00:00:00.240 Conservatives continue to win, and Liberals continue to lose.
00:00:04.060 Today, Paulie, you have ruined Mark Carney's political career with this speech.
00:00:08.140 Let's watch it together.
00:00:09.960 We wanted to respond today to Mark Carney's big, hyped-up speech to Canadian youth,
00:00:15.200 so we brought some people here who do qualify.
00:00:17.720 Come on, let's get somebody in here who's young enough to be youth.
00:00:21.200 Although Pierre is the George Clooney of our caucus, so he's forever young.
00:00:27.460 And we have Sandra Cabina, who is much younger than I am,
00:00:31.280 and she will be sharing some of the stories of the many young people she encounters in her constituency.
00:00:37.320 When we heard about this speech, we watched it with great interest
00:00:40.000 because of how much misery and suffering our young people have endured
00:00:43.400 over the last decade of liberal inflation, crime, and chaos.
00:00:49.940 And so we were looking for Mr. Carney to reverse course on all of these policies.
00:00:54.500 So what did we find out?
00:00:55.600 Well, first of all, we got the normal buffet of broken promises and buzzwords.
00:01:01.820 There was lots of talk about catalyzing this and catalyzing that.
00:01:05.920 There was a new promise about doubling exports to non-U.S. markets,
00:01:11.180 all while he refuses to even support the one single thing
00:01:15.020 that would actually export more of our resources to those markets.
00:01:18.960 He's still not stating his support for an oil pipeline to the Pacific,
00:01:22.740 nor has he gotten any projects underway that would achieve any of these things.
00:01:27.640 So there was the normal repetition of already broken promises
00:01:31.400 with a lot of fancy million-dollar words.
00:01:35.300 But there were two things that were different.
00:01:37.660 One, I give Mr. Carney credit for being honest with young people.
00:01:42.120 He went on at length about how much worse life is for today's youth
00:01:46.500 than it was when he was young, and he's right about that.
00:01:50.720 This is the first generation in Canadian history that cannot afford home ownership.
00:01:55.640 This has never happened before.
00:01:57.380 It happened after 10 years of Liberal government doubled housing costs,
00:02:01.280 giving us the worst housing inflation in the G7,
00:02:04.560 causing housing to rise about 50% higher than it is south of the border.
00:02:09.340 So it is true that now is the worst time, probably in the post-war period,
00:02:14.520 you will not find another period in our history
00:02:17.740 when it has been worse to be a young person.
00:02:22.640 I credit him for that.
00:02:25.120 But instead of saying, given that things are so bad,
00:02:28.800 we liberals are going to reverse course on all of the policies
00:02:31.600 of inflation, of blocking home building,
00:02:34.620 of standing in the way of resource projects,
00:02:36.280 instead of that, he asked young people to make more sacrifices.
00:02:41.280 This was the sacrifice speech to Canadian youth.
00:02:45.560 And he said, it's going to take lots of time to reverse all the damage.
00:02:50.560 Mr. Carney, our youth have sacrificed enough.
00:02:54.980 All they have done for the last 10 years is sacrifice.
00:02:58.280 They are living in their parents' basement well into their 30s.
00:03:02.120 Their rent has roughly doubled.
00:03:04.400 And in fact, the most recent inflation data says that it's up another 4%.
00:03:09.020 The purchasing power of their paychecks are down.
00:03:12.760 More of their money goes to taxes than to food, clothing, and shelter combined.
00:03:16.840 They are no longer safe on their streets
00:03:18.500 after liberal bail has unleashed crime and chaos everywhere.
00:03:23.660 And I would be remiss if I did not take a moment to acknowledge one young person
00:03:27.360 who lost, tragically, lost her life to liberal bail just this week.
00:03:33.720 Savannah Kula, 29-year-old mother of four,
00:03:38.640 murdered by an offender out on liberal bail.
00:03:44.660 Another example of the chaos this government is unleashing in our communities.
00:03:48.980 But instead of acknowledging all of those sacrifices and promising to reverse them,
00:03:54.300 Mr. Carney doubles down on all the policies that caused them.
00:03:57.400 The inflationary deficits that were left behind by the previous liberal government,
00:04:01.860 he's doubled them.
00:04:02.960 He's increased spending on bureaucracy and consultants,
00:04:05.340 all of which is driving inflation up even higher than it was before he took office.
