Max Genest - Canadian Judge Uses ＂Colonization＂ to Coddle Aboriginal Murderer

00:00:00.000 Anti-white hate is completely out of control. A white father gets stabbed to death in broad 1.00

00:00:05.660 daylight for nothing, and the aboriginal murderer is walking free in six years because a Canadian 0.97

00:00:12.100 judge decided colonization made him do it. That's a real story. A Ukrainian migrant was 0.96

00:00:18.440 unprovokedly stabbed to death in the north end of Winnipeg by an aboriginal. He was the provider 1.00

00:00:24.680 for his wife and two children left behind, and the judge reduced the sentence from second-degree

00:00:30.760 murder to manslaughter with 10 years in prison, which is actually expected to be six years.

00:00:37.020 So he can go back on the streets and do it all over again. The animal deserves the death penalty. 0.99

00:00:44.060 Why should the only person in this story who pays the ultimate price be the victim? 0.93

00:00:48.560 Well, it's because the judge sympathized with the murderer because of his skin color, 0.84

00:00:54.340 because he's Aboriginal.

00:00:55.780 The judge says he grew up in conditions somehow related to colonization in the residential

00:01:01.280 school.

00:01:02.140 He was exposed to drugs and alcohol at a young age and as a child spent a lot of time in

00:01:08.520 the care of welfare authorities.

00:01:10.820 And the judge went as far as saying, quote, he fell through the cracks in a way everyone

00:01:16.000 has left them without the support he needs, unquote. Notice how the judge is basically

00:01:21.340 blaming white people for the murder. Oh, the system was created by the white man and it failed 0.98

00:01:27.980 him. So he's now justified to go murder white people in cold blood. That's our justice system. 1.00

00:01:34.960 And that's the precedent it's making. They're telling you that murdering random white people 0.94

00:01:40.180 is now more acceptable than other races. Look at me. I murdered a white person. I'm a perpetual 1.00

00:01:47.780 victim. Feel bad for me. The white man is racist. And the cherry on top is how CBC wrote this.

00:01:56.040 They almost wrote it as blaming the victim. It's the victim's fault for being in the way of the

00:02:02.140 murderer, actually. Maybe if the victim didn't have white skin, the generational trauma in the 0.87

00:02:08.780 aboriginal wouldn't have been provoked. And even though he's a Ukrainian refugee and should not 1.00

00:02:14.320 have been allowed here in the first place, the point is this can happen to you. It can happen 0.94

00:02:18.680 to me. It can happen to anybody. The guy was at the wrong place at the wrong time and he lost his

00:02:24.960 life. Meanwhile, the murderer practically got away with it because the victim was white. 0.69

00:02:30.700 And when there's a story like this in the news, no one cares. But when there have been stories

00:02:36.980 of a native who got murdered by a white, we never hear the end of it. It's all over the news cycle

00:02:42.580 for months on end, used as propaganda to make white people hate themselves more. This is why 0.90

00:02:48.620 white lives matter. White hate is normalized. White people are taught to hate themselves in 0.99

00:02:54.380 their own countries. They have been conditioned into apologizing for the amazing accomplishments 0.90

00:03:00.320 and achievements of our forefathers and ancestors. Remember Yvonne Rubanique, his life mattered.

00:03:06.100 Long live Canada.
