00:00:00.000 Pierre Paulyev said something simple and the entire country lost its mind.
00:00:03.860 He said Trudeau should have been charged for breaking the criminal code and the RCMP refused
00:00:08.180 to do it. Take a look at this beauty. Many of the scandals of the Trudeau era should have been
00:00:12.240 involved jail time. I mean, Trudeau broke the criminal code when he took a free vacation from
00:00:17.500 someone with whom he had government business. It's just like it's right there in the criminal
00:00:20.740 code. If the RCMP had been doing its job and not covering up for him, then he would have been
00:00:25.260 criminally charged. And again, he probably violated the criminal code in the S&C Labolin
00:00:30.840 scandal. These would normally have led to criminal charges. But of course, the RCMP covered it all up.
00:00:36.480 And the leadership of the RCMP is frankly just despicable when it comes to enforcing laws
00:00:41.360 against the liberal government. But yeah, I would fire them. And he's right. That's not an opinion.
00:00:46.200 That's a fact. Trudeau broke the Conflict of Interest Act when he took a free vacation
00:00:50.400 on the Aga Khan's private island. He accepted luxury travel from someone who lobbied the
00:00:56.280 government, a blatant conflict of interest. Then there's the SNC-Lavalin scandal, when Trudeau
00:01:01.580 pressured his own attorney general to interfere in a criminal prosecution to help one of his
00:01:07.060 corporate buddies. That's not a mistake, that's obstruction. The ethics commissioner confirmed
00:01:11.400 that. Two separate scandals, two clear violations, and both times Trudeau walked away untouched.
00:01:18.720 Now, after Polyev's comment where he called the RCMP despicable for covering up Trudeau's crimes
00:01:23.220 and said he'd fired them, reporters asked the RCMP what they thought about the comments and the
00:01:28.240 scandals. And the RCMP said nothing happened. They proved Polyev right in real time. You can't 0.92
00:01:34.440 make this stuff up. Take a look. So I think we've talked about SNC-Lavalin quite a lot under the
00:01:40.300 previous government. And I think it was clear that there's no interference. I don't take any
00:01:46.100 orders from any political individual. Isn't it ironic? The same institution accused of protecting
00:01:52.440 the government just protected the government again. Isn't that rich? But instead of focusing
00:01:57.640 on that corruption, the outrage machine kicked in. Online liberal hacks lost it. You've got
00:02:03.640 people saying he should be charged with slander and disinformation and that he's spreading hate
00:02:08.640 and someone could get hurt. Yeah, apparently the definition of hate speech is criticizing
00:02:13.100 government corruption. Others said this should be the end of his political career. Right, because
00:02:17.620 calling out the RCMP is somehow worse than the prime minister breaking the law. And one person
00:02:22.380 said they're sickened by his remarks, claiming it's not worthy of someone running for prime
00:02:26.200 minister. Yeah, God forbid a leader actually holds publicly funded institutions accountable.
00:02:31.580 That would be too honest. And look, these are the same people saying it's reprehensible to even
00:02:37.020 suggest a prime minister could go to jail. But if Paulyev ever did, they throw the biggest party
00:02:42.800 imaginable. They wouldn't care if it was fair. They wouldn't care if he was innocent. They'd
00:02:46.800 celebrate anyway. That's the double standard. Because if Poliev did even 10% of what Trudeau
00:02:52.520 did, they'd crucify him for it. That's Canada right now. We've normalized defending crooks
00:02:57.880 and frowning upon honesty.