00:04:10.920 In fact, food price inflation is almost double the Bank of Canada's target,
00:04:14.580 which means our young people are now forced to downgrade their diets and line up at food banks.
00:04:19.220 We see paychecks are now under attack.
00:04:21.900 While the first 10 years of liberal government deprived our youth of home ownership,
00:04:26.000 now it's depriving them of jobs.
00:04:29.560 Youth employment numbers are now the worst in a generation
00:04:32.700 as the government blocks jobs with high taxes and anti-development laws
00:04:37.200 and allows multinational corporations to give those jobs away to the temporary foreign worker program,
00:04:42.980 meaning countless young people are not able to even find a paycheck,
00:04:47.260 let alone a place to live.
00:04:49.140 My message to Canadian youth is this.
00:04:52.000 You have sacrificed enough under this liberal government.
00:04:55.620 You don't have to live like this.
00:04:57.880 We can turn the hurt of the last decade into the hope of the future.
00:05:02.340 And we have a plan to do it.
00:05:03.980 That plan will unlock free enterprise
00:05:05.720 so that you get ahead through your hard work and entrepreneurship,
00:05:08.280 not through political connections.
00:05:09.940 By lowering income taxes, you'll keep more of your hard-earned paycheck.
00:05:14.380 By getting rid of inflationary deficit spending,
00:05:17.280 those dollars you earn, they will once again go further and preserve their value.
00:05:23.080 We will clear the bureaucracy and taxes so that builders can build homes that you can afford.
00:05:28.440 And we will get the federal government out of the way to build mines
00:05:31.700 so that the private sector can build mines, pipelines, ports,
00:05:35.500 and countless other major projects that will create $2,000 a year jobs
00:05:40.520 for our young trades workers right across this country.
00:05:44.100 And you will live in safety because we will scrap liberal bail.
00:05:47.140 We will lock up serious criminals.
00:05:49.000 We will restore the best immigration system in the world that is based on common sense.
00:05:54.440 That is how we will restore the promise to which you are entitled,
00:05:58.000 which your ancestors all enjoy.
00:06:00.500 You deserve it.
00:06:01.800 Your suffering today is not your fault.
00:06:04.200 It was imposed on you by your liberal government.
00:06:06.720 But we can change these things.
00:06:08.320 We can build the brighter future.
00:06:09.740 And that is the hopeful message that I hope that you will join us
00:06:12.400 in delivering and bringing to bear.
00:06:14.740 Thank you.
00:06:16.320 Go ahead.
00:06:16.920 You know, when I was a teenager, and if I wanted to find a job,
00:06:23.920 all you had to do was show up with a good attitude, put in a job application,
00:06:30.340 said your please and thank you.
00:06:32.200 And by the end of the weekend, you were able to find a job.
00:06:35.620 But I was just speaking to a teenager from my riding over the summer.
00:06:39.580 And he told me that he was looking for a job all summer long.
00:06:44.960 His entire summer was spent looking for a job.
00:06:48.080 So searching for a job was his full-time job.
00:06:51.520 And he was still left empty, handed by the end of the summer.
00:06:56.140 Mark Carney has never sacrificed or struggled the same way that young people have today.
00:07:02.300 You know, I was just at the University of Toronto last week.
00:07:05.240 And I spoke to a room full of students.
00:07:09.740 And one of them told me, came up to me after the event, and said,
00:07:14.300 finding a job feels like winning the lottery.
00:07:18.680 This is the result of 10 years of this liberal government.
00:07:23.060 And Mark Carney decides to double down on the very policies,
00:07:26.800 the very same disastrous Trudeau-era policies that got us into this mess.
00:07:31.500 My message to young people is this.
00:07:33.080 It doesn't have to be this way.
00:07:37.340 Thank you.
00:07:38.660 So I'd like to share a story of a couple in Aurora, Ontario, in my riding.
00:07:44.820 A young couple who feel this impending sense of doom by normal milestones for a young couple,
00:07:52.140 like buying a home or starting a family.
00:07:54.980 They cannot afford it.
00:07:57.040 And despite the fact that between the two of them, they have five jobs.
00:08:01.840 And what Mr. Carney, Prime Minister Carney, has said to them is,
00:08:07.400 well, you're going to have to sacrifice even more.
00:08:10.600 Showing that he is, in fact, blind to the ongoing sacrifices that Canadian youth are having to make right now.
