks. He wants his own people in place. Now he does have some risk. Could some of
00:03:06.020 these writings flip to the conservatives or the bloc or the NDP? Absolutely. Somewhere like
00:03:12.500 Stephen Guibo's writing in Montreal. It's been held by the bloc and the NDP before.
00:03:17.740 Guibo's another one that he would like to be done with by the time the next election comes around.
00:03:23.880 Jolie's writing, probably pretty safe. I would say Freeland's writing, pretty safe. But North Vancouver,
00:03:29.300 where Wilkinson is, or Scarborough, where Bill Blair is, these are writings that if the conservatives get
00:03:34.540 their act together, could end up flipping blue. Which again is why if the Liberals are smart and
00:03:41.200 they are trying to pull off this coup by Carney within the party, well then they end up calling
00:03:46.360 the by-elections sooner rather than later. A lot of drama going on. I said for a while now it is not
00:03:52.960 just drama inside the Conservative Party, it's inside the Liberal Party as well. And this is part of it.
00:03:59.020 Yeah, by the way, if a cabinet shuffle does come in December, look for people like Lina Diab,
00:04:04.560 the immigration minister, to be dropped. Gary Andesangri, who's public safety, to at least be
00:04:09.540 shuffled if not dropped as well. And then Carney has the tough question of who goes into his cabinet.
00:04:15.440 Who is still on the Liberal bench that hasn't been used up already? That becomes much more difficult.

00:04:39.620 he says these things. I believe he has good reason to say that Carney is facing some serious
00:04:44.500 problems right now. Now it's funny, when Poliev faced similar problems last month, one of his MPs
00:04:49.920 crossed the aisle, another abruptly resigned. And this all happened during budget week. The media
00:04:54.920 ran with it. They sensationalized it. They said this could be the end of Poliev. Now we know that's not
00:05:00.820 true. That's just how they portrayed it. Now, of course, we all know the liberal media won't give
00:05:04.980 the same treatment to Carney and they'll just make excuse after excuse after excuse on why this is
00:05:10.760 happening. Of course, when someone quits the liberal government, it must be their fault or it must be a
00:05:16.320 blessing in disguise. However, when someone quits the conservative government, all hell is breaking
00:05:21.320 loose, at least according to the MSM. I want to make something really clear right now. Carney is in a
00:05:26.320 tough spot. On one hand, if he doesn't get started on natural resource projects, he's going to piss off
00:05:31.820 his base, the part of his base that voted for him to stand up to Donald Trump and to diversify
00:05:36.660 Canada's trade exports. However, if he does move forward on natural resource projects, he's going to
00:05:41.600 alienate the other part of his base, the environmentalist groups, the far left groups.
00:05:46.600 He's also going to push away some of his MPs. The point I'm trying to make is that no matter what
00:05:51.360 Carney does, he's in trouble. And no matter what Carney does, Poliev is going to win. No matter what
00:05:56.900 he does, he'll either be seen as duplicitous or incompetent. And no matter what he does, Poliev will be
00:06:02.520 sure to jump on it. Like I said, this is why I don't have patience for other political commentators
00:06:06.940 such as Mr. Sunshine Baby, or as I like to call him, Mr. Cry Baby. Yes, Poliev may have seen a
00:06:13.060 slag in the polls, but in the long run, he's still going to win. Poliev is only going to get more
00:06:18.020 popular and Carney is only going to get less popular. As far as I'm concerned, Poliev is uniquely qualified
00:06:24.020 to lead the Conservative Party. Nobody at this stage is ready to do that. And Poliev is also uniquely
00:06:29.540 qualified to lead Canada. The way I see it is we have two options. You can either stand on Team Poliev
00:06:35.160 or Team Carney. If you're not on Team Poliev and you're going to criticize him for trivial issues,
00:06:41.340 you're on Team Carney and that's all there is to it. So like I said in a previous video,
00:06:46.000 I'm predicting a big, powerful, beautiful blue summer. Poliev is going to continue to go up and
00:06:52.420 up and Carney, he's only going to go down and down. So in case you haven't noticed, I've invested quite a