00:08:21.400 And what he's saying is, we're going to continue on with the policies, the liberal policies that have caused this mess.
00:08:29.640 We're going to double down on them.
00:08:31.760 And you will have to sacrifice even more.
00:08:34.880 There was a time in my life when I was a young girl where my family and I had to put our clothes in garbage bags.
00:08:40.900 And despite the fact that we had to do that, we worked and we saved.
00:08:49.120 And my family and I were able to build a future for ourselves.
00:08:53.200 I went to university.
00:08:54.760 I graduated and I got a job.
00:08:56.600 And eventually I started a family and I have a home.
00:08:59.620 And for me to hear the Prime Minister say, you have to give up on that dream.
00:09:06.380 Because your future is not going to be as good as my past.
00:09:11.180 That is unacceptable.
00:09:12.820 It doesn't have to be that way.
00:09:14.980 Youth deserve opportunities.
00:09:17.320 Canada has everything it needs to provide the opportunities.
00:09:20.920 And it is because of this liberal government's broken policies that young people do not have opportunities today.
00:09:27.900 Once again, an excellent speech from Paliyev and his MPs.
00:09:31.160 I have to say, I'm really disappointed in Mark Carney.
00:09:33.680 And I never expect that much from a liberal.
00:09:35.920 But I did expect Mark Carney to at least try to sound like a good leader.
00:09:39.780 Instead, he proved us all wrong yet again.
00:09:42.600 He's proving to be one of the worst, if not the worst, Prime Ministers in Canadian history.
00:09:47.960 I'm not being hyperbolic.
00:09:49.400 I'm not being sensational.
00:09:50.920 I'm just saying it like it is.
00:09:52.580 The liberals literally love to screw children.
00:09:55.080 They're telling him, hey, your life is going to suck.
00:09:58.380 Get used to it.
00:09:59.920 And when I say screw children, I mean that figuratively.
00:10:03.200 However, in some cases, it is literal.
00:10:05.740 But then again, what would you expect from a Prime Minister that rubbed shoulders with both Prince Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell?
00:10:12.240 Now, before we go any further, I've noticed this weird trend where my videos, they're not getting as much traction as they normally do.
00:10:18.260 So I'm going to do a quick test.
00:10:19.540 If you see this part of the video, let me know in the comment section.
00:10:21.900 Don't forget to like and check to see if you're subscribed.
00:10:25.240 People have told me that they've subscribed to my channel, but then YouTube unsubscribed them for some reason.
00:10:30.280 So if you have subscribed, please double check to make sure that's still the case.
00:10:33.660 Let's watch Polly have destroy some fake news journalists.
00:10:36.720 Thank you.
00:10:40.060 Yes.
00:10:40.640 Mr. President, when you said that the Liberals proposed bail changes for consecutive sentences and that violent repeat offenders might face reverse onus now for violent theft, things of that nature.
00:10:52.480 Well, they already talked about reverse onus in their previous bail bill.
00:10:57.780 The issue is we need to scrap Liberal bail.
00:11:00.680 Liberal bail is the more technically known as the principle of restraint, which requires judges to release the arrested individual at the earliest opportunity under the least onerous conditions.
00:11:14.480 Today's bill does not get rid of Liberal bail, and that means that there will be a lot of very serious and rampant offenders who will once again be released into our streets, often within hours of their most recent arrest.
00:11:30.760 The police have said again and again, we have to scrap Liberal bail, get rid of the principle of restraint, so that if you are a rampant offender and you're newly arrested, it should be presumed that you're automatically staying behind bars until either you are acquitted or your sentence is complete.
00:11:50.560 That is the only way we're going to end the rampaging crime that the Liberals have unleashed over the last 10 years.
00:11:57.120 The auto sector, and then I'll take this gentleman's question.
00:11:59.280 I just want to ask you, the auto sector is getting hit hard by American tariffs right now.
00:12:02.420 How would you protect Canada's auto sector from Donald Trump and his tariffs?
00:12:05.760 Well, first of all, this is a very big broken promise by Mark Carney.
00:12:08.860 He said that he would negotiate a win, that he'd have a deal by July 21st, that he would have elbows up, and that he would protect an all-in-Canada auto sector.
00:12:18.220 He has done none of those things.
00:12:19.980 No win, no deal, no job protections.
00:12:23.560 And in fact, since he took office, American tariffs on Canadian autos have actually increased.
00:12:28.180 We needed him to actually keep his promise and defend auto workers in the negotiations with the Americans.
00:12:34.820 We also propose to eliminate the EV mandate, which is already killing jobs even before it is applied,
00:12:41.200 because in manufacturing, if you're going to build a plant or you're even going to reinvest in maintaining an existing plant,
00:12:47.280 but you don't know if it's actually going to be allowed due to the future, the ban on internal combustion engines,
00:12:55.300 you're not going to make that investment.
00:12:57.240 You'll take it to the south of the border where there is no EV mandate.
00:13:00.500 So we call on the government to permanently eliminate the EV mandates and let our automakers make the cars that consumers actually want to drive.
00:13:09.780 We've also proposed eliminating the sales tax on Canadian-made automobiles,
00:13:13.640 giving Canadians a boost when they buy a Canadian-made vehicle.
00:13:18.280 Yes.
00:13:18.560 The Prime Minister not saying what you're saying right now in terms of cutting spending,
00:13:21.880 in terms of accelerating major projects with a big focus, too, on boosting apprenticeships.
00:13:27.920 It seems like you two are speaking from the same playbook here.
00:13:29.980 So what's kind of your concern with what he said yesterday?
00:13:33.440 Well, my concern is the gap between what he says and what he does.
00:13:37.060 It's always the bait and switch.
00:13:38.860 You know, he said he would spend less.
00:13:40.500 He's spending 8% more.
00:13:43.100 His deficit is 100% more than the one that the liberal government had already put in place.
00:13:49.560 He said that we would have projects approved, but other than projects that were already approved,
00:13:55.160 there have been no progress on that either.
00:13:57.180 He's kept all the anti-development laws that block projects in place.
00:14:02.540 And while he promised that he'd have the fastest growing economy in the G7,
00:14:06.080 we have the fastest shrinking economy in the G7.
00:14:09.160 And this is the problem with having someone who, frankly, engages in counterfeit of conservative policies.
00:14:19.160 He pretends that he believes in the things that we say, but then he never does them.
00:14:23.360 And we can go down the list, you know, on the carbon tax.
00:14:26.280 Sure, he suspended the visible part of the carbon tax, but he keeps the job-killing industrial carbon tax
00:14:32.500 and brings in a fuel standard tax, which costs 17 cents a liter, just like the old tax.
00:14:39.140 He says the right things on spending, but then he actually spends even more money.
00:14:44.400 He says that he's going to do something on bail, but largely keeps liberal bail in place.
00:14:49.120 If you want the real deal, you have to vote for conservatives.
00:14:51.820 We are the only ones that will reduce the cost of government to reduce the cost of living.
00:14:56.440 The only ones that will bring in an affordable budget for an affordable Canada.
00:15:00.080 The only ones who will lock up criminals and get shovels in the ground.
00:15:02.980 So, Bobby, he's trying.
00:15:04.660 You know, today, is that of our communityère listening that we get veure?
00:15:07.060 On our CNN действительно...
00:15:07.680 What climate crisis dod snailization is that vi 돼요, so everybody is ready.
00:15:09.120 Are we ready to do an election with a discussion like that?
00:15:12.200 And just au Québec, les gens, ils sont de plus en plus souverainistes aussi,
00:15:15.940 indépendants du Québec?
00:15:16.820 Je ne sais pas si vous pouvez faire le lien avec ça.
00:15:19.980 Yes, it's disappointing, because I feel like I've lived a bit in Alberta with the young Albertans
00:15:27.720 who lost his espoитель in Canada.
00:15:29.480 Canada.
00:16:22.040 I love it.
00:16:50.260 poliev always has the perfect response to these fake news journalists and what poliev saying is
00:16:55.120 100 right carney failed to get a deal with trump he failed to get started on any meaningful resource
00:17:00.880 development projects the only thing he's given canadians is a laundry list a long laundry list
00:17:06.400 of excuses shameful and like i've been continuously saying it's really only a matter of time before
00:17:11.780 carney is gone he's either going to be destroyed during the confidence vote over the budget in a
00:17:16.320 couple weeks or he's going to face another no confidence vote early next year minority
00:17:21.100 governments never last in canada and i don't think carney's government is going to be an exception
00:17:25.000 i also want to give a huge shout out to all of my members with a big thanks to mary lou cleveland who

00:17:49.460 poliev will be in office soon enough
